- 0:28I am so excited to have with us. Barbara with She is an international
- 0:33peace activist, an award winning author, a psychic, and a channeler and
- 0:37also too, you work with you at channel with Albert Einstein. Correct,
- 0:41yes, okay, and we'll talk about that a little bit later on.
- 0:45And you also have a society or a party sorority. Does that make sense,
- 0:51the psychic sorority, Yes, and we'll talk about that. And you've
- 0:54also written six books and one of them is about the afterlife. Correct yes,
- 0:59yes, yes, And this is so amazing, so it's an honor
- 1:02to have you here. I'm excited to talk about this stuff because a lot
- 1:06of my followers love to talk about the mediumship stuff, but I think this,
- 1:10the channeling, is what they would be a lot of it would be
- 1:14having a lot of interest in So do you how old were you or when
- 1:19did you start channeling? You know, I officially started channeling in the way
- 1:25that I do now in nineteen eighty seven. Oh wow. But I always
- 1:30like to say that I preempted that with music because I was a very very
- 1:36young musician. I started playing the piano at five, I started writing songs
- 1:40at twelve, and by the time I got out of high school, I
- 1:44had two sets of original music. And I just went on the road for
- 1:46twenty years as a composer performer in rock and roll and amazing. So you
- 1:53know, in terms of what is channeling, writing music is channeling, right,
- 1:59Yes. And I once heard a very famous physicist named Brian Green describe
- 2:07how he does math and that's channeling. Yeah. So for me, it's
- 2:13about going into the nothing or the non physical and listening and being able to
- 2:17interpret what I'm hearing back in my words and expression. Yeah. And you
- 2:25made extraordinary work out of channeling. Yes, And you're doing your on a
- 2:30tour right now about it's called revolution, conflict, Revolution, Yes, can
- 2:36you tell us a little bit about that. I felt like that is amazing.
- 2:39Yeah, it really isn't just briefly about the origins. So when I
- 2:44began to channel, I had had a mentor for many years and she described
- 2:47herself as an antenna. Oh so there wasn't anybody else or any angels or
- 2:54aliens or whatever. So when I began to channel, that's how I felt.
- 3:00But in nineteen ninety three I wanted to do some group channeling to see
- 3:04what would these voices say coming to a group of people. And as it
- 3:08turned out, I had two new clients and they had sent a bunch of
- 3:14their women friends. And when Kim came for her reading, everything was really
- 3:23elevated, really and she very clear and very fast. And what it happened,
- 3:30Yeah, I was hanging out in my chair and she was. You
- 3:36know, she was a very conservative business woman who would never have come to
- 3:42a psychic except she was in crisis. Oh yes, So it was particularly
- 3:46profound for her, who was really skeptical, to a couple days later call
- 3:52me up and say, I've transcribed my tape. What does this mean?
- 3:57And what does this mean? And what does this mean? And so we
- 3:59started to have these converss right And at the time I was playing, I
- 4:03was doing a long term gig in a beautiful hotel in Minneapolis, and they
- 4:06would come on my break so we would talk. So about the same time
- 4:11I thought, oh my gosh, here's my group. They were thinking,
- 4:15Hey, let's have a bottle of wine and get all the girls over and
- 4:18let's you know, ask Barb to come. So I called them up and
- 4:23they're like, hey, we were just thinking that. So our very first
- 4:25group channel was December of nineteen ninety three, so it was just a little
- 4:29over thirty years ago. And they asked, who are you in a reading?
- 4:39Right in the reading? I have to say to you before you don't
- 4:42you love it when the skeptical when the readings, the skeptical readings are like
- 4:46the best, like when they're the best readings ever, like you get I
- 4:49don't know about you, but I sometimes I can tell when they're stepping I
- 4:53get a little nervous. But then they turned into this magical thing and it
- 4:57turns into something bigger than what you even imagine. And I think those are
- 5:00the best kinds. So exactly that when you were in the group, like
- 5:03when you were talking about being in the group and channeling the group, so
- 5:08is that like a when you channel a group was different a group of spirits
- 5:12or like it, or just a group of people that were in it.
- 5:15Well, I didn't know what to expect, right because I didn't have any
- 5:19group of I didn't have a party or anybody I was channelling. And so
- 5:25I met just the group of us. They are about eight of us who
- 5:28came in and we I channeled for about two and a half hours and we
- 5:32just transcribed it and basically what they said. And I wouldn't say this was
- 5:38exactly in the very first group we did, but we did many many groups
- 5:42after that. They said that they were angels. And see, I think
- 5:46skepticism is a really good thing. I do too. It's it's the cynics
- 5:51that that's hard when they don't want to change their mind at all. That's
- 5:56skeptics are good. I love that because they always have like a little bit
- 6:00of an open mind. It's the cynic that's like that don't want to change
- 6:02their mind and you can't say anything. That's the thing that I struggle with.
- 6:05But skeptics, I think skeptics are It's beautiful because because like you,
- 6:11I've had skeptics come too, and they'll you know, they'll sit there and
- 6:14their arms are crossed and then by the end of the reading, they're just
- 6:16like amazed, And I think that that's what's so beautiful. And those are
- 6:20the strongest sometimes some of the strongest readings. I feel like when you get
- 6:24a lot of the information, So I think that's beautiful. Yeah. Yeah.
- 6:27And also that skepticism will withstand the truth. M hm. You know,
- 6:32if you're skeptical and it's the truth, then then you then you learn
- 6:35because your spirit knows truth, right, spirit knows your souls truth, and
- 6:40so it can't deny it. I feel like, yeah, right, yeah,
- 6:44so you go ahead. So the angels basically told us they had this
- 6:48revolutionary process to resolve conflict that they felt was going to be a pathway to
- 6:58global peace. So they kept saying, we're not you know, the byproduct
- 7:02of what we're teaching you will be global peace, but we want you to
- 7:06focus on this process and test it for us. Is the process within first?
- 7:13Yes, I love that. I love that. So they needed these
- 7:16humans to test it on real conflict. And the three of us, who
- 7:21had already dubbed ourselves the Psychic Sorority, we just took the ball and ran,
- 7:27and we eventually had our first conflict. And as we're sitting at the
- 7:31table doing the traditional not well, you could have done this, and you
- 7:34could have done that. And I said, wait a minute, let's get
- 7:38that transcript. And I read the one line that hit me when I channeled
- 7:42it so hard. It was like, if you have a conflict, the
- 7:46root of your part of it is within you. Yes, yes, I
- 7:49tell my clients or my followers all the time. They'll totally agree with you
- 7:54because they all know if you took the process to grow spiritually is all within.
