Speaker 1: Everything we build we build on the rock of Christ.
• 0:27
Speaker 2: Jesus. Help us not to get our eyes off you today.

Speaker 2: Turn your eyes upon Jesus, as the song says, Lord,
• 0:35
Speaker 2: we want to do that today. See your purpose is
• 0:38
Speaker 2: beyond our own, beyond our own understanding, beyond our own
• 0:43
Speaker 2: own fears and concerns. Lord, fill us with faith today.
• 0:46
Speaker 2: We don't want to operate out of fear, but out
• 0:48
Speaker 2: of faith. It's only possible by your power in our life.
• 0:52
Speaker 2: We ask for that fresh infilling of your Holy Spirit.
• 0:57
Speaker 1: We thank you for this.
• 0:58
Speaker 2: Day and we commit it to you again. Praying for
• 1:03
Speaker 2: our state and just the challenges with fires. Lord, give
• 1:07
Speaker 2: firefighters wisdom on how to contain these blazes. We pray
• 1:12
Speaker 2: for no more property loss and we can all get
• 1:15
Speaker 2: back to breathing better air but Lord, just give wisdom
• 1:19
Speaker 2: on how to fight these fires here in our state
• 1:23
Speaker 2: and our country. Lord, so much fire of division and strife.
• 1:29
Speaker 2: Or we pray for a calming of that. Help the church,
• 1:31
Speaker 2: help Christians to speak into situations, to bring focus and
• 1:38
Speaker 2: your principles into decisions about our country communities. Surround the
• 1:46
Speaker 2: president with godly counsel. We ask particularly regarding some of
• 1:50
Speaker 2: these issues in Iran and Ukraine. Also praying specifically today
• 2:00
Speaker 2: first of all, or we just want to lift up
• 2:04
Speaker 2: a family. The husband going through a pretty serious cancer battle,
• 2:08
Speaker 2: had a surgery earlier this week. Wife trying to hold
• 2:13
Speaker 2: things together. She's quite involved in ministry and leadership herself. Lord,
• 2:18
Speaker 2: just show her how to balance these things. Give her
• 2:21
Speaker 2: your peace in the midst of this storm, and that
• 2:24
Speaker 2: she would see your miracles in not only her husband's life,
• 2:29
Speaker 2: but in hers and the way you provide. Also, person
• 2:35
Speaker 2: asking for sanity according to the scriptures? Or do you
• 2:38
Speaker 2: know what that means for this person? They want to
• 2:40
Speaker 2: have a clear mind, a focused mind, a sound mind.
• 2:43
Speaker 2: Give them that today, Lord, help them to put away fear.
• 2:50
Speaker 2: Also praying for a son and his struggles lost the
• 2:59
Speaker 2: dad to hear a few years ago and still struggling.
• 3:03
Speaker 2: He's fifteen. Or we pray you'd comfort his heart. Seems
• 3:06
Speaker 2: like he misses him, particularly this time of year because
• 3:09
Speaker 2: they do a lot of things in the summer. Several
• 3:12
Speaker 2: young people involved in this family losing their dad. Lord,
• 3:15
Speaker 2: we pray for comfort for this family. Also, a person
• 3:21
Speaker 2: just says they need God to help them not be
• 3:25
Speaker 2: such a backslider. You know what's going on with them,
• 3:27
Speaker 2: what's causing back sliding trials. Just help them to hold
• 3:34
Speaker 2: up that shield of faith, put on that helmet of salvation.
• 3:41
Speaker 2: And also praying for a man who needs to get
• 3:44
Speaker 2: a room to rent, has to be moving out of
• 3:48
Speaker 2: his current situation, doesn't have enough to afford an apartment,
• 3:53
Speaker 2: but just looking for maybe a room to rent with
• 3:56
Speaker 2: a Christian family. Or we pray you guide his steps,
• 4:00
Speaker 2: give his efforts success, and help him not to be afraid,
• 4:04
Speaker 2: but to reach out in faith and find this living place.
• 4:09
Speaker 2: And we ask for all of this in Jesus name.
• 4:12
  Speaker 1: Amen,
