- 0:50Speaker 2: Thanks man. It's been a hell of a day, hell
- 0:52Speaker 2: of a weekend. God, what a weekend that was, Fellers.
- 0:55Speaker 4: It was a big weekender, weeky, very big weekend.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Very excited to be talking about our big dinner from
- 1:03Speaker 2: Friday nights that Oh my god.
- 1:06Speaker 5: It was funny the amount of people that commented on
- 1:08Speaker 5: the photo. Oh well they actually did it. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:10Speaker 5: we had dinner.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Well talking about it for years probably.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Well, actually, he's been a while since the Fellows have
- 1:16Speaker 4: gone out with their partners to eat somewhere.
- 1:20Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Yeah, the comedy face last year. Oh extraordinary stuff.
- 1:25Speaker 4: You had a massive weekend, you were saying, keezy if
- 1:27Speaker 4: you read wines along the way.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Good on you mate. You had a big Friday night.
- 1:31Speaker 5: Well big by my standards, because I after your dinner, myself,
- 1:35Speaker 5: my beautiful wife, and Pugs and his partner. We stayed
- 1:37Speaker 5: out for a number of hours.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:40Speaker 5: I left at what I thought was pretty damn late,
- 1:43Speaker 5: but Pugs carried on for another four hours.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:46Speaker 5: So he had a huge weekend, whereas I sort of
- 1:48Speaker 5: had a middling weekend.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:49Speaker 5: Yeah, great to be back though, Fellas.
- 1:51Speaker 2: It's great to have you back, Keezie. Nice to see
- 1:54Speaker 2: you man. It's so good to see you man.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Thanks Fellas. I'm also very excited into reviewing your dinner party, Jase.
- 2:01Speaker 5: We all recorded audio on the way home from the event.
- 2:05Speaker 5: We all took notes, took scores their first official hurducky
- 2:08Speaker 5: big show come down with me.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I can't wait.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Yeah, great stuff mate. Well, I had a very nice weekend.
- 2:13Speaker 2: It was very nice.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Actually, I had my girls arrived from Australia, then they
- 2:17Speaker 4: bag it off to splore.
- 2:19Speaker 2: I had and said it was amazing.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Actually, if anyone went to splore text us three four
- 2:23Speaker 4: eight three, tell us how it went, because by all
- 2:25Speaker 4: accounts it was extraordinary. My wife and I had the
- 2:28Speaker 4: apartment to ourselves on the SAT.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Day. We just had heaps of stuff. It was great.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Sunday they all arrived back exhausted and grumpy, but it
- 2:35Speaker 4: was very good. But I tell you what, there is
- 2:37Speaker 4: a massive show here to make sure you stay tuned,
- 2:39Speaker 4: and let's kick off a little bit of pard what.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Oh yeah, of course with old mobiles. You're absolutely right, Really, Jase,
- 2:48Speaker 2: the only thing that anybody cares about is the dinner party,
- 2:51Speaker 2: and we will be getting into that next. But other
- 2:54Speaker 2: than that, Jace, you went to the Pride parade over
- 2:59Speaker 2: the weekend, and we're going to get deep, deep, deep
- 3:01Speaker 2: into how that went for you. Old Mogi went to
- 3:04Speaker 2: a wedding. Then there'll be a little bit of meat
- 3:07Speaker 2: patty nips chat later on. And I am genuinely excited
- 3:11Speaker 2: fellas we are going to be today giving away and
- 3:14Speaker 2: you've waited a long for the long time for this,
- 3:17Speaker 2: at least one fifty dollars reburg event. Ah, how good.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Now it's time for radio Head.
- 3:24Speaker 1: The Whole Archy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio
- 3:27Speaker 1: Hodarky Lincoln.
- 3:28Speaker 4: Part there on the Radio Hold Archy Big Show this
- 3:32Speaker 4: Monday afternoon. Yes, we had the first come dine with
- 3:34Speaker 4: Me with the Big Show at Hoidy Jay's new apartment,
- 3:38Speaker 4: and so maybe it's appropriate fellas if we kick off with.
- 3:40Speaker 2: My own review of the evening.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Well, the first dinner done and dusted, and I've got
- 3:46Speaker 4: to give full qudos to my wife, who was an
- 3:49Speaker 4: absolute champion under pressure, basically prepared all the meals and
- 3:55Speaker 4: did so calmly and majestically. There was a bit of
- 3:58Speaker 4: a fatal error for the dessert section where she got
- 4:02Speaker 4: half and half cream instead of full cream, and thus
- 4:06Speaker 4: we didn't quite have the whipped cream we wanted for
- 4:09Speaker 4: her homemade cheesecake. But I think overall just an outstanding
- 4:13Speaker 4: effort on that front. Obviously some issues my musical taste
- 4:17Speaker 4: was brought into question.
- 4:19Speaker 2: We need a proper table.
- 4:20Speaker 4: We've only got a little dnky do table which doesn't
- 4:23Speaker 4: really suit a dinner party. And one of our neighbors
- 4:27Speaker 4: came up after half an hour complaining about the noise,
- 4:30Speaker 4: which I've got to admit set me on edge a
- 4:32Speaker 4: little bit for the rest of the evening, as we
- 4:35Speaker 4: have some very very boisterous laughers in our group. Other
- 4:40Speaker 4: than that, though, pretty happy with the night and looking
- 4:43Speaker 4: forward to improving on the next one. Well, there you go, fellers.
- 4:48Speaker 4: That was my sort of take on it thus far.
- 4:50Speaker 5: And are you quite happy as you sit here now
- 4:52Speaker 5: with how Friday night went?
- 4:54Speaker 4: Look and all seriousness, we haven't done one of those
- 4:57Speaker 4: in fifteen years.
- 4:59Speaker 5: You haven't hosted a dinner party of fifteen.
- 5:01Speaker 4: No, we've had a couple over. We've had couples over,
- 5:04Speaker 4: but we've never had more than a couple, you.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Know, And I think that was true.
- 5:08Speaker 4: I was thrown by our under downstairs neighbor coming up
- 5:13Speaker 4: and complaining about half an hour, and especially when you're
- 5:15Speaker 4: just moving into a new place, you don't want to create,
- 5:18Speaker 4: you know, stress with your neighbors too early.
- 5:21Speaker 2: That was at seven fifty pm. Oh, seven to fifty one.
- 5:24Speaker 5: The show finished at seven when home got changed, arrived
- 5:27Speaker 5: at your house, walked in approximately ten minutes later. There
- 5:30Speaker 5: was a complaint from the downstairs neighbor.
- 5:31Speaker 2: That's right.
- 5:32Speaker 5: It was amazing, really.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Which my wife handled very well. I thought.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Actually she was passively aggressive back to the lady.
- 5:38Speaker 2: It was great.
- 5:39Speaker 5: Look, I've wrote down a few notes. Yes, Jase, you
- 5:42Speaker 5: made a tomato salad, yes, which was a I thought
- 5:45Speaker 5: it was a pretty distasteful display of wealth because the
- 5:49Speaker 5: airlom tomatoes you purchased were close to thirty dollars for
- 5:52Speaker 5: one small plate of salad, twenty seven dollars. Twenty seven dollars.
- 5:55Speaker 5: It was I don't need that shoved in my faith,
- 5:57Speaker 5: my face.
- 5:58Speaker 4: I don't need it shoved in my wife either, to
- 6:00Speaker 4: be honest.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Cheese, crackers and grapes were a nice touch, all right.
- 6:05Speaker 5: It's a shame that I had to bring those. I
- 6:08Speaker 5: brought a bottle of wine round and we had to
- 6:10Speaker 5: drink them out of tumblers because Jason.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Was going on. I just I got Jase to make
- 6:15Speaker 2: me a coffee later on with a dessert, and I
- 6:18Speaker 2: just had I had some kind of a lime fizzy
- 6:20Speaker 2: when I finished that. There was no offer of the
- 6:22Speaker 2: second one. Yeah, Jason obviously really liked those, and he
- 6:26Speaker 2: wasn't wanting to part with another one. That was my
- 6:27Speaker 2: mistake for not bringing what I was going to drink. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 6:31Speaker 2: if I had another complaint, I mean, I brought you
- 6:32Speaker 2: always got to bring around something. You don't want to
- 6:34Speaker 2: come empty handed. So I brought round a box of
- 6:37Speaker 2: Roses chocolates and a bag of popper jacks. That's right, chippies. Now.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I don't know about you, Keezy, but it would have
- 6:43Speaker 2: been polite for him to have opened those and offered
- 6:46Speaker 2: them around to the group. I was waiting for them.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I kept them all in their cello phone. In fact,
- 6:50Speaker 2: I saw his wife put them into the pantry, right,
- 6:53Speaker 2: and so I got locked away, didn't get shared with
- 6:55Speaker 2: the group at all.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Can I just say on that front, Maggie, my daughters
- 6:58Speaker 4: were delighted with the pop for Jack's last night.
- 7:01Speaker 5: There was and the thing with the tumblers that I
- 7:03Speaker 5: mentioned earlier, whine out of a tumbler, very European, Jason.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Well, that's that was the vibe I was going for.
- 7:09Speaker 5: Okay, at one point you had the lights very dim.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, quite dark.
- 7:14Speaker 5: But then it turns out the reason they were dim
- 7:15Speaker 5: is because when you turn them up, they start strobing.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:18Speaker 5: So at one point we were sitting there whilst a
- 7:21Speaker 5: disco was happening, and to be clear about what happened there,
- 7:25Speaker 5: showed me that to me early on and then you know,
- 7:27Speaker 5: turned it back, and then we were sitting down the
- 7:30Speaker 5: age you say, it got dark, so Ja's turned the
- 7:31Speaker 5: strobing on and everyone sort of reacted quite strongly because
- 7:35Speaker 5: we're all sitting around having a chit chat.
- 7:37Speaker 2: And then he came and sit down and everyone was laughing.
- 7:39Speaker 2: So what's going You just leave it for a couple
- 7:41Speaker 2: of minutes and it sorts itself, right, Okay?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Can I just say and an answer to that particular situation.
- 7:49Speaker 4: That was the situation when we moved into the apartment.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Electricians coming tomorrow at eleven ye days too late.
- 7:56Speaker 5: Well, one of my favorite parts was obviously we won't
- 7:59Speaker 5: get deep into it, but Pugs made a very off
- 8:01Speaker 5: color joke which.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Kind of sour boy. Oh geez, it was terrible. It was,
- 8:07Speaker 2: you know, for all of you out there that know
- 8:09Speaker 2: pegs On the type of guy is you know, mister
- 8:11Speaker 2: p C. Yeah, he's a battler for equality, all those
- 8:15Speaker 2: sorts of things. That one comment he made burns everything
- 8:19Speaker 2: down that he's ever done for his life. If we
- 8:21Speaker 2: said what he said, it would be over for POGs. Yes, over,
- 8:25Speaker 2: If we said it, we'd be sad straight away. And
- 8:27Speaker 2: can I just say on that front.
