- 0:01Hello folks, this is Princess. You are listening to the
- 0:04Millennial Mustard Seed podcast. Thanks for listening.
- 0:07Don't forget to share with your friends.
- 0:11That's tough. We're in a very tough spot.
- 0:13I think that what we're doing right now is a great benefit in
- 0:17virtue because it's an end around between this whole
- 0:21corrupt informational system, media system.
- 0:25We claim to believe in a God who spoke the universe into
- 0:28existence and literally raised himself from the dead, and yet
- 0:33we are not going to believe that anything else exists in the
- 0:36spirit realm, even though His word tells us that they do.
- 0:40Their bodies weren't permitted to go to sleep like humans do,
- 0:44and they weren't permitted to go to heaven, so they wander the
- 0:47earth. You know, I've seen the eyes
- 0:50turn black to unknown tongues being spoken.
- 0:55These giants would love way up in the Highland, the young
- 0:58Braves, the young men would hide them in the trees and wait for
- 1:01one of these 12 footers to come walking down the bath and they
- 1:04would jump on them and kill them, drag them back to the
- 1:07village, and the village would feast on the body.
- 1:15Then people start to get weapons, they start to get
- 1:17armor, they start to build cities, they start to fortify
- 1:19their cities. Now God looks down and there's
- 1:22violence everywhere. The battle, this war that we are
- 1:26at, is not against each other, it's against these
- 1:29principalities and these rulers and these archons in the high
- 1:31places. It's really worthwhile to read
- 1:34the Bible yourself. Fear is one of the primary
- 1:37drivers of mind control because we have to take every thought
- 1:42captive and resist fear. You're going to have a testimony
- 1:49that is a justice case against the Kingdom of darkness.
- 2:16Music. Welcome back to the Millennial
- 2:21Mustard Seed podcast. I'm your host, Rod, and thank
- 2:25you for being here with me for another awesome episode.
- 2:28I am joined by Doctor Garrett Smith, the nutrition detective.
- 2:34It's a really fascinating conversation in Doctor Garrett's
- 2:38own words, he says. I consider myself a teacher of
- 2:40health and nutrition at heart. He's a licensed naturopathic
- 2:44medical doctor, NMD in Arizona. He holds a bachelor's of science
- 2:50and Physiology and a minor nutrition, and he's certified
- 2:53strength and conditioning specialist.
- 2:56He's been at it for a long time. The thing I like about him is
- 2:59he's a God fearing man with some interesting perspectives on why
- 3:02things are the way they are. We lay some foundational work in
- 3:05this episode where he talks about these three pillars, the
- 3:09importance of eliminating toxins that are in the environment.
- 3:13Yeah, the poisonings in the environment.
- 3:15That's the contrails, for example, the nice and fluffy
- 3:20white lines that get sprayed into the sky by these, you know,
- 3:25psychotic maniacs that are literally trying to poison the
- 3:27environment and kill everybody. And we talk about what that
- 3:30stuff is, how to eliminate it from the body.
- 3:34And then what? More importantly, he has this
- 3:36perspective that he says is utmost importance in this three
- 3:39pillar system of detoxing the liver.
- 3:43And then he talks about getting correct nutrition into the body.
- 3:46And this is the crux of the issue being that they have
- 3:49stripped most of the nutrients from all of our foods
- 3:52genetically modified origins. We dive into Wormwood and he
- 3:58offers a perspective I have not heard anywhere else about why
- 4:02they're spraying stuff in the the skies, the sun, and what
- 4:05really is going on with this Wormwood prophecy that is quite
- 4:09fascinating. We get into aluminum and how
- 4:12they are poisoning us with aluminum.
- 4:14And like I said, there's a bit of a cliffhanger, but it's kind
- 4:17of a fun 3540 minute long mini plus episode.
- 4:22And it's just really kind of gets the the door open for you
- 4:25guys to understand what it is that he does.
- 4:28He does push back on this copper idea, which I thought was
- 4:31fascinating because I disagree with him on that.
- 4:34But I'm not the doctor. I'm just the guy asking
- 4:37questions and trying to make sense of it and give you guys
- 4:41healthy information. I really like what Doctor
- 4:44Garrett does and his approaches. And we're to this point in time
- 4:48where I'm sorry, you guys, but over the next the coming weeks,
- 4:51there's just back-to-back doctor episodes.
- 4:54I don't even know what's going on right now.
- 4:55I don't know why so many doctors want to be on the show.
- 4:59I I either reach out to them or now I have literally an influx
- 5:03of them reaching out to me through different sources and
- 5:07it's very interesting the way all of this is panning out.
- 5:11Heads up, the audio on my end isn't as clear because I
- 5:15literally had to pull off the side of the highway in I think I
- 5:20was in Virginia and record this episode with Doctor Garrett
- 5:23Smith using a headset. So shout out to Terry for
- 5:28purchasing this headset with his points a while back.
- 5:34It's it's come in handy, but it is not studio quality up to par
- 5:37with what I would like you guys to hear on a continual basis.
- 5:40But that's OK if we can get five people on Apple Podcast to leave
- 5:46me a written review within a few days, I found out that it bumps
- 5:51the algorithm significantly in favor of us reaching more and
- 5:55more people. So this is a challenge.
