- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Hello Lollo, Welcome to the Nord. Even nice Shaw,
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host, Stop shooter. It's Wednesday, which means I
- 0:19Speaker 1: dear friend Donnie meets cham joins us. Hey Donnie, are
- 0:22Speaker 1: you there? Hello lo Low Low Happy Wednesday. I'm back
- 0:27Speaker 1: and so excited to be here. It's my favorite day
- 0:30Speaker 1: of the week. Thank you, thank you. It's our favorite too. Hey,
- 0:33Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. Lots a gossip to get to.
- 0:36Speaker 1: What time is it? My friends? It is tea time.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Sherry Shepherd is saying that she's not mad that Wendy
- 0:43Speaker 1: Williams will not watch will not watch her new show.
- 0:46Speaker 1: So Sherry was asked during an Instagram live where else
- 0:50Speaker 1: about Wendy saying that she won't be watching Sherry's new
- 0:54Speaker 1: daytime talk show. Sherry said that she's not upset by it.
- 0:58Speaker 1: She said the following quote. I did hear Wendy say
- 1:01Speaker 1: that she will not be watching me on my new show,
- 1:03Speaker 1: and that's okay. I know, I understand. I'm not mad
- 1:07Speaker 1: at Wendy. She's going through a lot. I would say
- 1:10Speaker 1: to everybody that we should be praying for Wendy right now.
- 1:17Speaker 1: So in February, it was revealed that Sherry would be inheriting,
- 1:21Speaker 1: taking over the time slots that previously belonged to the
- 1:25Speaker 1: Wendy Williams Show in different TV markets. So after a decade,
- 1:30Speaker 1: Wendy basically got fired. Sherry had been filling in. If
- 1:35Speaker 1: you remember, at first, Wendy was just done a hiatus.
- 1:38Speaker 1: She had some healthy shoes. She was just done a hiatus. Done,
- 1:41Speaker 1: and they we're gonna have different people fill in. One
- 1:43Speaker 1: of them were Sherry. It became clear Wendy would not
- 1:47Speaker 1: be coming back to the show, and now Sherry has
- 1:50Speaker 1: the full time dig It's her show. Now. It's tricky,
- 1:54Speaker 1: isn't it, Because Wendy, Wendy still has a large following,
- 1:59Speaker 1: She's still as a large fan base. You want her
- 2:02Speaker 1: to pass the bat on graciously. She ain't gonna do that.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Let's be clear about that. So I think Sherry saying
- 2:08Speaker 1: she gets it and she's okay with it. I think
- 2:10Speaker 1: that's smart. I think saying we should all be praying
- 2:13Speaker 1: for Wendy. I don't think I would have gone that far.
- 2:16Speaker 1: How would you handle it? How do you think Sherry did?
- 2:19Speaker 1: I think Sherry handled it fine. I think look, if
- 2:23Speaker 1: we all think Wendy is not watching that premiere episode.
- 2:26Speaker 1: We are all mistaken. We all know Wendy is not
- 2:28Speaker 1: going to be able to control herself. I would do
- 2:30Speaker 1: the same thing. I would every word in that critico
- 2:35Speaker 1: better that better. You know she's gonna watch. She might
- 2:39Speaker 1: not watch a month in, she might not watch three
- 2:41Speaker 1: months in, but she's going to watch that first week.
- 2:44Speaker 1: She's curious. She's curious. Yes, she's she's going to watch it.
- 2:49Speaker 1: We've all had jobs that we've been fired from, a
- 2:51Speaker 1: pushed out of, and we're fiorious about it. None of
- 2:54Speaker 1: us just move on like it's all good. TV is difficult, though,
- 2:57Speaker 1: because they want Sherry to not only keep the wind
- 3:00Speaker 1: the audience, but build upon it, so they don't want
- 3:02Speaker 1: to upset Wendy. But at the same time, Wendy is
- 3:06Speaker 1: a loose cannon. She's not just going to play along
- 3:09Speaker 1: because the company wanted to. In fact, I'm told there's
- 3:12Speaker 1: already been crisis pr management discussions, meetings about what are
- 3:18Speaker 1: they going to do the first week? So in September
- 3:20Speaker 1: and Sherry's show debuts, they expect Wendy to come at
- 3:24Speaker 1: them and come hard. I think she will. I know
- 3:28Speaker 1: Wendy pretty well. I think She's going to have a
- 3:30Speaker 1: lot to say that first week. Do they ignore her?
