- 0:47Speaker 3: Again, deep breath in, and slowly and gently breathe out
- 0:55through your mouth. One more time, deep breathing and breathe
- 1:05slowly and gently out through your mouth. Just bring your

- 1:17Speaker 4: Just breathing, breathing.
- 1:20Speaker 3: In, peacefulness and harmony. Now breathe out, breathing out all negativity.

- 2:44Speaker 4: Beneath your feet.
- 2:47Speaker 3: And feel the earth moving aside as your roots go

- 2:56hear the sound of the soil moving apart to let
- 3:00your roots pass. Can you hear it? Can you hear
- 3:05the sound of the soil moving aside? Now, push your
- 3:12roots down as far as you can get them to go,
- 3:16and anchor these roots deep within the ears. She can
- 3:21only fly as high as your roots are deep. Now,
- 3:28I'm going to tell you a story about a beautiful
- 3:31unicorn with a golden and magical horn. Once upon a time,
- 3:39in a land filled with mountains and green fields, there
- 3:44lived a magical unicorn, and she had a glittering golden
- 3:49horn that shone brightly in the sun. And it was
- 3:53a magical horn, and children from all over the land
- 3:59would come to visit the unicorn and make wishes on
- 4:02her golden horn, and the children believed that their wishes
- 4:07would come true because of the unicorns magical powers. The
- 4:15unicorn loved to play and have fun with her friends,
- 4:20and she would often run around the fields with them,
- 4:23listening to the dreams and their wishes, and she would
- 4:27make them all laugh with the sillyantics and happy neighing.
- 4:31She was so happy when she played with the children,
- 4:35And the sky was always a beautiful shade of blue,
- 4:40with small fluffy clouds floating lazily by, And the beautiful
- 4:46unicorn loved to watch the clouds and dream about all
- 4:51the places she would like to go. One day, the
- 4:57unicorn heard about a magical island. It had only been
- 5:00reached by crossing a vast, deep blue ocean, and she
- 5:05knew that she just had to visit this island to
- 5:08see it wonders for herself. So she gathered some of
- 5:13her friends and they set out on a grand adventure.
- 5:18They all jumped into a little wooden boat and sailed
- 5:22across the ocean. When they arrived at the island, they
- 5:28saw incredible sights like palm trees swaying in the breeze,
- 5:35exotic animals they had never seen before, trees that were blue,
- 5:41bushes that were rainbow colored, all the different colors of
- 5:45the rainbow.
- 5:45Speaker 4: They were amazing.
- 5:48Speaker 3: The animals that they saw they had never seen before.
- 5:52They didn't even know what they were called, but they
- 5:55all looked beautiful and were very friendly. They roamed around
- 6:03the fields having fun of their own. Some of them
- 6:08were just eating grass and fruit from the many trees around,
- 6:12whilst others were playing football. There were two of them
- 6:16even playing tennis. They all joined in the games with
- 6:21the other animals and had so much fun. When they
- 6:25finished playing, they decided to explore the island to see
- 6:29if they could make some new friends, any friends, lots
- 6:32of friends, and they did with the different animals and
- 6:37even birds too. The unicorn and their friends laughed and
- 6:43played and had the time of their lives. They were
- 6:47very happy on this island, and when it was time
- 6:51to return home, the unicorn was sad to leave the
- 6:55magical island behind, but she was also grateful for the
- 6:59men and the new friends she had made. And from
- 7:05then on, every time she looked up at the blue
- 7:08sky with its small, fluffy white clouds, she remembered the
- 7:14magical island. She remembered the fun she had with her friends,
- 7:20and she knew that there was always more adventures and
- 7:23dreams to be had. As time passed, the unicorn grew
- 7:30wiser and more experienced, and she continued to explore new
- 7:35places and meet new friends, always seeking out new adventures
- 7:40and experiences, and every time she returned home she was
- 7:45greeted by the smiling faces of the children who looked
- 7:49up to her as a symbol of hope and magic.
- 7:54She loved the children very very much, and she was
- 7:58always so happy to see them. Beautiful magical Unicorn became
- 8:08a legend in the land of mountains and green fields,
- 8:12and she inspired generations of children to believe in themselves
- 8:16and chase after their dreams. She had taught them that
- 8:21they were all very special and that they too could
- 8:25find their dreams, and that they too could have amazing
- 8:29adventures and dreams. She taught them that no matter how
- 8:35different they were from each other, each and every one
- 8:39of them were very very special and very very loved.
- 8:47Though she may have grown older, her spirit remained young forever,
- 8:52always eager for the next adventure that lay just beyond
- 8:56the horizon. She continued to welcome children from all over
- 9:01the land, granting their wishes with a magical horn. The
- 9:07Unicorn loved seeing the joy on their faces and hearing
- 9:10about their dreams. She knew that her own adventures had
- 9:16inspired many of them to dream being and go on
- 9:20their own adventures, and she was so happy to see
- 9:24them growing and going on their own adventures. In their
- 9:28own lives, and she was so happy to be a
- 9:33part of their lives. But now it's time for you
- 9:40to get some sleep, for you to dream about adventures
- 9:45of your own, for you, in your dreams to visit
- 9:50wonderful places and have lots of fun, just like the beautiful,
- 9:55magical unicorn. So just REALI and let your whole body
- 10:02go limp. How does your body feel right now? It
- 10:09is so relaxed, that your whole body is still so
- 10:14very still, so very heavy. Your whole body is perfectly calm, relaxed,
- 10:24and ready for sleep. Your eyes are very heavy now
- 10:31and you don't.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Want to open them.
- 10:34Speaker 3: But just before you drift off, imagine at the very
- 10:39top of your head opens up and out floats any
- 10:44thoughts that might still be trapped inside, thoughts that you
- 10:48don't need, and they find their way into the beautiful,
- 10:54starry night sky far above you, and then drift out
- 10:59of sight. Now imagine that the top of your head
- 11:05is now closed, and soon you'll be sound asleep, off
- 11:13on a peaceful journey into dreamland that will carry you
- 11:17all the way through until the morning. And you feel
- 11:22so very sleepy now, so very tired, and you are
- 11:29safe you are loved and you are protected always, and
- 11:39when you wake up in the morning, you will feel
- 11:42so bright and alate. You will feel so refreshed, ready
- 11:49to begin the new day ahead. Good Night, sleep.
