- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, good afternoon, listeners. Thank you for coming on to
- 0:03Speaker 1: Lament of Hope podcast. As you guys know, we always
- 0:06Speaker 1: have so many interesting guests. And by the time this
- 0:09Speaker 1: one comes out, we're nearing our 300th episode, which is
- 0:12Speaker 1: really exciting. But I'm talking today with Jennifer Goff, who
- 0:16Speaker 1: is the founder of Skip the Line. And I came
- 0:21Speaker 1: across this business and I was just so intrigued. I mean,
- 0:24Speaker 1: interesting questions, interesting thing to think through and like it's
- 0:29Speaker 1: just so cool too to see your perseverance over nine
- 0:32Speaker 1: years you know to build this company yeah um you
- 0:35Speaker 1: definitely have to have perseverance i don't i don't see
- 0:38Speaker 1: you just sitting drinking soda just calmly like whatever it'll
- 0:43Speaker 1: come to me you definitely chase after these things if
- 0:46Speaker 1: you want to get them done um But, you know, Jennifer,
- 0:50Speaker 1: this was such a gift. I'm really grateful. You know,
- 0:52Speaker 1: I was kind of digging into, obviously, your company, but
- 0:55Speaker 1: it was really cool to hear, too, about someone who's, like,
- 0:57Speaker 1: created something and worked hard at it. And just, like,
- 1:02Speaker 1: concepts that are basic, I suppose, in the sense of, like,
- 1:06Speaker 1: time management, but at the same time things that people
- 1:08Speaker 1: wouldn't just naturally think off the top of their head.
- 1:11Speaker 1: And I think it's just, yeah, it was just really
- 1:13Speaker 1: neat talking with you. So I'm very grateful that you
- 1:16Speaker 1: took the time. Yeah.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it was great to talk to you as well.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And again, thank you for having me on. It's always
- 1:22Speaker 2: a great conversation to have with people. So I'm glad
- 1:25Speaker 2: you got to learn a little bit more about us.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Yes. No, thank you so much. And I will keep
- 1:30Speaker 1: you in mind if I need to pick up clothes,
- 1:33Speaker 1: skip the line or management. Who knows? I mean, yeah,
- 1:40Speaker 1: who knows? Maybe someone will have to run my calendar
- 1:42Speaker 1: at some point. That'd be crazy if someone else ran
- 1:44Speaker 1: my calendar.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yes, yes.
