- 0:16Speaker 1: a treat. With eight flavours to choose from, you can

- 0:55Speaker 3: Listen in, listen up.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Woo, woo.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Heather MacDonald. Juicy Scoop. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 1:04Speaker 2: I have the dynamic comedic duo of Brandi Howard, Julie
- 1:10Speaker 2: Goldman from the Dumb Gay podcast. Also two strong females.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 1:21Speaker 4: Now that's how you do it.
- 1:22Speaker 3: That's how you do it.
- 1:23Speaker 4: That's how you do it.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:25Speaker 4: All right, sister.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Three strong females doing it for ourselves.
- 1:28Speaker 4: That's right.
- 1:28Speaker 2: We are. We are just coming off of a fun
- 1:30Speaker 2: weekend we spent together.
- 1:32Speaker 4: Here we are.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Shannon took this photo. She has obviously a very old iPhone.
- 1:36Speaker 2: That's why I had makeup smeared on it. And my
- 1:39Speaker 2: sister Shannon was with us. We had a fun first night.
- 1:46Speaker 2: We went out to dinner with Peter. who was not
- 1:49Speaker 2: supposed to be there, and then just showed up. And
- 1:51Speaker 2: I was like, I knew if I told you guys
- 1:53Speaker 2: that it wasn't strictly vagina-only weekend, you might turn around
- 1:58Speaker 2: on the 10 and go home.
- 2:00Speaker 3: We walked into your house without knocking, and Peter's like, hello?
- 2:03Speaker 3: And I was like, oh!
- 2:03Speaker 2: I was dressed.
- 2:05Speaker 3: I was like, Peter, what are you doing here? And
- 2:08Speaker 3: then you come around the corner like, I knew you
- 2:10Speaker 3: wouldn't come if I told you. And we're like, Heather!
- 2:15Speaker 2: And then he's like, oh, you guys, I'm not going
- 2:16Speaker 2: to dinner tonight. Where are you going to dinner?
- 2:18Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly.
- 2:19Speaker 2: There's no food in the fridge. I'm like, I guess
- 2:21Speaker 2: Peter has to come and pick up the checks.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Do you want to go? And he was like, yeah.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Went to Desert Club, new spot.
- 2:29Speaker 4: So good.
- 2:29Speaker 2: So cute. So fun.
- 2:31Speaker 4: So cute.
- 2:31Speaker 2: The food was so good, too. Then we went to Mitch's.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Also good.
- 2:37Speaker 2: So delicious. So fun. Live music on a Friday afternoon. Oh,
- 2:40Speaker 2: speaking of your show, which used to be Dumb Gay Politics,
- 2:43Speaker 2: now it's just Dumb Gay Podcast.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Today is Super Tuesday.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Yes. And tomorrow is Brandon's first time voting.
- 2:50Speaker 4: Wow.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Wow.
- 2:51Speaker 3: He's over 18?
- 2:53Speaker 2: Yes. And so he goes, when do we do it?
- 2:56Speaker 2: And I go, well, my parents always like to go
- 2:59Speaker 2: in the early time, like before work, because then you.
- 3:05Speaker 2: It's like sometimes if you wait till five, you're like,
- 3:07Speaker 2: does my vote count? Because they already announced who won.
- 3:10Speaker 2: So I like to go early. So I want to
- 3:13Speaker 2: go with him before school. And he's like, I don't
- 3:15Speaker 2: know if I want you. I go, I can't go
- 3:17Speaker 2: in the thing with you. Don't you get it?
- 3:18Speaker 4: It's private.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I go, so you vote for whoever you want. But
- 3:21Speaker 2: can't I just go and experience you doing this for
- 3:25Speaker 2: the first time? We probably never will go together again.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Unless you're living with me for the rest of your life,
- 3:30Speaker 2: which I've worked very hard for that not to be
- 3:32Speaker 2: our future.
- 3:33Speaker 3: I mean, we do know that there has been a
- 3:35Speaker 3: little bit of blackmail at home regarding his vote.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I do not want to talk about any of that.
- 3:43Speaker 3: That's why he doesn't want you in the.
- 3:44Speaker 2: He is his own person. He is his own person.
- 3:48Speaker 2: We have political discussions all the time.
- 3:50Speaker 3: I mean, it's Peter's fault.
- 3:51Speaker 2: It's Peter's fault. No, it's all– please. Already people are
- 3:54Speaker 2: out to just have me slip about anything. I will
- 3:58Speaker 2: say who I'm voting for. DA. Eric Sedell. I met him. Oh.
- 4:03Speaker 2: And I like him.
- 4:04Speaker 3: That's who we're voting for.
- 4:07Speaker 5: Yes.
- 4:07Speaker 2: And so I– that's who I'm– but that's not a
- 4:10Speaker 2: political– that's just district attorney, which I think supersedes where
- 4:15Speaker 2: you land– Party-wise, it's more of an issue of crime
- 4:21Speaker 2: and all that. So anyway, done. We're done. Heather, get
- 4:23Speaker 2: to the Juicy Scoop. So we go to a St.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Jude event that we got invited to, and then we
- 4:29Speaker 2: had even a better hookup, and it was a charity event,
- 4:32Speaker 2: so it was fabulous.
- 4:33Speaker 3: We also went to Nobu.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Oh, we went to Nobu, too, and then we went there,
- 4:37Speaker 2: and it was super fun.
- 4:39Speaker 3: This doesn't look as glamorous as it was.
- 4:42Speaker 2: No, it doesn't look as glamorous. We were so... Yeah,
- 4:45Speaker 2: you're right. But we were so close to the stage.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Who were some of the people that were seen?
- 4:49Speaker 4: REO Speedwagon, Alice Cooper, the guy from Doobie Brothers, guy
- 4:54Speaker 4: from R.E.M., guy from the Eagles. I mean, this was
- 4:57Speaker 4: like historic. And it was Patrick Warburton, the actor.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Right. It's been an event that he's been doing for years,
- 5:02Speaker 2: and it's like a five-day event where celebrities and people
- 5:05Speaker 2: go and they pay for a big thing. There's big Auctions,
- 5:09Speaker 2: we just squeezed it at the end for the music,
- 5:11Speaker 2: and it was really, really fun.
- 5:12Speaker 4: When we walked in, I heard the song playing from
- 5:15Speaker 4: REO Speedwagon, who I am an actual fan of. And
- 5:18Speaker 4: I was like, what is this? Is this a cover band?
- 5:21Speaker 4: And then as we walked closer and closer, I was like,
- 5:23Speaker 4: this is what it's about! I mean, I literally was...
- 5:26Speaker 4: I was genuinely excited.
- 5:28Speaker 2: It really was.
- 5:28Speaker 4: It was amazing.
- 5:29Speaker 2: I'm sure that'd be so fun.
- 5:30Speaker 3: And next year when we go VIP again.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Yes.
- 5:33Speaker 2: I'm going to have the hookup. I'm going to be
- 5:35Speaker 2: golfing next year, by the way.
- 5:37Speaker 4: I'm going to be all about it.
- 5:38Speaker 3: We will still do the same, I think, come late
- 5:41Speaker 3: just for the music. Because we saw Dr. Paul Nassif
- 5:45Speaker 3: of botched fame leaving the show. Before really the music started, right?
- 5:50Speaker 2: I just think that there was probably other music, but
- 5:53Speaker 2: the best was at the end. But when you're tired
- 5:55Speaker 2: and you've been golfing and done, I get it. And
- 5:57Speaker 2: it's Palm Springs, so people, it's eat at five, in
- 6:02Speaker 2: by nine kind of a vibe, which we all are
- 6:05Speaker 2: leaning towards. Whether you're 30 or 90, everyone's loving the
- 6:09Speaker 2: earlier life. Okay, well... On the way there, Brandy made
- 6:15Speaker 2: me aware of the juiciest in the music world. Hey there, Franklin.
- 6:23Speaker 2: You guys might be loving Beyonce's new country song, but
- 6:27Speaker 2: there's a major controversy over I Remember Franklin. Franklin was
- 6:32Speaker 2: a turtle. It was a cartoon. I definitely watched it
- 6:36Speaker 2: with the kids. And he's like a dorky turtle, whatever.
- 6:41Speaker 2: I don't even know what his deal is, but he
- 6:42Speaker 2: was a turtle. And Brandi, tell the scoop, the controversy
- 6:47Speaker 2: of the Beyonce, this ain't tech.
- 6:49Speaker 4: How does the song go?
- 6:50Speaker 3: Texas Hold'em. But look, you're singing it in the Franklin.
- 6:54Speaker 2: This ain't Texas. This ain't Franklin.
- 6:59Speaker 3: I mean, basically, she didn't write it. She had songwriters
- 7:04Speaker 3: wrote it from Canada. This turtle cartoon... is a Canadian
- 7:08Speaker 3: cartoon originally, and it's huge in Canada. But you're saying
- 7:11Speaker 3: it was huge here when your kids were little.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Yeah, we watched it. I mean, I know this stuff,
- 7:17Speaker 2: just like Dora and everything else. This was during our era.
- 7:20Speaker 3: So I played you guys the beginning of Texas Hold'em,
- 7:22Speaker 3: which I do love. Julie loves. We love 16 Carriages, too.
- 7:26Speaker 3: I'm excited for this Beyonce album.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 3: And I don't care if I love, more than anything,
- 7:31Speaker 3: I love samples. I mean, I don't think they do
- 7:33Speaker 3: enough of it like they did in the 90s. Just
- 7:35Speaker 3: pay the people. But basically, her writers are Canadian. This
- 7:38Speaker 3: is a Canadian cartoon. I played you the beginning of
- 7:40Speaker 3: both things. We all agreed it pretty much sounded like
- 7:45Speaker 3: almost exactly alike.
- 7:46Speaker 2: What I don't understand about the sampling of things is...
- 7:49Speaker 2: You put the song together and the classy thing to
- 7:53Speaker 2: do is we're consciously going to sample whatever, Milli Vanilli
- 7:57Speaker 2: or whatever, not Milli Vanilli, but like we're going to
- 7:59Speaker 2: sample Vanilla Ice. Or Vanilla Ice actually was accused of
- 8:04Speaker 2: Ice Ice Baby taking it from somebody else. So then
- 8:07Speaker 2: you go and you call that person and you're like, hi,
- 8:11Speaker 2: I'm at the studio and I'm putting a song together
- 8:13Speaker 2: and we want to use your song from 2005. How
- 8:15Speaker 2: much time? Does it cost? Oh, it costs $ 500, 000. Okay,
- 8:20Speaker 2: we'll send a check to you and then we're going
- 8:23Speaker 2: to put out the music and then we're going to
- 8:24Speaker 2: put it out. It feels like that never is the
- 8:26Speaker 2: way it happens. It feels like it happens and then somebody,
- 8:30Speaker 2: they're hoping that the person is out of it or
- 8:33Speaker 2: none of their errors follow up. They walk away with it.
- 8:37Speaker 2: They act like they're geniuses. 15-year-olds all around have no
- 8:41Speaker 2: clue that this was sampled. And then when they get
- 8:44Speaker 2: down to it, then they write a check. That's what
- 8:47Speaker 2: I don't understand about the music business and sampling. And
- 8:49Speaker 2: what do you think will happen here?
- 8:52Speaker 3: I mean, you thought it sounded pretty dead on.
- 8:56Speaker 4: It's the same song. So I think that.
- 9:00Speaker 4: I mean, literally... So.
- 9:03Speaker 4: We also talked about how, what's his name?
- 9:04Speaker 3: We're going to say it's the same Franklin.
- 9:06Speaker 4: It's just turtles. Like we talked about, what's his name?
- 9:10Speaker 4: Ed Sheeran, who said, who was brought. So the difference
- 9:13Speaker 4: being that you can have, the same four chords are
- 9:17Speaker 4: in every song at the end of the day, right?
- 9:20Speaker 4: How you put it together, blah, blah, blah. But when
- 9:22Speaker 4: you sample something that's already done and put it in
- 9:25Speaker 4: your song, I think what could happen is that if
- 9:29Speaker 4: they win, they would get a certain percentage maybe. Either
- 9:33Speaker 4: they're going to ask for an amount of money or
- 9:35Speaker 4: they're going to get a percentage. I mean, what I
- 9:37Speaker 4: think should happen is with these samples is that if
- 9:39Speaker 4: you can't pay outright, if I'm just like Lil Nas X,
- 9:42Speaker 4: let's say, who started and did like the little sample,
- 9:45Speaker 4: or he bought it though.
