- 0:14Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawk Curl Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this
- 0:19Speaker 1: is your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a
- 0:21Speaker 1: new week, a new mindset, and another day. If you'd
- 0:24Speaker 1: become the hawk Curl Energy you want to attract. Hello
- 0:26Speaker 1: you guys, Happy Wednesday, Welcome back to the weekly episodes.
- 0:30Speaker 1: It feels good to just finally have this buck into
- 0:34Speaker 1: a routine and just like know exactly when to record,
- 0:37Speaker 1: so it's nice to be back full time. I want
- 0:41Speaker 1: to talk about things that are worth your money this
- 0:43Speaker 1: episode because I don't know if you guys are up
- 0:45Speaker 1: to date on TikTok, but I feel like everybody's talking
- 0:48Speaker 1: about things that they've purchased that they think are one
- 0:51Speaker 1: hundred percent worth the money. It's like your top five
- 0:55Speaker 1: favorite things, and I figured we could do the episode
- 0:57Speaker 1: around thirty things that I I honestly either have done
- 1:02Speaker 1: or have purchased throughout the years that I think is
- 1:05Speaker 1: one hundred percent worth your money, whether it's like a
- 1:08Speaker 1: monthly thing that I do, or something that I've purchased
- 1:12Speaker 1: within the past year or the past two years, or
- 1:14Speaker 1: things that I keep a repeat purchase on that I'm
- 1:17Speaker 1: truly obsessed with. I've definitely done episodes like this in
- 1:20Speaker 1: the past where it's like things I'm obsessed with or
- 1:22Speaker 1: things that I think are worth a splurge or not.
- 1:24Speaker 1: I personally love to know what people think is worth
- 1:28Speaker 1: the money, Like I don't know, I feel like there's
- 1:30Speaker 1: always things that people either want to invest in or
- 1:34Speaker 1: get into or honestly it's a great way to discover
- 1:37Speaker 1: new thing. I really tried to keep the things that
- 1:40Speaker 1: I've noted here for this trend, like for all scopes,
- 1:44Speaker 1: whether it's clothing, whether it's investments for like things for
- 1:47Speaker 1: your kitchen, something that you could do for yourself on
- 1:50Speaker 1: a monthly basis, like a self care treatment, apps that
- 1:54Speaker 1: could be downloaded again, kind of everything a jewelry that
- 1:59Speaker 1: I've invested in that I'm I'm obsessed with. So I
- 2:01Speaker 1: literally just did everything possible that I think is worth
- 2:05Speaker 1: the money that I've purchased that I'm obsessed with. So
- 2:07Speaker 1: that's kind of what I decided to do for today's episode,
- 2:10Speaker 1: since we don't have too much to catch up on,
- 2:12Speaker 1: because I feel like last week I kind of gave
- 2:14Speaker 1: a huge update with us selling the house. We're moving
- 2:18Speaker 1: out of this house. I think in five weeks now.
- 2:21Speaker 1: We definitely have a busy calendar these next few weekends,
- 2:24Speaker 1: so I think we're probably going to start buying boxes
- 2:27Speaker 1: and preparing for our move this weekend, which is so crazy.
- 2:31Speaker 1: We have a few weddings that we're attending, so we
- 2:35Speaker 1: actually I totally forgot we have a wedding this weekend.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, I totally forgot. We have a wedding,
- 2:40Speaker 1: the wedding that we were supposed to go in Portugal.
- 2:42Speaker 1: She's also having an Attawa wedding, which is really nice. So,
- 2:46Speaker 1: as you guys know, we canceled our Portugal trip because
- 2:48Speaker 1: it's the same week as my dad's surgery. So we
- 2:51Speaker 1: are attending the Ottawa wedding, which we're very excited about,
- 2:54Speaker 1: just to least be part of that and be with
- 2:57Speaker 1: family since it is Za's cousin. So I actually have
- 3:00Speaker 1: that on Saturday, So Sunday we'll be probably picking up
- 3:04Speaker 1: boxes and starting to slowly figure out the plan of
- 3:07Speaker 1: how we're going to pack up this house. And then
- 3:10Speaker 1: I have another wedding in August and another wedding in September,
- 3:14Speaker 1: so a few weddings, which is kind of exciting. This
- 3:17Speaker 1: wedding this weekend, though, is like very casual. I did
- 3:20Speaker 1: end up ordering a dress yesterday, super last minute, but
- 3:23Speaker 1: because it's been so crazy these past few weeks, honestly,
- 3:26Speaker 1: it totally just skipped my mind about the wedding happening
- 3:29Speaker 1: this weekend. But I did get two dresses from Revolve.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Oh my god. I also forgot to have a wedding
- 3:34Speaker 1: at the end of the month as well. Wow, so
- 3:36Speaker 1: many weddings. But anyways, it's two casual weddings that I'm
- 3:40Speaker 1: going to and then two like really fancy weddings. So
- 3:42Speaker 1: the two casual ones are more like at a park,
- 3:46Speaker 1: family backyard situation. So I just got two pretty like
- 3:49Speaker 1: short dresses. I didn't want to do a long dress
- 3:52Speaker 1: just because I felt like it was a little too fancy.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I don't know, I feel like a short dress just
- 3:56Speaker 1: made more sense for this casual wedding, and then I'll
- 3:59Speaker 1: probably order long dresses for the two fancy your weddings
- 4:01Speaker 1: that were going to. But anyways, that's a little a
- 4:04Speaker 1: life update of what's going on there. I also want
- 4:07Speaker 1: to quickly talk about Love Island because I was very
- 4:11Speaker 1: hooked this season. I've talked about in the past that
- 4:15Speaker 1: I wasn't really overly obsessed with the show in the
- 4:18Speaker 1: beginning because this was my first time ever watching it
- 4:20Speaker 1: for the very first time. Then Cassamore happened, and I
- 4:23Speaker 1: became literally addicted. I'm talking every single night, I was
- 4:27Speaker 1: up to date with the episodes, logging in. Zach became obsessed,
- 4:31Speaker 1: Like we were both just like, very very invested in
- 4:33Speaker 1: the show. I am going to give some spoilers, so
- 4:36Speaker 1: if you want to watch it, maybe skip past this,
- 4:38Speaker 1: or if you haven't watched the finale, I'm letting you
- 4:40Speaker 1: know now that I'm spoiling what happens. But I am
- 4:44Speaker 1: so freaking happy that Trinity and Bryce won because I
- 4:48Speaker 1: think they've deserved it from the beginning. I think it
- 4:50Speaker 1: was honestly a pretty obvious winner, Like out of all
- 4:53Speaker 1: the couples, I'm like, this couple deserves to win. Like
