- 0:00Speaker 1: Scrubbing in with Bec Tilly and Tanya Wrath an iHeartRadio podcast.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Scrub a dumb, A dumb and a dumb.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Oh, I feel like we have a delirious Tanya today.
- 0:22Speaker 4: Oh you don't even know. It's not even Tanya, it's Fanya.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Oh she's faked Tanya. She's faking it. Yeah, faking it
- 0:31Speaker 2: till she.
- 0:31Speaker 4: Makes it, until you make it?
- 0:34Speaker 2: Should we get right into it? But we here, we're
- 0:36Speaker 2: here in the studio, back from Rosemont.
- 0:38Speaker 5: Some of our best episodes had no sleep, great, awesome,
- 0:43Speaker 5: rawsome rowsome.
- 0:50Speaker 2: So there's there has been a lot.
- 0:51Speaker 4: Of travel, a lot of travel, a lot of so
- 0:53Speaker 4: much travel, so little time.
- 0:55Speaker 6: Mmm.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Wow she read that run off run she liked it.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Where do we begin?
- 1:04Speaker 5: I have a question Illinois, Illinois and ep epicn Have
- 1:10Speaker 5: you caught up on Grace because you seem to really
- 1:13Speaker 5: know your stuff and that was impressive.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I studied and I looked up on TikTok, I like
- 1:20Speaker 2: looked up this season to see, like what questions the
- 1:23Speaker 2: fans would want to know. I saw the clips of Adelaide,
- 1:27Speaker 2: Mika and Jewels all over my page because that's a
- 1:29Speaker 2: wl hashtag WLW fan edits and then a lot of
- 1:34Speaker 2: the cast was like og. So it was just like
- 1:36Speaker 2: natural questions. We just came prepared, studied. Sam gave us
- 1:42Speaker 2: good questions.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Oh my god, let me tell you something, and that
- 1:50Speaker 4: she's done with.
- 1:52Speaker 3: But I'm just saying the whole the loveliness that is
- 1:56Speaker 3: being on a podcast, being on a team is having
- 1:58Speaker 3: a producer. The loveliness is having a producer like Sam
- 2:02Speaker 3: that you know is giving you.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Information that is super legit.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Like I I've worked on other shows where I've gotten
- 2:10Speaker 3: some questions that may not be factual, and so I've
- 2:16Speaker 3: always like had that that uh like.
- 2:18Speaker 4: On this show, we.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Rundowns that we had to fact checked.
- 2:24Speaker 3: And there's something very unsettling about that, you know what
- 2:27Speaker 3: I mean, because then you always have to feel like
- 2:28Speaker 3: you have to like reread and fact check every little thing.
- 2:31Speaker 3: But it's like there's so much comfort in knowing that
- 2:34Speaker 3: whatever Sam gives us, we know it's legit.
- 2:38Speaker 2: But we also had people on that we there were
- 2:41Speaker 2: people that weren't from Gray's the Grey's Anatomy world, yes,
- 2:46Speaker 2: that we were like, oh, we we know of them,
- 2:48Speaker 2: but we don't you know, necessarily know exactly what's going on,
- 2:51Speaker 2: and we they were all so nice to talk to you.
- 2:54Speaker 2: But these are also like rapid fire interviews, you know.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Yeah, well one of the So there was one girl
- 2:59Speaker 3: in particular that I felt like we were kindred spirits.
- 3:05Speaker 3: I felt like she sat in the chair and we
- 3:06Speaker 3: could have talked to her for days.
- 3:09Speaker 4: Do you not feel that way? I really enjoyed her.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I don't know if I could have talked I couldn't
- 3:14Speaker 2: talk to anybody for days.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Yes you could, No, I could not.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Okay, could have talked to her for a lot longer.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Like we just totally full podcast with her.
- 3:21Speaker 4: We totally hit it off. We loved her and.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Was it I'm gonna let Becca tell the story because
- 3:30Speaker 3: I feel like, in my head she asked us for
- 3:33Speaker 3: drinks or was it me?
- 3:34Speaker 2: It was definitely you, but she was very willing in
- 3:39Speaker 2: her response, like it was very much like, oh my gosh, yes,
- 3:42Speaker 2: and then she's like, y'all messaged me or I'll message you,
- 3:45Speaker 2: but there was no info exchange, so it was very
- 3:49Speaker 2: in my mind, it felt like a Tanya Camilla, let's
- 3:52Speaker 2: watch The Gray's Anatomy.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Together at your home.
- 3:55Speaker 2: So oh, yeah, let's do it that situation.
- 3:58Speaker 3: So we're actually talking about Chantelle van Stanton, No Van
- 4:02Speaker 3: Santon Van Santon.
- 4:07Speaker 2: She played Quinn and Wintree Hill. Yes, and she was
- 4:12Speaker 2: so lovely.
- 4:13Speaker 4: So lovely, Like I really did feel like we were
- 4:16Speaker 4: like fast friends and I feel like she felt that too.
- 4:20Speaker 4: I swear she wanted to get drinks with this and
- 4:22Speaker 4: do you have a memory of this?
- 4:23Speaker 7: She she enjoyed your company. I don't know if she
- 4:26Speaker 7: wanted to continue it outside.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Of the really okay, I think she had a really
- 4:30Speaker 4: good time.
- 4:30Speaker 5: With you guys.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Sam witnessed this as we were walking by. There was
- 4:33Speaker 2: a conference room and she was on the phone and
- 4:35Speaker 2: she was like, message me when you all get back
- 4:37Speaker 2: to the hotel, Like she initiated that. Yes, so Sam
- 4:40Speaker 2: heard it. She can vouch for that because she was like,
- 4:42Speaker 2: oh but did say that, Yeah she did, right, She
- 4:47Speaker 2: did say that. Good. She said, she like waved you
- 4:50Speaker 2: from the room and said she was like message me.
- 4:53Speaker 4: So it was very much on her.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Still, no numbers exchange or anything, just totally relying on
- 4:58Speaker 2: Instagram DM.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Yeah, which I didn't love. Like, I'm like, so I'm
- 5:01Speaker 4: just waiting for her to see this thing.
- 5:04Speaker 7: To her request folder.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Yeah, well, we were in the car on the way
- 5:09Speaker 2: to record our podcast with Jessica Capshaw and Camilla, and
- 5:13Speaker 2: Tanya's like, let's DM her so that we can when
- 5:18Speaker 2: we get back.
- 5:18Speaker 8: Well, I don't have to say it's a miracle that
- 5:21Speaker 8: I'm getting married, because truly, the way that I engage
- 5:24Speaker 8: with other human beings via text message and like via
- 5:28Speaker 8: phones is so awkward.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Like I don't pick up on social cues.
- 5:33Speaker 3: I don't know how to write like cute text messages
- 5:36Speaker 3: or like cute messages like mine are so awkward and weird.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Like I had one written to her and I was like, Becca,
- 5:40Speaker 3: why don't you just do it? And the one Becker
- 5:42Speaker 3: wrote was so much cooler.
- 5:44Speaker 4: I was like, dang, this is.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Why Robbie fell for Sierra originally. And then it was
- 5:51Speaker 5: you God, bless God.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Bless dear Markina.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Really so I Tanya started the group and then I
- 5:57Speaker 2: messaged her and I said, Hi, Chantel, We're going to
- 6:00Speaker 2: the downtown Chicago to record a podcast. We'll be back
- 6:03Speaker 2: around eight or so. We'll just message you if you
- 6:04Speaker 2: still want to get a drink, no pressure. If you're
- 6:06Speaker 2: talked or socialed oubt Tanya follows up, no pressure, but
- 6:09Speaker 2: it will be so fun, She writes us, like later on,
- 6:14Speaker 2: and she goes, oh, I just came back. I took
- 6:16Speaker 2: a nap and just woke up.
- 6:17Speaker 4: So sorry.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I just not got this. It was such a crazy day.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Wish we could have talked for longer. I felt such
- 6:21Speaker 2: a kindred spirit and both of you, and I'm so
- 6:23Speaker 2: grateful I got to meet you. Tanya goes, honestly jealous.
