Exposing Big Pharma’s #1 WEAPON for Keeping You SICK w/ Dr. Edward Group · Man in America Podcast

• 0:13
Speaker 1: Welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. So my journey with this show has been a journey of discovering a lot of new and amazing information. Some good, some bad, some frightening, some ugly, but it's all part of the journey of just awakening. Right?
• 0:31
I'm sure you're also on that same journey yourself. And one of the big things that really has been core to my own learning about just this this insane agenda to poison and depopulate humanity has been understanding the role of our own health and modern medicine, the Rockefeller medical system. And I've had the opportunity to interview a lot of really amazing guests like doctor Brian Artis and, Edward Griffin and John Richardson and people that have been really on the on the, you know, forefront trying to help people awaken to just health and the amongst, you know, amongst many other things. And so but one of the central tenets in this understanding is looking at how are the different ways that the globalists, the controllers, whatever you wanna call them, how have they specifically been keeping us sick? Because if you look at the medications that they're giving us, if you look at the vaccines they're giving young children and babies, the only conclusion you can come to is that what they're doing is creating customers for life.
• 1:34
And, actually, vaccines are a great example of that, of how they give us all these poisons, and I got a lot of them. I was born in the eighties, and my parents didn't know. Like, they weren't anti vaxxers in the eighties. So I got the regular vaccines that other kids did, and, thank goodness I'm I'm mostly normal. But the kids nowadays, not so much.
• 1:54
It's it's you look at the skyrocketing rates of autism, and you can see that there's this very, very overt agenda to poison us and to keep us sick. Because if we're sick, there's a lot of good, you know, things if you're the elites. Right? We're not gonna rise up. We don't have the health to to rise up and the energy to fight back against them.
• 2:09
We don't have the mental clarity to see through their plans and help awaken our fellow Americans and fellow humans against this evil agenda. But also, it's created lifelong customers that were hooked on on so many pharmaceutical drugs, and we're going in for very expensive treatments. And gosh, if you get cancer, there you go. There's at least half a million dollars in their pocket for chemotherapy and radiation and surgeries and all this. But if you take a step back and you see, wow, a lot of this really changed in the early nineteen hundreds when Rockefeller came in.
• 2:41
Well, what was going on before that? And and that's been a great part of this journey is understanding, you know, what were the natural ways that people were being healed before? Now granted, you know, we live in a world today where the amount of poisons and toxins in our environment are probably, you know, gosh, a 100,000 times what they were a hundred years ago. Like, you look what they're dumping in the skies, putting into our food, and everything. And so understanding how to how to see through this agenda to how to kind of purify our bodies, how to prevent these toxins toxins coming in is really, really important for, our own fight for our health, for our future, for our children, for our grandchildren.
• 3:22
Now my guests say is doctor Ed Group, And if you're not familiar with him, he's been a pioneer in the alternative and holistic health for a very, very long time, you know, many decades. And, you know, I just finished the interview with him, which was absolutely fascinating, which I can't wait to share with you. But last time I interviewed him, one of the things that that he talked about as being very central to understanding our health and how to get healthy was the role of our liver and how it's so important to actually clean out our liver, which maybe you've done liver cleanses before. Maybe you've you understand this. I had done one, gosh, maybe a decade or so ago, but hadn't really looked at the liver as being a key part of my own kinda health, you know, and and how I'm I'm I'm keeping myself healthy and and active and eating well and everything and doing, you know, cleanses and whatnot.
• 4:10
And but so something that he said in this interview really kinda threw a lot of things together in talking about how the liver has been one of the most targeted organs by this corrupt cabal in keeping us sick. Like, look at alcohol. I remember hearing an interview, I think it was with Owen Benjamin, and he was talking about what was happening in Hollywood and the screenwriters and everything. And he's someone that was in that circle, and he stepped out and he's he's been exposing it ever since. One thing that he said, though, was that there was this very, very strong agenda to make sure that alcohol was in everything, to make sure that the on the the sitcoms, whether you're watching friends or The Simpsons, you know, drinking his beer, to always make it so that these people are always drinking alcohol.
• 4:55
And look at the, you know, the overall college lifestyle here in America that's been created. You know, couple hundred years ago, it wasn't like this, you know, a hundred years ago. But now, like, every kid that goes to college, I think less so because it seems like the younger generations are drinking a lot less, which is a positive thing, but the problem is they're probably vaping and all that other bad stuff. However, just look at how much drinking has been ingrained in our culture. Like, I grew up watching Animal House with John Belushi.
• 5:18
My dad was like, Seth, if you wanna watch a funny video, this is one of the best funny videos. I was like, oh, okay. Cool, dad. And it's pretty raunchy show, but it's all about excessive drinking. And it really clicked for me in this interview, though, that them, the the globalists and the the cabal targeting our liver is what creates a very sick and unhealthy race of people, which makes us very easy to control and to suck the money out of us.
• 5:45
And so, after that last interview I did with with Ed Group, my wife and I went out, and then we actually got the liver cleanse. We did the liver cleanse, and what came out of me was shocking. I'll show it in the interview today. I mean, it's it's gross. A little bit of a warning that, what you're gonna see might be if you're a little squeamish, it's kind of yuck.
• 6:05
Similar to, you know, I've done some videos on parasite cleanses, and that's a whole other, other version of yuck. But I was absolutely mind blown what was still in my body, because I'm a pretty healthy person. You know? Like, I I I eat actually overall very healthy. I'm really low on, you know, processed foods.
• 6:23
We eat mostly whole foods. We home cook almost everything. No fast food. No. I I haven't drank alcohol since I think I was 18.
• 6:30
I I stopped drinking alcohol at 18, funny enough. Lucky me. So, anyway, so this show, we're gonna be talking about the liver, the role of the liver, why the liver has been so targeted by big pharma, why if you're sick, the last thing they're gonna do is actually diagnose that it's your liver when they can actually say, oh, you're sick because these other five things are wrong with you. We're gonna give you pills for each of those five things, when actually the reason those five things are all off is because the liver itself is not healthy. So we're gonna be diving deep into all this.
• 7:02
I think it's gonna be a very enjoyable, and hopefully a very enlightening interview. And, before we jump in though, just wanna remind you, whatever platform you're you're watching on, hit that thumbs up or that like button helps us to reach more people. And, also, any of the comments you you leave, whether they're good or bad, I read most of them, so I appreciate your feedback. Some of the best feedback I've gotten has been really negative feedback from people. It's like, oh, it's actually very helpful.
• 7:25
This is Seth. Your audio sucks. I I hate this. It's like, oh, okay. Thank you.
• 7:29
So I do read your comments. And just to remind you that every show we do is done as a podcast as well. So if you wanna listen instead of watch, just go your favorite podcast app and search for man in America and subscribe on there. And if you're if you're listening to Apple Podcasts, I have an extra favor to ask of you. If you're on Apple Podcasts, take some time to go leave a review for the show.
• 7:48
Apple Podcast is probably the biggest platform to reach more people with this show. And since I'm so shadow banned on Facebook and YouTube and the other areas with huge audiences, it's really difficult. Yet Apple Podcast remains a little more open somehow, which is kinda nice. So if you do if you leave those positive comments on Apple Podcast or negative, if it's negative, I'll take it. Right?
• 8:07
It does help to propel the show and get us to be able to reach more people, which is part of the mission of man in America. Alright. Enough, talking. Let's go and dive right into this interview with doctor Ed Group. Here's the hard truth.
• 8:19
Every six years, your dollar loses half its buying power. That means a $100,000 savings account today could feel like $50,000 by 2031. And you see it every time you fill up your tank, buy groceries, or pay the bills. Prices are up. Your dollar's down.
• 8:35
But there's a simple way to protect the value of your savings with something real, something proven, gold, an asset that holds its value over time. And that's why I trust Noble Gold Investments. • 9:29
Thank you for being here with us today.
• 9:31
Speaker 2: Well, thank you for everything that you're doing. I mean, this is, you know, part of the great awakening. We've talked about this golden age that we're coming into and the transhumanism agenda and all the nefarious actions that the dark forces have against us and that we're in the middle of this spiritual warfare. But we also say to everybody, look, now is the time to choose. Now is the time to wake up and start paying attention to your own body.