- 3:33Speaker 1: Do they fight back? So Sherry continued on the video, saying,
- 3:37Speaker 1: I'm truly concerned about her, Wendy, because I don't think
- 3:41Speaker 1: that there's anyone around her protecting her. And it's really
- 3:45Speaker 1: hard when there's no protection around you, just a lot
- 3:48Speaker 1: of people hanging on. That's tough, isn't it. That is tough, Sherry.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I like that you're okay with her not watching, but
- 3:59Speaker 1: I think you're getting to dangerous ground here. Potentially true,
- 4:03Speaker 1: but this is not going to help you. When Wendy
- 4:05Speaker 1: he is this, she will see it. And so Sherry
- 4:08Speaker 1: said also to that they never ran in the same circles.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Sherry lived in Los Angeles, Wendy was a New Yorker
- 4:16Speaker 1: is a New Yorker, and she said we were friendly,
- 4:18Speaker 1: but sometimes stuff doesn't pan out as far as friendships
- 4:22Speaker 1: are concerned. So these two met at a few award shows,
- 4:24Speaker 1: they met backstage at different TV shows, They changed numbers,
- 4:28Speaker 1: they never panned adds, So they're not really that close. Donny,
- 4:33Speaker 1: this is going to explode. This get your popcorn, sit back.
- 4:37Speaker 1: This first week of The Sherry Shepherd Show it's gonna
- 4:41Speaker 1: be something. Wendy is going to react boy and Cherry
- 4:45Speaker 1: is she has a lot to live up to. If
- 4:47Speaker 1: Sherry's ratings do not be Wendy's ratings or come close,
- 4:52Speaker 1: Wendy's gonna feel like she won the right or the
- 4:55Speaker 1: precious on which brings us to a question of the day.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Sherry Shepherd says that she's not had that. Wendy has
- 5:01Speaker 1: confessed that she won't be watching Sherry's new show. Would
- 5:04Speaker 1: you be mad? Would you be mad? It's the person
- 5:07Speaker 1: that had the job before you would not be watching together.
- 5:10Speaker 1: On our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob on Facebook
- 5:13Speaker 1: page Naughty Gods, you can leave a comment there and
- 5:15Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Johnny,
- 5:18Speaker 1: what naughty story are you working on? The Jesse Williams,
- 5:22Speaker 1: he literally broke Twitter and broke the Internet with his
- 5:25Speaker 1: rather nice longer so the Grace Anatomy star he's in.
- 5:33Speaker 1: He's no longer in Grace Anatomy, but he's in a
- 5:35Speaker 1: new Broadway play called Take Me Out, and he strips
- 5:38Speaker 1: out completely naked, and we're talking about full frontal nudity.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It is out there for the world to see and
- 5:45Speaker 1: it's rather nice. I'm not gonna lie. I did look
- 5:47Speaker 1: myself and he's coming out and he's basically saying it's
- 5:51Speaker 1: not at that big of a deal for him to
- 5:52Speaker 1: be naked. He was on Watch What Happens with with
- 5:55Speaker 1: Andy Cohen and he goes, it's a body. Once you
- 5:58Speaker 1: see it, you realize it's whatever. It's a body, yes, Jesse,
- 6:02Speaker 1: but it is your body, and body is revenue. It's
- 6:07Speaker 1: rather than nice. So he said this literally hours before
- 6:09Speaker 1: not suitable for work. Photographs and video of him were
- 6:13Speaker 1: published from the place. So I was meant to go
- 6:15Speaker 1: to this place and I wasn't well the night I
- 6:17Speaker 1: was meant to see it. I'm furious now, and so
- 6:19Speaker 1: I didn't go. But friends of mine that went said,
- 6:21Speaker 1: it's like a Madonna cancer. On the way in, you
- 6:23Speaker 1: have to put your phone in a bag and then
- 6:25Speaker 1: it's sealed so you can't take pictures. But get this,
- 6:29Speaker 1: he was nominated for a Tony Award yesterday. We think
- 6:32Speaker 1: twenty four hours, we get to see maybe his biggest
- 6:35Speaker 1: award of all time, Donna something that I would now
- 6:38Speaker 1: vote for him. I know it's terrible. So is this
- 6:41Speaker 1: just the genius pr move twenty four hours ago Tony nomination.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Now the internet is blowing up with naked pictures and
- 6:48Speaker 1: video of him where we should point out a game
- 6:49Speaker 1: and he's a very big talent. Very let's come on.
- 6:53Speaker 1: This is like a bill O'Reilly was in the play.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I don't think we would be saying it's the body.