- 5:58Can I get 5 new listeners on Apple Podcast to write me a
- 6:02written review on Apple Podcast? Obviously a +1 you guys, I put
- 6:06in a lot of work and we're making a difference.
- 6:10Quick shout out to Carly Tebbs for doing an amazing job on the
- 6:14details and the show notes. Thank you, Carly and in those
- 6:18details and show notes, you guys can find a link to my book.
- 6:20The words are salt. If you have purchased my book,
- 6:24go on Amazon and leave me a rating and review there as well.
- 6:26That always helps and you can find some really cool links as
- 6:30to how to partner with us and help us and plant a seed in time
- 6:35of need. There is a subscription option
- 6:38that obviously you guys, most of you guys are aware of at this
- 6:40point in time. That's 999 a month.
- 6:43I'm reevaluating the way that I'm doing certain things.
- 6:46So I'm not going to put a heavy emphasis on asking you guys to
- 6:49subscribe because I'm a little bit torn between some of these
- 6:54options. And I'm just trying to figure
- 6:55out what's the best thing to do. And I don't want to hide very
- 6:59important content behind a pay wall.
- 7:02That's not really what I'm about.
- 7:04I've been doing this for six years.
- 7:05I've never been in this to make money.
- 7:07I've been in this because it's God's calling.
- 7:09It's a part of the ministry that He's given me.
- 7:11It says calling for my life to have these tough conversations
- 7:15expose the darkness and edify and build and strengthen what
- 7:19remains. So I don't want to hide content
- 7:21behind a paywall. And so I'm a little bit
- 7:23conflicted right now because I don't want it to come down to
- 7:27that. So I'm thinking about changing
- 7:29the way things happen. We have 5 subscribers right now
- 7:32on that monthly basis. If you guys are displeased with
- 7:34the way things are going, feel free to unsubscribe for that 999
- 7:39a month. And I'm sorry, I'm just having a
- 7:42change of heart about hiding content behind a pay wall.
- 7:45I want everybody to have access to this.
- 7:48And so that means at this point in time, I'm going to keep
- 7:50running ads because that helps us keep the lights on.
- 7:53There's a lot of time, research, scheduling, and full scale
- 7:57production that gets done to each and every single episode so
- 8:01that you guys get to enjoy all the hard work of sitting here in
- 8:06this chair for hours after hours staring at this screen.
- 8:10Where are my blue light glasses? My God, I think it's about time
- 8:15to jump into this episode. I'm ready.
- 8:19Are you guys ready? Let's go, let's go.
- 8:35This is Doctor Garrett Smith. Welcome to the Millennial
- 8:38Mustard Seed Podcast. Doctor Garrett, I'm excited for
- 8:45these many episodes we're going to be doing together.
- 8:47Thank you for having me, I'm glad to be here.
- 8:50Yeah. So I want to get the audience
- 8:51familiar with, you know, what you do, who you are.
- 8:55And there's a lot going on, right?
- 8:58So I mean, I've interviewed dozens of different doctors from
- 9:01all different backgrounds. So we're seeing a shift, right?
- 9:05You're seeing naturopathic, homeopathic.
- 9:08We're starting to see, well, like Revelation 22 says, the
- 9:13leaves are for the healing of the nation.
- 9:14And there's just a lot of false information out there.
- 9:16So I just want you to tell me and my audience, what exactly do
- 9:20you do? Help paint the picture for what
- 9:22God is doing through you, because all of this fits
- 9:26together. Yeah, it it does.
- 9:29It fits together more than many, many people realize.
- 9:32So what I'm doing, I mean, technically I'm a licensed
- 9:37naturopathic physician in the state of Arizona, which means I,
- 9:39I have a medical license and I can, I can do things like
- 9:43prescribe some medications and minor surgery.
- 9:45I don't choose to do those. My, my passion, my pursuits are
- 9:51nutrition and what most people know of as detoxification.
- 9:55But I do these things in very different ways than everyone
- 10:00else out there. I, I actually think there's been
- 10:04a ton of things that we have been told about nutrition that
- 10:09we supposedly need that we don't.
- 10:12And the the ideas of detoxification that are out
- 10:15there, even the ones that I learned in naturopathic medical
- 10:18school are wrong or incomplete or insufficient.
- 10:24So I'm out there trying, well, I'm, I am out here willing to
- 10:29call BS on anything, whether it is the alternative medical world
- 10:37or whether it is the conventional medical world.
- 10:39And I actually think that both sides are potentially being
- 10:46misled in multiple ways. So, and I, I, I have research to
- 10:51show it and I have client anecdotes to show it.
- 10:54And we can see that, you know, many of the things that, you
- 10:57know, let's say even even recreational drugs that get
- 10:59people addicted, right? Or caffeine, let's say.
- 11:02They help people feel better at the start, which feel better
- 11:06with quotes around it. And then they get worse over
- 11:10time. Like everybody knows that like
- 11:11caffeine quote, UN quote helps you with energy at the start,
- 11:14but over time it makes you a more tired person.
- 11:17So drugs often do this many, many supplements that are not
- 11:21essential for humans do this. And my goal is always long term
- 11:28health of people. I don't care about the
- 11:31testimonials of things that people take for a week or a
- 11:34month or even a year. I'm after like with our people,
- 11:38we've got people who have been doing these approaches from
- 11:40anywhere from 6 to 10 years now and they're finding that they
- 11:44improve generally all along the way.
