- 0:31Speaker 1: which is just absolutely wonderful. Kash Patel stops by the
- 0:35Speaker 1: United States Senate yesterday. He has to mix it up
- 0:38Speaker 1: with a bunch of Democrat senators, and he subsequently destroys
- 0:42Speaker 1: each and every one of them. It's deeply satisfying. I
- 0:45Speaker 1: promise you, I have so much satisfying video footage to
- 0:48Speaker 1: share with you today. And a former climate reporter, someone
- 0:52Speaker 1: who was all in on climate change, is now admitting
- 0:55Speaker 1: the way her industry actually works. Got the details on
- 0:59Speaker 1: that and so much more all ahead on this edition
- 1:01Speaker 1: of Vince. Also, you do not want to go anywhere.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Do not miss our big interview. Ed Martin stops by.
- 1:07Speaker 1: It's been a while since we've had Ed Martin on. Remember,
- 1:09Speaker 1: he was involved in going after the people who weaponized
- 1:12Speaker 1: the federal government. He worked on pardons for President Trump.
- 1:15Speaker 1: He was the U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C. Now he's
- 1:18Speaker 1: out of the administration. We're going to get an update
- 1:20Speaker 1: from him on everything that was going on in the inside.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Lots to discuss all ahead on this edition of Vince.

- 3:12Speaker 1: the move. My wife checks in with me in the
- 3:14Speaker 1: morning and we're good to go. All right. Let's see.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I want to get into a good FAFO to start
- 3:19Speaker 1: the show. Do you remember the illegal alien who was
- 3:22Speaker 1: screaming F Trump and I'm not going back to Haiti?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Do you remember that story? Let me just share the
- 3:29Speaker 1: original video with you. Watch this. Here's cut one.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I'm not going back to Haiti. One of those threats
- 3:36Speaker 2: is this illegal alien from Haiti.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Ice says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions
- 3:42Speaker 3: in recent years.
- 3:43Speaker 2: You feel me? Yo, Biden forever, bro. Thank Obama for
- 3:48Speaker 2: everything that he did for me, bro.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Thank Obama. Thank Obama.
- 3:52Speaker 2: He loves Biden.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Well, you're going to love getting out of the country
- 3:55Speaker 1: because they said, he said, I'm not going back to Haiti,
- 3:58Speaker 1: he yelled as he was being taken into custody. I've
- 4:00Speaker 1: got great news for you this morning. He just went
- 4:02Speaker 1: back to Haiti. Ladies and gentlemen, what a great way
- 4:07Speaker 1: to start the show today. This one comes to us
- 4:10Speaker 1: from Fox's Bill Malusion. He says, remember the Haitian illegal
- 4:13Speaker 1: alien gang member who went viral yelling F Trump, Biden forever.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I'm not going back to Haiti. Well, he's gone back.
- 4:21Speaker 1: DHS confirms to Fox that Wistadjwens, is that his name?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Jean-Claude Chargé-Less was finally deported back to his home country
- 4:31Speaker 1: on Thursday, 19 months after his arrest. He was combative
- 4:36Speaker 1: on the plane. He was combative to the end, which
- 4:38Speaker 1: originated in Louisiana. And he made profane, threatening remarks about
- 4:41Speaker 1: President Trump and his family while on board. Per DHS,
- 4:45Speaker 1: he had 17, over 17 criminal convictions. in just a
- 4:48Speaker 1: two-year span in the state of Massachusetts. He was initially
- 4:52Speaker 1: admitted to the United States back in 2013. That would
- 4:54Speaker 1: be under Barack Obama and was granted temporary protective status.
- 4:59Speaker 1: His TPS was later revoked in 2022. We witnessed him
- 5:03Speaker 1: being arrested by ICE in Boston. That was at the
- 5:06Speaker 1: beginning of January 2025. That was a Yeah, right after
- 5:10Speaker 1: President Trump got inaugurated, January 22nd, 2025, just days into
- 5:15Speaker 1: the president's administration. Why did it take so long? He
- 5:18Speaker 1: says that federal sources that he exhausted, told him, that
- 5:22Speaker 1: is Bill Malusian, that this crazy Haitian illegal gangster had
- 5:27Speaker 1: exhausted every single potential legal option to try and remain
- 5:30Speaker 1: in the country, and he's had a final order of
- 5:33Speaker 1: deportation since November of last year. The White House with
- 5:36Speaker 1: a statement on this. This gang member and criminal illegal
- 5:39Speaker 1: alien loved Obama, Biden, and open border Democrats who let
- 5:43Speaker 1: him enter our country with TPS and allowed him to
- 5:47Speaker 1: terrorize American citizens thanks to Trump. He's now off our
- 5:50Speaker 1: streets and back in Haiti. DHS also celebrating this. Mark
- 5:54Speaker 1: Wayne Mullen. as well look at this idiot look at
- 5:57Speaker 1: this guy look at him you can see for those
- 5:59Speaker 1: of you watching rubble.com slash vince look at i guess
- 6:01Speaker 1: that's him on the plane he's going ballistic as they
- 6:05Speaker 1: have to strap him down to the seat or something
- 6:08Speaker 1: good get the hell out of our country i love
- 6:10Speaker 1: obama yeah i know because he let you invade the
- 6:13Speaker 1: country and then we voted for trump to get you
- 6:16Speaker 1: the hell out so he's gone isn't that fun that's
- 6:19Speaker 1: a nice nice way to start the day a pleasant
- 6:21Speaker 1: uh story to start the day with you Wonderful, wonderful news.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And actually, you know, it's not all bad news for
- 6:28Speaker 1: the Haitians. We actually have a fun Haitian story for
- 6:30Speaker 1: you today that you may want to know about. You
- 6:33Speaker 1: know the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial, the
- 6:37Speaker 1: one that the left was stunned to find out is
- 6:39Speaker 1: actually a black man? Wait, the holdout juror is black,
- 6:43Speaker 1: said Gail King. Yeah, the holdout juror was a black man. Yes,
- 6:45Speaker 1: that's true. The only person who said that Lindsay Clancy
- 6:48Speaker 1: was guilty was a black man. Well, we found out yesterday.
- 6:53Speaker 1: that not only is he a black man, he is
- 6:55Speaker 1: a Catholic Haitian immigrant to the United States. And so,
- 7:01Speaker 1: you know, this is one of those situations like, well,
- 7:02Speaker 1: wait a second, the left is attacking him like crazy
- 7:06Speaker 1: right now. And why? Why are they attacking him? I
- 7:09Speaker 1: thought they said all the Haitians were great and they
- 7:11Speaker 1: should stay here. They want to attack this guy. Check
- 7:13Speaker 1: this out. This is a New York Post coverage of it.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Lindsay Clancy's holdout juror's brother reveals details about why he
- 7:20Speaker 1: chose guilty. Nothing to do with religion. I guess people
- 7:23Speaker 1: were accusing him. Oh, because he's Catholic. Okay, so he
- 7:26Speaker 1: was guided by a moral compass? I don't know what's
- 7:28Speaker 1: so upsetting about this. The holdout juror who sparked the
- 7:32Speaker 1: mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy murder case did not allow
- 7:36Speaker 1: his Catholic faith to override his judgment that the former
- 7:38Speaker 1: nurse was guilty of murder, his brother revealed to the
- 7:41Speaker 1: New York Post. As he said, the family's life has
- 7:43Speaker 1: been turned upside down. I don't think religion had anything
- 7:47Speaker 1: to do with it, the brother said, disputing claims that
- 7:49Speaker 1: were made on the internet. The bombshell Clancy trial turned
- 7:51Speaker 1: national attention to the juror, who the New York Post
- 7:55Speaker 1: is choosing not to name, with some labeling him a
- 7:58Speaker 1: hero for refusing to find Clancy not guilty, and other
- 8:01Speaker 1: jurors claiming he refused to follow the judge's instructions. about
- 8:05Speaker 1: reasonable doubt. His brother saying, you know, he just looked
- 8:08Speaker 1: at the case and he made the call. For me,
- 8:10Speaker 1: that's how I would do it. I would listen to
- 8:11Speaker 1: the case with all the evidence and go from there.
- 8:14Speaker 1: His choice was good for some people, not good for
- 8:15Speaker 1: other people. Here's the problem. Now the left is targeting
- 8:20Speaker 1: the family. The whole family is on lockdown, the New
- 8:23Speaker 1: York Post reports. It's been rough. And they said that
- 8:28Speaker 1: the brother said that the devoutly Catholic Haitian immigrants and
- 8:33Speaker 1: their family has been relentlessly hounded by true crime gawkers
- 8:38Speaker 1: and reporters since the juror refused to agree with the
- 8:40Speaker 1: 11 others and find Clancy not guilty of murder by
- 8:43Speaker 1: reason of insanity. Quote, my family cannot leave the house,
- 8:47Speaker 1: the brother said. They are leaving notes at my mother's house.
- 8:50Speaker 1: They won't leave us alone, and we don't know anything.
- 8:54Speaker 1: So you see what's happening here? So you got this guy, again,
- 8:57Speaker 1: it's irrelevant to a normal person what his skin color is,
- 9:00Speaker 1: what his gender is. But to the left, it's a
- 9:02Speaker 1: big offense. It's like, wait a second, you're not allowed
- 9:04Speaker 1: to be black and have this opinion. You're not allowed
- 9:07Speaker 1: to be black and think that Lindsay Clancy is anything
- 9:10Speaker 1: but innocent. This is crazy. And meanwhile, it's just decent.
- 9:15Speaker 1: And I think we found the one Haitian immigrant that
- 9:18Speaker 1: the left wants to deport from the United States of America.
- 9:21Speaker 1: It's the guy who thinks that strangling your own children
- 9:23Speaker 1: should be considered a crime. Yep. Typical stuff. Very typical stuff.
