- 0:09Good morning everyone. This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless. I'm very
- 0:14fortunate today to have a guest who I want to have you meet because he
- 0:20is the clinical director and really the representative for a company that has found a
- 0:27way to supplement with BIOHDH human growth hormone without using the injections, which many
- 0:35of you know have a plethora of side effects. And so let's first introduce
- 0:42Arden Ballard. And Arden, thank you for joining us today, and we
- 0:46are really happy to know that you can give us some alternatives to these injections,
- 0:52which actually are illegal unless you have a condition that justifies using growth horrmone.
- 1:00So let's start from the beginning. Our money. You tell us first
- 1:03who you are and how you got to where you are today. Well,
- 1:08thanks, Michelle, I'm so glad to be here. I know we've been
- 1:12trying to do this for a couple of months now, so I'm really excited
- 1:15about it. My name is Arden Ballard. I'm a physician assistant, certified
- 1:18athletic trainer and the clinical wholesale director for a company called Bioprotein Technology. And
- 1:23it's very simple what we do. We offer a nonsynthetic alternative to prescription human
- 1:29growth hormone. Right, so let's start and get the deep dive into what
- 1:34is human growth hormone because there are many people in the audience I know that
- 1:40have experimented, many of our athletes for sure, and even people like me
- 1:47who are always looking for the you know, the anti aging next generation of
- 1:53alternative protocols. And in my case, I also because I've broke my ankle,
- 2:00I want it. I wanted to find I do want to find ways
- 2:04to heal, and of course human grows hormone has that benefit. So tell
- 2:08us let's take a deep dive. First, Let's talk about human growth hormone
- 2:13and why is it the pros and cons. Let's shop with the pros.
- 2:16Yep. So, like you said, human growth hormone is a very key
- 2:22and very complex hormone that grows and develops humans. Right, So, as
- 2:29we age during puberty and whatnot, it helps us build our bones and our
- 2:32muscles. It helps accelerate our healing process. But after puberty, HGH pretty
- 2:38much stops being produced, right, one to two percent per year, sometimes
- 2:45buy as much as fifty percent by the time we hit our mid thirties.
- 2:49Right, Um, so I'll back up a little bit. I won't get
- 2:52too clinical on you, but HGH human growth hormone is developed in the anti
- 2:55repetuitary. It's not utilize as HDH until it is converted into the liver.
- 3:04It has to be converted into something called growth factors. And I like to
- 3:07equate growth factors to like keys to a hotel complex. Right, you're at
- 3:10a Hilton. There's five hundred rooms in the whole place. Right, A
- 3:14growth factor is a key to each door. And there's many different growth factors
- 3:17and they all do different stuff. Right. Insulin growth factor type one is
- 3:22a very common one that you hear about. But then there's also endothelial growth
- 3:24factor and vascular growth factor NERVE and etc. There's a ton of them.
- 3:30And so as we age, as we're taking these laps around the sun,
- 3:34we're not producing it as much anymore. So by the time you get your
- 3:37mid thirties, that's when most people start to say, hey, you know,
- 3:42I'm I'm I'm at leg day and it takes me three days to recover.
- 3:45I'm just really sore all the time. Or I don't have to drive
- 3:47anymore that I used to. My sex drive is down. I can't focus
- 3:51and concentrate as much. That could all be attributed to a lack of human
- 3:55growth hormone. So what we did is we gathered the formula that is the
- 4:02end result of human growth hormone, right, And so biopro is a collection
- 4:08of those growth factors in a little vial and it goes under the tongue.
- 4:12It's a sublingual application, so it's not an injection, so there's no needles,
- 4:17no risk of infection, all that stuff. It's absorbed under the tongue.
- 4:20He's there for ninety seconds and then you go about your day. That's
- 4:27the three minutes feel of it. Michelle. Yeah, let's okay. I'm
- 4:30gonna go back and back a little bit for it because I want to move
- 4:36into understanding what biopure which is produced by your company Bioprotein Technology, Right,
- 4:44Biopure is your product name and bio bio Biotechnology Bioprotein Technology is the corporate name.
- 4:51Is that the biopro plus is the name of the product, yes,
- 4:57Yes, and Bioprotein tact is the name of the company. Okay, okay,
- 5:00Just so everybody understands. So if you want to, we're going to
- 5:03talk later about how to find you on the Internet, but bioprotein plus would
- 5:09would be the product name, and if your website under bioprotein Technology or bioprotein
- 5:15Plus bioprotein tech dot com. Okay, bioprotein everybody, make a note of
- 5:21that because you're going to want to look them up eventually here after we have
- 5:25this conversation. Okay, So let me backtrack a little bit, Arden,
- 5:30because I would like to get deeper into human growth hormone and understand the reasons
- 5:36why you shouldn't take it versus why we should be looking at taking your product.
- 5:43So, so, first of all, my understanding with h GACH human
- 5:47growth hormone is, like I said earlier, that it is illegal in the
- 5:53United States unless you have a condition. And that condition would be what what
- 5:58would some of the reasons that you could get a prescription for h FIT Yep,
- 6:03and you you're you're absolutely right, and pretty much as an adult nowadays,
- 6:08um, you're not gonna get it. Uh it is excuse me,
- 6:14It is illegal pretty much for adults to get it unless they're under the license
- 6:16care of a physician, and usually what they're treating is some sort of development
- 6:20delay, physical development delay, um, you know, almost like a failure
- 6:25to thrive and young adults or teenagers or kids. Um, they're using it
- 6:30to bolster their skeletal muscle or skeletal growth and development. Um, if they're
- 6:35way off the curve. Um. Now, that wasn't always the case.
- 6:41It wasn't up until maybe ten years ago that HGH was prescribed freely, and
- 6:46it usually coincided with a TRT program UM, which has trust your own replacement
- 6:53therapy. Correct. Yes, So anybody who got testosterone got HDH. And
- 6:58you know why, it's that because those work hand in hand together. They
- 7:01have a symbiotic relationship and one needs the other to work more effectively. So
- 7:08Um, but you're right if you're if you're interested in the real or the
- 7:12synthetic HDH prescription. Nowadays, Um, if you get it, it's illegal
- 7:17and most people have to source it from other countries, which is in my
- 7:21opinion, really sketchy. Um, you don't know what you're getting. I've
- 7:25seen patients had their eye color change because they're getting it from cadavers um.
- 7:30And and really you know, with with with synthetic HDH are really all synthetic.