- 4:56Speaker 1: you can just tell they're so into each other. It
- 4:58Speaker 1: was giving like best friend energy in the beginning, and
- 5:01Speaker 1: then now they're like totally obsessed with each other and
- 5:04Speaker 1: like they're just the cutest thing ever. And Trinity just
- 5:06Speaker 1: seems like the sweetest soul ever. And then Bryce just
- 5:12Speaker 1: seems like so humbled, so down to earth, and it's
- 5:15Speaker 1: so funny because I feel like he's an LA boy,
- 5:18Speaker 1: He's a DJ like I feel like men like that
- 5:21Speaker 1: just kind of give a different vibe. And I just
- 5:24Speaker 1: was not expecting him to be so down to earth
- 5:28Speaker 1: and so genuine, and I don't know, I feel like
- 5:31Speaker 1: he did such a great job of like being himself
- 5:35Speaker 1: throughout the entire show, and Trinity as well, so very
- 5:38Speaker 1: well deserved. I'm really happy they won Melon Sincere. I
- 5:41Speaker 1: hate Sincere so much. If you watch the show, then
- 5:44Speaker 1: you know Sincere literally was backstabbing the girl that he
- 5:48Speaker 1: was seeing multiple times, and he's just not Sincere. Okay,
- 5:52Speaker 1: his name does not hold to what he actually is,
- 5:55Speaker 1: and it's Yeah, it was quite crazy, but I'm shocked
- 5:59Speaker 1: they got the third place. I think Kaita and Zach
- 6:01Speaker 1: probably should have gotten third or second place. In my opinion,
- 6:04Speaker 1: everybody hated Zach, but I think Zach got so much
- 6:07Speaker 1: hate for no reason. Like I can understand why some
- 6:10Speaker 1: people hated him, but I think his sense of humor
- 6:14Speaker 1: didn't like hit the same way for certain people, and
- 6:17Speaker 1: I think people read him wrong and really really like,
- 6:23Speaker 1: we're rude to him, like right now, apparently him and
- 6:26Speaker 1: Kada's Instagram accounts have been deactivated because there's been so
- 6:29Speaker 1: much hate about the couple, and like they ended up
- 6:31Speaker 1: getting fourth place, And I'm really really shocked that they
- 6:35Speaker 1: got fourth place because I personally think they should have
- 6:38Speaker 1: gotten second place because they were also a couple that's
- 6:40Speaker 1: been together since the beginning, and I feel like Kada
- 6:43Speaker 1: obviously stayed true to her word throughout the entire show
- 6:46Speaker 1: of just wanting to be with Zach and Zach obviously,
- 6:49Speaker 1: I mean, he had his cast a more moment, but
- 6:51Speaker 1: I just also feel like he was indicative regardless and
- 6:53Speaker 1: like he was going to pick her no matter what.
- 6:56Speaker 1: So anyways, I was really shocked about that. However, I
- 7:00Speaker 1: do freaking love Anaya and Carl. Carl is like a
- 7:04Speaker 1: teddy bear, Like he looks so adorable. His personality just
- 7:09Speaker 1: seems so sweet, and Anaya obviously is just like a
- 7:13Speaker 1: ray of sunshine, and I think they're just adorable together.
- 7:16Speaker 1: So anyways, I do think Anaia on Carl also deserved
- 7:19Speaker 1: to be in second place. Like I'm really happy for them,
- 7:21Speaker 1: but Trinity and Bryce just they knew they were taking
- 7:26Speaker 1: that price home, like they deserved it more than anything.
- 7:28Speaker 1: So anyways, just wanted to quickly let that out because
- 7:33Speaker 1: I really really loved who won and the show was great. Honestly,
- 7:38Speaker 1: I am excited to get into it for the new
- 7:41Speaker 1: season come next summer. I think there's a reunion August
- 7:45Speaker 1: thirty first, so I'm definitely gonna watch that. But I
- 7:48Speaker 1: was really shocked in the beginning. I really was not hooked,
- 7:51Speaker 1: and then I became addicted. So apparently everyone says I
- 7:53Speaker 1: need to get into Love Island UK, so apparently it's better.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Maybe that's the next thing I watch because right now
- 8:00Speaker 1: we have nothing to watch now that the Love Island
- 8:02Speaker 1: USA is over, so maybe that's something that Zach and
- 8:05Speaker 1: I get into. And then literally the past seven days,
- 8:07Speaker 1: my cousins were in town from Colorado, so I've spent
- 8:10Speaker 1: a lot of time with family these past seven days,
- 8:12Speaker 1: which was really nice because they only come down once
- 8:15Speaker 1: a year, and I literally only see them once a
- 8:17Speaker 1: year basically, so I need to go down to Colorado
- 8:20Speaker 1: to see them because I hear Colorado is amazing. I've
- 8:22Speaker 1: never been. They live in Colorado Springs, and yeah, so
- 8:26Speaker 1: they only come down here usually for like ten to
- 8:28Speaker 1: twelve days. So they were here for the past ten
- 8:30Speaker 1: days and it was really really nice to see them
- 8:33Speaker 1: and just catch up and spend some time with the kids.
- 8:35Speaker 1: The kids are at six, eight, nine, and thirteen, so
- 8:41Speaker 1: they're pretty am but it was exciting to see them
- 8:45Speaker 1: in nice to have some family time. Okay, let's get
- 8:47Speaker 1: into this episode again. This is the TikTok ton that
- 8:49Speaker 1: everyone's been talking about, which is things that are worth
- 8:52Speaker 1: the money. And again I've really tried to make this
- 8:55Speaker 1: list very broad of things that I can think of
- 8:58Speaker 1: that I either purchase all the time, things that I
- 9:02Speaker 1: do on a monthly basis that I think is worth
- 9:04Speaker 1: the investment, investment pieces that I think are worth every
- 9:09Speaker 1: penny when it comes to things for your home, things
- 9:11Speaker 1: for your house, things that you can use for beauty purposes,
- 9:14Speaker 1: all that. So we're going to get into it. The
- 9:16Speaker 1: first one is the Teza app. This is actually a
- 9:20Speaker 1: photo editing app. There is the Teza App Pro, which
- 9:24Speaker 1: you can purchase I think for like a small fee
- 9:27Speaker 1: on a monthly basis. But this app has actually changed
- 9:30Speaker 1: my life when it comes to work and just like
- 9:32Speaker 1: posting Instagram photos and having just a really nice edit
- 9:36Speaker 1: for my photos and it doesn't have to be a
- 9:39Speaker 1: big edit, like it's like very subtle, but it just
- 9:41Speaker 1: like makes my photos look more crisp and more professional
- 9:44Speaker 1: in my opinion, And there's like so many cool features
- 9:48Speaker 1: you can make your photos look like film photos. Polaroids
- 9:52Speaker 1: give that like vintage look, and it's just like literally
- 9:56Speaker 1: the best app ever. I think an influencer actually created it.