• 9:57
You're either going to prevent yourself from becoming a cyborg or you're going to become a cyborg, one of the two. So this is the path that God has set for us right now, this transformation that we're going through, which is actually a really good thing, the higher level of consciousness. So there will be like, it's like coming to a fork in the road and choosing, I going to go to the right or am I going to go to the left? I can tell you that with my involvement with they're going full speed ahead on the transhumanism agenda. And it's not that they even know about it, right, because I'm in direct communication.
• 10:32
Like, Trump doesn't even know. He thinks that his advisors around him are just like, hey, we gotta be the most technologically advanced country. We gotta have all this AI. We gotta have all this new frequency bands out there. And he's thinking, he's just being told, yeah, we have to be this new technologically advanced country.
• 10:52
The US has to be the most advanced country in the world, and he doesn't know, and nobody in the administration knows that the main underground you know, that they want to put into play is this transhumanism agenda and have everybody connected to the cloud and have everybody transitioning into, these half half human, half cyborgs. It's just it's very easy. You just listen to Klaus Schwab. You listen to Harare. You listen to Bill Gates.
• 11:22
You listen to all of the biotech companies. You look at the research. You look at the patents, and you can just clearly see that this is all about transformation of humanity. They want to transform humanity so they can control humanity. So our message is just look, you know, all that all that nanotechnology, all that stuff that you're dealing with, you know, is whether it's chemicals, heavy metals, EMFs, parasites, whatever, whatever, it's still poisons to the body.
• 11:51
So you don't really have to know and get into the deep technology and the learning of like all of the stuff that I'm doing, like how are the hydrogels and the silks being produced in the body by the yeast and what's happening and how it's forming synthetic red blood cells and the rectennas and all this other stuff, because it's just overwhelming and it's just too much to learn. Right now it's just overwhelming, like I said. So what everybody needs to focus on is just creating their own bubble of health and happiness. Stop worrying about what's going on out here and stop spending all your time on your social media platforms looking and waving your pom poms and cheering because yellow dye is finally removed out of food. I mean, are all just diversions.
• 12:38
Okay? The main mission and strategy of these elites is to incorporate these smart cities, this transhumanism agenda upon humanity, and it's going full speed ahead, unfortunately. So now is the time. It's like, look, forget about all stuff that's going on. I mean, you know, look, we've been the government is not going to do anything to protect you anytime soon.
• 13:01
Now is the time that you need to wake up and start taking care of your own self. I mean, maybe just loving yourself again. Do you know that most people look in the mirror every day and the first thing they say is, I'm overweight, I'm fat, I don't look good, I've got wrinkles, I'm losing my hair. They just cut themselves down every single day. I mean, we need to start taking back responsibility for our own health.
• 13:24
Half of the healthcare practitioners and teachers I go to these conferences, they're overweight and unhealthy. There's freedom fighting conferences that I go to, the Patriot conferences, there's 5,000 people in the audience. I look around. I'm like, wait, these are the people that know the truth. I mean, why are they all looking thirty, forty, fifty pounds overweight and looking sick?
• 13:46
It's time that we actually start practicing what we preach and start getting better and start getting healthy, and it really comes down to the simplicity of you making the right decisions in your life, you actually taking back control of your own body, your own mind, your own soul with prayer, with meditation, with cleansing the system, the temple that God has given you that has been disrupted. They've manipulated the evil energies have manipulated your mind, got you brainwashed, manipulated your body, manipulated your soul. So it's this is the great time where people need to take back their own strength, you know? Have faith in God, have faith in themselves and learn the techniques that they need to learn to be able to create that harmony, that sacred space in their home, that clean home and that clean body and that clean mind and that clean soul. So, yeah, that's it all starts with look.
• 14:48
If you just know the one thing that they use to attack everybody is disinformation, which is biggest weapon ever used against humanity. So obviously people listen to you, so they're getting the truth. And the people that we're talking to are the ones that actually want to listen, they want to grow, they want to help themselves, they want to help their family, not everybody in the world. We're still a tiny five you know, 1%, two percent of the world's population, maybe not even that much. But you know what?
• 15:21
These are the people that are waking up and these are the people that care. So if you know that they're using all of this stuff to poison your mind, poison your body, poison your soul, what's the opposite of poisoning? It's just detoxification, you know, detoxifying everything.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: Exactly. Well, one thing I just wanna comment on quickly is that you you mentioned the Trump administration, and I think there's a lot of people that believe that Trump is almost, like, all knowing. Right? That he's got, you know, access to you know, through his uncle, he has a Tesla technology, he's got Project Looking Glass, and that he, you know, he sees the future, and he's playing 10 d chess. And and I think it makes a lot of people think, like, oh, either a, he he knows everything.
• 16:06
Therefore, he's intentionally doing really bad things with this trans transhumanist agenda, or b, he's doing it because it's part of five d chess, and it's gonna be used against our enemies and not us. But what's interesting is that a very good friend of mine, you know, this is maybe a year or so ago, had a chance to sit down with Trump, and he spent, like, three hours in in Trump's office explaining to him the great reset, transhumanism, who's Harari, all these things. And he he had talked to him that day, and he was really kinda down. I was like, what's wrong? He goes, look.
• 16:35
Goes, I explained all this stuff to Trump, explained, you know, why CBDCs are a threat, you know, the great reset. He goes, he didn't know hardly any of this stuff. Now you could say maybe Trump is just was faking it, but you could also say maybe he's just so busy like a CEO of a of a giant corporation. He doesn't know a lot of the ins and outs. Right?
• 16:55
So I think that it's you know, regardless of how we look at it, the key is that we have to take personal responsibility. And, you know, what you talked about last time on the show, MAHA. Right? Make yourself healthy. Right?
• 17:09
So digging into that, I wanna talk about one of, you know, one of the things that really stood out in our last conversations was the liver cleanse. And it stood out enough that actually I went and I I I got two liver cleanses, one for myself and one for my wife, and I've got got a little video of what came out of me, which I'll show it in a little bit once we kinda get into it. It's shocking to say the least, but of all the different kinds of cleanses and detoxes that we can do. Right? You you see them.
• 17:37
There's a million different kinds of these things. Why is the liver cleanse so important? Why is it one of the most foundational cleanses that somebody can do?
• 17:49
Speaker 2: This is something that I really learned and dug deep in when in '95, actually 1995. And remember there wasn't any internet back then. So this is when we were part of our root cause of disease research team. And we were traveling all over the world and we were looking and we were evaluating different doctors that were having really good success with all kinds of diseases. And these were the underground doctors, most of them were cancer doctors because that's what our research team was really looking at was cancer.
• 18:20
But when meet a doctor that knows how to get rid of, teach somebody how to get rid of cancer, those doctors also know how to get rid of every disease, okay? So cancer's always the hardest. There's so many layers of working with cancer patients, emotional and physical and mental and spiritual, it's just like the cream of the crop. Like if you can teach somebody how to eliminate cancer, can teach, I mean everything else is just easy, easy breezy like heart disease and diabetes and you name it, autoimmune disease, etc. So basically what we learned from these top doctors that were using basically really good detoxification strategies was how important the liver was.
• 19:05
And not only that, we learned at how messed up the allopathic system is because the allopathic system still today, the modern medical system, doesn't have any testing for the liver, doesn't have any testing for the gut, doesn't have any testing for parasites, and doesn't have any testing for chemicals and heavy metals and now let me add Nanotech into that category. So we actually saw so much evidence and all these doctors would say, You know what, I was never taught about how important the liver was, but when we started cleaning the liver, and these doctors, by the way, let me just back up, there was just a few of them, okay? There were 60, back then there were 60 of us. There were 60 advanced alternative oncologists is what we called ourselves. And then some of them ended up dying off but we had a completely different approach because we addressed the root cause of disease, which was toxicity, and all of us would end up having patients that were seen by all these other doctors and all these naturopaths and all these other people come into our office with bags full of supplements.
• 20:12
Some of them were taking two hundred pills a day, supplements. Now, we would always ask them, You've been fighting this. You've been to five or six different doctors in the last two or three years, and now you're coming in with two hundred supplements that you're taking every single day. You know where those supplements have to be processed, right? Those supplements have to be processed by your liver.