- 8:00It's not something outside of ourselves. It's always something within. What I
- 8:03find interesting is that this thing that you're doing is you find it all within
- 8:11which will go outside, is that it will go globally and collectively. And
- 8:16I think that that is amazing. I think that that's a beautiful thing too,
- 8:20because of course this has probably aged me too. But do you I
- 8:22don't know if you remember, but do you remember? And do you remember
- 8:26the Quantum Leap series where Sam Beckett would jump into different different episodes every different
- 8:33lifetimes and at the very end he talks to God or Source and he says
- 8:37he thought he would make a bigger difference and God says, well, you
- 8:41had to do it one at a time. You had to do it with
- 8:45one person at a time. It wasn't going to be one great big thing.
- 8:48You had to do it one at a time. So I think that
- 8:50this is exactly what people are looking for, exactly what needs to be done.
- 8:54I feel like it is to go collectively. It has to go within
- 8:58one par percent at a time. So do you just do you do sessions
- 9:03with one with one person at a time or explain that, like, how
- 9:07does that work? As far as teaching conflict revolutions? Yes, no,
- 9:11I do. I can do one to one coaching, but I often do
- 9:16uh well, since you know, the past three years, I often do
- 9:20zoo. Now I've gone back into live classes and groups. Can you do
- 9:26groups at a time too? Yeah? Yeah. And what's interesting is after
- 9:33my well, we put out our first book is Diaries of a Psychic Territy
- 9:37came out in nineteen ninety seven. And after that, and during that time,
- 9:41I had discovered that I could actually communicate with people who had passed on
- 9:46on a local level, ye mediumship. Teresa's mother came and other people,
- 9:52and then I was also doing I was called to channel for a woman whose
- 9:58son was autistic and had never spoke, and I sat between him and she'd
- 10:03asked the questions, and after a couple sessions, she's like, Nope,
- 10:05I don't need you now. I know for sure that I can hear him
- 10:07myself. Oh so that that's beautiful. And then there was my friend Mary
- 10:16and her mother was in a like an Alzheimer's coma, and she'd been talking
- 10:22about her mother and the how it turned out. There was literally this swoosh
- 10:28whenever a person who had passed on was in my presence and I would see
- 10:31this picture of them, and so I'm describing her mother. She's like Joan
- 10:35of arc and she's this and she's like, yeah, that's my mom.
- 10:37That's my mom. So when did she pass No, she's in a coma.
- 10:41Okay, that is so interesting because I'm sorry, there's so much to
- 10:46talk about me. I know, during a reading one time, I was
- 10:48just like kind of shocked because her mom came through and everything was accurate,
- 10:52and she's like, but my mom's still alive, she just has Alzheimer's.
- 10:56And I was like, that's why that's so interesting. To keep going.
- 11:00I love this, Yeah, yeah, yeah, so so anyway, So
- 11:03after our book came out, my literary agent got a call from a tabloid,
- 11:09a paranormal tabloid in London that wanted an interview with Princess Diana on the
- 11:16one year anniversary over death. And I'd never done such a thing. I'd
- 11:20never gone dead. People always came to me. I'd never gone looking right
- 11:24right, yes, like I know, I don't, Yes, I agree,
- 11:26I agree. So I thought, well, I thought for a long
- 11:31time because I thought a tabloid really, but so I thought, let's try
- 11:35it. And I channeled the questions and the answers via typing, and when
- 11:39I went back to read it, I just wept. It was so in
- 11:41depth and so beautiful and so not you, huh like so so not me.
- 11:48I love that when that happens. I love that that. Yes,
- 11:52that oneness, I love that. So that ended up go ahead. So
- 11:56that's okay, I love me to tell you. The tabloid flew me out
- 12:01to New York. We spent five hours together, but they didn't want it
- 12:05because, as you would might imagine, Princess Diana did not mention one word
- 12:09about Camilla or Charles. Oh, and they wanted That's what they wanted.
- 12:16Oh so yeah, my agent my agent and I thought, well, if
- 12:20there's you know, she'll talk, maybe there's other famous dead people who want
- 12:24to talk. So we made this list and I would go to women.
- 12:26Some of them would and some of them wouldn't. And by the time we
- 12:30got to John Kennedy, he said, you don't have to think up people.
- 12:35We are a party. There's twelve of us. They call them Party
- 12:39of twelve. And they actually told us about this in the last Reading and
- 12:43Diaries. That's your book, isn't it. Yes, Yes, the afterlife
- 12:46interviews. Okay, okay, so that's what is this about. Oh interesting,
- 12:52okay, So that's what all these interviews were. But when I got
- 12:54to Einstein, that is the voice that was coming through me, and you
- 13:01might read so strong and also you know the body feeling of the music that
- 13:07I think he's been with me my whole life. And so in two thousand
- 13:13and five I decided to do a book just for him, just to channel
- 13:16the little book. That's what I thought, Well, let's see what he
- 13:18has to say. It was one hundred year anniversary of his miracle year.
- 13:22So I channeled five or successions and then I spent the winter editing. But
- 13:26what happened during that winter was that he delivered to me something he couldn't do
- 13:33when he was alive, which was a unified field theory, which is a
- 13:35theory of how everything works on the macrocosm and the microcosm. And this unified
- 13:43field theory had what he called a map of human consciousness, which explained how
- 13:48our human consciousness interacts with energy to manifest matter. Yep, I've seen some
- 13:56of that too, and so yeah, you know, you don't know when
- 13:58you see things or when you download things, you kind of don't really know
- 14:01how to explain it. But you're like again, and then when you're talking
- 14:05about it, I'm like, Okay, I get it. And you have
- 14:07they like scientific evidence, right, like they have scientific like what you're explaining.
- 14:11Scientists have said, well, no scientists has ever come up with anything
- 14:18as as profound and complete as what we have. But every time I go,
- 14:24because through all of these years I've been watching science, I'm not a
- 14:28scientist, right, I know. All I ever wanted to be was a
- 14:33rock star, so here I am. But through the years, like in
- 14:37twenty sixteen, I think it was they discovered the gravitational waves from Einstein's relativity.
