Latest / Simply Bitcoin / BlackRock Just Revealed Their AI Endgame and Bitcoin Has Other Plans | Simply Originals

- 0:00Three massive things happened this week.
- 0:02BlackRock CEO just told the world he's going to control
- 0:06nearly every AI data center in the United States and called
- 0:10American citizens who pushed back domestic terrorists.
- 0:14The Clarity Act passed out of committee heads to the Senate,
- 0:17but the language that protected open source developers stripped
- 0:21out last minute for votes that didn't even materialize.
- 0:25And here's a big one that'll rattle your sphincter.
- 0:28The odds of a rate cut just collapsed to 27%.
- 0:32Stagflation is on the menu. The new Fed chair, Kevin Walsh,
- 0:36just told you QE is over. Now almost nobody is connecting
- 0:43these three things. They look like separate news.
- 0:45They are the same news. The biggest Ponzi scheme in
- 0:49history, Fiat, is in its terminal phase and the system
- 0:53that's been printing your future away for 50 years is building
- 0:58its replacement right now and it is terrifying.
- 1:01My goal today is to show you the three pillars of that
- 1:05replacement, walk you through what they're actually building
- 1:08and by the end you'll understand why Fidelity says Bitcoin to a
- 1:13billion by 2038. BCA engaged baby.
- 1:18Bleach your hair. Blast that PM 5K because this is
- 1:22what it looks like when worlds, when systems collide.
- 1:26We got a big show today look, a system is what it does.
- 1:37Once you're in the system, you do what the system does.
- 1:41And this system, that system, as you can see here, is cooked.
- 1:47So they're building the replacement.
- 1:50Their replacement Cyborg, Larry Fink, wants every asset on one
- 1:55programmable blockchain. The banks want every line of
- 1:59crypto code to require a permission slip.
- 2:03The Fed wants to print so much money your eyes will bleed and
- 2:07then call you a terrorist when you opt out.
- 2:10Am I getting this right? Terrorist jihadis.
- 2:13They're building the cage. Bitcoin is already built the
- 2:16exit, and it's getting more powerful by the day.
- 2:20Today I'm going to lay out the three pillars of the cage.
- 2:23Control, capture, collapse. And after each one, I'm going to
- 2:27tell you the same thing because it's the only thing that
- 2:32matters. Bitcoin, like Larry David
- 2:35doesn't give a BlackRock isn't financing AI, they're financing
- 2:41the cage Pillar One control. Watch how casually Kevin
- 2:47O'Leary, Mr. Wonderful, or what or whatever the hell lies on one
- 2:52of the most viewed shows on the Internet.
- 2:54Take 40,000 acres in Utah and make it possible for the
- 2:57government to know where you are at all times and what you're
- 2:58thinking, listening to you on your phone like we have that.
- 3:01You have to. Choose the less.
- 3:02Of two evils in your scenario, and I'm telling you what you
- 3:05should do is say I want Kevin O'Leary to succeed.
- 3:07I want him to beat the Chinese and compute power.
- 3:10Then use the laws of the United States to make sure that you
- 3:13keep that compute power in check to not have it available to put
- 3:16down my shovel. I don't think people want to do
- 3:18that. Even the people in Box Elder,
- 3:20the majority of them want me to hold my shovel and start
- 3:22digging. There was a referendum among
- 3:24citizens. 3 to 0 the the the commissioners of the county
- 3:28said. We want to three people voted
- 3:30the people of the county. Elected.
- 3:32Officials. That's how you do.
- 3:34It How hard is it for Kevin O'Leary and Amazon and Microsoft
- 3:40and Google to subvert 3 county commissioners in rural Utah?
- 3:44They vote. They.
- 3:45Wanted. They asked us to come.
- 3:48They asked us to bring $50 billion.
- 3:51There's no Amazon, Google, and Kevin O'Leary got 3 county
- 3:53commissioners in rural Utah on their side.
- 3:56Good work. Cool story. the US already had
- 3:585381 data centers. China has 449.
- 4:04We have 12 times more than the country we're supposedly
- 4:08competing with. So it's not about China.
- 4:11What is it about? But consider the concern.
