HubSpot added a Leads card and a Prospecting Agent card to the Sales Extension sidebar, so reps can see lead stage and the agent's drafts and signals without leaving Gmail or Outlook. Here's what each card shows, the beta catch, who gets it, and who can set it up.
Who it's for: sales reps who prospect from their inbox, and the Super Admins who configure the HubSpot Sales extension. HubSpot lists sidebar customization for all products and plans; the Prospecting Agent itself needs a Starter or higher hub or Smart CRM Professional or Enterprise, plus HubSpot Credits.