- 9:31Speaker 1: So there you go. So we've got a couple of
- 9:32Speaker 1: Haitian stories coming up. We also have some more stories
- 9:35Speaker 1: on noncitizens that have come through. The Department of Justice
- 9:38Speaker 1: yesterday announced that they are cracking down on more illegal
- 9:42Speaker 1: voting in the United States, in particular in Texas. They
- 9:46Speaker 1: just had a big announcement yesterday cracking down on illegal
- 9:49Speaker 1: voting in Texas. They say federal prosecutors cracked down on
- 9:53Speaker 1: seven noncitizens who've been charged in sweeping federal election integrity operation.
- 9:58Speaker 1: You know the thing that never happens? It just happened again.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Fort Worth, Texas, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas,
- 10:04Speaker 1: Ryan Raybould, announced that seven non-citizens have now been charged
- 10:08Speaker 1: for unlawfully voting in federal elections or falsely claiming United
- 10:12Speaker 1: States citizenship. That just keeps happening. Six defendants were indicted
- 10:18Speaker 1: on September 10th, that was six days ago, while the
- 10:20Speaker 1: seventh was charged by criminal complaint on September 11th. Federal
- 10:23Speaker 1: agents arrested one defendant on September 11th, five defendants September 14th,
- 10:28Speaker 1: one fugitive defendant surrendered to federal authorities yesterday. That would
- 10:32Speaker 1: have been Tuesday. Quote, federal elections belong to American citizens, period,
- 10:37Speaker 1: said US Attorney Ryan Raybold. When individuals who are not
- 10:39Speaker 1: citizens cast ballots or falsely claim citizenship, they violate federal law, obviously.
- 10:44Speaker 1: So who are these people? Who are the people who
- 10:46Speaker 1: committed all of these crimes against the United States, these non-citizens? Well,
- 10:50Speaker 1: I'm glad you asked. Here we go. Here they are.
- 10:52Speaker 1: We got Helen Sayen Adams is a 67-year-old from Nigeria,
- 10:56Speaker 1: a citizen of Nigeria, lawful permanent resident, meaning a green
- 11:00Speaker 1: card holder since May of 2024, and is now charged
- 11:03Speaker 1: with voting by an alien in a federal election and
- 11:07Speaker 1: false statement of citizenship in order to register to vote. Yeah,
- 11:13Speaker 1: she voted in the 2024 general election in Tarrant County, Texas.
- 11:20Speaker 1: She later admitted she was not a U.S. citizen. Then
- 11:23Speaker 1: there's Joshua, let's see here, Melichukwu Akpom, a 27-year-old citizen,
- 11:29Speaker 1: also Nigeria, lawful permanent resident since 2016, charged with false
- 11:33Speaker 1: statements in relation to naturalization. falsely denied on a 2026
- 11:37Speaker 1: naturalization application that he had ever claimed U.S. citizenship, registered
- 11:41Speaker 1: to vote or voted despite registering and then subsequently voting
- 11:44Speaker 1: in the 2018 general election. Carlos Salas Berrios is 41
- 11:49Speaker 1: years old, Mexican citizen, who also voted in the general
- 11:54Speaker 1: election in 2024. Not a citizen, voted illegally, now busted.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Kalwinder Singh Bangura, 69-year-old from India, lawful permanent resident, also
- 12:06Speaker 1: voted in the, oh, look at that, the November 2024
- 12:11Speaker 1: general election. That thing that never happens. It just happened again.
- 12:17Speaker 1: It just keeps happening. How about that? That's interesting. And
- 12:20Speaker 1: so every time you see the media tell you that
- 12:23Speaker 1: there's no evidence of these things occurring, point them at
- 12:26Speaker 1: the evidence. Here are the receipts. Who else? Celestin Katubadi,
- 12:31Speaker 1: a 20-year-old citizen of the Democrat Republic of Congo, lawful
- 12:34Speaker 1: permanent resident, voted in the, oh, November 2024 general election.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Huh.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Interesting. Rocio Thrasher, 38-year-old Mexican, voted in the 2024 general election.
- 12:50Speaker 1: And then Moises Anwar Arellano Albas is from Mexico and
- 12:56Speaker 1: voted in, you guessed it, the 2024 general election. Voted early, actually.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It's too much. It's too much. Yes, God does win.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Thank you, 362235. That is quite the name. Yes, God
- 13:13Speaker 1: does win in the end. That's true. That's a biblical matter.
- 13:16Speaker 1: But look at this. Isn't that great? See, you tell
- 13:20Speaker 1: me I never give you good news. It's an avalanche
- 13:22Speaker 1: of good news this morning as we get together, as
- 13:25Speaker 1: we gather together for this Wednesday edition of Vince. It
- 13:28Speaker 1: is wonderful. So the feds just busted a bunch of
- 13:30Speaker 1: other non-citizens for voting. And we got an update, actually,
- 13:33Speaker 1: from Kash Patel yesterday in his congressional testimony, his Senate testimony.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Senator Eric Schmidt asked him specifically about whether or not
- 13:44Speaker 1: there are any ongoing investigations into illegal straw donations or
- 13:48Speaker 1: foreign money, in particular flowing into ActBlue. Remember, ActBlue is
- 13:52Speaker 1: the source of the left's massive, massive amounts of funding.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And a lot of that money, we now know with
- 13:59Speaker 1: some certainty, has been obtained illegally. And through straw donations,
- 14:03Speaker 1: people who didn't even know that their name was being
- 14:06Speaker 1: used to make donations, contributions to the Democrat Party, used
- 14:09Speaker 1: thousands of times. And then foreigners were very easily able
- 14:13Speaker 1: to contribute money to ActBlue because they had all these
- 14:17Speaker 1: wide open Mack truck size loopholes in their contribution system.
- 14:22Speaker 1: So yesterday, Eric Schmidt asked Kash Patel about this and
- 14:25Speaker 1: he said, hey, what's the deal with this particular thing?
- 14:28Speaker 1: Is there are there any investigations here? Cut to watch.
- 14:32Speaker 3: I want to in the time remaining, just talk about
- 14:34Speaker 3: a couple of things, because fraud doesn't just happen in Medicare.
- 14:37Speaker 3: It doesn't just happen in SNAP. It can happen in elections, nonprofits, immigration,
- 14:42Speaker 3: government programs, even our political system. Let me run through
- 14:45Speaker 3: a couple areas. First, political fundraising. President Trump directed the
- 14:49Speaker 3: Attorney General to investigate possible illegal straw donor and foreign
- 14:52Speaker 3: contributions through online fundraising platforms that specifically cited concerns involving ActBlue,
- 15:02Speaker 3: including suspicious donations from foreign IP addresses using prepaid cards.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Does the FBI have jurisdiction to investigate illegal straw donations
- 15:12Speaker 3: and foreign money entering American elections?
- 15:15Speaker 5: We do, and we have a lot ongoing.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Okay.
- 15:17Speaker 3: I know you probably can't talk about those specific cases,
- 15:20Speaker 3: but there are ongoing investigations.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Is that true?
- 15:22Speaker 5: Yes, sir.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Okay.
- 15:24Speaker 1: We have a lot ongoing. I'm not surprised by that. Remember,
- 15:27Speaker 1: this is the same FBI that brought the indictment against
- 15:29Speaker 1: the Southern Poverty Law Center for being a scam operation.
- 15:32Speaker 1: They were funding the KKK and neo-Nazis and pretending like
- 15:34Speaker 1: they were confronting the KKK and neo-Nazis. So, yeah, are
- 15:38Speaker 1: they investigating ActBlue? Sure seems like it, especially when all
- 15:41Speaker 1: of ActBlue's attorneys quit. Kind of seems like we may
- 15:46Speaker 1: be well over the target. So an update there from
- 15:49Speaker 1: Eric Schmidt and Kash Patel, all very fascinating. And then,
- 15:53Speaker 1: of course, that was actually one of the more productive
- 15:55Speaker 1: pieces of Kash Patel's testimony today. Not that Kash was
- 15:58Speaker 1: in any way a failure in his testimony. It's just
- 16:00Speaker 1: that Democrats were present And they tried to destroy everything.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I'll get to that in just a moment. We've got
- 16:06Speaker 1: a lot more to talk about here on this edition
- 16:08Speaker 1: of Vince. Also, Ed Martin is just minutes away. We'll
- 16:10Speaker 1: talk to him and we'll get you so much more
- 16:13Speaker 1: information all ahead. But first, let me tell you about
- 16:16Speaker 1: Native Path Collagen. I love Native Path Collagen. Ever since
- 16:19Speaker 1: I started using Native Path Collagen, I just feel better.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I feel a lot better. You know, getting older is
- 16:24Speaker 1: not something that bothers me. It's feeling older that does.
- 16:27Speaker 1: It's the little things. You wake up stiff or your
- 16:29Speaker 1: skin's not bouncing back the same way. It turns out
- 16:31Speaker 1: there's a reason for that. And native path collagen is
- 16:34Speaker 1: the answer. Collagen helps support everything from joints and bones
- 16:37Speaker 1: to skin and hair. And the problem is after age 30,
- 16:40Speaker 1: you know, your body often makes less collagen every single year.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And by age 60, so many people have lost about
- 16:45Speaker 1: half of it. But native path collagen helps to replenish
- 16:48Speaker 1: that protein and helps you support the parts of your
- 16:50Speaker 1: body that help you stay active, vital, and make you
- 16:52Speaker 1: more like yourself. And another thing I love about NativePath
- 16:55Speaker 1: is if you don't feel a real difference in your health,
- 16:58Speaker 1: you get your money back. No questions asked. So give
- 17:00Speaker 1: it a try. Plus, I'll get you over 50% off
- 17:02Speaker 1: and free shipping. Go to GetNativePath.com slash Vince. That's GetNativePath.com
- 17:07Speaker 1: slash Vince. GetNativePath.com slash Vince. These statements and products have

- 17:15Speaker 1: products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
- 17:18Speaker 1: any disease or condition. Consult with a healthcare professional. All right,
- 17:23Speaker 1: let's dive into Kash Patel's testimony yesterday with these Democrats. So, again,
- 17:30Speaker 1: this is a fun show because there's a lot of
- 17:32Speaker 1: hilarious news here. We just deploy Kash in front of
- 17:36Speaker 1: each of these Democrat senators and let him fillet them
- 17:38Speaker 1: on national television because he does this routinely. I'm going
- 17:42Speaker 1: to give you a selection. Some of these are so good.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Ready?