- 6:58Speaker 1: It is, whatever it is, it's It helps that he
- 7:01Speaker 1: has a nice body. He has a very nice body,
- 7:03Speaker 1: a beautiful place and a massive you know what, We're
- 7:06Speaker 1: going to keep moving alone before we get in any trouble.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Prince William attended the opening of Parliament. So the Duke
- 7:12Speaker 1: of Cambridge attended the opening of Parliament for the very
- 7:15Speaker 1: first time. This is a key constitutional role that his
- 7:18Speaker 1: grandmother has always done. But she's not feeling very well.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So his dad, that's the Prince of Wales and the
- 7:24Speaker 1: Duke of Cambridge. They went together to open up the
- 7:28Speaker 1: new Parliament. The queen's having mobility issues. Charles. He did
- 7:33Speaker 1: it for the very first time. His mom is nineties
- 7:35Speaker 1: six years old. She's only ever missed this a couple
- 7:39Speaker 1: of times in her reign, and she's been there now
- 7:41Speaker 1: for almost seventy years. Both times that she missed it
- 7:45Speaker 1: in the past is when she was pregnant she did
- 7:48Speaker 1: not go then. Now Charles was wearing the full military regala.
- 7:53Speaker 1: He looks very much like a like a Prince of
- 7:56Speaker 1: England soon to be king. He is seventy three years
- 7:59Speaker 1: old himself. He arrived at the Parliament, the trumpet fan fired,
- 8:03Speaker 1: and then they had the national anthem, God Save the Queen.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Once the Queen passes that anthem will become God Save
- 8:09Speaker 1: the King. The word can just change in and out.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I know it's useful, isn't it. And so he was
- 8:13Speaker 1: seated beside the Queen's crown. He was franked by his wife, Miller,
- 8:17Speaker 1: and his eldest son, Prince William, who's destined to be
- 8:20Speaker 1: king himself. One day, Charles delivered the Queen's speech from
- 8:25Speaker 1: the consort throne, which is symbolically a little bit shorter.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I think it's about an inch shorter than the actual throne.
- 8:33Speaker 1: So he can't sit on the throne yet because he's
- 8:34Speaker 1: not the king one. I'm told here a big picture
- 8:37Speaker 1: is going on. Solely, or maybe quite quickly. Now we
- 8:41Speaker 1: are starting to see the transfer of power from Queen
- 8:44Speaker 1: Elizabeth to Charles. She's nineties six. It's not suddenly going
- 8:49Speaker 1: to get better. She's not suddenly going to feel great
- 8:51Speaker 1: and doing cart wheels. It's nineties six, and she's aware
- 8:56Speaker 1: of that, the palace is aware of that. And now
- 8:58Speaker 1: we're going to see a lot more of Willie, him
- 9:00Speaker 1: and Charles taking over these really significant moments, these roles.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I think it's sort of beautiful, but at the same
- 9:07Speaker 1: time it's really sad. Yeah, I think I agree with you.
- 9:11Speaker 1: This is a bitter reality that the Queen's reign is
- 9:14Speaker 1: slowly winding down, and I think it's something that we
- 9:18Speaker 1: have to get used to. I think, if anything, I
- 9:20Speaker 1: would love to be a fly on the wall of
- 9:22Speaker 1: in the room that she's in. It just what she
- 9:25Speaker 1: feels at moments like these, because it has to be bittersweet,
- 9:29Speaker 1: like she has to be happy that finally, you know,
- 9:31Speaker 1: her family and people that she loves is taking over,
- 9:34Speaker 1: but also it means that her time is winding down. Yeah,
- 9:38Speaker 1: it's sort of a little bit like Wendy Williams and
- 9:40Speaker 1: Sherry Shepherd, isn't it. And I know, I know, let's hurpe.
- 9:44Speaker 1: The Queen does not pull a Wendy here, so Britain
- 9:46Speaker 1: will beholding four days of celebration to mark her platinum
- 9:50Speaker 1: jubilee in June. Buckingham Palace has said that she's planning
- 9:55Speaker 1: on attending most of the events, most of them but
- 9:58Speaker 1: not all of them, and they're not going to confirm
- 10:00Speaker 1: which event she's going to her until the day of.
- 10:03Speaker 1: That tells she was going to be a last minute
- 10:05Speaker 1: decision whether or not she is up to it. Hey,
- 10:09Speaker 1: we're sending you the best, the best, bitter sweet bitter sweets. Hey,
- 10:13Speaker 1: what's going on with Kelly Ripper? I love her real quick?