- 4:15So if you're rolling out what they're telling you and clearly
- 4:19they believe is the single greatest technological change in
- 4:23the history of human life on this planet, it's the biggest
- 4:26thing that's ever happened ever, then you think one of your main
- 4:30concerns would be, well, does this change the relationship of
- 4:35the powerless to the powerful? Relationship of the citizen to
- 4:39the state, for example. What are your concerns would be
- 4:43how do we do this and bring about the prosperity that it
- 4:46promises without totally eliminating human rights, making
- 4:49people slaves because we're against slavery, right?
- 4:51Aren't we against slavery? We were.
- 4:53How do we do that? But that doesn't seem to be
- 4:55Larry Fink's main concern. His main concern is how do we
- 4:57protect our investment? This infrastructure, these
- 5:01buildings, these data centers, Someone could drone them.
- 5:06Someone could drone them. Now who?
- 5:09Foreign actors? Hezbollah.
- 5:11Hamas. No, no, just people.
- 5:13Larry Fink is concerned that ordinary American citizens, as
- 5:17he just said, will use $3000 drones to destroy these billion
- 5:20dollar investments. Why would he be worried about
- 5:24that? We've had electricity for over
- 5:28100 years. There are 11,000 power plants in
- 5:33the years. Walker said the quiet part out
- 5:36loud. The elites are terrified of
- 5:38ordinary citizens. Why?
- 5:40Because they know what they're building.
- 5:43Watch think himself. But now because of drone
- 5:47warfare, we have to relook at all forms of security and the
- 5:54need for rebuilding the GCC region to rebuild it to so that
- 6:02it could be in a position where it's not going to be obstructed
- 6:07by drone warfare. So a lot of many more things
- 6:09going to have to be underground. But even here in the United
- 6:12States, if we're going to be building, let's say these one GW
- 6:15data centers, how do we make sure we're not protecting those
- 6:18fifty billion, $75 billion investments?
- 6:23We have to relook at everything because of the role of drone
- 6:26warfare. Right now, we're looking at it
- 6:28internationally. But you know, what am I concerns
- 6:31is could it be a domestic terrorism using a $3000 drone.
- 6:36So all of these things are are are actually opportunities, not
- 6:41problems. It's going to require as we
- 6:43said, trillions of dollars of capital.
- 6:46Governments cannot build these out alone.
- 6:49They don't have the the wherewithal and two their
- 6:52deficits are started the mounting and we spend too little
- 6:55time talking about the US deficits and other countries
- 6:58deficit. So this is going to all going to
- 7:00be the role of private sector. He's calling you a terrorist
- 7:03before you've done anything. A week after the 2026
- 7:07counterterrorism strategy expanded the definition of
- 7:10domestic terrorism. Right on time, right on script.
- 7:14And it gets worse. the US Army just signed off on 50 year
- 7:18leases at Fort Bliss and Dugway Proving Ground, hyperscale data
- 7:22centers on military bases built by Carlisle, KKR, and Global
- 7:27Infrastructure Partners. Guess who owns Global
- 7:30Infrastructure Partners? BlackRock.
- 7:33The Army's not getting paid in cash.
- 7:35They're getting paid in compute, the same compute that runs
- 7:40Palantir's Maven AI, the targeting system that according
- 7:43to military times, generated coordinates that bombed a
- 7:48primary school in Iran, most of them children, and now think
- 7:52once all of it on one blockchain I.
- 7:55Think the movement towards tokenization, decimalization is,
- 8:00is necessary. It's ironic that we see two
- 8:03emerging countries leading the world in decimals in, in, in, in
- 8:07the tokenization and digitization of their currency.
- 8:12That's Brazil and India. I think we need to move very
- 8:15rapidly to doing that. We would be reducing fees.
- 8:19We would do more democratization by reducing more fees if we had
- 8:24all investments on a tokenized platform that you can move from
- 8:27a tokenized money market fund to equities and bonds and back and
- 8:31forth. We have one common blockchain.
- 8:34We will, you know, we, we could reduce corruption.
- 8:36So I would argue that yes, we have more dependencies on maybe
- 8:411 blockchain, which we could all talk about.
- 8:44But that being said, that activities are probably
- 8:48processed and more secure than everyone.