- 11:48So we're, we're undoing lots of toxicity, lots of nutrient
- 11:53deficiencies. And the, the approach, the
- 11:55concepts and principles that I teach are basically universal.
- 11:59So when people ask me, what do you do to treat this condition?
- 12:04I say we do the same stuff for all of it.
- 12:07It's the same concepts and principles.
- 12:10Each person is like, I joke that they're like a different car
- 12:15make and model of car and like a compact car doesn't need the
- 12:19same parts or the same gas or the same oil as a semi truck.
- 12:24However, they are both internal combustion engines.
- 12:27And So what I mean by that is one person may get along with
- 12:29one food that I, that I, that's in my framework and one person
- 12:32may not, OK, you don't get along with it, don't eat it.
- 12:35You get along with it, eat it, right.
- 12:36So that's like the different fluids in the in the engine and
- 12:39then different parts of the engine or let's say bigger parts
- 12:43like the semi truck parts are going to be more and bigger than
- 12:47the compact car. So let's say a 200 LB man is
- 12:52going to need different doses of things than a 100 LB woman.
- 12:56And those could even be flip-flopped.
- 12:58It could be that the 100 LB woman might need more of
- 13:00something than the 200 LB man. So we are, we are doing this
- 13:05framework, these concepts and principles with people, but we
- 13:08are giving them, I might well, you'll like this.
- 13:12My goal here is to teach a man to fish.
- 13:16I am teaching people how to, to, to within this framework, to
- 13:20experiment with their own bodies and find out what they feel good
- 13:23with and what they don't feel good with so that they can do
- 13:26more of the 1st and less of the latter.
- 13:30And so then they carry these concepts and principles, how to
- 13:33fish into the rest of their life.
- 13:36And they can go anywhere and, you know, be anywhere and, and
- 13:39figure out they can know what to do to help their health.
- 13:44They already know what fixed it and they know what to do to
- 13:46continue to stay well in this confusing and toxic world we
- 13:52have. So that's basically the
- 13:55overview. Yeah, very well said.
- 13:59You know, so many things were jumping off for me.
- 14:01You know, people are misled. You know, I like to say that the
- 14:04veil is thinning, as in people are waking up to the reality
- 14:08that we've been hoodwinked and there is no such thing as just
- 14:11generic medicine across the board that subscribe to every
- 14:15single person there is. I mean, one of my buddies,
- 14:18Nicholistic, I'll give him a shout out.
- 14:20He literally talks about food reactions being delayed.
- 14:24So you may be eating something and not actually have the
- 14:27symptoms of, I mean, eczema or, you know, overly being overly
- 14:31tired. It could shock your body and it
- 14:34could take up to 72 hours, up to two weeks.
- 14:37And so there's, you know, this is not necessarily information
- 14:40that's been in the public square.
- 14:42But with the ongoing efforts marching forward Christian
- 14:46soldier, right, We're starting to learn a little bit more and
- 14:51that actually kind of makes us dangerous for the Lord where we
- 14:53can start to take back because we have abdicated our authority
- 14:57of healthcare in this country and it's time to take it back.
- 15:01So let me ask you this you you did talk about coffee, for
- 15:03example, right, And, and how important detox and nutrition
- 15:07is. What are your thoughts on
- 15:08mushroom coffee? I know that like Turkey tail is
- 15:11typically found in their shiitake mushrooms.
- 15:14Any thoughts on that? Well, shiitake mushrooms are
- 15:17high, very, quite, very high in formaldehyde, which we don't
- 15:21want to eat. So this is like an idea of where
- 15:25where we actually know these toxins exist.
- 15:27So like as an example, formaldehyde.
- 15:28Most people will understand this example.
- 15:30Have you ever eaten a banana that is overly ripe?
- 15:34Yes. And did you maybe get an upset
- 15:36stomach or not feel good? Not that I can remember.
- 15:40OK, well, a lot of people when they eat overripe, let's say
- 15:43pears or bananas, they just, they don't feel good.
- 15:47You know, it may just be a general feeling, but I, I know I
- 15:49did. And lots of other people will
- 15:50get kind of an upset stomach from it.
- 15:52Why does that happen? Well, those two foods, when they
- 15:55are overripe, they do start to produce more formaldehyde.
- 15:58And we know that formaldehyde is not good for people.
- 16:01So a very simple thing to like avoid a toxin in that would be,
- 16:05well, don't eat Hyde formaldehyde foods or or don't
- 16:08don't actually bananas I actually use a lot.
- 16:11I tell people eat them when they're yellow or more towards
- 16:13green if they start ripening too much.
- 16:15You'll love this. What do we do with overly ripe
- 16:18bananas? What is the only way we can
- 16:19salvage them generally? Banana bread, OK.
- 16:23So what we're doing when we make banana bread is we are cooking
- 16:28it and we are off gassing that the heat increases the rate of
- 16:33off gassing of the formaldehyde. And so then we can eat those
- 16:37overly ripe bananas because the toxin has been cooked off.