• 20:37
What did all those doctors do to clean your liver first before they put you on all those supplements? And none of them had even done a liver cleanse. I talk to people all the time, they're 40, 50, 60 years old and say, How many liver cleanses have you done in your life? None. So the liver, we learned how important it is.
• 20:57
Holda Clark. That's why Holda Clark that wrote the book, The Cure for All Cancers, that's why she focused just on the liver. She cured practically every single disease known to man, including cancer, by doing nothing more than parasite cleansing and liver cleansing. That's all she would do because the liver gets contaminated because the liver, first of all, is on your right side, just to give everybody a little information, right underneath your right breast. You have two lobes in your liver, but each lobe has segments, so you actually have eight segments.
• 21:32
The liver can hold up to 13% of the blood supply that's in your body. It's the largest organ in the body. It weighs about four pounds in men and about two pounds, two or three pounds in women. It's about the size of a football. Your liver impacts every single thing in your body, including brain health.
• 21:55
It's the only thing in your body that's actually considered an organ and a gland, okay? It contains fat. It has over 500 vital functions that it performs. It helps regulate your hormones. It helps with the blood filtration and detoxification, toxin removal, bile production, cholesterol, breaks down all your proteins that you need.
• 22:21
I mean, everybody, you know, people that are deficient in proteins or, bodybuilders which end up taking way, way too much protein in my opinion, and they end up taking this isolate whey protein. I've had so many people that that's just ruined their guts and ruined their livers over the years. It converts glucose to glycogen, stores glycogen, breaks down your amino acids, stores iron, helps with digestion. It's your first immune response organ, helps you produce energy, burn fat, regulates your metabolism, regulates your thyroid, and you know an interesting thing that we found, right, like you go into, and a person will go into the doctor's office, what does the doctor do? I'm talking allopathic, let's just say a medical doctor's office.
• 23:07
Well, let's just say a natural doctor's office too. They're all trained to do diagnosis, okay? Whether you're in the natural chiropractic or whether you're in the allopathic medical, you're trained to do diagnosis, okay? Patient comes in, you take a history, you might say, Yeah, they're fatigued, whatever, whatever, allopathic, you're going to get your information first and then you're going to say, Okay, let's run some diagnostics on them. Let's do some blood work, let's do some hair analysis, let's do some urine analysis, blah, blah, blah.
• 23:38
You get all that done. I'll see you back in two weeks. You come back in, you get all the test results. Okay, Mrs. Smith, it looks like your T3 is off and your T4 is off and your thyroxine is off.
• 23:54
Looks like you're having problems with your thyroid. So we're going to need to work on that and put you on some thyroid medications. Or let's say you have your bond and creatinine ratio is off or something like that and they're going to say, Oh, looks like you're having some kidney issues here. We're going to have to focus on your kidney. Or you're going to have your hemoglobin or your white blood cells or something like that and your blood off and they say, Oh, well, you're going have all these issues in your blood.
• 24:26
What we learned is that nothing, any organ, any system, any tissue in the body doesn't go down until your liver falls below 20 to 25% efficiency. So what I'm telling you here is that everybody is getting it wrong, okay? Thyroid. Well, guess what? Your liver is in charge of converting your thyroid hormones, okay?
• 24:56
So is it really your thyroid that's the problem or is it really the liver that's your problem? What causes BUN creatinine ratios to come off alkalinity, acidity issues, poisons that the liver is not? Is it really a kidney problem or is it really a liver problem? Well, guess what? It's a liver problem.
• 25:17
Heart disease, high blood pressure, is it really a heart problem or is it really a liver problem?
• 25:23
Speaker 1: So all of these things root in the liver. Can I give you
• 25:29
Speaker 2: Roots back to the liver?
• 25:30
Speaker 1: Can I give you
• 25:31
Speaker 2: an analogy? Look at hormone disruption, right? Why do you think women have really bad hormone issues around menopause? Well, their liver has never been cleaned in forty to fifty years, right? Their liver is congested.
• 25:44
Do you think that, what regulates your hormones? Your pituitary gland, your parathyroid? Your liver! Your liver is what's really, because your liver's a gland. Remember, it's in the endocrine system as well as an organ.
• 25:58
So everything goes back, you can trace everything back to the liver. So the medical people, they have it all wrong. They're looking at the symptom and they're looking at the organ, but they're not tracing it back to what the root cause of that issue is. And that's been proven multiple times with us. I mean, if you ever go to our and you read all the reviews or you go to Amazon and read the reviews of our liver cleanse, we've got thousands and thousands and thousands of reviews of every single condition you can imagine being wiped out clean with people doing consecutive liver cleanses.
• 26:32
I personally had a case of twenty eight of a guy that had four stage cancer, was sent home to die, given two weeks to live. He ordered two or three liver cleanses, the six day liver cleanses. He did the first liver cleanse, he did the second liver cleanse, he was supposed to be dead after that because it takes six days to do and he was still alive. He ordered like three or four more. He kept doing liver cleanses every single week.
• 26:57
That's all he did. He wasn't even on natural cancer. Mean, I would have put him on all kinds of stuff. I didn't even find out about it until later because he called and told us the story. That's how we found out.
• 27:07
I mean, I would have had him on all kinds of stuff, but that's all he did. He just did the liver cleanse. He did 28 liver cleanses, which is about about six months worth, and he went back in and all of his cancer was gone. So what I've learned from all the doctors, I learned this a long time ago because the livers in most people right now, I would say, if I and here's the thing, the medical profession still doesn't even have any testing for the livers. Do we have 500 tests right now to test the efficacy of the liver?
• 27:37
No, we have ALT, AST, SGOT, tells you nothing. And that's been on purpose, okay? The medical profession does not want to develop testing and never has developed testing for gut health, liver health, parasites, and chemicals in heavy metals and nanotech. Those are the four things that regulate whether or not you're healthy or whether you're diseased. The health of your gut, the health of your liver, how many parasites you have in your body, and how and and how many chemicals, heavy metals, inorganic minerals, and nanotechnology you have in your body.
• 28:14
  That's it.
• 28:15
Speaker 1: So let me ask a question real quick. Am I correct in understanding that most illnesses or most diseases are from toxic buildup? Right? In accumulation of poisons in our body that we're not able to get rid of. The liver is the main toxin filter and remover from the body.
• 28:34
And so if the liver is functioning healthily, say, 90% efficacy, then the rest of the body stays very healthy and clean because the the liver is properly removing toxins, filtering them, and removing them. But if the liver gets backed up with toxins and is only we're operating at say ten, twenty percent efficacy, then it's almost like if you have if if your main sewage line in your house is backed up, all of sudden, your toilets start backing up, and everything else starts backing up. So then you have all these other issues from toxic buildups around the body and your blood and different areas in the body that are all tied into the one toxic remover being blocked up. But the doctors go in, and they say, oh, you've got blood anomalies. You've got this problem.
• 29:16
You've got that problem. It's I'll tell you a quick joke. Actually, this is the exact scenario. My dad always told me a joke growing up. He goes, oh, so a guy goes to the doctor.
• 29:23
He's like, doctor. Doctor, I heard everywhere. And doctor's like, really? He goes, okay. Touch your shoulder.
• 29:27
And the guy goes, oh, oh, oh, oh. And he goes, okay. Touch your head. And he goes, oh, oh, my head. He goes, touch your knees.
• 29:32
Oh, my knee. And the doctor says, ah, you've got a broken finger. Right? So the issue is that it's like that's the same thing is that there's they think there's always problems everywhere, but it's it's the broken finger. It's it's the clogged liver.
• 29:46
  Is that a correct understanding?

Speaker 2: Everything comes back to the liver, and I'll even go even further with that. If you look at the dark forces at work and how they've manipulated people over the years and brainwashed people, what have they developed that is one of the most damaging things and how it works in the body? If you look at any prescription medication, alcohol too, I was just gonna get to that, but if you look at any prescription medication, where is the toxicity according to every single, well, half of the clinical trials on pharmaceuticals are fake and paid for anyway, but where is the toxicity of all of the pharmaceuticals happening? Where is the toxicity of all the NSAIDs, the acetaminophen, the Tylenol? Is it happening?
