- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Hi, Hello, how you darn Happy Thursday? No Ricky Sanchez today,
- 0:09Speaker 2: but Kevin Manow has us three things you need to know.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Thank you, Zach. I appreciate that, buddy.
- 0:13Speaker 4: If you're looking for something fun and festive to do
- 0:15Speaker 4: with the fam, I've got just the thing. The Nashville
- 0:18Speaker 4: Holiday Market opens tonight. It runs through Sunday. It's a
- 0:21Speaker 4: Walk of Fame Park.
- 0:22Speaker 3: It's the best.
- 0:23Speaker 4: There's a ton of local artisans out there, holiday crafts,
- 0:26Speaker 4: seasonal food and drinks, and entertainment. It starts at four
- 0:29Speaker 4: pm with a tree lighting happening at six. You can
- 0:33Speaker 4: park for free at Nissan Stadium lot are I know
- 0:35Speaker 4: Sam is going to be out there on Saturday, which
- 0:37Speaker 4: is super cool. He'll be there from one to four.
- 0:39Speaker 4: He's a very busy man, so his time is limited.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Again. It all starts tonight and it runs through Sunday.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Variety just announced the lineup for season twenty three of
- 0:48Speaker 4: their Actors on Actors series. This is when they put
- 0:51Speaker 4: two big stars together for a candid chet. Some of
- 0:54Speaker 4: the pairings of time include Jennifer Lawrence and Leonardo DiCaprio,
- 0:59Speaker 4: Adam Sandler, Ariana Grande, Dwayne the Rock Johnson talking to
- 1:02Speaker 4: Brendan Fraser, Hugh Jackman with Cynthia Rivo.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Should be cool.
- 1:05Speaker 4: They'll start releasing these tomorrow. One conversation will premiere each
- 1:09Speaker 4: day for thirteen straight days.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Lastly, here, according to a.
- 1:12Speaker 4: New study, the average child's allowance is now fifty.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Two dollars a month.
- 1:17Speaker 4: That's roughly fourteen dollars a week. I had the same reaction,
- 1:21Speaker 4: z Thatch. If a factor in inflation, that would have
- 1:24Speaker 4: been about twenty two dollars a month in nineteen ninety two.
- 1:26Speaker 4: So things are changing, and there are a lot of
- 1:29Speaker 4: things to think about here, the child's age, the amount
- 1:32Speaker 4: of chores of course, how tight money is in the house.
- 1:35Speaker 3: I will say this is something positive.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Those sixty one percent of parents in this survey said
- 1:40Speaker 4: that their kids are more financially responsible than they were
- 1:43Speaker 4: at that age.
- 1:44Speaker 3: So kids are getting better with money.
- 1:46Speaker 5: I guess, okay, that's good to hear.
- 1:48Speaker 4: Also, while fifty six percent of parents still physically give cash,
- 1:51Speaker 4: a lot of others these days are using digital payment
- 1:54Speaker 4: apps and like preloaded debit cards and stuff.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Which we don't do that in my house.
- 1:58Speaker 4: My kids are nine and seven, but My wife and
- 1:59Speaker 4: I have talked about the preloaded debit cards.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I feel like that is kind of the way to go.
- 2:03Speaker 2: My mom used to always just say, I pay for
- 2:05Speaker 2: the roof of your head, you don't need an allowance.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean there's something to that as well. There
- 2:11Speaker 4: you go, three things you now know. Just starting things
- 2:13Speaker 4: up on this Thursday morning. Thank you for being here,
- 2:16Speaker 4: starting your day with us. We're playing pick your Package.
- 2:18Speaker 4: In about ten minutes, we'll ask you to call to
- 2:21Speaker 4: play the game on the river.
- 2:24Speaker 6: Pick your package on.
- 2:28Speaker 3: It's time to play the game.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Pick your package. We're saying good morning to Laurie and
- 2:31Speaker 4: Murphy's Borough.
- 2:32Speaker 3: How are you, Lourie?
- 2:34Speaker 7: I'm holding card.
- 2:36Speaker 5: I feel that.
- 2:38Speaker 3: I think a lot of people can relate to that.
- 2:39Speaker 3: This morning. What's your day? Look like you on your
- 2:42Speaker 3: way to work?
- 2:42Speaker 5: I am tell us what you do?
- 2:44Speaker 3: Laurie.
- 2:45Speaker 7: Oh, Kevin's favorite job the United States Coastal Service.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Laurie's a male lady. Yeah, we've talked about this. Yes,
- 2:54Speaker 3: so man, I feel now.
- 2:55Speaker 7: You're delivering bills and Christmas this.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Time of year, you guys have your hands full.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Huh.
- 3:00Speaker 7: Absolutely?
- 3:01Speaker 4: Do people like the little gifts out for you or anything.
- 3:04Speaker 4: What do we what can we urge people to do
- 3:06Speaker 4: for you?
- 3:06Speaker 7: Cookies, cookies, candy, gift cards, all the things.
- 3:11Speaker 3: We love it all, leave it all up.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I love that she started with cookies, Like the way
- 3:15Speaker 2: to Laurie's heart is clearly cookies.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Unfortunately, Laurie, we don't have any cookies under this tree
- 3:20Speaker 4: in here, but you are playing pick your package. Hopefully
- 3:23Speaker 4: you're caught up on what numbers have been chosen already,
- 3:25Speaker 4: But now we need.
- 3:26Speaker 3: From you a number, a number between one and thirty two.