- 17:45Speaker 1: Why don't we start with watermelon head, old pencil neck
- 17:47Speaker 1: Adam Schiff. Here he is yesterday trying to attack Kash Patel.
- 17:51Speaker 1: and cash running circles around him.
- 17:53Speaker 4: Watch.
- 17:53Speaker 1: The Press.
- 17:57Speaker 6: I want to read you a statement that you made
- 17:59Speaker 6: about the press. This was in 2024, when you said
- 18:04Speaker 6: that the mainstream media was, quote, the most powerful enemy
- 18:08Speaker 6: that the United States has ever seen. Do you stand
- 18:11Speaker 6: by that?
- 18:12Speaker 1: Mr.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Your colleagues put that on full display here today. The
- 18:15Speaker 5: Press Do you stand by that?
- 18:16Speaker 4: Mr.
- 18:16Speaker 5: I'm answering the question. Your colleagues put that on full
- 18:19Speaker 5: display by hacking around the same lies.
- 18:22Speaker 6: And personal pieces of tactics.
- 18:23Speaker 2: No, no, no. This is your comment.
- 18:24Speaker 5: And that's what makes the majority of the mainstream media.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Excuse me, Mr. Chairman.
- 18:27Speaker 6: I don't want to have to go over my time
- 18:29Speaker 6: as other colleagues have.
- 18:30Speaker 5: I've answered the question.
- 18:31Speaker 6: So if you could answer the question, do you stand
- 18:33Speaker 6: by this statement?
- 18:34Speaker 5: That's a great picture. You should post it.
- 18:36Speaker 6: Do you stand by your statement?
- 18:37Speaker 1: I always do.
- 18:39Speaker 6: So is it your view, then, that the media is
- 18:45Speaker 6: a greater enemy than Iran?
- 18:47Speaker 5: That's not what I said. I said the media that
- 18:50Speaker 5: participates in lying like you do and the baseless attacks
- 18:53Speaker 5: on me and my personnel and my loved ones is
- 18:56Speaker 5: the most harmful institution to the United States of America
- 18:59Speaker 5: because you don't want to tell the truth.
- 19:00Speaker 6: And by this mainstream media that you're accusing of lying,
- 19:03Speaker 6: you're talking about the New York Times? Are they part
- 19:04Speaker 6: of the enemy?
- 19:05Speaker 5: I mean, I'm talking about the ones that you said are.
- 19:07Speaker 6: Still looking for. Are you talking about the New York Times?
- 19:09Speaker 5: Aren't you and them the ones still looking for Russia collusion?
- 19:11Speaker 2: Excuse me.
- 19:12Speaker 5: Did you find Russia collusion? Is it in that envelope
- 19:14Speaker 5: that you held up?
- 19:14Speaker 6: I need an extra minute and maybe continuing as long
- 19:17Speaker 6: as he.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Or what about those illegal FISA warrants when we and
- 19:20Speaker 5: I were on the House Select Committee together?
- 19:21Speaker 6: I'll stipulate for the record all the insults he wants
- 19:24Speaker 6: to make later, but I don't want to have to
- 19:26Speaker 6: go over my time.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Why is it an insult? Isn't that interesting? So his
- 19:33Speaker 1: position is it's insulting to say that Trump-Russia collusion was
- 19:37Speaker 1: anything that he ever alleged. It was one of the
- 19:40Speaker 1: defining features of his entire career. Why is it an insult?
- 19:42Speaker 1: Why aren't you proud of it? Oh, that's because you
- 19:44Speaker 1: were lying the whole time. The whole damn time. And
- 19:48Speaker 1: Kash Patel has his number. I love Adam Schiff sitting
- 19:51Speaker 1: there in judgment of anybody else. Like he's better than you.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Like he's got the moral high ground. That guy is disgusting.
- 20:00Speaker 1: And good for Kash Patel for calling him out. Kash
- 20:04Speaker 1: also got into a really hilarious exchange with Spartacus yesterday.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Cory Booker trying to go after Akash Patel didn't go
- 20:10Speaker 1: well for Corey.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Watch.
- 20:12Speaker 5: By the way, violent crime arrests by the FBI in
- 20:14Speaker 5: New Jersey are up 75% on top of the historic
- 20:16Speaker 5: results we've already delivered for the American people.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks to the state police and local police officers.
- 20:20Speaker 5: Irrespective of the lies that he continues to tell.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Nothing I have said here is a lie.
- 20:25Speaker 5: You said your time's up.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Are you done or not? No, are you done or not, sir?
- 20:28Speaker 2: You want to answer my questions? If you want my questions,
- 20:30Speaker 2: go to the next person. This is ridiculous. What a
- 20:32Speaker 2: mockery you are.
- 20:34Speaker 5: You are the biggest mockery in the United States Senate,
- 20:36Speaker 5: and you're sitting next to Schiff.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Yeah, well, 8 million people in New Jersey don't think so.
- 20:39Speaker 2: At least I didn't get my job the way you got.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Your job, sir.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Are you going to interfere with Senator Graham, asking her
- 20:44Speaker 4: questions too?
- 20:45Speaker 2: I certainly will not. Too, as well? I certainly will not.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Are you done now?
- 20:50Speaker 2: Are you ready to shut up? I am done, sir.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Oh, that's funny. Chuck Grassley getting involved. Are you going
- 20:57Speaker 1: to shut up? That's pretty funny. I love that. And
- 21:01Speaker 1: I love Cory. Isn't that funny? That's great. Yeah. Somehow
- 21:07Speaker 1: Chuck Grassley has like 10 times the life that Mitch
- 21:09Speaker 1: McConnell has. Uh, that's incredible. Uh, you gotta shut up. Hey, Corey, Hey,
- 21:14Speaker 1: Corey Booker. I think he was like putting his place.
- 21:17Speaker 1: He was like, okay, I'm ready to be quiet. No,
- 21:19Speaker 1: it's pretty funny. That was an amazing moment. Dude, these
- 21:22Speaker 1: were so good. I was laughing so hard watching all
- 21:25Speaker 1: of these yesterday. Here, here's another one. Here's crazy. Maisie Hirono. Now,
- 21:30Speaker 1: just to give you a little bit of context for this, um,
- 21:33Speaker 1: Mazie Hirono has been demanding answers from Kash Patel about
- 21:36Speaker 1: his use of the FBI jet. And by statute, the
- 21:40Speaker 1: FBI director has to use the FBI jet to travel.
- 21:43Speaker 1: That's the way it works. And Kash released a bunch
- 21:46Speaker 1: of data publicly this past week showing that he uses
- 21:49Speaker 1: it with way less frequency than his predecessors, Chris Wray
- 21:51Speaker 1: and James Comey. He also doesn't fly out of the
- 21:54Speaker 1: most expensive airports. He doesn't fly out of Reagan National,
- 21:57Speaker 1: which is the airport closest to Washington, D.C. He doesn't
- 22:00Speaker 1: use that because he wants to save the taxpayers money.
- 22:03Speaker 1: So instead, he flies out of Andrews Air Force Base
- 22:05Speaker 1: now or Joint Base Andrews these days. So Cash has
- 22:08Speaker 1: already released all this information publicly. But crazy Maisie Hirono
- 22:12Speaker 1: might be either too illiterate or doesn't have access to
- 22:15Speaker 1: the Internet. So it led to this embarrassing moment for
- 22:18Speaker 1: the hapless Hawaii senator. Watch this. Cut five.
- 22:20Speaker 4: So when can we expect your response to our letter?
- 22:26Speaker 5: I actually provided, for the first time ever, no director
- 22:28Speaker 5: did before, a full analysis of not only my travel records,
- 22:34Speaker 5: but Director Comey and Ray's as well. And when you
- 22:35Speaker 5: look at that.
- 22:36Speaker 4: Is there a date anywhere in there for when you're
- 22:38Speaker 4: going to respond to us?
- 22:39Speaker 5: It's already been responded to.
- 22:40Speaker 4: What was that?
- 22:42Speaker 5: It's already been responded to. That letter is public.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I don't have the response.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Do you have it right there with you? Maybe you
- 22:49Speaker 2: can hand it to me.
- 22:50Speaker 1: You can look it up.
- 22:50Speaker 4: And the reason I ask that is I had a
- 22:52Speaker 4: director who said that there was a report that he
- 22:54Speaker 4: had right then and there, And it didn't come to
- 22:59Speaker 4: me until a lot later. So if you have a response,
- 23:03Speaker 4: give it to me right now, please.
- 23:04Speaker 5: It's public. Go look it up.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I assume that there is no response.
- 23:07Speaker 4: That's a lie. I'm not going to be holding my
- 23:09Speaker 4: breath that you're going to provide that response. So anyway,
- 23:13Speaker 4: if this snorkel tour and event were.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Oh, she's so stupid. She's tragically stupid.
- 23:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 23:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:25Speaker 1: That's her taking a break from asking these guys about
- 23:28Speaker 1: their sexual habits. She's always asking about people's sex lives.
- 23:31Speaker 1: That's her big thing. She's like, can you tell me
- 23:34Speaker 1: a little bit more detail about your sex life? Like, really?
- 23:36Speaker 1: That's how you get your chuckles? Like, you got to
- 23:39Speaker 1: do this in public? What's wrong with you? Something's deeply
- 23:42Speaker 1: wrong with Maisie Hirono. Yeah, she's a United States Senator. Yes, indeed.
- 23:46Speaker 1: That's not the spirit of Aloha, by the way, what
- 23:48Speaker 1: she was doing yesterday. She's out of control. Who else
- 23:52Speaker 1: is out of control? Oh, Senator Peter Welch. This is
- 23:55Speaker 1: another one, too. This is so funny. So Peter Welch,
- 23:58Speaker 1: a Democrat, is up there trying to attack Cash yesterday.
