- 0:27Speaker 2: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:31Speaker 2: with us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 0:34Speaker 2: Trey Trenholm and Raj Sharma. Welcome to the Treehouse Show.
- 0:42Speaker 2: A young lady on TikTok just charted the entire male
- 0:45Speaker 2: species according to what she says is there dating app behavior?
- 0:51Speaker 2: Jesse went viral for unveiling her so called men diagram.
- 0:57Speaker 3: To present you all what I like to call a
- 1:00Speaker 3: men diagram.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Okay, In this men diagram, so for those that don't
- 1:05Speaker 2: know what even diagram is, that's the circles that are
- 1:08Speaker 2: drawn have words in them and representing something and then
- 1:11Speaker 2: they overlap and intersect. Right, So in this men diagram,
- 1:16Speaker 2: you've got the three big circles handsome, smart, and nice.
- 1:19Speaker 2: So these are the goals I guess she's got for
- 1:21Speaker 2: finding a man on a dating app. And then inside
- 1:24Speaker 2: that you've got nerd, jerk, and dumb, and then the
- 1:29Speaker 2: smallest point of intersection in the middle of all of it.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Gay All right, okay, do uh I know you've only
- 1:41Speaker 2: seen this diagram briefly but have you figured out the
- 1:46Speaker 2: problem with it?
- 1:52Speaker 4: What do you mean.
- 1:56Speaker 2: That gay is in the middle. So basically, she's saying,
- 2:00Speaker 2: if you're all of these things on the dating apps,
- 2:03Speaker 2: then you are gay.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Oh okay, I mean kind of like the hot crazy matrix,
- 2:14Speaker 1: which involves which involves the which is more of a
- 2:18Speaker 1: yeah line diagram of the you know, hot on one axis,
- 2:23Speaker 1: crazy on the other, and if you yo are tops
- 2:27Speaker 1: in both, you're a dude.
- 2:32Speaker 2: I mean, let's hear more of her in depth beliefs
- 2:38Speaker 2: on dating apps and men, well feast.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Your eyes upon. Okay, Me and my friends refer to
- 2:45Speaker 3: the men diagram often. I often send it to men
- 2:49Speaker 3: that I'm talking to when I used to be on
- 2:51Speaker 3: dating apps, and it's a good time. Now. In the comments,
- 2:56Speaker 3: if the men end up here, I would like you
- 2:58Speaker 3: to comment where you fall on the men diagram. Now, ladies,
- 3:03Speaker 3: I would like you to comment what you think. Almost
- 3:07Speaker 3: every single man I've ever showed this men diagram to
- 3:12Speaker 3: has answered and how it physically could not be their
- 3:18Speaker 3: answer because if I told you why, it would give
- 3:22Speaker 3: away what the answer was.
- 3:23Speaker 2: But I want you you're not giving anything away.
- 3:25Speaker 4: She's so dull, I can't even begin to explain how
- 3:29Speaker 4: bored I am.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Talk.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Oh, I can't even imagine going on a date with
- 3:34Speaker 4: this girl. Like already, I'm like, can you shut up?
- 3:39Speaker 2: Well, just imagine how excited you might be if you
- 3:41Speaker 2: match with her on a dating app and the first
- 3:43Speaker 2: thing she does is sends you this diagram.
- 3:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:49Speaker 2: So the joke, the joke that all the guys make
- 3:52Speaker 2: on her video and in general, I'm sure in her
- 3:54Speaker 2: responses that she's referring to is that we all respond with.
- 3:59Speaker 2: But I'm not going so she thinks that's a sad
- 4:03Speaker 2: joke to make. It's like, well, that's what the photo is.
- 4:07Speaker 2: You're saying that in order to be in order to
- 4:11Speaker 2: encompass all of these traits, then you could only be gay, gotcha.
- 4:19Speaker 2: I simply say, there could just be another diagram out there.
- 4:22Speaker 2: This one just happens to be the one that leads
- 4:24Speaker 2: down the gay path. There could just be another one
- 4:27Speaker 2: that just makes you a dude unicorn that you possess
- 4:32Speaker 2: all these things, but you happen to not be gay.
- 4:35Speaker 4: After two minutes of listening to her talk, I would
- 4:38Speaker 4: have been like, I'm I hate to tell young gay.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Uh, that's just I'm about the diagram that did it.
- 4:44Speaker 4: It was you, You made me gay after fifty years,
- 4:50Speaker 4: you know what.
- 4:50Speaker 2: It wasn't until I talk to you that I thought.
- 4:52Speaker 2: You know what, today I'd like to try some That's
- 4:56Speaker 2: what i'd like today.
- 4:57Speaker 4: I want to you make me want dudes. God, I
- 5:06Speaker 4: just can't imagine talking to her for longer than this video.
- 5:12Speaker 2: There's look I stopped at early. There's more she's got.