- 6:26Speaker 2: We are just having dinner and heading back. She's still
- 6:29Speaker 2: trying to make it happen.
- 6:30Speaker 4: I did not pick up on the like it's not happening.
- 6:34Speaker 2: I just say, so great meeting you. Hope you have
- 6:36Speaker 2: a safe trip back. I just accepted.
- 6:37Speaker 4: Yeah, I be could just let it go. I was like,
- 6:39Speaker 4: it's not over. Till it's over. We're still out. Did
- 6:42Speaker 4: we get drinks? No? No, the last week saw ever
- 6:46Speaker 4: the first and the last. Yeah, but I still feel
- 6:50Speaker 4: like we could be friends.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Okay, I feel about too. She lives in New York, though,
- 6:53Speaker 2: so that's tough.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Well that's where I'm going this weekend.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, yep, you.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Should hit her on. I will.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I will. That was manic, yes, but I will say
- 7:05Speaker 2: we did the podcast at the Crossover with Call It
- 7:08Speaker 2: What It Is with Camilla Luddington and Jessica Capshaw, and
- 7:11Speaker 2: that was, honestly, I have to say, one of my
- 7:14Speaker 2: favorite episodes we've ever done.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Yeah, it was very I don't know what the word is,
- 7:20Speaker 3: but it was like cerebral.
- 7:22Speaker 4: What cerebral mean? Not? Probably not what I'm going for.
- 7:24Speaker 5: Very intelligent, very brain definitely not that.
- 7:27Speaker 3: No, no, no kismet along that lines of like the fact
- 7:30Speaker 3: that it was like the seventh anniversary of the podcast
- 7:32Speaker 3: and that we had Camilla and Jessica Capshaw, Like what's
- 7:36Speaker 3: the word I'm looking for? It was very serendipitous and
- 7:40Speaker 3: it just felt very really cool.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Yeah, cerebral if you will.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Cerebral, No, not cerebral, but you know what I'm trying
- 7:48Speaker 3: to say.
- 7:48Speaker 4: But I thought it was.
- 7:49Speaker 5: Cool that they Yeah, Jessica and Camilla, we're going to
- 7:52Speaker 5: you guys for like advice on making podcasts because and
- 7:57Speaker 5: you guys kind of rolled your eyes about that, but
- 7:58Speaker 5: you shouldn't, because you guys are ros of this. You
- 8:01Speaker 5: have a highly successful podcast that's been running for seven years.
- 8:04Speaker 5: That's not nothing you right, agree?
- 8:06Speaker 2: I agree, And by no means do I feel like roma.
- 8:10Speaker 4: I do feel like.
- 8:11Speaker 2: We have been in the game for a long time
- 8:13Speaker 2: and are we can give advice on podcasting.
- 8:16Speaker 4: We should start a class. Yes, I'm serious.
- 8:22Speaker 2: What's the class?
- 8:23Speaker 4: I don't know, but let me see. The wheels are turning.
- 8:26Speaker 2: So you always have some great ideas and you just
- 8:29Speaker 2: need some time to troubleshoot it.
- 8:31Speaker 3: But we never crossed the bridge, true, but I think
- 8:34Speaker 3: we could do like a course.
- 8:37Speaker 4: I'm just saying.
- 8:37Speaker 5: I mean, how many young people are looking to get
- 8:39Speaker 5: into podcasts, as I'm saying podcasting plenty.
- 8:41Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying.
- 8:42Speaker 5: They need some guidance.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Hence the guidance, the GUIDs, the great guiders, the guides.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Yeah, but yeah, they were just so fun and warm
- 8:54Speaker 2: and it didn't feel like we were interviewing like celebrities.
- 8:57Speaker 2: It felt like we were all friends just having a.
- 8:59Speaker 4: Chit chat, enter back and forth.
- 9:01Speaker 2: There was never like an awkward moment of what do
- 9:04Speaker 2: we talk about next?
- 9:05Speaker 9: No?
- 9:06Speaker 3: Never, And I almost wish like people were saying that
- 9:08Speaker 3: they wish that we would have done like a truth
- 9:09Speaker 3: or Drink episode.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Yeah maybe next time.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Next time for sure, because we were all like sipping
- 9:15Speaker 3: on a little like drink, but we weren't like getting drunk,
- 9:17Speaker 3: and I think it'd be really fun if we all
- 9:18Speaker 3: got drunk.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, yeah, we we did all have a few drinks,
- 9:26Speaker 2: and then Tanya wanted you know, I was like dead
- 9:29Speaker 2: after one time, especially if I have wine. I'm I'm
- 9:32Speaker 2: like ready to turn in. Toni's like, let's go get
- 9:35Speaker 2: a cute dinner. It's Saturday night, no right, Saturday night night.
- 9:40Speaker 2: And I'm like, okay, fine, if you find a place
- 9:43Speaker 2: we can go eat, She's just scrolling.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Well, yeah, I'm looking at Yell, but I'm looking at
- 9:50Speaker 4: I'm talking.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Thirty minutes, We're sitting on an outside empty cafe area
- 9:56Speaker 2: on a bench. I'm like terrified. Then it's just like
- 9:59Speaker 2: not not a great vibe. And finally I'm like, let
- 10:03Speaker 2: me find a place. Let me ask the Instagram followers
- 10:05Speaker 2: and see what everyone says. So they recommend this place
- 10:08Speaker 2: Maple and ash or something.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Yeah, but let me tell you, it took everything in me.
- 10:12Speaker 3: So Camilla and Jessica left to go to a dinner.
- 10:14Speaker 3: They were going to a dinner with other Grays people,
- 10:16Speaker 3: and I was like, yeah, I'm like, why don't we
- 10:18Speaker 3: just go to that? We know all these people, Jakebrelly,
- 10:21Speaker 3: Sarah Drew, like, yeah, they know us. I was waiting
- 10:26Speaker 3: for the invite, didn't get it.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Is there really that we were not invited? So I
- 10:33Speaker 4: did not What were you gonna say? Can we come along?
- 10:40Speaker 4: We'll set at the bar.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Myself under the bed if you had asked we come,
- 10:46Speaker 2: So thank you for not doing that.
- 10:47Speaker 4: You're welcome.
- 10:48Speaker 2: But we go to this place everyone recommended and it
- 10:50Speaker 2: is probably the busiest restaurant in Chicago, I think. And
- 10:55Speaker 2: Tanya and I are in our business suits, our panel
- 10:58Speaker 2: seasoned suits, and these girls like people are in like
- 11:00Speaker 2: these new outfits going out where and the girl I
- 11:04Speaker 2: go up because I had seen that there was a
- 11:05Speaker 2: reservation and she's like, there's no reservation, and she's like,
- 11:08Speaker 2: you can check upstairs and see it's open seating at
- 11:10Speaker 2: the bar. So we go up there. A few people
- 11:12Speaker 2: come over and introduce themselves. Tanya brings out it's pit.
- 11:15Speaker 2: It's dark, but it is like a viby restaurant. It
- 11:18Speaker 2: is pitch black minus some dim lights here and there.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Tanya pulls out this light that in darkness, it's jarring
- 11:28Speaker 2: broad daylight, it's jarring in studio light, right now and
- 11:35Speaker 2: starts these older, older couples like what is that. She
- 11:39Speaker 2: starts taking selfies with them, showing them the tutorial, and
- 11:42Speaker 2: I'm like.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Let me tell you something.
- 11:44Speaker 3: If you're a scrubber and you come up to Becca
- 11:46Speaker 3: and I and you want a photo, that those photos
- 11:49Speaker 3: would have been horrendous in there in that dark lighting.
- 11:51Speaker 3: And you know what, I got our scrubbers some amazing
- 11:54Speaker 3: photos with this bad boy.
- 11:55Speaker 4: And I would do it again. I know you would,
- 11:57Speaker 4: and again and again, scrubber.