- 24:01Speaker 1: And Cash goes, wait a second.
- 24:02Speaker 7: Hold on.
- 24:03Speaker 1: How did you become filthy rich by becoming a United
- 24:05Speaker 1: States senator? What happened exactly? Cut six. Watch this moment.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Do you believe that?
- 24:11Speaker 5: What I believe in is the rule of law. What
- 24:14Speaker 5: I will always believe in is executing the rule of law.
- 24:16Speaker 5: The rule of law is a president saying in advance
- 24:18Speaker 5: that if he loses an election, it's been rigged. I
- 24:22Speaker 5: want to know how your wealth increased 4,000% since you
- 24:25Speaker 5: became a United States senator. That's a magic act. All
- 24:27Speaker 5: Americans should be available.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Mr. Patel.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Let's knock it off.
- 24:32Speaker 1: You hear that at the end? That was John Cornyn,
- 24:35Speaker 1: I guess. He was chairing the meeting for a moment
- 24:38Speaker 1: in lieu of Chuck Grassley doing it. So Cornyn was
- 24:40Speaker 1: upset with Kash Patel, obviously. Cornyn's upset.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Once again, ratifying the judgment of Texas voters for firing
- 24:48Speaker 1: that guy. It's just amazing. It's just truly amazing. So, yeah,
- 24:51Speaker 1: that's what Cash had to deal with yesterday. Like, really?
- 24:53Speaker 1: That's congressional oversight? You got to go in and deal
- 24:55Speaker 1: with that garbage? Like, just being insulted over and over
- 24:58Speaker 1: by these Democrats and then having to smack them down?
- 25:01Speaker 1: There was at least one useful moment yesterday. Cash was
- 25:04Speaker 1: able to, in addition to finding out about his investigations
- 25:07Speaker 1: into illegal straw donors and foreign money interfering in our elections,
- 25:11Speaker 1: Cash also reeled off some of the big victories the
- 25:14Speaker 1: FBI has had lately, including catching all of these top-most-won criminals.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Cut seven. Watch this.
- 25:21Speaker 5: In 2025, according to the Uniform Crime Report, we delivered
- 25:23Speaker 5: the largest reduction in the murder rate in the history
- 25:26Speaker 5: of America. We, the FBI, captured more than two and
- 25:30Speaker 5: a half times the number of the top 10 most
- 25:33Speaker 5: wanted fugitives on the FBI's list from the prior administration.
- 25:38Speaker 4: In fact, Mr.
- 25:38Speaker 5: Chairman, I'm proud to announce today, and I hate to
- 25:41Speaker 5: correct you, we haven't captured nine of the top 10
- 25:44Speaker 5: most individuals on our list. We've captured 10. Just this
- 25:47Speaker 5: past weekend, we captured a thug down in Venezuela who
- 25:51Speaker 5: is on our most wanted list and on the run
- 25:52Speaker 5: for years. He has been captured, apprehended, and is on
- 25:55Speaker 5: his way back to the United States of America. That's
- 25:58Speaker 5: 10 of 10. Nobody in the FBI history has done that.
- 26:03Speaker 5: This year is just another example of how this FBI
- 26:06Speaker 5: is capturing literally the worst of the worst all around
- 26:09Speaker 5: the world. On top of that, we've captured six of
- 26:11Speaker 5: the most wanted.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Fraudsters around the world.
- 26:16Speaker 1: It is pretty great. And that most wanted fraudster list
- 26:18Speaker 1: was a J.D. Vance operation. He said, I need a
- 26:21Speaker 1: most wanted fraudster list. And Cash said, oh, that's a
- 26:23Speaker 1: great idea. We'll do that. And now they've caught six
- 26:26Speaker 1: of their top ten all around the world. Pretty good.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Pretty good stuff. I will absolutely take that. Funny moments yesterday, though,
- 26:34Speaker 1: as these guys are trying to beat Cash Patel. Not
- 26:38Speaker 1: going to happen. Not going to happen. Cash is the
- 26:40Speaker 1: real deal. So a great testimony yesterday from him. Having
- 26:45Speaker 1: said all that, there was some craziness in the House yesterday,
- 26:47Speaker 1: and we've got our guest, Ed Martin, coming up here
- 26:50Speaker 1: in a moment. We're going to chat with him. But
- 26:51Speaker 1: there was some craziness in the House yesterday. We can
- 26:54Speaker 1: dive into that, including a couple attempts to impeach both
- 26:57Speaker 1: Pete Hegseth and the President of the United States. What
- 27:01Speaker 1: is that? What are they doing in Congress? We'll get
- 27:03Speaker 1: into that and so much more all ahead on this
- 27:06Speaker 1: edition of Vince. Let me share with you a great
- 27:10Speaker 1: sponsor that powers up the show each day, Blackout Coffee.
- 27:13Speaker 1: We love Blackout Coffee, don't we, ladies and gentlemen? They're
- 27:15Speaker 1: so good. You know, there are some things you buy
- 27:17Speaker 1: because you have to, and then there are things you
- 27:18Speaker 1: actually feel very good about buying. For me, Blackout Coffee
- 27:21Speaker 1: is one of those. It's a small American company, built
- 27:23Speaker 1: by people who work hard, believe in this country, share
- 27:26Speaker 1: our values, and happen to make some seriously good coffee.
- 27:30Speaker 1: And every morning when I pour that first cup, I
- 27:32Speaker 1: know what I'm getting. It's strong, smooth coffee. It's never bitter.
- 27:35Speaker 1: It's fresh roasted, packed with flavor. delivered right to my door.
- 27:39Speaker 1: And honestly, it's so much better to make a great
- 27:41Speaker 1: cup of coffee at home than go stand in line
- 27:43Speaker 1: at some store and put a bunch of nonsense in
- 27:45Speaker 1: the coffee to try and make it taste better. You
- 27:47Speaker 1: don't need that. Great coffee doesn't need a bunch of
- 27:49Speaker 1: sugar and hundreds of extra calories. It should taste great
- 27:52Speaker 1: on its own. Blackout Coffee keeps it so simple. Great coffee,
- 27:55Speaker 1: great people, an American company doing things the right way.
- 27:58Speaker 1: If you haven't tried it yet, now is the time.

- 28:12Speaker 1: so good about. I also want to thank Brickhouse Nutrition
- 28:15Speaker 1: for supporting the show. Such a great and enduring sponsor here.
- 28:19Speaker 1: We all love Brickhouse. And they've got a lot of
- 28:21Speaker 1: great products, including Lean. Lean's an amazing weight loss supplement.
- 28:24Speaker 1: And here's how you should understand it. There are people
- 28:27Speaker 1: who are looking to lose weight using injections because they're
- 28:29Speaker 1: looking for dramatic results. But the way the injections work
- 28:32Speaker 1: is pretty simple. They lower your blood sugar, reduce your appetite.
- 28:34Speaker 1: But what if you want to lose the weight and
- 28:36Speaker 1: you don't want the painful weekly injections, especially when you
- 28:39Speaker 1: hear about some of those side effects? Well, that's why
- 28:41Speaker 1: the doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition created a weight loss supplement
- 28:44Speaker 1: called Lean, and the results are remarkable. The studied ingredients
- 28:47Speaker 1: in Lean have been shown to help lower your blood sugar,
- 28:49Speaker 1: help you burn fat by converting it into energy, and
- 28:52Speaker 1: help you curb your appetite and your cravings so you
- 28:54Speaker 1: are less hungry. But listen, Lean by Brickhouse Nutrition is
- 28:57Speaker 1: not for the casual dieter. It's for frustrated dieters, serious

- 29:25Speaker 1: to to broadcast nutrition for being great. So as we
- 29:27Speaker 1: await our guest, Ed Martin, going to stop by here soon.
- 29:30Speaker 1: I want to share with you some other nonsense that
- 29:32Speaker 1: was happening in the House yesterday. The House voted to
- 29:38Speaker 1: block Al Green's latest. attempt to impeach President Trump. Not
- 29:43Speaker 1: surprising that Al Green has attempted this again. Here's the
- 29:48Speaker 1: story here. Stand by. There it is. This is from
- 29:52Speaker 1: the New York Times. House kills bid to impeach Trump
- 29:54Speaker 1: as Democrats split. So not all Democrats are on board.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Not yet. Not yet. They're not in charge yet. That's why.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Here's what they did. The House on Tuesday killed a
- 30:05Speaker 1: Democrat attempt to impeach President Trump over his administration's immigration crackdown.
- 30:11Speaker 1: They want to impeach him for restoring our borders. It's amazing.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Democrats split over whether to allow the effort to move forward.
- 30:21Speaker 1: The majority of Democrats opposed a Republican bid to quash
- 30:25Speaker 1: the impeachment measure. It was introduced by Al Green of Texas,
- 30:28Speaker 1: who has tried to impeach President Trump a lot. But
- 30:31Speaker 1: dozens of them, including the party's three House leaders, all
- 30:34Speaker 1: voted present. All voted present. Democrats, all the Democrat House
- 30:38Speaker 1: leaders voted present yesterday. They declined to take a position
- 30:41Speaker 1: in a reflection of the dilemma the issue presents as
- 30:44Speaker 1: Democrats campaign to take the majority in the midterm elections. Yeah, look,
- 30:48Speaker 1: the reason they're voting present is because they're trying to
- 30:50Speaker 1: convince the voters that they have a rational position, that
- 30:53Speaker 1: they're not going to abuse their power once they get
- 30:55Speaker 1: more of it. They're trying to pretend like they're not
- 30:57Speaker 1: just going to become just like impeachment palooza the second
- 31:01Speaker 1: they get power. You, of course, know what they intend
- 31:03Speaker 1: to do. It's not a secret. But here they are
- 31:06Speaker 1: pretending like they think they can pull the wool over
- 31:08Speaker 1: your eyes. Well, we just voted president. How about you
- 31:09Speaker 1: vote no? They voted president. Because meanwhile, on the opposite side,
- 31:14Speaker 1: they've got these radicals in their party that are demanding.