- 5:15Speaker 2: She doesn't say anything, but there's more to the video,
- 5:17Speaker 2: and then she posts a follow up. But the follow
- 5:20Speaker 2: up is as useful as she is in general. But
- 5:25Speaker 2: it's still I mean, this whole thing has gone viral
- 5:28Speaker 2: because of its ridiculous nature. That's how it came across
- 5:32Speaker 2: my eyeballs, and that's why I wanted to present it
- 5:35Speaker 2: to you. Guys. Here is look, dating is hard. Dating
- 5:41Speaker 2: is hard now. Dating was hard twenty years ago. Dating
- 5:44Speaker 2: has always been hard. Okay, that's not fair. There was
- 5:46Speaker 2: the old days, in the caveman days where he just
- 5:48Speaker 2: bomped a woman on the head with the club, dragged
- 5:50Speaker 2: her back to your cave. That's not actually dating. So
- 5:53Speaker 2: I guess I could still say dating is hard.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it's much harder now than it was even twenty
- 5:59Speaker 1: years ago, hell, even ten years ago.
- 6:03Speaker 4: But you know, I also I think you could look at.
- 6:06Speaker 1: That diagram and go, uh, you know, how do guys
- 6:13Speaker 1: react to being a boring bitch?
- 6:18Speaker 2: Yeah, we're in need of some other. Yeah, it's like
- 6:22Speaker 2: maybe it's you. That's the social media account that I
- 6:28Speaker 2: saw this on. That's the comment I posted from the
- 6:30Speaker 2: Treehouse on Air account, just simply saying, who wants to
- 6:33Speaker 2: tell her the real problem?
- 6:37Speaker 4: Too much pink? What's the common denominator? Yeah, that's what
- 6:44Speaker 4: it's like.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Uh, if we were to do because lots of the
- 6:46Speaker 2: comments in the video also point out it's like I
- 6:49Speaker 2: wonder what the woman's diagram would look like. Uh, it's basically,
- 6:53Speaker 2: you know, a circle with women in accountability, but they
- 6:56Speaker 2: rarely ever cross.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Yeah. I mean like I hadn't you know. My ex
- 7:04Speaker 4: was like, you know, women don't don't really get along
- 7:06Speaker 4: with me, Like that's why I don't have a lot
- 7:07Speaker 4: of female friends. And I'm like, it's you. Women want
- 7:13Speaker 4: to get along with other women. Uh they do, but
- 7:17Speaker 4: you're just yeah, And so when I see this lady,
- 7:20Speaker 4: I'm like, ah, same same stuff.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Yeah. There's it's interesting because I've i've seen this with
- 7:26Speaker 2: a few women in my life where they have said like, ah,
- 7:29Speaker 2: women don't like me, blah blah blah blah blah. After
- 7:32Speaker 2: being around those examples, being around those females for a while,
- 7:36Speaker 2: I began to realize why it was other women didn't
- 7:40Speaker 2: like them. It was because she would basically their friends.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Yes.
- 7:46Speaker 4: Well, frankly, yeah, I know, I know, I know.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I don't know why women just don't like me. Well,
- 7:52Speaker 2: you've got to stop being their boyfriends. That's a big
- 7:57Speaker 2: part of it.
- 7:57Speaker 4: The problem just might.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Be you women are harder on other women like then,
- 8:03Speaker 1: like guys are not. Guys are not near as hard
- 8:05Speaker 1: on other guys as women are on other women.
- 8:07Speaker 2: We don't have to be because we know how hard
- 8:10Speaker 2: on us women can be. System. That's why bros are bros.
- 8:15Speaker 2: That's why it's bros before hose. It's because, buddy, I
- 8:18Speaker 2: know what you've been through.
- 8:20Speaker 4: It's like that episode of uh Friends where he, you know,
- 8:24Speaker 4: dating the girl Ross's dating the girl Julian and then
- 8:26Speaker 4: ends up kissing Rachel and then they talk about it,
- 8:28Speaker 4: and there's two different shots when the girl's like, you know,
- 8:31Speaker 4: how was it? It's like, you know, slow at first,
- 8:33Speaker 4: and then it was passionate. He grab my hair, and
- 8:35Speaker 4: then it cuts to the guys. It's like, so I
- 8:37Speaker 4: kissed her. It's like tongue yeah, solid, good job, good job, buddy.
- 8:45Speaker 4: That's it.
- 8:45Speaker 2: We're not We're not. We don't care how good your
- 8:47Speaker 2: technique is. You did it good.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Yeah. So I can see why this went viral. I
- 8:54Speaker 4: get the the idea behind it, uh, but it's still
- 8:58Speaker 4: that person like I don't I don't know what her
- 9:02Speaker 4: history of dating uh is and how many guys she's
- 9:06Speaker 4: gone out with that she created this then diagram, but
- 9:11Speaker 4: I think it's just it should just be one circle
- 9:13Speaker 4: and say me.