- 9:59Speaker 1: And anyways, I'm obsessed with the app. So if you
- 10:01Speaker 1: don't know it, it's called Teza t z z A.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I feel like this is like a huge influencer hack
- 10:07Speaker 1: that a lot of influencers actually use. And again, I
- 10:10Speaker 1: think that the app is free, so you can do
- 10:12Speaker 1: a lot of things for free, but you can pay
- 10:14Speaker 1: a small fee if you want a lot more features
- 10:17Speaker 1: to add to your Instagram photos. So anyways, that's something
- 10:22Speaker 1: that I'm obsessed with that I use all the time
- 10:24Speaker 1: for my Instagram photos. Another thing that I think is
- 10:27Speaker 1: worth every single penny that I've purchased for many, many
- 10:30Speaker 1: years is Aritzia sweatsuits, so sweaters, sweatpants, anything from like
- 10:36Speaker 1: their lounge collection. I am still obsessed with to this day.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I still wear sweatpants that I've purchased like five or
- 10:42Speaker 1: seven years ago that I still think is amazing quality.
- 10:46Speaker 1: And again, Aritzia does have some affordable things, and I
- 10:50Speaker 1: do think their sweatsuits are honestly not terrible, and for
- 10:54Speaker 1: what you're paying, you're getting long term use out of it, right,
- 10:57Speaker 1: Like I've purchased multiple gray sweatpants and gray hoodies from them,
- 11:01Speaker 1: and a lot of the gray hoodies that I have
- 11:03Speaker 1: from them are literally from when I was like in
- 11:05Speaker 1: high school. I'm not even over exaggerating, like I literally
- 11:07Speaker 1: am obsessed. Actually maybe not high school, probably college, but
- 11:11Speaker 1: still like seven to eight years I've owned this and
- 11:13Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with it. So I think Aritzia lounge Wear
- 11:16Speaker 1: is one hundred percent worth it, and the quality is
- 11:19Speaker 1: ten out of ten. Another thing I love is my
- 11:22Speaker 1: Solomon sneakers. I wear my Solomon sneakers basically every single
- 11:26Speaker 1: day to my workout classes on my walks. They're so comfortable.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I love that they're a string kind of like tie situation,
- 11:35Speaker 1: so it's got like this little clasp that you just
- 11:37Speaker 1: like pull towards your feet and you don't have to
- 11:40Speaker 1: use laces, and I just think it's an easy way
- 11:43Speaker 1: to like slip on your shoes and like not have
- 11:45Speaker 1: to get down tie the laces. I know that sounds lazy,
- 11:48Speaker 1: but it is kind of nice just to like slip
- 11:51Speaker 1: on the shoe and not have to worry about tying them.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I also just love the look of them. In the beginning,
- 11:55Speaker 1: I really wasn't sure about them. I'm like, ooh, it's
- 11:58Speaker 1: kind of giving, like hiking shovabe. But then I don't know.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I saw a bunch of people wear them. I mean,
- 12:03Speaker 1: Hailey Bieber was wearing them at one point, and like
- 12:05Speaker 1: she made them so so popular, I'm pretty sure, so
- 12:08Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with them. I would literally have them in
- 12:11Speaker 1: three different colors and I wroteape between all three colors
- 12:14Speaker 1: based off of my workoutset that I'm wearing. But they
- 12:17Speaker 1: are a very comfortable shoe and I can wear it
- 12:20Speaker 1: for like hours when I'm walking and never complain. So
- 12:24Speaker 1: I do think the Solomon sneakers are worth the investment.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Brandy Melville Okay, I think Brandy Melville is amazing. Their
- 12:32Speaker 1: price point is incredible. I'm devastated that we don't have
- 12:36Speaker 1: one in Ottawa anymore. That literally broke my heart when
- 12:40Speaker 1: they shut that store down, because I would go all
- 12:42Speaker 1: the time. It's the best spot for basics, basic tanks,
- 12:46Speaker 1: basic shorts, basic anything like plannels, like everything that I
- 12:52Speaker 1: purchased from Brandy again still to this day, I still own,
- 12:55Speaker 1: I still use even like pajama wear, lounge shorts. Anyways,
- 13:00Speaker 1: I think Brandy Melville is worth the hype in my opinion,
- 13:03Speaker 1: I can see why people line up in the change
- 13:05Speaker 1: room such right thing is on or just purchase things
- 13:08Speaker 1: because the price point is unbeatable and great for basics. Okay,
- 13:13Speaker 1: the next two things are things that I do for
- 13:15Speaker 1: like self care purposes. If I'm going to a wedding
- 13:18Speaker 1: or some type of event and I want to feel
- 13:21Speaker 1: like hot as fuck, like I want to feel like
- 13:22Speaker 1: I feel like my hotest self, I feel like I've
- 13:25Speaker 1: done like a glow up overnight, I'm going to get
- 13:28Speaker 1: a gel manicure or acrylic nails. You guys know, I
- 13:31Speaker 1: get that done literally every single month. That's a non
- 13:33Speaker 1: negotiable for me, but worth every single penny. But another
- 13:37Speaker 1: one is spraytnds. And I don't really get spray tans
- 13:40Speaker 1: in the summer just because my tan is natural. I
- 13:43Speaker 1: don't use tanning moose nothing like. I am all of
- 13:45Speaker 1: skin tone, so I get very very tanned in the
- 13:48Speaker 1: summer or whenever I'm in the sun. But in the winter,
- 13:52Speaker 1: if I'm going to some type of an event or
- 13:54Speaker 1: honestly a monthly basis, I will probably get a spray
- 13:56Speaker 1: tan just to boost my confidence. But spraytan, oh my god,
- 14:01Speaker 1: spray tans are so worth it. I love having a tan.