- 31:18Speaker 1: They're out for blood in some cases. So it's a
- 31:22Speaker 1: really untenable position. Even as they have regularly condemned Mr.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Trump as corrupt and his actions as unlawful Democrat leaders
- 31:29Speaker 1: have tried to keep the party's message focused on the
- 31:31Speaker 1: high cost of living and the economy. Yeah, you can
- 31:34Speaker 1: thank them for that. Thanks for printing trillions of dollars
- 31:37Speaker 1: we didn't have. Some rank and file lawmakers, particularly those
- 31:40Speaker 1: in competitive or conservative-leaning districts, have argued that calls for
- 31:43Speaker 1: impeachment are a distraction from issues of more concern to
- 31:46Speaker 1: a broad swath of voters. So Al Green gets his
- 31:50Speaker 1: ass handed to him again yesterday. No impeachment of the
- 31:52Speaker 1: president of the United States. Meanwhile, Thomas Massey was trying
- 31:57Speaker 1: to impeach Pete Hegseth yesterday? What the hell is wrong
- 32:00Speaker 1: with Thomas Massey? Thomas Massey was trying to impeach the
- 32:03Speaker 1: Secretary of War yesterday. And in case you're wondering, what
- 32:07Speaker 1: are the articles of impeachment? What in particular would you
- 32:10Speaker 1: impeach him for? Well, Greg Price, our buddy Greg Price,
- 32:13Speaker 1: went through the articles of impeachment. Look at the nonsense here.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Look at this. Extrajudicial killings. He wants to impeach Hegseth
- 32:23Speaker 1: for striking drug boats.
- 32:26Speaker 4: What? What?
- 32:28Speaker 1: President Trump was elected to do this. It's not impeachable.
- 32:31Speaker 1: It's admirable to stop drug traffickers from getting into the
- 32:36Speaker 1: United States and killing American citizens. What is the military for,
- 32:40Speaker 1: if not the defense of the American homeland? So that's
- 32:44Speaker 1: one of the articles. Another one is suppressing free speech.
- 32:48Speaker 1: That's Article 6. This is from Massey. Look at this.
- 32:53Speaker 1: He's mad that Hegseth was holding Mark Kelly accountable, Senator
- 32:57Speaker 1: Mark Kelly accountable. after Mark Kelly was encouraging members of
- 33:01Speaker 1: the military to disobey the president of the United States
- 33:06Speaker 1: and to question their military orders. Mark Kelly did that.
- 33:10Speaker 1: So Massey takes Mark Kelly's side in this? And then
- 33:14Speaker 1: this Article 7, here's another one, kidnapping of a sovereign
- 33:17Speaker 1: foreign leader, talking about bringing Maduro and his wife into
- 33:23Speaker 1: custody in Venezuela. This is all very upsetting to Thomas Massey.
- 33:27Speaker 1: that this occurred. Meanwhile, all the things that he just
- 33:31Speaker 1: listed out there have been the source of a lot
- 33:34Speaker 1: of gratitude by the average American who sees this and goes,
- 33:37Speaker 1: thank goodness somebody's doing something about these things. That's nasty. Yesterday.
- 33:43Speaker 1: So that, I mean, that's obviously kind of a goofball effort.
- 33:46Speaker 1: It's not going anywhere. But just amazing that that continues
- 33:49Speaker 1: to be the case. So all these guys are trying
- 33:51Speaker 1: to impeach President Trump and Pete Hegseth. Just remarkable. Todd
- 33:55Speaker 1: Blanch was asked about this yesterday. The attorney general of
- 33:57Speaker 1: the United States, he did a press conference. And he goes, who?
- 34:01Speaker 4: What?
- 34:01Speaker 1: Massey? And then he just rolls his eyes. Cut it.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Watch this. Congressman Thomas Massey today introduced articles of impeachment
- 34:07Speaker 1: against Secretary Hexer. Who did?
- 34:09Speaker 2: Thomas Massey.
- 34:10Speaker 4: Oh, OK.
- 34:11Speaker 1: For allegedly violating the War Powers Resolution. Oh, OK. OK.
- 34:19Speaker 1: He's just like nods his head. OK, whatever. That's it.
- 34:22Speaker 1: That was Stephen Nelson, by the way, over at the
- 34:24Speaker 1: New York Post, great reporter, asking that question. But it's
- 34:27Speaker 1: so crazy. It's so crazy. So there you go. That's
- 34:30Speaker 1: what Congress is up to. It's not productive. It's just destructive, honestly.
- 34:37Speaker 1: It's totally nuts. It is totally nuts. All right, let's
- 34:41Speaker 1: see here. I've got some other things I want to
- 34:43Speaker 1: get to with you. Also, this week we found out
- 34:47Speaker 1: more about the would-be assassins in Butler, Pennsylvania, Thomas Crooks.
- 34:54Speaker 1: There's a number of pieces of information that have been
- 34:56Speaker 1: released by the government to Chuck Grassley that have now
- 35:00Speaker 1: been made public. And among those, we find out that
- 35:03Speaker 1: Thomas Crooks was using the pseudonym Bob Dole as his
- 35:08Speaker 1: online shopping pseudonym. He was trying to stock up with
- 35:11Speaker 1: all of these various things ahead of the assassination attempt. Parts, tools,
- 35:18Speaker 1: and items to increase the capacity of his rifle. apparently
- 35:22Speaker 1: all being ordered under the name Bob Dole. The 20-year-old,
- 35:26Speaker 1: according to the New York Post, made many Amazon or
- 35:28Speaker 1: online purchases under that name to have packages delivered to
- 35:31Speaker 1: his parents' house. His dad, Matthew Crooks, told the FBI
- 35:34Speaker 1: in an interview two days after his son shot former
- 35:36Speaker 1: President Trump in the ear. Oh, yeah, he would have
- 35:40Speaker 1: been former and future President Trump in July of 2024.
- 35:43Speaker 1: The Post also reports that an anonymous donor paid for
- 35:48Speaker 1: the cremation of Thomas Crooks. This is also a revelation
- 35:52Speaker 1: provided by Chuck Grassley as part of his ongoing inquiry
- 35:55Speaker 1: into the Trump assassination attempt. A note at the end
- 35:58Speaker 1: of an interview with the gunman's father said, quote, anonymous
- 36:03Speaker 1: donor paid for cremation. OK, who's the anonymous donor? Who
- 36:08Speaker 1: would donate money to cremate a guy who killed a
- 36:14Speaker 1: Corey Comparator, grievously wounded a couple of other people, wounded
- 36:18Speaker 1: the president of the United States? Who paid for that?
- 36:21Speaker 1: Would love to know the answer to that question. Also, Crooks,
- 36:24Speaker 1: of course, was obsessed with guns, the New York Post reports.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Lots of people buy guns. It's not the most unusual
- 36:30Speaker 1: thing in the world. But this guy decided to use
- 36:33Speaker 1: them in the commission of a crime, which is a
- 36:35Speaker 1: big difference. That's not the way most people handle their
- 36:39Speaker 1: Second Amendment right. Now, President Trump responded to all of
- 36:42Speaker 1: this brand new information this week. And he said that,
- 36:46Speaker 1: you know, Chris Wray owns... All of this, the fact
- 36:50Speaker 1: that this information has not been public until now is very,
- 36:53Speaker 1: I think this is a totally fascinating statement by the president.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Take a look at this. This is the president's post
- 37:00Speaker 1: on Truth Social. He says, everybody knows the crooked Joe
- 37:04Speaker 1: Biden FBI didn't do what they should have with respect
- 37:07Speaker 1: to the lunatic who shot me in Butler, Pennsylvania. By
- 37:09Speaker 1: the time I got into office on January 20th, most
- 37:11Speaker 1: of the information was missing, altered, corrupted, or gone. New
- 37:16Speaker 1: information was just found. Why wasn't it seen long ago?
- 37:20Speaker 1: This was all a Democrat plot to get me out
- 37:22Speaker 1: of the election that failed. Dirty cop Christopher Wray should
- 37:25Speaker 1: pay a price for the way he handled this assassination
- 37:27Speaker 1: attempt and certainly for the things he said. God bless America.
- 37:31Speaker 1: Make America great again. President Donald J.
- 37:34Speaker 4: Trump.
- 37:35Speaker 1: So I'm intrigued by the president's assessment here. Clearly, there's
- 37:41Speaker 1: a couple of things going on. One of them is
- 37:43Speaker 1: that the president has been briefed. by the FBI on
- 37:46Speaker 1: the known details. And he has expressed satisfaction with what
- 37:50Speaker 1: he's heard about the investigation into Thomas Crooks by his
- 37:55Speaker 1: own FBI, the guys who he put in place to
- 37:58Speaker 1: do that job. But what he's not satisfied by is
- 38:01Speaker 1: the way that the Biden FBI handled all of this
- 38:04Speaker 1: and why any new information would still be coming out
- 38:07Speaker 1: right now that should have come out a long time ago.
- 38:10Speaker 1: So interesting to see the president react to this. Hopefully
- 38:13Speaker 1: we get more answers on this. Like, who the hell
- 38:15Speaker 1: was the anonymous donor? Who's paying to cremate this body? And,
- 38:20Speaker 1: you know, I'd love to get some answers on that.
- 38:22Speaker 1: I think it would be worthwhile. I'd imagine you would, too.
- 38:25Speaker 1: I'd imagine you would, too. So there is that. Also today,
- 38:30Speaker 1: let us see. I've got some other elements to get
- 38:34Speaker 1: to with you. We have an interesting story about the climate.
- 38:39Speaker 1: A very interesting story about the climate that I want
- 38:41Speaker 1: to share with you. For those of you who live
- 38:44Speaker 1: around the Gulf of America, you will know this story.