- 8:29Speaker 4: In relation to that, my wife was concerned that was
- 8:31Speaker 4: going to cost us points for the evening.
- 8:33Speaker 2: It would be that bad.
- 8:35Speaker 5: We are going to play our reviews next. One last
- 8:38Speaker 5: thing I'd like to just reference, if it's all good.
- 8:41Speaker 5: It did wrap up quite early, yes, so Mike said
- 8:44Speaker 5: he was leaving. He said he was going to leave early.
- 8:46Speaker 5: And then I was like, okay, cool, it's fine. Mike
- 8:48Speaker 5: and his partner are going to leave.
- 8:49Speaker 2: That's okay.
- 8:51Speaker 5: And then you hugged my wife and said, all right,
- 8:54Speaker 5: well it's been nice, and.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So I was like, oh, so we're all leaving.
- 8:59Speaker 5: And then my wife I thought we were going to
- 9:01Speaker 5: sit around and finish our wines and stuff because I
- 9:03Speaker 5: was still drinking it and we were getting the all right, nice.
- 9:05Speaker 2: To see you guys, get out.
- 9:06Speaker 5: Yeah, and your wife Jase also made comments.
- 9:10Speaker 2: She said, now I don't want any of.
- 9:11Speaker 5: Those dishes to be full of food, the dishes on
- 9:15Speaker 5: the table where we were serving ourselves from. Literally five
- 9:17Speaker 5: seconds later, Jace walked around and collected everyone's plates up,
- 9:20Speaker 5: so we couldn't have any seconds.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Did I really? Oh? I got that joke. And then
- 9:25Speaker 2: you collected all of our plates up. Look, I.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Like things to be wrapped up, but reasonable and what
- 9:33Speaker 4: did we finish about?
- 9:34Speaker 2: Ten to ten? Was it that late? See that time
- 9:37Speaker 2: flew and I think that's a perfect length.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Yes, I agree, and I was also, as I mentioned,
- 9:41Speaker 4: I was very conscious of my neighbors and Keesy it
- 9:46Speaker 4: had eight to ten reds at that point. Hey, but
- 9:51Speaker 4: I did give you a dozen beers to take up.
- 9:53Speaker 4: And this is the other thing. I came home thinking
- 9:56Speaker 4: the feller was going to walk back with me, and
- 9:58Speaker 4: I bought pass for everyone arriving. I also bought cheese
- 10:03Speaker 4: and crackers and cold meat in a sudden panic which
- 10:06Speaker 4: I don't think ever came out to the sort of table.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess that's probably shortcoming on your man.
- 10:11Speaker 4: But then everyone turned up with their own person. I
- 10:13Speaker 4: was like, so I had a fridge full of piss
- 10:15Speaker 4: that I didn't want.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Poor jas.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Look, I had a great time, Jace, and we'll get
- 10:20Speaker 5: into our reviews next.
- 10:21Speaker 2: All right, okay's recorded straight after. Here's blank one A two.
- 10:28Speaker 1: The whod Aching Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keyzy
- 10:31Speaker 1: tune in week days at four on Radio hold Iching.
- 10:33Speaker 4: I took monkeys there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show.
- 10:37Speaker 4: This Monday afternoon. The time is for twenty seven.
- 10:40Speaker 5: We're just reviewing Hoidy Jay's dinner party, the first ever
- 10:43Speaker 5: Hurdarchy Big Show. Come down with me, Jace. You've discussed
- 10:46Speaker 5: at length various things that happened. We played the audio
- 10:49Speaker 5: of you post dinner party and how you thought things went. Yes,
- 10:52Speaker 5: I have audio which I recorded straight after the meal
- 10:55Speaker 5: on Friday night, quite late into the night, I'll admit, Maggie.
- 10:59Speaker 5: You also recorded some more and Pugs has as well.
- 11:01Speaker 5: So should we have a listen to those?
- 11:04Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 11:04Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, Well we can start with mine.
- 11:06Speaker 2: A few standouts for me tonight.
- 11:08Speaker 3: The Bang Bang chicken was delicious, very moist, The skin
- 11:11Speaker 3: was delicious, perfectly cooked. The potatoes and the blue cheese
- 11:15Speaker 3: were delicious, and the meatballs were very succulent.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Lucy, what did you enjoy?
- 11:20Speaker 5: I loved the cheesecake.
- 11:22Speaker 2: There has to be ten out of ten apparently. What
- 11:24Speaker 2: was it?
- 11:26Speaker 3: It was Horty Jay's birthday cheesecake and it was delicious,
- 11:29Speaker 3: so well done to Haughty J's partner there.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and heaps of salad, so many salads on the table.
- 11:34Speaker 2: We had about like.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Five five salads. We had beans, We had tomatoes, we
- 11:39Speaker 3: had cucumber.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It was all got noodles as well. We had a
- 11:41Speaker 2: leafy salad.
- 11:42Speaker 3: There's a lot of salads, almost too many salads, one might.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Say, yeah, honestly haughty j great spread.
- 11:50Speaker 3: There were a few issues, which I'll touch on during
- 11:52Speaker 3: the show.
- 11:52Speaker 2: No doubt. But out of ten busies, Lucy, what would
- 11:57Speaker 2: you give it? No?
- 11:59Speaker 4: No, no, those guys, no, don't they always say your
- 12:03Speaker 4: cake is right?
- 12:04Speaker 2: Give them an honest rating, not ten busies? Come on,
- 12:09Speaker 2: see ten? Really I thought it was excellent.
- 12:12Speaker 7: I really enjoyed that.
- 12:14Speaker 5: So it's my wife there lying yeah, right, Well what
- 12:16Speaker 5: do you give it though, because you have to add
- 12:18Speaker 5: your two scores together and then have it to give
- 12:20Speaker 5: the actual score.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Well we have to do that after five. Well if
- 12:25Speaker 2: you don't agree that, she's given a ten.
- 12:27Speaker 5: But I thought I was just the one rather reviewing it.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Ah, I think it should be the I've gone with
- 12:31Speaker 2: the couple.
- 12:32Speaker 5: Oh right, okay, so pugs, have you gone with a couple?
- 12:34Speaker 2: No?
- 12:34Speaker 5: J Okay, that's okay. We can work this out though.
- 12:37Speaker 2: That's all right.
- 12:38Speaker 5: So my wife was, you know, she was very She
- 12:40Speaker 5: loved it good. She had a lovely evening let's see
- 12:43Speaker 5: how Mike and his partner found it.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Food was really good, nice and relaxed conversation. Here do
- 12:49Speaker 2: you write the conversation great? I do? I rate that
- 12:53Speaker 2: as well. There's some great revelations, some really big glass
- 13:03Speaker 2: big and there a couple of key ones, really good.
- 13:10Speaker 7: Lots of notes for content.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Nice place, a little bit of folklore that came into
- 13:17Speaker 2: it as well. With the neighbor on the door that
- 13:20Speaker 2: was nice, touch.
- 13:23Speaker 8: Me.
- 13:23Speaker 2: We met, and then Pangs gave himself one of the
- 13:26Speaker 2: worst nicknames. Only you came out on That's actually true.
- 13:37Speaker 2: You were probably the only one that did come out
- 13:39Speaker 2: and skate. Everybody else showered themselves and shame. And yeah,
- 13:46Speaker 2: there were a few revelations, weren't there. Yeah, there was
- 13:50Speaker 2: some great, great stuff. I've got a score fixed in
- 13:54Speaker 2: my head and I'll come to I'll talk about that
- 13:57Speaker 2: after five. Hell, I've come to that.
- 14:00Speaker 5: We've got Pugs' review, Hitter Pugs just quickly. Was this
- 14:03Speaker 5: recorded at like five am Saturday morning?
- 14:07Speaker 2: No, it wasn't.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Okay, all right, here's Pugs review the food.
- 14:11Speaker 2: It was immaculately.
- 14:12Speaker 6: There was a huge range of stuff, but all of
- 14:14Speaker 6: it was got to perfection. There were no weak points.
- 14:16Speaker 6: You as a vegetarian looked.
- 14:18Speaker 2: After, absolutely spoiled for choice, which is quite rare sometimes
- 14:21Speaker 2: when you go to dinner and you have, you know,
- 14:23Speaker 2: cunning meat.
- 14:24Speaker 6: My personal favorite was the shaved coconut salad.
- 14:29Speaker 2: So delicious, texturally.
- 14:31Speaker 6: Divine, divine, and my favorite the highlight was the gorgon
- 14:34Speaker 6: zola stuffed baked potatoes. And never had anything like that before,
- 14:37Speaker 6: Absolutely loved it. I think the chat was generally pretty good.
- 14:42Speaker 6: I was laughing a lot for sure, for sure, and
- 14:45Speaker 6: then what else, I mean, it was kind of the
- 14:47Speaker 6: entertainment was just the chat, really, yeah, it was. It
- 14:50Speaker 6: was re enacting some interactions head in the building.
- 14:53Speaker 2: That's right with entertainment. Really really, we got a tour.
- 14:58Speaker 2: We've got a tour of the place too. Great.
- 14:59Speaker 5: Great, great to meet Jizz.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Great, really lovely night. I'll get into my constructive criticism,
- 15:08Speaker 6: feedback and actual scores on the show, but thank you
- 15:10Speaker 6: very much Jason Hoyt and your stunning, lovely partner.
- 15:14Speaker 2: And Jizz was all over pugs.
- 15:17Speaker 5: Yeah, just for those that don't know, cats, No, I
- 15:21Speaker 5: didn't get a tour.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Oh did you know? I got no tour? And I
- 15:24Speaker 2: was a little bit just under about it wasn't up
- 15:26Speaker 2: to me to say, hey, where's my tour, because you
- 15:28Speaker 2: should be invited to go on a tour. They walked
- 15:30Speaker 2: through the door, Kezy just said, we've just been on
- 15:33Speaker 2: a tour. Laid it out there for Jose to pick
- 15:35Speaker 2: up on. Jace missed it completely. Only allowed in the lounge.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Can I just say to actually.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Mogie very shut looking in his suit there and pugs
- 15:54Speaker 4: are the most beautiful sky blue cashmere. Jerzy looked like
- 16:00Speaker 4: a sixth part and Keezy was just old Gezy.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I was just wearing a T shirt. I didn't realize
- 16:05Speaker 2: it was gonna be that.