- 14:03Speaker 1: I feel like a tan makes me feel ten times
- 14:06Speaker 1: better about myself. I feel like I've gotten a glow
- 14:09Speaker 1: up immediately. Whenever I have a tan. Right now, I
- 14:11Speaker 1: definitely feel my most confident self because I'm very tanned
- 14:14Speaker 1: from the summer and the sun. So again, I'm not
- 14:18Speaker 1: even like I hadn't really been tanning a lot this year,
- 14:21Speaker 1: to be honest, It's just like when I'm on my
- 14:23Speaker 1: walks or when I'm constantly outside, I am just getting
- 14:26Speaker 1: a bunch of sun again just from being outside and
- 14:29Speaker 1: working outside. So the sun just loves my skin, which
- 14:32Speaker 1: I'm very grateful for. But a tan does wonders to
- 14:36Speaker 1: your confidence, So I feel like a spray tan is
- 14:39Speaker 1: definitely worth doing if you're going to some type of event,
- 14:43Speaker 1: or if you're just needing a boost of confidence, or
- 14:46Speaker 1: if you're going to a wedding. I think spray tans
- 14:48Speaker 1: are worth it. This coffee machine was worth every single
- 14:52Speaker 1: penny worth the investment, one hundred percent. I have been
- 14:54Speaker 1: using my Delongi espresso machine. It's called the La Specialista
- 15:00Speaker 1: coffee machine, and it's a touch screen. You can program
- 15:03Speaker 1: your coffee beans based off the specific type of bean
- 15:06Speaker 1: that is on the coffee bag. So I think the
- 15:09Speaker 1: bean that I have is a medium row, So you
- 15:12Speaker 1: can program that into the machine and it will automatically
- 15:15Speaker 1: register that bean into your espresso being brewed. So when
- 15:20Speaker 1: they brew the espresso shot, they literally base it off
- 15:23Speaker 1: of what exact bean it is, so the grind size
- 15:27Speaker 1: is based off of that specific bean, which is so
- 15:31Speaker 1: nice because the manual one that I had before. So
- 15:33Speaker 1: I had the Bravel coffee machine, which was great, but
- 15:37Speaker 1: I didn't have the touch screen. I only had the
- 15:40Speaker 1: manual one. So the manual one is way harder to
- 15:43Speaker 1: do because every time you try a different coffee bean,
- 15:46Speaker 1: you have to like adjust the grind size, adjust everything,
- 15:50Speaker 1: and I feel like you never get the perfect match
- 15:53Speaker 1: because if you're not someone that like becomes overly obsessed
- 15:57Speaker 1: with the machine, it's really hard to figure it out.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Whereas I feel like the delongy one is like very
- 16:03Speaker 1: user friendly for someone like me who like doesn't want
- 16:06Speaker 1: to spend hours learn how to use the machine. I
- 16:09Speaker 1: just put in the bean, put in the details of
- 16:11Speaker 1: what kind of bean it is, what tip of roast
- 16:13Speaker 1: it is, all that, and it literally will adjust the
- 16:15Speaker 1: grind size based off of that and then pour my
- 16:19Speaker 1: double shot of espresso. And it's perfect every single time.
- 16:22Speaker 1: So I do think that was worth every single penny.
- 16:25Speaker 1: It's not cheap, I'll be honest. I mean, every coffee
- 16:28Speaker 1: machine is an investment, but I definitely feel like it's
- 16:31Speaker 1: made my coffees really really good. I mean, right now,
- 16:34Speaker 1: I haven't been in a good coffee kick just because
- 16:37Speaker 1: I haven't mastered my at home coffee lately, so I
- 16:40Speaker 1: feel like I've been buying a lot of coffees, which
- 16:42Speaker 1: whatever it is, what it is, I will get back
- 16:44Speaker 1: into a coffee routine eventually when I do make a
- 16:47Speaker 1: coffee with this coffee machine, I love it, and I
- 16:50Speaker 1: do think it's worth every single penny. I did just
- 16:52Speaker 1: get this recently, and I did get a gifted so
- 16:55Speaker 1: I didn't actually purchase this, but I will say after
- 16:58Speaker 1: two weeks of using it. I really really love it.
- 17:01Speaker 1: And I can see why everybody you know hypes about
- 17:05Speaker 1: this product. And that's the or ring. It is so good, guys.
- 17:09Speaker 1: The newest one is a lot slimmer, a lot less
- 17:14Speaker 1: like bulky. I've actually never owned the previous or ring,
- 17:18Speaker 1: but my best friend has the old or ring, and
- 17:22Speaker 1: the difference between the size is actually insane. They've done
- 17:25Speaker 1: a really really good job of making it just look
- 17:29Speaker 1: like more of a normal piece of jewelry versus like
- 17:32Speaker 1: this massive, chunky ring. And I love the capabilities of
- 17:37Speaker 1: the app of just like figuring out your sleep score,
- 17:40Speaker 1: being able to track my steps every time I'm doing
- 17:43Speaker 1: any type of movement. It will like notify me being like, oh,
- 17:46Speaker 1: you were doing activity, please log this and I'll be like, okay,
- 17:49Speaker 1: I did pilates. It will tell me how many calories
- 17:51Speaker 1: I burn, even though like I don't really care about
- 17:53Speaker 1: that stuff, but like it will just like program everything
- 17:56Speaker 1: and like notify you when like you're doing something or
- 17:59Speaker 1: like give you updates of like oh my god, you've
- 18:01Speaker 1: reached your activity goal for the day or your walking
- 18:05Speaker 1: step goal for the day. Like I don't know. I
- 18:06Speaker 1: think it's great. I have never been a big like
- 18:09Speaker 1: smart watch person. I don't really love the look of
- 18:12Speaker 1: like the garment or the Apple Watch. It's just like
- 18:14Speaker 1: not for me. I don't want to wear a big
- 18:17Speaker 1: smart watch on my wrist all the time. Like it's
- 18:19Speaker 1: just not something that I like. So the oor ring
- 18:22Speaker 1: is definitely like more of a like chic way of
- 18:27Speaker 1: still being able to like track your activity and everything
- 18:31Speaker 1: else that you want to track when it comes to
- 18:33Speaker 1: your health. So I think it also does like your
- 18:35Speaker 1: heart rate, which is really great. So all in all,
- 18:39Speaker 1: really really great. I love the technology and I'm very
- 18:42Speaker 1: very happy with it. I've talked about this product probably
- 18:44Speaker 1: a thousand times, but I think it's worth every single penny.