• 30:35
You know how many deaths every single year happen from liver failure, from people taking Tylenol? A lot. Why did the CIA with their program in the sixties start wanting to get every single person addicted to alcohol and sugar? Guess where alcohol and sugar go that have to be processed to the liver? They've been destroying the liver on purpose.
• 31:02
It's the target organ. So if they know this, if you destroy the liver, if they make the liver the target organ, you're always gonna be sick. And you're always gonna have some sort of symptoms and some sort of disease, all the bioweapons, all the sedatives, all of the hormonal drugs, all of all that stuff, all of the processed food, the glyphosate, the insecticides, the pesticides, everything has to go through the liver to be processed. And right now, today, nobody's liver is even close to being able to handle the amount of chemicals and the amount of toxins that are coming in. You have recreational drug use that has to go through the liver.
• 31:46
You have excessive alcohol consumption, like you said, which burns the liver. You have the amount of microplastics now which are clogging up the liver. The microplastics and the yeast the flukes and the parasites are the biggest thing that we're seeing right now that are clogging up the liver because of the consumption of alcohol and sugar. And when you get yeast, especially brewer's yeast in the liver, and it feeds on sugar and then secretes alcohol as a byproduct, you don't even need to drink. And that's why you're seeing all these kids right now coming down with non alcoholic fatty liver disease.
• 32:21
And the medical community is going, Well, what's causing all this? And it's like, It's the yeast, but they still don't recognize yeast as a toxin or a parasite, which it is. And so that's why we have to do multiple liver cleanses and at the same time do parasite cleanses as well or do them in conjunction with each other. And then you have people that are eating fried and processed foods and lots of meat eaters and this new carnivore diet trend is going to work with people for three or four years, but after that it's just going to destroy the liver and destroy the kidneys and they're going to be extremely ill because a lot of the meat is contaminated and the body is not necessarily made to consume only meat. So that's another issue and that's also going to be stressing the liver a lot.
• 33:17
So the liver is everything. I mean, we've done, like I said, we've taken individuals that, we took a multi faceted study, we did all the diagnostics on them, we got what their diagnosis would be, and the normal doctor would say, Okay, here it is, you're deficient in calcium, you're deficient in iron, your thyroid is off, and this, and then what would they do? Prescribe them stuff for all of these things that show up on the test. And we said, Hold on a second, let's go ahead and do a gut cleanse, a liver cleanse, a parasite cleanse, and a chemical and heavy metal cleanse, and then let's retest all these individuals and see if they still have all those issues. And about eighty nine percent of the people that we tested just by doing that, they didn't even have any of those symptoms left, or maybe they had something else that didn't show up on the first one.
• 34:10
So it was like peeling the layers of an onion back. So what we have right now, allopathically and naturally trained doctors are just looking at the first layer of the symptoms and they're addressing the symptoms instead of addressing the root cause, which is the toxicity of the liver.
• 34:28
Speaker 1: That makes sense. So I mentioned before that I did the liver cleanse. Actually, I did and my wife Kate did. Now the last time I'd done one liver cleanse before, probably ten or twelve years ago, it was think I think his parents' name, Andreas Moritz or Moritz. I forget his name.
• 34:44
He was it was a book of of his I came across about the liver and and did a cleanse a long time ago. But so we we both recently did, I think it was a six day cleanse that we got from your company. And I'll I'll show a video of what came out, which is I'll go kinda give a quick warning. It's kinda gross. But, in terms of how we felt, like, my wife, she felt a noticeable difference.
• 35:07
She also felt less frustrated. Like, there's, like, this part of this this underlying anger that wasn't there anymore, which I know is oftentimes you know, the Chinese is so Chinese medicine, they look at the liver as being, where the emotion anger, is is rooted. And so but but just overall, it was just feeling much better. Like, my cravings reduced. I just felt cleaner.
• 35:28
But I will pull up here. I took a a video of what actually came out from my liver cleanse, and I was shocked. Now, just a quick warning, if you're squeamish, you may not wanna look, or if you're eating chicken nuggets, don't look, or if you're eating falafel, don't look. But so this is this is what came out. That's a penny, alright, for for scale, and these just were, like, some some of the things that I I kind of accumulated, I guess, you could say.
• 35:56
So what what are we looking at? Like, what what is this? Where did that come from? How was that stuff in my body, without me even knowing? I mean, this to me, I was shocked at this, but I'm sure you you this is not a this isn't your first rodeo.
• 36:15
Speaker 2: No. This is I mean, we used to call them liver stones. They're not necessarily stones, although they do have inorganic minerals in them. So I guess you could say that, you know, they're made up of little tiny stones. But you have stones that form in your liver and you have stones that form in your gallbladder.
• 36:32
So some of those might have been dumped from the gallbladder, some of those might have been dumped from the liver. And those are the purpose of the Epsom salts, which kind of relax the tissue and the purpose of the leading up over the first five days, what you're doing is you're stimulating the liver with a specific type of liver herbs, the milk thistle and all the other ones that we Turmeric and Turmeric. You're just preparing the liver and loosening it up to where it can then you come in with the Epsom salts and then you come in with the olive oil. And when you drink the olive oil in that amount, it goes directly into your liver as just a big fat and it absorbs all of the chemicals, toxins. The liver kind of contracts a little bit and kind of pushes those things out and it forms these little balls or these little stones of just all the toxic buildup and the toxic residue, and then you push it out.
• 37:29
The next morning it goes in and it dumps it into your bowel and then you push it out. Then if you have a colander there, like we recommend sometimes if you want to see what's going on, and then you rinse it all off and then you get those little balls out. You can send those out for analysis too and you can see what was in there and what came out of you, but usually it's going to be just metals and toxins and microplastics and all the stuff that you have congested in your liver. So what we found by doing kind of an analysis of all the liver cleanses that we've done over the years, I used to just recommend someone do one liver cleanse a year, one liver cleanse every six months, but then as we started getting more data, because we've got a lot of data after doing, you know, I think three million liver cleanses or something in the last twenty something years, I think we have probably the most data on liver cleanses than anybody in the world, is that when we started looking at all results and started organizing it all, this was a few years back, probably like six or seven years ago, we were like, I don't think one liver cleanse is enough, because we were looking at all the data and then we were seeing what transpired.
• 38:37
Was somebody doing three liver cleanses versus six liver cleanses? And then people started getting better and better, and so we kind of came up with this theory that one liver cleanse is going to clean, that everybody just assume that if you have any symptom, if you're suffering from headaches, if you're suffering from high blood pressure, if you're suffering from gout, I mean, it doesn't matter what you're suffering from, if you have any negative health condition. Even fatigue, if you don't have energy, if you have a hard time losing weight, because remember, weight loss, everybody talks about, Oh, let me take this weight loss product. The liver is in charge of metabolizing your fat. When you clean the liver a couple times, gonna start your your metabolism's gonna kick into gear.
• 39:19
The best thing you can do for weight loss, for fat loss, is liver cleansing. It's amazing. The fat will just start coming off.
• 39:26
Speaker 1: Actually, I noticed that too. That after the third liver cleanse. Yeah. Like, I've been surprised at how my weight's been just not like it's not, you know, kind of massive, but it's just it's steadily dropping through my my normal you know, I I eat healthy. You know, you know, we, you know, we have our indulgence in sometimes, of course, but, you know, I'm not out eating McDonald's every day.
• 39:45
Right? We eat almost all organic, and we're very clean with our eating. But I've noticed that even my my weight, like, typically, it's almost like I either have to be really strict with my diet, and then I'll start kinda slowly creeping down. But this was just my normal kind of way of life. My body's slowly getting back to that healthy baseline weight, and and which it makes sense that it was it was very tied into the the liver cleanse.
• 40:09
Speaker 2: Well, absolutely. I'm glad you noticed that because that's kind of what we, when we gathered our data, that's what we noticed. And we were like, and then I was, then I said, well, that would mean, according to this, that pretty much everybody on the planet right now, their liver is only functioning around 20%. And I said, let's like how much a liver cleanse actually repairs the liver. Now, somebody that might just take a product from the shelf of a store and just like it's a liver cleanse or a liver health product, that's probably only, you you take that, the whole product, and maybe you get a 1% change in your liver.
