- 0:00The Bible says in Hebrews Chapter 11 that without faith it
- 0:04is impossible to please God. In other words, unless you
- 0:10understand what it means to live a life of faith you you will
- 0:14never please the true and living God.
- 0:18So the question comes, what is faith?
- 0:21Well, faith defined by two words is simply trusting obedience, or
- 0:27defined by 4 words. It's believing absolutely and
- 0:33behaving accordingly. You believe absolutely in all
- 0:39the Bible says that he is, and you behave accordingly to all
- 0:44that he says he is. That's called trusting
- 0:46obedience. That's what faith is all about.
- 0:51So the right of Hebrews says that without faith it's
- 0:52impossible to please God. So those who who come to God
- 0:57must believe that he is, He is what He is.
- 1:03Everything he says he is, you must believe that He is, and
- 1:08that he's a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
- 1:13So those who come to Christ by faith, they understand who he
- 1:17is. They believe, excuse me, in who
- 1:21he is. They understand who he is.
- 1:27So John in his gospel begins to open up to us the identity of
- 1:35the Christ. He says that many of the signs
- 1:40that Jesus do, but these are written that you might believe,
- 1:45and that believing you might have life in his name.
- 1:50You might understand who the Son of God truly is.
- 1:55That's John's purpose for writing that you might truly
- 1:59have the faith to believe exactly who he says he is.
- 2:06So John says these words in John chapter one in the beginning was
- 2:15the word. In other words, in the beginning
- 2:19continuously was the word. So you must believe it is
- 2:25eternality. You must believe that he pre
- 2:29existed before time. Then he says this, and the word
- 2:37was continually with God or literally face to face with God.
- 2:43In other words, this word, Christ Himself who lived
- 2:50eternally, is face to face with the eternal God.
- 2:56In other words, they stand equal together face to face.
- 3:01In the beginning was the Word, and the word was face to face
- 3:04with God, Speaking of the personality of the eternal
- 3:08existence of the living God. So you must believe in His
- 3:13eternality, and you must believe in His personality.
- 3:18And then the Bible says, and the Word was God, or literally God
- 3:27was the Word, you must believe in his deity, because the Word
- 3:32became flesh and dwelt among us. And so the Word actually is God.
- 3:40So you believe in the deity of Christ, that Jesus Christ is
- 3:42100% God and 100% man, and you believe it wholeheartedly.
- 3:49So he comes to God, must believe that He is, He's what he is
- 3:52eternal, He is personal, He's God in the flesh.
- 3:58And then he says this. He says he was in the beginning
- 4:03with God. All things came into being
- 4:06through him and apart from him, nothing came into being that has
- 4:11come into being. Nothing exists without this
- 4:18eternal word because God is the God the Father is the architect
- 4:26of creation, and God the Son is the agent of creation.
- 4:33Nothing came into existence without the eternal God bringing
- 4:38it into existence. That's the Colossians 116 and
- 4:4217, says First Corinthians 8 verse #6 recognizing that God is
- 4:48the creator of all things. This is his creativity.
- 4:51This is his activity. You must believe in who He is.
- 4:55He's the eternal God who personally existed with God, who
- 5:00is actually God, who created everything.
- 5:05Unless you believe that you cannot be saved, because that's
- 5:09what the truth of the Scripture say.
- 5:11That's who He is. You can't believe in parts of
- 5:15Jesus. You got to believe in all of
- 5:16Jesus and who he is. He is Lord of all, He is King of
- 5:21all. But he says that He brings all
- 5:25things into existence that without Him nothing came into
- 5:31being. In fact, it says that in verse
- 5:3210, these words, He was in the world and the world was not, was
- 5:36made, excuse me, through him and the world did not know Him.
- 5:41What did the world not know about Him?
- 5:44If the world didn't know Him and He came and lived among them,
- 5:49what did they not know? They did not know that He was
- 5:53creator. They did not believe in God as
- 5:56the ultimate creator of all things and that Jesus Christ is
- 6:01God in the flesh and he was the agent of all creation.
- 6:05They did not believe that. And I wonder today if you
- 6:10recognize Christ as creator, if you recognize him as the creator
- 6:18of everything. In fact, it's so important that
- 6:24you do because this is how, remember, we talked to you last
- 6:26week. This is how God introduced
- 6:27himself to the world in the beginning, God created.