- 18:46Speaker 1: I just probably bought my fifth bottle. But the road
- 18:50Speaker 1: glazing milk is amazing. I'm obsessed with it. I honestly
- 18:54Speaker 1: love it before doing a full beat as well, Like
- 18:57Speaker 1: I always put that on my face before I do
- 18:59Speaker 1: my mai. I just find it creates a more natural glow.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And I don't know, the road spray is also really good.
- 19:07Speaker 1: It's kind of like a glowy face miss and I
- 19:10Speaker 1: do that before I put my makeup on, after I
- 19:12Speaker 1: put my makeup on. I think it's amazing. Haley did
- 19:15Speaker 1: a great job with that product, and I will continue
- 19:18Speaker 1: to replan that product every single time. And what's nice
- 19:22Speaker 1: is that it is somewhat affordable too. The pricing is
- 19:24Speaker 1: not outrageous. So yeah, I really really like the road
- 19:28Speaker 1: glazing milk. I actually don't own this, but I've been
- 19:31Speaker 1: using my sister's Shark Beauty Flex styling air dryer, and
- 19:36Speaker 1: i think it's better than the dicing guys. Like, I
- 19:38Speaker 1: own the dice In, and I'm starting to hate it, Okay,
- 19:42Speaker 1: I'm starting to not like it, and I think I
- 19:45Speaker 1: might buy the Sharp Beauty Flex for myself because I
- 19:48Speaker 1: use my sisters a few times, Like if I'm at
- 19:50Speaker 1: her house and i'm you know, swimming in the pool,
- 19:53Speaker 1: I'll take a shower after and I'll just like use
- 19:55Speaker 1: her Sharp Beauty wand or whatever, and it's incredible and
- 20:00Speaker 1: it's like half the price of the dice In. So
- 20:02Speaker 1: I think the Shark Beauty Company did a great job
- 20:05Speaker 1: with the stiling air dryer and I'm obsessed with it.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Next is Prime Video, but with no ads. We paid
- 20:12Speaker 1: a little bit more for our Prime Video subscription and
- 20:16Speaker 1: with the no ads, okay, let's be honest, it's ten
- 20:19Speaker 1: times better. I hate watching a TV show or watching
- 20:23Speaker 1: a movie and then oh, here's a sixty second ad
- 20:26Speaker 1: of three different ads that you're supposed to watch while
- 20:29Speaker 1: you're watching a movie. Like, it's the most annoying thing ever.
- 20:32Speaker 1: So just pay the extra for the no ads. It's
- 20:36Speaker 1: worth it. And yeah, I use Prime Video all the
- 20:39Speaker 1: time for jeans. I feel like genes is something that
- 20:43Speaker 1: people like to invest in or just like have a
- 20:45Speaker 1: good pair of denim. I actually really like Aritzia's brand,
- 20:49Speaker 1: Denim Form. I've purchased a lot of Denim Form jenes
- 20:53Speaker 1: and again I've bought in a pair like from four
- 20:56Speaker 1: years ago, three years ago, still wear to this day.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Donna is great to invest in because you're gonna have
- 21:03Speaker 1: it for such a long time, and I don't know,
- 21:06Speaker 1: I think it's worth the money. I wear mine all
- 21:08Speaker 1: the time, and the quality is very very good. I
- 21:12Speaker 1: love the wash of the jeans, the fit of the jeens.
- 21:15Speaker 1: All that. I'm very much into low rise denim right
- 21:17Speaker 1: now or mid rise high rise is not for me.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I'm a short waisted girl, so I feel like when
- 21:23Speaker 1: I do a high waisted gene it like cuts off
- 21:27Speaker 1: half my waist, so I'm more of a low rise
- 21:30Speaker 1: midriise situation. But I love Denim Forum. It's a great
- 21:33Speaker 1: brand and you can get it off with Ritzia. I
- 21:35Speaker 1: get a lot of compliments on this bag that I use.
- 21:39Speaker 1: It's more of a casual tote. You can use it
- 21:42Speaker 1: like for going to the beach or for workout classes.
- 21:44Speaker 1: It kind of looks like a canvas blank toe and
- 21:48Speaker 1: I have my initials on it, which is ks. My
- 21:50Speaker 1: sister actually got it for me for my birthday a
- 21:53Speaker 1: few years ago. But I think it's around fifty to
- 21:56Speaker 1: sixty dollars. You can customize it. You can put your
- 21:58Speaker 1: full name, you can put your initial It's from the
- 22:01Speaker 1: brand LLL Bean and they have different colors. You could
- 22:05Speaker 1: do a beige bag with like blue straps, red straps,
- 22:08Speaker 1: green straps. They also have like the mini version of
- 22:11Speaker 1: them too. I would honestly get every single size, and
- 22:14Speaker 1: to be honest, I definitely think I'll purchase the mini
- 22:16Speaker 1: one and the larger one because you can obviously use
- 22:19Speaker 1: it for different purposes. But great bag, one hundred percent
- 22:23Speaker 1: worth it. I love the monogram touch. I think the
- 22:25Speaker 1: personalized detail is so cute and so chic. So the
- 22:30Speaker 1: Canon G seven X. I think everybody has talked about
- 22:34Speaker 1: this camera. It is worth it. I actually have owned
- 22:37Speaker 1: two of them. I have broke both of them. I
- 22:40Speaker 1: need a new one, to be honest, I just honestly
- 22:43Speaker 1: haven't even thought about purchasing it again. But I do
- 22:46Speaker 1: want it really badly because it really is the best
- 22:49Speaker 1: camera when it comes to vlogging, when it comes to
- 22:51Speaker 1: getting flash photos, it's literally the best camera in my opinion.
- 22:56Speaker 1: So if you're wanting to get a good quality camera
- 22:59Speaker 1: for whether you want to start your influencing career on YouTube,
- 23:04Speaker 1: or if you want to have better quality flash photos
- 23:07Speaker 1: for nighttime picks when you're on vacation or anything like that,
- 23:09Speaker 1: the Canon G seven X is actually one hundred percent
- 23:12Speaker 1: worth of money Apple iCloud Storage. I pay a pretty
- 23:17Speaker 1: penny every single month. Well, when I say pretty penny,
- 23:20Speaker 1: I think it's like forty nine dollars. But I pay
- 23:23Speaker 1: for like five teabytes of storage. Yeah, five tearabytes of
- 23:27Speaker 1: storage on top of the biggest iPhone storage that I
- 23:31Speaker 1: already have. But I have so many photos in videos
- 23:36Speaker 1: on my phone for obvious reasons. I film my life.
