Speaker 2: was blocked by some demonic person distract them or trying

Speaker 2: their best to keep them from preaching the gospel or

Speaker 2: fulfilling their calling. This is strayed, demonic, and this actually

Speaker 2: upsets me. I'm thinking of how many times have I

Speaker 2: been hindered or blocked. How many times have I allowed

Speaker 2: the enemy to detern me from preaching the gospel or

Speaker 2: seeking to to do the Lord's work. Amen. Now, when

Speaker 2: someone truly wants the word, resistance will always show up.

Speaker 2: The devil fights hardest at moments of spiritual curiosity. Now

Speaker 2: I have a personal story concerning this, and this hits

Speaker 2: me on a personal level one because this has happened

Speaker 2: to me before. There was times when people wanted to

Speaker 2: hear the gospel. Now where I work, I'm known as

Speaker 2: the Christian. You know, I have my Bible with me

Speaker 2: at all times. I'm always playing my worship music and

Speaker 2: his hop and stuff like that, giving God praise and

Speaker 2: giving God glory. Where there was this young guy at

Speaker 2: the time, he was like twenty nine, just barely turned thirty,

Speaker 2: and he was going through a health issue. He actually
14:30
Speaker 2: had surgery, he had to they had to remove one
14:33
Speaker 2: of his lungs, and there's a lot of things that
14:37
Speaker 2: were just going on with his physical body. And I
14:44
Speaker 2: believe he knew he went through a whole process of
14:47
Speaker 2: medical surgeries and things like that. So I think, you know,

Speaker 2: he kind of knew that his time was short on
14:55
Speaker 2: this earth. And so the funny thing is he turned now,

Speaker 2: I have a Mormon and I have a Joba's witness

Speaker 2: that I work with amongst the rest of the crew,

Speaker 2: you know, some of my other co workers. So he

Speaker 2: turned to Now, keep in mind, I'm the believer in

Speaker 2: the shop, right, But he turns to one of my

Speaker 2: other co workers and asked him, you know, how do

Speaker 2: I get into Heaven? You know, how can I make

Speaker 2: it in? Now, this guy knew my testimony, he knew

Speaker 2: what I did. He was like, well, why you're asking me?

Speaker 2: You need to ask Sam. You need to ask him.

Speaker 2: He pointed at me, and so I was excited, and

Speaker 2: so I got up to go and share the gospel

Speaker 2: with him, but then I was blocked by the Mormon guy.

Speaker 2: The Mormon guy stepped in and blocked me from speaking

Speaker 2: to this guy, and he began to spew his his

Speaker 2: spill over the guy. Right, this is a straight distraction.

Speaker 2: And so instead of me arguing and you know, trying

Speaker 2: to make a scene here or trying to bring confusion.

Speaker 2: I wasn't going to debate the scriptures. I mean, I

Speaker 2: knew where this guy was. I knew that he was

Speaker 2: soon to meet the Lord. How soon I didn't know.

Speaker 2: So anyway, instead of arguing or whatever, I just wrote

Speaker 2: down some scriptures. I say, hey, look these scriptures up

Speaker 2: and talk to me first thing in the morning, because

Speaker 2: I knew in the morning it was him and I.

Speaker 2: We were like the first ones to be in the shop,

Speaker 2: and I would have someone on one time with them

Speaker 2: and not have the opposition. So I was excited. I

Speaker 2: went to bed excited. I was excited the rest of

Speaker 2: the day hopefully. You know, I'm thinking this guy looked

Speaker 2: up the scriptures, and I thought that we were going

Speaker 2: to sit here and have a conversation and he would

Speaker 2: come to the Lord. Right. Well, the next morning comes

Speaker 2: and he walks through the door and doesn't say a word,

Speaker 2: just walks right past me. So I'm like, okay, So

Speaker 2: I get up and I go over there and I'm like, hey,

Speaker 2: did you look up those scriptures? And this guy just

Speaker 2: blew me off. He's like, oh no, you know, he

Speaker 2: just dismissed the whole thing. And so, man, was I deflated?

Speaker 2: At the time. Now, if I'd have known, I would

Speaker 2: have pressed then more. But I just went back to

Speaker 2: my desk at this moment. But a couple of days later,

Speaker 2: I don't know if it was a couple of days

Speaker 2: or the day after he actually left this earth he

Speaker 2: went into eternity. So I don't know. If I mean

Speaker 2: to be honest, I do know because of the Lord

Speaker 2: brought some confirmation, but you know I'm not going to

Speaker 2: share that. But my point is you never know when

Speaker 2: it's someone's last chance or last opportunity to hear the

Speaker 2: gospel and get right. Knowing what I know now, I

Speaker 2: will press through the opposition. You know, I won't. You know,

Speaker 2: this is a work setting, so you know, I was

Speaker 2: trying to stay professional, but next time it's on, the

Speaker 2: gloves are coming off because I don't want another to

Speaker 2: slip through my fingers. Amen. So, yes, like I said,

Speaker 2: this hits personally, you know, because this actually has happened

Speaker 2: to me, this opposition when trying to share the love

Speaker 2: of the war, the love of the Lord. Now verse eight,

Speaker 2: from the truth. Now, his motive was not curiosity, not debate.