- 16:07Speaker 5: But the official score is coming up after five o'clock.
- 16:09Speaker 2: And also, if you have got any questions about the evening,
- 16:12Speaker 2: hit us up on three four eight three anything you
- 16:14Speaker 2: want to know and we'll get into that ladder on
- 16:15Speaker 2: as well.
- 16:16Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Tune in four on Radio.
- 16:28Speaker 7: Yah.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Yes, indeed, your chance to win the fifty dollars Reburger
- 16:32Speaker 4: voucher compliments of reboog.
- 16:34Speaker 5: You wait so the fifty Reburger vouchers compliments of Reburger. Yes, Redbug,
- 16:40Speaker 5: we have to do is listen down if you hear
- 16:41Speaker 5: this during a song, yeah you call us on eight
- 16:44Speaker 5: hundred haduky that easy?
- 16:45Speaker 4: I tell you who did do that? Is old Stew.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Gooday Stew, your man, Barstard?
- 16:50Speaker 2: How's life? Yeah good? Thanks? Mate's house Dunedin today? Good
- 16:56Speaker 2: bluster today? Yeah, got it? God, I'm not a bit good.
- 17:01Speaker 2: I'm not a big fan of the winds Stew. No
- 17:05Speaker 2: me neither. I'm wearing a button shirt and it kep's
- 17:07Speaker 2: blowing up. Yeah, no good, no good, no good. Hey Stu.
- 17:12Speaker 5: I'll just run you through some questions, mate, just a
- 17:14Speaker 5: double check you're not AI all right? Sure, And just
- 17:17Speaker 5: to remind anyone listening to these questions are the same
- 17:19Speaker 5: set questions for everyone that calls through. Yes, it's just
- 17:22Speaker 5: things we have to do in this day and age
- 17:24Speaker 5: fellas unfortunately. So first question Stew from Dunedin, what do
- 17:27Speaker 5: you do for a crust?
- 17:29Speaker 2: I am a teacher's assistant.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Fine, my wife did that for a long time, the
- 17:34Speaker 4: old teacher assistant.
- 17:36Speaker 2: What do you do there? Man? If you're an assistant
- 17:37Speaker 2: to a teacher, to get out the chalk in there
- 17:41Speaker 2: or I know, we try and work with the kids.
- 17:44Speaker 2: We need a little bit of extra help. Yeah, good
- 17:47Speaker 2: on you. Hey Stu. What's for dinner tonight? Mate?
- 17:52Speaker 1: I really reburder?
- 17:53Speaker 2: But think lasagna reheated? Right, reheated? Say it's better on
- 18:01Speaker 2: the second night. I agree.
- 18:02Speaker 5: Hey Steve, have you ever had lasagna and put it
- 18:04Speaker 5: into a toasted sandwich?
- 18:06Speaker 6: Yes?
- 18:07Speaker 2: Bloody good, A very good. Yeah, Lazon, your toast is man.
- 18:12Speaker 2: I've heard of a sandwich, but not a toasty underrated.
- 18:17Speaker 2: I could see that working. Actually it's delicious.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Next question, stew from dened and how often do you flyss?
- 18:23Speaker 2: Never? Yeah?
- 18:24Speaker 5: Nice and honest, I like it. Stew from the need.
- 18:27Speaker 5: And what color are your undies?
- 18:29Speaker 2: Black? Black?
- 18:30Speaker 5: And what is your deepest fear?
- 18:33Speaker 2: Oh? Deepest stare almost in the water the water far
- 18:40Speaker 2: worse than sharks out of the water. Yeah that's true,
- 18:43Speaker 2: that's true, Sweet Strew.
- 18:45Speaker 5: Just chucking your answers into the machine here, just checking
- 18:47Speaker 5: if you're ai.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Your clean mate. That fifty dollar reburg avoucher is all yours, beautiful,
- 18:53Speaker 2: thanks Fellows, Good on your mate. Pugs will sort you out.
- 18:57Speaker 2: No worries at all.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Be pretty brutal being take can buy a shark?
- 19:00Speaker 2: Wouldn't it been taken? Would be terrible. Yeah, attack would
- 19:04Speaker 2: be even.
- 19:04Speaker 5: I prefer that to be being attacked.
- 19:07Speaker 2: It's it's a little bit of a humiliator though.
- 19:10Speaker 4: You're like swimming along the and then it just pulls
- 19:15Speaker 4: you down. Taken, take them from the surface of the
- 19:19Speaker 4: take Oh will you think? Oh, I see what you
- 19:22Speaker 4: were saying.
- 19:23Speaker 5: Did you know that shark's right? Like, especially great white sharks,
- 19:27Speaker 5: great white sharks, when they bite humans, most of the time,
- 19:30Speaker 5: it's just to be like, what is that? It's like
- 19:31Speaker 5: a curiosity thing.
- 19:32Speaker 2: What I love about that is that they think that
- 19:35Speaker 2: they know that that's what they're doing, because you know
- 19:37Speaker 2: what I mean.
- 19:38Speaker 5: No, the reason why they deduced that, I can't remember
- 19:40Speaker 5: I got this fact from was that when a shark,
- 19:42Speaker 5: great white shark takes out like a seal or something,
- 19:45Speaker 5: it is like this huge, dangerous light jumping out of
- 19:49Speaker 5: the water. Attack smashed. But when they bite humans and
- 19:52Speaker 5: it's just them trying to see what the hell it is?
- 19:54Speaker 2: Oh, how cute. Yeah, it's very cute.
- 19:55Speaker 4: It's really just have a little Hey, did Jiz nibble
- 19:59Speaker 4: on you all on fry night? Because she does bite
- 20:01Speaker 4: a bit.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I was quite interested by that. Outside of pugs and
- 20:04Speaker 2: the very skittish anxious cat. I wonder why.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Actually the Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Hodarkyes, indeed, the Black Keys there on the Radio Hodarchy
- 20:17Speaker 4: Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 20:19Speaker 2: The time is four point fifty two. Let's talk TV.
- 20:24Speaker 4: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, fellas, last week we watched, didn't we Jizbot?
- 20:38Speaker 2: You and I watched Nine of the Seven Kingdoms, which
- 20:41Speaker 2: is on Neon. It's an HBO movie, it's a series.
- 20:44Speaker 2: It's a spin off from Game of Thrones, and it's
- 20:48Speaker 2: about it's about a big old night. There isn't it.
- 20:50Speaker 2: It's good stuff there. It is good stuff. Anyway. This
- 20:53Speaker 2: episode was sort of in the tradition of those Game
- 20:56Speaker 2: of Thrones series where the second to last episode has
- 20:59Speaker 2: the buggest twist, a easy biggest moment, Yeah, biggest moment,
- 21:04Speaker 2: and then the next episode sort of deals with the
- 21:07Speaker 2: fallout of that and then you go into the following season.
- 21:10Speaker 2: This episode, there's short, which is interesting, thirty to forty minutes,
- 21:14Speaker 2: and I would put this episode up there with any
- 21:18Speaker 2: episode from Game of Thrones. The battle sequence in it
- 21:21Speaker 2: is some of the best battle seguenss I've seen in
- 21:24Speaker 2: any show, and I absolutely loved it. And apparently it's
- 21:28Speaker 2: got It's the highest ranking TV show in history on IMDb,
- 21:33Speaker 2: alongside an episode of Breaking Bad. So that's right, that's right,
- 21:37Speaker 2: was right, absolute gem of a If you're worried about
- 21:41Speaker 2: this being garbage, don't we get out there and watch it.
- 21:43Speaker 5: It's a rapper if Yeah, what I'll say about the series,
- 21:46Speaker 5: because you guys were waiting for me to watch it.
- 21:47Speaker 5: I watched this episode last night. Yeah, glass of wine
- 21:51Speaker 5: in hand. This is about ten thirty PM, lights off
- 21:54Speaker 5: big screen TV with three D headphones on. Yeah, and
- 21:57Speaker 5: I had them cranked up like some of the moments,
- 22:00Speaker 5: and there I was. I hadn't been that affected by
- 22:03Speaker 5: a TV show since watching some of the big episodes
- 22:06Speaker 5: of Game of Thrones.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:07Speaker 5: And if you fell in love with Game of Thrones
- 22:09Speaker 5: like fifteen years ago when it first came out, like
- 22:11Speaker 5: I did, I was obsessed with it. Yes, this is
- 22:13Speaker 5: a return to form. And then some of that episode
- 22:16Speaker 5: was It's just.
- 22:17Speaker 2: I have any doubts.
- 22:19Speaker 5: If you loved Game of Thrones, you have to watch
- 22:20Speaker 5: a Night of the Seven Kingdom.
- 22:21Speaker 4: I've got to admit you know, when I first started
- 22:23Speaker 4: talking about the series, the first episode, I went, I'm
- 22:26Speaker 4: not so sure about this, but then it very quickly
- 22:29Speaker 4: grew on me. And you know, I've done a bit
- 22:32Speaker 4: of film and television and my time fellas. The battle
- 22:35Speaker 4: scenes that they capture are just majestic, and they capture
- 22:40Speaker 4: the weight of the armor and the heaviness and the
- 22:43Speaker 4: MUDs and the pain. It's just fantastic stuff. I love
- 22:47Speaker 4: it as well. I'm only said that it's a final
- 22:50Speaker 4: episode tonight.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Is it?
- 22:51Speaker 4: It is.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Six episodes, yeah, which suns, but yeah, it's just in.
- 22:57Speaker 5: All it's done is make me go, all right, great
- 22:59Speaker 5: now I'm gona watch Game of Thrones again. Even though
- 23:01Speaker 5: I really hate the last two seasons a Game of Thrones.
- 23:03Speaker 4: I still love the last two seasons of Game of Thrones.
- 23:05Speaker 4: I wasn't like the other people out there that were going, oh,
- 23:08Speaker 4: it's crap.
- 23:08Speaker 2: It was crap. It wasn't great that for me. It
- 23:11Speaker 2: was only the last couple of episodes where they seemed
- 23:13Speaker 2: to time travel. Yeah, they just it was slightly annoying.
- 23:15Speaker 5: After spending hours sitting up these very convoluted like and
- 23:20Speaker 5: then they just like fast forwarded the ending and It
- 23:22Speaker 5: just sucked, is my thought on it.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Jase.
