- 2:34[SPEAKER_02]: From starting businesses with that credit to building a luxury fleet of cars, spread of vans, jets, and real estate with other people's money, her story is proof that you don't need a trust fund to build a trust where the empire buckle up because this is mogul talk at its finest.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_02]: We got the big Princess Dior in the building.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and you're doing so crazy.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_02]: I'm telling you look for me.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's it.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: You've been doing your thing for such a long time and I'm I want to apologize if this the first time we even got to sit down because you've been moving and shaking And we've been with supposed to make this interview happen, but timing is everything.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I appreciate You know, you know the time of now and
- 3:26[SPEAKER_02]: like you've been just cooking and I've watched your journey, um, I'm inspired by your journey.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: Um, especially because you're, you know, you're a young black woman like just doing it.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_02]: You're not saying that I think that specifically in our community, like I have a door to my door to 17 years old.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I, you know, you know, how I grew up in the late 90s, so I grew up where women weren't given a voice.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_02]: Like in order for women to get the bag, they had to run behind a man or a man had to have to make things happen for him.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_02]: But you've been somebody who's made things happen for yourself.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_02]: So I admire that, like you are a great role model.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_02]: Not just for women though, right?
- 4:05[SPEAKER_02]: For men too, because you get to it.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_02]: But before we start,
- 4:10[SPEAKER_02]: For those who don't know, who is Princess Dior?
- 4:13[SPEAKER_04]: Princess Dior, the mogul, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, loving, sister, daughter, all around was like, great person.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_04]: I'm really out here, really impacting the world.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_04]: I was especially, that's not an entrepreneur space, but also an educational space tool as well, helping a lot of middle school high school and also college students become entrepreneurs, learn about taxes.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_04]: credit and helping their families To was well when it comes to being first-time home buyers with their parents.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: I love that I hear accent.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm out from New York So you so you know you don't say we got I got you don't you know I'm saying what up being all that like I got that I hear your accent, right?
- 4:57[SPEAKER_02]: So you grew up in a Crenshaw
- 4:59[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but you grew up with a single mom, um, how did your upbringing shape your hustle and vision for well?
- 5:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, my mom always been a hustler.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_04]: She's, um, she is still the hustle that I have today because she was always been an entrepreneur straight out of high school.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_04]: She started her own, um, duty, um, what's called hair shop.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_04]: To his well and Compton California.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_04]: She had a beast, like five to ten.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_04]: Always had franchise when it comes to subway.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_04]: She's a top real estate, um, rheumatoid right now to his well.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_04]: So she's always instilled.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they're from above all.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, even though my mom gave me money when I was younger, but she gave me, she never took me school shopping like ever.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_04]: She always gave me money for me to like go buy water, go buy candy and stuff like that for me to flip that money as well.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_04]: So she started me at like a young age and that.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: You on the shelf, though.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_04]: I got too little brothers down.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I was only child for a long time.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, all right.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: So you the only child for a long time, but then later on.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, okay, that's what they're about to get.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_02]: And then so, so you see your mom hustling and you kind of got that and so what did that do for you and your hustle like how did that make you like vision?
- 6:09[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it just showed me that, you know, my environment doesn't, doesn't have to allow me to stay where I'm at, especially growing up across y'all seeing like my friends, beyond drugs, go to jail and stuff like that.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't seen female friends, you know, become prostitutes and stuff like that.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_04]: So my mom always made sure that I always had like good friends around me to as well.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_04]: And then she always made sure that I had everything that I needed to be successful.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_04]: Make sure I want the college making sure I had everything to become the best track runner basketball player to as well.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_04]: And even some days, she probably didn't have the money but she always went on to go find that money.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_04]: That's like a true hustler.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_04]: She never loved me to see when she was down to as well.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_04]: Anything that she did.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_04]: She probably didn't have $0 but she made sure.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_04]: that I didn't go without and make sure that I didn't fill it.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_04]: So that's why I love my mom like so much.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_04]: And she inspired me just the reason why I go so hard for her.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I love it.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_02]: And so let's fast forward, tell us about the pandemic.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_02]: What were you doing at the time?
- 7:06[SPEAKER_02]: And what led to you, you know, getting laid off?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_04]: Man, so the pandemic was a crazy time like I was lost on the pandemic like especially being in California.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_04]: You know who was on punishment we couldn't it was like purge we couldn't go outside to be honest with you and at that time I had like a car rental business when I'll record my number five and we couldn't even like rent cars off because nobody was going anywhere
- 7:27[SPEAKER_04]: And so when I was working mine on the five I was working at Kaiser Permanente and I was underweight under pay the press and just unhappy being here because I know I want to work for myself and when I got fired from my job randomly on a random like two day.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_04]: I was happy that I was able to do in that time of sitting in the house, find my mentor on YouTube, I bet to my last $5,000 and that $5,000 really turned me up because it gave me the skill set to learn about funding, learn about how to start digital products, to make money online, so when I got off my job, it made my first 50K and then being a nine-of-five worker for so long,
- 8:04[SPEAKER_04]: You really don't know what to expect the next month because you so used to have somebody tell you what to do.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_04]: And so I really have to invest into another mentor to learn how to sharpen my marketing skills up and I did another 50K.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_04]: So I made my yearly salary within 60 days, which was a blessing.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, I said, I'm all about helping my mom.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_04]: So all they was surprising for her birthday, Twitter on a PJ and all top of crazy stuff.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_04]: It made content out of that too as well.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_04]: So just like I say, I learned how to turn my liabilities into an asset, making content, just turning my business more up to as well.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_04]: Nice, nice.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_02]: So that's that, that being fired was a blessing, right?
- 8:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like it, it's a little, it's a little, it's a little, it's a little, it's something that bless your life.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_02]: Well, what, what gave you the?
- 8:46[SPEAKER_02]: confidence, right?
- 8:48[SPEAKER_02]: Like for you to get fired and like what we'll tell you, I'm going to take my last five cake because I know a lot of people are afraid to invest in themselves into, you know, pay for information, what made you say, you know what I'm going to take my last five k and just and just believe, believing in my mentor or believing myself.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I was tired of guessing.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_04]: Guessing, like, tell them I said, what if it, like, most people said, what if it don't work?
- 9:11[SPEAKER_04]: What if it do?
- 9:12[SPEAKER_04]: Like, what if it do work?
- 9:13[SPEAKER_04]: And it eventually worked.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_04]: And I already knew what I wanted, like, out of life.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_04]: I just needed the right mentor to give me the right skills and the right blueprint for me to get there faster.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_04]: I was doing it slow, slow.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_04]: I was making, you know, make you like, 3K this month, maybe we make 10K, but it's not consistent.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_04]: I want to have consistent income and cash will come in it.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_04]: So I can't have a freedom like my other friends living at LA have and stuff like that.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_04]: wake up and travel when you want to go to Paris and eat, you know, Italian food when you want to.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_04]: That's the type of stuff I wanted to do driving and luxury car to stuff like that.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_04]: So that pushed me to really go crazy in my business and just not look back and be uncomfortable and be okay being uncomfortable too as well.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_04]: It's okay to take losses.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I mean, it's all a lesson and just having faith and just following through and being consistent and what you really wanted all the life.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_02]: And it's so, you know, if we fast forward, you've helped over 500 people repair their credit and unlock over 20 million dollars in business funding.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: What's the biggest myths you would say that people have about credit?