- 8:50Blockchain, programmable, fractionalized, instantly
- 8:53transferable translation. A kill switch on every dollar
- 8:58you own. That's the cage.
- 9:00They're not financing AI, they're financing the cage.
- 9:04And they want you to think you're a.
- 9:06Terrorist. For noticing Bitcoin doesn't
- 9:09give a Speaking of cages, most of you watching right now have
- 9:14your Bitcoin sitting on an exchange.
- 9:16You don't own it. You have an IOU.
- 9:19And when Fink's blockchain goes live and they freeze your
- 9:22account because you reposted the wrong meme, you're going to wish
- 9:26yourself custody. The Bitcoin way exists because
- 9:30self custody shouldn't require a computer science degree white
- 9:34glove onboarding. They walk you through your
- 9:36hardware wallet setup, multi sig inheritance, planning the whole
- 9:39stack so when the system melts down, your stack doesn't melt
- 9:44with it. If you don't hold your keys, you
- 9:46don't hold your Bitcoin. Book your free consultation
- 9:49today. Click that link in the
- 9:51description, scan the QR head over to the Bitcoin Way today
- 9:56and stop renting your freedom. The Clarity Act is not clear.
- 10:01It's a leash. Pillar 2, capture the Clarity
- 10:04Act passed. Charles Payne changed his
- 10:06profile picture to an American flag.
- 10:09Bitcoin, Everyone's celebrating. Was it really a win?
- 10:13Let's check the tape. Let's go to Bitcoin Senator
- 10:16Cynthia Lummis and see what she's been up to.
- 10:20This is some competition for them.
- 10:24They view it as competition that will hurt their ability to
- 10:29sustain the deposits they need to make loans.
- 10:33I disagree with that. They want changes that actually
- 10:37would go back to the Genius Act we passed last summer and make
- 10:41changes to it. I think that they should embrace
- 10:47digital assets. It's going to be part of the
- 10:49financial products they can offer in the future.
- 10:52We're going to have a digital dollar, a digital Bitcoin,
- 10:56digital alternative coins. It's going to be a new financial
- 11:00landscape and I'd like to see the traditional banking industry
- 11:05embrace it instead of fight it. Let.
- 11:08Me go through a couple of the things that we have done to
- 11:13strengthen and address some of the issues that have been raised
- 11:19regard to anti money laundering and illicit finance.
- 11:23It creates risk based exam standards.
- 11:26It expands Treasury Special Measure authority to act swiftly
- 11:30against foreign money laundering.
- 11:32It creates studies on mixers and tumblers.
- 11:35It requires annual Treasury reports on foreign jurisdictions
- 11:39compliance with US AM LCFG standards.
- 11:43It requires recurring Treasury reports on offshore stable
- 11:48coins. It requires mandatory
- 11:51educational materials on digital asset risks.
- 11:54Insider resale restrictions to prevent pump and dump schemes.
- 12:00It has timely disclosure requirements, Broker deal
- 12:03insolvency disclosures, a federal regulatory floor for
- 12:08crypto kiosks. This is very important.
- 12:11This has been a problem in my state.
- 12:14Tokenized securities remain securities under SEC
- 12:17jurisdiction. FTC authority over unfair or
- 12:21deceptive practices. 30 million per year through 2031 for FinCEN
- 12:30with regard to fraud and AML provisions.
- 12:33Temporary holds for suspicious activities and preventing those
- 12:38who place the holds from having private causes of action.
- 12:43It applies BSA regulation to digital asset brokers, dealers
- 12:48and exchanges. This list goes on and on.
- 12:52This is a pro law enforcement bill.
- 12:56That's why they hate it. Bitcoin is winning.
- 12:59The banks know what they're losing, so they fought for their
- 13:01lives and they got their consolation prize.
- 13:05Last minute negotiation. Banking Committee Republicans
- 13:08and Democrats stripped Section 3 O one.
- 13:11That was the blockchain regulatory certainty act, the
- 13:14language that protected non custodial software developers
- 13:18from being treated like money transmitters.
- 13:21The direct response to the Tornado Cash and Samurai wallet
- 13:24prosecutions gone traded away for bipartisan votes that did
- 13:29not materialize. Mark Warner still voted no.