- 11:59Speaker 2: There are two different personalities, and I'm there's one that
- 12:02Speaker 2: doesn't mind attention, not saying like you are craving attention,
- 12:06Speaker 2: is that you don't mind eyes on you because you're
- 12:08Speaker 2: just doing your thing. And then there's people who like
- 12:11Speaker 2: hate any that like direct attention. And we are both
- 12:15Speaker 2: of those people, okay, and their opposite.
- 12:17Speaker 4: I'm gonna show you. I still have the photos.
- 12:19Speaker 5: So you wanted to crawl into a hole, I just was.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Like, I'm hungry, I'm tired. I found this place. She's
- 12:24Speaker 2: done nothing, and now she's giving a tutorial on the lighting.
- 12:27Speaker 4: We still don't have a table.
- 12:29Speaker 2: I'm like irritable at this point, and I'm being blinded
- 12:32Speaker 2: and She's.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Like, shit, I'm gonna hold up. So I'm gonna hold
- 12:37Speaker 3: up these photos. These are two random people.
- 12:39Speaker 5: But this isn't the point that we don't even know
- 12:42Speaker 5: you're arguing a point that she's not arguing.
- 12:44Speaker 4: Get this photo.
- 12:47Speaker 5: Wow, that is quite a look for you.
- 12:50Speaker 4: And then look at the photo with my light.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Yeah, gorgeous, it's better.
- 12:54Speaker 4: Yeah, So just let this be a lesson.
- 12:56Speaker 10: For everybody said I'm saying the lights the photos aren't
- 12:59Speaker 10: better with it, but say, yeah, time and a place,
- 13:02Speaker 10: and when your best friend starving and you encourage her
- 13:05Speaker 10: to go out and you're sitting there doing a light tutorial,
- 13:07Speaker 10: watch scrubbers.
- 13:09Speaker 4: This was for the scrubbers.
- 13:10Speaker 2: People were not scrubbers or whatever.
- 13:12Speaker 4: The civilians.
- 13:13Speaker 3: These civilians came up and wanted to ask me what
- 13:16Speaker 3: this was, and I sent them the link and showed
- 13:18Speaker 3: it to them.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Anyways, I walked up because I didn't see her. I
- 13:22Speaker 2: didn't know where she went. I was downstairs looking for
- 13:24Speaker 2: her place.
- 13:25Speaker 4: She just had to fall the light and I walk up.
- 13:29Speaker 4: I wish I could show you.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna do a tutorial what I've witnessed. Tanya trying
- 13:33Speaker 2: to find a spot at the barky.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Oh good. I love it when you act things out.
- 13:39Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm like far away.
- 13:42Speaker 2: I walk up where there's like you get off an
- 13:43Speaker 2: elevator and then there's a bar and you're just you know,
- 13:45Speaker 2: I'm just I'm trying to see if I can see
- 13:47Speaker 2: her to be like, get downstairs. We got to find
- 13:49Speaker 2: another place. I walk up and she's just.
- 13:57Speaker 4: What would you like it to look like?
- 14:00Speaker 2: Just some speed?
- 14:02Speaker 5: She's strolling very slowly and just looking around.
- 14:05Speaker 2: I did not know this about Tanya until this trip.
- 14:08Speaker 2: She is a slow mover in everything she does, and
- 14:13Speaker 2: I think that if I encourage quickness, like if I'm like,
- 14:17Speaker 2: come on, let's go, she goes slower.
- 14:20Speaker 5: Oh boy.
- 14:21Speaker 2: So I have to like take deep breaths and just
- 14:24Speaker 2: be like it's okay. She'll get there when she gets there.
- 14:26Speaker 3: You know what's interesting when I've learned about myself in
- 14:28Speaker 3: the past couple months is that I have analysis paralysis.
- 14:32Speaker 3: So I actually, I don't know if you know this.
- 14:34Speaker 3: I actually don't enjoy making decisions. I really, I'm like,
- 14:38Speaker 3: I liked, it's gonna sound weird, but I just like
- 14:40Speaker 3: to be told what to do. Like this is when
- 14:42Speaker 3: we start the show, show up, be there, great done,
- 14:44Speaker 3: be prepared, great done.
- 14:46Speaker 4: Like if you throw, if you lob me at, let's
- 14:49Speaker 4: where do you want to go?
- 14:49Speaker 3: And I have to analysis paralysis on my phone and
- 14:52Speaker 3: look at Yelp reviews and like look at places to go.
- 14:54Speaker 4: I'll be doing that for an now.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Whenever we're traveling and Rob and I are trying to
- 14:58Speaker 3: find a coffee place, I could spend an hour and
- 15:00Speaker 3: a half trying to find a coffee place.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Yeah. I didn't know this about you until recently traveling
- 15:05Speaker 2: with you.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Yeah, So it's been it's been eye opening as I
- 15:09Speaker 2: am not the one to plan, but I'm also very
- 15:11Speaker 2: low key, Like I would have been totally fine to
- 15:13Speaker 2: go home and order in, but you have an opinion
- 15:16Speaker 2: on what you want to do.
- 15:17Speaker 4: Yet there's no downtown. It's our only night here. We're like,
- 15:22Speaker 4: you know, let's live.
- 15:23Speaker 5: It at that.
- 15:24Speaker 2: I get that, but it's like to make the plan.
- 15:26Speaker 3: I know, And what I should have done is I
- 15:27Speaker 3: should have anticipated that that we were going to be
- 15:29Speaker 3: down there, and I should have done my research a
- 15:31Speaker 3: couple of days high or not in the moment.
- 15:33Speaker 4: Uh huh, that's my bad.
- 15:35Speaker 2: And then another what I've realized is that you know,
- 15:39Speaker 2: everyone has an opinion about me being lay whatever, I overpack,
- 15:43Speaker 2: But you know what, I am always prepared.
- 15:46Speaker 4: I'm always prepared, and I'm always not prepared.
- 15:48Speaker 2: And you're fast in well not fast, but you're you
- 15:52Speaker 2: pack lightly yeah, and you're easy going in the sense
- 15:55Speaker 2: of that, yeah, but you're never you don't have everything
- 15:58Speaker 2: ever correct.
- 16:00Speaker 3: I'm always losing like one thing here and there, like
- 16:03Speaker 3: slip flops or hairspray or toothpaste you brought it, I'm like, what.
- 16:09Speaker 4: A hair tool?
- 16:10Speaker 2: Like?
- 16:10Speaker 3: I never travel with a hair tool like re Becca.
- 16:12Speaker 3: For sure she has a giant suitcase. She'll for sure
- 16:14Speaker 3: have a hair.
- 16:15Speaker 4: Tool for me.
- 16:15Speaker 2: I did, just not the one you not the.
- 16:17Speaker 4: One I needed. Yeah, So it's a it's a it's
- 16:20Speaker 4: a fine line. Is that rude?
- 16:21Speaker 5: Is it rude? Do not pack certain things knowing that
- 16:24Speaker 5: somebody will have your will have it and you can
- 16:26Speaker 5: borrow it.
- 16:27Speaker 4: When Becca packs like a.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Suitcase the size of Manhattan to go to Palm Springs
- 16:33Speaker 3: for two days, I thought for sure it was going
- 16:36Speaker 3: to be jam packed for a Chicago trip. Like I
- 16:39Speaker 3: was like, there's gonna be stuff in there, and there
- 16:42Speaker 3: was no I was wrong.
- 16:44Speaker 2: It was there was for me.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess that's the risk you take.
- 16:48Speaker 3: Yeah, but you know what's interesting when I realized is like, what.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Do you realize?
- 16:53Speaker 2: Oh wait, wait, wait, let's take a break.
- 16:55Speaker 11: If you watch Dancing with the Stars.
- 17:12Speaker 5: I can say this and Karna will probably say the
- 17:14Speaker 5: same thing.
- 17:14Speaker 12: I don't think that we had great dancing chemistry.
- 17:17Speaker 11: Then you need to be listening to sex lies and
- 17:20Speaker 11: spray Tad my partner.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Ardam, he was so intense that made me.