- 7:35Let's call them anabolics or anabolic steroids. Um. They're designed to not
- 7:42have any control over of your upper level of limits. Right, So I
- 7:46say this all the time. With biopro, we're gonna get you to one
- 7:48hundred percent, but we're never going to get you over that. We're never
- 7:50going to get you to one hundred and one hundred two percent. So if
- 7:55you're if you're taking exogenous synthetic HDH, there is no control over how much
- 8:01you're going to absorbit how much you're going to utilize. Number one, that's
- 8:03going to decrease your own natural production of HH, which means if you stop
- 8:07taking your supplement or your injections, then your body's not going to know what
- 8:11to do. It's not going to make it anything. That's a problem.
- 8:16The number two, I'm sorry to interact because that is always a problem even
- 8:22with bioagenical hormones. And this is something I always ask my doctor, you
- 8:26know, my endochnologist about It's like, okay, so if I take DHA,
- 8:31yes, it will help to improve the levels of DHA, but then
- 8:35my my adrenals might get lazy, just like the pituitary can get lazy.
- 8:41And then you don't want to make it yourself. Your body doesn't get a
- 8:45message. I don't need to make this anymore, even the little bit that
- 8:48you're still making as you get older. So I think you're making a really
- 8:52really good point here is that, you know, how do we deal with
- 8:56that? I mean, we don't want to make the body stop doing and
- 9:00it would normally do. Ye. You're absolutely right, You're absolutely right.
- 9:03That's why we introduce growth factors, which is more downstream, so we don't
- 9:09affect any upregulation of your hormone production. Right. And so even while you're
- 9:15taking biopro I've been on it now for two and a half years straight,
- 9:18you're not affecting your normal HDH output. And I can stop tomorrow and I
- 9:26would still maintain my normal production. Today's podcast is brought to you by Jametria
- 9:31Products. Jamitria is based in Carlsbad, California, and they manufacture ultra high
- 9:37quality dietary supplements using gi Qi technology. G as you probably know, is
- 9:46the energy that runs throughout our bodies and is the basis of Chinese medicine.
- 9:52Use the code ageless and get twenty percent off your order. I highly recommend
- 9:58Jametrio's products. I personally use the complete aminos, the heartcams, and the
- 10:05methusela life, which is an RNA and DNA subling will spray. The website
- 10:11to go to is www dot Mtria dot com slash g qi hyphen Technology and
- 10:22there you'll find out more about this fascinating company, their products and the technology.
- 10:28So what is what is a normal for Let's say fifty year old?
- 10:33What would be a normal? U? Well, I know you have to
- 10:35measure it indirectly, right ht h, because you measure it through the ig
- 10:41IgG that the blood test. It is measuring human growth hormone usually usually IGF
- 10:46one. Sorry, yeah, that's the one that's going to be more commonly
- 10:52found. Um. You know, I'll tell you that while it's steadily decreasing,
- 10:58um throughout throughout your life, and every year, you're going to be
- 11:03decreasing less of it naturally. UM. As a clinician, I don't really
- 11:07I don't really seek that out to understand your situation. Right. UM.
- 11:13What I mean by that is if I see a patient, they're they're complaining
- 11:16of these Andropaul's type symptoms, right you know, UM, you know a
- 11:18little bit awaking, lack of focus, uh, you know, tired,
- 11:22et cetera. UM, I'm not necessarily chasing that IGF one number. I'm
- 11:26more chasing their symptoms. And now with biopro um, I don't have to
- 11:31check their labs. I know what it's gonna do. I know that it's
- 11:37if I get their lab work. It's just land Yep, it's just a
- 11:39little something extra that we have, that subjective that we can talk about.
- 11:43Um. But the serium changes take about ninety days. Um, but you'll
- 11:46see an increase in IGF one. You'll see. We just had a patient
- 11:50in Utah who they sent us their pre and post labs of total testosterone.
- 11:56He had a five and a half fold increase, like a percent increase in
- 12:01total testosterone. He went from one seventy eight to ten sixty eight or something
- 12:05like that. It was insane. Whoa can it's in ten sixty eight at
- 12:09bit high or testosterone count? Yeah? Um, but you know he felt
- 12:15great and it wasn't affecting. His red blood cell count was fine, his
- 12:20raton levels, all of his iron, his oxygen transport, everything good.
- 12:22Um. And so yeah, my point is is that we're not we don't
- 12:28claim to be a testosterone raising company, but we know that growth factors from
- 12:33HDH will help utilize and optimize your testosterone production. So so going back to
- 12:41the question though, what is in the idea of one what would be a
- 12:46normal or a good count for HT eight that's not you know before you start
- 12:52taking your by a protein plus. Okay, So let's just say you go
- 12:54in for your poodcast and you see you know, and it's it's hard to
- 13:01directly it's hard to directly answer that because it changes for everybody. It depends
- 13:03on your age, and it depends so there's a normal age range. Um,
- 13:07so it it really just depends for everyone, and that normal value is
- 13:13going to change for every year of life. Yeah. Yeah, So I
- 13:16used a fifty year old just to give a benchmark because I know it does
- 13:20it is affected by age and all these other influences that we haven't even touched
- 13:24on yet. But but so so like I think, I think when I
- 13:30did mine it was one hundred and sixty. I don't know it's that good
- 13:33for a woman to have one hundred and sixty as a fifty year old.