- 6:33This is how God wants to introduce himself to to the
- 6:35world. And not only is this God
- 6:37introduce himself that way, note this, this is so important that
- 6:43when you get to heaven, this will be the subject of your
- 6:49praise. Listen to Revelation 4 verse 11.
- 6:57It says that the church before living creatures, the angels
- 7:04will say, worthy are you, O Lord our God, to receive glory, honor
- 7:12and power. For you created all things, and
- 7:21because of your desire they existed and were created.
- 7:28When you get to heaven, your praise is centered on God the
- 7:32Creator. That's how he introduced himself
- 7:34from the very beginning. Genesis chapter one verse #1 And
- 7:37when you die and go to heaven, you will be worshipping God, not
- 7:41as the God who loves you, although he does, not the God
- 7:49who was gracious to you or merciful to you, but the God who
- 7:55created you. That's how you're going to
- 7:58worship him. In fact, if you go further down
- 8:01in chapter 5 of Revelation, it says this.
- 8:04Here's the new song ready. Worthy are you to take the book
- 8:08and to break its seal. For you were slain and purchased
- 8:11for God with your blood. Men from every tribe, tongue,
- 8:17and people and nation. Verse 10 You ready for this?
- 8:21You have made us. You have made us to be a Kingdom
- 8:29and priest to our God, and we will reign upon the earth again.
- 8:35Lord, you made us, You created us, You fashioned us, You did
- 8:41this. God needs to be recognized as
- 8:45Creator. It is so powerful, so important
- 8:50for you to realize this. So John introduces Christ to us
- 8:55because he wants you to believe in all that He is so that you
- 9:00might follow him and serve Him. You must not just believe in his
- 9:05eternal existence. You not, just must not just
- 9:08believe that he existed personally with God, face to
- 9:11face with God as God. You must recognize that He is
- 9:15the agent of creation. And I wonder if you have
- 9:22recognized God as your Creator. In fact, Psalmist says Psalm 95.
- 9:37Listen to these words. Oh come, let us sing for joy to
- 9:41the Lord. Let us shout joyfully to the
- 9:43rock of our salvation. This come before his presence
- 9:47with Thanksgiving. Let us shout joyfully to him
- 9:51with Psalms. So what are you going to shout?
- 9:58What are you going to praise Him for?
- 10:01What are you going to thank Him for?
- 10:04He tells you, For the Lord is a great God and a great king above
- 10:09all gods, in whose hand are the depths of the earth, the peaks
- 10:17of the mountains are his. Also the sea is His, for it is
- 10:22it was he who made it, created it, and his hands form the dry
- 10:33land. The psalmist knows that that the
- 10:36creation of God is the central focus of his praise, for without
- 10:44him there's nothing, because he's the creator of all things.
- 10:50And you read through the Psalms and you go back and you examine
- 10:53them and realize how many times the Psalms go back to the
- 10:57creation from the very beginning.
- 11:01Because it's all about how we're going to forever praise Him in
- 11:04glory. But note this for six Come, let
- 11:11us worship and bow down. Let us bow down before this
- 11:19great God. Let us kneel before the Lord our
- 11:26Maker. See the reverence there?
- 11:32We talked about this in November of last year.
- 11:38Yahweh Hassinu, the Lord our Fashioner, the Lord our Maker,
- 11:45bowing down to worship God, to praise Him, to glorify His name,
- 11:49is focused on God as Creator. Ever notice that when we bow
- 11:52before God and we sing praises to His name, it's all about us
- 11:57and not about Him? How many of the songs of today
- 12:02focused in on us and what God does for us instead of who God
- 12:09is and what He does? The Psalms recognize His
- 12:14creative power. He is the God who forms us, who
- 12:18creates us, who makes us, and we get to heaven.
- 12:22It was we were purchased by your blood because you made us a
- 12:26Kingdom of priests. Excuse me?
- 12:29You created us to be in your Kingdom.
- 12:33You made us this way. That's what you did.
- 12:39So it says, come this worship and bow down.
- 12:43Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker, for He is our God, and we
- 12:48are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand.
- 12:51Today, if you would hear his voice, do not harden your
- 12:57hearts. Don't harden your hearts against
- 13:01what God is creator, God is fashioner, God is maker of all
- 13:11things. This is crucial for us to
- 13:15understand. And so this is how John
- 13:19introduces Christ to us. For by by him all things came
- 13:25into existence. All things were created by this
- 13:29word, by this God, by this Christ, the word that became
- 13:35flesh. This is who he is.
