- 0:30SPEAKER_01: I know you're busy, so we'll keep it short.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: Let's take just five minutes and dive in.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Hello and welcome back to Five Minute Parenting.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: I have a special guest on the show today talking about focused faith in a distracted world.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Allie Elliott is a wife, homeschooling mom of four, former RN turned stay-at-home mom, and is passionate about encouraging mamas to be true followers of Jesus day by day and moment by moment.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: Allie loves to share how routines and rhythms can put your home on autopilot, freeing you to be more intentional with the people you love.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the show, Allie.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for having me.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: It's truly an honor and privilege to get to chat with you today.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm so glad you're here.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: And you know, I love to share practical tips and tools with parents, and I know you have some of those on today's topic.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: So please jump right in and share what's on your heart.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: How can we focus our faith better in the distracted world we live in?
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: It is such a good question because it truly is so we are so distracted all the time.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: I believe that as Christians, to continually we're meant to continually come back to the Lord throughout the day.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: I don't think that when Paul says to pray without ceasing in First Thessalonians, that he was just throwing out words.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: I think that we have the ability to walk in communion with the Lord all day long.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: It's a practice and it takes work.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Um, it's habits that need to be built and others that need to be torn down.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: But what a difference we mamas can make in our homes if we truly are walking moment by moment aware of God and who he is and how that affects our lives.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: So I feel like though, there's, you know, we we have this desire to be that good mom, that good Christian, that good follower of the Lord.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: But because of sin, we also have a lot of distractions that can stop us.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: And so we just need to work, you know, work in work in conjunction with the Holy Spirit and and move in the direction of focusing our faith.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: But I wanted to give some practical steps today.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: And and I also want to talk about a practical, I guess, a practical distraction, I think that so many moms will be able to relate to.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Um, so whenever I pose the question, what is your biggest hurdle in your relationship with the Lord to my Instagram community?
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: The answer is usually time, my kids, or I don't know where to start, something along those lines.
- 2:52unknown: Okay.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Um, and while I understand that the distracted world, in quotes, can sometimes feel like its center is at your children or in your children.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: Promise it's not.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: And I'm pretty passionate about challenging that thought process that our kids are the problem.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Um, they're not the root of the problem today.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: I want to quickly unpack a major distraction that most of all of us face, and I want to give your audience hopefully some steps to quiet that distraction, as well as a couple steps for refocusing on the time that they're going to gain from quieting that distraction back on the Lord.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: There's, I will say, there's no way to cover all of the distractions.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: So I did just choose one, and that is the one that we carry in our back pockets most of the time.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: That's a big one.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: It's a huge one.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: It's just it's screaming at us all the time.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Um, there's, I don't, I don't think that there has been any other time in history where we have access to as much information as we do right now, you know, with our phones at our fingertips.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Um, we can take care of the grocery order, text Aunt Wilma about her recent surgery, we can pay a bill, we can Google the word that we can't define for our child.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: Um, and while these things are helpful, more often, these little handheld windows on the world are extreme distractions to our biggest telling, I believe.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah um, so I feel like if we can turn down the distraction of the phone and create mental space and fill that time with things that turn us to worship, it's literally life-changing.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: So, practically speaking, here your audience can pull out their pen and paper, gonna take some notes.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Um, I would say first off, they need to turn off notifications.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: And I feel like the response to this most people have is either, oh yeah, I've done that, or they're just flabbergasted.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Like, you want me to do what?
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: How will I get the latest update?
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Exactly, exactly.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Um, and then we've just been um trained to be at the back and call of the ding of the phone, you know?
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Um, so I suggest turning off all phone notifications, all of them, visual and auditory.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: And it's not complicated to do if you just open up your notifications, uh, your settings and then notifications in your phone.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: You do have to go app by app usually, but you just slide the top bar and it takes care of all of those notifications for that app.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I always tell moms to turn on your ringer.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: If someone really wants to get a hold of you, they can, you know, they can call you.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: Um, there's always that option for emergencies.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Another um thing that we do in our house is we have a home for our phones.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: So I keep mine like on a shelf.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: We have a little, a cute little, a aesthetically pleasing spot by our front door for guests to put their phones if they want when they come in.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: It's like a little pouch on the wall.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: Um I love that.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's just so it makes such a difference, you know.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Even I feel like even for my kids to know mom keeps her phone over there, and if she needs it, you know, we can go get it.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: But it's not a constant distraction.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: It's not always in my pocket, it's not always on the table next to me.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: The real tell for me, excuse me, I need to clear my throat, was when my one of my little ones, when they were much younger, brought my phone to me because I had left it in another room.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Oh, you think I need this with me all the time?