- 9:21Speaker 2: My fault.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Yeah, but I think that's what like like my new girlfriend.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I think one of the things I I think makes us.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Click is.
- 9:35Speaker 1: She doesn't seem to have the excessive need for communication
- 9:38Speaker 1: that a lot of women do.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I would like to point out right here and now
- 9:45Speaker 2: two things. Number one tradeous girlfriend. So it's official, it
- 9:52Speaker 2: is number two. I hear wedding bells. I just want
- 9:59Speaker 2: to go on the record, having called it this early
- 10:01Speaker 2: in the relationship. The date at time of recording November third,
- 10:05Speaker 2: twenty twenty five, twelve forty seven Atlantic Standard time ten
- 10:10Speaker 2: forty seven Central time, just so it's noted well.
- 10:16Speaker 4: And I said that to you know, Amy, my best friend.
- 10:21Speaker 1: You know you've known Amy Newman Mack and I love
- 10:28Speaker 1: her to death. We've been friends for over thirty years.
- 10:31Speaker 1: And I have been asked like, how come y'all never dated?
- 10:34Speaker 1: And I'm like, I don't. We just never, We're never
- 10:37Speaker 1: in that position, Like I've never thought of Amy that way.
- 10:41Speaker 4: What are the reasons?
- 10:41Speaker 3: Is?
- 10:41Speaker 1: And I love her to death, but Amy's need for
- 10:43Speaker 1: communication is epic. Yeah, like and here, so we had
- 10:50Speaker 1: at three coin for some reason, Randy had a pet scorpion.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Don't ask me why, I don't know.
- 10:56Speaker 1: And it was in a bowl whatever and uh, you know,
- 11:02Speaker 1: feed at crickets whatever. Well the scorpion died last week.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Oh and for your lost, I was glad to see
- 11:11Speaker 1: it go.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Uh but did you have the service?
- 11:17Speaker 4: Did the guys from the scorpion show up to see?
- 11:22Speaker 1: But this is so I I told Amy, you know,
- 11:27Speaker 1: I asked her about it, and she starts talking, you know,
- 11:30Speaker 1: like why just don't know what happened? I mean, and
- 11:32Speaker 1: like she would have talked for ten minutes about everything. Well,
- 11:35Speaker 1: I gave it crickets and did this and that.
- 11:37Speaker 4: I don't know. It's like sometimes things just die, just
- 11:42Speaker 4: like this conversation. Can we stop about the scorpion? Now?
- 11:49Speaker 4: What do you want to eat?
- 11:53Speaker 2: I'd also like to point out that Trey, you have
- 11:55Speaker 2: a hell of a time picking bosses.
- 12:05Speaker 4: There's some de counseling that could be going on here.

- 12:14Speaker 2: Time out to talk to Daniel Cook from COOKDFW Roofing
- 12:17Speaker 2: and Restoration eight three to three Cook DFW to get
- 12:20Speaker 2: your free roof inspection scheduled. Daniel, one of the big
- 12:24Speaker 2: services that you help people with when it comes to
- 12:28Speaker 2: doing the roof or other projects around the home is
- 12:30Speaker 2: helping them deal with their insurance. Because I don't really
- 12:34Speaker 2: know much about the insurance process, but you and your
- 12:37Speaker 2: people work with it every single day.
- 12:39Speaker 6: Dan, We actually do. We probably work, honestly, hundreds and
- 12:43Speaker 6: hundreds of claims a year, and as a contractor, we
- 12:46Speaker 6: definitely want to the construction side of the insurance claim
- 12:51Speaker 6: to the clients. We will explain, you know, what the
- 12:55Speaker 6: insurance has given them to rebuild their home and who
- 13:00Speaker 6: put it back to pre storm condition or whatever event
- 13:03Speaker 6: occurred that caused harm to their home, and so you
- 13:07Speaker 6: definitely need somebody on your side. These estimates are confusing,
- 13:12Speaker 6: they are sometimes very time consuming to understand. Sometimes the
- 13:16Speaker 6: pricing may not line up with what the true market
- 13:18Speaker 6: value of the items are. And so that's when having
- 13:22Speaker 6: a dependable contractor on your side that can walk you
- 13:24Speaker 6: through make sure you'll still get the repairs done properly
- 13:28Speaker 6: and not just as cheap and fast as some people
- 13:32Speaker 6: might you know, think that they need. But you know
- 13:35Speaker 6: somebody that really wants to make sure your home is
- 13:37Speaker 6: in better shape than what it was before and that
- 13:39Speaker 6: truly wants to see you get taken care of. So yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 6: that insurance stuff is very scary. I highly urge everybody.
