- Mark Garrett: Hello America. ⁓ It looks like there were too many white people. Too many white people. Not allowed. I'm sorry. We need some people of color or we can't have the event. Welcome to your little nation where we believe in the rule of law. I am the chief Mark Garrett. What am I talking about? I am talking about USC, that's right, the University of Southern California. USC cancels gubernatorial debate amid uproar over candidates of color being excluded. By the way, you used to say black people, Mexican people, Asian people. Now it's people of color. What's that? ⁓ POC, POC, not POC. ⁓ of course that would be a person of color as well. We're talking about POC here. People of color. generic version, the Kirkland brand from Costco. That's what we're talking about anyway. So USC cancels the gubernatorial debate because well, I'll read a little bit of the article. USC canceled its planned Tuesday gubernatorial debate, a stunning about face that came after days of fiery criticism about excluding every prominent candidate of color from participating. By the way, thank you, LA slimes. That's not what happened. USC as bass, awkward as it is, it didn't exclude anybody because of the color of their skin. It excluded people who didn't meet the minimum requirements. We used to call that standards, but now what they call it in California, I guess, or USC is racism. Although the university defended their methodology, used to determine who was invited to participate in the forum, it called off the event less than 24 hours before it was to take place. In a statement late Monday night, the university said it recognized concerns about the selection criteria had created a significant distraction from the issues that matter to voters. The gobbledygook that the The complete idiotic wording that comes out of these supposed higher levels of education, institution, education, it's mind boggling. In a statement, the university recognizes concerns about the selection criteria had created a significant distraction. The selection criteria didn't create a distraction. USC created the distraction. when they gave in to these crazy people who are angry because there wasn't at least one person of color on the stage. The reason that there would not have been a person of color, and by the I'm putting that in quotes because it's a ridiculous phrase on the stage, is because apparently other people of color and other non-people of color also known as white people, are not interested enough in those candidates to support them. Think about that. California is a minority majority state and not even enough of minorities in California apparently are interested enough in these minority candidates to get them to qualify according to USC's own polls and criteria to have a debate at USC. Don't blame Whitey, blame the minority population in California for not supporting or being interested in the minority candidates. Sorry. This is the problem. These people are completely out of control. When I say these people, I'm talking about specifically here ⁓ at USC, not just USC, but for purpose of this discussion, the people at USC. So it goes on. The university said it discussed potentially expanding the field with debate co-sponsor, KBC TV Los Angeles, but was unable to reach an agreement. Get this, USC said that it was a difficult decision, quote unquote, to cancel the debate and that the university will quote, will look for other opportunities to educate voters on the candidates. and issues on quote USC like most of our institutions that are run by leftists is exhibiting pure cowardice plain and simple. If USC it simply said this is the criteria. We didn't care what anybody looks like. We don't care what sex they are or gender to use the leftist terminology. We simply had objective criteria and these the people who met it and we're going to let them debate. If you want to have a debate with anybody else, set up your own debate. If they had done that, they probably would have shaken off the rabbit dog chasing them down the street, but they didn't. They gave in to the intimidation like these cowardice people and entities do. So who are the people that didn't qualify? Let me look that up there for you. Former USC Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, or as Joe Biden called him, Baccarina. You could look that one up. Former Los Angeles Mayor ⁓ Antonio Viragosa, State Superintendent of Public Institution Tony Thurman, and former state controller Betty Yee. All Democrats have been excluded from the debate field. So. These were all people of color. You had a female in there, by the way, I'm not sure if Democrats can identify with a female list, but I am. know what Betty looks like and she looks like a female to me. Democrat institutions left its institutions by their own criteria happened to objectively exclude these people of color and one being a female. And now their own constituents, I'm talking about USC and the Democrat constituents were Ingrid USC. excluding all four Democrats. They are eating themselves alive. I've said it for at least 30 years in my private life and now my public life that when you divide people up by group, by immutable characteristics, eventually the system implodes. And that's what we're seeing right now with Democrat Party. as disgusting as this is and as cowardice as this is by USC to give into these rabbit dogs, chasing them down the street about race. I love it because they've done it to themselves. For your Leo Nation, I am the chief Mark Garrett. God bless you all. Make sure you subscribe, comment, share. We are excited to have you watching. We want to hear comments as well. Take care. See you next time.