- 23:25Speaker 5: I give that episode five of a Night of the
- 23:27Speaker 5: Seven Kingdoms. I give it as close to five busies
- 23:29Speaker 5: out of five as I can give something because it's five. Yeah,
- 23:33Speaker 5: five is the okay. I'll go five busies out of
- 23:35Speaker 5: five just because it's reignited that old flame. How good
- 23:39Speaker 5: that style of Game of Thrones TV show can be.
- 23:41Speaker 4: Look, I'll go as far as to say four point sex.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Busies, and I'll go with four point eight.
- 23:47Speaker 4: There was there's one series for me, and it's our
- 23:51Speaker 4: old mate.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Magie, Yes exactly, mister mister in betweens in between, and
- 23:56Speaker 2: there was one episode of that particular series that moved
- 23:59Speaker 2: me deeply.
- 24:00Speaker 4: Right, So that's still above that, that's still above that back,
- 24:03Speaker 4: but that's right up there, right up there.
- 24:06Speaker 2: That's right.
- 24:06Speaker 5: It's Night of the Seven Kingdoms Kingdoms. It's on Neon
- 24:09Speaker 5: at the moment. So if you've got me, I'm actually
- 24:11Speaker 5: watch it now before they lose at midyear.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Agree, Hey, after five o'clock the fellows give their scores
- 24:18Speaker 4: for dine with Me with Hoidy Jay and his wife.
- 24:21Speaker 2: It's right, what else, oh.
- 24:23Speaker 4: Mag you into a wedding regale us sort of wedding season. Brother, Yeah,
- 24:28Speaker 4: it is really February. It's very popular for that. I
- 24:30Speaker 4: got married in February.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Fellows, that's so interesting.
- 24:38Speaker 1: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ikey.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Welcome back to your messive backbones. Hope you're surviving your
- 24:46Speaker 4: Monday afternoon. You are, in fact listening to the Big
- 24:49Speaker 4: Show brought to you by Rebug.
- 24:51Speaker 5: You crave withy street food freshly made with Reburg gear.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:01Speaker 4: Man, my only regret about Rebig you is that I
- 25:06Speaker 4: don't have an operation in the central city.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Oh there's one not far from you at all. Yeah,
- 25:11Speaker 2: but it's just far enough for me.
- 25:14Speaker 5: To into it.
- 25:15Speaker 2: It's pretty close to your house. It's just far enough
- 25:17Speaker 2: you can't see.
- 25:21Speaker 4: It's just far enough to be out of Howdy Jay's range.
- 25:26Speaker 5: All right, You've got to arrange with about four hundred meters,
- 25:28Speaker 5: do you.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Yeah, about four hundred meters is about my lot.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Actually, I didn't tell you, fellas this.
- 25:35Speaker 4: I did sixty five kilometers of walking over the weekend.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Wow. That's a lot, yeah, man.
- 25:41Speaker 4: But it's one of those things is there's so much
- 25:43Speaker 4: going on, there's so many people around you just don't
- 25:46Speaker 4: notice it.
- 25:47Speaker 2: You said you were marching up and down Pontomi Road
- 25:49Speaker 2: protesting the Pride parade. You must have been human.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Actually, something did happen that on that front, which I
- 25:56Speaker 4: talk about a little bit later on.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Can't wait something a little bit person Fellas.
- 26:01Speaker 4: But coming up next, I believe the fellas are going
- 26:03Speaker 4: to give their scores for the first ever Come Dine
- 26:06Speaker 4: with Me Big Show.
- 26:07Speaker 5: Yep, the official score is going to be done for
- 26:09Speaker 5: Come Dine with mey Jay, just finalizing things here. How
- 26:13Speaker 5: are you feeling you nervous?
- 26:15Speaker 2: Oh, you know it is what it is.
- 26:17Speaker 5: Nervous.
- 26:18Speaker 2: No, that is what it is, Fellas. You're freaking out.
- 26:22Speaker 2: But in the meantime it's she had.
- 26:24Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Tune in on radio Holarky Come Dine with the Feelings.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Yes, indeed, the first ever official Come Dine with Me
- 26:39Speaker 4: with a Big show. Hoody Jay kicked us off Fellas
- 26:44Speaker 4: last Friday, and now the time has come for you
- 26:48Speaker 4: all to give your personal scores for the evening.
- 26:52Speaker 5: That's right, pug Stan's here in the studio with us
- 26:54Speaker 5: as well, let's not forget.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Oh, you look so good in that jersey, Pugs. Let's
- 27:02Speaker 2: just keep it on track here, you just look real good.
- 27:05Speaker 2: How did this case? Emogi?
- 27:07Speaker 5: You are to come die with me?
- 27:08Speaker 2: Expert? I am. Yeah, so it's look, we can go
- 27:10Speaker 2: through all the details of how it's judged. You know,
- 27:14Speaker 2: entertainment is one thing, The quality of the food, the
- 27:18Speaker 2: quality of the hosting, is the present in the room,
- 27:21Speaker 2: how is the conversation flowing. There's a bunch of different
- 27:24Speaker 2: criteria for myself there, feelers, we're going to have to
- 27:28Speaker 2: do four of these in total. This is the first one.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I need to be able to leave a little bit
- 27:33Speaker 2: of room for the other two. I can't score too highly. Yeah,
- 27:38Speaker 2: this is my concern about going first for Jase, because
- 27:41Speaker 2: what if I go really high and then I'm leaving
- 27:42Speaker 2: nowhere for you guys to go. Yeah, what if Jason's
- 27:45Speaker 2: as far and away as good as it was far
- 27:48Speaker 2: and away the worst of all of the evening, which
- 27:50Speaker 2: is likely, But then I have to score them equally.
- 27:52Speaker 2: So I had a great night, the food was great.
- 27:55Speaker 2: I was disappointed not to be taken for a tour. Yeah,
- 27:58Speaker 2: that's I don't know. What's going on there? Potluck, I
- 28:01Speaker 2: mean not pot luck, but the buffet style. I actually
- 28:03Speaker 2: liked that, and there's lots of dishes available to you.
- 28:07Speaker 2: There was no entree. Generally you go Entrey Maine and
- 28:10Speaker 2: then dessert. That didn't happen. So anyway fellas as a
- 28:13Speaker 2: result of the fact that I need to leave some
- 28:17Speaker 2: room on future ones, I will be scoring Jason his
- 28:22Speaker 2: wife an eight.
- 28:24Speaker 5: Ah, that's well, hate all right, I'll go next. Yes,
- 28:29Speaker 5: So there were a myriad of things that factored into this.
- 28:31Speaker 5: Can I first start by saying that the food, all
- 28:34Speaker 5: of it was excellent. I mean it would have been
- 28:35Speaker 5: nice to taste some of the stuff that like, for example,
- 28:37Speaker 5: Meggie brought chips round actually sharing that would have been good,
- 28:41Speaker 5: and chocolates. Also. There are a couple of other things too,
- 28:44Speaker 5: like at one moment, Mike's lovely partner was telling a
- 28:48Speaker 5: hilarious anecdote and all I could hear was like a
- 28:51Speaker 5: vacuum cleaner, that this is how it sounded. So that's
- 29:00Speaker 5: her telling a great story. And all I could hear
- 29:02Speaker 5: was a mixer.
- 29:02Speaker 2: It was a mixer. He had to whip the half
- 29:05Speaker 2: and half cream.
- 29:06Speaker 5: Yes, which is fine, but the cream whipped before we
- 29:08Speaker 5: were there would have been a nice touch.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Fir human my wife about.
- 29:15Speaker 5: That totally, totally. Can I say, conversation ten out of ten,
- 29:18Speaker 5: food ten out of ten? It was these other little
- 29:20Speaker 5: things being shown the door and I still had half
- 29:23Speaker 5: a glass of wine left. That was a big factor
- 29:25Speaker 5: for me, and also me having to bring bread and
- 29:29Speaker 5: cheese and meats and stuff. With all that in mind, Jas,
- 29:32Speaker 5: I have scored you a six out of ten.
- 29:36Speaker 4: Okay, she's okay, it's Julie not.
- 29:44Speaker 5: Can I just say it was keysy next one hundred
- 29:46Speaker 5: percent factoring of what Mogie just said about we have
- 29:49Speaker 5: to not score too highly, you know what.
- 29:52Speaker 2: I mean, which is why I scored it an eight, Jose,
- 29:54Speaker 2: because that means I've given a kezy room to be
- 29:56Speaker 2: a nine, Pogson room to be a ten. I don't
- 29:59Speaker 2: know why gone to Its shocking. I hope you pay
- 30:03Speaker 2: them back when the time is right.
- 30:04Speaker 5: No, No, I'll judge it on its merits good good,
- 30:06Speaker 5: And can I also say it's been what it was
- 30:08Speaker 5: one of the best nights I've had to see. I
- 30:09Speaker 5: thoroughly loved it, but was purely the hosting experience.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Just above half way. Yeah, it's your two you guys, Jason.
- 30:20Speaker 7: The food was absolutely stunning, beautiful range, and you really
- 30:24Speaker 7: catered to my vegetarian partner, which I appreciated bonus points
- 30:27Speaker 7: for that. I did not feel comfortable going up for seconds,
- 30:31Speaker 7: and that's due to the company that I was, yes right,
- 30:34Speaker 7: but also because you immediately stole my plateoff mat you
- 30:37Speaker 7: cleared the plant. There was a real reminder of my
- 30:39Speaker 7: childhood given that there was so much delicious food. I
- 30:43Speaker 7: was also christ fallen to not get a doggy bag
- 30:45Speaker 7: or a container or something, especially after that comment saying
- 30:47Speaker 7: they better not be any ofty plates.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I thought, oh, maybe there'll be.
- 30:49Speaker 7: Like a little, you know, a little container, because it
- 30:52Speaker 7: was so much food and I know that you eat nothing.
- 30:57Speaker 7: I also noted that it was it took a lot
- 30:59Speaker 7: of effort and ambition to do that many dishes. I
- 31:03Speaker 7: did note the fact that it was all from one cookbook.
- 31:08Speaker 7: While it was immaculately done, I think a little more
- 31:11Speaker 7: of your own creative spin could have meant.
- 31:13Speaker 2: For more ambition. And also did none of it and
- 31:16Speaker 2: Jase did none of it.
- 31:17Speaker 5: Yeah, food was amazing.
- 31:18Speaker 7: That also factors into the environment as well, and I
- 31:23Speaker 7: missed your wife deeply because she was so busy in
- 31:25Speaker 7: the kitchen for so long. Moving on, the music stopped
- 31:30Speaker 7: halfway at one point in the night, which random the
- 31:34Speaker 7: strobe lights. Not huge on eating off my knees there.