- 38:47Speaker 1: You know, and I don't mean to jinx you or anything,
- 38:49Speaker 1: but you know that we are in the midst of
- 38:50Speaker 1: an unusually quiet hurricane season right now. There's nothing happening
- 38:57Speaker 1: in the Gulf of America. There's nothing happening. The Atlantic
- 38:59Speaker 1: hurricane season has been very quiet this year. So quiet
- 39:04Speaker 1: that even the New York Times has begrudgingly noticed all
- 39:08Speaker 1: of this. Take a look at this. Where are all
- 39:11Speaker 1: the Atlantic hurricanes? Why this year is so quiet? There
- 39:15Speaker 1: hasn't been a single one yet, they say. They say
- 39:19Speaker 1: traditionally this week is the peak of the Atlantic hurricane season,
- 39:22Speaker 1: the busiest time of year for storms to spin up
- 39:25Speaker 1: and barrel west into North America. Instead, nearly four months
- 39:28Speaker 1: into the season and with two more to Huh. Ever
- 39:20Speaker 1: since President Trump changes the name. Now there's no more hurricanes?
- 39:22Speaker 1: He really can't do anything. A drought not seen in
- 39:24Speaker 1: more than eight decades. While the inactivity is unusual, meteorologists
- 39:27Speaker 1: said it's explainable, and they weren't against confusing a quiet
- 39:29Speaker 1: start with a quiet finish. Not since 1941 has the
- 39:52Speaker 1: Atlantic gone this far into a season without a hurricane.
- 39:57Speaker 1: There have been five systems that grew strong enough to
- 39:59Speaker 1: become named tropical storms, but none had the time or
- 40:02Speaker 1: the right conditions to intensify into hurricanes. So this is interesting. Now,
- 40:09Speaker 1: I'm certain that these people will all arrive at, well,
- 40:11Speaker 1: it's climate change. Climate change is the reason that we're
- 40:14Speaker 1: not having all the hurricanes that we normally have. Yeah, sure, whatever.
- 40:16Speaker 1: Everything that happens is always proof of climate change. But
- 40:19Speaker 1: I want you to hear from a woman who was
- 40:23Speaker 1: a climate reporter for a very long time. Her name is,
- 40:26Speaker 1: let's pull this up. She's with the Free Press these days.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Her name is Lucy Biggers. And here's what she has
- 40:31Speaker 1: to say about climate coverage and the conspiracy of instinct
- 40:35Speaker 1: involved in burying good news. Listen to her.
- 40:38Speaker 8: So we are currently living through the quietest hurricane season
- 40:42Speaker 8: on the East Coast since 1941. Definitely since 1966, when
- 40:48Speaker 8: the satellite era began, we've never had a hurricane season
- 40:50Speaker 8: without any storms forming by this late.
- 40:52Speaker 5: Of a date, September 15th.
- 40:54Speaker 8: This is really positive news, but it's not plastered over
- 40:57Speaker 8: every news company's websites. There's no headlines and memes talking
- 41:02Speaker 8: about this. And why is that? And I actually have
- 41:05Speaker 8: an understanding of why, because if you don't know, I
- 41:07Speaker 8: was a climate activist slash climate reporter for five years
- 41:10Speaker 8: in my 20s. And every time I would see a
- 41:13Speaker 8: positive environmental story, I would never cover it because I
- 41:17Speaker 8: did not want to muddy the message that climate change
- 41:20Speaker 8: was an existential threat that was burning the planet. And
- 41:22Speaker 8: so I never reported positive news about the weather or
- 41:26Speaker 8: the planet because I did not want to get people
- 41:29Speaker 8: to think that we were giving fuel to the fire
- 41:32Speaker 8: of climate change deniers or that the planet wasn't past saving.
- 41:36Speaker 8: I needed everyone to buy into the fact that climate
- 41:39Speaker 8: change is an existential threat. And so if there was
- 41:41Speaker 8: positive news, I would not highlight it because that might
- 41:44Speaker 8: fuel climate change denial or people not taking climate action seriously.
- 41:48Speaker 8: And so I would only cover stories that made the
- 41:52Speaker 8: climate look worse. That was me from 2015 to 2021. Today,
- 41:58Speaker 8: news outlets have reporters like me that are in the newsrooms.
- 42:02Speaker 5: They're very agenda driven.
- 42:04Speaker 8: They think that they're reporting the truth, but they want,
- 42:06Speaker 8: they're fully bought into climate catastrophe. And so they're probably
- 42:10Speaker 8: had the same minds that I had, where like wildfires,
- 42:12Speaker 8: proof of climate catastrophe, However, heat wave is proof of
- 42:15Speaker 8: climate catastrophe. But when you have a quiet hurricane season, no, no, no,
- 42:19Speaker 8: don't bring it up. How about Antarctica gaining ice cover
- 42:22Speaker 8: this year? No, no, no, don't bring that up.
- 42:25Speaker 5: It muddies the waters.
- 42:27Speaker 4: Yep.
- 42:28Speaker 1: No, and what she's describing, again, that's a conspiracy of instinct.
- 42:31Speaker 1: The DNC doesn't need to send talking points out about this.
- 42:34Speaker 1: It's not required that all the Democrats get on the
- 42:36Speaker 1: same page. They just know instinctively not to share good
- 42:40Speaker 1: news with you because it works against their power models. Fascinating.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Good for her for telling the truth about that.
- 42:46Speaker 2: All right.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I am very grateful to have joining us right now.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Ed Martin, who's been standing by. Ed Martin is great.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Ed Martin has served in a variety of capacities inside
- 42:56Speaker 1: of the Trump administration, including as U.S. attorney, as the
- 42:59Speaker 1: anti-weaponization guy and who's handling pardons. He's really done it all.
- 43:03Speaker 1: And now he's free. Now he's on the outside and
- 43:05Speaker 1: he can share a lot more with us. Hey, Ed,
- 43:07Speaker 1: great to talk to you as always, sir.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Vince, good to be with you. I did miss talking
- 43:11Speaker 2: to you. I was on a kind of in a
- 43:12Speaker 2: different position in terms of media. So I'm grateful to
- 43:15Speaker 2: be out. I'd like to, by the way, you listed
- 43:16Speaker 2: all those jobs. I kind of think of myself as
- 43:19Speaker 2: the Marco Rubio of DOJ. Every time there was a
- 43:21Speaker 2: new job, they'll investigate mortgages. Okay, over here, you jump in.
- 43:24Speaker 2: So it was a lot of fun and it was
- 43:26Speaker 2: important work and we did a lot. And I'm glad
- 43:29Speaker 2: to be out now to talk about some of it
- 43:31Speaker 2: and also to keep fighting, to keep building the necessary
- 43:36Speaker 2: kind of momentum for what we need for the Republic.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Tell me what you saw on the inside. I mean,
- 43:41Speaker 1: you did have a really interesting view of all of
- 43:44Speaker 1: these things, especially when it came to like going after
- 43:47Speaker 1: the weaponization of the federal government in the past. What
- 43:50Speaker 1: did you see? What can you share with us now?
- 43:51Speaker 2: Well, you know, I've got to kind of, I hope
- 43:53Speaker 2: I get time to slow down at some point and
- 43:56Speaker 2: think about it, maybe write a little bit about it
- 43:57Speaker 2: because it was really interesting. You know, the first chunk, Vince,
- 44:01Speaker 2: was as a, U.S. Attorney in D.C. And I really
- 44:04Speaker 2: loved that because I started to get really immersed in
- 44:07Speaker 2: the District of Columbia. And it's a fascinating place. You know,
- 44:10Speaker 2: the regular folks that live there have a huge problem.
- 44:13Speaker 2: The problem is actually not the gangs. It's not even
- 44:17Speaker 2: the thugs, although there's a bunch of them. It's juveniles.
- 44:19Speaker 2: The juveniles have such a dead end that they become
- 44:22Speaker 2: tools of the bad guys, of criminals. Anyway, it was
- 44:25Speaker 2: a fascinating thing. And I'm encouraged by what the president
- 44:28Speaker 2: has continued to do. We started, but and then Judge
- 44:31Speaker 2: Jeanine in terms of making the place safe. But there's
- 44:34Speaker 2: a bunch of stuff. I had a meeting yesterday about
- 44:35Speaker 2: school choice for these kids. You know, it's a real challenge,
- 44:39Speaker 2: and it faces every city that's been mostly run by Democrats.
- 44:42Speaker 2: They ran to the ground. But, you know, Vince, for
- 44:45Speaker 2: your listeners who I know have a sense, maybe a
- 44:48Speaker 2: little more sophisticated on politics, the deep state is real,
- 44:53Speaker 2: but it's different than you think. And the characteristics of
- 44:56Speaker 2: it include, like, a delay. and slow rolling and good
- 45:04Speaker 2: people who are in to do the sort of portion
- 45:08Speaker 2: of their job, but nothing else. And the system is
- 45:13Speaker 2: a kind of broken system, but it's like anything else,
- 45:17Speaker 2: it's not, In other words, the system is bad and rotten.
- 45:21Speaker 2: The pieces are not all bad. It's like I used
- 45:23Speaker 2: to tell my kids, I often say, you tell me
- 45:26Speaker 2: the facts, I'll tell you the truth. Sometimes the facts
- 45:29Speaker 2: look like one thing. The truth is it's a rotten
- 45:31Speaker 2: system that is gonna destroy the Republic. The facts are
- 45:34Speaker 2: that within it are people who are trying to do
- 45:37Speaker 2: pieces that are not terrible, right? And they're not bad people.
- 45:40Speaker 2: And so culling through that, is a challenge that it
- 45:44Speaker 2: never ends, and it's exhausting. And so there's a lot
- 45:48Speaker 2: to cover and a lot to think about. And when
- 45:50Speaker 2: it comes to the Department of Justice, it's taking away
- 45:52Speaker 2: your liberty, right? It's not like just screwing up your
- 45:55Speaker 2: commerce or your small business association. It's taking people's liberty away.
- 46:00Speaker 2: That's pretty frightening, to be frank.