- 9:46Speaker 3: He bought it. He thought he was buying it outright.
- 9:49Speaker 4: If I don't have money, but I'm going to do
- 9:50Speaker 4: this song and I want to get a sample, I
- 9:52Speaker 4: would offer them a percentage like you do making a movie. Yeah,
- 9:56Speaker 4: making a movie. If the song's a hit, you're constantly
- 9:58Speaker 4: going to get a percent of the, things for the
- 10:01Speaker 4: rest of your life.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I think there should be a chunk of money given
- 10:04Speaker 2: to these people and also a percentage because who's to
- 10:06Speaker 2: say that this song isn't in a commercial 10 years
- 10:10Speaker 2: from now?
- 10:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:11Speaker 2: That this song isn't in a movie, you know, for
- 10:14Speaker 2: the rest, like, Right. Come on.
- 10:16Speaker 4: I mean, no, you have to license things. Yeah.
- 10:19Speaker 2: So, and I think, you know, this is, she should,
- 10:24Speaker 2: that's what I would do if I was her. Because
- 10:26Speaker 2: I'd be like, look, I didn't write it, but it's
- 10:29Speaker 2: similar enough. Lala's pregnant again. She posted this.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Did you know this weekend and didn't tell us?
- 10:37Speaker 2: Yes, I did.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Wow, what a good friend you are to Lala. Better
- 10:40Speaker 3: than friend to us. You could have given us the gossip.
- 10:43Speaker 3: You can trust us, Heather.
- 10:45Speaker 2: And so she popped. So, you know, she wanted to share.
- 10:50Speaker 2: And it's a really cute photo of Ocean looking up
- 10:54Speaker 2: at her.
- 10:54Speaker 3: She looks so cute, Ocean.
- 10:56Speaker 2: I have seen the ultrasound.
- 11:00Speaker 3: So you know the gender of the baby?
- 11:03Speaker 2: I don't know the gender, but I know that the
- 11:04Speaker 2: nose is as cute as hers and Ocean's. I saw
- 11:09Speaker 2: a very good profile. Very good nose. I don't know
- 11:12Speaker 2: the sex and I don't know what her plan, I
- 11:14Speaker 2: think her plan is to find out before, but that's,
- 11:17Speaker 2: she'll announce it when she announces it.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Do you know when she's due?
- 11:22Speaker 2: Well, I think, I don't know if it's a secret,
- 11:24Speaker 2: but yeah, she's like 13 weeks, so. Wow. And then
- 11:27Speaker 2: I confirmed with her that she has shared that she
- 11:30Speaker 2: is a single mom by choice. I love that expression.
- 11:34Speaker 2: A friend of mine whose son is friends with Brandon,
- 11:37Speaker 2: she went this route many years ago and She was
- 11:40Speaker 2: part of a community called Single Mom by Choice where
- 11:43Speaker 2: she got a sperm donor. And, you know, it was
- 11:46Speaker 2: that time in her life she didn't have a significant other.
- 11:49Speaker 2: And it's been a wonderful motherhood journey for her. And
- 11:52Speaker 2: so that is what Lala decided to do. And I
- 11:55Speaker 2: think we're going to see it on Vanderpump Rules and
- 11:57Speaker 2: how that goes about. And, you know, she's in her 30s.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Ocean's turning three. Most people like having their kids close
- 12:05Speaker 2: in age. So I think it's great. She has a
- 12:07Speaker 2: huge support system with her mom and her brother. and
- 12:10Speaker 2: other really close friends and stuff. And so good for her.
- 12:14Speaker 3: We heard her on probably on your show or maybe
- 12:16Speaker 3: at your Christmas party or Christmas dinner saying like that she,
- 12:20Speaker 3: after what she's gone through, she's so traumatized that she
- 12:23Speaker 3: wouldn't even, even if she was in probably the deepest
- 12:26Speaker 3: love of her life would not make a baby with
- 12:30Speaker 3: like a partner again. Like she does not want to
- 12:32Speaker 3: share these kids and I don't blame her. I like
- 12:34Speaker 3: love it. I'm like, Fuck a man being involved.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Well, there's sharing the kids and then there's fighting over
- 12:40Speaker 2: the kids. And if your whole experience like hers was fighting, fighting, fighting, fighting, yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 2: you're scarred.
- 12:47Speaker 3: You're scarred.
- 12:48Speaker 2: And I think it's about your life in this moment.
- 12:50Speaker 2: And as women, unlike men, we only have this window
- 12:54Speaker 2: if we want to carry our own children and everything
- 12:56Speaker 2: to have the baby. And then you want that sibling
- 13:00Speaker 2: relationship and technically not technically but there's theories that if
- 13:04Speaker 2: your kids are more than six years apart they're kind
- 13:06Speaker 2: of being raised as only children and they they're still
- 13:09Speaker 2: siblings but they don't have that sibling relationship where they
- 13:11Speaker 2: could play together so I think she's just like in
- 13:14Speaker 2: the mode of that is the appropriate time in her
- 13:17Speaker 2: life to have kids and um yeah so I think
- 13:21Speaker 2: I think it's I think I think it's great and
- 13:23Speaker 2: I think it's empowering.
- 13:24Speaker 3: And I also think You know, going through like maybe
- 13:28Speaker 3: like a contentious custody battle when the kids are like
- 13:33Speaker 3: six and seven is way easier than when it's a
- 13:37Speaker 3: baby and you're a mother and you're like, I'm not
- 13:40Speaker 3: giving my baby over there.
- 13:41Speaker 2: It's never easier. Oh, it is.
- 13:43Speaker 3: It doesn't matter.
- 13:43Speaker 2: In fact, it gets worse because I just remember I
- 13:46Speaker 2: can't remember who it was. I think it was Tyrese,
- 13:50Speaker 2: the model. was fighting with his ex. And if I'm wrong,
- 13:53Speaker 2: I apologize. And it was about the girl wanted to
- 13:57Speaker 2: play soccer. He felt that she didn't, her grades were slipping.
- 14:02Speaker 2: She wasn't an A student, but she had a good
- 14:03Speaker 2: enough grade so she could have an extracurricular activity. But
- 14:06Speaker 2: he was like, no, she can't play soccer because she
- 14:09Speaker 2: should be studying. The mom was like, this is the
- 14:12Speaker 2: only thing that gives her confidence because she's not getting
- 14:15Speaker 2: it in the classroom. Okay. Okay. And I remember all
- 14:20Speaker 2: the comments of people being like, he's right. No, the
- 14:23Speaker 2: mom's right. Again. And I was like, you're fucking fighting
- 14:26Speaker 2: over a kid playing soccer. But that is what happens sometimes.
- 14:31Speaker 2: And then I thought, my God, if you are the
- 14:34Speaker 2: only parent, whatever your situation is, you know, Andy Cohen
- 14:38Speaker 2: had kids on his own, whatever. It's like I can
- 14:42Speaker 2: make those decisions myself. And that is what I want
- 14:45Speaker 2: to do since I didn't make this baby with somebody
- 14:48Speaker 2: at the same time. Then, therefore, let me do it
- 14:50Speaker 2: this route.
- 14:52Speaker 3: Good for her.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:54Speaker 3: It's a whole new era. I bet a lot of
- 14:57Speaker 3: people are going to do that.
- 14:58Speaker 2: With my friend, she goes, you know, these people fighting
- 15:01Speaker 2: over money, whatever, my single mom friend, she goes, the
- 15:03Speaker 2: only financial argument I have to have with anybody is
- 15:07Speaker 2: if I want to give my son a Slurpee or not.
- 15:09Speaker 2: And he wants one and I decide no. Like, that's it. Not,
- 15:13Speaker 2: and I was like, wow, like I didn't even ever
- 15:15Speaker 2: think about being married for so long and how much
- 15:20Speaker 2: compromise and how much arguing is about which school and
- 15:23Speaker 2: which this, and I want him to do that. And
- 15:26Speaker 2: why did he do that? And you're just like, oh
- 15:27Speaker 2: my God. So good for her. Yeah. But we're going
- 15:30Speaker 2: to see it on the show. I watched the last
- 15:32Speaker 2: episode of Vanderpump and there's lots of Vanderpump news happening today, but, um, they're,
- 15:41Speaker 2: Katie and Ariana didn't go to Lake Tahoe, but everyone's
- 15:45Speaker 2: being a little bit nicer to Tom Sandoval. So that's
- 15:48Speaker 2: what's happening right now. They're letting him slowly sleep. So
- 15:53Speaker 2: we see that episode on Tuesday. The car is beautiful.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Where did you end up going for it?
- 15:58Speaker 3: This exclusive place that Dad has connections with.
- 16:01Speaker 2: They have more cars for more dealerships than like anywhere else.
- 16:04Speaker 2: You have to put me in touch.
- 16:05Speaker 4: What's it called?
- 16:06Speaker 3: It's Dune ADL.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Where? Dune ADL.
- 16:11Speaker 3: There's an accent on the E.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Do you mean... Yes, I got it on Done Deal Cars. Lift, please.
- 16:17Speaker 2: You going past Kimmage?
- 16:19Speaker 1: Oh, Kimmage.
- 16:20Speaker 5: No.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Done Deal Cars.
- 16:22Speaker 3: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
- 16:24Speaker 5: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 16:28Speaker 5: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 16:31Speaker 5: have faced tremendous setbacks. And yet somehow have found a
- 16:36Speaker 5: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 16:41Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys and I have police complaints
- 16:44Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 16:45Speaker 3: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 16:47Speaker 3: what would you do if it was given back?
- 16:50Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 16:53Speaker 5: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 16:55Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad.
- 16:56Speaker 3: I need a home dad.
- 16:57Speaker 5: What happens next?
- 16:58Speaker 3: When I came in, he started crying.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 17:04Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 17:07Speaker 5: happens next.
- 17:08Speaker 3: I decided to risk it all.
- 17:09Speaker 4: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 17:11Speaker 2: You're worth the work.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Listen, Dar, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 17:15Speaker 3: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 17:17Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 17:20Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 17:31Speaker 2: Then on Friday, I think it was Thursday. No, on Thursday,
- 17:35Speaker 2: the news drops that Rachel Raquel is suing Tom Sandoval
- 17:41Speaker 2: and Ariana. This lawsuit, from what I can gather, she
- 17:46Speaker 2: has not specified a price or at least that's not revealed.
- 17:50Speaker 2: But in it, it's a long declaration in which she
- 17:53Speaker 2: says 50 different people, which she doesn't name. how we're
- 17:58Speaker 2: part of this wrongdoing of her. She said, where everybody
- 18:01Speaker 2: made money off of us. And, and even Tom in
- 18:05Speaker 2: the episode says, well, you know, Raquel and I just
- 18:10Speaker 2: feel like we didn't do anything with malicious intent. Oh,
- 18:14Speaker 2: fucking behind your girlfriend's back. I didn't mean to hurt
- 18:19Speaker 2: you when my dick slipped into Raquel's vagina.
- 18:23Speaker 3: While you were at our home, while you were in bed.
- 18:25Speaker 2: I didn't mean it to hurt you. But he's like,
- 18:27Speaker 2: but we felt we were hurt after the fact. So
- 18:30Speaker 2: he says that. So now at that time, he was still,
- 18:33Speaker 2: as they filmed this thing in Lake Tahoe, thinking maybe
- 18:35Speaker 2: there's a chance for him and Raquel to get back together.
- 18:37Speaker 2: So then she sues him. And I'm like, everybody is like,
- 18:42Speaker 2: what the fuck? And it is for revenge porn. So
- 18:46Speaker 2: to remind people. Ariana, I guess, had suspicions. Picked up
- 18:52Speaker 2: his phone, Tom, while he's performing and didn't see a
- 18:56Speaker 2: text but went to the camera reel. And that is
- 18:59Speaker 2: where she saw a recorded FaceTime between Raquel and Tom
- 19:06Speaker 2: Zanaval in which she was watching a sexy porn and
- 19:11Speaker 2: getting intimate with herself. That, she believes, was real. She
- 19:18Speaker 2: saw it and then she's accusing Ariana of sharing with
- 19:23Speaker 2: the people and talking about it with people.