- 17:26Speaker 7: Really nervous With Cerril buck editor didn't wear a lot
- 17:29Speaker 7: of clothes.
- 17:30Speaker 4: No, she was She did super ankles warm.
- 17:33Speaker 11: Get the behind the scenes of what goes down on
- 17:36Speaker 11: and off the dance floor.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Dancing with the Stars breeds body image issues for women.
- 17:42Speaker 6: The thinner you are, the more attention you end up
- 17:44Speaker 6: getting on that show.
- 17:45Speaker 8: Injuries, my phone rings, Hey Christian, Hey, yeah, I saw
- 17:50Speaker 8: you're Dancing with the Stars.
- 17:52Speaker 4: I saw what happened to your arm, and I have
- 17:54Speaker 4: the perfect guy to fix it. Honestly, got to the clara,
- 17:57Speaker 4: I'm I'm just trying to survive. I'm just trying to
- 17:59Speaker 4: like make it out.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Of out of the season ego.
- 18:01Speaker 11: She wanted to kill me it was real bad insecurity
- 18:05Speaker 11: on the show.
- 18:05Speaker 3: It was like everyone was talking about my weight and
- 18:08Speaker 3: it really affected my confidence so much for like years to.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Come and betrayals.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Because of that one betrayal, I knew this is probably
- 18:17Speaker 5: my last season.
- 18:18Speaker 11: Listen to sex Lies and Spray Tans with Ceryl Burke.
- 18:21Speaker 11: New episodes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- 18:24Speaker 13: My name is Cheryl Burke, and I approved this message
- 18:33Speaker 13: We're back.
- 18:34Speaker 2: We're back, and you know what, I realized, let's get
- 18:37Speaker 2: right into it.
- 18:37Speaker 3: So I packed a carry on because I feel like
- 18:40Speaker 3: I've always thought that the luggage garage carousel takes a
- 18:46Speaker 3: long time to get your luggage.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Oh sure, Like that was always my belief.
- 18:51Speaker 3: So it's like, I don't want to wait for my
- 18:52Speaker 3: luggage and it's going to take five hours to spit
- 18:54Speaker 3: it out and wait for you know, I'm just gonna
- 18:56Speaker 3: cat my bag and go into my uber. Becca was
- 18:59Speaker 3: not so far behind me waiting for her bag than
- 19:02Speaker 3: I was having my bag. So now I'm kind of
- 19:05Speaker 3: like rethinking my whole life mentality.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I'd my mentality is if it's a direct flight, and
- 19:15Speaker 2: actually if it's free, they flew his first class, Why
- 19:20Speaker 2: would I not bring a full bag with everything I
- 19:23Speaker 2: want and make sure I.
- 19:23Speaker 4: Have it right.
- 19:25Speaker 2: If it's a if it's a short trip and it's
- 19:27Speaker 2: like a one to stop, I would attempt a trip.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I rarely do it, but I would. I would be
- 19:32Speaker 2: more willing to attempt to carry on.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Yeah, And I'm sitting here, dumb dummy me carry on
- 19:37Speaker 3: everywhere I go, everywhere I go, long trip, short.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Fully prepared, never, never fully prepared, but also prepared.
- 19:44Speaker 4: That should be my memoir.
- 19:45Speaker 2: But I also was on the plane before Tanya, and
- 19:50Speaker 2: we got to the airport, sitting with snacks in hand.
- 19:54Speaker 2: She comes stressed walking on.
- 19:58Speaker 3: I've never been stressed like that, and I'll so I
- 20:00Speaker 3: was driving, I was on my way to the airport,
- 20:02Speaker 3: and I checked back as location, which I'm so grateful
- 20:04Speaker 3: to still have.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Thank you for not ending that.
- 20:09Speaker 3: And so I checked back his location and she's ahead
- 20:10Speaker 3: of me on the freeway. And that's when I started panic.
- 20:13Speaker 3: I'm like, if Becca Tilly is ahead of me on
- 20:15Speaker 3: the freeway, I'm in trouble. That's not a good sign.
- 20:18Speaker 3: So I'm like stressing. And then I like see her
- 20:20Speaker 3: park and she's at the airport and I'm still on
- 20:21Speaker 3: the freeway, and I was like, I am like profusely sweating,
- 20:26Speaker 3: and I'm not the person that like people start boarding
- 20:30Speaker 3: and I walk up to the line like I am
- 20:32Speaker 3: in line ready to go, and I walked on to
- 20:36Speaker 3: the line past when I was supposed to.
- 20:38Speaker 4: I was in like whatever. Correct.
- 20:43Speaker 3: That was very stressful and I didn't have time to
- 20:46Speaker 3: eat my hard bowled eggs.
- 20:48Speaker 4: Thank god. Yeah I didn't.
- 20:52Speaker 2: I said, if you want to eat those, go into
- 20:54Speaker 2: the bathroom.
- 20:58Speaker 4: Eat those in the bathroom.
- 20:59Speaker 5: They but you don't. The people sitting next to you
- 21:01Speaker 5: don't want to smell your head boiled as a person
- 21:03Speaker 5: who has sat next to you while you eat them
- 21:04Speaker 5: for about fourteen years.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Now, do you know how many stinky salami eaters I've
- 21:10Speaker 3: sat next to you on airplanes?
- 21:11Speaker 5: And they're being rude too, don't it's not rude. Don't
- 21:14Speaker 5: answer rude with rude.
- 21:15Speaker 4: Oh my, a hardballed egg is a very luxurious protein.
- 21:20Speaker 5: Packs eat in the car.
- 21:22Speaker 4: I was, I didn't need it in the car on
- 21:25Speaker 4: the flight.
- 21:26Speaker 5: So you have a four hour flight, do you bring
- 21:27Speaker 5: entertainment because I'm a guy who brings entertainment, because I
- 21:30Speaker 5: can't imagine just sitting there with nothing. You like to
- 21:33Speaker 5: talk to the people around you.
- 21:34Speaker 3: Well, I'm glad you asked that. Thank you, because Beck
- 21:38Speaker 3: and I prepped the whole flight over.
- 21:40Speaker 5: Oh, studied your Yeah.
- 21:43Speaker 2: We had a lay down seat. Could have just checked out,
- 21:46Speaker 2: watch TV, laid down.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Becca really wanted to watch a movie.
- 21:49Speaker 2: You want to stop. We went over the prep and
- 21:52Speaker 2: I was like, I feel good, Like these are questions,
- 21:54Speaker 2: I know what to ask and I feel this is
- 21:56Speaker 2: gonna be We're good. I think we should go over
- 21:58Speaker 2: one more time. I'm like, I want to down and
- 22:00Speaker 2: She's like, no, I had a separator. I kept trying
- 22:03Speaker 2: to raise it, she kept putting it back down. Oh yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 2: yeah we should have recorded on the plane, but yeah, no,
- 22:13Speaker 2: no rest or sleep.
- 22:15Speaker 3: And because we had a lot going on, so I
- 22:16Speaker 3: was like, I really want to go through every day, Like,
- 22:19Speaker 3: go through our schedule, every interview that we have read,
- 22:21Speaker 3: through the prep, go look at their instagram.
- 22:23Speaker 4: See what it took like an hour though it was
- 22:26Speaker 4: a four hour flight. So then I wanted to do
- 22:28Speaker 4: it one more time.
- 22:30Speaker 2: We basically did, and then we talked to uh Jana Ortiz,
- 22:34Speaker 2: who's the lead of Station nineteen. She was on her flight.
- 22:37Speaker 2: We sat and talked with her for a while. Tanya
- 22:39Speaker 2: basically said she does not watch the show and feels
- 22:41Speaker 2: like it was forced upon her and she did not
- 22:44Speaker 2: give in, and she's like she wanted She was really cool.
- 22:48Speaker 4: She was really cool about it, and she was like,
- 22:50Speaker 4: I get it.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Meeting the cast of Station nineteen made me want to
- 22:53Speaker 2: watch Station Night two too.