- 13:47Speaker 6: We talked about this all the time, make sure you
- 13:48Speaker 6: have a great relationship with whoever your insurance is is with,
- 13:52Speaker 6: because they need to talk to you about all the
- 13:54Speaker 6: policies and all the coverages that you have to go.
- 13:56Speaker 6: That's something a lot of people do not know and
- 13:59Speaker 6: that can really be scary at the time that you
- 14:01Speaker 6: need it.

- 14:50Speaker 2: November three, twenty twenty five the date not only that
- 14:55Speaker 2: we recorded this episode, but the date where Trey told
- 14:57Speaker 2: me and Raj that the new he started dating very
- 15:01Speaker 2: recently is now his girlfriend. So first of all, let
- 15:07Speaker 2: me find what I'm looking for, if possible. Congratulations wrong button, yep, congratulations.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Was waiting for the part button.
- 15:24Speaker 2: I don't have those loaded yet, still sound effects loaded
- 15:30Speaker 2: into yet, but I'll get there. A sincere congratulations Trey.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 15:36Speaker 2: For those that don't know, Trey told us on a
- 15:38Speaker 2: previous episode that I believe was on our Patreon that
- 15:43Speaker 2: he found him a new lady friend the old fashioned
- 15:46Speaker 2: way by scamming a listener. Uh.
- 15:53Speaker 4: She reached out to me, I wouldn't even know.
- 15:58Speaker 2: You're right, I shouldn't have said that you were scamming listener.
- 16:00Speaker 2: But basically, uh, the old fashioned way to find someone
- 16:03Speaker 2: to date when you're in a on a platform like
- 16:06Speaker 2: this is to basically just date the listeners and that's
- 16:09Speaker 2: what tray the position he found himself in. So but
- 16:13Speaker 2: since here, congratulations, very very happy for you. Uh So,
- 16:18Speaker 2: how long ago was your first date?
- 16:23Speaker 4: A month ago?
- 16:25Speaker 2: All right, so one month then and it's now official
- 16:28Speaker 2: exclusive status. How long did it take before you had
- 16:34Speaker 2: that conversation?
- 16:36Speaker 4: I mean it was just last week, so man, basically
- 16:40Speaker 4: a month into it.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Okay, cool. I was just curious, just worried, Just not worry.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I'm just curious of the timeline.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I when I've had that conversation before
- 16:49Speaker 4: in the past. I just we're adults now, right, It's
- 16:51Speaker 4: not like we're kids anymore. So I'm just like, hey,
- 16:54Speaker 4: you want to keep doing this because this is the sounds,
- 16:56Speaker 4: this is great and oh the ex civity. Yeah, I
- 17:02Speaker 4: did it. It was kind of a.
- 17:05Speaker 1: It was a playful way. She h got us massages
- 17:09Speaker 1: and you had to fill out paperwork of like a
- 17:15Speaker 1: person like if it was yeah, like a contact person
- 17:20Speaker 1: and I was like yeah, and.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Relationship and I was like girlfriend and she was like yeah.
- 17:25Speaker 4: I was like, all right, there's so many, so much
- 17:31Speaker 4: wrong that could be happening.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Well it was there. There are There are many points
- 17:36Speaker 2: to be made on your now girlfriend being your emergency
- 17:41Speaker 2: contact at a massage, the first of which is what
- 17:44Speaker 2: if there's a fire and you're both inside.
- 17:48Speaker 4: It wasn't.
- 17:48Speaker 1: I don't think it was emergency contact. It was because
- 17:52Speaker 1: we were doing it together. Like what is the relationship
- 17:54Speaker 1: of that this person to you?
- 17:58Speaker 2: Oh? Okay? Well that that was another question I had,
- 18:01Speaker 2: which is so she she was your emergency contact before
- 18:05Speaker 2: she was your girlfriend?
- 18:08Speaker 1: I asked first, that's what I said. Kind of brought
- 18:11Speaker 1: it up in a playful way. But I like her
- 18:15Speaker 1: a lot, and yeah, that's sweet.
- 18:19Speaker 2: What was her response when you asked her about filling
- 18:22Speaker 2: it out? What you say.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Said, like I love it or whatever? It was cool? Yeah,
- 18:30Speaker 4: Well she doesn't communicate as much, so what you're expecting
- 18:35Speaker 4: her to say?
- 18:35Speaker 2: Dan, Okay, I'm just asking questions. I'm just curious.
- 18:40Speaker 4: No, she I mean, she's still a girl. But everything.
- 18:47Speaker 1: So far, I mean, she's even like she was before
- 18:52Speaker 1: she went into she called shark week.
- 18:54Speaker 4: She warned me.