- 14:46I was like, you mean our gravitational waves, because there's gravitational waves
- 14:50very much a part. And then Nasim Harrowman has been working very hard and
- 14:58he's come up with his unified field, and my associates and I have to
- 15:03chuckle because he's got a little few pieces of it and they fit in right,
- 15:09but not anywhere near as complete as is found, including just to add
- 15:18a scientific quantifiable definition of compassion as the fifth fundamental force of the universe.
- 15:26See, I love that. That was so profound to me. I was
- 15:28like, this is kind of like, am I just making this up?
- 15:33Because it's so I know, I get, And doesn't it feel that yes,
- 15:37you're like crazy, yes, and then you just know, like you
- 15:41just and you get, you know, validation after validation, you just know.
- 15:45And I just I think it's beautiful what you're doing. And I have
- 15:48always said if science and spirit would just combine, and that's exactly what you're
- 15:52doing, Like, if science and spirits could just combine their efforts, it
- 15:56would just be amazing, Like and that's what I feel like you're doing.
- 16:00On on on a on a on a commutative on a collective level, Right,
- 16:04that's what you're doing. Yes, I think that's awesome. Yes.
- 16:07So when that when that book came out, Imagining einstein Essays on m Theory,
- 16:12World Peace, and the Science of Compassion, I kind of left my
- 16:17life behind and I just decided I'm going to manifest this book to go where
- 16:22it needs to. I have no idea how I'm going to do it,
- 16:23but I fully intend to find out one step at a time. And I
- 16:27was invited to speak at a conference in Taos in two thousand and seven that
- 16:33probably reached half a million people around the world, and it was really just
- 16:37took me all around the world, teaching training, getting to sing as well.
- 16:44And I love that you have music involved too. I love that because
- 16:47it's like so clear audio, like you're just you just channel all that so
- 16:49you're already kind of there, like all of your journey led you to this,
- 16:53to this exactly. Yeah. Yes, interesting. So so that's that's
- 17:00that's how I that's how I came to be an emissary for Einstein. And
- 17:03then in twenty sixteen, I had kind of come in off the road from
- 17:08doing that and I shifted gears a little bit. I became an investigative journalist
- 17:12in Wisconsin where I live, and founded a media co op and kind of
- 17:18watched the beginning of the fascist takeover of the of Wisconsin and now we see
- 17:25this whole global totalitarianism that we're all dealing with on that level. But I
- 17:33still published in twenty sixteen a book called Einstein at All Manifestation, Conflict Revolution
- 17:38and the New Operating System, because what I wanted to do was I wanted
- 17:41to do the art or the pictures to depict these things. Oh, and
- 17:49I had looked in imagining Einstein. I just did these little hand drawings like
- 17:53a scientist might. But I wanted to do them, and so I looked
- 17:57for artists I couldn't and so find I just thought I'm just gonna do it.
- 18:00So I sat down with my graphic skills and I I created the whole
- 18:04illustrations of this unified field theory. And then and then that proves why conflict
- 18:14revolution works. I see conflict revolution at the end too. So do you
- 18:18kind of show this to people that you're like doing the sessions with or do
- 18:22what do you call it? Is it like a course or is it a
- 18:25session? Or well, it's I'm working on a course, but I also
- 18:30did just do classes. I've been doing zoom classes for the past couple of
- 18:33years. Uh, lately I've started doing in person classes where I'm called or
- 18:40where I where I find myself. And so so if I was just in
- 18:45general, like just my listeners, if I was like having conflict within myself,
- 18:49is this where like why would I come to you? Does that make
- 18:53sense? Like? So if I was, can you answer that for me?
- 18:56So, like my listeners can kind of know if is it if I'm
- 19:00having some conflict with myself or if I want an awakening or what? Does
- 19:04that make sense? And I understand that it helps with the collective, But
- 19:07if I'm having an internal conflict, like how would I know? I mean,
- 19:11you know you have chaos, and you know you have you know,
- 19:14depression and things like that, But why would I be like, Okay,
- 19:17I'm gonna come and see this. Does that make sense? Yes? Well,
- 19:19first of all, because what we offer is truly revolutionary. Yes,
- 19:26And when you have this internal conflict, it's predicated by being triggered, right,
- 19:33You get emotionally triggered, right, and then you get intellectually obsessive.
- 19:40And so what we do. It makes it so revolutionary is not that you
- 19:42haven't heard these pieces before, but the way that Einstein put them together to
- 19:47show us. That's the difference. That's the difference. It's not like it's
- 19:52it's not like you know. So if people want to know what they're what
- 19:56their reason for to be here is, or their purpose, this would be
- 19:59like that internal conflict of feeling not good enough or feeling like they don't have
- 20:03this would show them this is why this is. They would that they're part
- 20:07of the collective. Right. But the difference is that Albert Einstein part of
- 20:11it. Right. Yeah. Well then, and even though we're all part
- 20:15of the collective, we're a fractal that we've been given our own domain,
- 20:19yeah, to take care of, to live in our own life, separate,
- 20:22I mean the lens of the physical ocean drop. We're alone, but
- 20:26we're part of a yes. Yes, And when we change ourselves, as
- 20:32you know, then we change what happens around us, around us, yes,
- 20:36and what manifests. And in the unified field theory, what happens is
- 20:42the center of the source of everything is in the center of the planet.
- 20:49Now I've never so source thats in like the universe source it's and that is
- 20:55a that is a theory I've never heard before, Like in the center of
- 20:59the Earth. I you know, I think a lot of people think of
- 21:00it as outside of ourselves or outside or like a heaven or so having it
- 21:06be in the center of the earth is actually profound to me. Like I
- 21:08think that that's pretty and it makes sense, like, you know, because
- 21:11your spirit knows truth, so you're just like, oh, I think that
- 21:15could you know, that's amazing? I love that. Yeah. And when
- 21:18he told me that back in two thousand and five and said, the center
- 21:22of the Earth is like a black hole because the center of the Earth is
- 21:26spinning so fast and it's so hot from the edges of the planet that it
- 21:32sort of drills through space time and creates this black hole effect. And when
- 21:34he said that in two thousand and five, I was like, you want
- 21:38me to go out there and tell people this. But if anybody goes to
- 21:44YouTube and googles Brian Green and science Time, there's a whole video that just
- 21:48got done about Brian Green explaining how black holes aren't just these big things out
- 21:53there eating planets. They can be very small constructs and in fact, he
- 22:00said, we can be in a black hole in the Earth and that's how
- 22:06we're having our physical reality. So that blows me away. That does be
- 22:10too. Actually this is really interesting, yeah, right, so interesting.