- 31:37Speaker 7: Yeah you ever got a table yet, although you did
- 31:39Speaker 7: because that's where the food.
- 31:40Speaker 5: Was, so wine glasses.
- 31:42Speaker 2: No, I wanted the European you did it.
- 31:46Speaker 7: And I also think you relied heavily on conversation rather
- 31:48Speaker 7: than having an entertainment spin on the night. Okay, it
- 31:53Speaker 7: while it was ten out of ten, chat, yes it was.
- 31:55Speaker 7: There was entirely reliant on us all chatting. So with
- 32:00Speaker 7: that all in mind, it was a beautiful night. It
- 32:03Speaker 7: was lovely to be hosted by you. I'm giving you
- 32:05Speaker 7: eight out of ten thanks, pug Shan.
- 32:09Speaker 2: It's pretty good, isn't it. Look I'm very a little
- 32:12Speaker 2: bit hurt by keys he's one but twenty two out
- 32:15Speaker 2: of a possible thirty. Mate, Yes, right, I'll take that.
- 32:19Speaker 5: Okay, wait, so you got your feelings here because someone
- 32:23Speaker 5: something bad about food on the radio.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Really well, thanks for that. No, but seriously, it was
- 32:28Speaker 2: a pleasure having you, and.
- 32:30Speaker 4: You know I want to have it another try, because
- 32:32Speaker 4: not because I thought that evening went badly.
- 32:35Speaker 2: But you know it's been a while.
- 32:37Speaker 5: Yeah, first off the rank, Yes, so there's a lot
- 32:41Speaker 5: of room for improvement here, and I hope I might
- 32:43Speaker 5: be way worse than twenty two, but you know that
- 32:45Speaker 5: I'm striving for a top a spirit man.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Yeah, totally. I had a ball Jackson, good on you mate.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Here's Pluto the Hdarchy Big Show week days from four
- 32:54Speaker 1: on Radio hod Ike.
- 32:55Speaker 4: Here is indeed Green Day there on the radio Hold
- 32:58Speaker 4: Donkey Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 33:00Speaker 2: The time as five at twenty six there fell as
- 33:03Speaker 2: it's wedding season and I just went to my second
- 33:07Speaker 2: wedding in three weeks and my second wedding in about
- 33:11Speaker 2: ten years. Wow, it's interesting, probably even more actually, yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 2: I don't know what it is if people aren't getting
- 33:16Speaker 2: married with If they are, they're not inviting me. But
- 33:19Speaker 2: it was a bloody beautiful out at Red Beach, which
- 33:24Speaker 2: is up on the north of Auckland, somewhere hard to say.
- 33:28Speaker 2: We're about a thirty or forty minute drive. She's a
- 33:29Speaker 2: bit of a cruise and at a surf life well,
- 33:33Speaker 2: the Surf Life Saving Club up there. They are good
- 33:36Speaker 2: overlooking the water, that'll right on the beach, man like,
- 33:38Speaker 2: right on the beach. Stunning views, absolutely unbelievable. I was
- 33:43Speaker 2: talking to the groom there, being he's a big fan
- 33:46Speaker 2: of the show. He said it cost him one hundred
- 33:48Speaker 2: and fifty dollars to rent the surf Life Saving clubs.
- 33:51Speaker 2: How good fifty bucks? That's good man, it's really well.
- 33:54Speaker 2: We spent quite a pretty penny on our wedding, and
- 33:57Speaker 2: he's good with a dollar. He's very very good with right.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Spent thirty bucks on the what do you call it
- 34:04Speaker 2: the other food? He just had finger food, I think
- 34:08Speaker 2: you call it there, So just like your savories sort
- 34:11Speaker 2: of savory mince pies or potato top pies, sausage rolls
- 34:14Speaker 2: and that. Well, no, he actually has a pie company,
- 34:19Speaker 2: so they make pies and stuff. So he got it
- 34:21Speaker 2: for an absolute barg and the only thing that cost
- 34:23Speaker 2: him for was getting the courier to send it out there,
- 34:26Speaker 2: so it really ran it on a very very tight budget.
- 34:30Speaker 2: That's good. But the atmosphere was amazing. Despite the fact
- 34:33Speaker 2: that he's a bit of a type bastard. Does he
- 34:35Speaker 2: have to be this cheap? Look? I think it's part
- 34:38Speaker 2: of the reason why his wife loves him. He's maybe not.
- 34:43Speaker 2: There's not Fraser as cheap. Maybe frugal, Oh, frugal is
- 34:46Speaker 2: another way to put it, definitely, But they don't call
- 34:48Speaker 2: him a title bastard, tight ass as one cheap bastard. Yes,
- 34:53Speaker 2: you know that that sort of stuff. It's all sort
- 34:55Speaker 2: of in sort of good humor, and that a lot
- 34:58Speaker 2: of that came out in the speeches, called him a
- 34:59Speaker 2: type pasted in a tight word, etcetera, etcetera. It's good stuff.
- 35:03Speaker 2: But interestingly, during the speeches, the groom actually he made
- 35:09Speaker 2: a you know, a series of jokes. You know, you
- 35:11Speaker 2: want to be funny in your sweet so he made it.
- 35:12Speaker 2: He made a joke and just you know, complete silence
- 35:18Speaker 2: absolutely bombed up. And then from the back, from the
- 35:21Speaker 2: back of the Surf Life club there you hear somebody
- 35:24Speaker 2: shouts out back bone, I see that's funny. And that
- 35:30Speaker 2: was lucky because that got the crowd. Somebody shouted that
- 35:35Speaker 2: out from which was jeezus, I was lucky. I got
- 35:38Speaker 2: bailed up by quite a few people. Initially, nobody came
- 35:41Speaker 2: and talked to me at all, but as the night
- 35:42Speaker 2: went on and people got a few more beers under
- 35:44Speaker 2: their belt, quite a lot of Big Show fans there. Yes,
- 35:48Speaker 2: coming out of they they lovely, that's positive stufy. They
- 36:00Speaker 2: is Keis' nips really mess up. I get that quite
- 36:03Speaker 2: a lot about you really me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, is
- 36:12Speaker 2: a good one. Alright.
- 36:13Speaker 5: Did anyone ask about my nips?
- 36:16Speaker 2: Actually the bride did. Yeah, the bride did. That's weird. Yeah, well,
- 36:21Speaker 2: she'd sort of seen it come across the groom's social
- 36:24Speaker 2: media there. She said that can't be for real, can it?
- 36:27Speaker 2: She said, that's crook. She said, that's disgusting. She said,
- 36:31Speaker 2: that's for hang on. I made the list. He wrote
- 36:33Speaker 2: it down. That's absolute. That's the sickest thing I've ever
- 36:37Speaker 2: seen in my life. Wow, that made me puke, but.
- 36:41Speaker 4: Bat easy. It did give them the inspiration for the Savories.
- 36:48Speaker 1: The Hidarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Kings of Leon.
- 36:53Speaker 4: There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Monday evening.
- 36:57Speaker 2: The time is five forty eight.
- 36:58Speaker 8: Let's talk sport now.
- 37:11Speaker 2: It's a bit a super rugby.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Over the weekend, Crusaders pumped absolutely pumped by fifty odd
- 37:17Speaker 4: to twenty odd by the Brothers by the Brumbies. I
- 37:22Speaker 4: watched the Highlanders VI the Chiefs. The Chiefs winning that,
- 37:26Speaker 4: but only just. And I've got to say this about
- 37:27Speaker 4: the Highlanders. Those backbones never give up. They were out
- 37:33Speaker 4: of it so many times, their players, you know, yellow carded,
- 37:37Speaker 4: but they kept fighting. They just ran out of time
- 37:39Speaker 4: at the end of the day.
- 37:40Speaker 2: But there were.
- 37:41Speaker 4: Gutsy outfit, gutsy force v Blues. I don't know what
- 37:44Speaker 4: the result was there it way to know, yes, please.
- 37:48Speaker 5: Forty thirty two the Blues one?
- 37:50Speaker 2: Yes, yeah good. Just a note on the act brumbieser.
- 37:54Speaker 2: I believe it's the first time they've beaten the Crusaders
- 37:57Speaker 2: in twenty six a year.
- 37:58Speaker 5: Wow, amazing odd. Just quickly as well, we've got to
- 38:02Speaker 5: touch on the A League where the Wellington Phoenix went
- 38:05Speaker 5: down to awk On FC again five goals to nil.
- 38:09Speaker 5: Auckland FC won by which triggered the resign the resignation
- 38:14Speaker 5: of the coach of the Wellington Phoenix.
- 38:16Speaker 2: They don't mess around, do they? In football?
- 38:17Speaker 4: No, they don't come off. Did you guys see the
- 38:20Speaker 4: goal where the keeper bugger it out, bugging it up. Yeah,
- 38:23Speaker 4: they just hacked it downfield, the keepers out of position
- 38:26Speaker 4: and sort of got he knew he couldn't grab it
- 38:28Speaker 4: with his hands because he was out of the box,
- 38:30Speaker 4: then tried to.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Header it and then headed it into his own goal.
- 38:34Speaker 5: It was It is a shame that the coach is
- 38:37Speaker 5: leaving though, because gian Carlo Itelliano best name, and it's.
- 38:40Speaker 2: A good name, isn't it. I saw there was a
- 38:43Speaker 2: former a former Phoenix player is linked with taking the
- 38:46Speaker 2: roll over, but you'll have to google it because I
- 38:48Speaker 2: can't remember who it was. It's good stuff from old
- 38:50Speaker 2: Magi there Greenacre, there you go. Well he is a legend,
- 38:54Speaker 2: is that right? Chris Greenacre? How good the six Nations
- 38:57Speaker 2: were on over the weekend? I know how everybody loves that.
- 38:59Speaker 2: From just dominating at the top of the table with
- 39:02Speaker 2: three wins from three games, Italy thirty three eight, England
- 39:06Speaker 2: lost to Ireland forty two to twenty one and Wales
- 39:10Speaker 2: lost to Scotland twenty six to twenty three. Wales continue
- 39:14Speaker 2: to be absolute garbage. That loss to go along with
- 39:17Speaker 2: getting smashed forty eight seven by Wales by England in
- 39:20Speaker 2: the first round and then getting smashed fifty four to
- 39:23Speaker 2: twelve in the second round. It's going to be a
- 39:27Speaker 2: long decade or so for Wales. But that's looking good.
- 39:30Speaker 4: They've been struggling for quite some time now. Wales they
- 39:32Speaker 4: haven't got their crap together, that's for sure. Scotland and
- 39:35Speaker 4: Ireland on the app.