- 18:55Speaker 1: She was like, Hey, just so you know, I get
- 18:57Speaker 1: a little emotional around this time. You know, I'll always
- 19:01Speaker 1: generally give you a warning, but uh, you know, if
- 19:04Speaker 1: I'm ever like, are you mad at me? Whatever I
- 19:06Speaker 1: do wrong? Here she goes, she goes, just tell me, hey,
- 19:09Speaker 1: you're being overemotional. It's your shark week. And she's like,
- 19:12Speaker 1: I'll snap out of it. I'm like, okay, she's like,
- 19:15Speaker 1: along with your leg No, I mean she was like,
- 19:18Speaker 1: sorry if that was too much information, I'm like, no,
- 19:20Speaker 1: I would much rather have that information on the front end.
- 19:23Speaker 4: That makes my life so much easier.
- 19:25Speaker 2: It really does. Yeah, I also like that she refers
- 19:29Speaker 2: to it as shark week blood in the water.
- 19:37Speaker 4: But yeah, my girlfriend's also a listener. She has has
- 19:43Speaker 4: been for quite some time.
- 19:44Speaker 2: I am so proud of you too. I just hope
- 19:48Speaker 2: that your dating of a listener goes better than my dad.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Uh yeah, so I think, you know, we don't get insurance,
- 20:02Speaker 4: so we might as well get something for being on
- 20:06Speaker 4: the show or not. I might as well get a
- 20:09Speaker 4: girlfriend out of the deal.
- 20:09Speaker 2: That's right. Yeah, And it's automatically a cool girlfriend if
- 20:13Speaker 2: she's a listener.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean the truth of matter is, especially going
- 20:20Speaker 1: back to the radio days, I wouldn't do it just
- 20:25Speaker 1: out of the just fear that if something, you know, somehow,
- 20:31Speaker 1: if Russ would find out and just make your life
- 20:35Speaker 1: absolutely living hell.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and next thing, you know, your life is a
- 20:38Speaker 2: living bit that's being played with, which happened to some anyway.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:48Speaker 2: The uh so the other thing? So okay, so you
- 20:51Speaker 2: have the new girlfriend you it's official now, very exciting.
- 20:57Speaker 2: I like how you mentioned before this is why I
- 20:58Speaker 2: picked my curiosity. How she's an open communicator, but she's concise, yes,
- 21:06Speaker 2: which is perfect for you. And that's why I said
- 21:08Speaker 2: I smell wedding bills, because I've been around a number
- 21:14Speaker 2: of your relationships, not all of them, but a number
- 21:17Speaker 2: of them. And hearing you refer to this situation in
- 21:23Speaker 2: that way, I saw your eyes light up.
- 21:25Speaker 1: You're like, oh, it's it's been great so far. I mean,
- 21:30Speaker 1: I I and one of the other things that I
- 21:33Speaker 1: give her so many bonus points for is and to
- 21:40Speaker 1: point out so like she's coming over, you know, comes
- 21:43Speaker 1: over to my place. If Daisy starts eating, I have
- 21:47Speaker 1: to help her, like I literally I have to about
- 21:50Speaker 1: every so often go stir food up because she has
- 21:54Speaker 1: no teeth, and so it just gets pressed down and
- 21:56Speaker 1: she can't get to it. A lot of if people
- 22:00Speaker 1: would get very irritated by the fact that that is
- 22:05Speaker 1: grabbing my attention more than other things.
- 22:08Speaker 4: She's completely cool with it.
- 22:09Speaker 1: She gets it, and so she gets huge bonus points
- 22:13Speaker 1: for that.
- 22:14Speaker 2: That is that is a massive thing to understand your
- 22:16Speaker 2: role in Trey's world, because in Trey's world, it's Daisy
- 22:21Speaker 2: number one. God might be even with Daisy, depending on
- 22:27Speaker 2: the moment, maybe the hour just kind of depends. Then
- 22:32Speaker 2: probably Trey, because you got to put yourself, if not
- 22:34Speaker 2: number one, near the top. You got to take care
- 22:36Speaker 2: of you, right, that's a good thing nowadays, not bad.
- 22:40Speaker 2: And then you have an open slot. You might have
- 22:42Speaker 2: three or four open slots before we get to Tray's mom.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Oh oh, you've got a lot more than.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Three or four.
- 22:56Speaker 4: This also lets you know that Tray's mom doesn't listen.
- 23:00Speaker 2: I mean, but it's important for her to know that
- 23:03Speaker 2: that's sort of the hierarchy in Trey's life. And you're right, Trey,
- 23:06Speaker 2: not not everyone in a relationship is going to be
- 23:08Speaker 2: as understanding about that.
- 23:11Speaker 1: No, some people would be very uh best case scenario, irritated.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Some people would be threatened by it.
- 23:20Speaker 2: So it's maybe she sees it as the promising indicator
- 23:27Speaker 2: that it is, which is, if you treat Trey as
- 23:31Speaker 2: well as Daisy has throughout his life, he will spoon
- 23:36Speaker 2: feed you to the day you die.