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's not okay.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: So making a home for my phone makes a big difference.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I suggest leaving it there throughout the day.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: If phone boundaries are an issue, um, you know, they make things like the brick.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: You can you can set a certain time of day that you're gonna check your email and like only do it then.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: Um, minimize your apps, no social media on the weekend, putting your phone to bed at night.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: My husband and I leave our phones in the kitchen now.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: We have little alarm clocks by our bed.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: It has made such a huge difference for us um as a married couple and just as just as parents, it's just so good.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: Anyway, um and if I was interject, I think you said was it brick?
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: You mentioned a resource.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: So I I don't have one, but I know some people feel like they're very helpful.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Um, it's basically a little device, it's like a magnet that you put on your fridge, and you can brick your phone in or brick your phone out.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: And it when you brick in, as they say, you're turning off everything except for text and phone calls, is my understanding.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: I see.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Well, that's turns your phone into more of a dumb phone, basically.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: Okay, gotcha.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Um, but I feel I I also am of the mind that it's gonna take some self-discipline, no matter what.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: So if a brick will help you, great, but also you can just, you know, leave it on the counter.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Right, yeah.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: Leave your phone up high.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: Um muster up that self-control, right?
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: So if if your audience is at all like me, chances are we're not that different from moms.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Um, after a few days of setting those boundaries and turning off those notifications, they will find there's like mental clarity and mental space that they haven't felt in a while.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: Um, it's just it opens up this part of you that you realize you're not distracted and you're able to think clearly.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: And that mental space, in my experience, turns into extra time in your day.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: So that freed up mental space turns into freed up time because we're able to finish our tasks more quickly because we're not distracted and and whatnot.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: It's just a chain reaction.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: But that time um is the time that then I suggest we turn in to worship.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: We were created to worship.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: This is what God made us for.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: And like I said at the beginning, sin and the distractions of the world just make that harder.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: But if we can get rid of those distractions, now we've quieted our phone, one of the main distractions of our day and age.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: Now I want to talk about focusing our faith.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Um I'm so sorry.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Um number one, I would suggest prioritizing the word.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: This is just it's so basic, but it's something that we have to do.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: And I feel like it's one of those no one is coming for you kind of things.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: You have to commit as a mom, right?
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: We have to decide this is important to us, and I'm going to put my faith first, I'm gonna put my relationship with the Lord first.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: Um, so making sure that you're having that time in the word every day is so, so, so important.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: If it means waking up 20 minutes before your kids, if it means, you know, setting a specific time of day that you're gonna come back to and read your Bible while your kids are playing at your feet and just setting those boundaries with them, I think it that's just gotta be number one.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: Priority is prioritizing your time in the word.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: Um, I want to take a real quick second and speak to any moms that might be like me.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: For a long time I felt like this was selfish.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you ever went through that.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Yes, I did.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: But you feel like, well, this is this is my relationship with the Lord.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: So I'm putting myself before my kids if I put my quiet time as a priority.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: But my amazingly wise husband has finally reminded me enough and convinced me like this is not a selfish thing to pursue your time with the Lord.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: You've you've got to have that to be a good mom and a good wife and follower of the Lord.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: And um, I think it's so good for our kids to see us prioritize that um and to hear from us, you know, this is important for me to do as a mama.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: So anyway, that would be I agree because I will say they learn best by example.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: So when they do see us do that, you know, that's gonna plant seeds for them as well as they get older in their lives.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: So I agree.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, yeah.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: One of my oldest memories is walk waking up in the morning.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: My sister and I were homeschooled, waking up in the morning and seeing my mom reading her Bible every morning.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's great.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: And I attribute my diligence to time in the word to her example.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: That is it's huge.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: So prioritizing that time in the word, um, persist being persistent in prayer.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: I think that prayer is so underutilized by so many Christians in this day and age.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Um, my husband heard a quote in college and talks about it often, and it's uh prayer is the means God uses to unleash his power on the earth.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: And we get to be a part of that.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know?