• 40:53
Doing this, see this is not just, I didn't invent this liver cleanse. The one that we have is a modification or an upgrade from the Hold the Clark system where she did this on hundreds of thousands of people back in the 1980s and 1990s. So this has been going on for a long time, so there's a lot of documentation and a lot of research on how effective this can be. But no one's really gathered the data and said, okay, so what are you getting out of a liver cleanse? So we came up with just a theory, each liver cleanse is going to clean about 15% of your liver.
• 41:28
So if the population right now is, let's just say, population twenty percent, your liver is functioning at 20%, and you need the liver functioning above 80% to not have any symptoms, okay?
• 41:43
  Speaker 1: Four
• 41:43
Speaker 2: cleanses, So you need one cleanse is going to take it to 35%, the next cleanse is going to take it to 50%, next cleanse sixty five percent, next cleanse is going to take it to eighty percent. So everybody really needs to be doing four to five liver cleanses and then they need to do a liver cleanse once a month, in my opinion, to keep everything, especially right now because of all the chemicals and toxins and nanotechnology that we have, it's vitally important to just be keeping your liver as clean as possible and keeping the parasites out of your body. And then it's also really important if you can do this because you will get a better, so let's just say one liver cleanse cleans about 15% of your liver. You can get that up to about 18 or 20% if you're sweating for twenty minutes a day because what's happening is you're sweating out a lot of those toxins that your liver doesn't have to deal with. As a matter of fact, it's extremely important for everybody to be sweating 20 a day, fifteen to twenty minutes a day.
• 42:46
So if you don't have a sauna or a maid for that matter, can just put on some clothes, two or three layers of clothes, put on one of those suits, those sweatsuits and just sweat for ten or fifteen minutes a day because the secondary organ to your liver that detoxifies your body is your skin. So the skin and the liver, if you if you can take half the load off your liver, you can definitely take half the load off your liver by sweating twenty minutes a day. Does incredible things for you.
• 43:18
Speaker 1: Actually, our our next purchase, I think, is gonna be an infrared sauna. Like that. And it was it was the the re because I I was kinda debating between actually building a traditional sauna, like a Finnish style sauna, or getting an infrared. And it was I was on a Twitter spaces with you on, the clear skies in kind of the chemtrail group. And we were talking, and and you talked about how one of the most important, ways of detoxing was actually through sweating.
• 43:47
And it was like, oh, okay. It was just a reminder of, like, okay. I need to make sure we get that sauna because we've got you know, we're building our own little health studio. Right? We've got I've got a cold plunge I'm setting up.
• 43:57
We've got red light. We've got, we're doing infrared sauna. So we're kinda setting up all of our little, you know, our own home health system. And so that's that's the next one. It's gonna be, you know, sauna for sweating.
• 44:09
And I talked to, doctor Group. I say, hey. What do you think about between, traditional sauna and infrared? And he goes, well, he goes, I actually think the infrared is gonna get deeper, which is what we need. Like, as as as the technology to poison us has advanced from what it was a couple hundred years ago, the technology we're using to to sweat and remove these toxins, you know, it's it's not a bad thing for that to also be advancing.
• 44:28
So he'd recommended infrared. So that's that's one of our next things I think we're gonna be doing.
• 44:34
Speaker 2: Did he talk to you about Brian's sauna. Space?
• 44:38
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. The sauna. Yes.
• 44:40
Speaker 2: The sauna. Space has the original lights from Kellogg. So Harvey Kellogg, back in the nineteen hundreds, who had the biggest health natural health sanitarium in the world in up in Michigan, there's actually a movie written about it with Anthony Hopkins called The Road to Wellbill. Of course, they made it look like it was a big quack ery thing, you know, because they had to like, they couldn't give, you know, let anyone know that anybody, anyone was getting healed there, so they actually like had somebody die there. Mean, but anyway, he had one of the most successful natural healing center in the world and it was humongous.
• 45:17
They had 3,000 rooms and Kellogg developed a red light that was very effective. So what he would have people do is eat the different colors of fruits and vegetables and then he would have them go under the light. Basically, it was photodynamic therapy. He would have them go out in sunlight and soak up the sun and it would activate all the porphyrins, the plant porphyrins and it would heal people. So Brian at sauna.
• 45:42
Space, no one has been able to replicate because they destroyed the whole, the medical, Rockefeller medicine and allopathic medicine destroyed all the natural healing centers and all the natural springs and all
• 45:55
  Speaker 3: that
• 45:55
Speaker 2: stuff in the last hundred years. But there were of the lights, and Kellogg had a specific wavelength and he put a specific pigment actually in the glass. And that's what Brian's been able to do. He's been able to replicate Kellogg's system, Kellogg wrote a great book, by the way, if anyone's interested. It's called Light Therapeutics.
• 46:19
I think it came out in like 1905 or 1910, and it's really interesting and it shows that he was able to actually cure the majority of all illness and disease with red light and photodynamic therapy, but they were also doing gut cleansing, they were also doing liver cleansing, they were also doing parasite cleansing. I mean, same thing. It's just like if all you're doing is just getting rid of the toxins in your body that are congesting you and keeping you sick and keeping you down mentally, physically, and spiritually.
• 46:48
Speaker 1: Interesting. I'll look into that. Kellogg. Okay. I'll look into that.
• 46:52
I wanna so touching back on the liver cleanse. So so looking at this, which is which was shocking to think that this is only, like, you know, 15% improvement. Like, okay. Well, I I gotta get my next one. I do wanna pull up just before we go any further.
• 47:05
I wanna pull up your website, globalhealing.com. I'll put this exact link in the description. There's also a discount code Seth, s e t h. People will get a discount on this. And it's, you know, it's a $100 one time purchase.
• 47:17
I mean, it was it was the most effective $100 I've I've ever spent on my health. I can say that. Absolute. And, actually, I remember too that my wife, Kate, she was still dealing with a lot of, like, the postpartum tiredness and everything, and what it felt like for her is it was all that was gone. It was like that something maybe a lot of the toxins that she absorbed in the process of trying to, you know, kinda help the baby and give her clean breast milk and everything had it increases, you know, increased her her buildup, and a lot of that that fatigue was gone.
• 47:44
So I was surprised though at when we did we did this process that so how it works in my own kind of description of it is that, I think it was, like, the first five days, you're just taking this this, oil mixture, like, the way you're drinking. I I actually enjoyed the taste of it. It was more of a turmeric taste with, you know, we do a lot of herbal tinctures and stuff, so it felt just like that. And so walk walk us through the specifics of, like, how this actually you start too early, but kind of, like, what the exact liver cleanse looks like and and how it functions.
• 48:22
Speaker 2: So it's designed basically to because there's a diet aspect that's involved in it too. So it's basically, know, specifically custom designed to focus on your mental state because you're eating clean food for the day, you're eating organic foods, you're eating lots of fruits, and the supplement, which is designed to a few different things. Number one, to stimulate the cells in the liver to regenerate. Number two, to help the cells push out any toxins, and this is why you're doing the liver health formula with the turmeric every single day until the last day. The liver health is what has all of the, not only just liver cleansing herbs, but liver stimulating herbs, and that's going to work on the hepatocytes.
• 49:23
Those are the cells that are in your liver. They're called hepatocytes. And the beautiful thing about the liver is it actually regenerates every 90 days. It's one of the only organs that regenerates. So basically you're doing, the flush is gonna be on day six, but you're doing like a pre flush.
• 49:38
So what you're, you're just keeping your meals very light because the more that you eat, the more food that you have to digest, the more that the liver has to work. So what we're really trying to do is cut the workload down for the liver, and the liver barely even has to work when you eat fruit. So most of the fruit is just is mostly water, right? It's like 95% water. So when you're eating fruit, you're getting oxygen, you're getting antioxidants, you're getting water in a distilled form and then you're getting living nutrients, you're getting organic vitamins and minerals and you're getting organic living fiber.
• 50:21
So fruit, and actually any living food, almost bypasses the liver completely because it's so good. It's fully in the digestive tract. So that's why we have people do the first five days on just fruit and light meals, and then we have before on day six where you're taking the Epsom salts, and the Epsom salts are just relaxants. They're just relaxing all the muscles. And then with the olive oil, that goes directly into the liver and starts soaking up all the chemicals and toxins.