- 22:15So from the source, compassion impels energy to step out of nothing and into
- 22:21something and create what we call a compilation of consciousness. So it's a circular
- 22:25membrane domain that surrounds all of the mathematics that are making up what's in your
- 22:32physical world, so the chair, the fire, everything, and from there,
- 22:37a gravitational wave goes from the center of the planet to the surface of
- 22:41the planet, and when it breaks through, it's creating our body. It's
- 22:45creating this lens they call it, and we project the entire universe and we
- 22:49perceive it back to us. So while people say, you know, separation
- 22:56isn't real, it is really real. It's just not the whole operating system.
- 23:00It's just a part of it. So if they're what he says is
- 23:04this is a perfect system that whatever is programmed on this wave and in this
- 23:08particle is going to perfectly manifest. So if there's a lot of conflict on
- 23:14this part of the wave, it perfectly manifests the conflict, confact. Why
- 23:18the system can be perfect and we still have conflict and yes, So when
- 23:22we go in we work on this part of the wave. He calls it
- 23:26the three human dimensions of emotion, intuition, and intellect, and they're like,
- 23:36they're like spiritual organs. You know, you have your heart does one
- 23:38thing and you you fix it one way. The stomach does another. But
- 23:41they all work together, and when you know how they're supposed to work together,
- 23:45they work optimally. So emotion has one definition that's different than what we
- 23:52think it is. In I think the classical sense of feelings, it's defined
- 24:00as the primordial soup. It's at the basis of all physical reality. So
- 24:07in this first part of the wave that's coming out of the compilation is this
- 24:11big wave of emotion. So all of my fractals are just identifying I am
- 24:18barb by embarb, all the chair fractals, I'm a chair. I'm a
- 24:21chair. So it's moving up, and when it moves up, it splits
- 24:25into two now and it becomes intuition. And intuition is the voice of emotion,
- 24:33which is really the voice of compassion. And intuition is that impelling statement
- 24:40or whatever. It's not always a statement that's impelling you to take the next
- 24:45most advantageous step for the good of the whole of what's going on, right,
- 24:49And intuition knows that because it's connected to compassion, which knows the bigger
- 24:56picture of everything. So it's going to impel you. And like, there's
- 25:00intuitive messages right now going beat heart, beat heart, beat heart. It
- 25:06is intuition, Yeah, it's it's yeah, I get that, like and
- 25:10I didn't, but I, honestly, Barb didn't realize. You know,
- 25:14I never even thought that emotion was connected to intuition. I mean, I
- 25:18knew it kind of was, but I also thought that intuition like spoke without
- 25:22emotion. Does that make sense because it's in some in some instances when I
- 25:26have when I've had my strongest intuition, there's been no emotion attached to it.
- 25:30There's been just like this is what I do. But I understand that
- 25:33what you're saying is that our emotions can help with our intuition, then,
- 25:38right, that is that kind of what Yeah, well, there's there's emotion.
- 25:44There's the primordial soup that's coming up and impelling all of this stuff to
- 25:49go be a chair, Go be barb. You know, it's always impelling
- 25:52you to take a step, go be a chair. And then when it
- 25:56gets to the third the intellect, the intellect is designed to take all of
- 26:02that and sort through what's iner and outer. So if it's I am a
- 26:07chair, I am a chair, I'm a chair, is the you know,
- 26:08the message of that fractal, it revolves it to that is a chair.
- 26:14So all the things that are outside of us get identified and projected,
- 26:18and then it identifies what's also in our inner world. So what happens though,
- 26:25is, as we all know, intellect holds ego. An ego holds
- 26:30the mechanism that actually instigates the decisions. So if you're driving and you get
- 26:37an intuitive message turn right, it's not your intuition that makes your hand grab
- 26:42the steering wheel and turn right. It's just impelling to intellect an ego.
- 26:49That's the area that then makes the decision to put the hand on the wheel
- 26:53and turn right. And what happens, good? Are we kind of and
- 26:59that's great? It's just I think in the New Age culture or the new
- 27:04we're kind of taught differently, right, We're kind of taught that our intuition
- 27:08is like what makes us turn. It's not that it intellect. It's like
- 27:11our intuition. Does that make sense? Like, so it's kind of like
- 27:15way not, it's just different than what we've been taught normally or what we've
- 27:18been taught. So when we do this you kind of explain or when you
- 27:22know, we take a course or we listen to these that you're doing,
- 27:26it explains it. It will it like kind of dumb it down, Yes,
- 27:32very dumb, dumb me. No, you're getting it though. But
- 27:37see what happens is what Einstein says is and this is why it's so revolutionary.
- 27:41Revolutionizes a lot of New Age stuff. And one of the things is
- 27:45that he says that the root of all conflicts that manifest in the lens come
- 27:51because ego says no to intuition. Yes, that makes sense to me.