- 22:55Speaker 4: That's the funny thing is like meeting her. She was
- 22:58Speaker 4: so cool. I loved her and.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Everybody that we met from SA venteen. I was like,
- 23:03Speaker 3: maybe I was wrong, Maybe I should watch the show.
- 23:06Speaker 4: Humbling moments. It was a humbling moment. Yeah, it was.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Can you talk about when Kate Walsh she wanted you
- 23:12Speaker 2: to follow her hi or you wanted you to follow
- 23:15Speaker 2: yourself from her phone?
- 23:17Speaker 3: I have never ever ever, And because I don't really
- 23:22Speaker 3: get embarrassed because I am who I am, right, I
- 23:26Speaker 3: wanted to crawl out of my body because I was
- 23:29Speaker 3: so embarrassed that this happened, especially in front of Kate Walsh,
- 23:34Speaker 3: my hero, my hero.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Yes, she was like, am obsessed with you. You're like,
- 23:43Speaker 2: Tanya was just going offterr and she was so cool.
- 23:46Speaker 4: So cool. But I think I'm not have to tell
- 23:48Speaker 4: the story when we come back right like six minutes
- 23:55Speaker 4: since our last break.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Okay, I guess I'll just tell he that. So I like,
- 24:07Speaker 3: I love Kate Walsh because I just I loved her
- 24:09Speaker 3: character on Grays Out of Me, like she was between
- 24:11Speaker 3: her and Arizona Robbins, like they were my top two
- 24:14Speaker 3: favorite of all time, like just and also the thing
- 24:16Speaker 3: that I love so much about Kate Walsh is that
- 24:21Speaker 3: I hated her character when she came into Grays out
- 24:23Speaker 3: of Me, and then she made me love her. It
- 24:25Speaker 3: was like I've never had a Arizona Robins I just
- 24:28Speaker 3: love from day one, whereas like Addison, I hated and
- 24:31Speaker 3: then ended up loving.
- 24:32Speaker 4: So I was like, correct and continue to hate, continue.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Just always hated until I met the real person. So
- 24:40Speaker 3: that was yeah, okay, So we're doing the panel like.
- 24:45Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, Kate Walsh.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Then we were doing this this TikTok trend that's like
- 24:51Speaker 3: what are your toxic traits? And so we asked Kate
- 24:53Speaker 3: Walsh if we could take a video of her and
- 24:56Speaker 3: ask her what her toxic trait is. She told us
- 25:00Speaker 3: and so she leans over and she was like, Hey,
- 25:03Speaker 3: will you guys tag me and whatever you post and
- 25:06Speaker 3: I was like, girl, no problem, you got it, of course,
- 25:09Speaker 3: and she hands me her phone, hands me her phone
- 25:13Speaker 3: and says, can you follow follow the two of you
- 25:15Speaker 3: on my on my phone?
- 25:18Speaker 4: What's my Instagram?
- 25:19Speaker 2: What's my name?
- 25:21Speaker 12: My name?
- 25:22Speaker 3: I'm like ah, shaking, and they're all everybody's watching me.
- 25:25Speaker 3: So I'm stressed. And I go to my page and
- 25:29Speaker 3: it doesn't say.
- 25:30Speaker 4: Follow back, no yeah, because I don't. I don't follow her.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I didn't even realize that I don't.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Follow her, and I was like, oh my gosh. I
- 25:43Speaker 3: was mortified.
- 25:44Speaker 4: So I did it.
- 25:45Speaker 3: I'd like try to like turn the phone my way
- 25:47Speaker 3: just to hit it, and then like I had to
- 25:49Speaker 3: get on my phone right after and follow back, which
- 25:52Speaker 3: is mortifying. And I was just praying, like we pray,
- 25:56Speaker 3: we pray that she didn't see it. And then I
- 25:58Speaker 3: go to Becca's Becca Tilly. Of course Becca's following her,
- 26:02Speaker 3: and it says but I wasn't.
- 26:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Well, and now I'm thinking maybe I was delusional, like
- 26:06Speaker 3: maybe I was so like worked up over mine that
- 26:09Speaker 3: maybe I saw things. But I swear to follow back
- 26:12Speaker 3: on hers and I wanted to show her it, like
- 26:14Speaker 3: I was like, look, look, follow back, click you know, but.
- 26:18Speaker 4: Then she cared. I don't think she cared at all.
- 26:21Speaker 3: I don't think she cared or noticed, but you know,
- 26:24Speaker 3: at all, No, truly. But then we get home and
- 26:28Speaker 3: Becca says she wasn't following her.
- 26:30Speaker 2: I'm like, why am I not seeing any of her stuff?
- 26:32Speaker 2: So I got her profile and it says followed back,
- 26:34Speaker 2: and I'm like, Tanya lied, she.
- 26:40Speaker 14: Blocked out and was like, yeah, I think I've never
- 26:44Speaker 14: been so mortified, like truly, and again, I'm sure she
- 26:49Speaker 14: didn't care or would care.
- 26:50Speaker 5: Are still saying she's your shiro and you're not even
- 26:53Speaker 5: following her?
- 26:54Speaker 4: Right, Like.
- 26:57Speaker 3: My gosh, that was I'm wanted to crawl out of
- 27:00Speaker 3: my body. But now she's following me, which really And
- 27:04Speaker 3: and I guess who will started following me?
- 27:09Speaker 4: And I guess this's Jessica Capsules.
- 27:10Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, wow nice.
- 27:12Speaker 4: Yeah that was a big one.
- 27:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 27:15Speaker 4: I screenshoted it.
- 27:17Speaker 5: Wow.
- 27:22Speaker 4: Oh put it on my bio. Jessica Capture follows me.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Jessica remembered my name from like I helped he out
- 27:28Speaker 7: with her podcast like two weeks ago. And at the
- 27:30Speaker 7: convention she's like, oh, hi, Euston, and I'm like, oh.
- 27:32Speaker 4: My god, Wow, crazy.
- 27:35Speaker 2: How I guess I've always thought she would be nice,
- 27:39Speaker 2: but she was so normal and normal and just like
- 27:43Speaker 2: overly kind.
- 27:44Speaker 3: Yeah, she was awesome, awesome, awesome and so normal. I
- 27:50Speaker 3: always feel like celebrities like that, like you put them
- 27:53Speaker 3: on a pedestal, you know, and she deserves that pedestal,
- 27:56Speaker 3: like forever, it makes she rain, But like there's she's
- 28:01Speaker 3: just so normal.
- 28:01Speaker 4: She's just like you and I, you know, like chit chat.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Yeah, just like us, just like us stars. So we
- 28:09Speaker 2: returned home, yes, and then there's travel, more travel to
- 28:12Speaker 2: be had. I went to Denver the next day, got
- 28:16Speaker 2: home from Chicago at like nine pm or something, and
- 28:20Speaker 2: then got on a flight the next morning to Denver
- 28:22Speaker 2: to go to a concert at Red Rocks with Haley
- 28:26Speaker 2: to see her a band that she loves.
- 28:28Speaker 4: With band Arcade Fires.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Oh wow, I personally don't know many songs by band,
- 28:35Speaker 2: and I went as I was like, are you sure
- 28:37Speaker 2: you don't want to take someone who loves the band?
- 28:39Speaker 4: He loves the band.
- 28:40Speaker 2: And can sing along. She's like, no, I really want
- 28:42Speaker 2: to experience it with you. So we off we went
- 28:45Speaker 2: to but off you went to see my youngest sister,
- 28:47Speaker 2: Henk and her girlfriend. So it was really it was
- 28:49Speaker 2: really fun. Yeah, got back literally disassociated for two days.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Nice binged two TV shows which.
- 28:58Speaker 4: Which presumed innocent.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Oh that Jake jilln Holk, Yeah, really good. I tried
- 29:03Speaker 2: Mormon Wives.
- 29:05Speaker 3: I'm cheetering with that. I watched like the first ten
- 29:08Speaker 3: minutes of the episode. I just fell asleep.
