- Lucas: Hey Luna, welcome back to Learn Telugu with Fexingo. I'm so glad you're here. Luna: I'm glad too! I've been waiting to practice more. Last time we talked about flowers at the park, right? Lucas: Exactly. And you know what? I was thinking about how often we say a flower is beautiful or smells nice. Those phrases are so useful. Luna: Yes! I loved learning about colors last time. But I want to get more comfortable with describing flowers. Lucas: Perfect. So today we'll focus on a few simple phrases you can use anywhere. Alright, let's dive into today's phrases. First up: ఈ పువ్వు ఎరుపుగా ఉంది. This flower is red. That's a mouthful! How was that? Lucas: Very good! Just a little more emphasis on the 'రు' in 'ఎరుపుగా'. Got it! So if I see a yellow flower, I can say Lucas: Exactly! You remembered. Let's practice that: Nice! And what about saying it smells nice? Lucas: Good question. That would be: పువ్వు మంచి వాసన. The flower has a good smell. Say it with me: Oh, I love that. So I can use it for any flower that smells good. Lucas: Exactly. And one more: పువ్వు అందంగా ఉంది. The flower is beautiful. That's so pretty. Alright, let me try all four in a row. How was that? Lucas: Wow, Luna, that was fantastic! You nailed it. I'm really impressed. Now imagine you're at a park and you see a red rose. What do you say? And then I might say పువ్వు మంచి వాసన because roses smell amazing. Lucas: Exactly! And if you see a sunflower, you could say Luna: Right! Sunflowers are yellow. And they're tall too. But we haven't learned 'tall' yet. Lucas: That's for another day. For now, let's just enjoy these flower phrases. Repeat after me one more time: Lucas: Perfect. I love how you're picking this up. As always, practice these phrases when you're out for a walk or even looking at flowers in your home. The more you say them, the more natural they become. Luna: I will! And I'll try to describe every flower I see. Thanks, Lucas. Lucas: You're welcome, Luna.