- 13:36This is what he did. His creative powers sets a tone
- 13:46for how you praise him. John wants us to recognize
- 13:51Christ as Creator, as Maker, as fashioner.
- 13:58Interesting that Solomon would say these words in Ecclesiastes
- 14:0312 verse #1 Remember, Solomon writes Ecclesiastes at the end
- 14:10of his life and he chronicles all the things that he did
- 14:15during his sinful escapades. And the Ecclesiastes is like a
- 14:22book of repentance for Solomon, recognizing that all the things
- 14:27he went after and all the things he sought for never amounted to
- 14:31anything. They were all empty, futile,
- 14:35never brought him what he thought they would bring.
- 14:39So he concludes his his book, his journal with these words to
- 14:47his son, Rhea Baum to he might understand, remember your
- 14:57Creator in the days of your youth.
- 15:01It's almost as if he's saying, you know what?
- 15:03I didn't do that. And I want to challenge you as
- 15:07my son, to remember your creator in the days of your youth.
- 15:12While you're young, while you have your whole life ahead of
- 15:16you, you must act obediently to your creator.
- 15:24You must follow your creator. You must understand your Creator
- 15:30because if you do, it will change everything about how you
- 15:33live your life. I didn't do that.
- 15:37I don't want the same for you, my son.
- 15:41Very next phrase is important. Remember now your Creator in the
- 15:45days of your youth, before the evil days come.
- 15:52In other words, the evil days are coming, the bad days are
- 15:56ahead, temptations going to rise, trials are going to come.
- 16:03So before the evil day ever comes upon you, Raybone, I want
- 16:06you to remember your creator act obediently until your creator
- 16:10act decisively according to all that he says, before the evil
- 16:15days come. Because if you don't, when the
- 16:17evil days come, you will not stand.
- 16:20That's how important it is to remember your Creator.
- 16:25So I wonder, have you recognized your Creator?
- 16:30Do you even remember your Creator?
- 16:35To act in obedience to His name? If you remember your Creator,
- 16:43you will Revere your Creator. That's the psalmist says to
- 16:49Psalm 95 verse #6 let us kneel and bow down.
- 16:53Let's kneel and bow down. Let's come before his presence
- 16:59with Thanksgiving, but let's kneel before him in complete and
- 17:05total surrender in reverence to his name, because he is the one
- 17:10who's fashioned us. He is the one who made us.
- 17:15You know, like Israel was made, created.
- 17:18The Jewish nation was created. Do you understand that?
- 17:22Right. You've heard me say this before,
- 17:26and I've said it to my Jewish friends.
- 17:29You were me before I was ever you.
- 17:32And they say, well, what do you mean?
- 17:36I say, well, you were Gentiles before you ever became Jewish.
- 17:40No way. Yeah, you were.
- 17:43You were the original Goem. No, you weren't.
- 17:46Yes, you were. Where was Abraham before he
- 17:48crossed the river Euphrates? Early Chaldees.
- 17:51Abraham was a Pagan Gentile. The word Hebrew means to cross
- 17:57the river. So God called Abraham to the
- 18:02Promised Land and caught on the cross over the river, the great
- 18:07river Euphrates, because that would be a boundary line for the
- 18:11Promised Land. And so therefore Abraham became
- 18:17the father of a nation. What nation?
- 18:21The Jewish nation. There were no Jews before
- 18:24Abraham. And so Abraham became the father
- 18:28of a great nation, the father of the Jews, and God created that
- 18:35way. There are only two races in the
- 18:37world, Jew and Gentile. Asian is not a race.
- 18:47Black is not a race. Caucasian is not a race.
- 18:52That's what the world tells you. That's not what the Bible tells
- 18:55you. There are two races, Jew and
- 19:02Gentile. That's it.
- 19:06There is no other race. I'm not saying that to offend
- 19:09you, understanding what the Bible says.
- 19:12And so you have to understand that that that God has created a
- 19:15Jewish race. Let's kneel before the Lord, our
- 19:19maker, the one who fashioned us, the one who made us into a a
- 19:24nation who fashioned us as a people.
- 19:28We need to Revere him and, and worship him and honor him and
- 19:31glorify his, his precious name, because that's who he is.
- 19:36So I ask you, do you do you Revere your creator?
- 19:40He's the Lord who fashions you. He fashioned your first Kingdom.