- 23:39Speaker 1: I film basically literally every single day. I have things
- 23:42Speaker 1: from when I first started my influencing career. I have
- 23:45Speaker 1: stuff from my wedding. I don't want to delete those things.
- 23:48Speaker 1: And everyone's like, just put everything on a hard drive,
- 23:50Speaker 1: and I get it. I totally get it. But I
- 23:52Speaker 1: like to have access to those clips because, like, if
- 23:56Speaker 1: for some reason I want to use footage for ADO,
- 24:00Speaker 1: especially except for my wedding, I want to be able
- 24:03Speaker 1: to like have access to it very easily, just off
- 24:05Speaker 1: my phone. So I have debated on buying a second phone,
- 24:09Speaker 1: which I think is honestly the best situation for me personally.
- 24:12Speaker 1: But the storage has been great. I will say buying
- 24:16Speaker 1: the storage has been incredible. The odd time I will
- 24:20Speaker 1: get a notification just saying you need to clear out
- 24:23Speaker 1: the videos, which is fine. I'll take like an hour
- 24:25Speaker 1: and I'll just like delete like ten thousand videos and
- 24:28Speaker 1: I'll be good to go. But it is worth every
- 24:31Speaker 1: single penny. If you're someone that you know does take
- 24:33Speaker 1: a lot of photos or videos and like needs the storage,
- 24:37Speaker 1: or if you're someone that downloads a lot of apps
- 24:39Speaker 1: that are you know, big in storage purposes, get the
- 24:45Speaker 1: iCloud storage, the brand, the accuteinte. I know it's in French.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I'm probably pronouncing it wrong, but their shower oil is
- 24:51Speaker 1: by far my favorite product. I have worked with this
- 24:53Speaker 1: brand a thousand times, but I actually think the product
- 24:56Speaker 1: is worth the money as well. I literally buy it
- 24:58Speaker 1: all the time when I need to replant it. The
- 25:01Speaker 1: shower oil is legit, incredible, smells amazing. My body feels
- 25:06Speaker 1: so hydrated and so smooth after using it. So this
- 25:10Speaker 1: is my go to shower oil whenever I'm in the shower.
- 25:13Speaker 1: I love it. It's great, It's incredible. Another Apple product
- 25:16Speaker 1: that I love is air tags. Air tags are worth
- 25:20Speaker 1: the money, especially if you're someone that loves to travel.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I feel like every time I'm traveling, I'm so happy
- 25:27Speaker 1: with the purchase of an air tag because I can
- 25:29Speaker 1: just look on my phone. I feel reassured. I don't
- 25:32Speaker 1: feel anxious. I'm like, Okay, the bag's here, if the
- 25:35Speaker 1: bank isn't here, I don't have to wait for like
- 25:38Speaker 1: an hour at the bag pickup and just like make
- 25:41Speaker 1: the assumption of like, oh, I guess my bag isn't here, right,
- 25:43Speaker 1: and then I have to walk to the counter an
- 25:45Speaker 1: hour later fill out the paperwork of when they're going
- 25:48Speaker 1: to have to drop off my baggage whenever it gets
- 25:50Speaker 1: back to the airport. If I land and I see
- 25:52Speaker 1: that my bag is still in Paris for an example,
- 25:55Speaker 1: I'm gonna be able to go to the counter immediately
- 25:57Speaker 1: and just save myself an hour of waiting that my
- 26:00Speaker 1: bag didn't make it, or whenever my bag, you know,
- 26:04Speaker 1: has made it. It's nice because it will literally detect
- 26:07Speaker 1: when you're in close proximity to it, so when it's
- 26:09Speaker 1: getting off the carrier, so worth every single penny if
- 26:13Speaker 1: you travel, air tags are great. I love my Kindle.
- 26:17Speaker 1: I wish I was using it more, but I don't
- 26:20Speaker 1: honestly read as much as i'd like to, just because
- 26:22Speaker 1: I feel like life gets so busy. But whenever I'm traveling,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I always bring my Kindle with me, or if I'm
- 26:28Speaker 1: on a road trip, or if we're driving anywhere for
- 26:30Speaker 1: a long distance, I'm always bringing my Kindle everywhere. I
- 26:34Speaker 1: just love how everything is just on one little tablet.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I also love the size of a kindle. It's obviously
- 26:42Speaker 1: not as big as an iPad, but it's not too
- 26:44Speaker 1: small where it's like the size of an iPhone. It
- 26:46Speaker 1: feels like the perfect size. And I love when I'm
- 26:49Speaker 1: like out in the sun tanning, I could read my
- 26:53Speaker 1: book and with the kindle it doesn't affect the screen,
- 26:57Speaker 1: like the screen I think is like light resistant or
- 26:59Speaker 1: something that because whenever I'm in the sun, I can
- 27:02Speaker 1: read off the tablet no problem, Like I never have
- 27:04Speaker 1: an issue with it, So kindles are worth it. Obviously.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I love a book as well, Like it's nice to
- 27:10Speaker 1: obviously have a hardcover book and like read from it.
- 27:12Speaker 1: But if you find a kindle just like easier to
- 27:14Speaker 1: travel with and like not have to bring two or
- 27:17Speaker 1: three books in your carry on or in your suitcase.
- 27:21Speaker 1: You can just bring a tablet and download all three
- 27:23Speaker 1: books on it. So anyways, love my kindle. This next
- 27:26Speaker 1: one is a very expensive purchase. I'm very very aware
- 27:29Speaker 1: of it. But this has been on my Pinterest board,
- 27:34Speaker 1: I think for the past seven years. Like I'm not
- 27:36Speaker 1: even over exaggerating, because I feel like whenever Instagram became
- 27:40Speaker 1: a big thing, obviously I followed a lot of influencers
- 27:42Speaker 1: and like people from tumblror whatever. I'm just kind of
- 27:45Speaker 1: thinking like back in the day, and I have always
- 27:49Speaker 1: been obsessed with things from Kurtie, like Kurtshae rings, Krtsche bracelets,
- 27:53Speaker 1: Kurtchie watches, And again, I know it's so freaking expensive.