- 10:17Speaker 1: So I'm dog sitting. Why is it that dogs they
- 10:19Speaker 1: literally wait until the most inopportune time. We're in the
- 10:22Speaker 1: middle of requarding. She's like, let me go grab this
- 10:24Speaker 1: toy that all friends here. I heard a little squeak
- 10:28Speaker 1: and then I saw you give somebody a shop stare.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I'm glad to know it's a puppy and nobody else,
- 10:33Speaker 1: said Doddie. What's the dog's name? Her name is eleanor
- 10:37Speaker 1: she Hello Elena. It's a beautiful name and a beautiful puppy.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Carry on, eleanor squeak away. We're all friends on the
- 10:43Speaker 1: on the Naughty but Nice Show. What's going on with
- 10:45Speaker 1: Kelly Ripper, Well, Kelly Ripper. She says that she's really
- 10:48Speaker 1: bummed out by her COVID nineteen at diagnosis, and she
- 10:52Speaker 1: was talking to co host Ryan Seacrest and guest co
- 10:55Speaker 1: host Ali Wentworth, Uh And she was on the phone
- 10:58Speaker 1: with them and she was like, I feel fine mine.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Thank you for checking in, because I'm just irritated speaking
- 11:03Speaker 1: to Ali, who recently had COVID herself, because I'm sure
- 11:06Speaker 1: you know you could be just as careful as you want.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Somehow it found a way. I'm just really bond out.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I think disagrees. Yes, the virus isn't controlling our everyday
- 11:16Speaker 1: lives anymore, but we have to remember it's still there,
- 11:19Speaker 1: it's still exists, and we have to be careful. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I was bummed when I found out I had COVID.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I got it twice. I didn't even know I had
- 11:27Speaker 1: it the first time because thankfully I'm fully vaccinated. Had
- 11:30Speaker 1: I not been vaccinated, my doctor said I would have
- 11:32Speaker 1: definitely known that I had got it. And so I
- 11:35Speaker 1: used to be Alie Wentworth publicists. I've known Ali for forever.
- 11:38Speaker 1: She's really close with Kelly, and so I think they
- 11:40Speaker 1: had a really honest conversation, which is, you know, when
- 11:42Speaker 1: you try to do everything right, when you're so careful
- 11:45Speaker 1: and then you still get it, it's a real bummer.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Like for two years, I stopped seeing my friends, I
- 11:51Speaker 1: was washing my hands, I was wearing my mask, I
- 11:54Speaker 1: was trying not to go on public transportation, as not
- 11:57Speaker 1: going to restaurants, and then when I found out I
- 12:00Speaker 1: on it, I was like, oh, boma, So I definitely
- 12:02Speaker 1: know how she feels. Have you been diagnosed, Donnie, Did
- 12:05Speaker 1: you get it at all? And nothing? Nope? K these years,
- 12:09Speaker 1: still haven't got it. Amazing, amazing. We're sending you and
- 12:12Speaker 1: love Kelly, and we totally understand. As she said, it
- 12:15Speaker 1: is irritating. I'm told she's doing fine. She's staying home
- 12:20Speaker 1: to not spread it. But she doesn't feel too bad,
- 12:23Speaker 1: thank goodness. And it did sort of mess up her
- 12:25Speaker 1: mother day. She said that all the kids were out
- 12:28Speaker 1: of there like rats on a sinking ship, but they
- 12:31Speaker 1: all ran away from her and left her alone. Hey,
- 12:35Speaker 1: quickly before we got a break. Jeopardy fans are furious
- 12:40Speaker 1: at my own balick and that she's returning as the host.
- 12:43Speaker 1: So for the past couple of months, the duties of
- 12:45Speaker 1: hosting the show have been up to the former champion,
- 12:48Speaker 1: Ken Jennings. He's now announced that he's going to be
- 12:51Speaker 1: taken a few months off and my Ambalik is coming back,
- 12:53Speaker 1: And suddenly all the haters are coming out really angry
- 12:56Speaker 1: about this. They don't seem to want her to return.
- 13:00Speaker 1: They've been cruel about her way to hairstyle, her clothing,
- 13:03Speaker 1: and people are tweeting the four weeks with that Ken
- 13:06Speaker 1: is going to be terrible. They don't want her bag.
- 13:09Speaker 1: One person chimed in. They feel like the pace of
- 13:11Speaker 1: the game is off with that Ken. So this is
- 13:14Speaker 1: going on and on and on. I think the response
- 13:16Speaker 1: is awful and probably sexist. May I say too? But
- 13:19Speaker 1: I think big picture here, Jeopardy has to decide who's
- 13:22Speaker 1: the host. We want to know. I like my embolic
- 13:26Speaker 1: the most, but I totally understand people that like Ken Jennings.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Pick one, pick one of them will all come around slowly,
- 13:34Speaker 1: but surely this splitting. It worked at first, but now
- 13:38Speaker 1: I think we know they're the final two guys decide
- 13:42Speaker 1: who's going to be the host. What do you think, Tony? Oh? No,
- 13:45Speaker 1: People are creatures of habits. They like what they want
- 13:48Speaker 1: and they want to see the same face all the time.