- 16:42So see when we start to understand, yeah, when we start
- 16:44to understand these toxins, we can then we can manipulate
- 16:47things and we can do things that are well, we can choose to do
- 16:50things that are better for us or we can choose to do things that
- 16:52are worse for us. So once we know, then we have
- 16:56the power. So, yeah, if somebody wanted to
- 16:57eat overly ripe bananas and they're like, man, my bananas
- 16:59are always spoiling, I'd be like, well, you're either going
- 17:00to make a lot of banana bread or you're going to toss them
- 17:03because. And then they tell me like, if I
- 17:05eat too many of them or eat too much of it, I feel bad.
- 17:07I'm like, that's that's your sign, right.
- 17:10So exactly. So like shiitake mushrooms.
- 17:12Yeah, they have. They have a lot of formaldehyde
- 17:14in them. So you're so Turkey tail.
- 17:18Well, the other, the other quote UN quote medicinal mushrooms,
- 17:21right? All all, I just I kind of use
- 17:25all of them in this in this statement.
- 17:29No one has a mushroom deficiency, right?
- 17:32People can live just fine without eating a mushroom their
- 17:34entire life. So with medicinal mushrooms,
- 17:38then we start going, OK, so if do they have essential nutrients
- 17:42in them? Sure.
- 17:44One of the things that mushrooms are very good at is soaking up
- 17:47toxins from the soil. This is no.
- 17:50So do we want to eat toxin sponges that may be full of
- 17:55that? I don't, I'm, I tend to say no,
- 17:58but then we go, OK, so if these medicinal mushrooms, as they
- 18:01call them, have healing powers, what is in or, or they, or they
- 18:09relieve symptoms, let's say, or they make somebody's brain work
- 18:13a little better for a while. Well, there's drugs out there
- 18:16that do that. There's supplements out there
- 18:17that do that, that are not essential to people.
- 18:19So then we start going, is this simply a chemical or chemicals
- 18:26in these mushrooms that is temporarily affecting the system
- 18:30for a while? It's not essential.
- 18:33So therefore it's kind of like a drug effect because mushrooms,
- 18:37they work when you they, they quote UN quote work when you
- 18:40take them. But as soon as you stop them,
- 18:41then the effects go away. So it was not, it is a drug like
- 18:44effect. It's not a nutrient effect per
- 18:46SE. So that's, that's where I start
- 18:48to get into it and I go, well, if I don't know what the
- 18:50mushrooms are doing long term, I mean, what I, I, I help people
- 18:56fix the same issues that people take mushrooms for.
- 18:59And I don't use mushrooms, but it, but then they, you know,
- 19:01they're getting more long term fix where if they stop doing
- 19:06what I suggest for a while, the effects don't necessarily just
- 19:09go away. So it's, it's kind of like
- 19:12looking at these things as what, what, what I do actually, I'll
- 19:15let me just give you the synopsis so you can.
- 19:18So we'll have this set for for all the things we talked about.
- 19:21My approach involves three main principles #1 we want to reduce
- 19:30or minimize or eliminate the sources of toxicity coming in as
- 19:34well as we can. And an important part of this is
- 19:38actually knowing which what toxins are, because a lot of
- 19:42people in the health world are purposely eating things that are
- 19:46toxic for them. So part of that is, you know,
- 19:50how, how how damaging would it be for somebody to think
- 19:55something is good for them and they want to eat more of it when
- 19:58it's actually a toxin? That would be the worst thing
- 20:01that somebody could do because then they then they try to get
- 20:05more of it. And This is why you look around
- 20:06and you see a lot of the health nuts are some of the
- 20:10unhealthiest people, you know, Or it's like, why is your friend
- 20:13who's obsessed with health always getting worse?
- 20:16This happens all the time. We all see it.
- 20:18So then, then the number two thing is we want to facilitate
- 20:21the removal of stored toxins from inside of us.
- 20:24Our liver stores toxins. Anybody who tells you it doesn't
- 20:28doesn't understand the science. Our liver stores toxins.
- 20:32What is fatty liver? Fatty liver is an excess storage
- 20:34of fat soluble or fat storable toxins.
- 20:37That's why the liver's making extra fat.
- 20:39It can't handle it. Then the body fat.
- 20:42What kind of toxins are stored in the body fat?
- 20:44Well, fat soluble toxins are stored in the body fat.
- 20:49So there's, there's even some research saying toxic metals can
- 20:51be stored in the body fat. Why does the body stored in
- 20:54these places or anywhere it can like you can store lead and
- 20:57cadmium in your bones and in your kidneys.
- 21:00Why does the body do this? People say, well, this design
- 21:03doesn't make sense. And I go, Oh no, God's design
- 21:06is, is brilliant. And you know, beyond anything we
- 21:10could understand. Why does the body do this?
- 21:12There has to be a reason it wants to get the toxins out of
- 21:15the blood because if the toxins remain floating around in your
- 21:19blood, they will affect things like your heart or your brain or
- 21:24do other things that could cause you to die, what I call the
- 21:26quick death. So what does your body do
- 21:29instead? Your body chooses what I call
- 21:32the slow death, which would be to store these toxins in places
- 21:35'cause it can't. The idea that it could just get
- 21:38rid of them. It can't just get rid of them.
- 21:41It'd be like saying telling somebody who has a job and they
- 21:44have tons of work that they have to do.