- 13:32They sold the developers for nothing.
- 13:35Oh, and our girl is Warren Full that vintage Liz crawled out of
- 13:43her cave, slithered into Congress, and proposed 40
- 13:47amendments against this bill. Roll it, it pushes.
- 13:50More of the market into crypto and removes protections for
- 13:54investors and removes recourse for victims.
- 13:58That is the wrong direction to go in.
- 14:00All right, when this blows up the economy, I hope everybody
- 14:03remembers. Hey Liz, Bitcoin doesn't give a
- 14:07it's winning. You're losing.
- 14:09But make no mistake, a war is being fought right now.
- 14:12A last ditch effort for any semblance of relevance before
- 14:16they go extinct. The Clarity Act is making things
- 14:19clear, actually. All right, the banks hate you
- 14:21and the state hates the 4th amendment.
- 14:24I don't even think they know it exists.
- 14:26Oh, and here's The Dirty secret about every other Bitcoin backed
- 14:30lender. They're lending your collateral
- 14:33out the rehypothecation it They're playing the same
- 14:36fractional reserve game the banks play with your Bitcoin and
- 14:41when the music stops, your stack is gone.
- 14:44Letting done do that, their custodied loan product means
- 14:47your Bitcoin sits in cold storage.
- 14:50Never lent out, never touched. That's the Satoshi standard. 8
- 14:55years, $10 billion in origination 0 customer Bitcoin
- 14:59lost lowest rates in the industry.
- 15:01No hidden fees, no fine print auto top up so you never get
- 15:05liquidated by a Wick 0 prepayment penalties paid off
- 15:09whenever you want. Don't sell your Bitcoin to buy a
- 15:11house, a car or business. Borrow against it.
- 15:14Keep your stack. Scan the QR or click the link in
- 15:17the description and head over to leaden dot IO.
- 15:21The new Fed chair. Just bet against easy money.
- 15:24Everything must reprice. Pillar 3 collapse.
- 15:30Utter destruction. The macro picture is absolutely
- 15:33cooked. Rate cut odds for 20/26/27
- 15:37percent. There is now a higher chance the
- 15:39Fed hikes then cuts by December. Inflation is back in full swing.
- 15:45Ray Dalio live on CNBC said the quiet part.
- 15:49Almost anybody who's objective, they would say, certainly you
- 15:53would not cut interest rates now, OK, you will lose your
- 15:56credibility. The Federal Reserve would lose
- 15:58its credibility, particularly now almost at any time.
- 16:02And so I would say, but beyond that, it's not the right way to
- 16:06have monetary policy given all things considered.
- 16:09He. He.
- 16:09Should wait till when with the well.
- 16:11You should. You have a dual mandate, right?
- 16:14You're in a stagflationary period.
- 16:17We're in a sad inflationary period.
- 16:18You think we are. We are certainly in the sad
- 16:20inflationary period. Now how that transpires has a
- 16:24lot of parts to it, but we're certainly in, in that.
- 16:29And if you look at monetary policies by other countries,
- 16:32you're not going to see them cutting, OK.
- 16:34So you could, whatever your benchmarks are, you're not going
- 16:37to be inclined to cut the monetary policies, not with
- 16:40today's information. Stagflation, the one thing every
- 16:45central banker on earth told you couldn't happen again after
- 16:481979. Well here we are.
- 16:51Look at the bond market. 30 year yield 5% twenty Year 5% teen
- 16:56year 4.5 Every maturity rising together the government is
- 17:00running a $2 trillion annual deficit and borrowing more every
- 17:05day to fund a war for no reason. Meanwhile, the UK 30 year just
- 17:09did 5 percent, highest since 2008.
- 17:12Japan's wholesale inflation came in at 4.9%, nearly double the
- 17:17forecast. The 30 year Japanese government
- 17:20bond just hit 4%, a record for a country that spent 3 decades in
- 17:25deflation. A former JP Morgan Japan had
- 17:29said the countdown to yen worthlessness has begun.
- 17:33Stocks are at all time highs because AI earnings are real.
- 17:37Bond yields are at multi decade highs because the debt is real.
- 17:42Both cannot be right. But hey, don't worry, the
- 17:47president is deeply concerned about your financial situation.