- 10:14[SPEAKER_04]: the biggest myth I would say is number one is that you, let me see, it's a lot of this, I'm gonna say, the biggest myth I would say is people think that you can't get fun of a bad credit, that's one, what you can, so another way you can make, say if you do have bad credit, cause a lot of people are there, who have bad credit, you can get a hundred kinds of funding using your bank statements to as well, so if you are a business owner,
- 10:38[SPEAKER_04]: and you make over 10K a month, you can use your statements to get over 100K and find it to as well.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_04]: So that's one minute people don't know.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_04]: I say another one is people think that you can't get a car in your business, your business name, without using your personal credit, but if you build up a good payday's 80 score, you can't get a Tesla or Mercedes or Toyota just by using your business LLC without using your personal credit.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well, no, I love that.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: And then can you break down how, right?
- 11:08[SPEAKER_02]: So I would back credit, could get, you know, let's say somebody has back credit.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_02]: They have no capital, but they want to still start a business, give me some like step-by-step for how somebody could do that.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_04]: Definitely.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_04]: So this is how I did it.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_04]: So I was just fortunate to have successful friends that had cars sitting around.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_04]: When I started my business, my car went up business.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_04]: and I literally leveraged their car that were underused, and I put them on my uncle, a lot for them to run out, until I learned how to do the business myself, when they can't know car rentals, but you can do the exact same thing too, so you can find somebody who does have good credit, get some fun there and put them on your LLC.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_04]: and then get a hundred can't find it for you to go out and get maybe some some cars off face or marketplace I cost two thousand dollars and you ran them out to people who do door dash or Uber Eats in charge for $400 a month for that car you get your return investment back within your first 30 to 60 days so now you and a green.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_04]: where a lot of people, they get 100K and they want to do this big, real estate deal.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_04]: And now you struggling, like I'm more of like a low risk, making money when it comes to investing, also when it comes to like Airbnb, peer space, tools, well, like you can let me start these businesses for less than $5,000 and get your return investment back within, you know, your first 30, 60 days, uh, tools, well, just finding besters.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I like that you said that and I want to sort of like reiterate that because I think that we live in the age right now with a lot of people are so focused on what's happening online and they want to make these big deals and I want to make money fast, but the truth of the matter like you said is like, man, you got to turn your liabilities and legacies right.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_02]: get rich slowly, because the last longer, right?
- 12:46[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't want, you know, audience to miss that is like that ability to be able to, you know, let's say, get, you know, because I love that, right?
- 12:56[SPEAKER_02]: Get a, get a Honda, right?
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: Get a, get a car,
- 12:59[SPEAKER_02]: out of Facebook Marketplace, like let's say you pay $2,000 for it, you can literally now you own that car right, you can literally find somebody who wants to do door-dash, you know, higher car, you give them that car, now that pan you on a monthly basis, right?
- 13:14[SPEAKER_02]: And if you continue to do that and you stack that now you have recurring revenue, right?
- 13:21[SPEAKER_02]: If I were to ask you what is greater, recurring revenue or a big lump sum, what would
- 13:27[SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna say we current revenue because the money's coming in every single every single month You do something one time and we get a money every single month you two you to you to king of you two You put up five ever so old you make it money off the episodes every single month So five years now you still make a many years No, it's crazy.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's funny because literally literally I get like I like I'm on
- 13:51[SPEAKER_02]: almost 200 episodes.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_02]: I literally get a check for episodes.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_02]: I've done three, three, four years ago.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_02]: Like still, like still to this day, I get a check for episodes that I've done in the past.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_04]: And then economy is changing so much due to, you know, politics, whatever.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_04]: And so a lot of people back in the pandemic, people was paying $5,000, $10,000, of course, and stuff like that now.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_04]: people don't have that much buying power anymore.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_04]: So now we have the figure out what's the price point for people.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_04]: That's $27.50.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_04]: That $100 a month is like real good if you keep building up your audience and stuff like that too.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm always gonna say have a reoccurring money coming into as well.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_04]: I'll talk to you other stuff.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_02]: And one of the things I don't think people realize the importance of reoccurring money is that with reoccurring money you kind of know
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: in advance, what money is coming in, opposed to being like in hustle mode, right?
- 14:45[SPEAKER_02]: Because if you're always waiting for that one big thing to come, like each month you start, you start in the red, and you've got a hustle try to get, you know, you try to get back up.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to say, I would say like poor people chase money, rich people, they make money chase them.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_04]: And I want the money to chase me.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to be out here hustling.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_04]: That's why we build systems and stuff like that.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_04]: I want the money to always chase me.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_04]: So that's why I have,
- 15:08[SPEAKER_04]: differsting is an income for like different stuff.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_04]: Like you said, we're occurring.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_04]: It's super big that entrepreneurs they have to get on board right now.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I love it.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_02]: You always say credit isn't debt.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's a down payment on generation of wealth.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_02]: Can you expand on that for me?
- 15:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because I feel like a lot of people think getting credit cards is bad and it's not.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_04]: You just don't know how to leverage credit for you to turn into an asset.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_04]: You making it to a liability.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_04]: People don't know you can use credit to trouble for free.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_04]: During the pandemic, I was literally paying my card note and my apartment with my credit card points.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_04]: Because I was turning my chart, I was turning my American Express points.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_04]: And to my Charles Swab broke his account and people don't know you can do that.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_04]: You can let it turn your points into Cast your broker's account through Charles Swab because Charles Swab is a partner with the American Express So people don't even think about that.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, um part So that's why some people like you have to learn how you can get your money back when you are using these credit cards Because a lot of people they overlap their credit Pink unnecessary bills
- 16:08[SPEAKER_04]: Traveling but not paying the credit card back and stuff like that instead of creating a cash flow 40 credit cards So that's another mindset that I want to teach when it comes to financial literacy.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_04]: How to live a leverage or credit for it can make you money.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I go into that Yeah, I love I love that because I think that to your point right when you start thinking about
- 16:27[SPEAKER_02]: You know, people using debt or thinking that debt is wrong.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_02]: If you spend your money, right?
- 16:35[SPEAKER_02]: You don't get points.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_02]: You don't get benefits from it.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_02]: So it's got the money anyway.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_02]: Might as well use credit, get the points and then use the money to pay the paid off.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I think about thing myself.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_04]: You can get free food.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_02]: Talk to me a little bit about mogul talk.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_02]: What does mogul talk?