- 3:29Speaker 7: Hey, let's start with.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Twenty twenty, all right. Zach is getting that from under
- 3:35Speaker 3: the tree, ripping it out.
- 3:37Speaker 5: Oh, Laurie, you got a Taylor Swift merch pack.
- 3:44Speaker 7: Okay you I love her?
- 3:47Speaker 6: Yeah, I do.
- 3:48Speaker 7: I love her?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Uh not what I was going for that, So.
- 3:52Speaker 8: I'm going to put it back.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Hey, that's part of this game. You know. That's a
- 3:55Speaker 3: good one.
- 3:55Speaker 4: But you're all the dice here, So we're going to
- 3:57Speaker 4: put that back and let you pick another number.
- 4:00Speaker 7: Okay, got some tom between twenty one and twenty nine, uh,
- 4:06Speaker 7: specially twenty one.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Okay, twenty one.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Zach is getting it.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Oh, I think you're gonna love this Lourie. You got
- 4:13Speaker 2: tickets to go see Dimmy Levado in concert.
- 4:16Speaker 8: Nice ye, thank you, that's awesome.
- 4:20Speaker 3: That's great. Congratulations you're going to see DEMI very cool.
- 4:23Speaker 4: We'll throw in a cookie for you too, how about that, Kevin, Yes.
- 4:28Speaker 7: Thank you, I expect that cookie.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Thanks for doing what you're doing out there. Thank you
- 4:32Speaker 4: for listening here and have fun at that show.
- 4:35Speaker 7: Awesome.
- 4:35Speaker 5: Thank you, guys, You're welcome. Hang on the line for me.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Love, good to talk to you.
- 4:39Speaker 6: Lord.
- 4:39Speaker 4: We're playing again at nine to twenty this morning, and
- 4:42Speaker 4: now we know if you're keeping track at home, number
- 4:44Speaker 4: twenty if you want it, Taylor Swift merch pack.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Yeah, number twenty one is out from Underneath the TREESA
- 4:50Speaker 2: don't pick that number.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Oh, and be here at.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Nine to twenty Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Jack permission to be vululnerable and open up about something
- 5:01Speaker 4: embarrassing that happened.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Do what you gotta do, keV.
- 5:04Speaker 3: I need you to not laugh at me when I
- 5:06Speaker 3: tell you what happened to me.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Okay, there are no promises, but I'll try my back
- 5:09Speaker 2: write it.
- 5:10Speaker 4: For this song something happened to Me Yesterday in my
- 5:13Speaker 4: favorite place on Earth and uh, the grocery store.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Yeah, it was real, Kevin, I'll tell you right after.
- 5:19Speaker 9: This song on the Earth wake up happy with the
- 5:22Speaker 9: Ricky Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 5:26Speaker 8: Jack.
- 5:27Speaker 4: I mentioned a second ago that something embarrassing happened to
- 5:29Speaker 4: me yesterday at my favorite place on Earth, and you
- 5:31Speaker 4: correctly guessed the grocery store.
- 5:33Speaker 2: The grocery store, and my mind has been like racing
- 5:37Speaker 2: of what happened, because all I can think about is
- 5:39Speaker 2: like you dropped the jar of salsa and it shattered everywhere.
- 5:42Speaker 4: I mean, you're not that far off, but today, yeah,
- 5:45Speaker 4: I do. I I hit up a different grocery store
- 5:47Speaker 4: pretty much ey day. I'd they always make fun of
- 5:48Speaker 4: me because I'm always at the store, and I consider
- 5:50Speaker 4: myself to be a pretty world class shopper.
- 5:52Speaker 3: I'm good. I normally have my world class shop or
- 5:55Speaker 3: my reusable bags.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Yesterday I did not have my reusable bags because I
- 5:59Speaker 4: was not planning on this the stop. So I'm walking
- 6:02Speaker 4: out of the store, and as always, I am hurrying
- 6:04Speaker 4: because I feel like I have somewhere else to be
- 6:06Speaker 4: and I'm running late.
- 6:07Speaker 3: And that's just the way my brain was.
- 6:08Speaker 4: You're impatient, exactly, and man, the handles ripped off of
- 6:13Speaker 4: my bag and it fell and everything went everywhere, and
- 6:15Speaker 4: my milk broke and it was a hole in.
- 6:16Speaker 5: The middle of the parking lot.
- 6:18Speaker 1: No.
- 6:18Speaker 3: I hadn't even left the store yet, Kevin.
- 6:21Speaker 4: I was walking from the register to the door, and
- 6:23Speaker 4: it all came crashing down.
- 6:26Speaker 5: Did you have anything embarrassing in your bag?
- 6:28Speaker 3: No?
- 6:28Speaker 4: No, it was not no, nothing like that, but the
- 6:31Speaker 4: milk breaking and spreading everywhere, And then I tried to
- 6:33Speaker 4: grab napkins and that was a disaster, and somebody had
- 6:37Speaker 4: to come over and help me. And then they were
- 6:38Speaker 4: apologizing for the person that packed the bag, and I
- 6:40Speaker 4: was like, it is definitely not their fault. I'm a
- 6:42Speaker 4: world class shopper. Should have been holding it from the bottom.
- 6:47Speaker 2: I said that I would try not to laugh, Yet
- 6:49Speaker 2: here I am laughing at.
- 6:51Speaker 3: The absolute worst, you know.
- 6:52Speaker 4: I in preparation of this conversation, I looked this up
- 6:54Speaker 4: because you know, when you're in a hurry, or at
- 6:57Speaker 4: least you feel like you're in a hurry, and everything
- 6:58Speaker 4: goes wrong, like just all the little things happens, it's
- 7:02Speaker 4: called hurry sickness.