- 27:59Yes, so ego can say turn left, I got to go to over
- 28:03here. That's not going to be We've all done that. Intuition says rest,
- 28:08I can't rest, I've got too much to do. And if we
- 28:11what he's saying, and so far it's proven true for me, is that
- 28:15when we retrain ourselves, when we have this new operating system where the intellect
- 28:21is so mastered that its job is to listen for the impelling and then do
- 28:29it. And all that other time, all that activity in our intellect,
- 28:34and you know how much it is we're thinking about tomorrow and yesterday and this
- 28:37and that is unnecessary. Yeah, and when we he says to have this
- 28:44open mind, like you're sitting under the night sky and you're connected to the
- 28:48ground and you're seeing the whole sky. That's how your intellect should be watching
- 28:55the world, right, And can you do that in meditation? Like can
- 28:59you does? Or is that just you need to be outside and look at
- 29:02this guy? Literally? No, no, no, it's just a it's
- 29:04a metaphor for yes. That's what I thought. Okay, yeah, as
- 29:08opposed to all that thinking that we do yes, that we think that we
- 29:11do yes. And and the other revolutionary thing that really changes a lot of
- 29:17new iage ideas is that this emotion we are supposed to be feeling all of
- 29:25it, it's not oh, just stay in the joy and don't go into
- 29:29this no no, no, no no, right, Because we sometimes get
- 29:32taught that and I talk about this all the time on my podcast too,
- 29:36that that toxic positivity, like we're always supposed to be happy, We're always
- 29:40supposed to be everything, and I'm like, that is not true. We
- 29:42have to process things, We have to we have to feel these emotions,
- 29:47because if we pretend it's not happening, we can't do the inner stuff,
- 29:51which does the outer stuff? Right? Is that exactly? Yes? But
- 29:55what happens is just as just getting back to how matter manifests all, right,
- 30:00emotion comes up. Intuition says, go be a chair, intellect turns
- 30:04it around, projects it that as a chair. Well, that's all well
- 30:08and good. But when we have an anger and it comes up through us,
- 30:12and probably intuition is going to tell us go feel it or release it,
- 30:17or something good for our bodies, something for our health, and it
- 30:19gets to the intellect. It triggers thoughts that project outside ourselves and that becomes
- 30:26a reality. Well, he didn't respect me and he didn't do this,
- 30:27and now we've got to go into the outside of ourselves to try to figure
- 30:32out this conflict and you know, communicate with the person who did it to
- 30:36us, and there's all this rigmarole. So the process we teach people is
- 30:42how to feel the whole gamut. First of all, thinking is not feeling.
- 30:48Thinking about why you feel something is not processing feeling. It might help
- 30:52you to because I think a lot of people think that, I know,
- 30:56think that if they think about it or they kind of mull it over in
- 31:00their head or even talk about it, they think it's processing it. It's
- 31:03processing it. You're processing. But a lot of times what we do is
- 31:07and I'm not. You know, I've had therapy my whole life, so
- 31:11I'm not. But what I've taught myself is that feeling is really what we
- 31:19want to do. Is we want to create a channel with our breath to
- 31:25move the emotion which is situated in our solar plexus up through our body and
- 31:30not marry to any thought at all unless it's why breath work works. Yeah,
- 31:37some people, Okay, this makes sense. It's like, yes,
- 31:41I get it, because you're breathing, and you're breathing, and you've had
- 31:44breath work. I've had breathwork where after an hour breathing, I go weep.
- 31:48Yes, because we're touching these deep and if we don't do this,
- 31:52emotion doesn't just go away. All that emotion gets obsessed and it gets stuck.
- 31:59And then if you're on that wave that perfectly manifesting in the lens,
- 32:04all that obsessed emotion is going to sit there and what it manifests as is
- 32:08either an inner conflict of illness illness or an outer conflict of floors or relationship
- 32:15issues. So it creates those I see. So when we go in and
- 32:21we have a new way of processing it where we do it with our breath.
- 32:23I used to have a mantrade say I don't need to know why I'm
- 32:27feeling this, I just need to breathe. So and I sometimes I had
- 32:30to say it every five minutes because I would get back on the oh she
- 32:34did this to me. It's like, nope, I'm not going to attach
- 32:37to those thoughts. I'm going to move that because this is the unifying This
- 32:40is our unified field when we can feel the whole of our emotion right,
- 32:46And it's so crazy to me because it's like aha moments for me, I'm
- 32:51like, oh my gosh. That. But I'm going to ask I'm going
- 32:53to just ask you one question and it might be a stupid question, but
- 32:57I no, no, no, you explain what the lens is. When
- 32:59you say the lens, what do you mean by that the lens is the
- 33:02physical world. It's our physical experience of the world. Okay, but that's
- 33:08only ten percent of the whole operating system. The rest is non physical.
- 33:14It's in these uh and if you if I had a map of the map
- 33:16of the field, you could see that it's really just But to us it's
- 33:22the whole universe whose that's what we're experiencing. So the kind of like a
- 33:27metaphor of what we see through the lens a little bit, is that or
- 33:30no, well, I think the lens of our eyes, yes, ok
- 33:34which operates like it flips things like that. It's part of that. Okay,
- 33:38go be a chair, You're a chair is out there. So there's
- 33:43a lens component in it. But he calls it the lens and he and
- 33:46he, he depicts it as like a reflection of that compilation of conscious That
- 33:54makes sense, the reflection, Yes, that makes sense. So it's like
- 33:58some kind of membrane domain that we're projecting the whole universe and then perceiving it
- 34:02back to ourselves on this inside curvature of this day, which is what Brian
- 34:07Green said, is that it's a black hole that we're doing that in I
- 34:12see. That blows my mind. But so do you feel like you've had
- 34:15so I just have to ask too, So is it kind of a a
- 34:21I mean, I think it's a great, kind of a cool relationship that
- 34:23you've had then with Albert Einstein. Men, right, Like, I think
- 34:28that's kind of cool. As a media myself, I've never like tried to
- 34:31like channel or I just you know, just do my But it's interesting to
- 34:37me that you have this relationship with Albert Einstein. And and do you think
- 34:42and I know that you know that there's no one more superior or inferior than
- 34:45anybody, But why do you think that he chose you guys, your sorority
- 34:49or you? Does that make sense just because that the angels told us we
- 34:53volunteered and we're chosen. Oh nice? I like that. So I was
- 34:58born on February seventh of nineteen fifty five and he died in April of nineteen
- 35:04fifty five. So I think when I was very young and he went into
- 35:08afterlife, that there was some kind of agreement that we had and it began,
- 35:15and I think a lot of the music was part of training me for
- 35:17this. That gives me jails because that kind of resonates with me because I'm
- 35:21a total I'm big on like dates like that, like you know, and
- 35:24and with the music because I just I could feel it. Because that's why
- 35:29I said it, all of your stuff has brought you to hear now,
- 35:30because I really could feel that. I feel like everything that you've gone through
- 35:34brought you to this because I feel like it was kind of pre and I
- 35:37hate to say predestined, but kind of in a way, I kind of
- 35:39feel like that. I kind of feel like that that's what this was,
- 35:43like, your journey, your purpose, and I think it's beautiful. Yeah,
- 35:46yeah, and not knowing, you know, because when I was growing
- 35:51up, like I said, I was singing into the hair brush and I
- 35:52was going to be a rock star period, you know, heat wave and
- 35:58you know I'm going to be a rock star. So I think in talking
- 36:00about manifestation about how to manifest, a lot of it, like you've said,
- 36:06because I've listened to some of your podcasts, is you know you can
- 36:08work backwards from how it's going to happen, but not be too attached to
- 36:13the process of where it's going. That's where everybody gets this so hard.