- 16:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so I started this community four years ago because I always wanted to create a financial literacy program for people who didn't have a voice, nine to five workers that didn't know how to start a business, it didn't have resources, it didn't have tools, and that was my story.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_04]: And so I literally started this mentorship, it was a four week mentorship, but now it's like turning to like too much now as I'm grown, but I literally help people, you know, get credit, get funding, and give them options on how they can best earn money based on what they're
- 17:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I have a lot of like my friends come in and teach on real estate, Airbnb, car rentals, beauty business, whatever it is for them to see where they should invest their money and get mentored on that.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_04]: So I felt probably over 20 plus people quit their jobs helped over a hundred people start, say to seven figure businesses.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm just super blessed that I was able to learn from my mentor for me to teach other people how to like impact their lives because that's all I'm about like impact the people.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's about the money.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_04]: I want to
- 17:53[SPEAKER_04]: I love that.
- 17:54[SPEAKER_02]: I love that.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the thing.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_02]: I think people understand that the more impact you have, the more money you make.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know, you know, I've made a lot of money in this business.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_02]: I've lost a lot of money in this business.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_02]: And every time I make a lot of money, it's because I've impacted more people like for people I impact the more money I make.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_02]: The moment I start being selfish and I start holding back my gift or not helping people with the gift.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_02]: That's when issues happen in my life.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, a lot of gatekeepers are here too.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_04]: So all like gatekeepers, I'm just going to give you the information.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_04]: So I can see you like boss up and go crazy.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_02]: Well, why do you think people gatekeepers?
- 18:32[SPEAKER_02]: Like what is that?
- 18:33[SPEAKER_02]: What is that come from?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: because I feel like a lot of people don't want you to be better than him.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_04]: That's another thing, like I don't care if you better than me.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_04]: I just want you to give me my flowers if they have it.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_04]: You hit me, give me my flowers.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_04]: There's one information change in my life.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate that.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_04]: That's all I want to know.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_04]: So that's why I don't care and I'm all about like, I literally started this credit and funny stuff.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_04]: not just for me, but for my family and friends, because I see my family and friends struggle and I know how they can change their situation.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_04]: So I take that leap of faith to show them it's possible.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_04]: You're level of exposure.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_04]: So I have to expose a lot of my family and friends to the success and put them in rooms.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_04]: They wouldn't be able to get in unless I took that step and invested in myself.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: I love it, you know, you teach people about using OPM other people's money to build wealth, what's the what's the first step in doing that like what's the first step somebody takes to use other people's money to build wealth.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_04]: Number one, have a strong 700 credit score.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_04]: And not about the scores about your profile.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_04]: So making sure you have at least two credit cards, with at least five down the limit on air.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_04]: Some back-dated primarys, like we put a year in a mortgage, a auto loan, a personal loan, stuff like that.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_04]: Also adding maybe two trading lines that ask some history to your account because you need least four years history.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_04]: for you to go out to these banks and be funnable by being like a Chase, Apple's Federal Credit Union, Adobe Credit Union, getting lines of credit to as well with Troubles and stuff like that.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_04]: So once you get a 100k and a funding with your LLC and it's another thing too, you can get a 100k and a funding with multiple LLCs that people don't even know.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_04]: They just think they can get a 100k and a funding with one LLC with.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_04]: You have multiple all those count to as well.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_04]: So you can get 500k and a funding.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_04]: and use that money to invest into buying a business that started business yourself.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of people think you guys start to business from scratch, but you can literally go to a website called Loop.net or a business by saying, by your logic, man, by your car wash. By your own nail shop, that's already have their employees, that's already generating cash, so that already has an HR and stuff like that.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_04]: So now you're just investing, and it's a lot of financing you can do with that tool as well.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: I love that because
- 20:47[SPEAKER_02]: I think a lot of people, when they think about entrepreneurship, they order matter you think about starting the business themselves and just saying, you know, get funding, right?
- 20:58[SPEAKER_02]: And instead of taking a risk, I mean, you know, everything's risky.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: Taking a risk and starting a business yourself, you can actually go and buy a business.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_02]: That's what we're going to cash on.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, you can buy business and I have a lot of friends that selling their own business is too as well Yeah, I got a friend that started a car rental business and he's about to sell that business Because it already has an infrastructure.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_04]: They employ the SOPs and stuff like that to as well And so and I think that's like inspiring because I don't know nobody personally That's ever sold their business.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so yeah
- 21:27[SPEAKER_02]: What would you say is the top top three industries that you recommend people to enter when starting a business but like that has like a low, you know, low overhead, but high cash flow.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just like a SaaS program.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_04]: So SaaS.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_04]: SaaS is really like a CRM system.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_04]: We're like go high level.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm like that.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_04]: I'm almost like car rental.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_04]: That's like my go to because it's low risk.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_04]: I believe.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just like a little low over here.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_04]: It could be.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just like home health care.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: Home health care and group homes too as well because my auntie has a group home and she doesn't all she does plays for the rent and she makes probably like I think like 30,000 and 50,000 per month per house ran in out four rooms, so I think that's good cash flow too as well.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_04]: You might pay in base on what I see
- 22:17[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_02]: And so, and so, you know, you, you, you, you light up.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_02]: When you talk about your car rental business, you're like, I see it.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_02]: You light up when you talk about it.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you had a fleet of over 100 cars, right?
- 22:31[SPEAKER_02]: So you built your car business from nothing.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_02]: Like literally, you know, you started with borrowed, borrowed vehicles, walk us through how you, how you scale that.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_02]: How did you start with nothing and you scale that's over 100?
- 22:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_04]: I went to college and I was a star athlete, so I knew all these basketball players, football players, and stuff like that.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_04]: So when they went to the NFL, and they went to the NFL, and they got his money, you know, it was like, I don't had a skill system, they got it when they liked them, so they had all these cards that were sitting there in the season, they never dropped, they never used to drive them.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_04]: So I asked them one day, oh, Maddie put me on the troll business, he was like, you, you all you got to do is find some card that's underutilized, you could start the business process, and I was like, alright, let me go find it.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_04]: So I call a couple of my friends and they gave me, they sent me their Mercedes, they raves, and McLaren's all those type of cars, and I sent those to my uncle's lot, and my uncle managed everything for me, so I was making $10 a month, what I was doing, no work, and I just sat there and I just earned a business from my uncle, with the SOPs, and then eventually I went out and bought my first two cars, which was like a Mazurati and a BMW I8, and I started running my myself, and then from then I just scaled, just partner up with other people to as well, so,
- 23:40[SPEAKER_04]: a lot of these cars aren't minds, but I leverage them on my fleet to as well.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_04]: So it's less liability on me because I don't want to pay for all those car nodes.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_04]: So now I just add other people's cars to my fleet to as well.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_02]: And that's smart though, right?
- 23:52[SPEAKER_02]: Because, you know, a lot of people have cars just sitting sitting and to be able to make money off of them and they, you know,
- 24:04[SPEAKER_02]: It's still that car, but they're just kind of leveraging it, just kind of like it's almost like sub-leasing a house of you will.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_02]: You've got a vacation home, and the house ain't doing, it's just sitting there, why not let somebody else do it?