- 19:47He made, He molded, He took and brought together everything that
- 19:55you have because He's the ultimate fashioner of life.
- 20:01Do you Revere him for that? See, if you recognize your
- 20:07Creator, you will remember your Creator.
- 20:09That is, act in obedience to Him.
- 20:11Because the word remember in according to the Scripture is to
- 20:13act decisively in obedience to God.
- 20:19So Solomon says, remember now, son, you're creator of the days
- 20:21of years, earth, your youth. Excuse me, before the evil day
- 20:25comes, because they're coming. And if you don't remember him
- 20:30and recognize him and obey him now, you certainly won't when
- 20:33the evil day comes. And then make sure you Revere
- 20:40your Creator, You bow before Him and worship Him, and humbly and
- 20:48gratefully and joyfully thank Him for how He has fashioned
- 20:55your life, how He's brought you into His Kingdom to glorify His
- 21:02great name. If you recognize your Creator,
- 21:10and you remember your Creator, and you Revere your Creator, you
- 21:18will rest in your Creator. You will rest in your Creator.
- 21:28This is how Peter says it in First Peter chapter 4, verse 12.
- 21:42Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you which
- 21:47comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing
- 21:52were happening to you. Remember, he is speaking to Jews
- 21:58who've been scattered abroad. He's speaking to Jews who have
- 22:04gone through great suffering, persecution because of their
- 22:08belief in Christ. And many of them were put on
- 22:17poles and wrapped in pitch and set on fire to light Nero's
- 22:22gardens. Others were thrown to to the
- 22:27lions, wrapped in animal skins and eaten alive.
- 22:33That that's that's suffering. Your hangnail is not suffering.
- 22:41That is suffering. But Peter says, beloved, I don't
- 22:47want you to think it's strange that this fiery ordeal and it's
- 22:53truly a fiery ordeal. Would you not say because some
- 22:56of them were really, really set on fire, this fiery ordeal which
- 23:03comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing was
- 23:07happening to you? Why do you think it's strange?
- 23:10All those who live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer
- 23:13persecution, right? So Peter says, don't think it's
- 23:18strange. And Peter knows Peter's gone
- 23:21through persecution. Peter's been in prison, Peter's
- 23:24been beaten. He understands this is this.
- 23:30But the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ keep on
- 23:33rejoicing. So you also with the revelation
- 23:36of his glory, you may rejoice with exaltation.
- 23:40If you are reviled for the name of Christ, you are blessed
- 23:43because the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.
- 23:46Make sure that that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief,
- 23:51or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler.
- 23:54But if anyone suffers as a Christian, he's not to be
- 23:57ashamed, but is to glorify God in His name for his time for
- 24:02judgment to begin with the household of God.
- 24:06If it begins with us first, what will be the outcome of those who
- 24:09do not obey the gospel of God? And if it is with difficulty
- 24:14that the righteous is saved, what will become of the godless
- 24:18man and the Sinner? Therefore, those also who suffer
- 24:25according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a
- 24:31faithful Creator in doing what is right.
- 24:39He says, look, you need to rest in your Creator.
- 24:48Your Creator does no wrong. The one who fashioned you does
- 24:52no wrong. You might be going through a a
- 24:55fiery ordeal, but our God is the Creator of everything, and God
- 25:02has allowed this testing to come your way.
- 25:04So don't think it's strange about this fiery ordeal.
- 25:07Instead, just keep entrusting your soul, keep resting your
- 25:10soul in your faithful Creator, and continue to do what is right
- 25:15before Him. The only ones who can do that
- 25:19are those who recognize Christ as Creator, who remember the
- 25:24Creator in the days of their youth, who Revere the Creator.
- 25:30Those are the ones who will rest in their Creator.
- 25:35If you're having a hard time going through that, what you're
- 25:38going through, ask yourself if you recognize God as the Creator
- 25:43of all things, and do you remember your Creator in the
- 25:48days of your youth? And do you Revere your Creator?
- 25:52Because if you do, you will rest in your Creator.
- 25:59And then if you recognize your creator, you will always run to
- 26:12your creator. You'll run to him.
- 26:17Why? Where else are you going to go?
- 26:22Who are you going to run to? Nobody else can help you, so you
- 26:28run to your Creator. Listen to what the psalmist says
- 26:40in Psalm 96. Sing to the Lord a new song.