- 19:26Speaker 4: Well, she did, didn't she?
- 19:28Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know that they have proof. I
- 19:32Speaker 2: don't know that they have proof that she sent it
- 19:34Speaker 2: to anybody. Because the only way that they could have
- 19:37Speaker 2: proof that she sent it, she declared that she did not.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Right early on in all of it, she's like, I
- 19:43Speaker 2: did not send it. That's where the send it to
- 19:45Speaker 2: Daryl came.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Right.
- 19:46Speaker 2: So they all got a letter from Raquel's attorney way
- 19:49Speaker 2: back then. saying, you better not talk about this or
- 19:53Speaker 2: share it or whatever. And that's when Lala said, I
- 19:56Speaker 2: got a little baby to take care of. Send it
- 19:58Speaker 2: to Daryl. That's what this was about. Then it all
- 20:00Speaker 2: went away. She apologized. She went on Bethany Frankel's thing.
- 20:04Speaker 2: She acted all humbled. She started her podcast. nobody's really
- 20:08Speaker 2: talking about her podcast. And now this lawsuit comes where
- 20:11Speaker 2: then she goes, oh, after I didn't get my money
- 20:13Speaker 2: to come back, because she said, I want the same
- 20:15Speaker 2: as Tom and Ariana. And they go, we have a
- 20:17Speaker 2: policy that you only get this much based on how
- 20:21Speaker 2: many years you've been there. So she's like, I'm out.
- 20:23Speaker 2: I'm out. I don't want to talk to Tom anymore.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I want to do a podcast where I talk about
- 20:27Speaker 2: Vanderpump and how much I hate Paul. And now she's
- 20:30Speaker 2: deciding I'm going to sue for this for revenge porn.
- 20:34Speaker 2: And I, And she also says in it that she
- 20:38Speaker 2: alleges that Ariana knew that they were hooking up, making
- 20:45Speaker 2: us question this whole thing again. Was this fake? Was
- 20:48Speaker 2: this scripted? Did Ariana know? I don't think Ariana knew.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I think Ariana was that enraged when she saw the
- 20:55Speaker 2: evidence because she, like some women, was suspicious and didn't
- 20:58Speaker 2: listen to herself. But I don't think she ever had
- 21:01Speaker 2: evidence until she saw it. Yeah.
- 21:03Speaker 3: I think she looked on the phone because she was
- 21:05Speaker 3: suspicious of something or someone and definitely did– I don't
- 21:08Speaker 3: think– thought it was going to be Raquel. She thought
- 21:11Speaker 3: it was going to be a random– A random fan.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:13Speaker 3: And then she probably didn't think it was going to
- 21:15Speaker 3: be so sexual and safe to his phone. I think
- 21:17Speaker 3: she thought she was going to go in there and
- 21:19Speaker 3: see just like some selfie or some shit like with
- 21:22Speaker 3: a tit. But what she saw, I think that was
- 21:25Speaker 3: also– I mean so demoralizing. But I will say– Tom
- 21:28Speaker 3: and Ariana should be mad at Bravo because if Bravo
- 21:31Speaker 3: had paid Raquel what she deserved to be paid for
- 21:34Speaker 3: that year and her life being dismantled and destroyed, regardless
- 21:38Speaker 3: of her own actions, Bravo, that show went from the
- 21:41Speaker 3: bottom of the ratings to the top and Bravo owed
- 21:44Speaker 3: her that money and didn't pay her, which is a
- 21:47Speaker 3: cornerstone of Bravo. Sorry, not fucking sorry. And now they're
- 21:51Speaker 3: getting sued because if she was on that show getting
- 21:53Speaker 3: the money she deserved, they would not be being sued.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Everything would be being worked out. as it does in life.
- 21:59Speaker 2: It is weird, though, then, when someone realizes that the
- 22:02Speaker 2: bridge has been burned at Bravo is when they kind
- 22:05Speaker 2: of rewrite history for themselves, where it was like, yeah,
- 22:10Speaker 2: looking back, sure, looking back, it was fucked, but had
- 22:13Speaker 2: you gotten what you originally wanted, this lawsuit wouldn't have happened.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Well, it's always like that. You'll keep the job and
- 22:19Speaker 3: be treated like shit and take your money and go
- 22:21Speaker 3: home and be like, okay, I don't like this, but
- 22:24Speaker 3: once you're fired, you're like... Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Now I am mad.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Right, exactly.
- 22:29Speaker 3: The only reason I was accepting that type of treatment
- 22:31Speaker 3: was for your shitty, serious job.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Exactly. And I also, they also probably thought, well, who's
- 22:40Speaker 2: going to film with Raquel? You don't think that she
- 22:43Speaker 2: and Billy Lee could have had a few cute, fun lunches?
- 22:47Speaker 2: Billy Lee would have filmed with her.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Tom would have filmed with her.
- 22:51Speaker 4: In fact, they all would have.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Sorry. Lala had a scene where she called her. Yeah,
- 22:57Speaker 2: Lala would have. She called her and said, so Lala
- 23:00Speaker 2: would have met with her to get to the bottom
- 23:04Speaker 2: of it, to try to go, okay, can you move
- 23:07Speaker 2: on from it? They all would have played ball, or
- 23:11Speaker 2: most of them would have, had they met. And I
- 23:14Speaker 2: was like– and the thing is with this stupid policy
- 23:17Speaker 2: of no, it's seniority. This is not the teachers' unions.
- 23:21Speaker 2: This is TV. So like if someone is more valuable
- 23:25Speaker 2: because of the crazy shit– if it's a reality show
- 23:29Speaker 2: and someone has crazy shit going on in their lives
- 23:32Speaker 2: that we want to see captured and it's dramatic and
- 23:36Speaker 2: it's fucking– awful, but the only lemonade is that they
- 23:39Speaker 2: get to stay on the show and get paid a
- 23:41Speaker 2: little more. Give them the lemonade stand.
- 23:44Speaker 4: What the fuck?
- 23:45Speaker 2: Like, I'm sorry. And then some people have boring lives
- 23:48Speaker 2: and then they're like, you have no storyline. Well, I'm sorry.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Do you want me and my husband to take on
- 23:52Speaker 2: a third so that I can stay on the show? No, like,
- 23:56Speaker 2: sorry that I'm boring, but that's all I got. Like,
- 23:59Speaker 2: I see it both ways, but yes, but you then
- 24:02Speaker 2: as the boring one shouldn't be like.
- 24:05Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Yeah.
- 24:07Speaker 2: This is only her fourth year, which means she only
- 24:09Speaker 2: gets $ 212 a season. It's not your business. No. Like,
- 24:14Speaker 2: that's TV. This is not a factory.
- 24:19Speaker 4: No.
- 24:19Speaker 2: With an hourly wage.
- 24:21Speaker 3: I was gagged that Bravo did not come up off
- 24:23Speaker 3: the cash for her. I really was. And I said,
- 24:26Speaker 3: I told you on your show, in your other studio,
- 24:28Speaker 3: I was like, I'm not watching it if she doesn't
- 24:31Speaker 3: come back. And we haven't. No.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Well, I feel horrible for Ariana. I do not think
- 24:34Speaker 2: she deserves to be sued. I don't think this is–
- 24:38Speaker 2: and I also don't think this is going to help
- 24:39Speaker 2: Raquel because there were some people that were starting to
- 24:41Speaker 2: get on Raquel's side a little bit. But I think
- 24:44Speaker 2: legally if she's going to sue Tom, she kind of
- 24:48Speaker 2: has to sue Ariana if this is the angle she's taking.
- 24:51Speaker 2: She also reveals in the 100-page document, whatever the hell
- 24:54Speaker 2: it is, an incident with James where she claims James
- 25:00Speaker 2: was arguing with her family present and was not nice
- 25:04Speaker 2: to the family dog. With Julie here, that's all I'm
- 25:07Speaker 2: going to say. And it's all alleged, and I don't
- 25:11Speaker 2: believe there's videos or anything. Now if her family backs
- 25:14Speaker 2: her up, again, James could be like, it's your family,
- 25:16Speaker 2: and there's money at stake, and you're suing us all.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Is she suing James? No, I don't know why.
- 25:22Speaker 2: They're all mentioned. This is where I'm confused, and please
- 25:24Speaker 2: sound off in the comments. I don't understand how much
- 25:29Speaker 2: she's asking for. And every article I read doesn't say–
- 25:33Speaker 2: And I don't and I don't know if it really
- 25:36Speaker 2: is including Bravo or the she's saying that that the
- 25:40Speaker 2: she wasn't she was she felt she was being manipulated
- 25:44Speaker 2: not to share everything she was wanting to share. She
- 25:47Speaker 2: was told, like, you can't say this. You can't do
- 25:50Speaker 2: these interviews. Now she's saying that that she was feeling
- 25:53Speaker 2: that they were like, hold it for the show. Don't
- 25:56Speaker 2: share your truth now. And that's why when we say,
- 25:59Speaker 2: but you said this, she's saying, but I felt like
- 26:01Speaker 2: I had to. Now this is my new truth involved
- 26:04Speaker 2: in this lawsuit.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Oh, maybe she felt like she couldn't say– they asked
- 26:07Speaker 3: her not to say the thing about James on the
- 26:09Speaker 3: show maybe.
- 26:10Speaker 4: Because that would turn a country against someone if they
- 26:13Speaker 4: kicked a dog.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Although she didn't say– or Heather didn't. Or threw it
- 26:17Speaker 3: against a wall or whatever. It doesn't say here that
- 26:19Speaker 3: she's suing Bravo. She must be though, right?
- 26:21Speaker 2: We're seeing James with the dog now, the gram who
- 26:24Speaker 2: came back as hippie. And so far– you know, it's
- 26:28Speaker 2: been okay. But who's to say any of this is true?
- 26:31Speaker 5: Right.
- 26:31Speaker 2: It's all legend. Right. Of course, my experience with all
- 26:35Speaker 2: of them is pleasant, but I don't, never dated them.
- 26:36Speaker 2: I don't work with them, whatever. So she definitely did
- 26:40Speaker 2: work with them.
- 26:41Speaker 4: They were all totally nice and whatever, but definitely feels
- 26:43Speaker 4: like from a, uh, uh, an audience perspective, just from
- 26:49Speaker 4: watching Raquel, Rachel, who, you know, She's she's doing a
- 26:53Speaker 4: lot of back and forth of like, I'm humble now
- 26:55Speaker 4: and OK, and I'm going to I don't want to look.
- 26:57Speaker 4: But it's the more as long as she's connected to
- 27:00Speaker 4: the show and watches and hears and whatever, she's always
- 27:02Speaker 4: going to be drawn back to try and prove herself.
- 27:06Speaker 4: And so she's always trying to prove herself like she
- 27:08Speaker 4: didn't do anything wrong or look what he did. They
- 27:10Speaker 4: did this to me and now I'm the victim and
- 27:12Speaker 4: Ariana is going to get money and now I'm pissed
- 27:13Speaker 4: and go back and forth and it's never going to end.
- 27:16Speaker 4: She either needs to cut the tie.
- 27:17Speaker 2: If only she had just– or what?
- 27:21Speaker 5: Sorry.
- 27:22Speaker 4: Just– and this is easier said than done because they
- 27:25Speaker 4: have all done– Well, she has no way to make money.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I know, and that's the thing. But you can't– at
- 27:29Speaker 4: the same time, you're going and being like, yeah, I'm
- 27:31Speaker 4: going into rehab and I'm just this now and then
- 27:35Speaker 4: going back. And then it's like she's– The.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Only reason I don't think she took my advice is
- 27:41Speaker 2: because she really isn't this person. And the person that
- 27:45Speaker 2: she should be is– and the way you could make
- 27:49Speaker 2: money off of it and reinvent yourself and actually get
- 27:52Speaker 2: people to forgive you is to be like, welcome to
- 27:57Speaker 2: Rachel Goes Rogue or whatever it is. Now I'm going
- 28:00Speaker 2: to fucking tell you everything. On this day, I almost
- 28:04Speaker 2: thought we were going to get caught. On this day,
- 28:06Speaker 2: I reveal to my sister. On this day, da-da-da-da. And
- 28:10Speaker 2: go through it. Then have people come on. whether anonymous
- 28:15Speaker 2: or what, and say, Confessions of a Mistress should be
- 28:20Speaker 2: the name of the podcast. And people say how long
- 28:24Speaker 2: they went, when they realized. Someone could be like, I
- 28:27Speaker 2: got the guy. We've been married for 20 years. It
- 28:29Speaker 2: all fucking worked out. There could be different stories to it.