- 23:42Speaker 4: I think that's what she I think that's what kind
- 23:44Speaker 4: of she sees. She's like, well, one day, what if
- 23:46Speaker 4: I have no teeth, who's going to start my food?
- 23:48Speaker 4: And there's it's like, I got the spoon baby, let's
- 23:51Speaker 4: do it. Well, here is something.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Or if I go outside and take a leak in
- 23:56Speaker 2: the grass and get bit on the privates by a spider, Trey's.
- 23:59Speaker 4: Going to be with the young Uh huh. But you
- 24:04Speaker 4: know what here this is.
- 24:07Speaker 1: I look back at my last relationship and one of
- 24:11Speaker 1: the biggest red flags that I should have looked at
- 24:15Speaker 1: and going I get out of this is would you
- 24:20Speaker 1: leave if something happened to you? Would you leave your
- 24:23Speaker 1: pets to that person that you're dating. My last relationship
- 24:27Speaker 1: is an absolute hell No.
- 24:30Speaker 4: Yeah, mine mine gotting both my dogs in the divorce.
- 24:33Speaker 4: I guess we weren't married, but she got both my
- 24:36Speaker 4: dogs and I'm not allowed, Like there's no communication, so
- 24:38Speaker 4: I'm not even allowed to see my own dogs.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I mean that, But I'm just talking about like,
- 24:43Speaker 1: if you died, would you trust that person to take
- 24:45Speaker 1: care of your animals in a good way?
- 24:48Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 24:48Speaker 2: And if not, you're right, that absolutely should be a
- 24:51Speaker 2: deal breaker type situation.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Yeah. My act was very good with the dogs, very
- 24:56Speaker 4: very good with the dogs. So yeah, I had no
- 24:58Speaker 4: no issue with that. There was a many other red
- 25:01Speaker 4: flags besides animal welfare, but she was great. I mean,
- 25:05Speaker 4: the dog's lover, so she takes care of them. She
- 25:09Speaker 4: feeds them and takes them for walks and all that
- 25:11Speaker 4: good stuff. So yeah, I didn't have a problem with that.
- 25:13Speaker 4: It's just she didn't have any friends. That was the
- 25:16Speaker 4: red flag. I didn't mind the love of my animals.
- 25:21Speaker 4: It's like, one, are your friends coming over? Oh don't
- 25:25Speaker 4: have any Okay, that's a problem.
- 25:28Speaker 1: And yeah, as long as you know, because in that
- 25:30Speaker 1: hierarchy of love, you know, my mother would fall somewhere
- 25:34Speaker 1: between mosquitoes and Jerry Jones, the GM Jesus Christ.
- 25:41Speaker 4: I like how the scorpion just won.

- 26:34Speaker 2: Visit us online a Treehouse on Air dot com. We
- 26:39Speaker 2: have a massive update on the infected escaped monkey story
- 26:44Speaker 2: from last week. Before we get to that, just one
- 26:47Speaker 2: more quick question about Trey and his new girlfriend Trey,
- 26:50Speaker 2: have you guys made it social media official? Is that
- 26:53Speaker 2: still a thing on Facebook where you can say in
- 26:55Speaker 2: a relationship with and you tag the person.
- 26:59Speaker 4: You can I mean it's it's still I'm sure you can't.
- 27:01Speaker 4: We have not discussed that. I don't.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Uh.
- 27:05Speaker 2: I did that setting update with with my wife who's
- 27:09Speaker 2: now my wife, but we I made that that setting
- 27:11Speaker 2: adjustment back in like two thousand and nine when Facebook
- 27:14Speaker 2: was actually kind of cool. So I don't even know
- 27:17Speaker 2: what the current situation is on when you have a
- 27:20Speaker 2: new relationship. That's why I was curious.
- 27:22Speaker 4: I I hadn't even actually even pondered that, uh, because
- 27:30Speaker 4: of the three I probably I don't.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Use Facebook near as much as I used to, so
- 27:35Speaker 1: and what I do, what it does go there is
- 27:38Speaker 1: usually you know, a link from what I post on Instagram,
- 27:41Speaker 1: so I don't yeah, uh, but yeah, she listens, So
- 27:46Speaker 1: I guess we'll have this discussion.
- 27:48Speaker 2: You know, is this really is an excellent way to
- 27:52Speaker 2: to you know, broke certain topics in the relationship is
- 27:56Speaker 2: talk about him here, So it kind of kind of
- 27:58Speaker 2: eases into it for her and then you guys could
- 28:02Speaker 2: have the talk if need be about whatever.