- 36:16Is they put it out there. But if they have a heart, day
- 36:20want to control how it happens, even though you have to be open to
- 36:22however it happens. So yes, go ahead, because I love manifesting.
- 36:28My clients love that part. Now, yeah, and I think what's important
- 36:30about working backwards with a theoretical how it can happen. It gives our intellect
- 36:36like, oh, okay, all right, now I can see how it
- 36:38would happen. It may not happen that way, but at least now I
- 36:43can see how it can help how it can. Yeah, so it opens
- 36:45up a part of us. But for example, for that big event that
- 36:50I was at, I had left my husband, I'd left my state,
- 36:53I moved to another you know, I was and I was a mess.
- 36:58And I had hired these women who were promoters who were helping independent publishers like
- 37:04myself. But I had no idea how any of this was going to happen.
- 37:09And I just kept saying, fully I have no idea, but I
- 37:13fully intend that I'm going to do this. And then to ask you,
- 37:16did you have any scientific background, like did you know because some of the
- 37:20stuff you're saying, I'm like, I don't know if I could like kind
- 37:22of is a little bit over, you know what I mean. But then
- 37:24once you kind of see it, you're like, oh my gosh, that
- 37:28that really resonates. Did you have any scientific It was all musical, right,
- 37:31Like no scientific stuff. No, And I had to you know,
- 37:35get it from Einstein and then learn what does this mean? And does I
- 37:39mean am I going to go out into the world and say these things?
- 37:43And scientists are going to look at me like you have? And so far
- 37:46it hasn't been that. But but yeah, that's awesome. And I think
- 37:52everyone that has like this spiritual thing or they always I like me included,
- 37:57you kind of get to that point where like am I really going to do
- 37:59this? Am I really to go out there and do this? But you
- 38:00just get that push that you have to you just have that it's like almost
- 38:06uncontrollable, really, you know what I mean. Like I mean, I
- 38:07guess ego could take over, could be like, no, We're not going
- 38:10to do this, but there's just your soul knows differently, right. Yeah.
- 38:15But also I think it's important to understand intuition in a way. Here's
- 38:20the example I give. My mother had to go into assisted living, so
- 38:23We did all this research, my sisters and I intuitively this was going to
- 38:28be the place. It was near the house where she had grown, you
- 38:31know, lived, and I was going to be living in the house,
- 38:34taking care of her the assisted living well. We got in there after a
- 38:37month, and it turned out that they failed to tell us that they were
- 38:43just an interim company that was called in by HUD because the original owners had
- 38:49walked away, and there was this chance that in four months everyone was going
- 38:52to get evicted. And I beat myself up so badly. I intuitively I
- 38:59thought this was the place. What are we gonna do it? So we
- 39:01worked our way through it and we stayed there. But we decided not to
- 39:05sell the house to make sure that, you know, it was gonna be
- 39:07okay. In four months, she wasn't getting evicted. Four months, she's
- 39:10walking around, she's even happier than ever. They've got the business going.
- 39:15She falls and breaks her femur and she cannot be there. And had we
- 39:22sold the house, yeah, I wouldn't have been able to bring her home.
- 39:27And then I found two homeless PCAs and a program to pay for them,
- 39:30and she lived another almost three years. Yeah, happily, so it
- 39:35was almost like your intuition was right, but it didn't see like it right,
- 39:37Like right, that's what happens all the time we listened to our intuition,
- 39:40we do the things and they're like, well, wait, this was
- 39:43but then it ends up being like that's the way it was supposed to be.
- 39:46And people have a hard time seeing that when they're in it. It's
- 39:50it's the big picture that they don't see. Yeah. Well, and I
- 39:53think we think that if we listen to our intuition, everything's going to just
- 39:58turn out exactly we will, and that is not that it goes, I
- 40:02know, and I try to tell people that that sometimes it's not going to
- 40:06be rainbows and roses all the time. If you listen to your intuition.
- 40:08Sometimes you're gonna do something and it's gonna but it's going to cause a cause
- 40:13it effect react that it's gonna you're gonna end up being on the same where
- 40:15you're supposed to be anyways, right, Yes, exactly, yes, And
- 40:20I am so glad at this age that I never became a rock star.
- 40:24I mean, trust me, I had twenty years of being a rock star.
- 40:29But when I see when I look back and see how much of that
- 40:32drive too, for me was because I didn't have the self love or the
- 40:37self affirmation and so you know, it was that external gratification that was driven.
- 40:40Oh yeah, if I get, you know, the whole world to
- 40:43love me, then But now I'm so glad it never happened that I would
- 40:47not want to be in that position or in that in that in that industry
- 40:52for sure, right because it's so yeah, I'm glad you're at where you're
- 40:55at. I'm glad you didn't be a rock star. I'm still alive.
- 41:00It can still happen. I love this. So, so what are your
- 41:06plans for the future, Like, are you going to are you are you
- 41:09going to be more speaking? Are you You did say you're going to have
- 41:12a course? Correct, Yes, I'm working on an online sort of downloadable
- 41:16course that you can take for conflict revolution right now. I am leaving the
- 41:22country at the end of January and mostly going to the UK, but I
- 41:27have some other places around Europe that I'm going and I'm on a world peace
- 41:30tour and I say I'm looking for the participation of the willing to take part
- 41:35in a worldwide non violent action to end the age of war using conflict revolution,
- 41:42because if we all go in theoretically and find this us versus them,
- 41:47whether it's you know you and me versus you know he's doing this, or
- 41:52it's intellect and intuition, right, then the natural manifestation will be this reduction
- 41:59of all of this in saying war that's bringing us to the brink. Yeah,
- 42:04you and I just and I know this is small compared to what you're
- 42:07doing. But when you said instead of us being us versus them or me
- 42:12versus you, I remember one of my clients was going through marriage counseling,
- 42:15and she always had this thing that it was like the husband against the wife.
