- 1:36Speaker 5: name is Marcus Smoot.
- 1:37Speaker 3: What's up, you guys? It's your girl, Miss Lyric.
- 1:39Speaker 1: We got new shit.
- 1:42Speaker 5: It's not my shit. It's not Lyric's shit. It's Elle's shit.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Because he's decided to join the show.
- 1:49Speaker 6: What up, Elle? What's up, what's up everybody? I'm L-Train,
- 1:51Speaker 6: so glad to be here. What's going on?
- 1:54Speaker 5: Yo, we got a new co-host here. This is great.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Isn't it great? We have new shit.
- 2:00Speaker 6: My shit.
- 2:00Speaker 5: Your shit.
- 2:03Speaker 6: What's going on with you, sir? Wasn't ready for that
- 2:05Speaker 6: one yet.
- 2:07Speaker 5: So, as you all know, you've, you're not, if you've
- 2:10Speaker 5: listened to this show before, you're not unfamiliar with who
- 2:14Speaker 5: L-Train is from the Regular Ratchet podcast, but hey, maybe
- 2:18Speaker 5: you don't know who he is as a person, so
- 2:20Speaker 5: why don't you tell the listeners what you want them
- 2:22Speaker 5: to know? Wow.
- 2:24Speaker 6: I'm no drink. Professional by day, podcast guy by every
- 2:28Speaker 6: other time. What do you want me to tell people?
- 2:31Speaker 5: I want you to let the listeners know who you
- 2:34Speaker 5: are and what you are intending to bring to the podcast.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:38Speaker 6: Lots of energy. Hopefully a third perspective sometimes. I think
- 2:45Speaker 6: I've been such a fan of the show, so when
- 2:46Speaker 6: I listen, it's always cool.
- 2:47Speaker 5: No, don't say fan. That's awful. I hate it.
- 2:50Speaker 6: I've been an avid listener of the show.
- 2:52Speaker 7: So there's so many times where I'm listening to you
- 2:55Speaker 7: two and I'm like, but wait a minute, what about,
- 2:57Speaker 7: what about? And I'm just having conversations all in my
- 3:00Speaker 7: head the whole time.
- 3:00Speaker 6: While I'm walking.
- 3:01Speaker 5: You and everybody else in the car.
- 3:02Speaker 6: Right. So I'm excited about being able to bring that
- 3:06Speaker 6: third perspective.
- 3:07Speaker 5: Absolutely, and Miss Lyric, we've been doing this for so long. Okay,
- 3:13Speaker 5: so for those of you that don't know, the show,
- 3:17Speaker 5: the podcast itself, this is our fourth season doing the podcast,
- 3:21Speaker 5: but you have to understand that the show, the radio show,
- 3:25Speaker 5: has lasted, oh God, I even listened to a broadcast
- 3:30Speaker 5: from 2015 this morning. Don't you know that? Wow. Yeah, yeah.
- 3:34Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 3:35Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:36Speaker 5: Yeah. I'm not that same nigga, but still. Roots.
- 3:44Speaker 6: I have roots there.
- 3:46Speaker 5: We all evolve into people, but I'm not quite there.
- 3:52Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying? Either way, I believe that
- 3:57Speaker 5: our chemistry, the way that we've been able to adapt
- 4:02Speaker 5: to different conversations, Lyric and I often agree that There's
- 4:06Speaker 5: some stuff we don't agree with, but we often agree.
- 4:10Speaker 5: But it would be nice to introduce a third perspective after,
- 4:13Speaker 5: you know, Ticketman not being here anymore. But, you know,
- 4:15Speaker 5: it's always been a show catered towards three people. And, yeah,
- 4:20Speaker 5: we're going to bring that to you. So that being said,
- 4:24Speaker 5: we're just going to have a conversation this week so
- 4:26Speaker 5: that you all get to know us. We're not going
- 4:29Speaker 5: to do the structural breakdown. We're not going to do
- 4:32Speaker 5: the independent segments. We're just going to be us. And
- 4:37Speaker 5: we're looking forward to bringing us to you as we
- 4:40Speaker 5: break down our weeks.
- 4:43Speaker 6: Three-part harmony.
- 4:45Speaker 8: Okay?