- 26:45Sing to the Lord all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless his
- 26:47name, proclaim good Titans of his salvation from day-to-day.
- 26:51Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds
- 26:54among all the peoples. For great is the Lord, and
- 26:56greatly to be praised. He has to be feared above all
- 26:58gods, for all the gods of the peoples are idols.
- 27:01But the Lord made the heavens again.
- 27:04See the psalmist goes back to the creative power of God,
- 27:09spender and majesty before him. Strength and beauty are in a
- 27:11sanctuary. Ascribe to the Lord.
- 27:14O families, the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
- 27:17Ascribe to the Lord the glory of His name.
- 27:19Bring an offering and come into His courts.
- 27:22Worship the Lord in the splendor of His Holiness.
- 27:26Tremble before him all the earth say among the nations the Lord
- 27:31reigns. Indeed, the world is firmly
- 27:34established. It will be.
- 27:35It will not be moved. He will judge the peoples with
- 27:38equity. Let the heavens be glad.
- 27:41Let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar and all it
- 27:43contains. Let the field exult and all that
- 27:46is in it. Then all the trees of the forest
- 27:48will sing for joy before the Lord, For He is coming, for He
- 27:52is coming to judge the earth. Interesting how the psalmist
- 27:56talks about creation all throughout a Psalm about praise
- 28:00and ascribing glory to the name of God because of his creative
- 28:03power and what he does. In Psalm 119 the psalmist said
- 28:15these words. Psalm 119 verse #32 I shall run
- 28:29the way of your commandments, for you will enlarge my heart.
- 28:41I, I will I will run the way of your commandments.
- 28:45Why? Because when I do and understand
- 28:50what you say and who you are, my heart grows strong, my heart is
- 28:58enlarged. My, my heart is able to, to
- 29:02handle all that's coming my way. So I run to your commandments
- 29:08because I want you to enlarge and strengthen and fortify my
- 29:12heart. Those who recognize their
- 29:16creator, they run. They run the way of their
- 29:19creator. They can't wait to get there, to
- 29:25hear, to see what he says. He who comes to God must believe
- 29:33that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently
- 29:38seek him. He is what he's everything he
- 29:43says he is. So John says he's eternal, He's
- 29:50personal, He's God, He's Creator, that's who he is.
- 29:59Run to him. Run to him because he's the one
- 30:04who fashions everything. Those who recognize God as a
- 30:13Creator, they rejoice in their creator.
- 30:21Psalm 100 Again another Psalm. Shout joyfully to the Lord, all
- 30:30the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness,
- 30:32Come before Him with joyful singing.
- 30:35Know that the Lord Himself is God.
- 30:37It is He who made us, if you made us, and not we ourselves.
- 30:49We are who we are because of Him, not because of us.
- 30:53We are His people, the sheep of His pasture.
- 30:56Enter his gates with Thanksgiving, His courts with
- 30:59praise. Give thanks to him.
- 31:02Bless his name for the Lord. As good as loving kindness is
- 31:05everlasting, and his faithfulness to all generations.
- 31:11He rejoiced as Creator. So who made us?
- 31:15When was the last time you rejoiced and said, Lord, thank
- 31:18you? I praise you for the way you
- 31:20fashioned me, the way you made me, how you made me a part of
- 31:27your Kingdom, how you made me the way I am.
- 31:32You're, you're You're my creator.
- 31:34You did this. And because of the way you
- 31:37created me, I praise your glorious name.
- 31:41Because I was formed in the inward parts of a mother's womb.
- 31:47I was manufactured by hand by the true and living Creator of
- 31:53the universe. God did this.
- 31:57God's in charge. He's the Creator.
- 32:01He's the one we trust. He's the one that we believe in.
- 32:04And so you rejoice in your Creator.
- 32:06Why? Because you simply run the way
- 32:10of your Creator. Why?
- 32:12Because you Revere your Creator. Why?
- 32:16Because you remember Him. And why do you remember Him?
- 32:20Because you recognize exactly who He is and therefore you
- 32:28simply trust and rest in your Creator.
- 32:32How about you? How's your rest today?
- 32:37Is your heart enlarged because you've run the way of your
- 32:40Creator? Does your heart have the energy
- 32:43to continue on because you rest in your Creator and continue to
- 32:48do that which is right before your Creator.
- 32:55It's always good. This is the next point is to is
- 33:00to read about your creator. I mentioned this last week
- 33:09Matthew chapter 19 Christ says have have you not read that male
- 33:16and female created he them? Have you not read I?