- 7:04Speaker 3: I looked it up because you're in such a state
- 7:06Speaker 3: of panic.
- 7:08Speaker 5: And if diagnose yourself, it.
- 7:09Speaker 4: Affects like your cognitive function and your emotional regulation and stuff.
- 7:13Speaker 4: So yes, things are gonna go wrong when you're constantly
- 7:15Speaker 4: in that state.
- 7:16Speaker 2: But were you legit in a hurry, like, did you
- 7:18Speaker 2: actually have anything to do afterward?
- 7:20Speaker 5: Or were you just like freaking yourself out?
- 7:22Speaker 3: No, I had to get home.
- 7:23Speaker 4: We had somebody coming up or coming to pick up
- 7:25Speaker 4: like a piece of furniture that was being returned or something,
- 7:27Speaker 4: So I did have to be home by a certain time.
- 7:29Speaker 3: But I still need to learn how to breathe and
- 7:30Speaker 3: just kind of roll with it.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you learned your lesson because this took
- 7:34Speaker 2: even longer because you had to shit there and clean
- 7:36Speaker 2: up your milk.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Yeah, it just made everything so much worse.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Thank you for listening, and for anybody else out there
- 7:42Speaker 4: that suffers from hurry sickness.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Now there's a name to it.
- 7:45Speaker 5: I'd love that you diagnose yourself. Kevin.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Well, good morning, good morning. Thank you so much for
- 7:53Speaker 2: starting your day with this. By the way, we appreciate
- 7:55Speaker 2: you so much. No Ricky sound chest today, but Kevin
- 7:57Speaker 2: Manow has those three things you need to.
- 7:59Speaker 5: Know I do.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Thank you, Zach.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Spotify release their annual list of the most streamed artists,
- 8:04Speaker 4: and once again Bad Bunny is at the top of
- 8:06Speaker 4: that list. This year alone, he's racked up nineteen point
- 8:09Speaker 4: eight billion streams and the year's not even over yet.
- 8:12Speaker 4: It's his fourth time at the top of that list.
- 8:14Speaker 4: In second place, of course, it's Taylor Swift, The Weekend Drake.
- 8:18Speaker 3: And Billie Eilish round out the top five.
- 8:20Speaker 4: And in other Bad Bunny news, don't forget he's performing
- 8:22Speaker 4: the Super Bowl halftime show in February, so I'm sure
- 8:25Speaker 4: all of these streams will go way up after that.
- 8:27Speaker 4: The City of Murphy's Borough is involved in a legal
- 8:30Speaker 4: battle at the moment. They failed the lawsuit to stop
- 8:32Speaker 4: an expansion of the Middle Point Landfill. They're saying that
- 8:35Speaker 4: the company that operates at landfill tried to bypass the
- 8:38Speaker 4: normal approval process and the city is trying to stop him. Apparently,
- 8:42Speaker 4: that company is trying to add a seventy foot high
- 8:44Speaker 4: layer of new waste on top of what's already there.
- 8:46Speaker 3: That's nineteen million more tons.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Of garbage that is discussed over the next fourteen years,
- 8:52Speaker 4: and I guess that landfill has been a source of
- 8:54Speaker 4: frustration for a while. They received seven environmental violations in
- 8:57Speaker 4: the last year alone, and since it's been operational, slogged
- 9:00Speaker 4: over four thousand odor complaints from nearby residents.
- 9:03Speaker 2: You can literally smell it, like you know you're getting
- 9:05Speaker 2: close because you can smell it.
- 9:07Speaker 3: It's so bad it might be getting bigger.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Lastly, here this one is for those of you that
- 9:12Speaker 4: have a heavy set cat at home. There's a pharmaceutical
- 9:16Speaker 4: company testing out a new weight loss drug on felines,
- 9:19Speaker 4: a GLP one.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Like ozebic for cats. They're doing trials right now.
- 9:24Speaker 4: They administer the drug via an implant and they want
- 9:26Speaker 4: to see if overweight cats can lose pounds like humans
- 9:28Speaker 4: do on these drugs.
- 9:30Speaker 3: They said, if it's successful, the goal is.
- 9:31Speaker 4: To file for FDA approval between twenty twenty seven and
- 9:34Speaker 4: twenty twenty eight, so your cat will have to wait
- 9:36Speaker 4: a couple more years before this is available. And the
- 9:39Speaker 4: company said after cats, they're moving on to dogs.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Oh okay, I.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Will say my little brother's cat, her name is Burning,
- 9:45Speaker 2: She could definitely use this.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Honestly, I mean, like I know, it sounds like a
- 9:48Speaker 4: silly idea, but there are a lot of animals that
- 9:51Speaker 4: could definitely benefit from this.
- 9:53Speaker 3: They're just are not living their best lives right now.
- 9:55Speaker 3: There you go, three things you now know.
- 9:56Speaker 4: Right after Taylor Swift, we have a fourth thing in
- 10:00Speaker 4: of the fact, Zach's facts.
- 10:01Speaker 3: We're learning together. Next down the road.
- 10:04Speaker 6: The River, Ricky, Zach and Menow in the morning time
- 10:08Speaker 6: for Zack's Facts.
- 10:09Speaker 5: I don't know why.
- 10:09Speaker 2: This one completely shocked me, but a full head of
- 10:13Speaker 2: human hair, about one hundred and fifty thousand strands of hair,
- 10:16Speaker 2: is strong enough to support the weight of two full
- 10:19Speaker 2: grown elephants.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Who why, why? Why does anybody know this? Why is huh?