- 4:45Speaker 5: Three-part harmony. All of that. We'll be right back here
- 4:50Speaker 5: on WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 4:53Speaker 9: I've been working a nine-to-five for more than half the
- 4:56Speaker 9: time I've been alive. Paying somebody's Uncle Sam because he's
- 5:01Speaker 9: no uncle of mine.
- 5:03Speaker 10: For 20 years, I'd say that's a long damn time.
- 5:09Speaker 9: Putting my dreams on hold to build yours, just to
- 5:12Speaker 9: get my foot in a barely open door, bringing my
- 5:16Speaker 9: creative ideas to the table, helping you keep your department stable,
- 5:19Speaker 9: coming early, staying late to only get a 15-minute lunch break.
- 5:27Speaker 10: I got cramps, back pain, and heavy.
- 5:30Speaker 9: Bleeding, but you want me to smile and attend this
- 5:33Speaker 9: stupid ass staff meeting, bruh.
- 5:40Speaker 10: This could have been an email.
- 5:46Speaker 9: I'm unfazed by your little 50 cent raise. See, I
- 5:50Speaker 9: got big bills that got to get big paid. Want
- 5:53Speaker 9: me to do the maximum or minimum wage. And when
- 5:56Speaker 9: I'm ready to go, you need two weeks for me
- 6:00Speaker 9: to let you know. But after three years, it only
- 6:03Speaker 9: took two seconds to let me go.
- 6:08Speaker 10: Two years later, you want me back. Like, are you dumb?
- 6:10Speaker 9: Said you might win some, but you.
- 6:14Speaker 4: Two.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Two.
- 6:20Speaker 9: I say I was a pretty good friend to you.
- 6:24Speaker 9: Keeping in contact the way friends are supposed to. We
- 6:29Speaker 9: go way back. Knew you since we were kids. Grew
- 6:31Speaker 9: so close we start to call each other twin. Remembered
- 6:35Speaker 9: your birthday. I mean, we are the same sign. But
- 6:38Speaker 9: clearly we wasn't on the same type of time. See,
- 6:40Speaker 9: I was next to you at the lowest of your low.
- 6:43Speaker 9: Shed light on your darkness just to help you grow.
- 6:47Speaker 9: Gave you clean clothes and a place to lay your head.
- 6:50Speaker 9: When you slept on your dreams, I helped you stay
- 6:52Speaker 9: woke instead. Listened to your secrets and never did I judge.
- 6:57Speaker 9: When I told you things had changed between us, you
- 6:59Speaker 9: didn't budge. Throwing subs, you didn't think that I was
- 7:03Speaker 9: gonna catch. You really wore your true colors, but your
- 7:05Speaker 9: shoes didn't match. Y'all gotta chill. Never been one to
- 7:19Speaker 9: brag about what I've done, cause that's whack. Just make
- 7:23Speaker 9: sure you clean the knife after you take it out
- 7:25Speaker 9: my back. Cause I know where I stood when it's
- 7:27Speaker 9: all said and done. Said you might win some, but
- 7:30Speaker 9: you just lost one.
- 7:32Speaker 11: Three.
- 7:36Speaker 10: There's a lot of people that lost me, so. Damn,
- 7:45Speaker 10: you took a lot out of me.
- 7:48Speaker 9: I showed you I loved you and you still doubted me.
- 7:53Speaker 9: Gaslighting and projecting your insecurities at this big age, you
- 7:57Speaker 9: still ain't reached maturity. You asked for my whole heart
- 8:04Speaker 9: as if I was a donor.
- 8:05Speaker 10: You must think that I'm a Simpsons kind of like Homer.
- 8:09Speaker 9: Why would I give you something you can't handle when
- 8:13Speaker 9: every other day you.
- 8:14Speaker 10: Flip flop like a sandal?
- 8:17Speaker 9: Everything is great and then you got my mind thinking
- 8:19Speaker 9: how to get away with murder because this feels like
- 8:22Speaker 9: a scandal. Always tripping and you love the vacation. Pockets
- 8:28Speaker 9: say you rich but got poor communication.
- 8:31Speaker 11: No.