- 29:10Speaker 4: But I like it.
- 29:11Speaker 2: See, I just don't like when I can feel a
- 29:13Speaker 2: reality show is overly produced. Like I don't like when
- 29:16Speaker 2: I feel like the producers are telling them what to
- 29:19Speaker 2: ask and say, and a lot of people are like, yeah,
- 29:22Speaker 2: but you were on the Bachelor, and I'm like, but
- 29:23Speaker 2: I never felt that they did that in our in
- 29:26Speaker 2: our conversations, like if we were I remember Crystal's and
- 29:29Speaker 2: I one time we're talking about TV shows or something
- 29:32Speaker 2: like friends, and they were like, hey, can we talk
- 29:34Speaker 2: about uh, something more about you know, meeting or family
- 29:39Speaker 2: or something you know, and then we would have a conversation.
- 29:41Speaker 4: But it wasn't like direct.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Questions that they told us to ask, right, And I
- 29:45Speaker 2: really felt that on the first episode of Mormon Wives,
- 29:48Speaker 2: and I can I can't handle it. And then we
- 29:51Speaker 2: watched the movie Uglies.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Excuse me what I just had to tickle my nose.
- 29:58Speaker 4: She I just had a nose age. It was something
- 30:02Speaker 4: like this.
- 30:03Speaker 2: It was unsanitary, no better than my finger.
- 30:07Speaker 5: Right, hold on, just so people know what is that
- 30:09Speaker 5: you're holding and you just put it inside your noscri.
- 30:12Speaker 4: I had like an itch inside my.
- 30:13Speaker 5: Nose, inside your nose a little bit. I wouldn't want to.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Use that now, Well good here, I'm not offering this
- 30:19Speaker 3: to you. You cannot use my chapstick.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Ever, did break through the perimeter of your nose.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Better than my finger? I would say definitely went to
- 30:29Speaker 4: the innards.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Yeah, it was very casually done sweating. Looking at your
- 30:35Speaker 2: your fleece sweater over. I just noticed that that could
- 30:39Speaker 2: be worse than the pepper.
- 30:43Speaker 4: I'm telling you, my body is off kilter. That's okay.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Anyways, I got back from Denver and then watch TV.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Oh the Uglies was brutal.
- 30:53Speaker 2: But I didn't read the book, so I knew nothing
- 30:55Speaker 2: going into it. So I was very much like what
- 30:58Speaker 2: am I watching? I did not either, Yeah, yeah, you
- 31:02Speaker 2: don't read the books? Or did you watch the movie? No,
- 31:05Speaker 2: give a shot, everyone in here should read watch it.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Let me know what you're saying.
- 31:09Speaker 4: Yeah, please, king like and she was a really great actress.
- 31:14Speaker 4: So I just the one with Chased Oaks. So yeah,
- 31:16Speaker 4: I do want to see this. It's bad, please watch
- 31:19Speaker 4: it or bad? It's I thought it was terriflo.
- 31:23Speaker 2: But is it like a rom com? No, not at all.
- 31:26Speaker 2: It's very futuristic. It's basically about like when you turn sixteen,
- 31:29Speaker 2: you get like basically the bold filter put on your face.
- 31:32Speaker 2: You get to choose like how you want to look,
- 31:35Speaker 2: and everyone else's uglies the uglies, and then there's the pretties.
- 31:40Speaker 4: So that's the concept. Sounds bad. Check it out, you
- 31:44Speaker 4: might like it.
- 31:45Speaker 2: But then you headed to Vegas for iHeart Festival.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I've been doing not a lot of watching television.
- 31:51Speaker 3: I've just been like on planes and trains and things
- 31:55Speaker 3: as such, and prepping and packing and unpacking and then
- 31:58Speaker 3: packing again.
- 31:59Speaker 4: Yeah, but uh, what did I do? It was such
- 32:04Speaker 4: a blur.
- 32:04Speaker 3: It's so funny because there's so much going on, like
- 32:07Speaker 3: at the iHeart Radio Music Festival that like it's hard
- 32:10Speaker 3: to think back because it's it's so jam packed in
- 32:13Speaker 3: a matter of two days. But my Friday night was
- 32:17Speaker 3: actually very chill, so I got to really enjoy a
- 32:19Speaker 3: lot of the show dou a LiPo was like amazing,
- 32:23Speaker 3: and then Saturday was like a little chaotic. But what's
- 32:25Speaker 3: interesting is like I went out Friday night did this
- 32:28Speaker 3: after party. I had ended up getting home in like
- 32:30Speaker 3: one forty five, and Ryan had wanted to do like
- 32:33Speaker 3: a staff more like a staff run on Saturday morning,
- 32:37Speaker 3: and I was like, you know me, I'm like count oh.
- 32:39Speaker 3: I was like count me in, And so I did,
- 32:43Speaker 3: in fact set my alarm to meet him. And I
- 32:47Speaker 3: set my alarm for eight thirty because I thought we
- 32:48Speaker 3: were going to go at nine thirty. He ends up
- 32:51Speaker 3: wanting to go earlier, at like nine fifteen, So I'm
- 32:53Speaker 3: like rushing to get ready, and I was like I
- 32:56Speaker 3: need a coffee, Like I cannot go on a run
- 32:58Speaker 3: without a cup of coffee. And the line was like
- 33:01Speaker 3: wrapped around the casino. So I was like, there's no
- 33:03Speaker 3: way I'm making it through this line in a matter
- 33:05Speaker 3: of minutes. So I had to do this run outside
- 33:08Speaker 3: in Vegas Sons coffee, and Ryan was so much faster
- 33:13Speaker 3: than I thought, Like I thought we would be kind
- 33:15Speaker 3: of like on the same level.
- 33:19Speaker 4: That was a mistake.
- 33:20Speaker 2: He was very fast, So did you have to keep
- 33:23Speaker 2: pace with him?
- 33:23Speaker 3: Yes, Well I was a little bit behind, like I
- 33:26Speaker 3: was maybe like was it just you and him and
- 33:28Speaker 3: one other friend of ours?
- 33:30Speaker 2: It was the only people that said yes to the
- 33:32Speaker 2: morning run?
- 33:32Speaker 4: Correct, Yeah, yep, just running the strip, just running top
- 33:37Speaker 4: to bottom. We went all the way to the last
- 33:38Speaker 4: casino and back to a little over two miles. Do
- 33:40Speaker 4: people stop when you're with him?
- 33:43Speaker 3: Not at all, Actually quite the opposite. So he would
- 33:46Speaker 3: say hi, he would say hi to somebody. I would
- 33:48Speaker 3: hear him say hi to like a person, a runner,
- 33:50Speaker 3: passer buyer. They would not say hi to Ryan, And
- 33:53Speaker 3: then I would be like, hey, good morning, and they
- 33:55Speaker 3: would say hi to me.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Wow. It was actually quite hilarious. But I'm convinced it
- 34:00Speaker 4: was because he had his headphones in.
- 34:03Speaker 5: Were they they're air pods?
- 34:04Speaker 4: That air pods?
- 34:05Speaker 3: Yeah, but I'm like, why would you show up to
- 34:06Speaker 3: a run with your friend wearing air pods like we're
- 34:09Speaker 3: supposed to like to chat Like this is not you know,
- 34:11Speaker 3: you're not running by yourself.
- 34:12Speaker 7: It's hard to talk and run at the same time.
- 34:14Speaker 5: I get it.
- 34:16Speaker 4: Yeah, I would never do that. I will probably.
- 34:19Speaker 2: I think it would be very rare for us to
- 34:22Speaker 2: be on a run together. But I will have air
- 34:24Speaker 2: pods in if it ever happened.
- 34:26Speaker 5: Kept them.
- 34:26Speaker 3: He kept them in, but he did not put music on,
- 34:28Speaker 3: which I thought was a very nice compromise, you know,
- 34:31Speaker 3: like he had them in, but he wasn't like listening
- 34:33Speaker 3: to music.
