Welcome to this week’s edition of Amicus: A Law Review. Kicking off the weekend’s news, Jim recaps the events that took place in Madison, WI this week with the Abundant Life Christian School shooting. Jim discusses what is know at this time in regard to the shooting.
Jim then discusses the aspect of ghost guns in shootings similar to the one involved in the alleged UnitedHealthCare CEO shooting. The investigations into suspect Luigi Mangione seem to indicate a ghost gun was involved in that incident.