• 50:54
Back to the original five days with the LIVITREX, what we're really doing is we're just stimulating the liver, we're stimulating the hepatocytes, we're already stimulating the phase one detoxification pathway, we're stimulating the phase two detoxification pathway, we're giving the hepatocytes the nutrients that they need to regenerate and that was specifically designed to focus on all of those different aspects of the cells within the liver. We also have some things in there that are going to reduce inflammation, like the turmeric, for example. Most livers are chronically inflamed. Why are they chronically inflamed? Because they contain yeast and they contain flukes.
• 51:37
And the flukes of the yeast will take nutrients and then they'll secrete isopropyl alcohol. That's a byproduct. They go to the bathroom in your liver and they secrete formaldehyde. So you have all these different chemicals in there. So some of the, and that just causes inflammation, right?
• 51:54
I mean, put out, you know, you continually irritate something. I mean, the liver is just, I actually feel really sorry for the liver because it's just, I mean, just think of someone was just pouring chemicals on you all day long, every single day, and you're like, forcing them in your mouth and you're like going, No, I don't want it anymore. I'm just trying to spit them out. It's like, Get off me! And they just keep pouring and spraying on you.
• 52:16
And, you know, that's what the liver has to go through pretty much every single day. It's just like the liver's going, No, don't eat that, don't eat that, no, don't drink that, don't drink that. And it's just like, Oh gosh, here I go. I'm gonna have to like work overtime to try to get this stuff out of my system. And so it's like, it's almost like loving your liver.
• 52:36
We need to go back and just say, Oh my gosh, I love my liver. I want to support my liver. You know, that's the way that we should be doing supporting the liver like with, you know, there's really good foods for the liver. Garlic is really good for the liver. Kiwi, onions is good for the liver, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts.
• 52:59
Apples are amazing for the liver. You people, you can drink organic apple cider vinegar, that's gonna be something good for the liver. Artichokes, asparagus, avocados, beets, broccoli. Figs, believe it or not, the ancient Greeks and still today, they always incorporate figs in their diet for keeping the liver clean. But ultimately, it's like when you understand that bombarding your liver with all of these chemicals and all these toxins, do you really need to ask the question like, do I want to continue doing liver cleansing all the time?
• 53:35
Or what about if I just stop eating and stop poisoning myself? Let's just address the root cause of why the liver is congested. And that means changing your diet, eliminating some of the chemicals, eliminating all toxins from your diet.
• 53:56
  Speaker 1: The alcohol.
• 53:57
Speaker 2: Eliminating alcohol or at least going to the ninetyten rule or the eightytwenty rule. Drinking more water, distilled water is one of the best things in the world that you can drink to take care of the liver. It just it because it grabs all of those inorganic minerals and all those chemicals and all those toxins and helps your liver flush all those out.
• 54:17
Speaker 1: Makes perfect sense. So kind of wrapping up, I wanna pull up you mentioned, liver flukes, and and I wanna pull up just a quick image of of those. So because I I've seen EZ4 because I've done I've done, you know, parasite cleanses, and and these are these are frightening. So these are, things that live. You see them a lot in cattle and sheep and every in animals, but these are also inside of us.
• 54:42
Right? So does the cleanse, get rid of these? Like, is that part of the process?
• 54:50
Speaker 2: Well, the cleanse is not, this is why we need to do a parasite cleanse too. I mean, I would say that you might get rid of some of those things because you do have the yellow dock which is in the liver health formula. You do have the reishi mushroom, you do have the ginger in there, you have the peppermint in there, you have the dandelion in there. So you might get a little bit of those flukes pushed out, but that's why it's always recommended that we clean the junk out of the liver and flush it out with the liver cleanse, and then come back with a parasite cleanse or using a parasite cleanse at the same time that you're doing the liver.
• 55:32
Speaker 1: That makes sense. Well, we'll have to do it on another show.
• 55:35
Speaker 2: Do it hand in hand, you know, so you want to make sure. And that was Holda Clark's big thing. She said basically that at least 98 of all cancers were caused by a congested liver and every single one of those had a massive amount of parasites and flukes, and that's why her program was liver cleansing and parasite cleansing. That's pretty much all she did, liver cleansing, parasite cleansing. And that's been very effective and I can definitely say that in my research, I would say that I would concur because we spent the last thirty years verifying her research, that the majority of all disease, including cancer, is nothing more than congestion of the liver, toxicity, and parasites.
• 56:23
Speaker 1: And so going back to your website here, so under the clean cleanse and detox page under shop, so you've got the liver cleanse right here, which we just went over. You've got the is the parasite is that just the harm harmful or harmful
• 56:37
Speaker 2: The harmful Organism Cleanse is the Parasite Cleanse Program because we got nailed by the FDA a few years ago, and they said, we're now banning the word parasite, so you cannot you can no longer use the word parasite. So we had to change it to harmful organism.
• 56:53
Speaker 1: Crazy. Yeah. So so we'll do we'll do another show on parasites specifically, which I've I've got tons of questions on that. But just as we're wrapping up, so globalhealing.com, the liver cleanse. I'll put the link in the description.
• 57:07
There's a discount with promo code Seth. I can speak from my own experience. As I mentioned, it was probably the best $100 I've ever spent on my own health. I've done, you know, done a lot of different things, but absolutely amazing. I was shocked at what came out, but it also makes me think, okay.
• 57:22
That was only 15%, so on to the next one. Doctor Group, any, closing thoughts as we're we're wrapping up here?
• 57:31
Speaker 2: Just want to thank everybody for joining us today and just know that your body is the most powerful medicine. You have a self healing mechanism in your body that's stronger than anything any allopathic or white coat doctor can do to you. And I'll reassure everybody of the power that they have within through God's temple. We have poisoned God's temple. We have poisoned God's mind, God's body, and God's soul, and we have done it because of the manipulation of the mind.
• 58:04
So now is the time to just take your power back. It's all about love. Know, loving yourself and keeping your body clean and keeping your body healthy and protecting yourself and your family for the future and keeping your home clean too and cleaning up everything and avoiding all the chemicals and the toxins and just living a good life, know, just balance out your life, your relationship life, your relationship with yourself, relationship with God, your relationship with your work individuals, your relationship with your significant other, and just know that, you know, everybody has the power to transform themselves to the next level of enlightenment.
• 58:46
Speaker 1: There we go. Exactly. Make yourself healthy again. Yeah. Doctor Group, thank you again.
• 58:52
It's it's so great speaking to you. I can't wait to, do this again, and, we'll certainly keep in shut in touch. So thank you for everything that you've done, and thank you for giving us your time today.
• 59:01
Speaker 2: Thank you, Seth. Appreciate it.
• 59:03
Speaker 1: I hope you enjoyed the interview. I've now got another short, a ten, fifteen minute interview with a guy named Art Feisenmeyer, who is a former FBI, agent that is warning about one of the most insidious ways that thieves are stealing from us. So please enjoy this short interview with Art. Art, it's great to have you on the show. Thank you so much for joining us today.
• 59:25
Speaker 3: Thank you for having me. I love opportunities to tell people about what I do and what I represent here.
• 59:31
Speaker 1: It's it's it's perfect. And so just getting into a little bit of your background, which I'll kind of frame our discussion. So you're you were former FBI, and something that you are hyper familiar with is the theft of home titles. And so I guess I'll hand it to you. Explain that to me because before I had heard about this, you know, I'm a homeowner.
• 59:54
I've owned home homes before. You know, I've got various insurances and stuff like that, but I never thought what happens if someone steals my title. Like, it sounds kinda strange. Like, what? They they walk in the title office with a, you know, like a fake ID or Exactly.
• 1:00:08
So so what is this, and and and what does this mean?
• 1:00:11
Speaker 3: And when I first start talking to people, and this is our first time with you, I usually do something. I call it the home title lock pop quiz. Three questions. One, do you know what your title looks like? And people give me this.
• 1:00:28
Last day I'd stare. And number two, when was the last time you saw your title? Last day, I'd stare. Once in while, I'll say, oh, I think when I was closing, it might have been in those 300 pages that I initialed and dated twelve years ago. And then the the key question is, do you know where your title is right now?
