Roger Wheeler State Beach in Narragansett just got a major upgrade—its boardwalk and bulkhead are officially reopened after months of work, making it even better than before. The project, launched in August 2024, expanded the boardwalk, relocated a decades-old waterline, and added erosion-fighting sand and dune protection.