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: So I think just remembering what prayer really is, and sorry, I have this horrible tickle in my throat.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, no worries.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: I think just being able to remember that prayer is entering into the throne room of God and we have that access, we don't need a priest or anyone doing that for us.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: We can speak directly to our Heavenly Father.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: And when we are freeing up our mental space, taking away those distractions like our phone or the busyness of the day or a messy house, whatever those other ones are that people could fill in is their things that are distracting them.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: Um we have more mental space for prayer, which is so important.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: So prioritizing the word, we need to be persistent in prayer.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Um, I like to remind mamas in my community about the acronym ACE.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: I think sometimes it's easy to get distracted even in prayer.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's easy to kind of have our minds wander or think about other things, but it helps me a lot to prayer journal and then also helps me to remember to go through acts, which is ACTS.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: If your audience isn't familiar, it's odd, um, excuse me, adoration, confession, thankfulness, and supplication.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and I just that has been very helpful to me through the years, uh whether I'm prayer journaling or just praying out.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: That's very helpful.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: I will include that in the show notes.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: I had not heard that before, so that's good.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: I actually have, I don't know if it's helpful.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: I can I can send you the link too for just a little printout that has it on there if moms want to print that out and stick it in their bike.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: Actually, we will link to that in the show notes.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: Wonderful.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: Um, and then something else that I have found helps me to focus my faith throughout the day, since that's our goal is kind of to keep coming back to the Lord as our home base, is thankfulness.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: Um, one of my friends says thankfulness changes perspective.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: And I cling to that.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: Like that is so accurate in my life.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: I can't, I can't say it enough.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: So I have taught my kids to help me throughout the day with listing off our thankfuls and finding the beauty, is what we call it.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: We look around and we find the beauty around us.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's amazing when you get specific with beyond like, I'm thankful for my family, I'm thankful for my home.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: You know, when you start, I'm thankful for these pinto beans that we're eating for lunch, even though I don't like pinto beans because they're nourishing to my body.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: And as one of my girls says, I'm thankful we're not eating dirt.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: I don't like them.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: That's good.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: I'm glad we're not too.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Um, but I think, and I know from the effect it's had on me, that developing that that attitude of gratitude, that habit of gratitude is again bringing me back to the Lord throughout the day.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: And the more I the more I do it, the easier it comes, right?
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: And it's just this gratitude cycle, living with eyes open to see the beauty around me that God has given me and praising him for it.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: And as a mom, doing it out loud, it's amazing to see the effect it does have on my children.
- 14:55unknown: Yeah.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: Um, and reminding them that there is literally always something to be thankful for.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: If we can't think of anything, we have salvation to be thankful for, you know?
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Yes, like there's literally always something.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: Um so it it I've just seen that gratitude literally has changed my life.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Um something I would say on also is if you're someone who listens to um music throughout the day, or maybe you always have the TV on or the radio on or whatever, it kind of goes with stopping a distraction, but I'm gonna focus on the what we're replacing it with part.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: I would challenge moms to kind of silence any of those noises, turn down those noises.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: And if you if you do like noise, either worship music or instrumental worship or um even even just the quiet is great, but something that is gonna continually bring you back to the Lord.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we do that in our home as well, and I did that with my girls when they were young, and it's it's just a really great practice.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: It it keeps bringing us back, like you're talking about, to the Lord and to worship.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: So I yeah, I agree.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: That's a great thing.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: It it truly sets the tone.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and it is I've just in my own life, I've had so many conversations recently, I feel like, of people who are choosing, I want to be more aware of God all day long.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: I don't know how to keep like him in the forefront of my mind.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: I want to live this life that is constantly aware of God and who he is.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: And I just feel like this is this is what has done it for me is getting rid of those distractions and refilling those that that time with things about him, you know, my quiet time in the morning, my gratitude throughout the day, the listening to worship music or Christian podcasts or whatever it is.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Um and I meant to say this earlier, I'm sorry, but when I would encourage moms, when you're having your time in the word in the morning, keep three by five cards or something with you so you can write down a Bible verse that God really pulls out to you from your time with him and put it somewhere that you're gonna see it all day long.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: I have found it so cool to see meditating on his word this way.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: So coming back to him in that way throughout the day.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: It's so amazing to see how he shows that part of him or that attribute, whatever it was that you read about, how he shows himself to be that throughout your day.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's it's just amazing.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: I think it's just another love gift from him.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: Well, it reminds me of the scripture that says his word is active and living, you know.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: And so he meets us with it right where we are.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: It's it's so good.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Um, the last practical thing I would suggest is something that I I feel like is kind of a lost art.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: Um, and it it's I have a hard time doing it, but practicing silence and solitude or solitude and silence.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: It's it's literally a spiritual discipline.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: If you look up spiritual disciplines, um and I know I literally just said to listen to worship music, but there's also a time for silence.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Jesus was such a beautiful example of what this looks like and how important it should be to us.