• 1:00:50
And they say, well, I don't know. A file somewhere in my, you know, garage. The the real answer is your file is a public document, and it's your title is on file in your county recorder's office where the property is located. And that being a public document means anybody can go get a copy. So if anybody really you know, the bad guys know they answer all three of those questions.
• 1:01:16
They know what your title looks like and and where it is and exactly where to find it. And if and the real deal here is they can get a copy of it and use it to create by forgery, usually with a false, identity, create a new title and file that in your county recorder's office. And so when somebody goes there, they're going to see who the new owner is, not you. And the new owner, as soon as that's filed for 30 or $40, it's probably a lot less than that in some places, they'll use that as the, basis to take out loans against the equity in your house. They don't go for 50 or $100.
• 1:01:59
They go for 400,000, 500,000. You know, in this day and age, everybody's got so much equity in their house. I mean, I live in California, and the equity in homes out here is obscene, quite frankly. But, you know, if all of a sudden you've got a, you know, another 5 or $600,000 mortgage on your house that you weren't aware of, your life will get very, very complicated very quickly. The real deal for a homeowner on this front, Seth, is to find out before that first check is negotiated because that money will be offshore before the ink is dry.
• 1:02:39
And the guys who got that 5 or $600,000 will be on an island with white sandy beaches and those little drinks with the umbrellas in them. And you're gonna be hiring an $800 an hour attorney to take you down to the courthouse to get a judge to rule that your house belongs to you. That can take a couple of years. And believe me, at $800 an hour, it can be a really ugly couple of years and and sometimes a lot longer because these are civil matters. And you go to the police, and they'll say, you know, where's the money?
• 1:03:10
Or, you know, I don't know. Who took it? Well, I don't know. And what's going on? Well, the mortgage company's knocked on my door, and they tell me that I haven't paid on the mortgage.
• 1:03:20
And so they're gonna take me to court, and they're ask the judge to give them permission to sell my house. They don't want your house. They want get their money back, and that's called foreclosure. That's a really ugly scenario you don't wanna have on your credit record ever, quite frankly. But that's what happens.
• 1:03:38
And so I, you know, and I've been doing this, like I said earlier, for about nine years, more than. And, early on when I started with the company, I had a gentleman call me, he said, somebody has forged my title, and they've taken out back back then, I think it's $300,000 loan, which is a lot of money back then. Still is today, quite frankly. And he he said the mortgage company is, you know, knocked on my door, and they're gonna evict me because they're gonna get the judge to say that that I have the right to sell my house. So so I've had to fight it in court.
• 1:04:16
And can you help me? And I said, no. I I think you're doing all the right things. I could have helped you before and told you this was going to happen and stopped it. Because we have what we call the million dollar triple lock protection at home title lock.
• 1:04:29
I have to get the home title lock here. That's why I'm here. So the million dollar home protection package, it it we have software. It's ours. We built it.
• 1:04:40
It does only one thing. It monitors your title in a national database twenty four seven. And you don't have to wait for somebody to get to work in the morning. The software notifies you and sends you a copy of the document if something disturbs your title. And if you don't recognize that document, then the software tells you if you don't recognize the doc and they send you a copy of the document.
• 1:05:05
If you don't recognize this document, you should call us right away. And then our staff, I think we call our restoration staff, these people will swing into action to make sure that all the activity against your title is stopped and that your title is maintained in your name. We'll spend up to literally a million dollars of our money to make you whole again. And listen. This is for pennies today, quite frankly, why people don't jump in line already to do this.
• 1:05:33
It makes me wonder. Because when I saw this company, they approached me in 2017. I looked at it I went, my god. I'm in big trouble if somebody comes after my house. And so they asked me to endorse, and I said, I don't wanna just endorse.
• 1:05:49
I wanna make people aware of the fact that they're so vulnerable right now as they sit at home watching the late night TV that somebody could steal their house tonight, change the name, file it tomorrow, and take out a loan within, you know, forty eight, seventy two hours, something like that. And if that happens, you're gonna be on a legal, financial, and emotional nightmare that'll last for a long, long time.
• 1:06:16
  Speaker 1: And so
• 1:06:17
Speaker 3: So you got to stop it first.
• 1:06:19
Speaker 1: How how common is this? Is this something that that the FBI is seeing? I mean, is it seems like if you look at the the scammers and, you know, they're they're they're smart people. Right? They're people that are often as highly intelligent, yet they're lacking this thing called morality.
• 1:06:34
Right? Which is where you this kind of compass that says, hey. I shouldn't kill that guy and steal his sandwich because I'm hungry. Right? It's not a good thing to do.
• 1:06:42
They don't really have that. So they're thinking, okay. Who cares? So it seems almost too easy. I'd imagine that this is somewhat common.
• 1:06:50
  Right? Is it?
• 1:06:52
Speaker 3: Well, Seth, here here's the here's the issue and and, you know, establishing data about it. Number one, there is no law, no statute that I'm aware of anywhere, except maybe in New York State, I don't think they're either, that it's called title fraud or defraud. There's no such law or statute. So when somebody is defrauded like this, and it can be a family member as well as just a cyber thief, The the charges brought against are usually forgery or larceny or federally bank fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud. And so you have to be able to call those out.
• 1:07:32
You know? And I forget the the numbers. Hundreds of thousands of bank fraud filings, criminal filings last year alone. And but the problem is you have to call through each one because there's there's no way of determining until you look at the details in each one. But I can tell you this from my experience, it happens all the time.
• 1:07:53
And here's you know, one of my my, compatriots said this. He was talking with somebody, and they said, you know, why why on earth would they do this? And he looked at him and he says, because that's where the money is. And this is where the big money is. People don't have to steal a credit card number.
• 1:08:10
You know, the the credit card companies have these data, you know, I'm trying to think of the word that that they use, algorithms that watch everything for you. And if there's a, you know, an abnormality in the algorithm, they notify you, and they do it, you know, when it's just a few dollars. I just got my credit card changed for $54.95. I saw a problem. So but nobody watches your title except hometitlelock.com.
• 1:08:47
I mean, we are the best at this. I I pretty sure we're the biggest at it. And we have the best imaginable staff looking after your interest once it's determined that you've been a victim. And then and, again, to everybody else at home, you gotta get it right away. You gotta get it before that first check clears because otherwise, then you are gonna be a basket case for two or three years.
• 1:09:17
So it's it's kinda like title like that now.
• 1:09:19
Speaker 1: So it's like, there's a lot of companies that do this for your Social Security number. Right? That Yeah. If someone steals you know, which you you see almost every day, a new data leak, you know, password, Social Security numbers, etcetera. Yeah.
• 1:09:33
So someone then forged my identity, and they went and they got a credit card, or they bought a new car or whatever it was. There's companies that monitor that. And they say, hey. Did you just apply for this? And it's like, I didn't just apply for a, you know, a a new Corvette.
• 1:09:46
Of course not. Right? So, but, you know, I can't think of a single expense someone could charge to my credit report that would even come close to if someone took a $400,000 loan out against my house that I own. So it seems like it's you know, the scale is huge. And so, basically, what so what Home Title Lock does is really what what you're kinda signing up for there is just the security of knowing that there's a team.
• 1:10:11
They've got an algorithm. If anybody does anything to your title, instantly, you know. So before they can take that new title in their name and start taking out loans or whatever they're doing with it, As soon as that first change happens, you're notified. Your company, Home Tile Lock, is is notified, and you can basically stop it before anything happens.
• 1:10:32
Speaker 3: I mean, people will often say, will I be notified? Well, when you file a new title or or a new deed in most of the forms that I've seen throughout The United States in the county recorder's office, and that's where it all goes, there's a block in the upper left hand corner on the front page of the document. They tell you to put in the location, the address where you want any notifications sent. Well, guess what, folks? They're gonna put your name in there.
• 1:11:02
They're gonna put theirs in some mail drop somewhere that'll get thrown in the trash after ninety days because they aren't gonna pay that bill either. So you've got to pay attention to the details. And if you sit there and think, well, you know, I'll hear about it. Well, I have some bad news. Wait.