- 39:37Speaker 5: Just quickly, we'll touch on the Warriors. They had their
- 39:39Speaker 5: second trol match of the preseason. I personally huge Warriors fan.
- 39:42Speaker 5: I don't give a crap about the preseason. No, like
- 39:45Speaker 5: the players they're running, the players that they've got in positions.
- 39:48Speaker 5: It's literally just about getting some k's on the clock
- 39:50Speaker 5: before the season starts.
- 39:52Speaker 2: It means nothing, nothing. And what's really weird is now
- 39:55Speaker 2: it feels like this year is the first year. Maybe
- 39:57Speaker 2: it was last year a little bit, but definitely this
- 39:59Speaker 2: year people have really started watching the games. You're getting
- 40:02Speaker 2: involved in it. It's like about the time you get
- 40:05Speaker 2: to round twenty you are so over it and there's
- 40:07Speaker 2: still seven rounds to go. So I don't start at
- 40:09Speaker 2: two rounds early as well. It just seems treat yourself.
- 40:12Speaker 4: It just seems to me to be a great opportunity
- 40:14Speaker 4: for the Warriors. They have massive injuries before the season starts.
- 40:18Speaker 5: Well you say that obviously the All Stars game with
- 40:22Speaker 5: T Mighty Martin broke his leg. The only issue that
- 40:24Speaker 5: the wars actually had was Jackson Ford, who we are
- 40:27Speaker 5: going to need because he plays a lot of minutes
- 40:28Speaker 5: in the middle there. Yes, he'd hip drop tackle, waiting
- 40:31Speaker 5: on the sort of response from that.
- 40:32Speaker 2: He could be gone for a week.
- 40:34Speaker 5: It could be gone for a week to start the season,
- 40:36Speaker 5: and without Mitch Barnett to begin the season, likely with.
- 40:38Speaker 2: His Mitch Barnett's still out. Yeah, what he's out for
- 40:42Speaker 2: the first few rounds of the year. He'll be a
- 40:45Speaker 2: massive plus to get back there.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Yeah, but even I think it's an a cl was.
- 40:48Speaker 2: It for It was the same as him and Metcalfe withn't.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Yeah, and so even when he does come back, it'll
- 40:54Speaker 5: be tended. Yeah.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Well, they don't bring them back unless they are ready
- 40:57Speaker 2: to go. You don't pass around with one of those.
- 40:58Speaker 2: But you wait and see mate gone he'll be di
- 41:01Speaker 2: dishing a keys. Don't worry.
- 41:03Speaker 4: I've got faith in the Warriors man.
- 41:05Speaker 5: The lost of the Dolphins. By the way, who are
- 41:07Speaker 5: going to be a top eighteen? Definitely this year?
- 41:09Speaker 2: I think good stuff.
- 41:11Speaker 4: Hey, here's t REGs.
- 41:13Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarky.
- 41:17Speaker 4: T Rex Here on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show. This

- 41:33Speaker 5: get yourself a prize just for getting involved.
- 41:35Speaker 4: And also, and this has taken Mogi and I by surprise,
- 41:39Speaker 4: it's really taken off a Winter Olympics update with ol Kezy.
- 41:43Speaker 2: People are loving it. They are loving it. People I'm
- 41:46Speaker 2: getting at that wedding that I went to, people just
- 41:49Speaker 2: wanted to down. Man. We've got to get some consistency
- 41:51Speaker 2: around this Winter Olympics update because it's so good Keezy
- 41:55Speaker 2: is it? Yeah? Man, it's really good.
- 41:56Speaker 5: Well, we've got a big one coming up after six
- 41:58Speaker 5: figure one, so you're in luck.
- 42:02Speaker 1: The whole Chy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 42:05Speaker 1: tune in weekdays at four on Radio hod Ikey.

- 42:11Speaker 4: going along very pleasantly. Indeed, you're listening to the Big
- 42:14Speaker 4: Show brought to you by.
- 42:15Speaker 5: Reburger, serving good times and good food dining or take
- 42:19Speaker 5: away Reburger today.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Yeah man, Yeah, Felloss.
- 42:26Speaker 5: So good man, what are you guys having for don tonight?
- 42:30Speaker 4: Well, funnily enough, we might be having to meat balls
- 42:33Speaker 4: from Friday Keezy.
- 42:36Speaker 2: Oh really, you are in the freezer? Yeah, but you
- 42:39Speaker 2: take them out? Oh do you? Yeah? Yeah?
- 42:41Speaker 5: And then what do you do with them? Then you
- 42:42Speaker 5: just suck on it like an ice blog.
- 42:43Speaker 2: You just you know, hook into them a little bit
- 42:46Speaker 2: later on in the day.
- 42:47Speaker 5: Are you going to heat them up in a pot
- 42:48Speaker 5: or in the microwave?
- 42:49Speaker 4: Probably in a pot.
- 42:51Speaker 2: I don't like microwave, Phil, what's.
- 42:54Speaker 5: Wrong with the microwave?
- 42:55Speaker 2: It's just as far as Jason is concerned, at some
- 42:58Speaker 2: kind of sorcery. It it's whack.
- 43:01Speaker 5: Do you heat up everything in a sauce pin?
- 43:04Speaker 4: Yes, a saucepin, and I might Oh, I tell you
- 43:07Speaker 4: what I'll do, KIZI the bread you bought?
- 43:09Speaker 2: What was? Yeah?
- 43:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll toast that up, slaver it with butter, and
- 43:15Speaker 4: maybe just put the meat balls on top of the bread.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Can you bring my Papa Jacks back then? And now
- 43:20Speaker 2: they're gone? I told.
- 43:24Speaker 4: Look, I was greatly appreciative, as was my wife of
- 43:27Speaker 4: the roses.
- 43:28Speaker 2: They're just not what they used to be. Oh now,
- 43:30Speaker 2: you're criticizing them, wasn't off? Yeah, it's hard to know,
- 43:33Speaker 2: because that would have been great for after dinner, wouldn't
- 43:36Speaker 2: they know? You have the cake there cream which was
- 43:41Speaker 2: a bit off, and the coffee as well, which was
- 43:44Speaker 2: getting a little box of Choky's there that old Moggi's
- 43:46Speaker 2: brought over but Na tupped away in the back of
- 43:49Speaker 2: the pantry there.
- 43:50Speaker 5: So when Moggi showed up with chippys and chocolates and
- 43:53Speaker 5: you took them and put them straight into the pantry,
- 43:56Speaker 5: did you just think, oh, he's given these to me
- 43:58Speaker 5: to have.
- 43:58Speaker 4: Like, I'm pretty sure sure that the Papa Jacks and
- 44:02Speaker 4: Roses chocolates were on our bench the entire time.
- 44:05Speaker 2: They were still there yesterday.
- 44:07Speaker 4: At no stage do I recall receiving said get gifts
- 44:12Speaker 4: from Mogi and immediately putting them in the particle.
- 44:15Speaker 2: I don't remember seeing them out for anyone to eat.
- 44:17Speaker 5: Well, that's the thing, right, you're hosting a dinner party, Jase,
- 44:20Speaker 5: And this was reflected in my score. I see chips
- 44:23Speaker 5: on the bench, I can't walk over and open them
- 44:25Speaker 5: and put them in a bottle.
- 44:28Speaker 4: Just for those of you joining us, by the way,
- 44:30Speaker 4: we had the official marking after five o'clock, got a
- 44:33Speaker 4: very generous and kind eight from Mogi, a very generous
- 44:37Speaker 4: and kind ache from Pugson, and a rather brutal sex
- 44:41Speaker 4: from Keesy. And I believe your wife wasn't happy with that.
- 44:45Speaker 5: My wife messaged me and said, oh my god, a
- 44:47Speaker 5: sex out of ten that is so horrible. She's clearly
- 44:49Speaker 5: forgetting all the things she's also given. She had given
- 44:53Speaker 5: it a ten, but you could sort of slop to
- 44:55Speaker 5: her and she would say it was as Pugs plan,
- 44:59Speaker 5: that's probably we're going to take her out of the system,
- 45:01Speaker 5: take her out of the equation, I should say.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Put her in the system of it down takes down. Yeah,
- 45:07Speaker 2: how good feelings?
- 45:08Speaker 5: Chops so you should see that.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Yeah, why don't you say? I chop so along with
- 45:12Speaker 2: a Papa Jackson Rose.
- 45:13Speaker 1: You keep it in the fridge for yourselfie pass the
- 45:16Speaker 1: hold Aching Big Show with Mike and Kezy. Tune in
- 45:20Speaker 1: week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 45:22Speaker 4: Red Hot Chilli Pepper's there on the Radio Hodarky Big
- 45:27Speaker 4: Show this Monday night. Now the people have been asking
- 45:30Speaker 4: for it, and now they're going to get it.
- 45:34Speaker 5: God's happening in Old Italy at the old Winter Olympics
- 45:38Speaker 5: there with me Keezy Fellas didn't realize there was going
- 45:43Speaker 5: to be such a response from the audience for the segment.
- 45:46Speaker 2: Huge man.
- 45:46Speaker 5: You know, when I first thought of it, it was
- 45:48Speaker 5: more of a hey, we should probably update the Winter Olympics.
- 45:50Speaker 5: But based on what you guys have told me, people
- 45:52Speaker 5: have really been hanging out for it and using it
- 45:54Speaker 5: as their go to source of info on the weeter.
- 45:57Speaker 2: It's been an avalanche of medals for New Zealand.
- 46:00Speaker 4: I just say I used to get pested all the
- 46:03Speaker 4: time on the street and stuff from Cook the man
- 46:06Speaker 4: some eggs statement. Now it's hey, when's Keyzy doing the
- 46:10Speaker 4: next Winter Olympics update?
- 46:12Speaker 2: And it's a relief.
- 46:15Speaker 4: That people have moved on to the next big thing.
- 46:18Speaker 5: Well, obviously the Winter Olympics update has a shelf life.
- 46:22Speaker 5: You know, it's not something we can just keep doing forever.
- 46:25Speaker 4: Well, I was thinking once the Winter Olympics finished, perhaps
- 46:28Speaker 4: you could go the Winter Olympics in history.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Well, of course there's the Paralympics that have come keysy oh,
- 46:38Speaker 2: of course, yes, are you not doing that? I just
- 46:41Speaker 2: assumed you were.
- 46:42Speaker 5: Of course, he is, Come on, what of course I'm
- 46:46Speaker 5: going to want to be a cross how New Zealand
- 46:48Speaker 5: does in the Paralympics.
- 46:49Speaker 4: Yeah, but you're gonna make it a segment though.