- 34:38Speaker 4: Them because he had them.
- 34:39Speaker 3: We met at the bottom of the casino, so he
- 34:41Speaker 3: already had them.
- 34:42Speaker 4: So he's like, I'm not going to go back up
- 34:43Speaker 4: to my room and leave them all the time.
- 34:44Speaker 7: I store them in my ears.
- 34:45Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, the pocket right right right?
- 34:50Speaker 2: Did you you interviewed people right over? Who was who
- 34:53Speaker 2: did you interview?
- 34:54Speaker 3: I interviewed Hallsey, whom I love, and I inter viewed
- 35:00Speaker 3: Flavor Flavor, Tiffany Hattish Oh wow, yeah, and I think
- 35:05Speaker 3: there was just three of them.
- 35:06Speaker 4: Ohow yeah? Was it?
- 35:08Speaker 2: Was it like our usual?
- 35:10Speaker 3: Was no Crue oh wow, no Crew, No no Ben Higgy,
- 35:14Speaker 3: no Higgy well nope, no Wells whoa interesting?
- 35:20Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 35:20Speaker 3: It was like chiller in a way. Yeah, I bet yeah.
- 35:24Speaker 3: In the backstage.
- 35:26Speaker 2: So how are you feeling today?
- 35:27Speaker 4: On a Monday? So I'm feeling pretty bad.
- 35:31Speaker 3: I had this great idea to go home first thing
- 35:34Speaker 3: in the morning on Sunday, so I was like, I'm
- 35:36Speaker 3: on a seven thirty flight. I'll get home and I'll
- 35:38Speaker 3: just like be in bed all day. And I had
- 35:42Speaker 3: slept about two and a half hours, so I was
- 35:44Speaker 3: pretty miserable. And then I tried to like get home
- 35:47Speaker 3: and just sleep, like I unpacked, showered and tried to
- 35:50Speaker 3: like take a nap. A had a nail on my tire,
- 35:53Speaker 3: so Robbie took me to pet Boys to get it fixed,
- 35:55Speaker 3: and then I came back home, took another nap. He
- 35:57Speaker 3: had to wake me up to go pick up the car.
- 36:00Speaker 3: Then I came back home, did more work for Monday,
- 36:03Speaker 3: and then I went back to bed.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Wow, yeah, you had a much bisier day than I did,
- 36:08Speaker 2: and he deserved to have the day that I did.
- 36:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I really when we finished today, I'm just going
- 36:15Speaker 3: to go vertical.
- 36:16Speaker 4: Course all he's not vertical. Yes, yeah, I'm gonna must
- 36:20Speaker 4: not have a weird set up in your home or that's.
- 36:24Speaker 3: But like, you know what's so interesting that I realize
- 36:27Speaker 3: is I'm getting very needy because like we've been traveling
- 36:29Speaker 3: so much, and I've been away from Robbie, and I'll
- 36:32Speaker 3: come home and I'll just want to be with him
- 36:33Speaker 3: and spend time with him and he's just like, oh,
- 36:36Speaker 3: you know, and I love that for him, Like I
- 36:39Speaker 3: love it because he loves it so much and it's
- 36:41Speaker 3: like something that brings him joy.
- 36:42Speaker 4: And I never want to take his joy away. But
- 36:45Speaker 4: I'm like, I need a little attention.
- 36:48Speaker 2: What do you need from him? Like what is it
- 36:50Speaker 2: that you're looking for? Just like eye contact?
- 36:53Speaker 3: Eye contact, sitting with me, engaging in conversation.
- 36:56Speaker 2: But could you sit with him while he watches football
- 36:58Speaker 2: and not be like if he if you were like, hey,
- 37:01Speaker 2: like will you rub my feet while you watch football?
- 37:03Speaker 4: Like would that be something? I don't even need my
- 37:04Speaker 4: feet rubbed. Oh don't need it.
- 37:07Speaker 2: So you don't want to just sit with him?
- 37:09Speaker 4: I just want to talk.
- 37:10Speaker 5: This is the theme though, of this entire episode. Right
- 37:12Speaker 5: you're on the plane, you won't let Becka relax, sit back, sleep,
- 37:16Speaker 5: watch TV. It's constantly she needs to be constantly entertaining you,
- 37:20Speaker 5: or at least socializing with you. You're running with Ryan.
- 37:23Speaker 5: He can't listen to anything in his earbuds. He needs
- 37:25Speaker 5: to be constantly talking to you and entertaining you. And
- 37:27Speaker 5: then you go back home to Rabie and he's not
- 37:30Speaker 5: allowed to watch football because you need constant attention. Now,
- 37:32Speaker 5: I feel like there's something here we could delve deeper into.
- 37:35Speaker 2: This brings me back to our first night in Rosemont, Illinois,
- 37:39Speaker 2: and we're in a hotel restaurant. Tanya's having a dead
- 37:43Speaker 2: serious conversation. Like we're having a conversation. She goes, I
- 37:46Speaker 2: realized that I'm needy, and she says it so seriously
- 37:51Speaker 2: that I'm like looking around, like, am I being friend?
- 37:57Speaker 5: I'm sorry?
- 37:57Speaker 4: What he just hit? It just hit me.
- 38:01Speaker 3: Yeah, at least I'm self aware at this point, and
- 38:04Speaker 3: I'm this and I say it's a Robbie too, Like
- 38:06Speaker 3: I'm like, look, I know that, Like I don't want
- 38:09Speaker 3: you to stop watching your football and playing with your
- 38:10Speaker 3: friends on your phone, Like I know that that brings
- 38:12Speaker 3: you joy, but like I'm tired, I'm exhausted, I'm depleted,
- 38:15Speaker 3: and like I just want I'm needy.
- 38:18Speaker 4: I just need you to just like look at me.
- 38:20Speaker 15: I know.
- 38:20Speaker 2: So that's what I'm saying. What do you commune? Like
- 38:22Speaker 2: do you know exactly what you want from him? Or
- 38:25Speaker 2: is it more like you can't figure it out and
- 38:28Speaker 2: it's a lose lose no matter what he does.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Right now, it's a lose lose I think it's just about.
- 38:34Speaker 2: From the airport twice. That's a love language. Yeah's sonny.
- 38:36Speaker 4: I know.
- 38:37Speaker 3: I know he brought Sonny like videotaped hers so cute.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Help me fix the nail and my tire. Yeah, I know,
- 38:44Speaker 3: he's a I love.
- 38:45Speaker 2: Him, I know, but I'm saying, like sometimes when Haley
- 38:49Speaker 2: is like I can't feel I said, okay.
- 38:51Speaker 3: I said, I said, Monday, and you're done with work.
- 38:54Speaker 3: Do you have plans? And he like laughed, I never
- 38:57Speaker 3: have plans.
- 38:58Speaker 4: Okay, what do you what?
- 38:59Speaker 3: And I go, can we get in bed early and
- 39:02Speaker 3: watch the Americans? That's all I want, of course.
- 39:08Speaker 2: And now he gets to have time with you. You
- 39:10Speaker 2: get to have time with him. You'll get to do
- 39:12Speaker 2: something you love to do together because you just exactly
- 39:15Speaker 2: what you needed.
- 39:16Speaker 3: But let's see, because there is football on tonight, so
- 39:18Speaker 3: let's let's just see how it turns out.
- 39:20Speaker 2: The phone here and there.
- 39:21Speaker 4: But that's okay, fine, fine, that's fine. Fine, we have
- 39:26Speaker 4: to wrap break. I think we got to go. We've
- 39:30Speaker 4: gotta be done. We gotta know.
- 39:31Speaker 2: I think we do break and then come back. I
- 39:34Speaker 2: saw the sound of music for the first time this weekend.

- 41:05Speaker 15: Hey, I'm Jana Kramer. As they say, those that cannot
- 41:09Speaker 15: do teach. Actually, I think I finally got it right.
- 41:12Speaker 15: So take the failures I've had the second or even
- 41:15Speaker 15: third whatever, maybe the fourth time around.