- 28:32Speaker 2: There's a reason why we all were so fascinated by this,
- 28:35Speaker 2: because my favorite genre of television and film is infidelity. Forever.
- 28:41Speaker 2: So it's like, Tap into that. Now you're going back
- 28:44Speaker 2: and forth. I'm a victim. And this whole like revenge
- 28:49Speaker 2: porn thing is such a weird, scary thing because it's
- 28:52Speaker 2: like if a 13 year old took a photo of
- 28:55Speaker 2: her boobs and sent it to her 13 year old boyfriend,
- 28:59Speaker 2: that 13 year old girl could actually be criminally charged
- 29:03Speaker 2: for trafficking porn because she herself is under 18. And
- 29:09Speaker 2: if your son is able to get that, and then
- 29:12Speaker 2: he accidentally or chooses to send it to his friend,
- 29:15Speaker 2: look what Jenny from, you know, Algebra 1 sent me.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Now those two boys could have a criminal record. It's just,
- 29:25Speaker 2: it's like there's too much, the law is too, it's
- 29:27Speaker 2: not catching up to it. It's too much. It's too hard.
- 29:30Speaker 2: And I just think if you're in her position and
- 29:33Speaker 2: and you had proof that your boyfriend, that you were suspicious,
- 29:36Speaker 2: was cheating with your best friend whatever she did in
- 29:41Speaker 2: that moment to tell her best girlfriend, I wasn't insane.
- 29:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 29:47Speaker 2: We forgive you. Yeah. And if she sent it and everything,
- 29:50Speaker 2: but then who knows what, she should say, I never
- 29:53Speaker 2: sent it. And that's what she did say. But if
- 29:55Speaker 2: for some reason she did, I don't know how Raquel
- 29:58Speaker 2: has proof because I'm sure any of her girlfriends delete
- 30:00Speaker 2: it and everything. Oh, I also saw for the podcast
- 30:03Speaker 2: Vanderpump Rules, girls, I think it was that. They were
- 30:06Speaker 2: at the location over the weekend where allegedly Sheena pushed
- 30:13Speaker 2: Raquel to when she got the message from Ariana or
- 30:17Speaker 2: when Raquel goes, oh, by the way, we've been having
- 30:18Speaker 2: an affair for seven months. And they go, look, there's
- 30:21Speaker 2: security cameras here. Let's pull it up. What I want
- 30:24Speaker 2: to say, pulling up security cameras at a place is
- 30:28Speaker 2: a lot of effort. Now, if a murder happens. Very dateline.
- 30:31Speaker 4: Very dateline.
- 30:32Speaker 2: If a murder happened, maybe they can go back. Well,
- 30:34Speaker 2: all of it.
- 30:36Speaker 4: Eight months.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Maybe they go back eight months. But for a push
- 30:40Speaker 2: where a scratch may or may not have happened before,
- 30:43Speaker 2: between two reality stars, I don't think they're going to
- 30:46Speaker 2: go back to the archives.
- 30:47Speaker 4: Well, also, they're going to call FBI and get forensics
- 30:49Speaker 4: on the phone. Are they going to call and get
- 30:52Speaker 4: the records like they would with Trump? No, we're not
- 30:54Speaker 4: going to do that. And also, at some point, with
- 30:56Speaker 4: Raquel Rachel, you have to accept the responsibility for what
- 31:00Speaker 4: you did, and if somebody pushed you or punched you
- 31:02Speaker 4: or sent your masturbation video to their friend, you kind of,
- 31:05Speaker 4: at that point, have to go, I did deserve that.
- 31:07Speaker 3: I'm just saying, I'm repeating this.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Like, this would not be happening... Look at the picture.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Here are the three people involved in Scandival. Ariana, Tom,
- 31:17Speaker 3: and Raquel. Raquel is the only one not being paid. Now,
- 31:20Speaker 3: I don't blame Ariana, like 100%. She was a victim
- 31:24Speaker 3: in this, and that sucks, and it was awful, and
- 31:26Speaker 3: I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. But the
- 31:29Speaker 3: only reason Raquel's suing Tom when you know she's still
- 31:31Speaker 3: in love with him is because he went ahead and
- 31:33Speaker 3: skipped to my loo right onto his fucking paycheck and
- 31:36Speaker 3: left her in the dust. And she's sitting there going,
- 31:38Speaker 3: they're getting paid and I'm not. And it's like... I
- 31:41Speaker 3: hope she's suing Bravo more than anything. I mean, because
- 31:44Speaker 3: these two individuals do not, do not deserve and should
- 31:48Speaker 3: not be, be, sued for any reason. There's no litigation
- 31:51Speaker 3: for these other people.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yeah, here's a crazy, crazy thought. Like, sue yourself. Crazy thought.
- 31:54Speaker 4: Go on.
- 31:56Speaker 2: First of all, very stressful to ever be part of
- 31:57Speaker 2: a lawsuit. Even if it's something as mundane as this,
- 32:01Speaker 2: you do watch a date line, I've been there, and
- 32:04Speaker 2: all of a sudden, I'm like, anxiety up to my throat, triggered,
- 32:08Speaker 2: and I'm like, are they going to ask to pull
- 32:10Speaker 2: my phone and see a text message I sent to
- 32:12Speaker 2: my sister from three years ago to proving that? Like,
- 32:15Speaker 2: you start to get in your head about it, and
- 32:18Speaker 2: It can be very, very debilitating just being sued at all.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Even if people are like, you're going to win. Don't worry.
- 32:23Speaker 2: It's very hard to just keep going with it because
- 32:25Speaker 2: it's so stressful, especially when it's like personal relationships are involved.
- 32:31Speaker 1: But.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Now I forgot what I was going
- 32:34Speaker 2: to say. But I will say as far as the
- 32:36Speaker 2: security camera, I believe after 30 days it like restart. Definitely.
- 32:40Speaker 2: That was one thing. And then it'll come to me
- 32:44Speaker 2: in a minute. But what were you just saying before?
- 32:45Speaker 2: Then it'll hit me.
- 32:46Speaker 3: I was talking about how she didn't probably... Oh, here's
- 32:50Speaker 3: my crazy thought.
- 32:51Speaker 2: This is insane, people. But they are still living in
- 32:56Speaker 2: the same house. Now, Ariana is still doing her show
- 32:59Speaker 2: on Broadway. But what if both being sued actually.
- 33:05Speaker 4: Oh, God, Heather.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Not brings them together in a romantic way, but brings
- 33:10Speaker 2: them together as friends again, Ariana and Tom. Because now
- 33:16Speaker 2: they have a united enemy. And now they're like, what
- 33:20Speaker 2: the hell?
- 33:23Speaker 4: I mean, it's possible. It's not that crazy.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:25Speaker 4: It's not that crazy. Like, it could be the unification
- 33:30Speaker 4: that just at least brings healing or something.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Like, listen, the real enemy was her. You know, let's
- 33:37Speaker 2: do what we need to do to continue with our
- 33:40Speaker 2: careers and reputations and fight this together.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Whatever it is, get our story together. I don't know.
- 33:45Speaker 2: I do.
- 33:47Speaker 3: My one last thing is that I do know that
- 33:49Speaker 3: I know deep down she wishes that like Tom Schwartz,
- 33:52Speaker 3: who was also knew well aware what was going on
- 33:54Speaker 3: and spent lots of time with her. I think she
- 33:56Speaker 3: wished that they had come together and sort of like
- 33:59Speaker 3: a favorite. Who's she?
- 34:00Speaker 4: Raquel.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Raquel.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Wish they had done like a favored nations like look.
- 34:04Speaker 3: We're coming together. We're not doing the show unless she
- 34:06Speaker 3: does it too. She needs to be paid equally. Obviously,
- 34:09Speaker 3: Ariana's not going to do that, but.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Yeah, but still, that was still too raw for everybody
- 34:14Speaker 2: to try to say that. They just were like, we
- 34:16Speaker 2: just don't even want a deal.
- 34:18Speaker 3: But that's why this is happening.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:20Speaker 3: And I will also say that her having to be quiet,
- 34:24Speaker 3: that's another cornerstone of Bravo. That's true. Why not when
- 34:28Speaker 3: we hosted the Vanderpump Rules after show? Because that was
- 34:30Speaker 3: clearly just a flop, but... People's Couch was successful. And
- 34:33Speaker 3: when they canceled that, they made us not tell anyone
- 34:37Speaker 3: because they didn't want– they didn't want– it was very popular.
- 34:40Speaker 3: It was really popular on social media. And they didn't
- 34:42Speaker 3: want the fans like– and this was before the fandom
- 34:45Speaker 3: became so, so toxic as.
- 34:47Speaker 2: It is now.
- 34:47Speaker 4: And so vocal, yeah.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:48Speaker 3: They did not want people complaining. And so we were
- 34:50Speaker 3: like not allowed to say it was canceled.
- 34:53Speaker 2: For a year.
- 34:53Speaker 3: And he was just like, just don't say anything yet.
- 34:56Speaker 3: Don't say anything yet. Don't say anything yet.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Which also isn't fair. Because you want the world to
- 35:00Speaker 2: know that you guys are available for other shit.
- 35:02Speaker 3: And that's the same with her.
- 35:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:04Speaker 3: You know what I mean? She didn't get to speak
- 35:05Speaker 3: her truth, like you said. And then so now it's
- 35:08Speaker 3: like she was waiting. She was holding it all for
- 35:10Speaker 3: Bravo and for the show.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Well, getting into the craziest weekend, Brittany of Brittany and Jax,
- 35:16Speaker 2: also from Vanderpump, now stars of the new show, The Valley.
- 35:20Speaker 2: She announced on her podcast that they have been separated,
- 35:24Speaker 2: that she is living in, I believe, an Airbnb. I
- 35:28Speaker 2: don't know that she got an actual lease, but living
- 35:30Speaker 2: under a different house, in a different house with her
- 35:34Speaker 2: son and with their son. Jax has kind of been like, no,
- 35:40Speaker 2: we're fine. He was seen at the gym. We're going
- 35:42Speaker 2: to work it out. TMZ stopped her. And she– they're like,
- 35:48Speaker 2: what about counseling? And she's like, I've tried to get
- 35:51Speaker 2: them to go. Basically, this is what I think is
- 35:55Speaker 2: going on. So obviously a lot of people thought it
- 35:57Speaker 2: was fake to get people to watch the premiere of Valley,
- 36:00Speaker 2: which I think is coming out in a week. I
- 36:05Speaker 2: believe with good knowledge, no, this is real. And I
- 36:09Speaker 2: don't think this is, and I think it's because we
- 36:12Speaker 2: all just thought that Brittany would always put up with Jax.
- 36:15Speaker 2: I love him so much. He's my Jax. But we
- 36:19Speaker 2: also have to say this is a 35-year-old mom of
- 36:21Speaker 2: a two-year-old. This is someone who's been with him for
- 36:24Speaker 2: 10 years. And sometimes you're just like, fuck it. I
- 36:28Speaker 2: deserve better. And we don't know if it's infidelity or
- 36:32Speaker 2: him just being not attentive and just being a dick
- 36:35Speaker 2: and just not, and she's just like, I'm done with it.
- 36:38Speaker 2: And so maybe moving out will be the thing that
- 36:41Speaker 2: inspires him to actually get it together. But I think
- 36:45Speaker 2: that's what she's hoping. I think she wants to see
- 36:47Speaker 2: him crawling back, doing whatever it takes to get her back.
- 36:51Speaker 2: And if he doesn't, I think she's like, I'm good.
