Be You. Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing. They don’t all have the answer. Nor do they have it all worked out.

As a younger person, I used to look up at leadership and think they had it all worked out. People above me had more experience, more expertise, so were bound to make the right decisions and know the answer.

As I got older, I realised that wasn’t necessarily the case. Often not the case!