- 42:21It was always like this him against her or him against her, and
- 42:23the counselor finally was like, it's you guys together, a united force for
- 42:29the family. And that changed the whole dynamics of the family. And I
- 42:32know that that's a small part of it, but it actually is. If
- 42:36everybody could be that way, if we could stop thinking about it's me against
- 42:39you or us versus them, and it's a united force, that's what that's
- 42:45what your peace acted, that's what you're trying to do. That's what you're
- 42:47creating and you're just doing it at one so I could just call you Sam
- 42:51Beckett, but you're doing it one person at a time, right, But
- 42:57you are hitting the masses more and more so you are, and you're going
- 43:00to all these places, which is beautiful. And you know what I've probably
- 43:05I launched my tour last July ninth because that was the anniversary of the Russell
- 43:08Einstein Manifesto, which was read in London in nineteen fifty five. It was
- 43:13his last last manifesto and basically it was them urging world governments to make peace,
- 43:21to solve their conflicts peacefully because World War III will destroy us all.
- 43:25And that was nineteen fifty five, so he was like a psychic back then.
- 43:31And then in nineteen ninety three when we started doing this, world peace
- 43:36was kind of a sweet idea, but nobody really had any urgency about it.
- 43:39But I'm telling you, since I started this tour in July, I've
- 43:43been on I wouldn't say hundreds, but I've been on probably two or three
- 43:46podcasts a week since then. And everybody wants to talk about this. Everybody
- 43:53wants to know how can I help? That's what I was just going to
- 43:57ask, how could my clients or my following, how could they help your
- 44:02peace activists or how could they join what you're doing. I mean, I'm
- 44:06going to leave all of your information in the show notes at the bottom of
- 44:08the of the of these podcasts. But how if I want to just if
- 44:13I was blown away by this and I wanted to join and help, what
- 44:15could I do? Well? That's what Conflict Revolution is for, is that
- 44:20I'm adding on asking people to do this. Not the byproduct will be world
- 44:29peace. The purpose is for us to learn to love, to love ourselves
- 44:35self love, and that alone will help your life to thrive, right because
- 44:43it will help you to manifest what your dreams are, what what your purpose
- 44:46is, what your intention is? Well, put you in alignment in that
- 44:50frequency right, yes, yes, it align you to compassion. What did
- 44:53we say? Okay? And what all I'm doing is asking people to remember
- 45:00when you do this, whether it's with Conflict Revolution or like like your friend
- 45:05or client who realized it can't be us versus them. It has to be
- 45:08us together. Whether however you do it, remember that is part of creating
- 45:15world peace. You are the microcosm of the macrocosm. And when you create
- 45:20peace within yourself. You are doing your part and that's all you can do.
- 45:22And it's a gracious plenty, right, And that's that's beautiful because I'm
- 45:28yeah, so it's not like you have to go out and change the world.
- 45:30You just have to change, well you don't. You just have to
- 45:32be you. You have to resolve that conflict within you. And yeah,
- 45:37it's and so that's how they can start, and that's yeah, absolutely read
- 45:42your books or do the whatever you have that's available for them to participate in.
- 45:46Correct. Yes, And and usually my readings are pretty in depth,
- 45:52uh, with not just training people how to do this. So what are
- 45:57you like what would your readings be like? Because like they're not like normal
- 46:00mediumship readings like what I write, They're like different, Like, so what
- 46:02are your readings intel? Well, generally we take a look at where you've
- 46:09come, like what you what what you shaped you through your life to be
- 46:15here? Do you do some dates on? Like so I have to ask
- 46:19do you go into like past lives for that or do you just oh you
- 46:22do and that's awesome, Okay, Okay, continue we do past lives and
- 46:28then we talk about, uh, what is happening within these three human dimensions
- 46:35of your system, and where the mind can in, the intellect can be
- 46:39because the intellect is usually the dimension that we need the most alignment to because
- 46:45intuition is never going to tell you wrong. Emotion is just what it is,
- 46:49emotion. And then we look forward and while I've done really my big
- 46:55fair share of predicting, it's really not my first four too. But we
- 47:00do look into the future to see what's coming up to see and then they
- 47:06give you really clear steps to be able to deal with whatever those things are.
- 47:13Those things are, and how to you know, people, a lot
- 47:15of people are trying to manifest things and they think, oh, if I
- 47:19haven't manifested them, a failure. It's like no, no, no,
- 47:22no, no no. Yeah. So when we get down to this really
- 47:24microcosm of how you relate in and get this total control of this inner world,
- 47:32then you begin to not only manifest what you dream of, but that
- 47:38you learn to love what you have. You learn to appreciate that you're a
- 47:44miracle sitting in a chair. No, I love that you say that,
- 47:46because I tell my followers all the time. You know, the biggest secret
- 47:52is to just have gratitude for where you're at like be in and now the
- 47:54biggest thing, the biggest spiritual thing you can do right now is to be
- 47:59grateful for the now, even if it seems like it's really sucky. It's
- 48:02just be be happy with the now and then and then you'll it used to
- 48:07open to all this possibility. And I think that that's so hard for us
- 48:10sometimes, especially when we are in different emotions in grief or so that it's
- 48:15cool that this will help resolve some of that. So you can sit in
- 48:19that and be in that place. Because we've been told so much that you
- 48:23know, depression and anxiety and there's something wrong with you and you gotta this
- 48:28and that, we throw all that out the window and say, you know,
- 48:30depression is an emotion, Anxiety is emotion. Don't connect it to any
- 48:35thought, Honor it, love it, Breathe it through your body, spend
- 48:39some time with it. Because it's a wave. It's going to dissipate at
- 48:44some point. It feels like it's forever, but that's what your intellect tells
- 48:47you. Yeah, that's what you're yep. And as somebody who I will
- 48:52be uh sixty nine soon, I can look back at all of those things
- 48:59that in the past, we're just shameful and horrible suffering, and I would
- 49:05not trade one moment of anything that came my way and I've had. I
- 49:10had a really, really tough upbringing that was associative, which gave me these
- 49:16gifts helped me develop too. Yeah, yeah, I agree. Yeah,
- 49:22but I know when we're young, when we're younger and it's like, oh,
- 49:24we're supposed to be doing this and we're that I'm going to be better,
- 49:28it's like all this drive, well some of it for me is just
- 49:30that when I get to this age, it's it's way different. You just
- 49:35don't sweat the small stuff. But I've worked this process for so long that
- 49:38I have gotten to this place, especially in the past few years, where
- 49:43I've never gotten emotionally. I am so solid and so strong, like I've
- 49:47never been in my home. It just doesn't emotionally affect you anymore. You
- 49:51just it's yeah, it's like and part of it is that when you have
- 49:54this operating system and you get triggered like what I do. I used to
- 50:00have to you know, I get triggered, Well, she just treated me
- 50:02so blah, and then I have to go through this and I got to
- 50:06figure out that this, and now I just identify, oh wow, she's
- 50:10being a real control freak. Okay, that's my cue. You cannot become
- 50:15a control freak, and the control freak would be somebody focused on somebody else
- 50:20and their control freakishness. So how are you gonna let go of her?