- 33:21I find it always interesting how the Lord indicts the religious
- 33:24establishment on how they don't read right or or or they read
- 33:30but they but when they read they, they miss the Christ and
- 33:34Christ says if you read my word and you miss me, you didn't read
- 33:36it right. Go back and read it again and
- 33:39obviously they didn't read it right because they missed the
- 33:41Christ in their reading. So he says to them, have you not
- 33:44read male and female created he them.
- 33:49God is the Creator of all things.
- 33:50So read about your creator, spend time in the Word, read the
- 33:54Word, memorize the word, meditate upon the word that you
- 33:57might understand the creative power of God who reigns and
- 34:01rules over all things. If you have not recognized your
- 34:10Creator, if you have not remembered your Creator, if you
- 34:17do not Revere your Creator, if you don't read about your
- 34:23Creator, if you don't rest in your Creator, if you don't
- 34:30rejoice in your Creator, it's time to repent and return to
- 34:41your Creator. It's time to do that.
- 34:47Remember Job. That's what Job said.
- 34:52So interesting. Remember, God revealed himself
- 34:55to Job. God never explained anything to
- 34:59Job but why he was the way he was or what happened to him.
- 35:01Never explained anything to him. What did he reveal to Job?
- 35:06He revealed his creative powers to Job.
- 35:10That's all he did. Went back and revealed how he
- 35:13created everything. I was in charge of everything.
- 35:17Listen to what Job says. Job 40 the Lord said to Job,
- 35:22will the fault Finder contend with the Almighty?
- 35:26Job was the fault Finder. God says to Job, you want to
- 35:30continue to find fault with me. Job, after you understand how
- 35:35I've created everything upon the planet I formulated all
- 35:39together, how I hold it all together, and you want to find
- 35:43fault with me, your creator, let him who reproves God answer.
- 35:52Job, you have an answer. Next time you want to argue with
- 35:56God about his creative power, you want to argue about what he
- 35:58is, how he's fashioned you and formed you, and what he's
- 36:01created to come into your life. Next time you want to argue with
- 36:03God about those things, read what Job says.
- 36:08Job says, Behold, I am insignificant.
- 36:17I'm a nothing. I'm a nobody.
- 36:21Oh, by the way, the reason you find fault with God is because
- 36:23you think you're somebody, that when you realize you're a
- 36:28nobody, there's no fault with God, He says I'm insignificant.
- 36:36What can I reply to you? What can I say?
- 36:41I laid my hand on my mouth once I've spoken, I will not answer
- 36:47even twice and I will add nothing more.
- 36:55How did Joe get to that point? How did he for 39 chapters ask
- 37:01the question why, what is going on in my life?
- 37:07And God comes to him and reveals his creative power by speaking
- 37:11to Job. And Job says, I got nothing to
- 37:14say. You're everything.
- 37:18I am nothing. And then Job listens to God
- 37:23again through chapter 41. In chapter 42, he says, I repent
- 37:32in dust and ashes. I got nothing to say.
- 37:38I was wrong. I should not have questioned my
- 37:41God. I should not have questioned my
- 37:44Creator. And John comes along and says,
- 37:48I'm going to show you the word of God.
- 37:50This is what it is. And I'm going to show you the
- 37:52God of the Word. That's who He is.
- 37:56He brought everything into existence.
- 37:58He is the Creator. Do you believe that?
- 38:01For he who comes to God must believe that He is.
- 38:05He is everything He says He is. He's a reward of those who
- 38:09diligently seek Him. He reward you because you want
- 38:15to truly be like him, for you see him truly as he really is.
- 38:20In the Scriptures, John says, I've written these things that
- 38:23you might believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God.
- 38:30Do you believe? Let me pray with you, Lord God,
- 38:35thank you for today. We are reminded once again of
- 38:38the power of Your Word and how it's so instrumental in all of
- 38:43our lives. Forgive us, Lord, for not
- 38:46remembering You as our Creator, not recognizing You as our
- 38:50Creator, especially not revering you as our Creator.
- 38:56Oh Lord, please, if there be one among us today who does not know
- 39:00You, may today they come to the true and living God.
- 39:07Repetitive sins and follow Christ, the Creator of the ends
- 39:14of the earth. Pray this in Jesus glorious
- 39:18precious name was coming again. Amen.