- 46:03Speaker 1: What do you make of the fact that Joe DiGenova
- 46:04Speaker 1: just resigned in South Florida? Do you have thoughts on that,
- 46:08Speaker 1: about him leaving that grand conspiracy case? He had differences
- 46:11Speaker 1: with Maine Justice, reportedly. What do you make of that?
- 46:14Speaker 2: Well, I've got a couple things. Joe DeGeneva was the U.S.
- 46:18Speaker 2: attorney in D.C. under Reagan a long time ago. He's
- 46:21Speaker 2: a real lion of the prosecutorial movement. He and his wife,
- 46:26Speaker 2: very smart wife, Victoria Tonsig, you know that name. And
- 46:29Speaker 2: when I was U.S. attorney in D.C., those two came
- 46:31Speaker 2: up and saw me, I think, three or four times,
- 46:33Speaker 2: giving me advice how to run an office. I mean,
- 46:35Speaker 2: Joe's very experienced at managing staffs and things. So his job,
- 46:40Speaker 2: that grand conspiracy, it was supposed to start like a
- 46:43Speaker 2: year earlier. So I know he always felt under the gun.
- 46:46Speaker 2: I mean, I know that sort of firsthand. I'm disappointed
- 46:49Speaker 2: because he's a quality guy. I'm concerned about it. Now,
- 46:53Speaker 2: the U.S. attorney down there is a good dude, a
- 46:55Speaker 2: tough dude, Jason Quinones and smart. He's got good team.
- 46:59Speaker 2: So I'm not going to I haven't got an inside
- 47:02Speaker 2: scoop on it, to be honest, Vince, but it worries me. Again,
- 47:05Speaker 2: the way the deep state works and the way these
- 47:08Speaker 2: things come about is it's like you suddenly find yourself
- 47:12Speaker 2: and you're like, why is this so slow? And why
- 47:14Speaker 2: are we here instead of, Why are we here instead
- 47:16Speaker 2: of here, right? And so I worry about it. But
- 47:21Speaker 2: part of the reason I'm out, Vince, is to try
- 47:23Speaker 2: to drive the narrative about what's gone on too. And
- 47:29Speaker 2: because we gotta hold accountable, but we gotta tell the
- 47:32Speaker 2: truth about it. And more and more of the truth
- 47:33Speaker 2: has come out and we've gotta be talking about that.
- 47:36Speaker 2: For example, Lisa Monaco is one of the worst figures
- 47:39Speaker 2: in American life in a hundred years. What she did
- 47:41Speaker 2: to this country with January 6th, what she did under
- 47:44Speaker 2: Obama when she was in the White House, she was
- 47:46Speaker 2: there for the Russia hoax. She was at the starting.
- 47:48Speaker 2: The birthday of the Russia hoax, Lisa Monaco's there. The
- 47:51Speaker 2: birthday of the lies about January 6th, she was there.
- 47:54Speaker 2: The targeting Catholics, she was there. Targeting school board parents,
- 47:58Speaker 2: she was there. Destroying the FBI's credibility, she was there.
- 48:02Speaker 2: This woman is one of the worst, and Microsoft is
- 48:04Speaker 2: paying her $ 40, $ 50 million a year to be a
- 48:07Speaker 2: director of national policy or something? Shame on Microsoft. Microsoft
- 48:11Speaker 2: is the Argentina of the modern moment, meaning they're harboring
- 48:15Speaker 2: Nazi war criminals like Lisa Monaco based on her conduct
- 48:19Speaker 2: that I saw.
- 48:21Speaker 1: It's outrageous. So, Do you believe that these people, meaning
- 48:25Speaker 1: the very high profile people who abuse their power in
- 48:28Speaker 1: this way, will be held accountable?
- 48:30Speaker 4: Yes.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Do you expect that? Yes.
- 48:31Speaker 2: Yes.
- 48:32Speaker 4: Yes.
- 48:32Speaker 2: And look, I think it's taken too long and it's
- 48:36Speaker 2: a multi-year project, but it's what's at stake. And I
- 48:39Speaker 2: tell people, look, I came out, Vince, also, I came
- 48:41Speaker 2: out of the government now instead of at Christmas, you know,
- 48:44Speaker 2: have a nice summer and things kind of slow down
- 48:47Speaker 2: during the election. because right now we got 50 days
- 48:49Speaker 2: to an election. If you think the election doesn't matter,
- 48:52Speaker 2: you did not see what I saw. And if you
- 48:54Speaker 2: think Ed Martin is a liar, then turn off the
- 48:57Speaker 2: machine and don't watch. But if you think I'm not
- 48:59Speaker 2: a liar, I'm telling you this, they're coming to destroy people.
- 49:03Speaker 2: They're not coming to debate marginal tax rates and whether
- 49:07Speaker 2: you think that this or that. The Lisa Monaco's of
- 49:10Speaker 2: the world targeted American citizens to rot in the gulag.
- 49:14Speaker 2: They targeted people to sit in a gulag on a
- 49:17Speaker 2: lie And they made sure that their families, their wives,
- 49:20Speaker 2: their kids, destroyed, okay? They shot, they killed Charlie Kirk,
- 49:24Speaker 2: meaning the environment that allowed, the fake news that allowed
- 49:28Speaker 2: this lie, the Russia hoax, for example, to go forward,
- 49:31Speaker 2: this is what these people did, and they're destroying the country,
- 49:34Speaker 2: and they will not stop. So if you think, oh, well,
- 49:36Speaker 2: you know, we'll just have Maxine Waters doing some oversight,
- 49:39Speaker 2: after the Dems win the House. That's not what they'll do.
- 49:42Speaker 2: They will destroy citizens happily. And my point is, that's
- 49:46Speaker 2: what's at stake on the ballot. Not saying the Republicans
- 49:48Speaker 2: got it all right. Not saying we shouldn't fix more.
- 49:51Speaker 2: We should and we should and we should. But that's
- 49:53Speaker 2: what's at stake in the fall. And people need to
- 49:55Speaker 2: understand that.
- 49:57Speaker 1: I want to ask you, though, I've heard that some
- 49:59Speaker 1: people within the Justice Department are hesitant because they don't
- 50:02Speaker 1: want bringing accountability to follow them for the rest of
- 50:05Speaker 1: their careers. In other words, like they saw what happened
- 50:08Speaker 1: after President Trump was in office in the first place.
- 50:11Speaker 1: And then people had their lives destroyed by the left
- 50:15Speaker 1: when they got power back. Do you feel that there
- 50:17Speaker 1: is trepidation by some corners of the Justice Department to
- 50:20Speaker 1: truly bring accountability for that reason? Like, in other words,
- 50:22Speaker 1: fear about professional consequences or if the left is going
- 50:26Speaker 1: to hurt them when they get power back?
- 50:29Speaker 2: Well, Vince, you know, you are someone I know who
- 50:32Speaker 2: is an astute observer of human beings, psychology, I guess
- 50:36Speaker 2: you could call it, right? You know... how people react,
- 50:38Speaker 2: and you've interviewed thousands of people and all. And so
- 50:42Speaker 2: humans are gonna be human. Right now, the cost of
- 50:44Speaker 2: being a Trump-supporting prosecutor is very high. They come after you.
- 50:48Speaker 2: They file bar complaints. I mean, Jeff Clark is one
- 50:51Speaker 2: of the smartest guys you've ever met in law. and
- 50:54Speaker 2: he's basically dragged through the mud, Rudy Giuliani. I mean,
- 50:57Speaker 2: so if you're saying, do people see what the cost
- 51:00Speaker 2: is to be on the side of the Trump DOJ?
- 51:03Speaker 2: How could they not? And so I don't have somebody
- 51:06Speaker 2: saying to me, I don't wanna be bothered. Here's my
- 51:08Speaker 2: cautionary thing to tell people is, if you've supported Trump,
- 51:11Speaker 2: these people are coming for you. They're gonna say, oh, well,
- 51:15Speaker 2: you weren't as loud as Ed Martin, so we'll just
- 51:16Speaker 2: go after him. They're gonna come for Ed Martin, they're
- 51:18Speaker 2: gonna come for the next guy. And the only question
- 51:21Speaker 2: is whether you believe in the country enough, in the nation,
- 51:23Speaker 2: that you wanna fight for it. And some don't, and
- 51:25Speaker 2: I don't judge them. Like I tell people, if that's
- 51:27Speaker 2: not your cup of tea, And maybe I'm off balance.
- 51:31Speaker 2: I'm glad my wife isn't, she's busy right now. I
- 51:33Speaker 2: know she's not watching or listening because she'd weigh in.
- 51:35Speaker 2: But I do think it's a problem. And I think, look,
- 51:38Speaker 2: it's a problem on the outside. As soon as I
- 51:40Speaker 2: got out, one of the things I said to people is,
- 51:42Speaker 2: and Vince, you'll love this. I tell this all the time,
- 51:45Speaker 2: people get sick of it. Alfred Baldwin is the name
- 51:47Speaker 2: of a dude. He was the guy listening to the
- 51:50Speaker 2: wiretaps at Watergate. He was listening for two weeks to
- 51:54Speaker 2: the Democrat chairman of the state parties calling for hookers
- 51:58Speaker 2: and dinner reservations and hotels. That's what he heard. But
- 52:01Speaker 2: when he needed a lawyer, the Republicans at the time
- 52:04Speaker 2: and Watergate didn't help him. And he ended up with
- 52:06Speaker 2: a Democrat lawyer and we never heard from him until
- 52:08Speaker 2: five years later. My point in that is that Democrats
- 52:10Speaker 2: are gonna come for people. The only question is whether
- 52:13Speaker 2: we're gonna band together and protect each other and make
- 52:15Speaker 2: sure that the people are not just the top guys,
- 52:18Speaker 2: but the guys down below that are protected and that
- 52:20Speaker 2: they have lawyers and wherewithal and support and jobs and
- 52:23Speaker 2: everything else. So, but it's a challenge. And again, when
- 52:27Speaker 2: you name names, they come after me all the time, right?