- 36:54Speaker 3: I think he will. I definitely think he will. I
- 36:56Speaker 3: think he, I think he loves her. I think they're
- 36:58Speaker 3: in love. I think they love each other. I definitely
- 37:01Speaker 3: think this is temporary.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I don't know if he has just one of those
- 37:04Speaker 2: guys' egos that's like, no, you don't understand what she
- 37:06Speaker 2: said to me. Like, no, this is when you have
- 37:09Speaker 2: to crawl back, Jax. Yeah. Crawl back and be like,
- 37:14Speaker 2: I will do whatever it takes. But maybe he's not
- 37:18Speaker 2: because maybe they are at a place where it's just
- 37:22Speaker 2: not jiving and it hasn't been for a while. I mean,
- 37:24Speaker 2: marriage is hard. Throw a kid in it. Be public.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Open a bar.
- 37:30Speaker 2: All of that, start a new show. Yeah. She's got
- 37:33Speaker 2: her own thing going.
- 37:34Speaker 3: He's going to crawl back and she's going to do
- 37:36Speaker 3: it because not only do I think she's in love
- 37:38Speaker 3: with him, I think she told Julie and I, and
- 37:40Speaker 3: she's made it public, but she told us personally that
- 37:42Speaker 3: she wants another baby soon. Now Lala's pregnant. Her ovaries
- 37:47Speaker 3: are going to start throbbing and she definitely wants a
- 37:50Speaker 3: baby with Jax.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Who wouldn't?
- 37:51Speaker 3: So, I mean, Julie wants a baby with Jax, quite frankly.
- 37:54Speaker 3: So I will say that Brittany... I always say this,
- 37:59Speaker 3: but when we did the Vanderpump Rules after show, it
- 38:01Speaker 3: was her first year. They had just gotten together. And
- 38:05Speaker 3: so we really bonded with her because we were all
- 38:08Speaker 3: just like, isn't this fucking weird? And she's like, yeah,
- 38:11Speaker 3: I was taking pictures of my trailer and they were
- 38:12Speaker 3: putting it on Instagram. I think that she's a lot
- 38:16Speaker 3: like another ex we know named Scott. There are people
- 38:20Speaker 3: in this world who are who are just... I'm not
- 38:23Speaker 3: saying she can't be snarky and funny and touchy.
- 38:25Speaker 2: No, but she really can be. Like, literally, every person
- 38:29Speaker 2: I've ever interviewed with the Vanderpump, I go, how has
- 38:31Speaker 2: no one had an issue with Britney? And literally nobody
- 38:34Speaker 2: has in 10 years.
- 38:35Speaker 3: She's one of those people that's so kind, like Scott, where... Whatever.
- 38:40Speaker 3: They would never bully someone. They would never be accused
- 38:43Speaker 3: of that. And she's she is the catch of the century,
- 38:46Speaker 3: like Scott. And Jax knows that.
- 38:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:49Speaker 3: She cooks some food. She's got a big old titty.
- 38:52Speaker 3: She's super pretty. She she had his son like you
- 38:55Speaker 3: can't let that you can't let that get away. You can't.
- 38:57Speaker 2: He has to seriously change whatever is going on. Whatever
- 39:01Speaker 2: rut they got into where I just feel it got
- 39:04Speaker 2: to a place where he was not being sweet and
- 39:06Speaker 2: not appreciative. That's what I think is going on. Yeah,
- 39:09Speaker 2: don't take me for granted. He better save this situation
- 39:13Speaker 2: because I think she is ready to move on and
- 39:15Speaker 2: she'll be just fine and she will find another guy
- 39:18Speaker 2: if she wants that or she'll have a baby on
- 39:19Speaker 2: her own if she wants that. I think she's her
- 39:22Speaker 2: own personality. I think she could even be a stronger– She's.
- 39:25Speaker 3: A strong woman I think she could even be.
- 39:27Speaker 2: A stronger influencer on her own as a single mom.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Who's like, I don't want, I think she, you know,
- 39:32Speaker 2: I don't want to put up with that anymore. So
- 39:34Speaker 2: he's got a small window to fucking get it going.
- 39:39Speaker 4: I love them.
- 39:40Speaker 3: I love them as a couple though.
- 39:42Speaker 4: I love their love.
- 39:42Speaker 3: And I, I'm glad that she, as a strong woman
- 39:45Speaker 3: was like, you're not going to, Take advantage of me.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Take me for granted. I'm going to take our son
- 39:50Speaker 3: and go off and make him sit there in that
- 39:53Speaker 3: house alone and be like, well, this sucks.
- 39:56Speaker 2: But she has said over and over, and I believe it,
- 40:00Speaker 2: it's not for the show. It's not for the show.
- 40:02Speaker 2: She said, my mental health, I just couldn't take it.
- 40:04Speaker 2: I needed to get away and I needed to live
- 40:06Speaker 2: separately for a minute.
- 40:07Speaker 4: Well, strong woman to strong woman. Let's hope that it
- 40:09Speaker 4: all works out for both of their.
- 40:11Speaker 3: Nothing but love for both of them.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Speaking of a strong woman, so Leah McSweeney. formerly of
- 40:16Speaker 2: Real Housewives of New York, has also filed a lawsuit
- 40:20Speaker 2: against the production company and I think Bravo. I don't
- 40:27Speaker 2: know if she's suing Andy, but she mentions Andy in
- 40:30Speaker 2: this lawsuit where she says Andy allegedly would do coke
- 40:39Speaker 2: with the Bravo talent before Watch What Happens Live. And
- 40:45Speaker 2: those people are still on the shows and succeeding. And
- 40:49Speaker 2: people like me who went sober where I was encouraged
- 40:54Speaker 2: to drink and this and that are no longer on
- 40:56Speaker 2: the shows. So, of course, we remember when Kathy Griffin
- 41:01Speaker 2: had mentioned that she was going after. Now, I don't
- 41:05Speaker 2: remember the total purpose of events, but there was a
- 41:09Speaker 2: Wendy Williams clip where she throws out Andy doing coke.
- 41:14Speaker 4: That was after.
- 41:15Speaker 2: After holding the head of Trump, the mask.
- 41:18Speaker 3: She held the head of Trump.
- 41:20Speaker 2: The mask of Trump.
- 41:21Speaker 3: Yeah. And then they fired her off of New Year's Eve.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Right. And Anderson Cooper never texted her, never called her,
- 41:29Speaker 2: never spoke to her again because it was a Hollywood friendship.
- 41:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:33Speaker 2: And she had the ultimate stink on her. And she
- 41:37Speaker 2: was like, what? And that was it for that. And
- 41:40Speaker 2: then Andy replaced her.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:42Speaker 3: And then Andy was walking at LAX.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Right.
- 41:44Speaker 3: And TMZ approached him about, how do you feel about
- 41:47Speaker 3: Kathy Griffin? And he said, who's that? And then.
- 41:51Speaker 4: I don't know her.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 41:52Speaker 2: He was doing the Mariah joke.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know her. And then she, you know,
- 41:56Speaker 3: did that video, which unfortunately.
- 41:58Speaker 2: But she did another video where she had her short hair.
- 42:02Speaker 3: She looked and sounded unhinged.
- 42:03Speaker 2: And she had the blue dress from when she held.
- 42:05Speaker 2: So she put back the blue dress on from when
- 42:07Speaker 2: she held the mask. And she's like, he offered me
- 42:11Speaker 2: cocaine twice.
- 42:12Speaker 3: And she said, before Watch What Happens Live.
- 42:14Speaker 2: Before Watch What Happens Live. He came in my dressing
- 42:15Speaker 2: room and was like, do you want? And she first
- 42:17Speaker 2: thought it was a joke because I've known Kathy since
- 42:20Speaker 2: I was at the Groundlings. And I knew that she
- 42:23Speaker 2: was one of those people that actually has never even
- 42:25Speaker 2: tried alcohol. Just sometimes people, based on for whatever reason,
- 42:30Speaker 2: they literally don't. Maybe she's never tried it. Maybe she's
- 42:32Speaker 2: tried it, but literally has never drank. Not a part
- 42:35Speaker 2: of her life. So she thought it was a joke.
- 42:38Speaker 2: And then when it happened again, she was like, oh,
- 42:41Speaker 2: he doesn't know that I don't drink. And this was
- 42:42Speaker 2: a real thing because it's happened now twice. So she
- 42:46Speaker 2: throws it out there. At that point, she was very unpopular.
- 42:51Speaker 2: And also, I think the same way people are feeling now,
- 42:54Speaker 2: even if that's true, which I doubt it's happening now,
- 42:58Speaker 2: but even if it happened years ago, it's a late
- 43:00Speaker 2: night talk show about housewives. And whether you do cocaine
- 43:04Speaker 2: or not, I just don't think people care. He's not
- 43:06Speaker 2: a pilot. He's not a surgeon. He's not the president.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Like I just kind of, he's, you know, not a priest.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Like I just think kind of people like, okay, whatever.
- 43:16Speaker 2: But the housewives have come out in droves of doing
- 43:20Speaker 2: posts in support of Andy. I mean, there was a
- 43:25Speaker 2: time when he would post a lot of photos of
- 43:27Speaker 2: baby Ben, who's now like four, his son. And I
- 43:31Speaker 2: said a joke like, oh my God, housewives must be
- 43:34Speaker 2: freaking out because you do like a post and all
- 43:37Speaker 2: the housewives, he's the cutest. You're the best dad.
- 43:39Speaker 5: He's the cutest.
- 43:40Speaker 2: He's the chocolate eye. And then I was like, what
- 43:43Speaker 2: about the housewife that like took a nap and woke
- 43:46Speaker 2: up and picked up her phone and realized that he
- 43:47Speaker 2: had posted four hours ago and she hasn't. I'm like,
- 43:50Speaker 2: do they have Google alerts on like, I've got to
- 43:53Speaker 2: be up there with Luann and everybody to make sure
- 43:55Speaker 2: that they know that he is the best dad that's ever.
- 43:58Speaker 2: So I feel like, yeah. And also people are like, Hey, Hey,
- 44:02Speaker 2: I've done Watch What Happens to Life twice. Once was
- 44:04Speaker 2: 11 years ago. The other one was in August. No,
- 44:06Speaker 2: I was not offered anything except for the cocktail of
- 44:10Speaker 2: your choice. That's it.
- 44:11Speaker 3: I can say for everyone coming out being like Gertie
- 44:14Speaker 3: and whoever being like he's never– Lisa Vanderpump I'm like
- 44:18Speaker 3: this and we've done the show like five times or
- 44:21Speaker 3: something and I'm like this well I guess we're not
- 44:24Speaker 3: cool yeah I'm straight up offended and I wouldn't be
- 44:28Speaker 3: bragging that you didn't get any offer to you because
- 44:30Speaker 3: that means you're not cool actually he probably knew well
- 44:33Speaker 3: aware Kathy Griffin didn't drink and he wanted to include
- 44:36Speaker 3: her and make her feel cool and you can do
- 44:37Speaker 3: blow and not drink it's not easy I wouldn't recommend
- 44:40Speaker 3: it but it's you can and I'm You know, and
- 44:44Speaker 3: to that thing, it was kind of, it was her
- 44:49Speaker 3: defending herself. I mean, she had so much.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Kathy?
- 44:52Speaker 3: She didn't need that.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 44:54Speaker 3: She didn't need that because like you're saying, it's like.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Well, Kathy did the first, Kathy did what I remember happened.
- 44:59Speaker 2: She first was like, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that
- 45:03Speaker 2: this was a triggering photo for many reasons other than
- 45:06Speaker 2: me just mocking a guy I don't like. Okay. I
- 45:09Speaker 2: thought that was great. But then when. She started to
- 45:13Speaker 2: get so much hate and felt it was coming from
- 45:18Speaker 2: the top is when then she went and sort of
- 45:21Speaker 2: doubled down and was– and then that didn't help her situation.
- 45:25Speaker 2: Then she's like, I've lost everything. But then she also
- 45:28Speaker 2: went on a world tour and did just fine. And
- 45:31Speaker 2: now she's back. I want to tell you one person
- 45:33Speaker 2: who didn't abandon her during that time.
- 45:35Speaker 4: Was it you?
- 45:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:38Speaker 2: I called my agent and I'm like, what, what is this?