- 24:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and all I mean, good, and a lot of people couldn't even pay the car notes at a time, too, as well.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm taking off people's car notes.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I think right now, we have, like America has a highest repo repose right now due to that economy shift.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_04]: People getting paid the car notes right now.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_02]: And so somebody lets you use that car,
- 24:32[SPEAKER_02]: if they need it back, they can take it back when they want it.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_02]: Within, uh, is that work?
- 24:36[SPEAKER_04]: I got to give me 30 days because somebody might be in it.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_04]: So if they do want to bet, they got to give me 30 days.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_04]: They got to take off the trackers and like other stuff that I have for you.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_02]: Got you, got you, got you.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: So now you go from exotic cars to the PJs, right?
- 24:52[SPEAKER_02]: How did you go from back credit to PJs and, you know, like, what's that play?
- 24:57[SPEAKER_04]: So with that play, shout out to my boy Rob at Vomos.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_04]: And so he's always gave me like deals on private jets and also Kobe to us at Harajit.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_04]: It's always gave me deals when they came to that.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_04]: So they said tell me like, rest of you Rob, I talked to Rob all the time.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_04]: He gave me strategies on like,
- 25:14[SPEAKER_04]: how to how to buy a private jet and stuff like that.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm just like the maintenance is so high.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_04]: I can't afford to buy no private jet.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_04]: Like I don't care.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_04]: Like all these maintenance has got private jet, but it costs so much to maintain it.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_04]: That's why you see jet speed.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_04]: So cheap because they got to move it every time.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_04]: So one day I caught Rob all the time.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_04]: I'm never going to buy a private jet.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_04]: You know, so what else can I get?
- 25:33[SPEAKER_04]: He was like helicopter.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_04]: It's it costs the same amount as
- 25:38[SPEAKER_04]: And so around that we have.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so we got the helicopter and his low maintenance when it comes to fuel when it comes to storing it And you're making more cash flow to as well.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_04]: So if you from New York When people come to New York, what do they want to see?
- 25:51[SPEAKER_04]: They want to go around the city?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Manhattan, Brooklyn You know what I mean?
- 25:55[SPEAKER_04]: I charge people 300 to $200 per seat So if I get two couples that's a thousand dollars me find them around for 30 minutes.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah
- 26:03[SPEAKER_04]: If I do six trips a day like on average, that's about 20,000, 25,000 a week that I'm making.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_04]: So like 80,000 dollars a month, you know, then I'm making a helicopter.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_04]: So that's like the biggest profit I think when it comes to buying something big, for like tax ride off the stuff like that, bye helicopter.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_02]: Helicopter.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm afraid of helicopters though because I because rest in peace Colby Rest in peace, but it happened we can die we could die driving a car we can die driving on the airplane too as well Sure, but but but but actually I think airplanes are safe for the cars right?
- 26:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know I'm just I mean and I look I ain't trying to measure business up.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_02]: I'm me personally
- 26:43[SPEAKER_04]: But not, so I think the bigger, the bigger the helicopter is, the more steady it is, that's the smaller ones.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_04]: It's a little shaky, so it couldn't be scary.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_04]: But everybody uses the helicopter even like a lot of millionaires because they go from New York to Philly or New York to Manhattan.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_04]: So it's always like a business people like use every single day.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I'm, we won't stand it.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_02]: Cause like, my husband rolled like Western peace.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_02]: But, so let's talk about, I'm crying.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry about, let's talk about wealth and legacy, right?
- 27:17[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, what have you done, right?
- 27:22[SPEAKER_02]: So like, so now you've, you know, you built a multi-million dollar empire, you know, where do you invest your money?
- 27:30[SPEAKER_04]: So we're just changing the landscape of coming into a restaurant or a lounge so not just kick it but also build with other people at our high level like mine it just like yourself to do deals to as well.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_04]: So it's giving them parts when it comes to like the private jets when it comes to hotels and other partnerships that we have.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_04]: When you do get a membership so that's something that we're building all right now That's like different from the industry.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_04]: Another thing is I have also people don't have a truck business So as well Box trucks my first I used to have a team other but that feel other business partner do to the economy change So we want box truck which is interesting to box trucks and also real estate real estate I was gonna be like my go to buy and doplexes townhouses and turn in those townhouses to group homes That's our next big move right now when it comes to real estate
- 28:17[SPEAKER_02]: And you mentioned, you know, having the 18-wheelers and it failed in basing an economy, what would you say, like, do you, you know, do you have a lot of failures and what's the key to any, you know, the key for anybody while they're doing, you know, all these different business moves and, you know, they might hit a roadblock or they might fail.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, man, I'm on a lot to you.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_04]: When this was like, the 18-winter truck and business was like my biggest failure, I believe.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_04]: And it really, like, almost broke me because I did that with my best friend, which was one of my business partners.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_04]: This was like his first big investment.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_04]: And at the time, he had it like a nine-five.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_04]: So he like, depending on me to know what I'm doing.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I'm gonna throw it into the industry.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_04]: You know, man, try a lot of business assets.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_04]: And so when it didn't go good, like I felt so bad, I thought we were going in our friendship We lost about $30,000 and he was using like some of his savings and stuff like that That sounds like
- 29:16[SPEAKER_04]: But he, he, he, he care, but he, he was just like, presence, it happened like, all we got to do, we gone bounce back, if we did it, we got the money one time we gonna do it again, in which like, I love because that gave me more confidence to keep going on another business deal because I ain't gonna lie.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_04]: I was just like, I'm never gonna, like, invest like that.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_04]: Like big again, I'm just gonna keep to what I know.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_04]: But, you know,
- 29:37[SPEAKER_04]: Every lesson, you know, is just every loss teaches you a lesson and so I have to go through that because I teach my mentees to as well.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_04]: Like you should when you're doing something big long-term, make sure you have daily cash flow coming into as well.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_04]: So I was happy to have my credit preferences.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_04]: I was selling digital products.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_04]: So I was always getting my money back from like that loss to as well.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_04]: Because people don't think when you're best in a real estate, when you're best in a truck and anything big,
- 30:03[SPEAKER_04]: That money is not right now.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_04]: You might get that profit back three to six months for now.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_04]: But the internet has trained this, yo, give me 30k.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna build this business up and you can make money back.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_04]: It don't happen like that.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_04]: Anything can happen.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_04]: Like your truck might flip over.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_04]: Now, it's down for 30 days.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I mean, stuff like that, that people don't even teach you, and stuff like that.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_02]: And again, I love your philosophy and I want people to pay
- 30:31[SPEAKER_02]: And this is my philosophy, right?
- 30:32[SPEAKER_02]: So like I've helped multiple people through writing books, building a digital empire, build six and seven figure businesses.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_02]: But I do not like working with people that need to work with me.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_02]: Working with people that want to work with me because I've done it before.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_02]: Like somebody might have watched it episode or whatever.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_02]: they invest money with me, but they're like, this kind of work, that that desperate energy of like, yo, this kind of work and you're gonna, you're gonna save my life and I'm like, no, I'm not gonna save your life.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna save your life.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm saying like, you have, I will give you the information.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_02]: I'll tell you what to do, but you have to execute it.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_02]: So if you have this desperate energy and you're like, yo, like, your ass is gonna help me.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: He's gonna help me.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: me being next to it.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_02]: No, that's not how that works.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I'm saying?