- 8:42Speaker 9: You were always stripping and you loved the vacation. Pockets
- 8:45Speaker 9: say you rich but got poor communication. You was on
- 8:49Speaker 9: that bull and you played like 23, baby. You gonna
- 8:52Speaker 9: always lose when you play against me. See, my cutoff
- 8:56Speaker 9: game is crazy. See, my cutoff game is crazy. One
- 9:02Speaker 9: thing that's not considered is I do it to the
- 9:04Speaker 9: people that be handing me the scissors. I spun the
- 9:08Speaker 9: block for you and I don't give second chances. And
- 9:11Speaker 9: you knew that.
- 9:11Speaker 10: About me, yet you still took me for granted.
- 9:16Speaker 9: But I'm no longer yours. I'm on to the next one.
- 9:19Speaker 9: Said you might win some, but you.
- 9:21Speaker 5: Just lost one.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Poem.
- 9:24Speaker 5: Take us to war.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Take us on the go.
- 9:26Speaker 5: Take us wherever you go. WRTR.
- 9:29Speaker 6: Real Talk Radio.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Alright, niggas. We black and.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Lyric.
- 9:37Speaker 5: Somebody wrote into the show. They asked Do you really
- 9:41Speaker 5: dye your hair that much as a black woman? And
- 9:44Speaker 5: if so, what dye do you use?
- 9:48Speaker 1: Wait, first of all, what the fuck type of question
- 9:50Speaker 1: is that? Second of all, they're wigs. Yes, I do
- 9:54Speaker 1: dye my hair, but I use whatever I feel like
- 9:58Speaker 1: and in that moment like i'm not a stylist i
- 10:02Speaker 1: just do what i want to.
- 10:03Speaker 12: Do no but you know what i feel it i
- 10:06Speaker 12: love the fact that people okay so if you want
- 10:09Speaker 12: to see come out to one of her shows she's
- 10:12Speaker 12: on a level up No, I'm not.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Wait. Pause. Stop. I have to cut this out. You
- 10:18Speaker 5: quit a level out?
- 10:20Speaker 13: I got fired on my day off.
- 10:22Speaker 3: What you talking about? They fired me.
- 10:24Speaker 6: Hold on.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Pause.
- 10:26Speaker 5: I'm cutting this off. Okay, so I have to start
- 10:28Speaker 5: this whole intro again. No, you ain't got to.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Cut nothing off. Because guess what?
- 10:32Speaker 1: He listens to this podcast and he know what's up. Yeah,
- 10:35Speaker 1: I can talk about it.
- 10:36Speaker 5: I'm going to tell the truth. So you don't want
- 10:39Speaker 5: me to cut this out of the podcast?
- 10:40Speaker 3: I'm not doing that fake shit, no.
- 10:42Speaker 5: Not a problem. So, wait, because I've been sharing his shit. What's,
- 10:48Speaker 5: what happened?
- 10:49Speaker 1: So, he fired me on my motherfucking day off. Actually,
- 10:52Speaker 1: it wasn't really him. It was really his partner, who
- 10:55Speaker 1: is the cowbell player.
- 10:56Speaker 5: You said the cowbell player.
- 11:01Speaker 3: They had.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Okay, the person that bangs the cowbell. Fired you. Hold on.
- 11:12Speaker 3: They had rehearsal. Nope.
- 11:14Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 11:14Speaker 6: Stop.
- 11:15Speaker 5: Pause. Nope. The cowbell nigga fired you, the vocalist, the
- 11:24Speaker 5: queen of the DMV.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Yes, because he owns part of the band. So let
- 11:31Speaker 1: me go through what happened that day.
- 11:33Speaker 5: Sure.
- 11:34Speaker 3: So it was very, very weird.
- 11:37Speaker 1: When I first got with ExpressBand, I already told them that,
- 11:41Speaker 1: you know, it was more so a financial move. It
- 11:47Speaker 1: wasn't nothing crazy because I wasn't trying to be sneaky
- 11:51Speaker 1: or anything. It's just that I needed the money. And
- 11:55Speaker 1: it kind of fell into my lap. I didn't think
- 11:57Speaker 1: anything of it because, one... When I first came back
- 12:00Speaker 1: to A Level Up, Black was playing with Perfect Circle.