- 45:42Speaker 2: He represented her too. He said, I'll tell you right now. Uh,
- 45:47Speaker 2: she kind of decided to do this out of her
- 45:48Speaker 2: own with a photographer. There was no publicist organizing it.
- 45:52Speaker 2: This is what he told me. He senses a loss
- 45:55Speaker 2: left the agency. So I don't even know where he is. And, um,
- 45:58Speaker 2: And I go, okay, I can see how that can happen.
- 46:00Speaker 2: I can see how she thought this was gonna be
- 46:02Speaker 2: so well received and everyone would love it and it
- 46:05Speaker 2: would be a big splash for her and it wasn't.
- 46:08Speaker 2: So because it was such a triggering photo and all
- 46:10Speaker 2: of that, whether you like him or not, it was
- 46:12Speaker 2: not a good idea. So that was a big bomb
- 46:14Speaker 2: of a joke. We've all had a bomb of a
- 46:16Speaker 2: joke where we thought, or a prank that we think
- 46:18Speaker 2: is gonna be so amazing and it didn't go well
- 46:20Speaker 2: and that was that. I reached out to her, I
- 46:22Speaker 2: emailed her both times. Once when she went after Bravo,
- 46:27Speaker 2: Saying like these executives and all this other stuff. And
- 46:30Speaker 2: I was like, come on, Juicy Scoop, or we don't
- 46:33Speaker 2: have to talk about anything and just come on. Let's
- 46:35Speaker 2: just like be funny and let people remember how hilarious
- 46:38Speaker 2: you are. Because at that time, not everyone had a
- 46:39Speaker 2: podcast and she didn't. Well, I don't think she has
- 46:41Speaker 2: one now, but probably will tomorrow. But I reached out
- 46:45Speaker 2: and I continually reached out to her over the years
- 46:49Speaker 2: in which she said, oh, I don't know, no, no,
- 46:51Speaker 2: or ignore her. So I'm just saying I didn't feel–
- 46:55Speaker 2: I don't abandon people when they have stink on them.
- 47:00Speaker 3: Well, let me ask you guys. If that happened today.
- 47:02Speaker 5: Yes.
- 47:02Speaker 3: That exact thing.
- 47:03Speaker 2: The photo.
- 47:04Speaker 3: Maybe not her because she's not as popular as she
- 47:07Speaker 3: was then.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Well, she's coming back and she's doing great.
- 47:09Speaker 5: Okay, good.
- 47:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:10Speaker 3: But if that– just let's say someone who's– because she
- 47:12Speaker 3: was wildly popular. And, I mean, we were huge fans
- 47:14Speaker 3: and still are. But if somebody who's doing well and
- 47:18Speaker 3: they're– liberal like she was, Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper
- 47:23Speaker 3: are liberal Democrats. If they did that exact thing, do
- 47:28Speaker 3: you think they would be as ostracized? Or do you
- 47:34Speaker 3: think a lot more people would just be like, I'm
- 47:35Speaker 3: standing by, I don't care. In 2024, because when was that?
- 47:39Speaker 3: That was like- Interesting. Was that 2019 or 2018? I
- 47:40Speaker 3: wanted to have her on because I wanted her.
- 47:48Speaker 2: To have those moments, like I'm asking Markelle, really explain
- 47:53Speaker 2: what you thought then when you realized why it got
- 47:56Speaker 2: such a horrible reaction because it was triggering to people
- 47:58Speaker 2: who maybe this happened to their child or a soldier
- 48:01Speaker 2: or a hostage, whatever. And they didn't see it as
- 48:04Speaker 2: a mask. They saw it as something else. Let's talk
- 48:07Speaker 2: about it so that people see the human, authentic side
- 48:10Speaker 2: of you. And that it was just a fucking joke
- 48:12Speaker 2: that just did not go over and you did not
- 48:15Speaker 2: think it through because you had such hatred for this person.
- 48:17Speaker 2: You thought the whole world did. And they didn't. No.
- 48:21Speaker 2: And they didn't. And that's that. Like, okay.
- 48:24Speaker 4: And they also, like, I think that people, I think
- 48:27Speaker 4: people would still, I think the level of weaponizing our
- 48:35Speaker 4: mental health and triggering and violence and everything we've all
- 48:41Speaker 4: been through for the last, but particularly in a war
- 48:43Speaker 4: right now or two of them, I think people would,
- 48:47Speaker 4: it wouldn't be so much Trump. It would be the
- 48:50Speaker 4: violence of it. And I think that people would, would
- 48:53Speaker 4: react to the violent nature of it.
- 48:55Speaker 2: Because people were making, have been making fun of him
- 48:58Speaker 2: and imitating him for years and years and years. And
- 49:01Speaker 2: even people who love him can, can appreciate a great impression.
- 49:04Speaker 4: Right.
- 49:05Speaker 2: So it's like you're right. It was it was just
- 49:07Speaker 2: not a great. And I remember reading about it all.
- 49:11Speaker 2: And even what I remember, which does not mean 100
- 49:14Speaker 2: percent correct people, is I remember something like the photographer
- 49:17Speaker 2: was like, are you sure? And he. claimed that she
- 49:20Speaker 2: was like, I'm ready for this to make, like, this
- 49:23Speaker 2: is going to be a huge split. Because she would
- 49:25Speaker 2: do a lot of PR things.
- 49:26Speaker 4: She was like a stunt queen.
- 49:27Speaker 2: There was a time where she'd show up in a
- 49:29Speaker 2: bikini and everyone's like, oh my God, I didn't know
- 49:31Speaker 2: she had such a pagan body. She does. You know,
- 49:33Speaker 2: like things like that. Like she would do, when their
- 49:36Speaker 2: tabloids were big, she would do a lot of tabloid
- 49:38Speaker 2: shoots and And make fun of the fact that she
- 49:40Speaker 2: was on the D-list, why it was such a great show.
- 49:42Speaker 2: And when she got her show on Bravo, which was
- 49:45Speaker 2: like a late night show before Watch What Happens Live,
- 49:48Speaker 2: or it was only Watch What Happens Live, it was
- 49:49Speaker 2: only once a week or something. She said, I thought
- 49:51Speaker 2: Andy was my friend and my boss. I didn't know
- 49:53Speaker 2: he wanted to be me. Yeah.
- 49:55Speaker 4: She said that in the video.
- 49:56Speaker 2: And so she felt that that was... Now we... Listen,
- 49:59Speaker 2: there's a lot that goes into how shows get chosen
- 50:01Speaker 2: and picked and everything.
- 50:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:03Speaker 2: And it's usually not one or two people who decide. So,
- 50:06Speaker 2: you know, I don't think Andy's done anything wrong. And
- 50:09Speaker 2: the show has gone on for years and he's never
- 50:12Speaker 2: shown up whacked out or anything. He's always done his job.
- 50:16Speaker 2: So I think that we have to see, you know, sure.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Some people have a better night than others. How many
- 50:21Speaker 2: episodes have you done?
- 50:22Speaker 3: 10,000?
- 50:22Speaker 2: I don't even know. So it's like, yeah, okay.
- 50:25Speaker 4: But I do think weaponizing, again, I'm going to use
- 50:28Speaker 4: that word.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 50:30Speaker 4: Like whether it's Liam, I don't appreciate, I'm not here
- 50:34Speaker 4: for pointing out, exploiting and revealing somebody who uses drugs.
- 50:39Speaker 4: I don't think whether it's recreationally or whatever, you were
- 50:42Speaker 4: down for the cause. You did what you did. You're down,
- 50:45Speaker 4: you're down, you're down until something happens to you. And
- 50:48Speaker 4: now he's a coke head. I'm not really here for that.
- 50:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 50:50Speaker 3: You can say that there's a power dynamic and that
- 50:53Speaker 3: he's in charge of you being hired or cast and that,
- 50:57Speaker 3: you know, And that made you sort of, you know,
- 51:00Speaker 3: that everybody's vying. It's a power dynamic. That's all true.
- 51:03Speaker 3: But yeah, now you're going to bring up something done
- 51:06Speaker 3: in private. Like that's just like revealing text messages.
- 51:09Speaker 2: What fans that are not on Leah's side, which is
- 51:12Speaker 2: basically everybody, but I think a few housewives that have
- 51:15Speaker 2: also been fired. Even who's the girl, Jen Lyons? She
- 51:21Speaker 2: first liked it, and then she unliked it.
- 51:24Speaker 3: Well, Heather, nobody knows what the, you know.
- 51:27Speaker 2: Jen Lines is the new housewife who everyone adores, who's
- 51:30Speaker 2: the out lesbian, who is the girl that Sold J.Crew
- 51:34Speaker 2: or whatever.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Well, no one understands how liking is violence the way
- 51:38Speaker 3: you and I do.
- 51:39Speaker 2: Yes.
- 51:39Speaker 3: Because, wow, you can really lose everything because you hit
- 51:41Speaker 3: like on something.
- 51:42Speaker 2: And she might have just been like that. Rolling by.
- 51:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:45Speaker 3: You're just quickly rolling by, pressing like. So people– and
- 51:48Speaker 3: then you're like, great.
- 51:49Speaker 2: But Brandi said on her podcast, Brandi Glanville, that Jen
- 51:52Speaker 2: Lyons liked it. And she said she said I– she
- 51:55Speaker 2: believes she's not coming back. Well, she also didn't go
- 51:58Speaker 2: to BravoCon.
- 51:59Speaker 3: Yeah, and then was blatantly on a red carpet like, oh,
- 52:02Speaker 3: I was at home staring at the wall. That's what
- 52:06Speaker 3: I was doing, and I didn't miss anything.
- 52:08Speaker 2: So what the fans want us to remember, and this
- 52:10Speaker 2: is from a reality blurb, a couple things, is that
- 52:14Speaker 2: she had an incident with the New York Police Department, Leah,
- 52:20Speaker 2: years ago, in which she said that she was, you know,
- 52:25Speaker 2: mishandled in a situation. and therefore sued for $ 2 million,
- 52:30Speaker 2: and they settled, I think, for $ 750 or something like that.
- 52:36Speaker 2: So that's where she started her sweats that say married
- 52:39Speaker 2: to the mom. Now, again, I don't know what the
- 52:44Speaker 2: price tag is on this lawsuit. I'm thinking they're going
- 52:48Speaker 2: to hope to just go behind doors and she's going
- 52:50Speaker 2: to get another check to start a Spanx line or something. Anyway,
- 52:54Speaker 2: but the other thing is they pulled up. When she
- 52:57Speaker 2: was on with Tamron Hall with her mother and I
- 53:01Speaker 2: watched the clip to the guest and it was when
- 53:03Speaker 2: her book came out, probably just after season one, which
- 53:07Speaker 2: now she is sober. So she was sober many years before.
- 53:10Speaker 2: She said, I started to drink right before I did
- 53:12Speaker 2: the interview process, but I thought I had it under control.
- 53:15Speaker 2: She gets on the show. She continues to drink all
- 53:17Speaker 2: the episodes. She's throwing tinky torches, dancing naked. throwing an
- 53:21Speaker 2: oyster or a ravioli in Ramona's face. And, um, and,
- 53:25Speaker 2: and people are liking her for it. Then she goes,
- 53:27Speaker 2: I'm going to get sober and I'm going to convert
- 53:29Speaker 2: to Judaism. So she's also saying in the lawsuit that
- 53:34Speaker 2: because she's a Jew, she was discriminated against somewhere with,
- 53:37Speaker 2: there wasn't, they served a convert or something. I don't know.
- 53:41Speaker 2: So I didn't read it all. So I'm just saying
- 53:43Speaker 2: what I've, I've just gathered all the bits. So in
- 53:45Speaker 2: that she says, The show was really great for me.