- 27:56Speaker 1: It's it's crazy expensive. It is not something that's cheap
- 28:00Speaker 1: at all. But I did splurge and purchase two rings
- 28:06Speaker 1: from Kurcha for Christmas, and I'm very very happy with
- 28:11Speaker 1: the purchase. I'm like so in love. I have had
- 28:15Speaker 1: these rings pinned on my Pinterest board again for like
- 28:18Speaker 1: seven years, So it took me seven years to finally
- 28:21Speaker 1: just like pull the trigger by it, you know, and
- 28:24Speaker 1: it was worth every single penny. Like, I'm obsessed with them.
- 28:27Speaker 1: I think it's a jewelry piece that will be a
- 28:29Speaker 1: part of my collection forever. If I ever have a
- 28:32Speaker 1: daughter one day, I feel like that's something that I
- 28:34Speaker 1: could pass along to her or you know, a future
- 28:38Speaker 1: daughter in law. Who knows, right, I just I am
- 28:41Speaker 1: obsessed and I feel like it's a piece of jewelry
- 28:43Speaker 1: that I will have forever. And I know it's so expensive,
- 28:47Speaker 1: but I'm very happy with my purchase and I don't
- 28:49Speaker 1: regret any of it. Anywhere, caffeine makeup forever, lipliner, Anywhere,
- 28:55Speaker 1: caffeine is the color, okay, the lip color of anyone.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Caffeine is the perfect neutral, everyday lipliner. In my opinion,
- 29:05Speaker 1: this was a lipliner. I think Hilly Beeber probably sold
- 29:08Speaker 1: it out because that's what she does. But anyways, if
- 29:11Speaker 1: you guys can't tell, I love Hilly Bieber, She's my
- 29:13Speaker 1: INSFO love her to death. But anyways, she posted about
- 29:17Speaker 1: this on social media, I'm pretty sure, and I became addicted.
- 29:22Speaker 1: I immediately became addicted. I use it literally every single day.
- 29:25Speaker 1: It is my everyday lipliner. If you guys are seeing
- 29:29Speaker 1: a lip combo that you like on me, it's most
- 29:31Speaker 1: likely that because I don't typically change up my makeup,
- 29:34Speaker 1: I feel like I'm like pretty consistent with just wearing
- 29:37Speaker 1: the same thing. So it's from the brand Makeup Forever.
- 29:41Speaker 1: It's called Anywhere Caffeine. It's incredible if you want a
- 29:44Speaker 1: neutral lipliner. Another lip product that I discovered through working
- 29:48Speaker 1: with the brand, and now I always buy it at
- 29:51Speaker 1: Shopper's drug Mart because I love it. But the lrel
- 29:54Speaker 1: lip plumper, Wow, it is incredible. If you want your
- 29:58Speaker 1: lips look a little bit juicier, a little bit plumpier
- 30:00Speaker 1: without doing the lip filler, this is the product that
- 30:03Speaker 1: you need to get. I always use this lip plumper
- 30:06Speaker 1: from Loriel. I wear it with the Anywhere Caffeine makeup
- 30:10Speaker 1: Forever lipliner. They have a few different shades. They also
- 30:14Speaker 1: have a clear gloss, but it's more of a gloss,
- 30:17Speaker 1: like a shimmer to it, and it's got a plump.
- 30:21Speaker 1: It's got a bit of a burn, a little bit
- 30:22Speaker 1: of a tingle, but it always looks so good whenever
- 30:25Speaker 1: I'm going out, so highly recommend. It's like a drug
- 30:29Speaker 1: store fine. And I'm obsessed with a crop Shop Boutique
- 30:33Speaker 1: workout sets. I've talked about this workout set brand so
- 30:36Speaker 1: many times. I literally have my entire active work collection
- 30:40Speaker 1: from them. Most likely. I do obviously have other brands
- 30:42Speaker 1: as well, but I would say I consistently wear crop
- 30:46Speaker 1: Shot Boutique. I wear this brand almost every single week
- 30:49Speaker 1: basically because every time I'm looking for a workout set,
- 30:51Speaker 1: I'm just like always like gravitating towards those workout sets
- 30:56Speaker 1: because they're comfortable, they're chic, they're cute, and and the
- 31:00Speaker 1: brand's actually Australian and I don't know, I just feel
- 31:02Speaker 1: like the Australian girlies know where it's at, like in
- 31:06Speaker 1: terms of like style and fit and all that, so
- 31:10Speaker 1: I think it's worth the investment, worth every single penny.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I love the quality of the active wear, and I've
- 31:16Speaker 1: been like supporting the brand for like the past I
- 31:18Speaker 1: want to say, four or five years. Redkin Shampoo and Conditioner.
- 31:22Speaker 1: I got hooked from this shampoo conditioner from my hairstylists.
- 31:26Speaker 1: She got me on it, and I get it usually
- 31:29Speaker 1: just from Amazon. But that is literally the only shampoo
- 31:32Speaker 1: and conditioner I will ever use on my hair because
- 31:34Speaker 1: I feel like it never makes my hair greasy. I
- 31:36Speaker 1: feel like my hair is always feeling hydrated, never dry,
- 31:40Speaker 1: and I don't know, I just feel like my hair
- 31:42Speaker 1: looks always shiny after using it. As well, I don't
- 31:46Speaker 1: really use a specific one. I kind of rotate with
- 31:49Speaker 1: different ones for like different purposes. So if I've colored
- 31:52Speaker 1: my hair, I'll use like the one that's like color protected.
- 31:56Speaker 1: If I'm feeling like my hair is dry for some reason,
- 31:59Speaker 1: I'll use something more hydrating. I think they have a
- 32:02Speaker 1: gloss one as well, where it like makes your hair
- 32:04Speaker 1: more glossy. So I've kind of used a lot of
- 32:07Speaker 1: different purposes of the Redkin shampoo and conditioner, but I
- 32:10Speaker 1: love the brand. The hatch Alarm clock. You guys know
- 32:15Speaker 1: my love for the Hatch alarm clock. That was probably
- 32:17Speaker 1: one of the best purchases I've ever made. I literally
- 32:21Speaker 1: use it every single morning, every single night. I rely
- 32:24Speaker 1: on that thing twenty four to seven. If I don't
- 32:26Speaker 1: have that on vacation, which obviously I don't bring my
- 32:29Speaker 1: Hatch alarm clock on vacation, but I miss it, Like
- 32:32Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, you know, I have my white noise
- 32:34Speaker 1: that I play at night. I have a specific alarm
- 32:37Speaker 1: that I like to wake up to. I love just
- 32:40Speaker 1: the features that it has. I've also done like a
- 32:43Speaker 1: nervous system reset on it, some meditation. There's just so
- 32:47Speaker 1: many benefits, like the red light benefits. So yeah, I
- 32:52Speaker 1: highly recommend the Hatch. I think it's worth every single penny.