- 12:04Speaker 3: He was their keyboard player.
- 12:05Speaker 1: They have, let me speak in past tense, they have
- 12:08Speaker 1: a keyboard player who always gigs with other bands. One
- 12:13Speaker 1: of the guys in the front line, he has a
- 12:15Speaker 1: whole nother fucking band that.
- 12:17Speaker 3: He sings in.
- 12:18Speaker 5: Okay.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Everybody is allowed to play with other bands and go
- 12:23Speaker 1: get that bag it's like an open relationship that i
- 12:27Speaker 1: went to get a bag it was a fucking whole
- 12:29Speaker 1: last problem they told me that they didn't like it
- 12:33Speaker 1: i want to share their first lady it looked bad
- 12:36Speaker 1: for optics it was all of these excuses and double
- 12:40Speaker 1: standards right so when we last talked he was like
- 12:45Speaker 1: I still don't like it.
- 12:45Speaker 3: I understand.
- 12:46Speaker 1: You know, I've just got to figure this out how
- 12:48Speaker 1: we're going to move forward. That was our conversation. Then
- 12:53Speaker 1: there was this practice. And since we didn't talk again,
- 12:58Speaker 1: I'm not going to go and grab a microphone and
- 13:01Speaker 1: be embarrassed in front of my peers. Like, oh, no,
- 13:05Speaker 1: we need to have a conversation pulled aside in front
- 13:07Speaker 1: of everybody. We're going to have a conversation. We should
- 13:10Speaker 1: have had it before the rehearsal started. So I kind
- 13:13Speaker 1: of sat back and just let them rehearse and didn't
- 13:15Speaker 1: really participate because we didn't have a conversation saying what
- 13:19Speaker 1: he decided. After that rehearsal, me and my husband sitting
- 13:25Speaker 1: back here in the second part of our studio, right,
- 13:28Speaker 1: just chilling, they decided they want to have a talk.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And they basically said, you know, well, because of optics,
- 13:37Speaker 1: the same thing. We don't really want to share our
- 13:39Speaker 1: first lady. It doesn't look good. I said, that's weird
- 13:42Speaker 1: because in the state of go-go now, nobody is doing that.
- 13:45Speaker 1: I didn't see Miss Kim jump on stages with other bands.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I didn't see Pam feature, Steve Roy feature. Everybody collaborates
- 13:55Speaker 1: with other bands. What is the problem? They just was like, no,
- 14:00Speaker 1: that's not something that we.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Want to do. So I was like, you know what?
- 14:03Speaker 3: That's fine. have at it. So yes, I got fired
- 14:07Speaker 3: on my day home. Damn. The spin is, I don't.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Know, what the fuck type narrative they're trying to, they
- 14:15Speaker 1: was trying to spin at first. I don't think it's
- 14:17Speaker 1: that way now because I had to clock some fucking tea.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Okay.
- 14:22Speaker 1: But we had a session with another band running their rehearsal, right?
- 14:28Speaker 1: And the guy comes out and speaks to Christopher and
- 14:32Speaker 1: he's like, Yeah, Black's kind of upset right now because
- 14:36Speaker 1: his singer left him.
- 14:38Speaker 5: Oh, so then they're trying to spin the narrative that you...
- 14:41Speaker 5: Are you.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Oh, no, girl.
- 14:45Speaker 8: I said.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I was so mad.
- 14:46Speaker 3: All right, so fuck a... I was so mad.
- 14:48Speaker 5: He didn't have to say anything. So fuck a level-up band,
- 14:53Speaker 5: and now I'm unfollowing. I'm doing that as we speak.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Keep talking.
- 14:57Speaker 3: So basically, right, he.
- 14:58Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 15:02Speaker 1: He been telling people that I left or not correct.
- 15:07Speaker 1: And even if he hasn't, he's not correcting these assumptions.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Which I need you to do. Because one thing's for
- 15:14Speaker 1: sure and two things for certain. Don't put me out
- 15:17Speaker 1: there so you can save face. That's not cool. Like,
- 15:23Speaker 1: you sitting here doing all this, that, and the third.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Whether you're speaking on me or not, you're not correcting
- 15:30Speaker 1: these people. with these assumptions. And I have a whole
- 15:34Speaker 1: ass problem with that. I had to correct one of
- 15:38Speaker 1: my bandmates. One of my ex-bandmates. He said something on
- 15:42Speaker 1: one of my birthday posts. I'm in my feelings that
- 15:45Speaker 1: you're not in the band no more. And I'm just like,
- 15:47Speaker 1: why are you in your feelings?