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: Like if he needed to get away and have a quiet time with the father, how much more do we need that?
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Um but just practicing having those times, whether it's a walk, a quiet walk, if your kids are at an age where you can go walk alone, um, or if it's during your quiet time in the morning before your kids wake up, sometimes carving out those those moments of absolute quiet where you can just sit with the father and focus on him and his goodness.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: And it's not even it's not even so much prayer as far as you know, listing off the things that you know, it's not our supplications, it's just being in his presence and listening to him, to what he wants to tell you and praising him for who he is.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: It's it's amazing, and it's so um so countercultural to be just quiet and still.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: And I think it's something that really fills you spiritually, and something that we've really lost, I guess, track of in this.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Yes, that makes sense.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: And it comes back to that maybe the adoration part of that rhythm you shared, you know, because we can we can adore him being quiet as well, but like you say, just sitting in his presence and saying, I'm here, you know, and and telling him that we love him.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's absolutely yeah, absolutely.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: I love to focus on his attributes during my adoration.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: So if I don't know that might be helpful to some of your listeners, I'll just start with A and I'll go through the alphabet and just list off that any attribute I can think of.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: Um before you know it, you're just overwhelmed, you know, with gratitude for who he is and what he's done.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: And yeah, and it's it's so good.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: That's good.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: Well, Allie, these are fantastic tips and ideas to keep in mind.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here and sharing.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: Uh, before we close, please tell listeners the best place to find you online so they can connect with you and then tell us a little bit about your store.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: Looks like you have some great resources for families.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: So um, I am on Instagram.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: I'm, I guess you would call a content creator, but basically I encourage mamas in their walk with the Lord and in building intentional habits to to put as much of their to-do list on autopilot that they can so they can spend more time with their family and do what's really important, mentoring their children and and being a wife to their husband and building their walk with the Lord.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: Um, so that's what I do over there.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: And I also do have a stand store.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: So it's just an online store that has um my prayer journals.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: I've written three prayer journals to help moms learn how to pray scripture daily.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: Um, they're 31-day printable, it's just a PDF.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: You print it out, and hopefully by the end of 31 days, the goal is that you'll be comfortable praying scripture and able to pray through God's word wherever, you know, whatever part of the Bible you open up to, you will be able to pray through it.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Um, I believe that praying God's word back to him is so powerful, and it I know it's been an amazing, um, an amazing thing for me to learn how to do.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: I was so blessed by an older woman who taught me how to do that.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: So wonderful.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: That and then I have a homemaker's guide there, which is essentially just kind of me taking mamas by the hand and saying, This is what my mom taught me, and here's how you make sure you're gonna have your quiet time every day.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: And and this is how you take a look at maybe moms feel overwhelmed because their schedule is just chaos, and um, I feel like it's so easy to get busy and distracted nowadays.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: So um I felt like it could be helpful to some moms to take a look at their schedule where they are now.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: I basically walk you through how to assess it, and then what would your ideal schedule be that's actually going to include daily habits to help you reach your family goals?
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: So if your goal is for your children to grow up, um, you know, knowing about the Lord and walking with him and prioritizing church and family and service, what are you doing today, tomorrow, and next week that are actually going to get you there?
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: So I talk about setting those kinds of habits in place.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I think I have some other stuff on there, like homeschool help, like homeschool um oh, help getting mom's heart started homeschooling.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: But they can link to that through your Instagram account, is that right?
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: It's it's all there.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: And I would love if they come, if they listen to this podcast and they come over to Instagram, if they just yep, shoot me a message and shout out, let me know they're there.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: Um, I love chatting and DMs.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: That's where that's where it's at.
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: So well, wonderful.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: Well, we will link to that in the show notes.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: And Ellie, it's been a pleasure having you here.