- 17:51I'm sure he's working on fixing it.
- 17:54Oh wait, what? Extent are American financial.
- 17:58Situations motivating you to make a deal.
- 18:01Not even a little bit. It's the only thing that
- 18:03matters. When I'm talking about Iran.
- 18:05They can't have a nuclear weapon.
- 18:06I don't think about Americans financial situation.
- 18:10I don't think about anybody. I think about one thing.
- 18:13We. Cannot.
- 18:14Let Iran have a nuclear weapon. That's all.
- 18:17Gas prices in America are still high.
- 18:20Painfully high. They're going to drop like a
- 18:23rocket once it's over. Painfully high though now and
- 18:26and could be creeping higher than Weinstein, excuse me, lower
- 18:29than Biden and much lower than people thought they'd be.
- 18:32This inflation number is going up.
- 18:34You're right. It's much lower than President
- 18:36Biden's was, but it's going up under you.
- 18:39The numbers are, you can imagine Democrats and political pundits
- 18:45jumped all over this table that you made the other day.
- 18:47You were asked on the when you were leaving, what extent?
- 18:51Are Americans? Not even a little bit.
- 18:56It's the only thing that matters is that I'm talking about Iran.
- 18:59They can't have a nuclear weapon.
- 19:01I don't think about American financial situation.
- 19:05I don't think about anybody. I think about one thing.
- 19:08We cannot let. Iran have a nuclear.
- 19:10Weapon, that's all. That's right.
- 19:11That's a perfect so to make it again, but you can imagine how
- 19:15many people stop the sound bite at I don't think about America.
- 19:19They played the situation. So what's your response to that
- 19:22frame? Very simple.
- 19:24When people hear me say it, everybody agrees short term
- 19:29pain, it's going to be short term pain.
- 19:31But the pain is much less than people thought.
- 19:33Because people thought that the oil would go up to $250.
- 19:37You know, it was $99.00 yesterday, $99 a barrel.
- 19:40I thought it might go up to 200. I was OK with that, not that I
- 19:44wanted it, but you cannot let them have a nuclear weapon.
- 19:48They will use it on us. They'll start off with Israel,
- 19:51wipe it out, the Middle East, wipe it out.
- 19:52It'll go to Europe. You know, they have a missile
- 19:55that goes to Europe. You saw that.
- 19:56OK, they have a missile goes to Europe.
- 19:58I have done Europe a very big favor.
- 20:00When you tell somebody you're going to have to pay a little
- 20:03more, not that much more, a little more for gas, I mean for
- 20:07virtual period of time. Because we want to stop the
- 20:10threat of being blown to pieces by a lunatic by a crazy person
- 20:15and they are crazy using nuclear weapons.
- 20:17Everybody says that's fine. And that question was a fake
- 20:20question and they didn't put my full answer.
- 20:23I totally care. Look, I inherited high prices
- 20:27and they came in with the word affordability.
- 20:29My first press conference, 2 days in, and Biden didn't do
- 20:33press conferences. He'd go for years without doing
- 20:36because he was incapable of doing it.
- 20:37He was an incompetent person. But my first question was about
- 20:41eggs. Eggs have quadrupled.
- 20:43What are you going to do? I said eggs, Tell me about eggs,
- 20:45Tell me about the problem. Eggs have gone up four times.
- 20:48I said I'll take care of it. By the way, I did take care of
- 20:51it. But they came up with a word.
- 20:54Because they are good. They're rotten with policy.
- 20:57They're horrible politicians in many cases there.
- 21:00We have a new name. They're Democrats.
- 21:02I call them Democrats, not Democrats.
- 21:04They're Democrats. A lot of low IQ people.
- 21:07You have Ilhan Omar saying World War 11.
- 21:10She said world. She was referring to World War
- 21:122. She said World War 11.
- 21:16These people are destroying our country and we have to stop.
- 21:20And you know, President. Oh, cool, glad.
- 21:22Thanks. Nice.
- 21:24We cleared it up. Now into this dumpster fire
- 21:28walks a brand new Fed chair, Kevin Warsh, who just bet
- 21:31against the entire Powell Playbook agenda for.