- 13:37Yeah, well, yeah, I can say that. That's my point,
- 13:41right, because there's lots of that. So when I'm when I'm doing this
- 13:45with a patient, Um, I'll even have a chart out because their age,
- 13:50their gender, um there. There's a lot of environmental factors that I
- 13:52go into it. And so it's not just like a like a white blood
- 13:56cell count, right it's below free or over ten something like that. There's
- 14:01a lot of variables to it because it's decreasing, it's steadily changing. So
- 14:05a thirty year old's normal IGF one is going to be different than a sixty
- 14:07year old right. Oh of course, yeah, so I said one hundred
- 14:13and sixty. But then what caused me to start taking HDH? When I
- 14:18met you in December, I told you that I had had a very serious
- 14:24spiking accident, and so I had my blood work done in my HTA went
- 14:28from one sixty to one and fourteen, and I thought, wow, this
- 14:31is something's going on that you know. It got me scared and I wanted
- 14:37to do something about it. That's why I was drawn to your booths at
- 14:39the American Academy of Anti Aging, because I thought, you know, I
- 14:43don't want to I really don't want to take something that's artificial or synthetic if
- 14:48I don't have to. On the other hand, I know HDH works because
- 14:54I know a lot of people who have taken it, you know, or
- 14:56it works being able to look at Peyton Man, you know you obviously,
- 15:01and look at Lamb's armstrong, you know, athletes of course, Sylvester Stallone,
- 15:05you know, all of these people are well you know, it's well
- 15:11known fact that they are on anabolic steroids. Anyway, moving on, I
- 15:18don't want to dwell on that part. But so that's why I was,
- 15:20you know, drawn to you. And of course now I'm on your program
- 15:24and I wanted to talk about that in a few minutes. But because I
- 15:28know you said three months, so I'm only a month. I'm only six
- 15:31weeks into it, So I'm going to wait and go do some testing actis
- 15:35and see what happens. But in the meantime, you know, I always
- 15:39look for the natural ways to to increase, like we said, so we
- 15:45don't get lazy, the body doesn't get lazy. So in addition to your
- 15:50program, which is a subbling, well, like you said, and it
- 15:52will talk a little bit about what, why is the effications, why does
- 15:56it work? But just before we do that, tell me what you would
- 16:02help people to do in alongside of contemporaneously with your products. So that they're
- 16:08getting the most things for their buck. Yeah, there's a there's a lot
- 16:14to unpack there. Let me let me back up a little bit. Um,
- 16:15when we're talking about like the Staaloons of the world, or the Payton
- 16:19Mannings or these athletes or whatnot, I think a lot of more. I
- 16:23think a lot more people are on products that are optimizing hormone production and utilization
- 16:29then you could possibly imagine. But with today's technology and availability of information,
- 16:37you can safe more safely optimize it. And so what I would tell folks
- 16:41is, no matter what you do, make sure that you're in the hands
- 16:45of someone who's licensed and someone who knows what they're doing. If you do
- 16:49decide to go the synthetic route, right, don't just order this stuff off
- 16:53at Amazon or get it from Korea or something like that. Like, just
- 16:59be under the guidance of somebody who knows what they're talking about. Not to
- 17:02see bro science stuff that they learned on Reddit or something, right, but
- 17:04make sure that they they know legitimately what they're talking about. UM. In
- 17:11addition, you ask what U oh, second thing, I don't chase numbers.
- 17:14I really don't. UM, I don't care I don't. I don't
- 17:17care what your numbers say. I care about how you feel. I care
- 17:18about how you're sleeping. Um, I care about your you know, the
- 17:22change in your waistline. I care about how fast you can recover from a
- 17:29deadlift day. Right. That's that tells me a hell of a lot more
- 17:32than what you know, what your idea of one level is, for example,
- 17:37or what you're you know if your serum testass frum jumps two hundred points
- 17:40okay, great? Cool? How do you feel if you still feel like
- 17:42garbage? What we got more work to do? Um? Now to your
- 17:45question, um, what do you do while you take hgh? Right?
- 17:49Our our company is very famous for saying, look, we don't replace a
- 17:52pizza and cupcake diet. You know, we don't do the work for you,
- 17:56and none of them do. I would imagine most of your your listeners
- 18:00and your audience knows out already, right. Um. It's called a supplement
- 18:04just because I mean that, that's what it is. It's supplements your daily
- 18:07lifestyle. It supplements your your work ethic, and your and your goals.
- 18:11Right. Um, so along with a good you know, diet and exercise
- 18:18program whatever that is? Um, I tell folks just to not eat or
- 18:22drink after you take it for like ten minutes. You know you're gonna take
- 18:26it first thing as your as your feet at the floor in the morning,
- 18:27I keep mine on my nightstand, put it under my tongue, I go
- 18:32take my shower, wait for like ten or fifteen minutes, and then I
- 18:34brush my teeth and go about my day. What is the reason that you're
- 18:40not supposed to have liquids um within the fifteen minute time crame, So for
- 18:47the sublingual administration route, UM, I don't want anything to dilute or convolute
- 18:52what I'm trying to get absorbed under the tongue. Right, so you know
- 18:57you have a plethora of um blood vessels and means of absorption under the tongue.
- 19:03That's why DIP is so popular. Um. It's in fact, it's
- 19:07only second to um an ivy method of administration as far as efficacy of absorption,
- 19:14which is why we chose it. Right. Um, So, I
- 19:18don't want you to finish your your biopro swallow it and then a minute later
- 19:22you're down your watery yeah, and then it's just going down your into your
- 19:27stomach, And that's no good, correct, got it? So what about
- 19:32the the other supplements that you could be taking along with the the the biopro
- 19:38plus, what what other what other supplements would would help to uh the effectiveness
- 19:47of your product? Um. That's a tough one to answer, UM,
- 19:53mainly because everybody's gonna be a little different. UM. For example, I've
- 19:59had a lot of patient that have stopped other supplements and medications even because of
- 20:04their their switched to biopro. For example, there's one gentleman that comes to
- 20:07mind. He um, bad dude. He's a special forces reacher with military
- 20:15and whatnot and now works with our local police department. So he blows stuff
- 20:19up for a living, right, he would see four on doors and explodes
- 20:25and anyway, he was getting ocular seizures from all the concussive blasts that he's
- 20:30had over the years. He tried several different medications, started biopro, and
- 20:36within weeks he was off of all those other medications. He hadn't had an
- 20:38ocular seizure since, and he thought it was kind of a placebo for a
- 20:44little bit, so he stopped taking it and got two of them within a
- 20:48week and then went right back on it, and he hasn't had one sense,
- 20:51So you know I have I have plenty of stories like that. I
- 20:53have some people who have stopped antidepressants, people who stopped add medicines. Um.
- 21:03I have some people who have stopped taking like this protein and creatine um.
- 21:06But you can still take it. I mean I have people that are
- 21:07on TRT and take UM. I take biopro right, um. So it's
- 21:14an individualized question. I hate to say it depends, but I guess as
- 21:17a practitioner I say that a lot m because everybody's a little bit different,
- 21:21right, UM Me personally, I still take way protein. I still take
- 21:26creatine um, mainly because I like and it's been a habit of mine since
- 21:30I was you know, in college. Um what I got to archinine and
- 21:37ornithine and melotonin. What about I know melotonin also of courses made in the
- 21:42patuitary. So I was thinking this melotonin actually work along with your your bioprotein
- 21:52plus and and and stimulating the perituitary to produce more human growth form on.