- 53:48Speaker 2: The show was so great for me. It got me
- 53:51Speaker 2: to see my behavior and thus become sober. So in
- 53:54Speaker 2: the lawsuit, she's saying the show wasn't supportive of me
- 53:58Speaker 2: being sober. They wanted me to be a drunk. And
- 54:01Speaker 2: when I stopped being a drunk, they didn't hire me back,
- 54:05Speaker 2: which isn't true. She went on Ultimate Girls Trip. She
- 54:07Speaker 2: just got sick and was like in the hospital. but
- 54:10Speaker 2: she wasn't drinking, but she wasn't funny either, but she
- 54:12Speaker 2: was sick and that was unfortunate. And then they rethought
- 54:14Speaker 2: the show and they were supposedly supposed to include Leah
- 54:18Speaker 2: in the new cast. But I think because of the
- 54:20Speaker 2: poor performance there, and also they probably just thought, you
- 54:23Speaker 2: know what, let's just start these girls fresh as their
- 54:26Speaker 2: own thing. And I don't really think it was a
- 54:28Speaker 2: diss to Leah. I think it was just like, let's
- 54:30Speaker 2: just keep it really fresh. She doesn't, it's not a huge,
- 54:33Speaker 2: she doesn't have a huge legacy. She's not a legacy, whatever.
- 54:36Speaker 2: And then she felt, oh, now you're hanging me out
- 54:38Speaker 2: to dry. to start OnlyFans, guess what? I'm gonna sue.
- 54:45Speaker 2: That's some people's opinion.
- 54:46Speaker 4: And then I guess she'll sue OnlyFans when that doesn't
- 54:49Speaker 4: work out because it didn't, I'm not here for her bullshit.
- 54:52Speaker 4: I think that she's, systematically and even, I didn't even
- 54:56Speaker 4: know about the police thing. That just shows the behavior.
- 54:59Speaker 4: We're gonna go, we're gonna do, we're gonna blame, we're gonna,
- 55:02Speaker 4: we're gonna cry, we're gonna, I'm sober, I'm not because
- 55:04Speaker 4: of this, because of this. Like, look in the mirror, bitch.
- 55:07Speaker 4: Look in the mirror. Like at some point we have
- 55:09Speaker 4: to take responsibility for ourselves. We have to. And I'm
- 55:12Speaker 4: not saying that Bravo and these shows and they don't
- 55:14Speaker 4: drive you to drink.
- 55:16Speaker 2: And drive you to be crazy.
- 55:16Speaker 3: Or drive you to be crazy. And they definitely put
- 55:18Speaker 3: out that they were going to put her on the
- 55:20Speaker 3: reboot and then took the temperature of the fans. And
- 55:24Speaker 3: when the fans were like, what? Not into it. They
- 55:26Speaker 3: were like, nah, we're going to keep it this cast.
- 55:28Speaker 3: And she's sitting there like, why did you put out
- 55:30Speaker 3: this rumor? Make me wait around. And then when the
- 55:33Speaker 3: fans responded, because I was such a flop and a
- 55:36Speaker 3: dud on Girl Strip. I mean, I don't care if
- 55:38Speaker 3: she was in the hospital. She sucked before she went
- 55:39Speaker 3: to the hospital on Girl Strip. I was like, get
- 55:41Speaker 3: her out of Thailand. But Bravo certainly went on and
- 55:45Speaker 3: was like, oh, yeah, we're going to– maybe we're going
- 55:47Speaker 3: to put Liam McSweeney in. And then the fans revolted
- 55:50Speaker 3: and then they dropped her the way they always do.
- 55:52Speaker 4: Which is horrific. And I don't– so I'm not, like,
- 55:55Speaker 4: humming for somebody's how you react to it. When you're
- 55:58Speaker 4: an addict, your reaction to things is generally to drink
- 56:01Speaker 4: or do drugs or whatever because that's your comfort. That's
- 56:03Speaker 4: what you– that's why you're doing that for the most part.
- 56:06Speaker 4: So I get all that. But she's– I'm.
- 56:08Speaker 2: Not– posted something or commented and said, yes, we are
- 56:14Speaker 2: not disposable. Yes, you are. My mother always said, everybody's replaceable.
- 56:21Speaker 2: Not necessarily disposable. We don't want to dispose, but replaceable.
- 56:25Speaker 2: There's over 100 housewives. Because remember, Peggy from OC was
- 56:31Speaker 2: the 100th housewife. There's like 145 now or 150 housewives.
- 56:34Speaker 2: You're not... Well, it's like TV. You're one of many, many. Now,
- 56:42Speaker 2: some pop and everything, but you are one of many, many, many, many.
- 56:45Speaker 4: Like TV shows. TV shows. You have a TV show,
- 56:48Speaker 4: it gets canceled. And it's horrible.
- 56:50Speaker 2: Welcome to Hollywood, ladies. A nightmare. It's still Hollywood.
- 56:52Speaker 4: But we're all replaceable and disposable.
- 56:55Speaker 2: So, meanwhile, Bethany now has decided, I have now decided
- 56:59Speaker 2: to cancel my podcast, one of two or three that
- 57:02Speaker 2: she has, on YouTube. about rewives where she would get people,
- 57:07Speaker 2: celebrities come watch an old archive episode and pick it apart.
- 57:10Speaker 2: And nobody listened. Nobody believed it was on. And now
- 57:13Speaker 2: she's saying, because I'm such a moral compass, even though
- 57:16Speaker 2: I had this going for 18 months and made money
- 57:18Speaker 2: off of it, even though I was telling everybody reality reckoning,
- 57:21Speaker 2: why wouldn't you have canceled it yourself when the reality
- 57:24Speaker 2: reckoning started, when you had Nene, when you had these
- 57:26Speaker 2: people on your show? Because I believe in my brain,
- 57:30Speaker 2: it wasn't her that decided to cancel it. No one
- 57:34Speaker 2: was listening. No one was getting ads. And it was
- 57:36Speaker 2: a waste of her time. And it was probably a
- 57:39Speaker 2: mutual goodbye. A mutual goodbye, which means.
- 57:44Speaker 4: Well, if it's a mutual goodbye, then. That's not canceling yourself, though.
- 57:48Speaker 4: That's true.
- 57:49Speaker 2: The show is not going to go on anymore. And
- 57:51Speaker 2: then you being like, I'm going to say I'm canceling
- 57:53Speaker 2: because I'm the moral compass and I don't want to
- 57:54Speaker 2: talk about housewives anymore. Otherwise, you would have canceled it
- 57:57Speaker 2: yourself a long time ago. You would have gotten it right.
- 58:00Speaker 2: This doesn't make sense. When she was sitting there with
- 58:02Speaker 2: Andy and he was grilling her, being like, you're doing
- 58:05Speaker 2: a podcast on Housewives and all you've done on... She's
- 58:07Speaker 2: been shitting on Housewives not just the last year, for
- 58:09Speaker 2: like four years.
- 58:10Speaker 4: Well, is it possible that she did that because she
- 58:12Speaker 4: was trying to do like a... Like I'm just saying,
- 58:15Speaker 4: is it possible that she was in that Housewives world
- 58:18Speaker 4: mining like the ninnies? She seems to be dealing with
- 58:21Speaker 4: the people in Housewives who are not happy.
- 58:24Speaker 2: But she was literally doing a show... That was taking
- 58:27Speaker 2: classic episodes from the past and picking them apart and
- 58:30Speaker 2: mocking the women who were being taken advantage. All those
- 58:35Speaker 2: women were not getting residuals. All those women were not
- 58:37Speaker 2: getting health insurance. But she was selling ads on a
- 58:40Speaker 2: show talking about these women saying we shouldn't. It's a
- 58:43Speaker 2: toxic environment. She's a hypocrite.
- 58:45Speaker 4: That's okay.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Moving on. I have to talk about this story. Miley
- 58:50Speaker 2: Cyrus has spoken or confronted her mom supposedly. Tish Cyrus.
- 58:55Speaker 2: Met a guy named Dominic. He's 54. They got married.
- 58:59Speaker 2: We're just finding out now that this 54-year-old was dating
- 59:03Speaker 2: her younger daughter, Miley's younger sister, Noah, who was 24.
- 59:08Speaker 2: They had a full-blown relationship. a friends with benefits situation.
- 59:12Speaker 2: And then Trish met dominic after he was boning her
- 59:17Speaker 2: 24 year old daughter they fell in love got married
- 59:19Speaker 2: noah the daughter and her other son didn't attend the
- 59:23Speaker 2: wedding miley threw the wedding walked her mom down the
- 59:27Speaker 2: aisle and now is just finding out with everybody else
- 59:30Speaker 2: that a younger sister was boning the stepdad before the
- 59:34Speaker 2: mom got in on.
- 59:35Speaker 3: It now that's the guy from prison break The older.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Oh, he's an actor.
- 59:40Speaker 4: Yeah, he was in.
- 59:41Speaker 3: Prison Break with Wentworth Miller.
- 59:43Speaker 4: He was the older one.
- 59:45Speaker 3: Super sexy guy. I'm not quite sure why he's fucking
- 59:48Speaker 3: his way through Miley Cyrus' family.
- 59:51Speaker 2: Um....
- 59:52Speaker 3: I do think her mom is really pretty, and I
- 59:55Speaker 3: really do like Miley Cyrus' mom.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Well, they're in love, and they're in love, and I
- 59:59Speaker 2: guess she was just like, sorry, you know, this was
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: a one-time thing. And you know what? This was a storyline.
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: Remember the movie with Jack Nicholson? And she had the
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: big hamster's house? And it was her, Jack Nicholson had
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: a sugar baby, and it was her daughter, Diane Keaton.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: It's Diane Keaton. And then Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: It's like something about love. And then Jack's... I think
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: it's Mandy... But remember, that's how she meets him. I
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: think it's Mandy Moore.
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: Is it Something's Gotta Give?
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: No, Amanda... Is that it?
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: Jack Nicholson. Oh, Jack Nicholson, right.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: Jack Nicholson.
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: Amanda who?
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: It's complicated?
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: No.
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: Something's got to give.
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: That's what I think it is.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: Something's got to give.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: I don't know what it was. Anyway, she has the
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: Hamptons house and everybody's like, that's the house I want.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: Is it Amanda Siegfried? I swear to God, I thought
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: it was Mandy Moore.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: It's somebody brunette named Amanda. Anyway, so the daughter comes
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: to bring her boyfriend and it's this old boyfriend who's
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: Jack Nicholson. And they... We don't know if they fucked
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: or not, but they're dating. And then she leaves and
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: then Diane Keaton starts to date him. Oh. And then
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: Diane Keaton goes to the hospital or takes him to
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: the hospital and falls in love with Keanu Reeves, who
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: is a doctor who's like 25 years younger than Diane Keaton,
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: but wants Diane Keaton.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: Of course.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: It's a movie. Yes, it is.
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: I think it's Something's Gotta Give.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: Oprah has finally come clean and she's been on The
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: semi-glutide for years. No! Wow! She has been on the Ozempic,
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: not just six months, four years. And so she is
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: giving all of her profits from her 10% shares of
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Weight Watchers to an African-American cultural center.
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: So she admitted it?
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: Yes. Yes.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: We just on our Patreon did the Ronald.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: And she's stepping down. She's still going to be a
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: part of weight loss. Stepping down. Listen, I knew Oprah
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: would give up a billion dollars. I wrote you. I go,
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: Oprah would give up a billion dollars to be thin.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: Yeah, anyone would. Yep. But I mean, we just did
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: on our Patreon the wrong side of the takes. And
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: mine was like, when is Oprah going to admit she's
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: on fucking Ozempic?
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: I mean, let's just bring back the sayings that we
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: grew up with. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Well,
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: our girl Heather Gay is chiming in and she has
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: been interviewed and she's like, I'm on it. And body positivity,
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: I became, everyone liked me because I was the one
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: housewife that was a little bigger than the rest. But
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: let me tell you, since I've gotten thin and hot,
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: society treats me better. People treat me better. Some people
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: are jealous. But she was like, I was done going
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: to a party where all my friends were 20 pounds
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: thinner and I wasn't. I'm like, give me that fucking shot.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: And she's like– she's telling it like it is. She's like,
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: it's better to be thin and healthy. And she's saying
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: it and people are probably going to get angry with
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: her and they're probably going to say she's taking it
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: from– diabetics and whatever, but this is what's going on, people.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: Well, the weight loss business has now exploded. So, Wagovi, Semiglutide, Ozempic, whatever.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: It's not weighing chicken. It's not texting Teddy Mellencamp. Well,
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: and it's also not just saved for diabetics anymore. The
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: business of weight loss drugs is now a thing. So
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: now I can go and I'm not saying I won't.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: You can go to any wellness center and get some
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: version of it right now. Not through your insurance. You
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: can afford it. And there's versions of it that are
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: not as expensive as it was a year ago. And
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: if you want to try it, you can.