- 21:47If they get behind, you can't, They can't just like not do the
- 21:52work. The work just stacks up.
- 21:55It just waits for them because that's part of their job.
- 21:58It has to get done. So the detox of these things has
- 22:00to get done. If the body can't do it, it
- 22:04shoves it into storage. So it's out of the blood.
- 22:06So it doesn't affect the critical organs that keep you
- 22:10alive as much doesn't doesn't make you go crazy in your brain.
- 22:13It doesn't give you a heart attack, doesn't give you a
- 22:15stroke, at least not as quickly. So we do store toxins and the
- 22:21hope of the body, the design of the body.
- 22:23Well, one of the things that I do in my work is we always
- 22:26assume that the body's responses are for your benefit.
- 22:32Whether they feel good or not is a totally different thing.
- 22:36You're, if you're alive, you're in a state of homeostasis.
- 22:40When you're dead, you're not in a home state of homeostasis
- 22:42anymore. That's, that's the only time
- 22:43your body is out of homeostasis. Otherwise, your body is doing
- 22:47things that for, for you feeling better or for you feeling worse.
- 22:51It's doing things to keep you alive.
- 22:53So your body will store these things in the hopes that your
- 22:56exposure to them will at some point reduce or go away.
- 23:03And then you can clean it out. Just like the person who works,
- 23:06who has to work is backing up. They're hoping that they're
- 23:09going to get a break in new work coming in so that they could
- 23:12catch up and get back to where they want to be.
- 23:15So that's number two. Number three is we want to
- 23:17restore nutrient deficiencies, replete nutrient deficiencies,
- 23:22because you need nutrients to both protect yourself from
- 23:25toxins and to detox these toxins and just to run the system, just
- 23:30like a car needs gasoline and spark plugs and all the stuff,
- 23:33we need things to run the system.
- 23:36So all we're saying very much like I love car analogies in
- 23:39this because we're just saying like if the car's engine is
- 23:42gunked up and it doesn't have enough gas and it's got dirty
- 23:47oil in it and it's got broken parts in it, if you want that
- 23:50car to drive at all first, but if you wanted to drive properly,
- 23:54you clean the engine. That's the detox and then you
- 23:58put the right parts and fluids in it so that it can run
- 24:02correctly. A lot of what people are doing
- 24:05these days, they don't realize it is they are trying to like
- 24:08put a turbocharger with a lot of these supplements or meds on a
- 24:12crappy gunked up deficient engine.
- 24:17And then they wonder why what? What does that do if your, if
- 24:19your engine is in bad shape and you try to run it harder, you
- 24:23know, to get more energy or whatever, like a turbo, you put
- 24:26a turbocharger on it, the engine wears out quicker.
- 24:29You may get, you may go faster for a little while, but the
- 24:33engines going to wear out quickly.
- 24:34Or if you were trying to drive around with the emergency brake
- 24:37on, you're going to burn stuff, you're going to burn up your
- 24:40brakes, you're going to burn up your engine.
- 24:42So we are trying to remove the brakes, you know, not put a
- 24:46turbocharger on a crappy engine and get the engine running
- 24:49right. So that's these are the critical
- 24:53like philosophy differences in my work versus stuff out there.
- 24:57I am trying to get the body to run the way God designed it, not
- 25:01to put a bunch of things in it, to force it to run the way I
- 25:05think it should run. So that's that.
- 25:08Super late of, I mean honestly this is the crux of the issue
- 25:11right? Reducing the source of
- 25:14toxicities. Step one, removing stored
- 25:17toxins. I mean, from the liver, right?
- 25:20Deliver anywhere else they're stored.
- 25:21Yeah, and anywhere, yeah, I mean, just like the copper
- 25:25deficiency, it's like the same people that created, you know,
- 25:29the chemicals to pesticides, right?
- 25:32Or the same people that designed it also to strip copper out of,
- 25:36you know, the nutrients. And and so there's we've covered
- 25:39a lot of this on the show just throughout the years.
- 25:43And I love your step 1-2 and three-step 3 being restoring
- 25:47nutrient deficiency to the body, getting the body actually to run
- 25:52right after it's been cleaned out and and you're eliminating
- 25:55the toxins coming in. We'll probably end on a
- 25:57cliffhanger. What is your thoughts with the
- 26:01stuff that they're spraying, the chemtrails and the contrails?
- 26:03We know that there's aluminum and barium and it, well, dozens
- 26:07of other chemicals that are being seeded and sprayed into
- 26:11the environment. Now, that's just one thing that
- 26:15that clearly, if we have eyes to see, we can look up and go, oh,
- 26:18yeah, there's a patent on that and it's actually been disclosed
- 26:21and released to the public. And then fluoride is another
- 26:23one. You know, they're they're
- 26:24beating people. Fluoride from every perspective,
- 26:27public water sources, every time you go to a dentist.
- 26:29There's a lot of things that we are trying to get out of our
- 26:35bodies. It's, it's a long list, right?
- 26:37But let's just do a really quick cliffhanger on what your
- 26:40thoughts are in the toxicity of the environment already.