- 28:06Speaker 4: Yeah, but like I always bring it up. I'm like,
- 28:08Speaker 4: you didn't, like I signed up for the like I
- 28:10Speaker 4: signed up for this kick right, Like I signed up
- 28:12Speaker 4: to do stand up and be in the public space
- 28:15Speaker 4: or whatever it is. You did not, So if you
- 28:17Speaker 4: don't want to, like even when I got married, I asked,
- 28:20Speaker 4: Clario was like, we don't have to post anything about it,
- 28:23Speaker 4: like because you didn't sign up for this gig. Yeah,
- 28:27Speaker 4: like you didn't sign up to be a part of
- 28:30Speaker 4: the you know whatever the space is.
- 28:32Speaker 2: So and that's another discussion to have as well, when
- 28:35Speaker 2: when it sounds like an ego thing, but it's not.
- 28:37Speaker 2: It is our reality. Especially when we were on a
- 28:42Speaker 2: top rated radio show in the fifth large market in
- 28:45Speaker 2: the country. When you have a personal relationship, that one
- 28:49Speaker 2: of the discussions as that relationship progresses is involvement or not.
- 28:57Speaker 2: And in discussions on the show or actual participation in
- 29:02Speaker 2: shows social media stuff, are you going to make that
- 29:06Speaker 2: social media official? Do you want to be somewhat in
- 29:10Speaker 2: that light or completely not? So that's that's a whole
- 29:13Speaker 2: other discussion that for us in our position that we
- 29:17Speaker 2: have to have with people in our lives and not
- 29:19Speaker 2: not just romantic This works for family and friends as well.
- 29:24Speaker 2: So that's kind of a discussion you have with them
- 29:26Speaker 2: if you feel the need.
- 29:28Speaker 4: Yeah, my thought I was hiding her. She's like, you
- 29:30Speaker 4: don't you want people to know about us? I'm like, okay,
- 29:33Speaker 4: I can. And then you'll have all these people that
- 29:36Speaker 4: will start following you and start making comments on your
- 29:39Speaker 4: page or whatever it is. Do you want that no,
- 29:42Speaker 4: that I'm not hiding you. I'm trying to explain to
- 29:45Speaker 4: you that that's what's going to happen.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a difference between hiding and protecting.
- 29:49Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah. I mean when I had my fortieth birthday
- 29:53Speaker 4: in La it made that Time Out magazine. It was
- 29:59Speaker 4: just me and my b Sunkish who was on Castle
- 30:03Speaker 4: and Russell Peterson were just hanging out by his car
- 30:05Speaker 4: and that I'm like, you don't want to do like,
- 30:07Speaker 4: you don't want that? Yeah, Like that's annoying. But she
- 30:11Speaker 4: thought I was hiding with this. But my girlfriend now
- 30:13Speaker 4: is cool. She's like, yeah, I'm completely cool. So I listened.
- 30:16Speaker 4: I listen to you talk about us, but I don't
- 30:18Speaker 4: mention her name. I don't wunch what she does and nothing.
- 30:21Speaker 2: So and that's why a lot of times in the past,
- 30:23Speaker 2: depending on individual cast members relationships and the results of
- 30:29Speaker 2: those conversations might be whether or not that person gets
- 30:34Speaker 2: talked about it all if they do, or are they
- 30:37Speaker 2: given a pseudonym to protect their identity kind of a thing. So,
- 30:41Speaker 2: I mean, these are all things that have absolutely happened.
- 30:44Speaker 2: So these are things that are now that Raj, You're
- 30:46Speaker 2: having the conversation with your lady about and Trey will
- 30:49Speaker 2: or has have with his lady. I mean now to
- 30:54Speaker 2: mention just in general for social media stuff, forget the show,
- 30:58Speaker 2: but just from friends and families to point do you
- 31:00Speaker 2: go TikTok official or not well?
- 31:02Speaker 4: And and.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Like I said, you want to talk about the flip
- 31:06Speaker 1: side of it of again, Amy my best friend. She
- 31:11Speaker 1: is currently married but getting a divorced from Big Al
- 31:14Speaker 1: from the Deocratic Show. And she is consistently and I
- 31:20Speaker 1: mean I'll say he wasn't a good husband and uh,
- 31:23Speaker 1: but obviously he doesn't say that on the air. He
- 31:28Speaker 1: you know, trays himself as the victim. And she's gotten
- 31:32Speaker 1: all sorts of awful you know, things sent to her
- 31:35Speaker 1: from from listeners of the show who don't have a
- 31:38Speaker 1: damn clue and it she is one of the most sensitive,
- 31:41Speaker 1: thoughtful people in the world and it's it devastates her
- 31:45Speaker 1: mm hm yeah uh And so yeah, there, I mean,
- 31:48Speaker 1: there is a there is a downside to being linked
- 31:52Speaker 1: to any of this.
- 31:53Speaker 4: Oh yeah, when when Clarion I split up, I mean
- 31:56Speaker 4: people were messaging me like I can't believe you know
- 31:58Speaker 4: what a bitch or what I'm like, No, no, we're
- 32:00Speaker 4: really good friends. We just didn't marriage wasn't good for us.
