- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, before I get into my win, I get to take a moment to share what I've had with, but I'm a little bit tired of.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm on as a
- 1:57[SPEAKER_01]: Almost amazing people are fucking dying, and the shitty people are not, or we're being told they're not dead, but I know they're dead.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just really annoying.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's really annoying.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just, are all the good ones going.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: Why is that always happen like that?
- 2:13[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so I'm just sad about it because I mean, that's beautiful.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: As I got to relive some of the things about those people, I'm going to hear more of their stories.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know talking about specifically a Dalai partner.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_01]: Listen to really great episode about her whole life.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, I knew a lot of things.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know everything and what a generous, amazing woman.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: She could have been a billionaire and she did not die that way.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: She died as someone who just generously gave without questions.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_01]: And I just love that so fucking much.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I just, you know, I have a sticker in my office that says,
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I just really think that we need to all be thinking like that, but anyway, other good people are dying to and, you know, so I'm just mad because I wish assholes were anyways my win and jealous in the mevent.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_01]: They restarted my morning pages.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_01]: I have been up, up, down, up, down with my morning pages.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I really, truly love them.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: If you have an artist way, it's really great.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_01]: My friend Claire and I decided to read Julie Cameron's second book, and she's got these creative walks.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: And she's tools you need morning pages.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my morning pages are so hard for me.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: The reason I'm intermittent with them is because I live somewhere very, very climatic in the summers.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: You just want to get, it's not going to get any cooler.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: The later you wait to go on your walks.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_01]: You just keep going out earlier and earlier.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: And so I do them in the winter and the fall on the spring, but not the summer.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: You know, let's just press ready and so I found a way to do my morning pages every morning on my walks and I'm so proud of myself and I'm really loving it because all the anxiety that I wake up with is gone within two blocks of my walk and I can just get it out in my head and then if I have action steps I can see that but it's not about being action oriented just dusting.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_01]: the curtains, you know, hitting the raw, getting things out of the, getting things off my mind so I can focus on what's so important.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm really, really excited about that.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: And it's been really, really wonderful.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: And I would just say in this, the year of our Laura 2026, find a way to do your morning page, find a way to get stuff off your head as early as possible in your life.