- 46:52Speaker 5: Pugs is gonna be eyes like, I've seen something wrong
- 46:54Speaker 5: here and I have no idea.
- 46:55Speaker 2: What okay?
- 46:59Speaker 5: Just an up date on the Winter Olympics, feelers, no updates.
- 47:04Speaker 2: Since Friday? Then we get can we get a summary
- 47:06Speaker 2: of where we're at?
- 47:07Speaker 5: What do you mean somewhere a meddle, mid summary, a medal, Telly,
- 47:12Speaker 5: We've got three medals still old Zoe Sadowski senate two
- 47:16Speaker 5: of them and Luca Harrington with the bronze. There, so
- 47:20Speaker 5: three medals to finish with.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Pretty good.
- 47:22Speaker 4: There must have been some New Zealanders competing though, even though.
- 47:26Speaker 2: Yeah, because somebody I know that one of the ski
- 47:28Speaker 2: has crashed out and it broke a collar bone. Yes,
- 47:30Speaker 2: tell them all about that, Keys, that sounded awful.
- 47:35Speaker 5: Well, so that that particular story didn't actually come across
- 47:37Speaker 5: my desk.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Mate, what do you mean though, you're you're the Winter
- 47:39Speaker 2: Olympics guy. Well, I'm not the Winter Olympics guy. I'm
- 47:42Speaker 2: just a guy. Doesn't just say with me, keyasy.
- 47:46Speaker 5: Yeah, but that doesn't mean I suddenly become some Winter
- 47:48Speaker 5: Olympics expert.
- 47:49Speaker 2: I think if you had have looked at any website,
- 47:51Speaker 2: any website in the world, you would have known about
- 47:54Speaker 2: that crash.
- 47:55Speaker 4: I mean the phrase half fast comes to mind.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Well, what do you mean patronizing?
- 48:02Speaker 4: Wow, the fact that you just don't really seem to
- 48:03Speaker 4: care anymore?
- 48:05Speaker 2: How about this? Okay?
- 48:06Speaker 5: So Zoey Sadowski sent it two silvers, Luca Harrington the bronze.
- 48:12Speaker 5: He said that, hang on, who guess who did the
- 48:15Speaker 5: closing ceremony?
- 48:16Speaker 2: Who carried the flag? I guess? Is it is? It finished?
- 48:22Speaker 5: It finished? Yeh, it's finished. It's all done. When did
- 48:24Speaker 5: it finish overnight? That's an important piece of information, was it?
- 48:28Speaker 5: I thought? I said that Luca Harrington was the right guest, Fellers,
- 48:32Speaker 5: thanks for playing. He got to carry the flag there
- 48:35Speaker 5: on the closing ceremony. He won the bronze for what
- 48:39Speaker 5: for free ski slope style? What it's it's when you
- 48:45Speaker 5: it's when you ski down a But yeah, look it's
- 48:49Speaker 5: it's been great covering the Winter Olympics, Fellers, and it
- 48:53Speaker 5: is time to put this to bed.
- 48:54Speaker 2: I'm looking forward to the Paralympics.
- 48:56Speaker 5: So am I Actually, yeah, okay, well I can keep
- 48:59Speaker 5: your breast of that you are can you have a
- 49:01Speaker 5: lot of great sports. You've got your pair of snowboard,
- 49:03Speaker 5: para ice hockey, your pair of biathlon, are your pair
- 49:08Speaker 5: of alpine skiing?
- 49:10Speaker 2: And who's who? What news doesn't competing? So who's looking
- 49:13Speaker 2: good for a medal?
- 49:14Speaker 5: Kithy, Well, you got alpine skis like Adam Hall and
- 49:16Speaker 5: Corey Peters never retired.
- 49:19Speaker 1: What the Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 49:24Speaker 4: Sublime there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Monday evening,
- 49:29Speaker 4: the time being six twenty five.
- 49:31Speaker 5: And just a reminder that if you'd like to go
- 49:33Speaker 5: on the drawer to go and to win a turn
- 49:35Speaker 5: or fifty dollars Golf Warehouse voucher, to head onto our
- 49:38Speaker 5: social media, whether it's Radio Hdarchy, whether it's Hidarcky Big Show,
- 49:41Speaker 5: Facebook or Instagram and comment on the video of myself Hoidy,
- 49:45Speaker 5: j Meniah and also Jerry from the Breakfast Show having
- 49:48Speaker 5: our swings analyzed by the experts at the Golf Warehouse
- 49:52Speaker 5: Performance Lab. We've got two of those botches to give away,
- 49:54Speaker 5: going to give them way soon. Yeah, how good so
- 49:57Speaker 5: good fellers. Hey mom, I'm facing a bit of backlash
- 50:00Speaker 5: here from a few different directions regarding me giving. Jason's
- 50:05Speaker 5: Come Down with Me dinner party is six out of ten.
- 50:09Speaker 2: My wife heard it driving back from the airport.
- 50:12Speaker 5: Yeah, well, so is your wife still listening now? No, okay, she.
- 50:16Speaker 4: Turned it off after that and just she's in tears.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Yeah, she's But.
- 50:21Speaker 4: I said, hey, kiddo, you did great.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Kill man. I'm sure that made her feel way better.
- 50:28Speaker 2: And Pugson and patronizing Pugson.
- 50:31Speaker 4: And old Mogi gave a very very kind and generous age.
- 50:35Speaker 2: Well, I guess one thing that was sort of omitted
- 50:38Speaker 2: from the way that things are done on Come Down
- 50:40Speaker 2: with Me is that the scoring is confidential. It happens
- 50:44Speaker 2: behind closed doors and is only revealed after the very
- 50:47Speaker 2: last dinner ah to avoid what he's going to do.
- 50:54Speaker 4: So I shot legitimately great your meal and your company
- 51:00Speaker 4: on the day.
- 51:01Speaker 5: No, I told you that your meal and your company
- 51:05Speaker 5: were ten out of ten. Yeah, those two things were
- 51:08Speaker 5: not an issue. In fact, they weren't fantastic. Would you
- 51:10Speaker 5: mark them down for the million other silly things that went?
- 51:13Speaker 5: And also ten out of ten is being hosted by
- 51:16Speaker 5: Lebron James or the King at his palace or something
- 51:20Speaker 5: that's a ten out of ten dinner party with the
- 51:22Speaker 5: best food in the world with you know that is ten.
- 51:24Speaker 2: Out of ten. I think it's the ten is based
- 51:27Speaker 2: on the parameters available when the competition come down with me,
- 51:31Speaker 2: what is the best that you could possibly provide in
- 51:34Speaker 2: this competition? You couldn't provide a palace and a king
- 51:38Speaker 2: and the lebron James, geezy, that's insane.
- 51:40Speaker 5: Well, I didn't know that. I thought I'm working on it.
- 51:42Speaker 5: I might be able to pull something together.
- 51:44Speaker 4: Lookkesy, what I take from your scor is I must
- 51:48Speaker 4: do better, and frankly I must, you know, And as
- 51:52Speaker 4: I say, my wife was really anxious and nervous about it.
- 51:55Speaker 4: It's the first time and fifteen years, fellows that we've
- 51:58Speaker 4: hosted a dinner party. I could tell, so you know,
- 52:02Speaker 4: she she coped extraordinarily.
- 52:04Speaker 2: Well to know, I need you to know.
- 52:09Speaker 5: The food once again, amazing company, amazed.
- 52:12Speaker 2: I loved it. And what was the thing you hated? Again?
- 52:14Speaker 5: Well, we got rushed out really early? Was weird. I
- 52:19Speaker 5: was already leaving. I was happy to get you wanted
- 52:21Speaker 5: to go? Yeah, I couldn't wait.
- 52:22Speaker 2: Me And while wife pugs and has part felt so over.
- 52:25Speaker 2: But I guess the difference because you felt like it
- 52:27Speaker 2: was over and you're at the point where you work.
- 52:29Speaker 2: I kept on seeing you look at it, you're watching
- 52:30Speaker 2: tapping it.
- 52:32Speaker 4: Didn't I recall when you left, I went, oh my god,
- 52:37Speaker 4: is that the time?
- 52:38Speaker 2: That's right? But I can think the differences. Everyone else
- 52:40Speaker 2: is all passed up, aren't they. They're loving it. They
- 52:42Speaker 2: want to stick around. We're sober. We're just thinking get out, yes,
- 52:45Speaker 2: And I was just thinking. I was thinking I want
- 52:47Speaker 2: to get out of here for about the last hour
- 52:49Speaker 2: and a half.
- 52:49Speaker 5: Yeah, right, Yeah, It's just I think if the dinner
- 52:52Speaker 5: party had gone from the half an hour seven out
- 52:54Speaker 5: of ten, if we were allowed to get seconds before
- 52:57Speaker 5: you cleaned up all the plates.
- 52:59Speaker 2: That is it, that would true.
- 53:02Speaker 5: I'm just I'm just saying, like I loved it. It was,
- 53:05Speaker 5: as I said, my favorite evening probably of the year
- 53:06Speaker 5: so far. It was such good fun. Yeah, the food
- 53:09Speaker 5: was amazing, your wife's sex was amazing. But there was
- 53:13Speaker 5: ten out of ten is a perfect at a party?
- 53:16Speaker 5: Look in a room to improve me?
- 53:18Speaker 2: As I say, we all get it. We all get
- 53:20Speaker 2: a crack at at films. That's right, you know, That's
- 53:23Speaker 2: why I gave it eight. So that Keysa, you've got
- 53:26Speaker 2: room for a nine or ten. That's right, well, Pegs
- 53:29Speaker 2: has got room for a ninal ten. Well at the
- 53:30Speaker 2: same time recognizing what a brilliant Jase did job Jase
- 53:34Speaker 2: and his wife did on that first night there, they
- 53:38Speaker 2: they smashed it.
- 53:38Speaker 4: I just worry a little bit that your wife's going
- 53:42Speaker 4: to feel more pressure about this now.
- 53:45Speaker 2: She not at all.
- 53:46Speaker 5: No, no, no.
- 53:47Speaker 2: I remember you said that she wouldn't want to feel
- 53:49Speaker 2: judged by us after after the cake gate. And so
- 53:56Speaker 2: you said the other night at the dinner that you
- 53:58Speaker 2: would be doing all the cooking, and she said, and
- 54:00Speaker 2: I quote, good luck.
- 54:05Speaker 4: So if you're doing all the cooking, can I just
- 54:07Speaker 4: give him a score?
- 54:08Speaker 3: Now?
- 54:08Speaker 2: Sure?
- 54:09Speaker 1: Three The hold Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hold.
