- 0:00Speaker 1: I am Sherry Mackie, and it's time for us to
- 0:03Speaker 1: go to God in prayer. And as always I invite
- 0:07Speaker 1: you to join along with me in prayer. And this
- 0:11Speaker 1: morning I want to pray just about walking in God's purpose. Heavely, Father,
- 0:17Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus, we come before you today
- 0:20Speaker 1: with hearts open and hands lifted up to you, asking
- 0:24Speaker 1: you to align our lives with the divine purpose You
- 0:28Speaker 1: created us for God, before we were formed in our
- 0:30Speaker 1: mother's womb. You knew us before we took our first breath.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You had already ridden our destiny. Lord, you placed purpose
- 0:39Speaker 1: within us, something holy, something eternal, something that gives meaning
- 0:44Speaker 1: to every step we take. But sometimes Father, life gets loud, distractions,
- 0:50Speaker 1: doubts and detours try to drown out your voice. God,
- 0:53Speaker 1: We chase after plans that please people, instead of pursuing
- 0:57Speaker 1: the path that pleases you. Yet even in our wondering,
- 1:01Speaker 1: you are patient with us. Even when we drift, you
- 1:05Speaker 1: gently call us back to the reason we were created.
- 1:08Speaker 1: We were created to glorify You with every breath and
- 1:11Speaker 1: to fulfill the assignment that You've placed in our hands.
- 1:14Speaker 1: So today God, we surrender. We surrender our agenda for yours.
- 1:19Speaker 1: We lay down every fear that whispers we're not enough.
- 1:23Speaker 1: We release every failure that tries to disqualify us, and
- 1:28Speaker 1: we're declared by faith, Your purpose for our lives will stand. God,
- 1:33Speaker 1: give us clarity where there's confusion, Give us courage where
- 1:37Speaker 1: there's hesitation. Help us to see that our purpose isn't
- 1:41Speaker 1: about being recognized, but it's about being obedient to you.
- 1:46Speaker 1: It's not about perfection, but it's about surrender. Let us
- 1:51Speaker 1: be willing vessels, ready to move when you say move,
- 1:54Speaker 1: ready to speak when you say speak, Ready to stand
- 1:57Speaker 1: firm when others walk away. Father, remind us that purpose
- 2:02Speaker 1: is not always easy, but it's always worth it. There
- 2:05Speaker 1: will be days of waiting, there will be nights of wondering.
- 2:09Speaker 1: But even then, God, you are working. You are shaping
- 2:13Speaker 1: us through the struggle. You're developing us through the delay,
- 2:16Speaker 1: and you're preparing us through the pressure. You are molding
- 2:20Speaker 1: us into vessels fit for your glory. Lord. We don't
- 2:23Speaker 1: want to just exist. We want to live in the
- 2:26Speaker 1: fullness of why you made us. Let our lives inpack
- 2:31Speaker 1: the world, the nation, our families. God, Let our words
- 2:36Speaker 1: bring healing, Let our gifts build your Kingdom and let
- 2:40Speaker 1: every moment point back to you and give you glory.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Help us to remember that purpose is not a destination.
- 2:47Speaker 1: It's a daily decision to walk with you. It's a
- 2:50Speaker 1: daily decision to trust you. It's a daily decision to
- 2:54Speaker 1: obey you. Even when we don't understand the plan. Help
- 2:59Speaker 1: us to trust the one who designed it. God. When
- 3:02Speaker 1: we grow weary, remind us that you finish what you start,
- 3:06Speaker 1: what you began, and us you will bring to completion.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Your promises are yes an amen. Your timing is perfect,
- 3:14Speaker 1: your calling issure. So today Father, we say yes again.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Yes to your view, Yes to your way, Yes to
- 3:23Speaker 1: the purpose that you've placed on the inside of us.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Let your spirit lead us