- 21:34Reform that, won't that. Won't make matters worse.
- 21:39Yes, well, this might upset part of your audience, Peter.
- 21:41So this is a trigger warning. This is what one of the people
- 21:44like you and I do on campus. I believe this administration
- 21:47inherited a mess, a fiscal and monetary mess, and it is
- 21:53incumbent on the administration to get out of it.
- 21:56No one said it would be easy. We didn't get into this mess
- 21:58overnight. We're not going to get out of it
- 22:00overnight. To make the numbers you said
- 22:03somewhat easier, I think to understand, we were paying about
- 22:07a billion dollars in interest expense every day the day before
- 22:11COVID. We're now paying more than $3
- 22:14billion per day in interest expense.
- 22:17None of that's going to strengthen the military or help
- 22:19the least well off among us that is being squandered away.
- 22:22OK, So what do I suggest? As you pointed out and as you
- 22:28and I have discussed, but I'm not sure the economics
- 22:30profession believes this, there are two monetary policy
- 22:33instruments. One is setting of interest rates
- 22:37and the other, this money we keep talking about, we call it
- 22:39QE, we call it the central bank's balance sheet.
- 22:42If we would run the printing press a little quieter, we could
- 22:47then have lower interest rates because what we're doing right
- 22:52now is we have all this money that's being flooded into the
- 22:56system, which causes inflation to be above target.
- 23:00That's the $7 trillion balance sheet you're talking about, an
- 23:03order of magnitude larger than when I joined the Fed.
- 23:07And at the same time, you have another monetary policy
- 23:09instrument, and that's interest rates.
- 23:11They don't work perfectly together.
- 23:13They're not perfect substitutes for each, but they're both
- 23:16monetary policy and too many that are in the central banking
- 23:20business say no, no, no, that balance sheet has nothing to do
- 23:23with monetary policy. Well, if it did when you were
- 23:26growing it, it should have something to do with the conduct
- 23:29of monetary policy when it's going the other direction.
- 23:33I think we have to be honest about these two instruments.
- 23:37And because I believe that growing the real economy is the
- 23:41more important piece for revenue, for fairness, for
- 23:45efficiency and growth, and because you have higher
- 23:48inflation caused by the bigger balance sheet, we want to shrink
- 23:51that. We can't do it overnight.
- 23:53We want the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve to come
- 23:57to some accord, much like the Treasury and the Federal Reserve
- 24:01came to in 1951. Who's responsible for what?
- 24:06Who's going to be managing interest rates?
- 24:09The Federal Reserve? Who's going to be handling
- 24:11fiscal accounts? The Treasury Department, we have
- 24:14blurred these lines about who's responsible and when a president
- 24:18comes to power, his Treasury Secretary should be responsible
- 24:22for as the fiscal authority, instead of blurring that over to
- 24:25the Federal Reserve, which only brings politics to the Federal
- 24:28Reserve and I would say interrupts their normal,
- 24:32ordinary course. In my judgement, we should be
- 24:35shrinking the central bank balance sheet, taking the Fed
- 24:39out of these markets unless and until there's a crisis.
- 24:43And in so doing, you'd have less inflation that way.
- 24:46You and I might call that a practical monetarism.
- 24:49I think that's what our intellectual errors might be
- 24:52thinking about, intellectual teachers might be thinking
- 24:57about. And in so doing, you might
- 24:59actually be able to pull off lower interest rates, which
- 25:02matter more to the real economy than the balance sheet.
- 25:06All right. Powell printed.
- 25:07Warsh wants to stop. Powell expanded the balance
- 25:10sheet to $6.7 trillion. Warsh just told you that the
- 25:15number has to come down. Less liquidity, higher rates for
- 25:19longer risk assets reprice. The market has been betting on
- 25:24easy money. The new Fed chair just bet
- 25:26against it and the Bank of Japan's only exit from 9
- 25:29trillion in in debt is to inflate it away when the carry
- 25:34trade unwinds. And it will.
- 25:36Bitcoin doesn't give a which currency broke first.
- 25:41They're going to print so much money it'll make our eyes bleed.
- 25:44So put it all together. Control.
- 25:46BlackRock owns the AI infrastructure and the
- 25:49government calls you a terrorist if you push back or question it.