- 21:57Yeah, it's funny you mentioned because our second flagship product is the PM counterpart
- 22:04to bioprone. It's called court to Sleep. Cort To Sleep has just two
- 22:08milligrams of melotonein in it, and it's used to kind of kick start the
- 22:11sleep process. But the entire purpose of Court to Sleep is to enable you
- 22:15to get more stage three in stage four sleep throughout your sleep cycle. Right,
- 22:21I call it getting eight hours of sleep and six As anybody who studies
- 22:26this stuff for five minutes, they understand that deep sleep is where your hormone
- 22:30production really starts to kick in. Right, That's when your pretuitary starts to
- 22:33spit out all these hormones bathing your tissues with these with these hormones and growth
- 22:38factors. So we developed a product that gets you to stage three in stage
- 22:44four sleep, rim sleep, which is where you dream and then deep sleep.
- 22:48You get there faster than your sleep cycle, and you stay there longer.
- 22:52I have folks that increase their RIM and deep sleep two hundred percent within
- 22:56the first forty eight hours of taking it. Which how do you measure that?
- 23:02UM? I use a little garment SLEEPTRACKERUM or you can use the ring,
- 23:07the or ring or the whoop trap or um. Nowadays it comes so
- 23:12far with being able to measure that quite accurately. UM. So you can
- 23:17just compare your previous data to it, and I noticed personally I had increase
- 23:22in my in my stage three in stage four sleep. So that's the delta
- 23:26right. Delta stage when you're in your rim rim is delta right. Alpha
- 23:33is when you're you're still awake, so or you're just heading into sleep,
- 23:38right, I think in beta? But is beta? I always forget beta
- 23:42sleep light sleep? Okay? Well, so okay, that when you bring
- 23:48up a very good point, because sleep is another one of those important collaterals
- 23:56that you can go along with improving your htah. So you know, you
- 24:00said diet, lifestyle, You know all that. You know, everybody who's
- 24:03ever done any kind of weight training or athletic training knows, uh, if
- 24:11they're going to be at their peak performance, they better have had a good
- 24:14night's sleep. And they also should be you know, eating the right foods
- 24:18we all know about you know which foods are going to be the most uh
- 24:22efficacious in terms of our peak performance. And of course that would mean no
- 24:30sugar or very little sugar, and no alcohol and of course lifestyle, no
- 24:34smoking, So nothing fun. Have you better just hang it all up.
- 24:40But you know, I mean, you can find a lot of good things
- 24:42in nutritious food because it makes you feel better, right, so you better
- 24:47than your attitude is going to improve and your performance is going to improve.
- 24:51But the thing that you just said, so so we have I'm just looking
- 24:56for measurements ways to know that you have benefited by taking on this challenge of
- 25:03doing something that's different than what you've done before. So so and comparing it
- 25:08to the traditional HDH, which is the least appealing because it is a synthetic
- 25:15and it has really serious side effects. That's the thing that always concerns me
- 25:21is what about do people just ignore all these side effects that that hh,
- 25:26you know, it's all in the science, so that's very scary. And
- 25:33you know the side effects are things like cancer, right and who whoever even
- 25:38wants to mention that as a possibility? That is one right, Yeah,
- 25:44a couple of I'll touch on that, um, a couple of studies.
- 25:49I would say that all of the IDF one studies out there use synthetic materials
- 25:55as a medium, right, Um, A lot of those studies are looking
- 25:59at these it's when they're pumping them up with tons of HDH because they're doing
- 26:04everything they can to get them back on to the Bell curve as far as
- 26:07growth and developments concerned, So they lose a lot of these guys to follow
- 26:11up. But I would say in general, the science is kind of mixed
- 26:17on it as far as does it produce you know, does it need cancer
- 26:22or does it not. I will say that because I think there needs to
- 26:29be more research in this area, because I think there's a big difference in
- 26:33pumping somebody up with a plethora of exogenists synthetic stuff and giving somebody something that's
- 26:38bioidentical, non synthetic, meant to optimize you, not to over optimize you.
- 26:45So I think there needs to be more studies on We're doing a couple
- 26:49right now. We have some in trials really just to prove what we've already
- 26:53what we've already known, what we've seen with all of our testimonies that we
- 26:56received. But I will say that there's a lot of growth factor research out
- 27:02there that shows that it lowers PSA, so lowers the risk of prostate cancer
- 27:06UM, and you know, helps with there's some cardio protected benefits, there's
- 27:11some nerve regeneration benefits. UM. It's interesting because you know, excuse me
- 27:17for interrupting you but you know that testosterone has the reputation of promoting higher PSA
- 27:26and prostate cancer. So how do you correlate the two of those and and
- 27:30and and make a conclusion? Well, that's been debunked typically, So that's
- 27:36that the whole testosterone causes prostate cancer thing has been bunked, right, Yeah,
- 27:41um, and we need Oh man, I can go on a soapbox
- 27:45on this, and I'm going to try not to. Um, just give
- 27:48us a you know, kind of a simple conclusion, because you know it's
- 27:51true. I always like my my viewers to know the truth. And yes,
- 27:55there is a lot of science that has not is fo E science.
- 28:00If you yea, if you look at you'll get say I will say this.
- 28:07So I graduated from PA school in twenty and ten and my mentor,
- 28:11the program director, he pulled this as all aside before we graduated, and
- 28:15he said, congratulate, congratulations, you're the smartest you will ever be in
- 28:19your life right now. And I thought about that a little bit, and
- 28:25I was a little taken off by what he said. But then you think
- 28:26about it, and it's kind of true because all of us go into our
- 28:30separate specialties and and you know, I'm not learning anything else about psychiatry unless
- 28:37I stick my head in that book myself and learn about it. Right.
- 28:41So I spent most of my career in orthopedics and urgent care, and now
- 28:45I run a medical aesthetics practice, and so I'm in the world of region
- 28:49and integrative medicine and aesthetics. But um, if I wanted to learn something
- 28:53about neurology, it's on me. So I bring this into the hormone discussion
- 29:00because if I brought this information to my primary care doctor per Se, God
- 29:03bless him. He's a great guy, but he's gonna tell me Arden,
- 29:07you can't start testosterone because it's gonna get caused cancer, right Blaken's statement,
- 29:15And anybody without a medical degree is going to say, Okay, well,
- 29:18he's got the white code. He knows what he's talking about. But that's
- 29:22not I mean, it's not the case. Right. And if the last
- 29:25three or four years have taught us anything about the medical communities, that you
- 29:27have to question everything, everything, You have to see what, you have
- 29:32to read studies, and then you have to see who paid for that study,
- 29:36and whose names are on that study, and who are they being paid
- 29:37by Okay, you remember a couple of years ago when there was a study
- 29:44that came out that demonized coconut oil and said, coconut oil it's gonna kill
- 29:48you, and it's gonna kill your family, and it's gonna, you know,
- 29:51rob you blind and blah blah blah. Well it was written by big
- 29:52agriculture. It was written by people who make seed oils, right, and
- 29:59it went away just as fast as it showed up. But for a while
- 30:02it was a big stink. But that's what I'm talking about. You have
- 30:04to you have to vet this stuff because the big agriculture they're just gonna be
- 30:10like, ah, you got me, you know, move on and there's
- 30:12no repercussions. I'm glad you said that about cooking it all because isn't I
- 30:17think coconut oil is a catalyst for UM improving your human growth hormone correct naturally?