- 10:27Speaker 2: Every person has around one hundred thousand to one hundred
- 10:30Speaker 2: and fifty thousand strands of hair on the human head,
- 10:33Speaker 2: and it combined they can hold twelve tons, which is
- 10:36Speaker 2: the rough weight of two elephants.
- 10:38Speaker 3: That's so good to know.
- 10:39Speaker 2: You're so welcome. If you ever stuck in a jungle
- 10:41Speaker 2: and you need to hold an elephant.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Just shave your head.
- 10:44Speaker 5: There's your fact of the day.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Thank you, Zach.
- 10:48Speaker 6: The River, Ricky, Zach and Menow in the morning.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Everyone's posting there like year end lists, like this is
- 10:54Speaker 4: my top Artist of the year.
- 10:55Speaker 3: These are my top songs.
- 10:56Speaker 4: So we invite you to call us right now, tell
- 10:58Speaker 4: us your top artist of twenty twenty five. We want
- 11:01Speaker 4: to hear, and then Zach is going to tell you
- 11:03Speaker 4: what that means about you as a person.
- 11:05Speaker 5: Yep, sure, do you want to know who my top
- 11:07Speaker 5: one was?
- 11:08Speaker 3: Sure?
- 11:09Speaker 5: Hannah Montana?
- 11:10Speaker 3: Is that true? Is that absolute truth? In twenty twenty five?
- 11:13Speaker 4: Not Miley Cyrus, Hannah Montana, Hannah Montana.
- 11:16Speaker 5: And the top song was Ordinary Girl Bye, Hannah Montana.
- 11:19Speaker 3: What does that say about you as a person?
- 11:20Speaker 5: Means I'm perfect and flawless in every way.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Okay, this is gonna go great.
- 11:25Speaker 4: Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Your top artist for twenty twenty five.
- 11:30Speaker 4: We want to hear who it was, and then Zach
- 11:32Speaker 4: is going to tell you everything that we need to
- 11:34Speaker 4: know about you as a human being.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Next other.
- 11:38Speaker 6: The River, Ricky, Zach and Meadow.
- 11:40Speaker 4: In the morning, I said good morning to Katrina in
- 11:43Speaker 4: Ridge top High, Katrina.
- 11:44Speaker 8: Hi, good morning everyone, good.
- 11:46Speaker 4: Man, love the energy, Happy Thursday, Thank you for being here.
- 11:49Speaker 4: Who is your top artist of twenty twenty five?
- 11:52Speaker 6: It was the Wicked soundtrack with Ariana Grande and Cynthia
- 11:56Speaker 6: revea nice choice.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Okay, I'm thinking so clearly you love like musicals and
- 12:03Speaker 2: like musicals are a story and storytelling. So I feel
- 12:07Speaker 2: like you're a very emotional person because you love the drama,
- 12:11Speaker 2: the storytelling everything like that. Oh, Katrina, I pulled that
- 12:18Speaker 2: one out of my butt. I'm not gonna lie, and
- 12:20Speaker 2: I'm pretty proud.
- 12:22Speaker 6: Good top that.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Thank you for calling, Katrina.
- 12:24Speaker 4: I'm guessing you really enjoyed the second Wicked movie Wicked
- 12:27Speaker 4: for good?
- 12:28Speaker 5: Eh ooh we would you give it on a scale
- 12:31Speaker 5: out of ten?
- 12:35Speaker 1: Not?
- 12:36Speaker 4: I mean that is a common uh you know, thought
- 12:38Speaker 4: that the first half of Wicked is better than the
- 12:40Speaker 4: second half.
- 12:41Speaker 3: That's always kind of been.
- 12:42Speaker 9: The thing for sure.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, hey, thank you for calling and playing our
- 12:45Speaker 3: weird little game here.
- 12:46Speaker 10: Thanks.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Great day too. Let's do one more.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Let's talk to Jamie and Clarksville. Jamie, good morning, Welcome
- 12:53Speaker 4: to the river. Who is your top artist of twenty
- 12:54Speaker 4: twenty five?
- 12:55Speaker 7: Okay, so they're a new upcoming band that's been Felicity.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, genre is this?
- 13:03Speaker 7: Okay? So they're not for my age out there, but
- 13:06Speaker 7: I'm thirty nine. They're bringing back like the old school
- 13:11Speaker 7: fallout Boy, linkin.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Park, so like early two thousands like rock, we like that.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, So I have two theories going on in
- 13:20Speaker 2: my head right now. Jamie is clearly you like like
- 13:24Speaker 2: energetic music because if it's like pop punk kind of rock,
- 13:27Speaker 2: then you like like the loud energetic music. But for me,
- 13:30Speaker 2: for some reason, it tells me that like you're kind
- 13:33Speaker 2: of soft emotional, you kind of like comfort or mood
- 13:37Speaker 2: matching playlist. So the nostalgia of the Fallout Boy and
- 13:42Speaker 2: like the older music.
- 13:43Speaker 7: You totally just got.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Me and all ye doing this?
- 13:46Speaker 3: Zach, what is happening?
- 13:48Speaker 5: I am so good?
- 13:50Speaker 7: You're really good?
- 13:52Speaker 3: Wow? All right, well, Jamie, thank you for calling. I'm
- 13:54Speaker 3: impressed with with Zach and thank you for turning us
- 13:56Speaker 3: down to a new band.
- 13:57Speaker 8: I thank you you.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Welcome by the You should be like a like a
- 14:01Speaker 3: fortune teller, a poem reader or something.