• 1:11:18
You probably won't hear about it until somebody's knocking on your front door saying, we're gonna we're gonna take your house and sell it so we can get our money back. And it just it'll come out of a a bolt of lightning out of the sky like that, and it will just destroy your life. I mean, it just I've I've seen been involved actually in one instance where it was as a woman who inherited the house from her parents was, defrauded in a a deed fraud scam, and she missed a bunch of stop signs. She wasn't paying attention to, you know, not getting a water bill and a tax bill. And the sheriff showed up at her front door with a an order to she's being evicted.
• 1:12:08
And so all of her possessions were put in those big, huge, black plastic bags and put out at the curb. She was literally thrown out of her house. She it took seven months for her to get back into her house. And at one point, she was homeless living across the street in a park from her house so she could see the house. It was actually hers.
• 1:12:30
Finally, she got into court, and the judge said that house assistant, she got back into it. Hers was done by, because she was not a a person of of wealth, but, you know, a a little a legal aid group came to her her help, her assistance, and got the, you know, the property back in her name, but it took seven months. And and if you have this happen to you, you're gonna have to get an attorney. And real estate law, quite frankly, as I found out, is very complicated. I mean, I was involved in a case here in California that went all the way back to the Spanish land grants of the sixteen hundreds.
• 1:13:12
I mean and so the attorneys really have to know what they're talking about and make sure they cross the t's and dot the i's for you. So when you get into this thing and go to court and you're being accused of probably trying to steal the money and just not gonna pay the mortgage. I've got some bad news for you. It doesn't work out very well in your favor. And if somebody else is doing it, you know, they're gonna want writing exemplars, polygraphs, all that stuff.
• 1:13:41
It costs a lot of money, by the way. So when you get into that part of the whole transaction, it's just a nightmare that you you just you may never really get out from under it, quite frankly. I mean, the real answer is don't go there. And the answer is if somebody's gonna tell you that you got a problem before it becomes a lawsuit, and that's what you need to do. Hometitlelock.com.
• 1:14:06
We have million dollar triple lock protection. Perfect timing there. And that's what you get. And it's you know, and I was looking at this the other day. I I think it's about 65¢ a day or something like that if you get the annual plan.
• 1:14:22
And I was thinking, what can I go into a store in this day and age and buy for 65¢? I couldn't think anything. And then someone said to get a piece of gummy. I said, you can't do that anymore. You don't have to buy a 12 pack or a 10 pack or, you know, two packages, you know, wrapped together.
• 1:14:39
I said, so to find something that's worth 65¢, I said, you know, if you just just don't get one of your drive through custom coffees once one day a week, just skip one of those drive through designer coffees. You know what? You'll have more than enough, probably a lot more than enough to pay for this protection that is so key to your well-being. Look. Most people are watching this right now.
• 1:15:08
Most of their personal wealth is tied up, and the equity of their home is is for me and I'm sure probably you. So, you know, don't leave that sitting out there. It's like putting a bag full of $100 bill right on the curb and saying, I gee, I hope it's gonna be there in the morning because that's what you've got looking at you right now. And with home time lock, we'll let you know something's going on way before you get into trouble.
• 1:15:33
Speaker 1: Also, I think that we have a a promo code Seth, s e t h, where they'll get a free title search. Is that correct? That where if someone wants to know if their title's safe to to that it's it's a free search. Right? You'll get a copy of
• 1:15:44
Speaker 3: your title and and a history of title if it's available. Sometimes we can't we can't get all the depth of the documents, but you'll get a copy of your title. You know, those are pretty nice documents to have around the house quite frankly.
• 1:15:55
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 1:15:56
Speaker 3: And so then when the next time I see you and we do this and I give you my home title lock pop quiz, you can give me some answers.
• 1:16:04
Speaker 1: Exactly. I'll I'll pass the test.
• 1:16:06
Speaker 3: To you. Thanks to you. Your viewers will know what's going on, and they'll sleep better that night too.
• 1:16:11
  Speaker 1: Exactly.
• 1:16:12
Speaker 3: You know, don't don't kid yourself. This does happen. That's you know, I could tell stories for Anna for the next hour, quite frankly. I mean, it's like somebody pointed this out to me. You know, if you have a fire at your house, it's devastating.
• 1:16:27
But the fire department shows up, the police show up, and everybody else shows up, and there's a clear record of what's happened there. And it but the but the loss is devastating. If your neighbor next door had his title forged and lost control of his house. Maybe he even got evicted from his house because he wasn't aware of what's going on. But if wouldn't it have been nice if the guy had the fire got a, email the night before from the fire department and said, look.
• 1:16:57
That towel on the counter in your kitchen is gonna catch fire and start a grease fire, burn your house down. Well, that's not gonna happen. It just doesn't happen. It's not possible. But if you have home title lock, you'll get an email the night before saying, something's wrong with your title.
• 1:17:12
You better get a hold of us right away, and we'll fix it for you. And that's the difference between, you know, having to control over your personal wealth. And that's what your house is. It's your personal wealth. Don't don't fool around with it.
• 1:17:28
Spend a cup a cup of coffee's worth of money every day. You know, I said to some people, I said, you know, when you get when you get done at the end of the year, if you skip that designer coffee, you probably have enough for a tank of gas. And then I think, not in California. In most states, but out here, you you might get a quarter of a tank.
• 1:17:47
  Speaker 1: Exactly. Exactly.
• 1:17:49
Speaker 3: But it's it's that easy, and it's that simple. And believe me, when you start dealing with our folks I mean, I was just talking with somebody before yesterday. He said he sold his house. And he said, you know, the, when I put it on the market, the realtor, you know, placed a a a document in my title file at the county recorder's office, and you called me and said, you got a problem. And I said, no.
• 1:18:20
It's it's not a problem. My house is being listed, and the the realtors essentially, it's a kind of a lien that they protect themselves with. And he said, you know what? He said, we sold it. And the new person filed the title.
• 1:18:35
He said, I got another call from you and your software saying title's changed. And if you don't recognize it, call us right away. And he said, since I knew what it was, I paid no attention. He said, two days later, Home Title Lot called me and said, we haven't heard from you about that title change. And so he said, it was really nice, and I informed her that it was for me.
• 1:18:58
And and I was aware that I had sold my house, and I was a new owner. He said, two days after that, I got another call from Home Title Lock. They said, if you're gonna get a new house, be sure to get Home Time Lock. And that that's the kind of quality that people You know what I tell people? I can absolutely guarantee the quality these people because I do all the backgrounds on everyone we hire.
• 1:19:21
And these people are the very best. And we have an operation. We're in The United States. Our operation is in Florida, and our people are everyone of them is special as far as I'm concerned. I go to meetings, and I I'm supposed to know all of them.
• 1:19:37
I haven't haven't met them. I know all about them. But I have to have somebody walk me around and say, you know, this is Art, and this is Denise. You know? And that's we're we're we're not a huge company, but we're so driven by our software that it's it's, an unbelievable experience.
• 1:19:59
When you first deal with us, you will be so pleased that you're not having to worry about your home equity because we're watching it for you. It it's not a not a just go, go, go. And, you know, software can be very expensive to build, and ours is been is probably the best in the industry, quite frankly, in what we do and how we do it. So, you know, if somebody else tells you they're gonna do it, make sure that you understand one thing. With ours, we follow your it's called the APN.
• 1:20:39
I call it the nuclear code for your house. It's like a 10 or 12 or 14 digit number that identifies your park parcel uniquely. That's what we operate in. We don't operate based upon your name or your street address or anything like that. When you file, we'll make sure we've got the correct, APN that we're following in the national records so that people know that we're watching their house, not some guy named John Smith that lives in, you know, you know, Central America or someplace.
• 1:21:12
It's just you got to have that key identifier so that we know that we're we've got the right property for you, and you'll know because we'll send you copy of your deed.
• 1:21:25
Speaker 1: Perfect. Perfect. So I'll bring up the website one last time. Hometitlelock.com, promo code Seth, that free title search. I'll make sure that's in the show description, so it's easy to access.
• 1:21:37
And Art, thank you so much. It's it's been a pleasure speaking with you. I look forward to speaking to you again, and I I thank you for what you're doing.
• 1:21:43
Speaker 3: Pleasure was all mine. And, Steph.