- 52:30Speaker 2: You know this. And if you're going to name names
- 52:32Speaker 2: and name and shame is what I like to say,
- 52:35Speaker 2: it's going to get you some attention, but some of
- 52:36Speaker 2: us have to do it. And we're either going to
- 52:38Speaker 2: finish the job. Here's what I say. We're either going
- 52:40Speaker 2: to finish the job that Trump started and save the Republic,
- 52:43Speaker 2: or we're not going to save the Republic. It's pretty stark.
- 52:46Speaker 2: And that's what's coming in the next few years.
- 52:48Speaker 1: So Todd Blanch is the Attorney General right now. He
- 52:50Speaker 1: stood alongside President Trump as he received all of this
- 52:53Speaker 1: vile personal incoming and defended him in these court proceedings
- 52:57Speaker 1: to stop the rigging of the 2024 election. So he's
- 53:00Speaker 1: battle-tested here. How much confidence or faith do you have
- 53:03Speaker 1: in Todd Blanch? What do you think of him as
- 53:05Speaker 1: Attorney General?
- 53:05Speaker 2: Well, first of all, I'm a President Trump guy. And
- 53:08Speaker 2: President Trump picked Todd to be Attorney General. So the
- 53:11Speaker 2: way I operate is I salute and I go to work.
- 53:14Speaker 2: So that's one thing. I trust Donald Trump's judgment. If
- 53:17Speaker 2: you don't trust Trump's judgment, then have a conversation. But
- 53:20Speaker 2: I do. But I'll tell you this about Todd. I
- 53:21Speaker 2: tell it all the time. He and I fought. We
- 53:23Speaker 2: battled over stuff. Because my style is to fight more.
- 53:25Speaker 2: And I'm not really a... I'm not really a genteel prosecutor.
- 53:29Speaker 2: I like to talk to the press. I like to
- 53:31Speaker 2: beat up on people. I think that most of the
- 53:34Speaker 2: battle in this country is an information war, not a
- 53:37Speaker 2: legal war. I mean, that's just how I feel. So
- 53:39Speaker 2: Todd and I had our fights, but we always had
- 53:40Speaker 2: them like brothers have fights. You know, you're in the trenches.
- 53:42Speaker 2: I fought my brother my whole life. Here's what I'll
- 53:44Speaker 2: say about Todd, and people will remember this. Todd Blanch
- 53:47Speaker 2: went to law school at night, Brooklyn School of Law,
- 53:50Speaker 2: and then became a prosecutor in a hotshot place. In
- 53:53Speaker 2: other words, he came from nothing. He didn't come from
- 53:55Speaker 2: Harvard and to these places. And a lot of these
- 53:57Speaker 2: jerks that are in these prosecuting shops come from Harvard
- 54:00Speaker 2: or Yale, and they tell you how smart they are
- 54:01Speaker 2: and how good they are. and they're morally empty. So
- 54:04Speaker 2: Todd Blanch is a self-made guy, and then he's making
- 54:07Speaker 2: a boatload of money at a big law firm, because
- 54:09Speaker 2: he's a top-notch guy, and he leaves to go work
- 54:11Speaker 2: for Trump. There's only two things that happen when you
- 54:13Speaker 2: go work for Trump. One, you get destroyed by the bar,
- 54:17Speaker 2: and two, Trump gives you a hell of a hard
- 54:19Speaker 2: time and doesn't pay you on time. I mean, this
- 54:21Speaker 2: is a known thing, right? So he ran towards the bullets,
- 54:24Speaker 2: and he won. meaning Trump won. Todd Blanch deserves all
- 54:28Speaker 2: that credit. He's battle-tested, to your point. So am I confident?
- 54:32Speaker 1: 100%.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Am I confident that the system is going to allow
- 54:36Speaker 2: the results that we need? That's harder. And that's a
- 54:39Speaker 2: constant push and pull that we've got to be on
- 54:41Speaker 2: the team, and we've got to be calling it out.
- 54:43Speaker 2: And it's hard.
- 54:45Speaker 1: Well, this also goes back to kind of you were
- 54:48Speaker 1: a D.C. U.S. attorney, which was an unusual privilege to
- 54:51Speaker 1: have somebody as loyal to the Trump agenda as you are.
- 54:55Speaker 1: in that position. But we just saw like across the country,
- 54:57Speaker 1: like all these U.S. attorneys who were there by virtue
- 55:00Speaker 1: of the Senate's corrupt blue slip process. We were watching
- 55:03Speaker 1: as federal judges are working against the Constitution and the
- 55:06Speaker 1: rule of law. There's a lot of corruption inside the
- 55:09Speaker 1: judicial system. It's not just the prosecutors who work directly
- 55:13Speaker 1: for President Trump. There's a lot of pieces that have
- 55:15Speaker 1: to all fit perfectly together in order to secure justice,
- 55:19Speaker 1: which is why the South Florida case is so appealing
- 55:22Speaker 1: because at least that's a jurisdiction where we can get
- 55:24Speaker 1: a fair hearing.
- 55:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 55:26Speaker 2: Look, another reason I left and the timing I did,
- 55:28Speaker 2: you said it right there. These judges, these judges are
- 55:31Speaker 2: out of control. They're, they're stupid. and they're lazy and
- 55:34Speaker 2: they're arrogant and they misunderstand their role and they have
- 55:37Speaker 2: to be exposed. And people say, what do you mean?
- 55:39Speaker 2: The judiciary is supposed to be independent. That's not how
- 55:41Speaker 2: the founders designed it. And so when I say name
- 55:44Speaker 2: and shame, I'm talking about the judges. These judges that
- 55:47Speaker 2: are doing these things to strike down the laws nationwide,
- 55:51Speaker 2: that's made up stuff. And frankly, to be very clear, Vince,
- 55:54Speaker 2: we should name them. We should shame them. We should
- 55:57Speaker 2: talk about how their kids are working for the Democrats
- 56:00Speaker 2: and their husbands are getting paid by these. And we should...
- 56:03Speaker 2: absolutely positively force the Republicans and the conservatives in the
- 56:07Speaker 2: Congress to impeach them. And when they impeach them, they
- 56:10Speaker 2: should be tried and thrown out of office. The founders
- 56:12Speaker 2: designed it that way. We've just become enamored. If you
- 56:15Speaker 2: wear a black robe, you somehow become holy. I've been
- 56:18Speaker 2: in the room, when I was U.S. Attorney, I was
- 56:19Speaker 2: in the room with the federal judges in the District
- 56:22Speaker 2: of Columbia, the federal judges, the top people. These people
- 56:25Speaker 2: behave like children. One of them, one of the women,
- 56:28Speaker 2: famous judge, I won't say her name now, probably will
- 56:30Speaker 2: some other time. She wouldn't make eye contact with me
- 56:33Speaker 2: because I was a Trump appointee. These people are sick.
- 56:36Speaker 2: They're sick. These are sickos, right? So they got to
- 56:38Speaker 2: be removed. And we shouldn't be afraid of that. And
- 56:41Speaker 2: we should look at their bank accounts and we should
- 56:42Speaker 2: see how they made their money. They're not above the law.
- 56:45Speaker 2: And in fact, to your point, they are destroying the
- 56:48Speaker 2: country because they're allowing a system. I I'm sorry, Vince,
- 56:52Speaker 2: you got me on a soapbox. On the January 6th defendants,
- 56:56Speaker 2: I went in the room and I kept thinking, these
- 56:58Speaker 2: prosecutors are like frothed up lunatics and they're doing something wrong,
- 57:02Speaker 2: but that's okay because the judges are going to knock
- 57:03Speaker 2: them back. Except the judges didn't knock them back. The
- 57:06Speaker 2: judges participated. And so you look at it and say,
- 57:09Speaker 2: what kind of rule of law do we have if
- 57:11Speaker 2: the prosecutors act like frothed up lunatics and the judges
- 57:14Speaker 2: aren't the check, right? That's supposed to be the system.
- 57:17Speaker 2: So we're losing the Republic if we lose the rule
- 57:20Speaker 2: of law. Today's Constitution Day and the Constitution is our
- 57:23Speaker 2: crown jewels. The crown jewels in London, you can visit them. Hat,
- 57:26Speaker 2: you put it on, all that jewels. Ours is the Constitution.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Lose the Constitution, the game's over. So that's what's at stake.
- 57:32Speaker 1: It is at stake. So the midterms are all the
- 57:34Speaker 1: more important And I keep saying with these Republicans, including
- 57:36Speaker 1: some of the feckless ones, you want to you want
- 57:38Speaker 1: to really take it to them, force them to work
- 57:41Speaker 1: for a living, give them put them back in the majority.
- 57:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:44Speaker 1: Send more Trump supporters to Washington and see if we
- 57:47Speaker 1: can't write this ship.
- 57:49Speaker 2: Yeah, look, all I'm saying is this. President Trump won
- 57:52Speaker 2: a resounding election. Has he done everything perfectly? Of course not.
- 57:55Speaker 2: Has he done everything directionally the way he said? I
- 57:57Speaker 2: really see it all the time, and I saw it
- 57:59Speaker 2: in DOJ. And the question is, do we want to
- 58:01Speaker 2: let Speaker Jeffries cripple the country and make Trump's last
- 58:06Speaker 2: two years really terrible? And the fact is this. If
- 58:09Speaker 2: we if it happens that way, it will be bad
- 58:12Speaker 2: for the country. That's what we know. And my point is,
- 58:14Speaker 2: let's ride this out and then have it. And by
- 58:16Speaker 2: the way, it's better for it's better for Republicans. We
- 58:18Speaker 2: probably win the presidency if the if this happens, that
- 58:22Speaker 2: the Democrats take control because they look so crazy. But
- 58:25Speaker 2: that's not what's good for the country.
- 58:26Speaker 1: All right, Ed Martin, I'm glad you're free. I'm glad
- 58:28Speaker 1: you're free to talk. I really can't wait to talk
- 58:30Speaker 1: to you more. Thank you for joining me today. We'll
- 58:32Speaker 1: have you back again real soon, sir.
- 58:33Speaker 2: All right, Vince, God bless. Thank you.