- 26:43What would somebody do to even evaluate reducing the source of
- 26:47toxicity? Well, just so just so people
- 26:49aren't confused since since I'm a guest on here, I just, I want
- 26:52to say that my perspective on copper deficiency, I actually
- 26:54don't believe that really exists.
- 26:57I copper is one of the poisons that I help detox out of people.
- 27:01So we can, we can get into that some other time.
- 27:03That's this is, this is another way where I'm completely
- 27:06different than most of the stuff out there.
- 27:08So that's just another thing. But the like, let's say, OK, so
- 27:11actually I posted a picture of chemtrails from my house this
- 27:16morning. Like there was, there was it,
- 27:20It's really crazy. I've never seen it.
- 27:21You might want to go look at it like it's, it's one trail that
- 27:24splits into two. And I, I had to take a picture
- 27:27of it because I had never seen anything like that.
- 27:28And both of the trails ended like I could see the end of both
- 27:32trails. And that's where when people go,
- 27:34oh, they're contrails. I'm like, oh, so the sky just
- 27:36had that atmosphere in that little area, right?
- 27:39I'm like, oh, there's only ice crystals in that little area of
- 27:42the sky. And they you know, anyway, but
- 27:44it, yeah, it looks like a it's, it's a 2.
- 27:46It's a, a one piece that turns, splits into two.
- 27:49I have never. Fascinating.
- 27:52I've never heard of that before. And and Oh my goodness.
- 27:55So a lot of a lot of the guys on the team over here are ex
- 27:57military. And actually I was just spending
- 28:00time with Aaron, who's a team member here on the MMS and he
- 28:03spent while he's retired from the Air Force.
- 28:05And we talk a lot about the chemtrails and contrails and
- 28:11well, we'll save that for another time.
- 28:13But yeah, I'm rocking with you man.
- 28:15Keep going. I want to hear you talk a little
- 28:17bit more before cliffhanger. Well, so I mean, I, I, I do hair
- 28:20testing very that that's, that's my normal thing.
- 28:23I have other practitioners who are working with me doing it.
- 28:25I do it there. There was a point so so OK in
- 28:30the past, I was always able to by telling people to like reduce
- 28:35their aluminum exposure from cans, from from what am I
- 28:41thinking, oh, Tetra packs. Aluminum foil.
- 28:43Well, aluminum foil, yeah. Don't cook with aluminum foil.
- 28:45No, yeah, that's. But Tetra packs, you know, like
- 28:47the cartoons that like the alternative milks come in and
- 28:51the coconut water and all that stuff.
- 28:53The liners on the inside isn't like a metallic.
- 28:56Yes, it. That's a.
- 28:58And people will say, oh, but the company says they put a liner on
- 29:02it and it, it shouldn't be putting aluminum in your food.
- 29:04And I, I say, I can tell you on a hair test that people's
- 29:08aluminum will go up and down. If they use Tetra packs, it will
- 29:11go up. If, if they stop using them, it
- 29:13will go down. So I say, I don't care what the
- 29:17company says. Like I can see it on a test.
- 29:21So I was able to in the past by doing these various avoiding
- 29:25aluminum things like when this is, this is how they'll lie to
- 29:28us, right? They'll say this deodorant or
- 29:31this antiperspirant doesn't have aluminum in it.
- 29:34They'll say it's aluminum free. And then you look at the label
- 29:37and it says potassium alum, ALUM.
- 29:40What do you think the alum is? It's just a chemically altered
- 29:44state of aluminum that no longer qualifies as AL on the periodic
- 29:49chart. Well, it's, it's still aluminum,
- 29:50but but they don't have to stay. They can stay.
- 29:53It's aluminum free. And I can see it on hair tests.
- 29:58So like they're just outright like lying to us about these
- 30:01things. And then now, if you've noticed,
- 30:04one of the ways I think they're trying to poison people is for
- 30:07those out there who, let's say drink beer, they're moving all
- 30:11of it from glass into aluminum cans.
- 30:14Like they're they're putting everything that used to be in
- 30:16glass in aluminum, people say. Get kombucha and you're mindful
- 30:22of, you know, like the Bible says, spare not your stomach for
- 30:27your infirmity's sake, right? It's not talking about alcohol
- 30:30per SE, but it is talking about fermented grapes, wine, which
- 30:34kombucha typically has the alcohol removed and there's a
- 30:36microscopic percent, but that's besides the point.
- 30:39I digress. And they're even putting that in
- 30:41aluminum cans. It's just, it's, Oh my goodness.
- 30:44Acidic things in aluminum is disaster.
- 30:48So they actually had, I have AI have a paper where they said
- 30:50that, that when they cooked things in aluminum foil, the
- 30:54more fat that was in it. That would like like, let's say
- 30:57we're cooking fish or something, or you added some butter to it
- 30:59or whatever. The more fat and the more herbs
- 31:02and spices that were in there, the more aluminum went into the
- 31:05food. They measured it.
- 31:08So and people just want to do it in the aluminum so they can
- 31:11throw it away and just be done with it.
- 31:13And it's like, no, it's you're, you're, you're cooking your food
- 31:16in an aluminum marinade. So, so all these things that,
- 31:20so, but what I was getting at was I, I have people do all
- 31:23these things to avoid aluminum. And it would work and I would
- 31:26get people, people who followed it would get their aluminum down
- 31:29to about as low a level as the hair test measures accurately.