- 25:53Capture the Clarity Act sells out the developers to give the
- 25:55banks a leash. Collapse.
- 25:57The bond market is screaming, stagflation is here and the new
- 26:01Fed chair just told you QE is dead. 3 News stories, one event.
- 26:07The Ponzi is in its terminal phase, and the parasites running
- 26:11it or building the replacement? A programmable, surveilled, kill
- 26:16switched financial cage. That's what the data centers are
- 26:20for. That's what the Clarity Act
- 26:22softens people up for. That's what the next round of
- 26:26money printing pays for. But here's the thing they didn't
- 26:31account for Bitcoin already exists.
- 26:34The replacement they're terrified of is already built.
- 26:38It's being built better now, right now, by people, by us,
- 26:44block by block, block height, climbing every 10 minutes.
- 26:48They can't stop it. They can't seize it.
- 26:51They can't print more of it. The person in charge doesn't
- 26:56really matter. And I'm talking about in the US
- 26:58context, obviously the big world out there and there's seven
- 27:01billion, 8 billion people. So really I'm talking about it
- 27:03400 million. But at the end of the day, if
- 27:05you talk about in the in the United States, Bitcoin had the
- 27:09biggest price appreciation under a Democratic president,
- 27:11President Obama. Then there was Trump, then there
- 27:14was Biden, and there was the second company against Trump.
- 27:17And obviously, you know, Trump's second time around, the rhetoric
- 27:21changed in terms of the the crypto rhetoric around, OK,
- 27:25enforcement agencies acceptance and, and all these sorts of
- 27:28things. But at the end of the day, like
- 27:31Bitcoin went from zero to something, you know, big
- 27:33something with no regulatory clarity, with no support.
- 27:38The only thing that Trump has actually done in terms of bills
- 27:41signed is I think the Genius Act, right?
- 27:44That was signed in July of 2025. So we've gotten to an all time
- 27:49high, at least in the United States, contacts with absolutely
- 27:53no clarity, absolutely no regulation, absolutely no
- 27:56support. So that isn't the constraining
- 27:58factor in the price. And I think that the price
- 28:02performance of Trump post inauguration in the second term
- 28:05has proven that the price is down something like, I don't
- 28:08know, 20%. So in my mind, this proves that
- 28:11Bitcoin's value has nothing to do with regulations or the lack
- 28:17thereof, or. Crypto.
- 28:19Regulation has everything to do with how much Fiat liquidity is
- 28:23there in the system and Bitcoin will respond to that.
- 28:26And so it doesn't matter. It's nice that Trump says nice
- 28:30things about crypto and he showed up to the events and
- 28:32obviously takes people's money for the campaign donations.
- 28:34And you know, the SEC and the CFDC, you know, have wound down
- 28:39certain enforcement actions against crypto people like
- 28:42great. But again, at the end of the
- 28:43day, the price action says it doesn't matter either way.
- 28:47And to the point about the previous administration, if you
- 28:50go back before the FTX implosion 2022, Gary Goetzer was a much
- 28:56different person in terms of at least a rhetorical stance
- 29:00towards crypto that it was a lot more positive.
- 29:03You know, Sam Paper and Freed was about to get almost every
- 29:05single license on offer in the United States.
- 29:08It was only because he basically bribed all these politicians
- 29:12with hundreds of millions of dollars, then turned out that he
- 29:14just stole that money from his customers because the Democratic
- 29:17Party had to completely switch the attack on crypto because
- 29:20they looked so compromised. And so all of a sudden, it was,
- 29:23this is the most evil thing in the world.
- 29:25But, you know, Elizabeth Warren and all these other
- 29:27motherfuckers took Sam's money. And we're perfectly willing to,
- 29:31you know, expound on the benefits of crypto as long as
- 29:34they were getting campaign donations.
- 29:36And so I think this whole people need to remember actually what
- 29:39happened. It's not that the Democrats are
- 29:41against crypto. It's that they looked
- 29:43compromised because their poster child was a thief.
- 29:46We thought he it was they found not to be a thief.
- 29:49And therefore, in order to save their political skin, they had
- 29:51to turn a different tack to become their party of itchy
- 29:55crypto. And so things can change, right?