- 31:25[SPEAKER_02]: And so that philosophy of making sure, you know, just start slow, have some type of income coming in before you start taking that big risk.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's that's that's that's that's that's that's it.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_04]: That's something made people don't see how to learn.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_02]: So you you've helped single moms become homeowners, former felons become CEOs.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_02]: What does what does legacy mean to you?
- 31:48[SPEAKER_04]: Like you see me's like everything to me because I feel like when you read his earth like what do you want people to know you as like I want people to know me as the visionary They were able to show people they can turn like they sent me access to setups right to help over a thousand people become millionaires like that's like really the goal.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_04]: And I feel like right now a lot of people don't have like vision and I want to be the voice of people The voice and the motivation and inspiration to see you like you can have you don't have to have anything But you can turn what you have right now into something special in mind you mental right and that's me Learner from Nick like Nick always say don't let a hard time humble you like don't let them hard times You know humble you like we call them hard times champagne problems like
- 32:31[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to be, you might have a messed up day, but tomorrow is always going to be better.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_04]: And you are always going to pick yourself up, and someone like that, like you see, I just want to make sure that I'm leaving the legacy that's impactful, that I was able to help a lot of people, and help a lot of people like to see, and what they need to help with it.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I love that.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_02]: Can you talk a little bit about that transition from like six figures to seven figures?
- 32:55[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I always say like I've, you know, when I when I cross like being a six-figure entrepreneur, you know, I was able to hustle my way to six-figure.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_02]: But then when I got to seven figures and even eight figures I had to there was certain things that needed to happen in order for me to sustain that can you talk about that transition because I don't think we'll realize that you have to come a different person if you want to get to that next level.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_04]: man, six figures.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_04]: I was acting like the person I want to come to six figures.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_04]: Now that seven figures, I had to really be that person, like really be in a field, learn about systems, really invest into other mentors and show me how to not working to my business, not be the slave of my business, and I had that hustle mentality, I had to turn, you know, get systems, marketing.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_04]: delegate the work like stuff like that for me to hit those seven figures like 100k a months like every single month too as well and it also being able to like learn, I'm just trying to say like learn to
- 34:00[SPEAKER_04]: like take bigger risks like spend the money like I'll be so scared to spend the money sometimes like what if it don't work right that's how much what if it do for us like spend the money if you really want to hit seven figures and so that's what I think is the difference between making six figures you're really hustling seven figures you got to become the CEO of your business you really got that document the process yeah
- 34:19[SPEAKER_04]: having SOPs, making sure you got the marketing team, the admin team, the operations manager and stuff like that.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_04]: For you to have something that you maybe can sell it or on a live or pass down to your family to as well.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_04]: But that's like the biggest thing when it comes to seven figures.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_04]: And also, too, just being more like aggressive in your business.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_04]: And...
- 34:39[SPEAKER_04]: not letting nobody play with you.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_04]: That's another thing, too.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think I have the West Coast gang.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_04]: No, because I feel like when I was making six figures, it was all fun and games.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_04]: When you start making seven figures, I feel like a lot of people, when you try to like invest with somebody, help your business grow.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_04]: They be playing games.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't like that's why people that be playing with your money.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_04]: When you pay somebody to do stuff, you know, you're in some horror stories, but I'm saying it.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_02]: 1,000%.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like... Well, I call it the You Got It Tax.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's trying to charge you, you got it tax.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_04]: It's just stuff like that too, so it comes with the games, especially you make it in seconds, seven figures, they want to charge you more.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_04]: And I got to tell people do not charge me, based on what you see.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_04]: Right, right.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_04]: I still have expenses.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I'm making fun of K-March.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_04]: This might be such a set of, you know, who I'm taking care of, you know, stuff like that and people don't understand it.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_02]: And I, you know, you know, to that point though, I think that any I could tell.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_02]: somebody hasn't made money based on the way they move, right?
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: Like people think, like, oh, I heard you say you made X amount of money or you do this, but like you said, like, for me as an entrepreneur, you know, I make a lot of money.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm putting money back, I'm investing back into the business.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's because for me, I'm like, if I go make seven figures, how do I do it?
- 35:53[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of time, like, it take money to make money.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: So you got to put that back in there.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and so yeah, so I, so I get that and how do you think that, right?
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: Because when you started the business, even myself, A.I.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_02]: wasn't really a big fan.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_02]: How is AI, you know, affecting any, you know, anything that you've got going on or or how do you see AI affecting business in general?
- 36:17[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, AI is affecting businesses.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_04]: I want to, I want to, um, dinner the other night, this software,
- 36:25[SPEAKER_04]: And I said, I'll forgot the conversation came up with she told me she got fired from her job or something I'd probably complimented her or something like I'll forget it was when she told me she got fired because of AI And I was like and you a software engineer like that's the highest of the highest income Hey, I just took your job like that's scary to me.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_04]: Wow
- 36:45[SPEAKER_04]: But for me, I'm happy because it's making my life a lot easier when it comes to marketing and email campaigns creating AI agents.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_04]: So where I don't got to hire people overseas no more or American person to help me, they got AI sales call agents like,
- 37:03[SPEAKER_04]: I love it.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like this is like the goal rush of helping entrepreneurs go to the next level.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like if you really want to become an investor or entrepreneur using AI is really going to help you make that six figures of seven figures because you can literally use AI and you don't even got to know nothing but if you have the blueprint for AI agents, you can let you sell those for $1,000 and the $7,000 because they got, they got templates now that you can sell to a business owner and make money.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_04]: So, I feel like it's becoming easier for a lot of people to
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_02]: And I love that.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_02]: And so let's talk a little bit about the the work that you're doing with the youth, you know, we we've had conversations, you know, behind the scenes about, you know, financial literacy, you know, helping the youth and things of that nature, um, you know, as a as a former athlete yourself, you have.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_02]: Once upon a time college students, as they couldn't get paid, you know what I'm saying?
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: Right, so that I could get paid.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_02]: But working with student athletes and working with them on NIL deals, what would you say the biggest financial trap that they need to avoid?
- 38:19[SPEAKER_04]: getting the money and spending it on Hellcats, SRTs, buying a jury, I guess cool to look flashy and look like you got money.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_04]: Well, let's talk about how you can really use that money and invest it to help your family.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_04]: What if you don't make it to the NFL?
- 38:34[SPEAKER_04]: What if you don't make it to the NBA?
- 38:36[SPEAKER_04]: What if you don't make it, you know, pro whatever you're doing?