- 30:25I mean, isn't isn't coconut is not? Is coconut oil a good
- 30:30UM nutritional addition to UM to improving your your In my opinion, it is,
- 30:38And I would use that over vegetable oil any day, so well for
- 30:42sure, but even for other reasons like your heart indeed, yeah, exactly.
- 30:49So tell me, is it is it possible for you to share with
- 30:53us what's in your product that makes it compelling? Well, if I teld
- 30:59you everything, I'd have to kill you, Michelle. I can't say everything.
- 31:02Don't want you not today anyway. But I will say this, our
- 31:07product is naturally and humanely source from another mammal. And that's all. I'll
- 31:11say. We got a ton of information. Um, we have thirteen different
- 31:15growth factors, we have amino acids, and you know, different variety of
- 31:19stuff. But you can check out on our website. In fact, all
- 31:22of our ingredients are on there. Um. And the beautiful thing is that
- 31:26it's all stuff that your body makes already. Right. But why is it
- 31:30that we can't talk about it on air if it's all public and on the
- 31:36website, Because I think some people just don't read and they want talk about
- 31:41whatever you want here. I'll even I'll even share my screen and give me
- 31:44a second, I'll pull it up. Okay, that would be perfect,
- 31:47and I'll show you. You know, I always take the philosophy that people
- 31:51are very busy and they want to know things now, and they don't want
- 31:56to you know, like add is uh Ram putting in our society, and
- 32:00so I just want people to be able to know, Okay, this is
- 32:04what this has, this is what I'm putting into my body, and this
- 32:07is why you know this is going to work for me? Are going to
- 32:10work, period, because it's worked for so many others and you and there
- 32:15is science behind it, right. So yeah, I mean we have in
- 32:20our in our manual, we have seventy five different articles related to growth factor
- 32:24technology and its benefits. So I looks like I can't share my screen.
- 32:30That's okay, Um, But like I said, thirteen different growth factors insulin
- 32:37like growth factor one and two. We have EPO, we have BMPs,
- 32:39we have epidermal growth growth factor, we have fiber brass growth factor GDF nine,
- 32:45nerve growth factor, pletely derived growth factor. There's vascular endo theory,
- 32:50the growth factor TGF alpha and beta, and I think there's like thirty nine
- 32:55different amino acids as well. How did you get to become part of this
- 33:02company and what was its history before you got there? Oh? This is
- 33:06fun, this is a fun question. I like this. So, like
- 33:09I said, I own a medical spa in Southeast Louisiana, and I was
- 33:15looking for products to start selling as a retail and I just so happened to
- 33:21be going under for a shoulder surgery a couple of weeks in advance, and
- 33:27I reached out to the owner of the owner reached out to me. We
- 33:29got together and he heard about my shoulder surgery and he said, Hey,
- 33:32I'm going to send you some product. Why don't you try it out?
- 33:36And so I did. Took it every day, and it was about six
- 33:40weeks later. I went to my one month follow up for my shoulder surgery
- 33:45and my shirt. My surgeon said it was the fastest recovery he has ever
- 33:47seen. He was blown away, And at that point I was kind of
- 33:51a believer. I already felt really good and I had full range of motion.
- 33:54I didn't take any pain medication or anything like that, and I was
- 33:59out of the slang. And at that point I became a distributor of Biopro
- 34:07and was just singing its phrases and couldn't get enough of it. The owner
- 34:09and I kept in touch and loved it so much he eventually offered me a
- 34:16job and I said, hell, yeah, I'll come work for you.
- 34:20So here I am so I manage all the providers accounts across the world.
- 34:24Any medical professional who wants to sell biopro out of their office, they come
- 34:28through me and what is what's the feedback that you've had from your customers and
- 34:34then of course indirectly from their their customer clients or their patients. It's been
- 34:38wild, it's been really cool. The results are definitely repeatable. The most
- 34:45common thing that I hear is I'm I'm able to get a better workout in
- 34:51and I'm able to recover faster. Also, I have a lot of a
- 34:55rectial dysfunction patients that reach out to me and say it that was, you
- 35:00know, eradicated. Basically they get a tremendous improvement. And that's really quick
- 35:05too, like usually three to five days after they start it UM they start
- 35:09to get benefit from it. Um is there is there nitric oxide in the
- 35:15solution. No nitric oxide, but there is vascular UH and endothelia growth factors
- 35:20which helped dilate promote blood growth and whatnot. UM and what is it a
- 35:27platelet derived so PDGF. That's gonna help with the wound repair and blood vessel
- 35:30repairs. So that's gonna help as well. And so they on chestostrum replacement
- 35:37when they have that improvement. Some of them are, but some of them
- 35:40aren't. UM. You know, I'm not, and I would say that
- 35:45I got this is a great result. So it's a great standalone product.
- 35:49I want people to know that you don't have to be on t R t
- 35:52UM to get the benefit from this UM. It'll it'll still work great for
- 35:57you if you're not on that stuff. Mhm, right sore. Where are
- 36:01you going from here? Where is the products? What's the next generation?
- 36:07Is there research going on now to do even more than you've been already done?
- 36:14You know, any breakthroughs that you want to share with us that we
- 36:16should be aware of that we'll have new product technology. Yeah, so it's
- 36:22an exciting time for us. We like I said earlier, we have a
- 36:23couple of studies that are in the works. They're being worked up in Tampa.
- 36:30I have a couple of orthopedic surgeons who are doing some trials with carpal
- 36:34tunnel and with repairs. So they're starting patients on IT prep and continuing them
- 36:40through their acute recovery phase, and we're documenting and collecting data on how fast
- 36:45they're recovering. I'm working on a couple of scenarios to give it covered under
- 36:52some workmen's compensation insurances. I can already get it covered through your health savings
- 37:00accounts if you have an HSA, we can work on that. UM.