- 50:24If that perception lens? Yes, yes, that, and so I do
- 50:29it instantly. It's not always easy, no, but this is what you
- 50:32kind of teach or kind of yes, yes that that it's easier to process
- 50:37through or to get through. I think, well, that whole knowledge is
- 50:42power. Once you know how to process it, then it's like, okay,
- 50:45this is this is a little bit easier. Does that make sense?
- 50:50That kind of way? It gets easier and easier, and then as you
- 50:52do this you have many much less drama conflict that you're eating into. You
- 51:00know, I don't have to go to her and go you know, you
- 51:01were really a control freak last week, and it really hurt my feelings that
- 51:07it's like, no, this is my cue for me to not be a
- 51:10control freak, and how am I going to do that? What steps am
- 51:15I going to take not to be a control freak? And then switches that
- 51:19revolves the focus back to me and then with her. Well, if I
- 51:23don't like that she's a control freak, how would I feel about me being
- 51:27a control freak? Right? Right? And so it really reduces all that
- 51:31conflict, which reduces the stress, which brings up the more peaceful aura around
- 51:39us. So at a time, I get it. I love this.
- 51:44I love this, Barbara. I was so glad that we talked about this,
- 51:46And I am sure I have lots of followers who are going to be
- 51:51like, where do I go? I would I'd love to talk to all
- 51:54of you. I'd like to I'd like to talk to you again too,
- 51:58you know, to go deeper into the process. Yeah, it's beautiful.
- 52:01It's it's like a no brainer to me. It's like a okay, that's
- 52:06where it starts. And I kind of always have like kind of somewhat thought
- 52:08this or knew this or deep down new this. But when you like bring
- 52:13it out into the open, it's more it's kind of more clear, do
- 52:15you know what I mean? Like, I will admit the science part of
- 52:17it to me is like but I feel like once you kind of do it
- 52:21and or you join your your readings or whatever you do, you'd understand it
- 52:24better. So, yeah, I think this is beautiful. I'm so glad
- 52:29you came. I'm and good luck with your your travels and all of your
- 52:34you know, the piece, the international piece thing that you're doing. I
- 52:37think it's I think it's beautiful and I can't wait you get in and get
- 52:40involved, and I'm actually gonna go get off here and go get a couple
- 52:44of your books. Good, good, good good. Yes, yes we
- 52:47need that too. So before we leave, though, is there any like
- 52:52one message that you would like to live, Like, one thing that you
- 52:55would like to leave with with my followers or my my listeners that just to
- 53:00like, you know, just that one thing that you could say to them.
- 53:04Well, I would say that emotion is so powerful, it is our
- 53:12passion, it is our foundation, and that if there's one thing I wish
- 53:17people would walk away from this interview thinking about, is how to detach that
- 53:24emotion from intellect, how to have that breath work, to feel it all
- 53:30and move it all, because you will see immediate results. The first time
- 53:36that the psychic soterer and I had a fight and we brought the transcript in
- 53:40and we had this miraculous outcome that we never imagined. I went to work
- 53:46that night. I was singing at this club in Minneapolis, and there was
- 53:51a waitress there who never said one word to me. She was just wouldn't
- 53:54say anything to me. She was just stuck up. And I walked in
- 53:59there that she could not speak. Hey, do you like Patti Smith.
- 54:02I've got some tapes you might like. She put a twenty in my tip
- 54:06jar. So I'm saying that when we change within, things naturally shift outside
- 54:13ourselves, sort of like you know, Jesus, you could touch the hem
- 54:15of his garment, then you'd be, I know, totally symbolic of that.
- 54:20So feel those feelings and then start to develop a witness so that when
- 54:25you're in line at the supermarket, or you're driving in the car and traffic
- 54:30and you don't have anything you have to be doing that you can get into
- 54:32your witness. See what you're thinking, because you'll be shocked to find out
- 54:37what you're really thinking, See what you're feeling, and then listen for that
- 54:43intuition, which is kind of hard, but you know, you begin to
- 54:46do it, and that's the beginning of conflict, revolution, world peace.
- 54:51One person at the time, starting with you. And the last thing I
- 54:53would just say is that, because I know I have clients I've been channeling
- 54:58for decades, people always come and go, well, what's my purpose?
- 55:01What am I supposed to be doing? Is if I'm supposed to be going,
- 55:05it's to learn to self love, period. And I say the same
- 55:09thing I think mine. I don't say self love, but it's the same
- 55:13thing. It's to be your authentic self to be and the only way you
- 55:16can do that is to self to love yourself who you are, not try
- 55:21and be who what everybody wants you to be. You have to be who
- 55:23you are. And then because the biggest question I get all the time too
- 55:27is how do I hear my intuition? And I think a lot of it
- 55:30is that inside being trusting yourself, loving yourself, being your authentic you,
- 55:36and it all begins there. And I get how if all of us have
- 55:40that, or all of us could find that, because I'm not saying then
- 55:45that would race that all the collective and it would It is, actually,
- 55:49yes, it is. And I of all these podcasts that I've been on,
- 55:52all of them, I'm so buoyed. And here's another one, you,
- 55:57Carrie, You're right there. You get it, and we're talking about
- 56:01it. We're generating the frequency and the vibration just by having these conversations.
- 56:07So for me, I love these conversations. I'm reaching little pods of people
- 56:14with every single one that I do. Ye and so we'll see, we'll
- 56:19see, I will see here this ahead doing this time. Good good.
- 56:22I love you, I thank you, love you, thank you for doing
- 56:27this. I just I think we're all just I just can't wait to see
- 56:30where all your little quantum leaps leave you. Yes, absolutely well, definitely
- 56:36have you on again. I think it's beautiful message. Let's do it.
- 56:38Let's do it. Okay, but good luck with everything, and thank ill
- 56:44we'll have you on again. Great, all right, thank you so much,
- 56:47thank you so much,
