The Supreme Court just slammed the door shut again on Donald Trump’s latest bid to dodge a $5 million sexual abuse judgment from E. Jean Carroll — this time denying his request for a rehearing without explanation. The case, rooted in a 1990s assault allegation, had already been rejected in June, and now Trump’s legal team is out of luck. Trump previously argued the jury shouldn’t have heard testimony from other accusers — but that didn’t sway the justices.