- 14:03Speaker 2: I actually thought about being one of the people that
- 14:05Speaker 2: write the fortunes inside of like the Chinese crackers.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Thought about like you had the opportunity to.
- 14:10Speaker 5: Do this now, I was just like, how do you
- 14:12Speaker 5: apply for this gig?
- 14:13Speaker 4: I need to know you'd be perfect for it if
- 14:16Speaker 4: you want Zach to diagnose you six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 14:19Speaker 4: nine one.
- 14:20Speaker 9: Seven, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on
- 14:24Speaker 9: seven five the River.
- 14:25Speaker 4: Jephanie and Mount Juliet is on the line. Hi Stephanie, Hi.
- 14:28Speaker 6: Hi.
- 14:29Speaker 4: We've been asking people to call and tell us their
- 14:31Speaker 4: top artist of twenty twenty five. Everyone's posting about that
- 14:33Speaker 4: online now, uh. And so with that information, Zach will
- 14:36Speaker 4: tell you something about yourself. And so far he's done
- 14:38Speaker 4: a great job. Yay, all right, who is yours top
- 14:41Speaker 4: artist a twenty twenty five?
- 14:43Speaker 8: My top artist is Fallout Boy, and then my top
- 14:46Speaker 8: song was very different. So I need to know what
- 14:49Speaker 8: Zach have to say.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Okay.
- 14:51Speaker 8: If Zach knows this song, it's called woofy.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Jay.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I have no idea who that is or what it is,
- 15:00Speaker 2: but this is exciting because I just looked it up.
- 15:02Speaker 2: This song was released in twenty twenty and it looks
- 15:05Speaker 2: like a bop. I've never listened to it before, but
- 15:07Speaker 2: it looks like something I could get down to.
- 15:09Speaker 8: You're gonna love it.
- 15:10Speaker 4: I'm gonna play a little bit of whooped into the
- 15:12Speaker 4: microphone here from my phone.
- 15:13Speaker 8: Oh my gosh, we'll do our best. Oh yeah, it's explicit.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Okay, it's if it's that, we'll just turn it off then.
- 15:27Speaker 3: So you like follow Boy and you're like Whoopedie, Whoopedie.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Okay, So I'm gonna go with Fallout Boy because it
- 15:33Speaker 2: was your most listened to artists. Because fall Out Boy
- 15:36Speaker 2: they're very like metaphor heavy and very dramatic that I
- 15:40Speaker 2: feel like you're a little bit chaotic, Stephanie.
- 15:43Speaker 5: I am.
- 15:44Speaker 8: I'm a Gemini, and.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Well yeah, I mean the marriage of fallow Boy and
- 15:49Speaker 4: whooped kind of give us that.
- 15:53Speaker 2: So you feel your emotions very strongly as a Gemini, absolutely,
- 15:56Speaker 2: and you have a lot going on internally.
- 15:59Speaker 8: Oh yeah, I do. And I have such a good
- 16:02Speaker 8: friend group that they always keep me grounded.
- 16:04Speaker 5: So I feel like I want your friend.
- 16:06Speaker 8: Now you are my friend, Zach.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Yeah, now we're bfs. Look at us, go.
- 16:10Speaker 3: This happened fast, so happy.
- 16:13Speaker 5: I will say I.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Only knew that about Gemini because my birthday is like
- 16:16Speaker 2: right on the cusp of Gemini and cancer and I
- 16:19Speaker 2: was like, sometimes I identify as Gemini and sometimes I
- 16:22Speaker 2: identify as a cancer man.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Well, Stephanie, we can't thank you enough for calling. Uh,
- 16:27Speaker 4: you're walking away with a new best friend. Have a
- 16:28Speaker 4: great day.
- 16:29Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 16:29Speaker 8: Have a good day, guys.
- 16:30Speaker 3: By you are good at the Zach.
- 16:33Speaker 2: I feel like I'm knocking it out of the park,
- 16:35Speaker 2: and I honestly am impressing myself because I was not
- 16:37Speaker 2: expecting that.
- 16:38Speaker 4: I've known you for years now. I've never even heard
- 16:40Speaker 4: you talk about like astronomy. Is it astronomy or astrology?
- 16:43Speaker 4: I don't know horoscopes. Well, it went really well. It
- 16:49Speaker 4: was a nice job, typically capt to you. We're playing
- 16:51Speaker 4: the Game of the Day for MGK tickets.
- 16:52Speaker 6: Next Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the morning.
- 16:58Speaker 4: That's somber. It's one O seven five the river. It's
- 17:00Speaker 4: time to play the game, Kevin Man. Its Game of
- 17:02Speaker 4: the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds. This week it is Zachronyms.
- 17:06Speaker 4: You're playing for tickets to see mg K. He's here
- 17:08Speaker 4: on the sixteenth Jamie and Clarksville. Good morning, good morning,

- 17:18Speaker 3: Love MGK. So I really hope that that okay, good
- 17:20Speaker 3: there you are. You're You're a human being, You're not
- 17:22Speaker 3: a cartoon.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Most Zach is going to recite a sentence to you.
- 17:26Speaker 4: That sentence will have.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Three different acronyms in it.
- 17:30Speaker 4: If you can tell us what two out of three
- 17:31Speaker 4: of them stand for, you get the tickets. Okay, okay,
- 17:35Speaker 4: all right, okay, so let's put your thinking pants on here.
- 17:38Speaker 5: Listen up, Jamie. Here is your sentence.