- 38:38[SPEAKER_04]: right you can all you you never know what can happen to you so let's start like investing that money into things that can grow in compound and best into life insurance you know I mean a lot of a lot of athletes best in it and that's playing college football I don't even think about investing that money into insurance
- 38:54[SPEAKER_04]: Like, what if you do break your leg and you start to go down, but at least you have the insurance that you can cash out on for the money that you would have probably made one to the NFL.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_04]: So that's what I'm teaching on these young kids now, how to start the LLCs, putting it in a money-in-a-trust to as well, talking to them about their parents, telling them to coach them, tell your parents no.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_04]: like, you know, or put, make them, push your panel, what you call it, uh, allowance, don't let them take all your money.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_04]: Don't feel bad about it.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_00]: Right, right, right, right.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_04]: Because I remember, like, right now, all right now, but like, I remember not forgetting that money, people was asking me for money and stuff like, you, my mom, all right, I'm still going to private gym.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_04]: You was like, probably just every day, you know what I'm like, that, you know what I mean?
- 39:35[SPEAKER_04]: So just telling people no and being okay with that.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_04]: And I feel like,
- 39:38[SPEAKER_04]: when you start making a lot of money, it's hard.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_04]: Because you want everybody to win.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_04]: You want to be, you know, the go-to person, you know, people talk about, you know, this princess helped me get a new car.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_04]: You know, you want to be that person, but it's all kind of saying no, because you can give and give and give, but you might go broke.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_04]: And nobody's gonna be there to help you, you know, on your downfall, but too.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: How do you, you know, I think I think one of the tough parts specifically for college students, especially those who are still young, let's just say, you know, growing up as a kid, your parents, your mom, your dad, whoever was the one pouring into you and making sure that you got to this certain place.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_02]: And then, now that you get there,
- 40:20[SPEAKER_02]: If they almost feel like an obligation, I have to pay you back.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 40:25[SPEAKER_02]: So how do you teach them that we're not saying don't pay your parents back?
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: Or your family back, just do it smarter, just do it in a smart way.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like showing them how to start their business.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_04]: Like, let's start a business for your mom.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_04]: Let's start a business for your dad, you know, with that money.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_04]: Because you think about it.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_04]: Other races don't do that.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_04]: You don't see other races buying their parents houses and stuff like this fast because I feel like other races understand When it comes to you know financial literacy and stuff like that and I remember Brandon Jen is talking about that tool is well on a podcast like you know I'm on my house, but you know the other races they don't do that.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it's just the black community in it.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_04]: It's just crazy what we got to we need to change that Projectory because we're in a space of is simple for us to make money now.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_04]: It's not as hard We have we we have it information.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_04]: It's coming to us every single day.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_04]: So we got to be you know smarter But like always to the kids, you know get the LLC get a tax person
- 41:22[SPEAKER_04]: Put your money into a trust and then also just figure out what's up with business businesses or investments that you want to start Like for your family or for your parents stuff like that because everybody isn't meant to be entrepreneur But you I feel like everybody is meant to learn how to invest in money and see a compound tool as well.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_02]: No, I love that What would you say is the most powerful move you may with some you know other people's money and You know, but like the most powerful move with other people's money that changed your life
- 41:53[SPEAKER_04]: Let me think about that.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_04]: The biggest, I think the biggest part of the move I was saying, real estate.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_04]: OK.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_04]: So one of my friends, two things.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_04]: Real estate.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_04]: So one of my friends came to me and wanted to invest into a, I think, like, we got a 20 unit apartment.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's all I found a writer for that deal and now I make a percentage off that every single month So doing that put it myself into that contract and one of my first deals that I that I never even talk about But when I was in college like I told you I had a football for any wanted in the field He got he was he was getting paid for it.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_04]: I have and so you had this link and I remember telling like you big coin about the hit Yeah, I don't know what I just see you know in a net
- 42:35[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm just telling him, like, Vic going about the, he's about to hit.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_04]: He's like, Francis, like, I don't know.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_04]: Another Bob Vic, like, I was like, yo, trust me.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_04]: I noticed guy, you know, he knows what he's doing.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_04]: I, you know, at that time, I was, it wasn't a 100 dollar.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_04]: There was some cheap, so I told him I was like, you'll put the money in here.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_04]: But this is the thing, if he hit, I want at least 10%.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_04]: And he, we didn't have no paperwork and nothing.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_04]: And it ended up hitting when he went to the NFL.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_04]: And now he's like, uh, probably millions now.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_04]: And he gave me a percentage of that, you know, just off, just off GP.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_04]: And so I think that was like one of my biggest deals that I did as far as I use the other people's money and showing them how to, you know, flip that money and knowing that I am the visionary.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_04]: As long as I have the resources and the people around me that know what they're doing, I know I can get somebody money and give them a blueprint to help them flip that money.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_02]: nice nice nice and I love that.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_02]: If somebody's watching this and they have like a 500 credit score, they have no business, they have no money, what's the first thing they need to do today?
- 43:31[SPEAKER_02]: Like right now, like I said, I said watch them.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_04]: So first thing you need to do is go to annual report, get your credit for and use AI.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_04]: And tell AI, AI, I'm a credit per specialist, and I want to delete all these negative items off my report using consumer law, the Metro to upload that report and tell them you want to create a letter and then it's going to create a letter for you and you just mail that letter to experience echo facts and transjoin and you'll see those items be removed within less than 30 days to be honest with you.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_04]: That's one thing you can do, and it also making sure you build up your primary accounts with root reporters, rental karma.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_04]: Doing this other primary card, Ava, to us we can get $2500 online to credit, and then from there, doing the relations up with credit unions, so going to this bank card, I bank that net, and you'll be able to get, you know, funding my super fast to just all the relationships.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_04]: Because I know maybe federal, I got a client right now, she got like a
- 44:28[SPEAKER_04]: five eighty credit score and since you have a long-term relationship when they be fed off she got like a fifteen thousand dollar credit card.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_04]: So sometimes credit don't matter.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_04]: And all of your relationship is there.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_04]: What a credit end.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_04]: They're gonna get you the bad because they're trying to hit their quarter every single quarter.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_04]: So they need they need they need the any job ahead of interest.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like what's what's what's next for Princess Deora?
- 44:49[SPEAKER_04]: What's next for me is build my financial leadership course in the middle of high schools because I'm really big on helping students learn about how to invest, learn about taxes credit because I don't want people to grow up and not know what to do with their money or not know to do with their credit score or being a broad college student to as well.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_04]: And also Sean, maybe college is a for you, but going to trade school is, you know what I mean, and then just showing them also to like, help in their parents.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_04]: There's another thing too, with their credit with their taxes and showing them how to become like August that first time home, back home owners.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_04]: or buying that first-wheel estate property and making cash all off that tool as well because after like if your parent is doing it's gonna motivate you the student to do a tool as well.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_04]: So that's something that I'm big on and just roll my hospitality business making it to something even more bigger with my nonprofit because one day I want to be able to help people who have cancer.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_04]: They can't afford to, you know, maybe travel across the country for their treatment due to their severe, you know, treatment or whatever like that, put them on a private jet, you know, for free.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_04]: So that's something I want to get into right now.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_04]: And just being, you know, more impactful.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_04]: And just keep doing my, you know, my free classes, to as well, just teaching people financial literacy.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_04]: So that's, that's what we're going to right now.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_02]: Would you, would you say your, um,
- 46:09[SPEAKER_02]: desire to help and give that.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_02]: Does that come from just like, you know, growing up in the hood or growing up the way you did?