- 37:04So lots of lots of moving and shaking going on on the UM on the
- 37:08medical side, and then our directed consumer sales is just through the roof.
- 37:12UM, it's been an amazing quarter for us. So we're very pleased.
- 37:15What do you think it's the reason for that. I think the words finally
- 37:20getting out UM. You know, as as a small company, it's it's
- 37:23uh, it just takes that time, right and it takes the right avenues
- 37:28and UM getting in front of the right people. And I think we're finally
- 37:30starting to do that. So when you say the right people that, what
- 37:36would you say is your what? What is your who is your target market?
- 37:39Would you say? So? Interestingly enough, combat sports and Brazilian jiu
- 37:45jitsu athletes that's really blown up for us. UM, it's been wild.
- 37:51So people that are you know, competing or UM training for MMA or jiu
- 37:55jitsu tournaments. UM, they seem to love ours and it's been wild to
- 38:02see the growth that we've had in that in that realm um. But you
- 38:07know, fortunately we're we still have our tried and true direct to consumer sales
- 38:13from the general population and our providers too, so you know providers are collecting
- 38:20us as inventory and selling it to their general patients as well. Well.
- 38:23I do want to take a moment because you have been so generous to incentivize
- 38:29our viewers and listeners today. Um, so let's talk for a moment about
- 38:35how we should encourage people to to try biopro Plus and what is the best
- 38:40modality to do that. You said three months, So I know you have
- 38:45one offer out that you want to talk about, which is to buy three
- 38:49months of supply and get the fourth months free, right, so let me
- 38:53let you you describe that and then they discount that you're going to offer for
- 38:59our viewers. Correct. Yeah, so that's a standing, um, a
- 39:04standing discount on our website. Um, we know how it is to try
- 39:07to track us down every month, and you don't want to order every month,
- 39:10so buying in bulk really saves you a ton of money. So we
- 39:14have a buy three, get one free option on our website. It's live
- 39:16now and it is every day saves you about one hundred bucks a month,
- 39:21and that'll shift directly to your door in two days. And then for our
- 39:25show here today, we're going to do a thirty dollars coupon. So if
- 39:29you want to try one month, you get eight use your code ageless and
- 39:34that'll save you thirty bucks off your order and you can try it out and
- 39:37get started and go to that website or is there a phone number that people
- 39:44should call you to order? Which which is the the most efficient way?
- 39:50The website is by far the most efficient way. That way, you can
- 39:53order a two in the morning. You don't have to wait on me to
- 39:55answer the phone. Bioproteintech dot com and it's all um. Start to finish
- 40:02there, and we'll put that on our website too. We have a Michelle
- 40:07recommends where a link that we actually are going to reactivate so that people can
- 40:13go to our website and they'll see what each of our guests is offering.
- 40:19Because every guest is always so willing and generous to encourage our viewers to be
- 40:27able to experiment. And you know, at least with some consideration for the
- 40:32risk to some people, you know, don't they don't want to take that
- 40:37big toe in the water first step if they of course, catch is king,
- 40:42particularly these days. Right. So, so the retail is two or
- 40:46three hundred dollars, and you'll get thirty dollars off of your first one,
- 40:51but you're probably better off buying the thirty dollars on one, but getting three
- 40:58four, right, getting the three thirty dollars off of the nine hundred dollars
- 41:02that you'd be investing, and then you'll get one month free, so you'll
- 41:07have four months. And then what about the cancelation policy? How what if
- 41:12somebody doesn't resonate? How do they deal with that? If they've made the
- 41:16investment of nine hundred dollars or nine hundred actually being nine hundred minus thirty,
- 41:22right, So if they make that order in both, they're gonna get everything
- 41:27all at once. We don't hold people, you know, hostage. We
- 41:31don't do any type of commitments or anything like that. So you want to
- 41:37buy, don't buy it, and you don't buy it. But it is
- 41:39an auto ship. So they get one a month, or do they get
- 41:43the whole thing? They get the whole four months. They're gonna get the
- 41:45entire package at once. Okay. So if they get the four months and
- 41:49I'm just you know, looking at it as a consumer. Okay, if
- 41:52you get the four months and then you start your first month and oh my
- 41:54gosh, I don't like this, it doesn't agree with me. Then can
- 41:58they call contact you and get the entire shipment returned? Or how do you
- 42:02deal with cancelation? I'll tell you this, UM, that doesn't happen,
- 42:07UM, but you can. You can certainly call us. UM. You
- 42:12certainly call us, But I'm kind of at a loss for words because it
- 42:15really doesn't I love hearing that. But you know, I'm always thinking watching
- 42:19out for people of yeah, call us, we'll take care of you.
- 42:23UM. I'm not. I'm very confident in what we do and what we
- 42:28offer. So if if that, for some reason happens to you, I'll
- 42:30tell you this. The only people that I see, and I've seen maybe
- 42:34two UM of the millions of vials that we have sold since two thousand and
- 42:38nine. UM, if someone had some sort of you know, pituitary adnenoma
- 42:45or something that causes their pituitary to be really wonky UM and they're overproducing UM,
- 42:52then they don't get the result from bioproblem, but that, like I
- 42:55said, that's super rare. Um. You know, as clinicians, we
- 43:00test for it, but we don't find it very often. So um,
- 43:04like I said, if you have problems, you call me. Can you
- 43:07take your product and still do a like one injection a week of HDH if
- 43:12you already had some of that and you wanted to not waste the nine hundred
- 43:16dollars a month or whatever it is. But can you Is it okay to
- 43:21take a small let's say three millimeters or whatever that you know, the smallest
- 43:25dosages of HDH in jetable at the same time as using your product. I
- 43:34would. I don't want you to feel uncomfortable about it, I would say,
- 43:38yeah, because we don't affect any We're not affecting your pituitary production.