- 17:41Speaker 2: FYI, the I R S wants to know why you
- 17:44Speaker 2: spent so much money on w W E merch.
- 17:47Speaker 4: Okay, So we had f YI, we had I R
- 17:50Speaker 4: S and we had WWE.
- 17:53Speaker 11: Okay for your information, correct, we got one?
- 18:00Speaker 7: Okay, say I internal revenue?
- 18:06Speaker 5: Yeah wow.
- 18:08Speaker 4: And then just for extra credit, do you want to
- 18:10Speaker 4: try to get WWE.
- 18:13Speaker 7: We're all wrestling Entertainment?
- 18:14Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, three for three out of the park. You're
- 18:18Speaker 3: going to see MGK. The house is back. Congratulations.
- 18:26Speaker 4: He's at Bridgestone on the sixteenth and you will be
- 18:28Speaker 4: right there with him.
- 18:31Speaker 5: So welco away. This might be my favorite call of
- 18:34Speaker 5: all time.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Are you crying? She's crying in the car right now.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Please make sure you're pulled over.
- 18:46Speaker 3: We're gonna let.
- 18:46Speaker 4: You safely get off the road, and Jackson get all.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Your information to get you these tickets.
- 18:51Speaker 4: Okay, thank you, thank you, thank you for listening and
- 18:54Speaker 4: calling and playing the game. And uh three for three impressive.
- 18:57Speaker 4: We're playing again tomorrow. One last acronym this week for
- 19:00Speaker 4: these tickets and coming up in three Things you need to.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Know, there has been a massive cheese recall. If you're
- 19:06Speaker 3: a cartoon mouse, you're gonna want to hear this.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Three things you need to Know.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Well, good morning, just after eight o'clock on this Thursday morning.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez today, but my friend Kevin Manow has three
- 19:18Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Thank you, Zach, I sure do.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Yesterday, a former physician named Salvador Placentia is sentenced to
- 19:24Speaker 4: thirty months in federal prison for supplying ketamine to Matthew
- 19:28Speaker 4: Perry prior to his passing. Matthew Perry, of course, was
- 19:31Speaker 4: Chandler on Friends. He lost his life back in October
- 19:33Speaker 4: of twenty twenty three, and a total of five people
- 19:36Speaker 4: were charged last year in connection this. Placentia was the
- 19:39Speaker 4: first of the five to be sentenced. He got thirty months.
- 19:42Speaker 4: It's about two and a half years.
- 19:44Speaker 3: This one's cool.
- 19:45Speaker 4: It combines a few of our favorite things over here,
- 19:47Speaker 4: mL Rose podcasts and beer. Elmo mL Rose Neighborhood pub
- 19:52Speaker 4: just launched a podcast about beer. It's called Mashville with
- 19:55Speaker 4: an m An Improbable History of Nashville craft Beer. It's
- 19:58Speaker 4: a seven episode series tells the story of Kraft Beer
- 20:01Speaker 4: in Nashville. I got more than twenty local experts and
- 20:03Speaker 4: beer historians to be a part of this. I am
- 20:06Speaker 4: one thousand percent going to listen to this.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I love it. Apparently the story of Nashville craft beer
- 20:10Speaker 3: begins in the eighteen hundreds. They went deep on this.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Nashville An Improbable History of Nashville Craft Beer's out now
- 20:17Speaker 4: wherever we get your podcast, including our free iHeartRadio app Lastly,
- 20:21Speaker 4: here there's a recall on cheese. More than one million
- 20:24Speaker 4: bags of shredded cheese sold at Walmart publics target all
- 20:28Speaker 4: they to name a few has been recalled by the
- 20:31Speaker 4: FDA over concerns that it could contain metal pieces, Oh,
- 20:34Speaker 4: shards of metal.
- 20:36Speaker 2: No, if you're trying to like sprinkle cheese on your
- 20:38Speaker 2: taco and you bite into me, that will I'd be.
- 20:40Speaker 3: So upset, very dangerous.
- 20:42Speaker 4: If you are concerned about the cheese in your kitchen,
- 20:44Speaker 4: you should certainly look into this. But the company responsible
- 20:47Speaker 4: Great Lakes Cheese said that all potentially contaminated bags of
- 20:50Speaker 4: cheese have been removed from shelves and we are safe
- 20:53Speaker 4: to buy and consume whatever we see in stores now,
- 20:55Speaker 4: so you don't have to be worried about what you're
- 20:56Speaker 4: buying presently. But maybe if you have a bag of
- 20:59Speaker 4: shredded cheese, just throw it away.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Did you say fought at one of those stores? Look
- 21:03Speaker 3: into that. There you go. Three things you now know.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Ricky is, Zach and Meno. In the morning on the river,
- 21:09Speaker 1: Jack and I were.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Having this conversation and here we want to open it
- 21:11Speaker 4: up to everyone. Is there a texture that you just
- 21:14Speaker 4: avoid you hate the feeling of a certain thing. We
- 21:17Speaker 4: got out of this conversation because David hates lotion.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Zach's boyfriend, Yeah.
- 21:21Speaker 2: My boyfriend liked was putting on lotion last night and
- 21:23Speaker 2: literally had to get in the shower to wash off
- 21:26Speaker 2: the lotion because he hates the feeling of it.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Kind of defeats the purpose of putting it on lotion.
- 21:30Speaker 5: Then, correct, thank you the shower for me.
- 21:32Speaker 3: I told Zack it's the inside of a sleeping bag.
- 21:35Speaker 4: I hate something so scratchy about like gets caught on
- 21:38Speaker 4: dry skin.