- 46:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like, like, what is that?
- 46:18[SPEAKER_02]: Is that hot come from?
- 46:19[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, just growing up where I found, I felt like when I was growing up, people made sure that I didn't do anything bad or it didn't stem me wrong.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I tell this story a time.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't start drinking until I was like 27.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_04]: Like my friends never let me drink, never let me smoke weed.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_04]: They always made sure I was like, good in school, good in my book, good in track and stuff like that.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_04]: Make sure I never got in trouble because I think people were scared of my mom.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_04]: And I was getting my mom, so I always wanted to just be great.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_04]: Like a great person, be a genuine person.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_04]: And I think with them making sure I was good, I always want to make sure other people are good.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_04]: That's a, you know, around me too as well like my circle, and stuff like that reason why.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_04]: Like I said, I took a risk on, you know, investing, moving to Atlanta from LA.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_04]: So I can't have a better life and be around like minded people and be in these high-level rooms.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_04]: So I can't learn different, you know, things
- 47:10[SPEAKER_04]: in my community so as well.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_02]: How has that transition right from LA?
- 47:15[SPEAKER_02]: I know it's a culture shock.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_02]: Like what was like, what that transition was like?
- 47:21[SPEAKER_04]: I love that one person can just turn you up.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_04]: You never know you can mean the room of stuff like that.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_04]: And that second year, I was just like, I'm taught it like my friends ain't doing that thing.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_04]: Ain't nobody here to motivate me let me just move and so I moved up my I didn't move my apartment But I moved like everything like my car shift everything to my apartment in LA and I just stayed And I never went back to be honest and I still don't go back because I just love I just love Atlanta Like so much and it did a lot for me especially my thing my second year here was really changed my life was Mitch you put me in this three-day challenge.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_04]: It was like it was Mitch David Shenz.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, the goat and Charles Luna and He put me on that challenge.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_04]: I was only woman.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah
- 47:59[SPEAKER_04]: So I was like, give me confidence.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, y'all, I'm a big team now.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_04]: You know, like, you've had some of the big dogs, you know?
- 48:05[SPEAKER_04]: So that gave me a big opportunity.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_04]: And I just opened on my eyes of like success.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_04]: And that he helped me make the most money ever made it in a day in my entire life.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_04]: And so I always give credit for Mitchell, always looking out for me and stuff like that, always giving me flowers.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_04]: And that instilled in to me to like go harder for just not for me, but other people around me, lift other people up to as well the way he lifted me up.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_04]: You know, when I didn't probably believe in myself and stuff like that, he put me on my, you know, social purpose like my dream podcast, you put me on dream podcast, you know, I mean, I gave you more confidence like keep going and get better at my craft and stuff like that.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_04]: So I think the transition has been absolutely phenomenal.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_04]: It's been life changing for me.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_04]: And I love everybody that I met, you know, in Atlanta, especially me, you like, you know, everybody bond is like super dope.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_04]: And people just want to see people win.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_04]: You don't get that in the world.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_04]: And the people, I think people had that same story, like you never know, like one person can really change your life.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_04]: And you just keep showing up and being consistent and having value to as well.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_04]: It don't matter how much money you got.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_04]: But if you have a skill set, you got a value that helps somebody that you look up to, or you need help from them, you have that.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_04]: You're gonna be able to win any room that you ever been in.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I agree.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_02]: I agree.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_02]: I always say that the same exact thing like, you know, coming from New York.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_02]: It's like one of those things where will help each other.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: But if it ever look like you're you're about to do better, like nobody wants you to do better.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, oh my God, like first, like you said, like I've never seen so many black people before, but in a position of power though, too.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like when I grew up in Harlem, and there's none, but black people there, but it's like, you see poverty, you see, you know what I'm saying?
- 49:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like, it ain't too many of us getting it.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_02]: To come to Atlanta and to really be around other people who are getting it at a high level, it's just like, like,
- 49:58[SPEAKER_04]: the best thing of the mayor we see the mayor all the time like you never go see the mayor all the time in LA or New York product you know I mean he's very presentable he's very likable he have a conversation with you and that's that's what black power is about like and that's what I love like if I go home right now to LA yeah
- 50:15[SPEAKER_04]: They stuff, you know, who I am now.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_04]: I really got to go home with, like, if I want to go out to a nice restaurant, drive my nice car, I really got to go home with security and buddy guard, because, so people might rob you, even in a restaurant, they're gonna rob you.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_04]: The stuff's like, that's what I'm saying.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_04]: So when I go home, people would be thinking, I'm Hollywood, but I just don't want nobody to trick me on my spot.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm making sure, like, I'm protecting stuff when I go home, but they just look crazy, because I don't want to sing like, this big superstar, I'm really not, but I like it.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_04]: You all, I believe that's it.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want you to check me on my spot.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_04]: So I got a home with security and on top of stuff.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm not going home on your post, I'm home.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_04]: And that's the most horrible thing that you can't even post you home.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_04]: You can't even go shopping when you want to, you know, because you never know who.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 50:55[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I'm not seeing you as the peace pop smoke.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_02]: Like.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: He was just chillin', he was just chillin' and that's how sneaky y'all are, that was fine.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_02]: But not for real.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_02]: He even post where he was at, it was just like, he made a mistake and somebody who was lurking sort of address, it was like, oh, we got to lick.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_04]: You know, walking lick.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_04]: I remember the time, it was like probably 2,023.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_04]: I have been homing long.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_04]: I go homing down, I go homing.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_04]: My business partner who was like, I cry on a business.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_04]: We got like a McLaren and a G-Wagging.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_04]: He took the insurance off the car because he just wasn't driving because it was no point because they was just robbing.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_04]: It was going too crazy.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_04]: So we had to take the insurance off the car.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's stuff like that.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, I like it's crazy.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_02]: Man, man, man, man.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_02]: So, you talked about doing a challenge with the brothers, Mitch, shans, Charles, you started doing your own challenge.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_02]: So, talk a little bit about your challenges and what?
- 51:55[SPEAKER_04]: So my challenge, I'm showing people how to get business funding, how to can't funding, and also showing them how to use my strategy when it comes to age corps.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_04]: Because I feel like a lot of people think you got to start a new LLC, you don't.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_04]: You can buy a corp that's already age and get, not just 100k, but over 250k to 500k to as well.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_04]: And then also showing them how to invest that money into passive income as well.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_04]: And also teaching them strategies when it comes to not profit and grants.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_04]: Because I feel like a lot of people don't know.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_04]: Some funny you don't got to pay back.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I was teaching them them strategies too as well but also showing them to set up the nonprofit the trust and just showing them how to network tools well and when it comes to digital product that's another thing people like lack on doing something one time that doing some creative something one time and then solving a problem for somebody I think is really big too and you don't cost you nothing like a digital party now with AI.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_02]: Right Absolutely.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah and that's the thing I want people can you explain can you talk a little bit
- 52:53[SPEAKER_02]: You know, a lot of people think, or I hear this a lot.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_02]: I hear people say, well, why would I pay for information?