- 29:57And so I think people need to understand that politics is
- 29:59fickle. The priority of politicians
- 30:01change all the time. It's all about compromise and
- 30:03horse trading. And so there is no like
- 30:06demonstrative like this party is great for crypto and this party
- 30:09is bad for crypto. Things will change.
- 30:10And so I think people need to keep that in mind.
- 30:13I think that's Arthur. This is but.
- 30:15It's. I talked to a lot of people
- 30:17that's, that's a very unique take and that perspective and
- 30:20it's good to to go back and look at the history.
- 30:23And that makes perfect sense, right?
- 30:25You know, they, they didn't really pay attention to it
- 30:27before FTX. They're very, you know, like you
- 30:29said, their poster child ended up being a thief and then that
- 30:33kind of forced their hands. That's the first time hearing
- 30:35that perspective. So I really appreciate that.
- 30:38What is your take on the Clarity Act?
- 30:40Because it's all the buzz right now.
- 30:42That's what everybody's talking about.
- 30:44They released the pages apparently 2 days ago and the
- 30:47dead of night at like midnight. Is it significant?
- 30:50Is it going to, is it going to be bullish for the price?
- 30:53Does it even matter? Does Bitcoin even need
- 30:55regulation? You were talking about that
- 30:57earlier. Bitcoin number number went up
- 30:59regardless of the administration, regardless of
- 31:02the political party, regardless of the regulatory environment.
- 31:05Is it a big deal the Clarity Act passing?
- 31:09I think for the broader crypto ecosystem, the Clarity Act pass
- 31:11and doesn't pass has no effect on the price, no effect on the
- 31:14trajectory of Bitcoin. However, if you are a founder or
- 31:19builder inside the United States and your product or service is
- 31:23predicated on access to that market or you are ACEO of a
- 31:27centralized exchange like Jeremy Lear or Brian Armstrong, this is
- 31:31a very important bill for you, right?
- 31:32Because this is just going to define how you interact within
- 31:34the system against the the banks and other institutions in the
- 31:39financial services sector and what that means for crypto.
- 31:43Now, obviously the mainstream media is very Western focused US
- 31:45focus. And so they're blurring out all
- 31:47this nonsense about the clarity Act this and the clarity Act
- 31:49that. But in general, no, it will have
- 31:51no effect on the price whether it passes or it doesn't pass.
- 31:53But again, if that is your market, the United States market
- 31:56is what you care about in terms of, you know, crypto financial
- 31:59services. Yes, it is very important.
- 32:01I have not read the bill. I will not read the bill.
- 32:03It has no effect on crypto. You know, from my own
- 32:06perspective, if it does end up passing both the House and the
- 32:10Senate, I hope from vetoes it because it doesn't.
- 32:13It's not necessary. It's just adding more
- 32:15complexity, red tape, legal costs, all these sorts of things
- 32:18that have nothing to do with crypto, has nothing to do with
- 32:21open source tech development. If, if anything, that's going to
- 32:23hamper open source tech development inside the United
- 32:25States. But again, it has no it'll have
- 32:28no impact on the price either way.
- 32:30Arthur sees it. Bitcoin went from zero to a $4
- 32:32trillion asset with no regulatory clarity, no support.
- 32:37Why? Because Bitcoin doesn't run on
- 32:39permission slips, it runs on math.
- 32:42And when they print to inflate money, 9 trillion in Japanese
- 32:45debt and 2 trillion in US deficits a year.
- 32:48Bitcoin reprices Arthur's target 6X in two years.
- 32:52And that's being bearish. Fidelity says a billion per coin
- 32:56by 2038. That's not a moon boy take.
- 33:00That's an asset manager with over 5 trillion under management
- 33:04telling you what the math looks like when the cage gets built
- 33:08and the exits get crowded. So if all this has you down,
- 33:12sleep well tonight. Short term noise, short term
- 33:16catastrophe. The replacement they're
- 33:18building, it's terrifying, but the exit is already built and
- 33:23it's already winning. Speaking of off grid, when the
- 33:26cage closes and the grid goes down and look around, it's not a
- 33:29question of like if anymore, how are you broadcasting your