- 21:39Speaker 3: I absolutely hate it. And we looked this up.
- 21:41Speaker 4: Apparently forty two percent of people report having at least
- 21:44Speaker 4: one texture. They actively avoid you to discomfort or sensory sensitivity.
- 21:48Speaker 4: So what is it for you? What do you hate
- 21:50Speaker 4: the feel of? Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 21:52Speaker 4: one oh seven.
- 21:53Speaker 6: Let us know.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 21:57Speaker 3: On the river, Jase's on the line, Jason Mount Juliet.
- 22:00Speaker 3: We're talking about textures.
- 22:02Speaker 4: That we just hate the feeling of things that we
- 22:05Speaker 4: try to avoid because we don't like the way they feel.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Do you have one of those?
- 22:08Speaker 12: Yeah, me and my husband we both just hate the
- 22:11Speaker 12: feel of Sherpa, like the the wule and everything of
- 22:15Speaker 12: the Sherpa. We just don't like the texture of it.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Which is I feel like everybody is like selling sherpra, hoodies, blankets,
- 22:22Speaker 2: all of these different things, so you buy none of them.
- 22:24Speaker 12: Blankets, we find dish dows, we find wash claws, rus
- 22:29Speaker 12: we find everything in Sherpa, and it's just we do
- 22:31Speaker 12: we avoid it at all costs.
- 22:33Speaker 8: You can say.
- 22:34Speaker 4: And so I had to look it up. I honestly
- 22:36Speaker 4: wasn't too familiar. It's kind of like a thicker fleece almost.
- 22:38Speaker 5: Yeah, it's reallyft.
- 22:40Speaker 12: Now, it's it's just a weird texture. It may be soft,
- 22:43Speaker 12: it's just it's just a weird texture. It always just
- 22:45Speaker 12: feels scratchy.
- 22:46Speaker 6: Does okay?
- 22:47Speaker 3: Fair you guys share that you have that in common.
- 22:49Speaker 3: All right, thank you for calling.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Thank you, have a great day.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:52Speaker 4: The statistic was forty two percent of people report having
- 22:55Speaker 4: at least one texture they actively avoid due to discomfort
- 22:58Speaker 4: or sensory sensitivity. Amber in Hendersonville, what is it for you?
- 23:02Speaker 4: What's the thing you don't like to touch?
- 23:04Speaker 8: Microfiber like material?
- 23:06Speaker 12: And then like the sherpa.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Oh wow, this is not a good day for Sirpa. No,
- 23:11Speaker 3: I feel like everybody.
- 23:12Speaker 5: I thought everybody liked Sharpa, but Amber.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Right before, Jase just called and said he and his
- 23:16Speaker 2: husband hate sherpa.
- 23:18Speaker 8: It's no, it's just it's like when it gets old,
- 23:22Speaker 8: it gets like.
- 23:24Speaker 5: It starts like killing. It's kind of nasty when it
- 23:27Speaker 5: gets old.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It is.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Yeah, And I'll be honest, I said a few minutes ago,
- 23:33Speaker 4: I said, I don't like the inside of a sleeping
- 23:34Speaker 4: bag the way that feels, and that's microfiber is a
- 23:37Speaker 4: good way to to word that.
- 23:38Speaker 3: That's kind of what that's like in there.
- 23:40Speaker 12: Yeah, So yeah, I guess I wouldn't be able to
- 23:42Speaker 12: do the inside of a sleeping bag either.
- 23:44Speaker 11: I cannot cannot do micro fiber.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Okay, all right, thank you for calling Amber.
- 23:48Speaker 12: You're awesome, And.
- 23:50Speaker 4: I just want to say I feel like maybe sleeping
- 23:52Speaker 4: back technology has evolved a lot. Like if you go
- 23:54Speaker 4: to ARII and get a nice one, it's probably not
- 23:56Speaker 4: like the old eighties ones I had when I was
- 23:58Speaker 4: a kid.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Yeah, Kevin was telling me that when he was a kid,
- 24:00Speaker 2: he would sleep on top of this sleeping bag, which
- 24:02Speaker 2: defeats the entire purpose of keeping you warm.
- 24:05Speaker 6: I was so cold always, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in
- 24:11Speaker 6: the morning.
- 24:12Speaker 4: People report having a texture they actively avoid because they
- 24:16Speaker 4: don't like the feel of it. It's one of seven
- 24:18Speaker 4: to five the river, Michelle and Hermitage is on the line.
- 24:21Speaker 4: Zach and I've been talking about this this morning.
- 24:23Speaker 3: What is it for you?
- 24:23Speaker 7: It is cotton I don't know what it is.
- 24:25Speaker 8: I don't like it.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I could see that.
- 24:29Speaker 5: Have you ever tried chewing on it?
- 24:30Speaker 1: No?
- 24:32Speaker 3: Well, what about.
- 24:33Speaker 4: Maybe this is a triggering movie for you? But in elf,
- 24:36Speaker 4: he's eating cotton balls.
- 24:37Speaker 3: How much is that bothering you?
- 24:41Speaker 5: That's so sad. That's one of my favorite Christmas movies.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Michelle, close your eyes during that part.
- 24:46Speaker 5: I guess yeah.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Thank you for calling, thanks for listening, thanks for joining
- 24:48Speaker 4: this conversation, Michelle.
- 24:49Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 24:51Speaker 4: Jamie and Lebanon is on the line. Good morning, Jamie.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Do you have something you avoid.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Because you don't like to feel of it micro I
- 24:58Speaker 2: feel like this is a common trend between Shirpa microfiber.