- 15:48Speaker 3: You need to be in your feelings towards that nigga.
- 15:51Speaker 3: And that nigga.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Because I didn't have no dog.
- 15:55Speaker 3: In that fight at all.
- 15:57Speaker 5: Those are the ones.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Once they made the decision for me to no longer
- 16:01Speaker 1: be in the band. And, of course, since I'm not
- 16:03Speaker 1: in the band, Chris was like, I'm not going to
- 16:06Speaker 1: be in it either.
- 16:07Speaker 5: Oh, wow. So your husband left also. Damn.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Of course.
- 16:11Speaker 6: Wow. Okay.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Yeah, we move as a unit around these parts.
- 16:14Speaker 5: I mean, that's fine.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Oh, wow.
- 16:17Speaker 5: Okay. So, yeah. They are officially a follow.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I will say this, regardless of what happened, you know.
- 16:26Speaker 1: That's band shit. I'm a people person. Even though I
- 16:31Speaker 1: don't like how it was done, because let's be clear,
- 16:35Speaker 1: I've done a lot for people behind the scenes that
- 16:39Speaker 1: I don't feel the need to speak on. So just
- 16:42Speaker 1: to be done like that, it was just very off-putting
- 16:45Speaker 1: and I expected better.
- 16:47Speaker 3: But that's still my brother.
- 16:49Speaker 1: His kid still calls me auntie.
- 16:54Speaker 3: It's no bad blood.
- 16:55Speaker 1: He's still going to help me manage the studio or
- 16:58Speaker 1: whatever when we move.
- 17:00Speaker 3: And that's another thing. We're moving.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Okay.
- 17:02Speaker 5: Oh, wait.
- 17:03Speaker 3: The studio's going to be moving to uptown D.C.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Work.
- 17:07Speaker 3: We already got the location.
- 17:08Speaker 5: Work.
- 17:09Speaker 1: So, it's just been a lot going on. But that's
- 17:13Speaker 1: the tea as far as I'm concerned. Like, it's just
- 17:16Speaker 1: been crazy trying to navigate all this stuff. unnecessary-ass drama
- 17:21Speaker 1: because adults don't know how to communicate with each other.
- 17:24Speaker 3: But it is what it is.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Okay.
- 17:27Speaker 5: So, like us breaking down everything that's going on with you, so, like,
- 17:33Speaker 5: give the listeners a little bit about what your new
- 17:37Speaker 5: band and everything, like, what's your trajectory right now? Like,
- 17:41Speaker 5: what's going on with you specifically?
- 17:44Speaker 3: I mean, there's some stuff with that that I won't even,
- 17:46Speaker 3: I mean, nope. I'll say this. No situation is ever
- 17:50Speaker 3: going to be a perfect situation.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Never.
- 17:52Speaker 3: Let's just be clear.
- 17:53Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 17:55Speaker 1: However, I do like the fact that they respect my
- 17:59Speaker 1: artistry enough to listen to me and to be open
- 18:02Speaker 1: to ideas. And it doesn't take them months and months
- 18:07Speaker 1: and weeks to actually put forth my ideas and do
- 18:12Speaker 1: what I'm asking of them. It's like immediate. So that's different.
- 18:16Speaker 3: I like that.
- 18:20Speaker 1: We do have shows already booked for the entire month
- 18:26Speaker 1: of September.
- 18:27Speaker 3: We are booked every freaking weekend.
- 18:29Speaker 5: That is incredible.
- 18:30Speaker 3: So I am going to be busy.
- 18:31Speaker 5: That is incredible.
- 18:33Speaker 1: And I think there might be a day party. I
- 18:34Speaker 1: might be in and out of one of these shows,
- 18:39Speaker 1: saying hi and bye, because we got a day party
- 18:42Speaker 1: coming up. I think I want to say it's on
- 18:44Speaker 1: the 12th.