- 43:43Right. Um. Whatever you don't use from us, you're just going to
- 43:46excrete out. Um. I would say to I don't think that's the best
- 43:52idea personally. Um, but I'm not your clinician, right, So I
- 43:57would. I would have that discussion with whoever is legally describing you this HGH
- 44:01and uh because because all of your all of your clientele who are on HDH
- 44:08or on it for a legal reason, right, They're not sourcing it from
- 44:12Mexico, right, Right, And they have a doctor that's prescribing it that
- 44:16right, aware of their health conditions. Right. And I'm joking, I'm
- 44:22I'm joking. I'm kidding, right, But it's because HDH works. I
- 44:25mean, I'm not going to sit here and deny it. It does work,
- 44:28um, but we're offering a safer alternative that's cheaper ultimately and with less
- 44:35with zero side effects. Yeah, and having done it for six weeks,
- 44:38I can tell you it is so streamlined. I mean the first thing you
- 44:44do is just to have it. The first thing you do in the morning
- 44:46is you just take it. Ninety seconds I set the timer and ninety seconds
- 44:51later swallowed it and that's it. You don't have just think about it for
- 44:53any you know, no more, no more supplementation all day. So it
- 44:58makes it very easy. Yeah. And I can tell you that I've been
- 45:00doing the biostrap because I at the show at the American Academy of Anti Aging,
- 45:07I met with Patrick Porter, who is the CEO of brain Tap and
- 45:15and brain Tap and Biostrap do a collaborative thing where you put the watch on
- 45:20like what you said you were doing to monitor your sleep. So so Patrick
- 45:27is going to be a guest on my podcast next week, and you should
- 45:30watch that eventually because I think it really does dovetail into what you're The two
- 45:36of you are SYMBI audit because I always would you say, oh, yeah,
- 45:39my sleep is great, but I wondered if I was really sleeping at
- 45:44RM and how you know, how deeply. So we did a measurement and
- 45:47I was now six weeks into your program, and he said, my sleep
- 45:52was amazing. He said, you are getting into rem sleep. You were
- 45:57there for like seven or eight hours, and you know, gave me all
- 46:00the things to look for. And I know that has to do with with
- 46:05bio with your product, because I don't think I ever have slept as deeply
- 46:10as I mean, and I think, well, but I think this is
- 46:14going to a whole other level. So I would encourage people and and I
- 46:19do take the melotonin too if I wake up in the middle, and I'll
- 46:22just take that one little sublingual and that combined with your with your product,
- 46:29I think is really what has made the big change. That's why I asked
- 46:32you earlier about melotonin, because it just you know, seems to me you're
- 46:37both coming from the pituitary. Is that really a reason that they work together
- 46:43synergistically? Um? Because but you're saying your product doesn't really come from the
- 46:50pituitary. I mean, it's not affecting the pituitary. It is not.
- 46:52No m neither cor to sleep nor biopro affect anything upstream. Um, you
- 47:00introduce. What we're introducing is further downstream than that, So it doesn't.
- 47:05Um, yeah, I meant to ask you when you were talking about so,
- 47:09so would you do those two together corteously? Like if you do,
- 47:14so you take that at night the same way you take the bio pro in
- 47:17the morning. Correct, Yeah, so courtesy if you take it about fifteen
- 47:22or so minutes before you're intended sleep time, right and it's night night,
- 47:27you're out. Okay, So so when you get that, Um, what
- 47:32what is that going to also be? Thirty dollars off that box? First
- 47:37box? Now the Courtersleep is ninety nine ninety nine normally Oh yeah, oh
- 47:43that's a lot less. Yes, And we're doing we're doing completely different stuff
- 47:47here, right, Um. Yeah, No, I was We're focused on
- 47:52your your you know, HDH replacement that's but because you brought it up earlier
- 47:58and I completely forgot it about the Courtious Sleep, I just wondered if people
- 48:01who are have trouble sleeping would want to get that product as well along with
- 48:07your highly recommended highly recommended because just like HGH has a symbiotic relationship with testosterone
- 48:17growth, hormone or hormone utilization and optimization as a whole, as a symbiotic
- 48:22relationship with that deep sleep. So the deeper sleep you get, the more
- 48:25the more optimized your body will be to receive and use any hormones. So
- 48:31even if you're not using our supplements, right, if you're not using anything
- 48:35of ours, but you're you're on the TRT or HRT route, you need
- 48:38to get deep sleep. And if you're not, if you're like me and
- 48:40you have a baby girl upstairs who's a year old screaming at three in the
- 48:44morning, right, you bet you better be getting a deep sleep somewhere.
- 48:49I read that in your bio that you have three three little ones that you
- 48:52chase around, so you do need to get your sleep. And also you
- 48:55travel, You travel a lot, right I do? Yeah? Two baby
- 49:01boys and a baby girl. Wow, I hope your wife. I hope
- 49:07your wife is on this program too. Yeah, but if she took the
- 49:13court to sleep, then she wouldn't be waking up for those little ones.
- 49:15So that would be a difficult challenge. It. No, it's a it's
- 49:20a battle as to how many people, how many shrugs can we give each
- 49:22other in the middle of the night. I shoulder wake up thing you sometimes.
- 49:27So. So should we expect any new products, um, you said
- 49:30to her, true studies going on now? So? Or are we looking
- 49:34for something through that we should all be aware of? I would say the
- 49:38studies are more to confirm what we know to be true already. UM.
- 49:44We're just putting We're putting the white paper to it, um to make those
- 49:49claims right. So we have some exciting stuff coming up, but I can't
- 49:52say anything about it, UM. But I'm I'm excited to be a part
- 49:55of a company that continues to grow and flourish UM and really really change people's
- 50:00lives. UM. You know the stories and the testimonies that we get.
- 50:05We have a very active and engaged Instagram community, UM, and this community
- 50:12will send us, They send us all the time, They send us their
- 50:14lab, their lab results or their testimonies, or somebody's girlfriend will get up
- 50:17and say, hey, I can't believe what I'm seeing in my in my
- 50:21husband or my boyfriend. Right, it's really cool and really heart mooring to
- 50:25be part of something that is truly working, um in a in a world
- 50:31full of not working stuff. You know, that's a that is a really
- 50:37big statement you just made because people are very very jaded about, you know,
- 50:45getting buying product it doesn't work, and when a product works, that's
- 50:50gold. And it is the company going to go public or is it a
- 50:53private privately held? I don't think we have any intentions ongoing public. I
- 51:00think we like it just the way it is very good. Well, I
- 51:04think we probably Well we have five one minutes, so let's just talk a
- 51:07little bit more about something that I wanted to know about you because I saw
- 51:13in your bio that you're doing the aesthetic I mean I didn't realize you had
- 51:16a SPA. But talk a little bit about the aesthetic symes. You know.
- 51:21I want to change the subject because I know that many people are interested.