- 31:34At some point about two years ago, everybody's aluminum
- 31:39started going higher and I could not get the levels down as low
- 31:45as I used to because everybody, you know, I've even in the past,
- 31:48everybody say, well, why is my aluminum high?
- 31:49And they'd say, is it chemtrails?
- 31:51And I go, it might be, but we can get it down.
- 31:55So I don't think if the chemtrails aren't going away.
- 31:59So if we can get it down with what we change how you eat, you
- 32:01know, you stop using aluminum pans, you stop doing all these
- 32:04things and it goes down, then OK, then that whatever the
- 32:08influence from the chemtrails was is less than what you were
- 32:11eating and consuming. So, but at some point
- 32:16everybody's aluminum started being higher and I could not get
- 32:20it as low as I used to. So I was like something,
- 32:22something changed. The explanation of it possibly
- 32:25being that does make sense. That's it's a possibility,
- 32:29right? I, I, I don't say it is, I just
- 32:31say it's a possibility. And I, I saw this change happen.
- 32:33I don't know what they changed, but something changed.
- 32:39So that's, that's where I, I can have all these theories on
- 32:43things, but until we, you know, until we address them and we
- 32:46start seeing if they change, if something changes with our
- 32:50changes that we do, we don't really know.
- 32:53Like I'm going to say, I don't know what the aluminum rise was.
- 32:57I could it have just could it be in the food across the country?
- 33:00Sure, why not? Maybe they started feeding
- 33:02something aluminum to cattle and everybody's eating it.
- 33:07So. So I mean, here's something to
- 33:09add to this idea. And I think this is where we'll
- 33:11kind of do a cliffhanger. I think, wow, a lot of thoughts
- 33:15going through my mind and most likely the audience as well
- 33:17because we have a very diligent Berean style listenership here.
- 33:24The shift with COVID and the lockdowns in the supply chain,
- 33:29did we have stuff coming into the country that we didn't have
- 33:33prior, or were there alterations to the process that may have
- 33:39contributed to the spike of harsh metals?
- 33:43Those, those thoughts are so, so like, I mean, a lot of people
- 33:46live with a lot of anxiety these days, right?
- 33:49A lot of people are worried about lots of things.
- 33:51So, so I mean you, you know, as well as I do there are the the
- 33:57am IA conspiracy theorist. Absolutely.
- 33:59I'm I am one of the biggest. However, I also know them.
- 34:04Here. I, I know that like conspiracy
- 34:07theories that I can't do anything about, I putting my a
- 34:13lot of energy into them only only sucks it out of me and
- 34:17damages me. So like even the chemtrails,
- 34:20right. People were like, what are you?
- 34:21What about the chemtrails and the aluminum in my hair?
- 34:23And I was like, what are you going to do about it?
- 34:27Like what can you do about it? You can't do anything about
- 34:30what's falling down from the sky.
- 34:33So you know, if, if they are doing it in the sky and you
- 34:38can't touch them and you can't stop the planes and you can't
- 34:40stop the pilots, like all we can do is do things to detox.
- 34:46So that's the, you know, what is the agency we have in this
- 34:49matter? We can detox.
- 34:51We can take like magnesium helps to detox aluminum.
- 34:54Magnesium is one of the biggest things I use.
- 34:56So we can do things like we can get the nutrients that help us
- 35:00to process this stuff. We can get, we can do other
- 35:03things to help our body detox so that our body is in a better
- 35:06state to get rid of this stuff rather than, like I said, get
- 35:10behind and work and then have to start storing it everywhere.
- 35:14So I tend to focus on what can we address versus like, you
- 35:20know, I don't talk about lizard people and stuff like that
- 35:22because it just doesn't first of all, I don't know that it's
- 35:24true. And 2nd, I can't do anything
- 35:26about it. So I just there, there's a lot
- 35:30of stuff that I will just leave alone.
- 35:32I mean, if you want to, if you want to know a conspiracy
- 35:35theory, well, you're familiar with Wormwood, right?
- 35:38Yes, absolutely. OK, funny thing, when you go and
- 35:42you watch the chemtrails and you see where they tend to be
- 35:46sprayed, they tend to be sprayed in front of the sun in the
- 35:51morning and they tend to be sprayed and where where they're
- 35:55going to be in front of the sun in the evening.
- 35:59Now, if you dove deep into Wormwood and Planet X, stuff
- 36:03like that, the time of day when you theoretically can see it,
- 36:06the best when you can see it by the sun is sunrise and sunset.
- 36:14What are they saying? So what stories might they feed
- 36:17us that are false? Well, they're saying they're
- 36:19trying to block the sun. Are they trying to block the
- 36:25sun? Or are they trying to block
- 36:27something that's approaching from us seeing it and flipping
- 36:31out? Because if everybody flipped
- 36:33out, society is cooked. So they actually potentially may
- 36:41be hiding something very important from us with all this.
- 36:45And then they claim it's for something like, first of all,
- 36:47they claim they didn't do it right.
- 36:49No, no, this is not real. And then they start saying, oh,
- 36:52geoengineering. And then you got Bill Gates
- 36:54saying, oh, we should block out the sun.
- 36:56And so they they just slowly start admitting it.