- 18:45Speaker 3: The 12th. If I'm not mistaken. Yep. So we're booked
- 18:50Speaker 3: and busy.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I think the next thing now is to try to
- 18:53Speaker 1: get a weekly spot because that's going to, of course,
- 18:57Speaker 1: bring more visibility to the band and, you know, get
- 19:02Speaker 1: people to, you know, follow us.
- 19:05Speaker 3: And, you know, we gain fans and stuff like that.
- 19:07Speaker 3: So that's the next move.
- 19:09Speaker 5: Good to hear.
- 19:10Speaker 6: Where are your show dates posted?
- 19:13Speaker 1: I think they're on ExpressBand's Facebook page, if I'm not mistaken.
- 19:17Speaker 1: But I will be posting them on my personal page.
- 19:23Speaker 5: There have been several listeners that have written in.
- 19:25Speaker 1: On Instagram and TikTok and Facebook as soon as I
- 19:27Speaker 1: get the promo videos together.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Listen, there have been several listeners that have listened in and,
- 19:32Speaker 5: you know, asked or have written in, rather, and asked,
- 19:36Speaker 5: you know, what's going on with the band and where
- 19:39Speaker 5: can they see it. And these are local and Somebody
- 19:42Speaker 5: even asked if you guys ever tour.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Yeah, we're actually going out well, I wouldn't consider that tour,
- 19:49Speaker 1: but it's far.
- 19:50Speaker 3: It's a tour for me. It's two hours away.
- 19:54Speaker 5: Listen, somebody that, somebody.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Aylet, Virginia, I've never even heard of that, and I'm
- 20:01Speaker 1: from Virginia. I don't know where Aylet is, but we're
- 20:04Speaker 1: supposed to be doing a show out there.
- 20:05Speaker 5: Somebody in Houston hit us up, believe it or not.
- 20:08Speaker 5: You know that?
- 20:10Speaker 3: What?
- 20:10Speaker 5: Somebody in Houston hit us up and asked, hey, you
- 20:14Speaker 5: know what?
- 20:14Speaker 3: Bullshit.
- 20:15Speaker 13: We got a booking site.
- 20:16Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 20:17Speaker 5: I mean, you know, because they were asking because I
- 20:20Speaker 5: don't know. Does Houston have a Go-Go? No. Go-Go is
- 20:24Speaker 5: like specific to like DMV, right?
- 20:26Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Nope.
- 20:27Speaker 5: No, it ain't.
- 20:28Speaker 6: It's not?
- 20:29Speaker 3: That's the biggest misconception.
- 20:31Speaker 5: Let me step myself back.
- 20:33Speaker 1: There is Go-Go bands in Japan. What is y'all talking about?
- 20:36Speaker 5: Are you shitting me?
- 20:38Speaker 3: I'm not lying.
- 20:39Speaker 6: Are they good?
- 20:41Speaker 1: Black Alley has went over to Africa and taught children
- 20:45Speaker 1: how to play go-go. There's a go-go band in Alabama.
- 20:49Speaker 1: There's a go-go band in North Carolina. There's a go-go
- 20:52Speaker 1: band in Ohio. Huh.
- 20:54Speaker 3: Yes. Okay. They're popping up. We are influencing other people.
- 21:00Speaker 3: We are, yeah.
- 21:02Speaker 6: Okay.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Well, shit. I did not know this.
- 21:05Speaker 3: We could go down to Texas and give them a little.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Dolly Parton slash Beyonce go-go beat.
- 21:13Speaker 5: Can we talk about that? Can we talk about that
- 21:16Speaker 5: for a second? Why do y'all keep Grim Reaper? Step
- 21:20Speaker 5: up real quick. Let's talk.
- 21:22Speaker 6: I thought they were already on a pit. It's time
- 21:25Speaker 6: to terminate. It's time to terminate. They keep on getting
- 21:29Speaker 6: the wrong one.
- 21:31Speaker 5: They do.
- 21:32Speaker 6: Don't be.
- 21:33Speaker 3: The address is right there.
- 21:35Speaker 5: Listen, you keep taking all the 80-year-olds that ain't the
- 21:38Speaker 5: one we want you to take.