- 13:51Speaker 1: It's why will the fortune has kept Pat say Jack
- 13:53Speaker 1: and being a wide around forever. They're not going anywhere
- 13:57Speaker 1: anytime soon. It's because people will show up and they
- 14:00Speaker 1: want to see people that they know and they trust
- 14:03Speaker 1: to do something. When you change it on, I'm it
- 14:05Speaker 1: just kind of weirds them out and weirds them out.
- 14:07Speaker 1: You get used to it, don't you. You really do. Hey,
- 14:10Speaker 1: but let's all be a little nicer. We don't have
- 14:12Speaker 1: to be so mean to miam. And let's hope they
- 14:16Speaker 1: decide who's going to be the host similar and then later, Hey,
- 14:18Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick break and we will be
- 14:20Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Nordy when our show,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I'm rub shooting with our dear friend Donny Mitchum. Hey, Donnie,
- 14:27Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. That so yes, that's so embarrassing.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I did not write down the pole and the results
- 14:34Speaker 1: of my little envelopes. I have cards while I'm doing
- 14:36Speaker 1: the show and so that I know what's going on,
- 14:38Speaker 1: So I forgot to do it. So yesterday we had
- 14:40Speaker 1: no poll, we had no result, But today we do
- 14:42Speaker 1: you eat talks about we asked you, Nick Jonas, I'm
- 14:45Speaker 1: pretty young. Garshop Bra are reflecting on their daughter's ruler
- 14:49Speaker 1: coaster health journey, some ups and downs. They're very surprising.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Our question was, are you surprised that they are talking
- 14:55Speaker 1: about this? Are you surprised that they're not continuing to
- 14:59Speaker 1: keep it private? Event center are shocked they thought that
- 15:02Speaker 1: this would be more private. They are very private couple.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's a difficult line because they're so famous, but yet
- 15:07Speaker 1: they want to be so private with their kids. I
- 15:09Speaker 1: think they're doing a beautiful job of walking it quite carefully.
- 15:11Speaker 1: What do you think, Donna, I'm going to be cynical here.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I think somehow somebody found out and it was going
- 15:17Speaker 1: to be released intil they jumped and got ahead of it.
- 15:20Speaker 1: That often happens when an outlet, When an outlet approaches
- 15:24Speaker 1: them and said that they're going to write about this,
- 15:27Speaker 1: they jumped the gun so that they tell you themselves.
- 15:30Speaker 1: You might be right, Hey, don't forget to vote on
- 15:32Speaker 1: today's Paul. Go to a Twitter page at Naughty Nice
- 15:34Speaker 1: Rob or at Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip. You
- 15:37Speaker 1: can leave a common there and be sure to check
- 15:39Speaker 1: back to morrow to hear your results, and now it's
- 15:43Speaker 1: time for a noisest of the day. Well, Camilica Beyo.
- 15:49Speaker 1: She's really opening up about her mental health struggles and
- 15:53Speaker 1: how she's discussing her supporter friendship with Selina Gomez, who
- 15:57Speaker 1: also is very open about her mental health struggles, kind
- 15:59Speaker 1: of help her throom. She says she feels farmer grounded
- 16:03Speaker 1: these days, but she still faces difficult moments. Last month,
- 16:07Speaker 1: she posted a photo of her on the beach and
- 16:09Speaker 1: people went crazy and they talked about her weight, and
- 16:12Speaker 1: so she basically clapped back and was like, look, guys,
- 16:15Speaker 1: we had got to stop, you know, dissing women's weight.
- 16:18Speaker 1: It really affects how they feel about themselves. Well, now
- 16:20Speaker 1: she's going to step further in a new interview talking
- 16:23Speaker 1: about how her friendship with Selena Gomez, how they're able
- 16:26Speaker 1: to really talk to each other about important life moment.
- 16:30Speaker 1: She says she is somebody that's always been so supportive,
- 16:32Speaker 1: a really great friend and a person with great values.
- 16:35Speaker 1: She's empathetic, loyal and honest. I love it, I love it,
- 16:39Speaker 1: I love it. I love hearing this about Selena Gomez.
- 16:42Speaker 1: I love Kamakabella has somebody in their lives. It's really
- 16:45Speaker 1: important to have that one friend that you can be
- 16:48Speaker 1: totally honest and pathetic, loyal with. I love this and