- 53:02[SPEAKER_02]: Why would I buy a course or what would I do all of this stuff?
- 53:05[SPEAKER_02]: If I could just use AI, like, you as somebody who's been part of mentorships, you have, you know, you have your own mentorships, like, like,
- 53:17[SPEAKER_02]: answer that question.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm something to my own offense and I'm like, man, why would I pay to be a part of, you know, Princess Dior's program?
- 53:24[SPEAKER_02]: If I could just act AI, what would you say?
- 53:26[SPEAKER_04]: It's cool to act AI.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_04]: But AI and I can get a resource and I can get access to return you up.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_04]: AI and I can't get you the motivation to inspiration when you don't feel like waking up in a morning to really go get it.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_04]: AI and I can't help you solve the problem when you're credit card
- 53:43[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_04]: I am not going to help you with that.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, we have a lot of events and stuff like that too.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_04]: So now you're meeting like minded people who are just like you, that you could do business with, to as well, holding you accountable.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_04]: Now you've got accountability partner too as well, being in a mentorship, being in a different environment.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_04]: So it's just different levels of joining a mentorship to help you go to, you know, different levels in your business from six, seven figures, eight figures, nine figures, two as well.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_04]: And then go, and I got to, like, mentorship is all about an experience, two as well.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I know, mentor, you know, program, you go to Tokyo, you go to maximize and carve on stuff like that.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_04]: Like, you can know type of experience, you can know type of bonds to a well when it comes to a mentorship.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_04]: So it's not just you paying for information, but you're paying for an experience that you will never have with the people you will right now.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_04]: because now you win, you win a program with people without money just like you.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's you've never been exposed to.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_04]: So that's what I think about, like, programs like that.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, when they say, they say, if you hang around five broke people, you'll be to six.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_02]: But same thing, if you hang around, you know, five people who are multi-millionaires or what people who are like mine did, you'll want to become in that.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, when I got to Atlanta, I was making a good money, probably like, you know, five, you know, five figure, five figure months, um, that I sort of beat them around people who would like, six figures, six figures, six figures.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_02]: And so I finally had gotten to like, y'all, I'm doing six figure months, six figure months.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_02]: And then I heard like, you're a million hours in a day.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_02]: And then I swear, when I heard that, I was like, that, you know, my, my, my say that's impossible.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_02]: And then that opened up my mind to say, you know, I think I could do it.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_02]: So I got a question for you.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_04]: I never made a million dollars in that year.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_04]: So what is that transition of making a 100K of my 250K months to making a million dollars in a day?
- 55:42[SPEAKER_04]: Like, what does that come with too well?
- 55:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I think that,
- 55:49[SPEAKER_02]: It's just the order of how you do things.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_02]: So that's how I look at it, right?
- 55:54[SPEAKER_02]: It feels excellent, right?
- 55:56[SPEAKER_02]: Because again, you're proven to yourself, like, man, I've done all these things.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_02]: But the truth that people don't tell you is that all you're doing is collecting all the money up front, but you have to deliver on the back end.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_02]: So that's the difference.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_02]: Um, as somebody, I think the first time we did, like, with just seven million dollars in one day, right, and I was like, man, like this felt good, right, problem with that, the problem with that is money, making money to me feels good, right.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_02]: But if I'm spending a lot of time fulfilling, I'm not spending time making money here.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_02]: And now you could go down a path of like, I don't even want to do this no more, right?
- 56:43[SPEAKER_02]: So I give a prime example.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_02]: So the difference is,
- 56:46[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say, if you're making six fingers, a month, six fingers, a month, six fingers a month, you're on a month by month thing, right?
- 56:53[SPEAKER_02]: Where they're paying you a little bit of money on a monthly basis and you're providing them with the service month by month by month, right?
- 57:01[SPEAKER_02]: So the pressure of what you have to provide, ain't really there, right?
- 57:05[SPEAKER_02]: But imagine genuine where we come, or whatever month comes,
- 57:10[SPEAKER_02]: You know, when we made, when we made, you know, that's a million in a day, we were charging $40,000 for a mentorship that lasted a year.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_02]: So now think about that.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_02]: You're making, you, you charge somebody $40,000.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_02]: And then all that money ensures because we got to do mentors shares, we got to do, you know, you know, you know, quarterly events, all these different things and so some of that money, you have to sort of allocate to do these things and so now it almost feel like you work for these people, you know, for me.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not doing no yearly thing no more like I'm like if you know, I rather do maybe quarterly like I rather if I rather charge you 10,000 or you know and and you work when we for 90 days so that way I could get back to getting money every 90 days a post to you know being in a space where I got all the money up front
- 58:07[SPEAKER_02]: now I have to deliver on it, but I also, once you make a certain amount of money, it's not the money.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_02]: It's the, it's the, like for me, I just love, uh, I love the hustle.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_02]: You get what I'm saying.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_02]: So, all right, Ben.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_02]: So, now if you take me away from the hustle, I don't feel fulfilled.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_02]: So, I'm like, all right, cool.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_02]: I'll do 98, give you my attention for 98 days.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_02]: And then now, where's the, where's the next hustle, where can I go to?
- 58:31[SPEAKER_02]: So, I would, I would say, it feels good in the beginning.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but I think that when you start and it's just for me.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this might not be everybody's experience right some some people might be like on felt good.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a you know me doing it, but I feel like
- 58:47[SPEAKER_02]: what I've been seeing in the marketplace anyway is that a lot of people have switched that model anyway, we're not doing the year long thing more, you know, I'm saying that they're doing it every quarter and I like that that you know, because it allows you to get a bunch of money each morning, but then I bet and the truth of the matter is if I can make 2 million
- 59:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I rather get it in a recurring opposed to just getting all all up front.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_02]: And then that a responsibility is on me to deliver right and and the other thing that happens is now you took all this money up front and you have a responsibility to deliver.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_02]: if somebody changes their mind, if somebody doesn't want to work anymore, if they something happens in their lives, like there's just too much pressure.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm like, I give me, give me something that money.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's still the same transmission, but just give it to me more
- 59:44[SPEAKER_04]: And I'll have you said that.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody says it, they're saying story.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, no, no.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_02]: Because again, I think, you know, it was, it was a moment, though.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_02]: It was a moment where this new philosophy was introduced.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, yeah, I made a million dollars in a day, but.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_02]: Again, the money is good.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not, you know, in no way, am I saying that it doesn't feel good to make the money.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_02]: But at the end of the day, I think that, you know, it's something to say, you know, the better, for me, if I could do anything over, it would be that.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_02]: I would have focused on community and the slow drip.
- 1:00:22[SPEAKER_02]: First, you don't understand because if you think about, you know, you know, at the time, let's just say, you know, at the time where, you know, I must say it was saturated about the time there wasn't as many coaches or whatever things may be imagine having a program and make, when if I'm making a quarter million a month and hiring.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm saying like a quarter million a month recurring is good at the end of you.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_02]: That's great money Yeah, I'm spacing it out.
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I make sense.
- 1:00:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I need to ask it.