- 51:24What do you talking about products that don't work? World is full of
- 51:31products? Oh yeah, yeah, So what can you give us like a
- 51:37quick thumbnail of what what to do to improve skin quality if you're if that's
- 51:43one of your goals. Yeah, so yeah, it's funny you mentioned because
- 51:47as I started diving into this world a little bit more growth factors are used
- 51:52in serums and whatnot to help thick in your dermal layer and smooth out your
- 51:58skin texture. And I think they're some merit to it. There's some companies
- 52:00out there who use some really innovative products that will help your skin texture and
- 52:06appearance. And I'm all for that stuff, right. I think, even
- 52:12before you step foot into my office, from an aesthetics perspective, do the
- 52:15things that you can control, right, make sure you're getting enough water,
- 52:20make sure you're sleeping well, make sure you're exercising, make sure that you're
- 52:22And that doesn't mean, you know, you have to be ten percent body
- 52:28fat or five percent body fat or whatever, right you be you, but
- 52:31be in the habit of producing the best version of yourself. And and then
- 52:38you know, at least in my practice, I sit down everybody first,
- 52:43and I treat I treat people like you're my sister or my brother, and
- 52:45I say, hey, look, what do you want Like what's your goal?
- 52:49And my goal from an aesthetics perspective is to take the person that they
- 52:53are between their ears and have them be able to express that person outwardly.
- 53:00Whether that involves skin text or repair with lasers or micro needling or chemical pills,
- 53:05or we're adding stuff like pedio threads or filler. You know, my
- 53:10job is just to help them live outwardly who they feel they are inward.
- 53:15Yeah. Perfect. You know, it was just watching a podcast the other
- 53:19day with a plastic surgeon who I forgot his name, but he's apparently done
- 53:24a lot of research about what are the old the plastic surgery techniques that are
- 53:30no longer effective that there's so much new technology, and of course many people
- 53:37don't want to go under the knife, so having lasers and fillers and all
- 53:40that, of course are other, you know, very very very positive for
- 53:45people, particularly busy people who you know don't want to go to the extent
- 53:51of a surgery. So can you share with us a couple of products that
- 53:57endothelial ones particularly these I here all the time about um epidermal growth factors And
- 54:05is there a company that you like that you know is efficacious that it does
- 54:09help to resurface the skin tough epidermal growth factor. So you don't mind,
- 54:15no, of course, So I work with zero Skincare UM. They're my
- 54:20They're my primary UM pharmaceutical great skincare line, UM the letter Z, the
- 54:24letter O. UM. You have to buy their stuff through a license provider's
- 54:30office UMS registers to sell their products. They have a growth factor serum um
- 54:37that even I use, and I'm I'm notorious for being like a bar soap
- 54:42clean my face guy. And now my wife beats me if I if I
- 54:45don't use the products. So I've gotten into the habit of taking better care
- 54:50of my skin. UM. And this growth factor serum it smells good,
- 54:53it feels good, and it works. UM. So can people contact you
- 54:59if this is different than bio protein you know bioprotein technology. But can people
- 55:05contact you at a number there if they want to order that product? Yeah?
- 55:09Products, yep. I'll make sure to give you a link that they
- 55:13can um. Oh great that they can look up all of my all my
- 55:17relative information sites and they can buy ZEO from a link in the description that
- 55:22I'll give you. UM, okay, and then cut me in. I
- 55:28want to be one of your your your victims. So you got it,
- 55:31you got it? Um. And then the name of the company is Rediscover
- 55:35Aesthetics. Um, so one word. You can check out the website.
- 55:38Yeah. So you you're wearing several hats. Right, you have a multi
- 55:42varied life life challenge going on. You have that, and then you have
- 55:46your training company too, right do Yeah? How do you? How do
- 55:52you sleep? Um? I sleep a lot better with biopro and court sleep,
- 55:57that's for sure. Um, I get it in I'm I'm juggling like
- 56:00sixteen chainsaws right now. But you know I wouldn't have it any other way.
- 56:05Yeah. Well, I'm so proud to have met you, and please
- 56:08that we prospect. But you know, there are no accidents in life,
- 56:12right, So I feel like there was an immediate chemistry when we met,
- 56:16and now even today, I feel even more attracted to you because you've got
- 56:23you have so much knowledge and you're so grounded in your approach. You know,
- 56:29there is so many people make a lot of promises and then you know
- 56:31they overpromise and underdeliver, and you I feel like it's the opposite that you
- 56:37under promise but overdeliver, and you're not a salesperson even though you are,
- 56:42you're not acting. You know, you don't have you don't need to because
- 56:45you have the you have the product behind you, the products behind you that
- 56:52they speak for themselves. So so all right, well, I think we've
- 56:57run out of time, but I'd like our viewer is to know again that
- 57:01they can order your product if they like, and obviously get in with the
- 57:06in crowd, because there are a lot of people that are using biopro and
- 57:13having incredibly great results. And I'm going to be reporting back in another six
- 57:17weeks. I'll be getting back to you to give you my feedback. And
- 57:23so I mean, it's hard for me to judge me because I'm always so
- 57:27energetic and so it's you know, excited about life, and so I don't
- 57:31and I sleep well and you know so, and I have no health knock
- 57:36on, no health issues. So however, I think I'm a good product,
- 57:40a good spokesperson for you in the sense that you're starting at a higher
- 57:45level of fine tuning. And if you can get that even more fine tune
- 57:50to all all, the all the better. Right, So I think I
- 57:53can be you know, a good a good measure for let's say, an
- 58:01already healthy person that wants to get always wants to get healthier or no more.
- 58:07It's the journey of life, right, is the discovery of more.
- 58:10Knowledge is power. You're right, and you know I want to know about
- 58:15your journey, and I'm just glad I can help people. You know,
- 58:17I'm finally out of the corporate medical world and now I feel like my journey
- 58:22with helping people is just starting. And the more one on one type of
- 58:27saying yeah, well, I just want our viewers to know that today Arden
- 58:32is the first person that is actually going to be live on Muscle and Fitness.
- 58:38So we are now very honored to be a part of a magazine that
- 58:44now is going digital lector I think forty or fifty years of being the leading
- 58:49magazine for fitness, right shape and Muscle and Fitness. And thanks to doctor
- 58:57Robert Goldman, he invited who invited me to become one of their inaugural They
- 59:01only invited twenty people podcasts and blogs and Arden and I, by the way,
- 59:08I wrote a blog together. Mostly it was art, but I added
- 59:12my two cents words so you'll see the blog. So if you can go
- 59:15on Muscle and Fitness, their link is Muscle and Fitness Plus because the magazine
- 59:22still has their site, but if you go on Muscle and Fitness Plus,
- 59:25you'll see anti aging and be the category that ageless in time, missus under