- 25:01Speaker 2: So like whenever you're washing your car or like drying dishes,
- 25:05Speaker 2: you don't use a microfiber towel.
- 25:07Speaker 11: Absolutely not. My husband, you know, washes his truck in
- 25:10Speaker 11: our cars like religiously, and he will buy these massive
- 25:15Speaker 11: They're wrapped in plastic, but there's multiple, like nice quality
- 25:19Speaker 11: microfibers in there. I literally throw them away because I
- 25:22Speaker 11: cannot stand like dryer sheets stick to them, Like I
- 25:25Speaker 11: just throw them away. And I'm sure he's probably figured
- 25:28Speaker 11: it out by now, but yeah, no, I just few
- 25:31Speaker 11: my away.
- 25:31Speaker 5: I can't even your secret to us.
- 25:35Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, it's just scratchy, it's like a brick
- 25:37Speaker 3: or something. I'm with you.
- 25:37Speaker 11: I don't like microph Yeah it's awful and it's soft,
- 25:41Speaker 11: but like it catches on your hands and I have
- 25:44Speaker 11: soft hands. I'm I'm thicking his hands are just so rough.
- 25:46Speaker 11: They probably so soft, I don't know, but they're gross.
- 25:50Speaker 4: Well I was, I was on board with you, and
- 25:51Speaker 4: I can't put myself in that soft hand category because
- 25:54Speaker 4: I'm a manly man.
- 26:00Speaker 1: This guy.
- 26:00Speaker 5: Have a good morning you too.
- 26:02Speaker 4: I think my hands are maybe just so rough from
- 26:04Speaker 4: all the manual labor I've done in my life.
- 26:08Speaker 5: That might be the funniest thing you've ever said to me.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Glad you phone. It so funny. Bailey's on the line. Bailey,
- 26:16Speaker 3: where are you calling from?
- 26:17Speaker 10: I am calling from a chicken spraying truck headed to Albany, Kentucky.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Okay, Bailey's on the line. It's a very specific marker
- 26:29Speaker 3: for where you are. What is it for you? What's
- 26:31Speaker 3: the thing you don't like to touch? Billy?
- 26:33Speaker 10: My grandmother she would crocheape we all. I'm a sitter too.
- 26:38Speaker 10: She'd crochete us all blankets of our own specific color,
- 26:42Speaker 10: so meaningful, so sweet, but so scratchy, and did not
- 26:47Speaker 10: love cuddling up with those at all.
- 26:49Speaker 5: It was coming from a good place, Bailey.
- 26:52Speaker 10: Oh yes, and I love them. And like I said,
- 26:55Speaker 10: we all got to pick out our own specific colors.
- 26:58Speaker 8: But nowadays they.
- 27:00Speaker 10: I'm a long way with some material, but it's not
- 27:02Speaker 10: so scretchy.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I'm just like picturing your you opening it on Christmas
- 27:06Speaker 2: morning and you're like, oh, thanks, Grandma love this, and
- 27:10Speaker 2: then you.
- 27:10Speaker 8: Have to go.
- 27:11Speaker 10: It's my favorite color, but I'm not going to use it.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Ailey, I feel like you have the most perfect Southern accent.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Can you please say bless your heart and your accent.
- 27:20Speaker 2: I just want to hear it.
- 27:22Speaker 10: You say, well, bless your hart.
- 27:26Speaker 5: That was good.
- 27:27Speaker 3: My heart feels amazing right now.
- 27:29Speaker 10: I'm a little corn.
- 27:33Speaker 6: Wait.
- 27:33Speaker 5: I need to know more about this chicken truck, but
- 27:35Speaker 5: we don't have the time.
- 27:36Speaker 3: No, you guys talk about that off the air. Thank
- 27:38Speaker 3: you for calling. Thank you.
- 27:42Speaker 6: Pick your package on the river.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Okay, it's time to play the game. Pick your package.
- 27:49Speaker 3: We were saying good morning to Chad and Murphy's Borough.
- 27:51Speaker 3: What's up Chad?
- 27:53Speaker 12: Hey, how are you?
- 27:54Speaker 5: We're good?
- 27:55Speaker 4: Yeah, we're good man. Congratulations, I'm making it through. This
- 27:57Speaker 4: is not an easy thing. People are calling for this
- 27:59Speaker 4: like all day long, going to get through and you
- 28:01Speaker 4: are the next contestant.
- 28:02Speaker 3: On Pick your Package.
- 28:03Speaker 8: Awesome.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Have you been paying attention if you checked the website
- 28:06Speaker 3: or anything. I am looking at it right now?
- 28:08Speaker 4: Oh perfect, okay, good, So you know which numbers to avoid.
- 28:11Speaker 3: We need you to give us one. Give us a
- 28:13Speaker 3: number between one and thirty two.
- 28:16Speaker 8: Give me, let's go with.
- 28:20Speaker 11: Twenty five for Christmas twenty five?
- 28:23Speaker 3: Oh, the twenty fifth, December twenty fifth.
- 28:25Speaker 5: That makes sense.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Zack's gonna grab it. What's kind of heavy's ripping it up?
- 28:30Speaker 1: Oh?
- 28:30Speaker 2: Okay, Chad, you've got a Stanley Tumblr nice. Do you
- 28:35Speaker 2: want to keep the Stanley or do you want to
- 28:37Speaker 2: put it back underneath the tree and go for something else?
- 28:40Speaker 4: And just so you know, we still have an Apple