- 37:00But even still, they're potentially giving us the wrong
- 37:03story about it. So yeah, that's a, that's a
- 37:08whole nother look under the sun. Whenever you're looking in that
- 37:12sunrise or sunset look, look for something underneath.
- 37:16It's on the underside of the sun and you just might catch it.
- 37:21Well, that's the cliffhanger. I've never heard that before.
- 37:26Immediately, I'm thinking God puts the luminaries in the
- 37:29heavens, the sun, the moon, and the stars for times and signs of
- 37:33season and time of season. And yeah, it's Hegelian
- 37:38dialectic problem reaction. Their solution?
- 37:42Yes. So, Doctor Garrett, tell people
- 37:44where they can find you. I will be adding details in the
- 37:46show notes to your website and and any other material that
- 37:50you'd like. But for this cliffhanger, which
- 37:53is wow, tell people where they can find you.
- 37:56OK, so my main website isnutritiondetective.com.
- 37:59That's where people can find my, you know, testing and
- 38:02consultation. If they want to work with me or
- 38:04one of my practitioners, they can find.
- 38:06I do make a line of my own line of supplements, which is I, I,
- 38:10if you can tell when I obsess on toxicities and deficiencies, our
- 38:14stuff is like if we even put a filler in things, we're using
- 38:18stuff like organic brown rice flour and, and organic options
- 38:23instead of like the crap that supplement companies typically
- 38:26put in. I've gotten rid of, we've, we've
- 38:29walked on like 5 or 6 supplement manufacturers because they
- 38:33didn't do things right and they wouldn't do things the way that
- 38:36we wanted. So we are, we are extremely
- 38:38picky and in how we make our things.
- 38:41So then there's also at, at the nutritiondetective.com website,
- 38:44you can find our do it yourself. My basically the culmination of
- 38:47my life's work in helping people with a do it yourself program.
- 38:51That's the love your liver program.
- 38:53If you ever see me talking about LYL on the Internet, love your
- 38:55liver, but that is you can find that directly at
- 38:58members.nutritiondetective.com. And then there's also, the last
- 39:05thing is I tend to be most active on social media, like
- 39:07where I posted that chemtrail picture this morning on Twitter.
- 39:12You can find my handle at. You could look for Nutrition
- 39:14Detective or you could look for my handle is at Nutri Detect.
- 39:19So NUTRIDETECT and yeah. Well, I'm going to ask you guys
- 39:27to share this mini episode far and wide.
- 39:30Share it with your friends, family members, with your Co
- 39:32workers. Share it with your doctor coming
- 39:35to you from an undisclosed location somewhere on the East
- 39:38Coast. God bless and goodbye I came.
- 39:47From the Sun straight from there.
- 39:58You really owe me. All of my life I was beating up.
- 40:03All in my life I didn't handle hope.
- 40:05All in my life I was stuck in a trap.
- 40:07All in my life I didn't handle rap.
- 40:09I didn't know why my life was so wet.
- 40:12I didn't know why my life was a wreck.
- 40:14I didn't know why I couldn't get up.
- 40:16I was so stuck. And the monkey was tough till I
- 40:19found out. And I broke everything till I
- 40:21found out and they took everything.
- 40:23Until I was hurting my heart. It was straight.
- 40:25Yeah, I was broken. I had all this pain held on
- 40:28home. It got harder than this hope.
- 40:30Then I went to the side of this Moat.
- 40:32I had no truth but to look to my guy.
- 40:34He gave me through me a hope in my eye.
- 40:37He gave me earrings and he told me a blessed.
- 40:39He told me he just believe in this time.
- 40:41I told him I can't change all of my ways.
- 40:43He said I got you just looked at this time.
- 40:46I looked at him and he showed me his ways.
- 40:48Then he just told me how I am this time.
- 40:50See you told me you're not in this world.
- 40:52He told me I'll come from the heavens above.
- 40:54I'm a new creature. I come from the sun, from the
- 40:57one and only straight from the heavens.
- 40:59You really owe me. I came from the sun.
- 41:01I was really with him. And heavenly places I'm still
- 41:04living. Y'all can't even go that way.
- 41:07Y'all don't even know that way. Y'all want to play like Patty
- 41:11cake but this ain't no game. But it's that way.
- 41:15You wag this so fake when you walk under me and I know you're
- 41:18a snake. You think you could be me, but
- 41:21you got nobody would you want in a way I take out that trouble
- 41:25I'll put on your top and I'll break on your face.
- 41:29I see you laughing. You think that you got me but
- 41:31you got no way. The evil you say for my life is
- 41:35OK because it's made for my good.
- 41:38My God is created he created you so you really is cooked.
- 41:42I said all these things because I know when it's true and you
- 41:45know you is cooked don't like out in case you know when they
- 41:49you can never win out all the things that's going to happen to
- 41:51you when you die. You didn't live in your life
- 41:55'cause you know you can never go and just say you know his crazy,
- 42:00his mercy was too from you. When you're my son in the plot
- 42:02thought you could take on my God's spot now, but you can die
- 42:06hot. You was really tweaking.
- 42:08I come from the sun from the one alone straight from the heavens.
- 42:12You really owe me. I came from the sun.
- 42:14I was really with them and heavenly places I'm see the
- 42:17living.