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: It's not taking away from anyone else is the point.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: So you can still be a diabetic and get your.
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: Stuff.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: And also in addition to helping people who have probably some,
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: a severe addiction to food, emotional attachment to food, it
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: also has been proven to help with addiction to alcohol,
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: people who smoking soda. I mean, it's, it's becoming like,
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: it's not just for diabetics. I mean, I'm not even
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: fucking here for that anymore. Like obviously it is, can
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: be for that. It is originally for that, but it has,
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: People are prescribing it for many different things now, and
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: I don't think we should take away from addiction to
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: food is a real thing, and being overweight can be
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: severely dangerous.
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: And I want to say, get ready, people. Some of
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: your favorite celebrities and favorite fatter friends may no longer
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: be that. They just may not. And it's not fair
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: for you to be mad at somebody if they change
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: their appearance. If they're happy, they're happy. And she's calling
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: people out. She's calling... people out saying that they, you know,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: didn't like it or they did treat her better when she,
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: now that she looks like this. So I love the honesty.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: Yeah. And she feels better.
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: And she also, I love the honesty, but some people
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: are not going to like that.
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: This was on the show. I told you about on
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: Hulu that it's like these little dots. What is it called?
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: Like a nightline or it's all these little dots. Impact.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: Impact 2020. That was what this is.
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: It was all about.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I know. And you know what? I spent an
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: hour with these producers on the phone. saying that they
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: were going to use me for that show.
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: Gave them all the information. Gave them all the info.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: The girls typing away. And I go, okay, when would
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: you like to interview me? Oh, we'll get back to you.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: I'm like, listen, listen, Impact. Next time you want to
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: talk to me, don't call me and then give me
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: and me give you all of my insight, all the
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: different layers.
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: And she was like, oh, I never thought of that. Oh,
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: I never thought of that. Oh, I never.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: And then not use me for your thing.
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: So call Heather's agent.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: Send it to Daryl. I'm glad you used the other
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: Heather Gay who has a lot to say. You sent
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: me this photo. This is Shania Twain, you guys.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: It's not Griselda.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Go to her Instagram. She has long blonde pinky hair
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: and she goes, change my hair. Don't care. And everyone's like,
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: you changed a lot more than that.
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: Lips, face. It's the eyes, you guys.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: She got her eyes done. That's why she looks so different.
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: She got her lips done too.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: Well, all that, yeah, but I think it's really the
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: eyes or where you don't see Shania anymore in the face.
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: This is what I always tell you when we talk
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: about heavy eyelids, which I have and want to get done.
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: It's that Renee Zellweger thing. You do it, and then
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: all of a sudden it's like, wait, who's that? Because
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: a lot of.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: Times when people have- Sometimes it can be very simple
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: and you just look more alert. And then other times
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: it can really change your look.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: Like Kenny Rogers.
- 1:06:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: That was a facelift.
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: Oh, that was a facelift.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we had the first reunion.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: And there is an amazing part in it coming up
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: on Wednesday where Kyle is like, I've done everything on
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: this show. I've had siblings on it. I've, my daughter
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: was like, you know, two and now she's 16. And
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: she says to Sutton, you bought a horse and got
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: a dating coach. Enough. Don't, because they're like, you didn't
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: share enough. You didn't tell us. And she's like, I'm sorry, Doreen. Like,
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: am I supposed to tell you what's going on in
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: my bedroom? How much more do I, how much more
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: do I have to give you? And I really appreciate it, Kyle,
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: for that. I think she's shared so much. I also
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: want to say what I've also said. When someone says,
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: doesn't really have a storyline, but they're kind of a fun,
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: rich personality. That's also not their fault that all we
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: see is them buying a horse and going on fake dates.
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: I thought Dorit had less going on than Sutton.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: I mean, Dorit didn't even have. I can't even think
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: of one thing.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: So then I want to say this. So, you know,
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: Camille's been trying to get on the show and she
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: gets mad and she posts, I don't understand why Dorit
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: is going in on Kyle except for the fact that
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: Dorit hasn't had a storyline since her first two seasons.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: She's been milking her PTSD story for two seasons, and
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: it's boring. I survived an awful public divorce.
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: Cancer.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: Way to go, Camille. My house was destroyed by the
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: largest fire in Malibu's history, and my mom dying of cancer.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: And all I get from watching her is PTSD from
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: two years ago. I'm not diminishing what she went through.
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: It was awful, but come on.
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: Sounds kind of like you're just diminishing what she went through.
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: But come on.
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: Just give me a break. This whole storyline thing and
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: people getting mad, like, I had a worse life than you. I.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: Like, I'm sorry that my husband didn't cheat. I'm sorry
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: he wasn't seen with, you know, a transgender woman. I'm
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: sorry that I didn't, you know, throw a leg across. Like,
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: I got hired for the show. I'm being authentic. If
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: all I did was buy a horse, my kids can't
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: be on it. They knew that when I hired them
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: about Sutton. Only the one that's now a routine can
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: be featured. The husband doesn't want to be on it.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: The ex-husband, she, you know.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: But that goes back to what you said. But also,
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: she shouldn't be going after Kyle being like, you should
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: have told more. It's fine to be like, yeah, that's
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: all I got going on. I'm a rich lady and
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: I don't have a lot going on. And, you know,
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: there you go.
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: To me, that goes back to what we were talking
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: about earlier about the getting paid. That's all behind the scenes,
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: fourth wall, getting paid shit. It always happened with Nene
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: and them because Nene would refuse to film anything. And
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: they were always mad because they're like, you make the
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: most on the show and you do the least. Because
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: if Nene didn't want to film with them and didn't
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: like them.
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: She wouldn't.
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: If Bravo paid based on, look, you can be a fun,
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: rich person who's funny, but you don't dismantle your life
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: or have 20 children or have a divorce and a
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: new husband every season. Because these people, they do. They
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: systematically build up. they get married, then they have a baby,
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: then they get divorced, and then they get a new boyfriend.
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: They keep dismantling their lives. Those people who do that
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: should be paid more. And the people who are just
- 1:09:53Speaker 3: there like, I'm just here being funny. I'm keeping my
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: life the way it is. Maybe they're paid less and
- 1:09:58Speaker 3: they stay on the show, you know?
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: But also, it's not their fault if they don't have
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: tragedy happening.
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: No, and they shouldn't force it.
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: I mean, my God, if you don't have.
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: Tragedy happening, you don't have tragedy happening.
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: Jesus Christ. But you also can't... Camille, come on, Camille.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: I mean.
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: Sorry that like somebody came in. Sorry that my allegedly
- 1:10:15Speaker 4: my husband arranged for a house to get robbed and
- 1:10:18Speaker 4: that he didn't realize I was going to be home
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: and that there were men in there and actually did
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: put a gun to my head. And now I'm traumatized.
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: And now all he wants to do is complain that
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: like all I do is complain about it. Because when
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: you have a gun to your head, yeah, you're going
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: to have some PST and it's going to last a
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: couple of years. But now Camille's talking about my mom
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: had cancer. My Malibu house burned down, but I didn't have. Oh,
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: it's so boring that you're still talking about the gun
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: to your head.
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: What are you talking about? What are you actually talking about?
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: So according to the second season of Buying Beverly Hills
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: on Netflix, which is about Mauricio, Kyle's estranged husband or
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: separate husband, and the daughters running the agency in Beverly Hills,
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: they capture them talking about it with the daughters in Aspen.
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: The Netflix cameras do. And now Bravo fans, which I'm like,
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: what Bravo fan doesn't have Netflix? Relax. You can watch
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: this too. Are kind of like, well, why did they
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: get it? And she's like, well, they cameras happen to
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: be doing that show when we talked about it. And
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: the point is, listen, if you want to watch more
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: about the demise of their marriage, you're going to have
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: to pop over to Netflix and watch it there.
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: Watch one of their 50 shows they have or go
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: to one of their 120 real estate offices and maybe
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: just ask them. Yeah. Like the level at this point
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: that they are all over TV, all over real estate.
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: Like it's go anywhere.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: So deal with it.
- 1:11:39Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: So a little follow up on Wendy Williams, which is very, um, sad.
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: And this is her show and we're all talking about it.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: We see this guy who was her former jeweler who
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: seemed to care about her, but then he became her
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: manager because they're trying to launch the podcast. And the
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: third documentary that we see where it gets revealed that
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: she has, uh, uh, some stage of dementia, alcoholism. He
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: has stepped out. He's no longer the manager. The PR
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: girl is no longer there. But there's this other really
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: interesting thing happening. So the same producers, this is from
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: February 21st. It's gotten really no buzz. So this is
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: some juicy scoop, but I don't have any exclusivity on it.
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: It's from the Post. This top executive at Sherry was
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: found dead. In a very suspicious way. And the show Sherry.
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: Now the show Sherry is in the same building as
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: Wendy with the same production company.
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: The same studio.
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: Yes. And the rent hadn't been paid for like two
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: years on the studio. Several million dollars and this guy
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: was in charge of it. Also, people were many, many
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: weeks behind in their pays that work there. And this
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: guy was in charge of it.
- 1:12:57Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: And they were starting to investigate that. And then he died. Whoa.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: But they think maybe it was, you know, could have
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: been self-inflicted death, whatever. As someone that's doing a scam
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: and it's catching up with them and, you know, the
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: world comes crashing down. Wow. But with all that's going
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: on with the deception of Wendy's thing. And a lot
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: of people are like, how did this even happen that
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: Wendy got a guardianship from some judge in New York? Well,
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: you could do that. It's based on states. And so
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: Wells Fargo, thinking that too much money was coming out
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: of her account, they got somebody who was going to
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: be the guardian for her. And I just saw another
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: article that said there's a relationship between the judge and
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: the guardian.
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: That the judge has been getting like.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: He's a big donor or something.
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: Yeah, donors.
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: The Guardian is a donor.
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: And, I mean, so please, like, let's find out what
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: the fuck is happening here and get her in a
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: safe place with her family.
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: A lot of these executives from Wendy Williams stayed at Sherry.
- 1:14:07Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: Well, yeah, because it was the same production company. And
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: they did try to get her to come back all
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: those times and then went with Sherry. And Sherry's doing
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: a great job and, but there was some there were
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: people were late in their payments. Wow. And they're still
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: behind in their, in their getting their money.
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: This all needs to be, I mean, Wendy's now going
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: to be, I mean, the documentary, I didn't watch it.
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: I don't think we're going to, which just like a
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: bit too intense. And we're huge fans. We went and
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: saw her. We know people that work on the show.
- 1:14:41Speaker 3: I feel like the one good thing, even though that
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: documentary felt really, you know, exploitative. And is that it?
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: Is it exploit?
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: Exploitative?
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: Is that a word?
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: Exploitative?
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: Don't ask me. I don't know.
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: Exploitative?
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: It felt like, you know, obviously ick and they shouldn't
- 1:14:58Speaker 3: have done it. At the same time, now I think
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: people will be paying attention. The way, paying attention to
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: who's taking advantage of her, what the deal is with
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: the guardianship, you know, what control does she have that
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: she's actually being cared for by not grifters. Yeah. So
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: that's like the good thing is that every time You know,
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: it's all court dates, like Britney Spears. So every time
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: the court dates come up, people will be paying attention.
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: Because Wendy Williams does have huge, huge fans.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just, ugh. Well, everybody needs to go to HeatherMcDonald.net
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: because that's where you see all my tour dates. And
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: Brandi and Julie will be joining me at the sold-out show,
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: which sold out in like five days, in Thousand Oaks,
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: just outside of L.A., on March 16th. But then they're
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: going to be joining me again on Friday, May 3rd,
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: At the beautiful theater in Scottsdale, heathermcdonald.net. There's going to
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: be a little stand-up, a little stand-up, a little saving
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: scoop that we only save for the live shows. Funny,
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: always hilarious. Bring whoever. They don't have to know who
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: we are. They don't have to be female. They will
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: love the show. And you can go alone because you're
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: going to be surrounded by cool, smart, fabulous people. And
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: it'll be a fun thing to do. And, of course,