- 41:18Speaker 1: I'm Jenny Garth. Twenty nine years ago, Kelly Taylor said
- 41:22Speaker 1: these words, I choose me. She made her choice. She
- 41:25Speaker 1: chose herself when it comes to love, choose you first.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Hi, everyone, I'm Amy Robot and I'm TJ.
- 41:32Speaker 9: Holmes, and we are well not necessarily relationship experts. If
- 41:36Speaker 9: you're ready to dive back into the dating pool and
- 41:39Speaker 9: find lasting love.
- 41:41Speaker 15: Finally, we want to help listen to I Do Part
- 41:43Speaker 15: two starting September nineteenth on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts

- 41:54Speaker 3: You can talk about Sean Ashmore changing his Instagramley what
- 41:58Speaker 3: a win that was.
- 42:00Speaker 2: The fans are out for Sean Ashmore. They love him,
- 42:05Speaker 2: and I guess he has a twin. Wo People are like,
- 42:09Speaker 2: I never know if it's his. Is this a joke
- 42:11Speaker 2: or something like in the fandom that I don't know about,
- 42:13Speaker 2: Or does Sewan Ashmore have a twin because he does,
- 42:20Speaker 2: I don't know. I never know which one is which.
- 42:23Speaker 2: So anyways, Yeah, people love Sean and he changed his
- 42:29Speaker 2: bio to.
- 42:30Speaker 4: The original Internet boyfriend. Honestly, Sam, you should feel really
- 42:34Speaker 4: good about that.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Like Sam and Crystal had an absolute win. Yeah, truly
- 42:40Speaker 2: from the Seawan recognition. So, yeah, I've never seen Sound
- 42:45Speaker 2: of Music. It's one of those things that like, it's
- 42:47Speaker 2: like a fun fact about me that shocks everyone, stops
- 42:51Speaker 2: the conversation where.
- 42:52Speaker 5: Everybody has those movies that just fell through the crack them.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Yeah. I could just see my mom trying to show
- 42:57Speaker 2: me that when I was younger, me being like, yeah, bored,
- 43:01Speaker 2: what is this?
- 43:01Speaker 9: You know?
- 43:02Speaker 2: But we went with Haley's family for her mom's birthday.
- 43:05Speaker 4: We did.
- 43:05Speaker 2: They had a sing along at the Hollywood Bowl, So
- 43:09Speaker 2: I said, let me just see it in the most
- 43:11Speaker 2: epic way possible. But man, you know, when you're surrounded
- 43:15Speaker 2: by that many fans of a movie and it's a
- 43:18Speaker 2: singlong and you don't know a single word to anything.
- 43:21Speaker 4: I felt.
- 43:22Speaker 2: I felt imposter syndrome, like I shouldn't be there, you know.
- 43:27Speaker 2: I'm like, man, I took a ticket for any of
- 43:29Speaker 2: those songs A music, so long, farewell, Yeah, yeah, a
- 43:38Speaker 2: few of my favorite things, Like I know things here
- 43:40Speaker 2: and there, but I didn't know like the storyline or anything,
- 43:43Speaker 2: you know, so they were like cheering when she would
- 43:45Speaker 2: like tell him off.
- 43:46Speaker 4: But what a legend.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Honestly, I was also so impressed by the talent that
- 43:52Speaker 2: people had to have back in that time to be
- 43:55Speaker 2: actresses and actors and do like one takes is incredible.
- 44:01Speaker 2: One takes well because they were shooting on film and
- 44:03Speaker 2: so it'd be like one take without having edits or
- 44:06Speaker 2: cuts for certain scenes.
- 44:09Speaker 3: Direct the DASA datesa entertainment aficionado, and now she knows
- 44:15Speaker 3: all all the things.
- 44:16Speaker 2: It's just paying attention. Yeah yeah, yeah, you don't know
- 44:19Speaker 2: anything about being a lawyer.
- 44:21Speaker 4: No.
- 44:24Speaker 7: I saw some clips from the Hollywood Bull showed. It
- 44:26Speaker 7: was so fun seeing like like Julie Andrews walks on
- 44:28Speaker 7: screen and everyone freaks out, like getting Avengers. You know,
- 44:30Speaker 7: It's like I wish I was there so bad.
- 44:33Speaker 3: I will say watching movies at the Hollywood Bowl when
- 44:36Speaker 3: they have like the full live band.
- 44:38Speaker 4: It's so I think I watched like Beating the Beast
- 44:40Speaker 4: or something and something. Yeah.
- 44:42Speaker 2: The first photo I have of me, you and Haley
- 44:44Speaker 2: is from that night Beating the Beast.
- 44:46Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's like you're seeing this movie that you've
- 44:48Speaker 3: seen a hundred times, but having a live orchestra just
- 44:51Speaker 3: like makes it so much better.
- 44:53Speaker 2: There wasn't a live orchestra. It was basically karaoke.
- 44:58Speaker 4: Like the song.
- 45:00Speaker 2: It was like the words were on the screen and
- 45:02Speaker 2: everyone was singing along. It was It was cool, but
- 45:09Speaker 2: we left early, so I still haven't seen the whole thing.
- 45:13Speaker 5: It's a lot of traffic. Yeah, yeah, we'll catch just
- 45:16Speaker 5: on DVD.
- 45:17Speaker 4: You need to go home and get vertical and watch
- 45:20Speaker 4: not vertical music.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I will because I quite enjoyed it. But yeah,
- 45:27Speaker 2: that was a little bit about me and Mark. Something
- 45:30Speaker 2: significant happened in your life.
- 45:32Speaker 5: Man. Everybody goes through it, and I get it. But
- 45:34Speaker 5: my daughter went off to college and it's the worst.
- 45:37Speaker 5: It is brutal.
- 45:39Speaker 4: Where'd she go? Where's she going?
- 45:40Speaker 5: You see San Diego?
- 45:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't know. I thought for some reason it
- 45:45Speaker 2: was a little bit closer but.
- 45:48Speaker 5: Some of her friends are on the East coast for sure.
- 45:51Speaker 5: My wife went down there last week to set up
- 45:54Speaker 5: the dorm. That's amazing and that stuff. You should see
- 45:56Speaker 5: the use of space that she came up with and
- 45:59Speaker 5: how you know there. They had to get maintenance for
- 46:01Speaker 5: one thing, but everything else that you would normally go
- 46:03Speaker 5: to maintenance, my wife went to Target and bought a
- 46:05Speaker 5: screwdriver because you can bring one, and just hammered it
- 46:08Speaker 5: and just fixed everything that needed to be fixed. For
- 46:10Speaker 5: one thing that's driving her crazy. But it's beautiful. It's
- 46:12Speaker 5: a great dorm and everything is really cute. And then
- 46:14Speaker 5: I went down there on Saturday. It's been the day
- 46:15Speaker 5: with her because Andy had to take my other daughter
- 46:17Speaker 5: would do a dance convention. It was a crazy weekend,
- 46:19Speaker 5: but man, I thought I was going to get through it.
- 46:22Speaker 5: I thought I was gonna be okay. But then I
- 46:23Speaker 5: said goodbye to her and I just started losing it.
- 46:25Speaker 5: And she was like, oh, go get out of here,
- 46:26Speaker 5: Get out of here, go because she doesn't want to
- 46:27Speaker 5: lose it. She wanted me to lose it. We're in
- 46:29Speaker 5: the quad, like there's people around. I can't be breaking
- 46:32Speaker 5: down in front. It was so it was just it's
- 46:35Speaker 5: really really difficult. We're going through it right now.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Does she have a roommate or two roommates.
- 46:42Speaker 5: They seem nice, but they've not been around much. Classes
- 46:44Speaker 5: don't start till Thursday, so they've been kind of in
- 46:46Speaker 5: and out. But she's she's feeling a little homesick and
- 46:49Speaker 5: that's hard.
- 46:50Speaker 4: That's hard.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Don't want to just be like, come back, yeah, just