- 32:55Speaker 1: That is like a great Christmas gift or Birthday gift
- 32:59Speaker 1: if you're wanting a good alarm clock. I know it
- 33:01Speaker 1: kind of sounds crazy to spend two hundred dollars on
- 33:04Speaker 1: alarm clock, but it's more than just an alarm clock.
- 33:07Speaker 1: It does so much more. I love that. It's also
- 33:10Speaker 1: it's all based off of an app on your phone,
- 33:12Speaker 1: so everything's connected through that, and I just like created
- 33:15Speaker 1: a sleep schedule for myself and everything, like it will
- 33:18Speaker 1: notify me when it's like it's time to unwind, it's
- 33:20Speaker 1: time to go to bed, whatever. So great great investment.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Destination wedding. This is obviously a very interesting one, but
- 33:30Speaker 1: I wanted to put this one there because I think
- 33:33Speaker 1: doing a destination wedding is the best decision ever. Like
- 33:37Speaker 1: I still think about my wedding to this day. I
- 33:39Speaker 1: still think about how much I spent on my wedding,
- 33:42Speaker 1: and I'm like, and I will never disclose that to
- 33:44Speaker 1: be honest, but like it was worth every single penny
- 33:47Speaker 1: that I paid, Like every single penny I paid for
- 33:49Speaker 1: that wedding. I was like, that was the best decision ever.
- 33:52Speaker 1: I do not regret at whatsoever. Everything about it just
- 33:55Speaker 1: makes me feel some type of way. I literally almost
- 33:58Speaker 1: get emotional when I think about my wedding because that
- 34:01Speaker 1: was truly the best month of my life. Like it
- 34:04Speaker 1: wasn't just a day, it was a month. Because thinking
- 34:06Speaker 1: about all the people that came down from Ottawa to
- 34:10Speaker 1: Italy to celebrate me and my husband, and like having
- 34:13Speaker 1: all those people there throughout the entire trip was just
- 34:18Speaker 1: so magical, Like we were together for ten days straight
- 34:22Speaker 1: doing all these fun things together, and then Zach and
- 34:24Speaker 1: I ended up going off and doing our honeymoon two
- 34:26Speaker 1: weeks after, so we were there for basically a month.
- 34:28Speaker 1: But it was just so nice to be with everybody
- 34:31Speaker 1: in a different country, and I think it just like
- 34:33Speaker 1: brings you and your friends so much closer together and
- 34:37Speaker 1: you realize how much of an impact they are to
- 34:39Speaker 1: your life. And I don't know, it just really is
- 34:42Speaker 1: the best decision. Like if you're in the process of
- 34:45Speaker 1: trying to plan a wedding or figure out what you
- 34:47Speaker 1: want to do, obviously a wedding here or in your
- 34:50Speaker 1: hometown is very much okay, But I personally think a
- 34:53Speaker 1: destination wedding is the best and I feel like there's
- 34:57Speaker 1: never any of regret at all, and it's just the best.
- 35:01Speaker 1: I don't know, that's the best thing. That's the best
- 35:03Speaker 1: thing I can say is just like it really is
- 35:05Speaker 1: the best trip of your life, is basically what I
- 35:08Speaker 1: would describe it as. I do love to get baby
- 35:10Speaker 1: bow talks. I love baby boat talks. I think it's
- 35:14Speaker 1: so great. It's again just a little thing that I
- 35:17Speaker 1: like to do every single year. I actually don't go
- 35:20Speaker 1: as often for touchups I go once a year. I
- 35:22Speaker 1: don't do it like every few months, but I do
- 35:25Speaker 1: really like to get it just in my forehead, just
- 35:27Speaker 1: a little confidence boost for myself. Again, not everybody does it,
- 35:30Speaker 1: and that's fine, but it's just something that I like
- 35:33Speaker 1: to do for myself. So I support anyone's decision of
- 35:37Speaker 1: what they want to do, but I love baby boat
- 35:39Speaker 1: talks and I do it on a yearly basis. The
- 35:42Speaker 1: last thing that I think is worth every single penny
- 35:46Speaker 1: that I actually just did recently is a hair gloss
- 35:51Speaker 1: and haircut. I did get a haircut for eight months.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I don't know why I did that to myself. That
- 35:56Speaker 1: was like literally the stupest thing ever. I got a
- 35:58Speaker 1: good chop, Okay, the way my confidence went from like
- 36:02Speaker 1: thirty percent to like eighty five percent was crazy. I
- 36:06Speaker 1: needed that chop so badly. But the hair gloss, like
- 36:09Speaker 1: I couldn't get over how healthy my hair looks like.
- 36:13Speaker 1: It really does bring your hair to life. Again. It's very,
- 36:17Speaker 1: very crazy how it works. But I think it's only like,
- 36:20Speaker 1: at least at the hair salon I go to, I
- 36:21Speaker 1: think it's only like twenty five bucks for the hair
- 36:23Speaker 1: gloss and it lasts like four to six weeks. If
- 36:26Speaker 1: I could go every four to six weeks, I would,
- 36:28Speaker 1: But I don't know if that's damaging to the hair
- 36:30Speaker 1: or not. But hair glosses are great, especially if you
- 36:33Speaker 1: like don't want to dye your hair and you just
- 36:35Speaker 1: like want something that's going to like make your hair
- 36:36Speaker 1: look shinier, healthier. Do the hair gloss. Ask your hairdresser
- 36:41Speaker 1: about it. I'm sure most hair salons have a hair gloss,
- 36:45Speaker 1: but it is incredible and does wonders to your hair.
- 36:48Speaker 1: All right, those are thirty things that are worth every
- 36:51Speaker 1: single penny in my opinion. Of course, everyone has your
- 36:54Speaker 1: own opinion when it comes to things. But I just
- 36:56Speaker 1: wanted to share that because again, there was a TikTok
- 36:59Speaker 1: trend about it, and I figure I would share here
- 37:00Speaker 1: on the podcast things that I've been loving that I
- 37:02Speaker 1: think are worth the splurge and things that I've maybe
- 37:05Speaker 1: purchased for the past few years, or things that has
- 37:09Speaker 1: recently been a discovery for me that I love. So
- 37:12Speaker 1: I hope you guys enjoyed this episode. If you're new,