- 54:16Speaker 4: Ik m on the radio Holdarki Big Show. This Monday evening,
- 54:23Speaker 4: the time being six thirty seven. Now we do a
- 54:26Speaker 4: segment called meat Patty Nips sixty nine. Will we give
- 54:29Speaker 4: our advice? Yeah, let's do that now, shall we?
- 54:32Speaker 3: Okay sixty nine.
- 54:38Speaker 5: At gmail dot com Get in touch with the failers.
- 54:44Speaker 2: Keazy come on Man.
- 54:46Speaker 5: Meet Petty Nips sixty nine at gmail dot com really
- 54:48Speaker 5: email address, get in touch and if we read it
- 54:50Speaker 5: out on the show, you.
- 54:51Speaker 2: Can just have a prize worth doing.
- 54:54Speaker 5: I hear they throwing backbone t's in there now, which
- 54:56Speaker 5: is pretty cool.
- 54:57Speaker 2: That's exciting stuff. Have you seen the new backbone T shirt?
- 55:00Speaker 5: I've worn it mate, so good. Hey, this one comes
- 55:02Speaker 5: from anonymous. They're always anonymous, by the way, unless you
- 55:04Speaker 5: don't want it to be anonymous and then say, hey,
- 55:07Speaker 5: don't make this.
- 55:08Speaker 2: Have we had one yet There hasn't been anonymous one one.
- 55:11Speaker 2: I thank you.
- 55:12Speaker 5: Good Ay lads in need of some advice and you're
- 55:15Speaker 5: the best people to reach out to. I have my
- 55:17Speaker 5: in laws coming from the UK, arriving this coming Friday.
- 55:20Speaker 5: They have been over a few times and they are
- 55:22Speaker 5: a good bunch though are getting on so each time
- 55:24Speaker 5: they are over it's a bit like working at a
- 55:26Speaker 5: retirement home. My wife gave birth to an epic we
- 55:29Speaker 5: last two months ago and this is the reason for
- 55:32Speaker 5: the visit from the in laws now. Normally when they
- 55:34Speaker 5: are here I can partake in some basil to help
- 55:37Speaker 5: keep me going and look after them, but with a
- 55:39Speaker 5: baby in the mix. That's off the cards. What is
- 55:41Speaker 5: your advice to help me deal with the in laws?
- 55:44Speaker 5: Do you have any tips or tricks for when yours visit.
- 55:47Speaker 2: That's a double whammy scenario, that one.
- 55:50Speaker 4: Not only are the in laws coming, but you've got
- 55:52Speaker 4: a new bub as well, and they're coming to see
- 55:54Speaker 4: the new bub that.
- 55:55Speaker 2: Is fraught, Yes, fraught with difficulties. Do I know in there,
- 56:01Speaker 2: miss he just doesn't like them.
- 56:05Speaker 5: And he feels like a retirement worker in his own homes.
- 56:08Speaker 5: Rah I paraphrased it.
- 56:11Speaker 4: And he can't, you know, have basil to relax.
- 56:14Speaker 2: Well he can, Well he could, yeah, I mean I
- 56:16Speaker 2: would still do that, eat basil. Yes, sure, yeah, Okay,
- 56:21Speaker 2: I mean I'm lucky because my in law is great,
- 56:24Speaker 2: so I don't have the issue that he's he's talking about.
- 56:27Speaker 2: There is a tricky one. You could always make them
- 56:31Speaker 2: stay off site. Well, that's the other thing, right.
- 56:33Speaker 5: It depends on the size of the house, yes, because
- 56:35Speaker 5: if you've got a coming, yeah, and you've got a
- 56:38Speaker 5: small house, you're all the one, but you're always in
- 56:40Speaker 5: the lounge together or something. You just need somebody to
- 56:42Speaker 5: get away your own space.
- 56:44Speaker 4: The other would be interesting to enough. This is their
- 56:47Speaker 4: first but because what you can often get when the
- 56:50Speaker 4: in laws come to stay and this is your first child,
- 56:53Speaker 4: is inundated with advice that you're not really seeking.
- 56:57Speaker 2: That's true from the mother in law particularly. Yeah, I
- 57:01Speaker 2: meant to target her like that.
- 57:02Speaker 4: Just because that tends to be and since my mother
- 57:08Speaker 4: in law was fantastic, is fantastic.
- 57:10Speaker 5: Right, Okay, it just seems like very.
- 57:12Speaker 4: Very supportive in terms of babies.
- 57:14Speaker 2: Right, Okay, in terms of babies where the other area
- 57:16Speaker 2: is not so good. Oh no, in terms of in
- 57:20Speaker 2: all areas, Magan.
- 57:21Speaker 4: In fact, she came to see us this weekend, just
- 57:23Speaker 4: this weekend, just this weekend, but we didn't have any
- 57:25Speaker 4: babies with.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Us, right, So you're saying that your mother had any basil.
- 57:29Speaker 5: Your mother in law is great in all areas, is
- 57:31Speaker 5: what you're saying. Yes, pretty random thing just to say randomly?
- 57:35Speaker 2: Is it feels like you're trying to you know, she's
- 57:38Speaker 2: just a wonderful, wonderful woman. Kesy, Oh, that's good for
- 57:43Speaker 2: this fellow. You might just have to suck it up.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Gonna put it that way, suck it up. Was gonna
- 57:50Speaker 2: have to suck it up. You're gonna have to suck
- 57:52Speaker 2: it hard, Yes, totally. Was there a mention of a
- 57:54Speaker 2: length of time on the stage there from the UK?
- 57:58Speaker 2: Probably a long time, I'd say, yeah, yeah, I mean
- 58:02Speaker 2: it's one of those things where, yeah, it's very it's
- 58:07Speaker 2: very very tricky. You can't you can't make a scene
- 58:09Speaker 2: because they're not your parents. No, you can, as you say,
- 58:13Speaker 2: take drugs to make yourself feel better. Are you're allowed
- 58:16Speaker 2: to get drunk? I mean the baby doesn't move, you
- 58:19Speaker 2: can have a few venos.
- 58:20Speaker 4: But the other thing too, which is adding to the
- 58:25Speaker 4: potential issues here, is often in that scenario the parents
- 58:30Speaker 4: in law expect to be entertained. You can't take it
- 58:33Speaker 4: out and about it and.
- 58:34Speaker 2: Also be looked after generally as he's sort of alluding
- 58:36Speaker 2: to there, which is, you know, as more mouths to
- 58:40Speaker 2: feed as opposed to them coming and lightening the load.
- 58:42Speaker 2: You want? You want a load lighteners, giezer. You don't
- 58:45Speaker 2: want people that are a hindrance.
- 58:47Speaker 5: Yeah right, okay, So divorce, Yeah, okay, divorce yeah, great, okay, perfect.
- 58:52Speaker 2: Before they arrive quite okay.
- 58:55Speaker 5: That actually came into January, so a bit late about that.
- 59:00Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hidarchy.
- 59:10Speaker 2: My God is at the end of the show.
- 59:11Speaker 5: It's just flown by certainly has by the way, push
- 59:14Speaker 5: push there. The whole Hidaky crew went near the show
- 59:17Speaker 5: Friday night up here and awfand apparently was excellent.
- 59:20Speaker 2: I wasn't really tuned into that that song just then
- 59:24Speaker 2: until I looked up and I thought, oh, it's.
- 59:25Speaker 5: Poosh poosh, yeah boosh boo dooche dooche.
- 59:28Speaker 2: I'm assuming that's a new track.
- 59:30Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, Moogie missed because he was going pooh.
- 59:31Speaker 2: I was doing a poop. I give it a six
- 59:36Speaker 2: out of ten, sex out of ten. Oh, it's so
- 59:39Speaker 2: horrible of you.
- 59:40Speaker 4: So you give your ship a six out of ten,
- 59:44Speaker 4: which is the same Scorekesy gives my meal on Friday, right.
- 59:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so there you go. Wow, save
- 59:50Speaker 2: that one up for you. Kezy.
- 59:52Speaker 5: Well, you rushed out earlier of the toilet like Haughty
- 59:54Speaker 5: J did with his dinner party with us.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Now, I said, don't believe me. I had heaps of
- 59:58Speaker 2: time to get back here. Yeah.
- 59:59Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: The podcast.
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: What's the podcast outro clip today, KEZYZ.
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: Honestly, man, I couldn't tell you. It was so long ago.
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: This is about the new Big show. The podcast out
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: comes out at seven thirty tonight.
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: All over the fertile soil, Mogi and I will plant
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: fertile seeds for Keasy to take the reins and you know,
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: create his own That.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: The new big show. That's right, show the Keasy Show
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: with Me, like the Keezy Show with Mesy. It's got
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: to be the name of big announcement today in today's
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: podcast shows. So get out there listen to it or whatever.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: I'm just saying. Yeah, sure there was a big announcement.
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: Now, by the looks of your Mogi, you're about to
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: bagger off to the gym. No, I'm going to ride
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: my bicycle all right, Okay, yes, no, that makes sense.
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: The tea is terminal, and I'm waiting to hear about
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: getting a new motor for it sold. Maybe he's going
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: to be on his bike and on his feet for
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: the foreseeable future.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: Yeah, man, you got some youve got some headphones. You
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: know what, Man, I've gone off them. I don't listen anymore.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: I sit with my thoughts. I used to listen to
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: all day. I would listen to podcasts all day. I
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: don't listen to any anymore. I listened to nothing. I
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: don't listen to music. Or anything. I just I sit
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: with my thoughts and actually I need to change because
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: I'm starting to get depressed. Right, Yeah, you don't want
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: to be in here, Kezy. I don't want to be
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: in there. Man.
- 1:01:34Speaker 8: Yeah, hey, Kezy, A feeling it's going to be an
- 1:01:39Speaker 8: interesting night for you at your home tonight.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: What was that just with your wife? Yeah?
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: Well yeah, I'm making lamb and HALLOOMI.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Pit of breads. You better get the practice in.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, no, look, Jase, yes, she was flabbergasted that
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: I gave you a meal a six. It wasn't the meal,
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: it was the evening as a whole, the dining experience
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: of six out of ten.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: That kind of makes me feel worse about it.
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: But yeah, it does sound weirst, doesn't it.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just the evening in general.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: So annoying because I loved the What are you What
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: are you having for tea?
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: Are you having lemon lemi? Flat breads? What are you having?
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: That sounds actually pretty good? Can you see if they're.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: On your dinner? I'll eat that dinner, but a mint sauce.
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna walk home.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: I might pick up something to buy, buy to eat
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: on the way home and Oh we finished.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: Are we bye