- 32:04Speaker 4: It just didn't work for us. But people were the
- 32:07Speaker 4: same thing, Like people that I'm like, I have seen
- 32:10Speaker 4: you perform, I've seen you live. You're super funny, you're
- 32:12Speaker 4: very nice, you're very cordial. I can't believe she would.
- 32:15Speaker 4: I'm like, we both decided, and so she was getting
- 32:17Speaker 4: grief for it. But again, like I said, you know,
- 32:21Speaker 4: when are we going to sign up for for this space?
- 32:25Speaker 4: You're going to get that grief Like that's going to happen.
- 32:27Speaker 4: It's unfortunate, but also joy like when we had good
- 32:31Speaker 4: moments like an anniversary, like people would chime in as well.
- 32:33Speaker 4: So there's two sides, I mean to a situation.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Like that, and there's another positive side to it. Whether
- 32:40Speaker 2: it is you dating or married to one of us,
- 32:44Speaker 2: or if you were just a hardcore listener, we love you.
- 32:49Speaker 2: And because of that, you get to hear about stories
- 32:52Speaker 2: like this, m.
- 32:57Speaker 4: It scares of me.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Last week we told you about a bunch of lab
- 33:02Speaker 2: monkeys infected with herpes, hepatitis SEA and COVID that escaped
- 33:05Speaker 2: from a truck crash in Mississippi. Well, now we have
- 33:08Speaker 2: learned that a Mississippi mom shot the last monkey escapee
- 33:12Speaker 2: in order to protect her kids.
- 33:15Speaker 4: Yeah said that again, she shot it to protect her kids.
- 33:22Speaker 4: Uh huh was the monkey coming after her kids?
- 33:25Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 33:26Speaker 4: Wasn't the whole reason for the wreck? Pitch those of
- 33:31Speaker 4: my kids too.
- 33:34Speaker 2: The Mississippi mom is being hailed by neighbors after she
- 33:37Speaker 2: shot a loose Reeseus monkey to protect her kids in
- 33:39Speaker 2: the aftermath of that wild truck crash that spilled lab
- 33:43Speaker 2: monkeys near Heidelberg. Jessica bon Ferguson says she bolted out
- 33:46Speaker 2: of bed when her sixteen year old son spotted one
- 33:48Speaker 2: of the animals in their yard early Sunday, with police
- 33:51Speaker 2: still on the way in Facebook rumors flying about disease
- 33:54Speaker 2: carrying primates on the loose, the mother of five made
- 33:57Speaker 2: a snap call. She fired twice, dropping the monkey about
- 34:01Speaker 2: sixty feet from her home. She said she did what
- 34:03Speaker 2: any mom would do with aggressive animals running around and
- 34:06Speaker 2: children playing outside. So I guess some of her kids
- 34:11Speaker 2: were playing outside and she decided to take justice into
- 34:15Speaker 2: her own hands by putting that diseased monkey down. By
- 34:22Speaker 2: the way, it turns out, the monkeys were apparently not
- 34:25Speaker 2: as diseased as all the internet rumors what have you believe?
- 34:30Speaker 2: Officials later confirmed the primates were not infectious, despite initial
- 34:33Speaker 2: fear they could carry the serious diseases. The monkeys were
- 34:35Speaker 2: part of a shipment from Two Lanes's National Biomedical Research Center.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Twenty one were on board when the truck overturned last week.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Thirteen were recovered alive on site, five died during the search,
- 34:45Speaker 2: and three kept roaming until Sunday's incident. Wildlife Wildlife officers
- 34:50Speaker 2: have since taken control of the animal. Local authority say
- 34:52Speaker 2: the monkeys still needed to be neutralized due to aggressive behavior.
- 34:58Speaker 1: I wish I don't know if you saw did You'll
- 35:00Speaker 1: see the video of there was a Spirit store like
- 35:03Speaker 1: outside of Houston that there was a I think it
- 35:08Speaker 1: was a capuchin monkey on the loose, climbing in the rafters.
- 35:12Speaker 2: That was in Plano.
- 35:13Speaker 4: Was it in Plano? I thought it was Houston.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Oh, the story I saw had that in Plano. It
- 35:18Speaker 2: was paper. It is something One of the animatronics had
- 35:21Speaker 2: scared it, so it jumped off its owner and was
- 35:24Speaker 2: up in the rafters of the Spirit Halloween Store.
- 35:28Speaker 1: There was part of me that was kind of amazed
- 35:30Speaker 1: that someone didn't you know start firing at it.
- 35:33Speaker 4: I'm with you, I'm absolutely with Plano. They just gave
- 35:37Speaker 4: it heroin, so it's uh in this story they called
- 35:41Speaker 4: it a cookie.
- 35:52Speaker 2: For all things Preehouse put a Treehouse on Air dot