- 21:39Speaker 6: Make sure she okay. Okay.
- 21:45Speaker 3: I'm just, man, just please don't take Patty.
- 21:49Speaker 5: I'm not ready. Please don't do that.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Don't take Shaka.
- 21:51Speaker 8: No.
- 21:51Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I will lose
- 21:53Speaker 5: my shit.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Like, I'm dead ass serious. Please don't.
- 21:57Speaker 5: And usually when he be reaping like this, he'll snatch
- 22:00Speaker 5: somebody that you just absolutely don't expect. Somebody in their
- 22:05Speaker 5: 20s and 30s. Please, please don't take.
- 22:08Speaker 15: Hayden.
- 22:08Speaker 5: Please don't take Boosie.
- 22:10Speaker 3: I know.
- 22:11Speaker 5: Please don't take Boosie.
- 22:15Speaker 3: She was 36.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 22:17Speaker 5: Please don't take Boosie. Please don't take Robert. Please. Please.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Oh, yes, I did.
- 22:23Speaker 3: I sent it to the group chat.
- 22:24Speaker 5: Don't take Chris Brown.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Grimtavious Devon Reparian.
- 22:28Speaker 5: You did. Grimtavious. The Grim Reaper's new name is?
- 22:39Speaker 1: His new name is Grimtavious Devon Reparian.
- 22:42Speaker 5: There you go. Grimtavious. What are you doing, bruh? We
- 22:45Speaker 5: need to talk. Grimtavious.
- 22:47Speaker 6: Sir. Sir.
- 22:49Speaker 5: Step up. Sir. We need you to take the right ones.
- 22:53Speaker 5: The right ones.
- 22:54Speaker 7: And speaking of, Gladys says she's stepping back. So I'm
- 22:59Speaker 7: happy about that. No, she's okay. She's okay.
- 23:02Speaker 1: No, she ain't. Y'all ain't see that video. She look
- 23:06Speaker 1: a fucking mess. And who the fuck is the husband
- 23:09Speaker 1: who keep pushing her to fucking perform?
- 23:12Speaker 6: Husband of the kids.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Because the son then came out and said something.
- 23:15Speaker 6: That's surprising. Are you talking about Shang? Shango or whatever
- 23:18Speaker 6: his name is? Because if that's who it is, he.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Has no credit. I don't even know which son.
- 23:20Speaker 1: I can't remember. All I know is I read it
- 23:22Speaker 1: because I was like, somebody sent me the video of
- 23:25Speaker 1: her talking to the damn background.
- 23:29Speaker 6: Yes. Yeah.
- 23:31Speaker 3: And everybody was looking like, what?
- 23:34Speaker 1: Like she had her back to her from the audience
- 23:39Speaker 1: and she like talking to them like yeah like she's
- 23:43Speaker 1: like but she not on stage she was acting real
- 23:46Speaker 1: confused and I was like you know what please get
- 23:51Speaker 1: her down.
- 23:52Speaker 6: But her son doesn't have a whole lot.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Of credibility and get her off that stage she don't
- 23:58Speaker 1: need to be up there.
- 23:59Speaker 6: No more she's 82 let her take a break you know.
- 24:03Speaker 5: Right.
- 24:04Speaker 6: But her son.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Just like Smokey Robinson, nasty ass don't need to be
- 24:07Speaker 3: performing no more either.
- 24:08Speaker 6: But he likes it.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Have y'all?
- 24:10Speaker 6: Yes, up there grinding and jive waiting.
- 24:12Speaker 5: I feel like Smokey Robinson is that... I feel like
- 24:16Speaker 5: Smokey Robinson is that uncle that may touch you.
- 24:18Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying?
- 24:19Speaker 13: Go look up.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Yes.
- 24:22Speaker 6: You talking about Eargasm?
- 24:26Speaker 5: I heard those tracks.
- 24:28Speaker 15: I did.
- 24:28Speaker 5: They were cringe.
- 24:30Speaker 6: They were real cringe.
- 24:32Speaker 5: The names of them alone were enough for me to
- 24:35Speaker 5: not want to get through the entire album. I was
- 24:39Speaker 5: a little disturbed. It was a lot, Smokey. I don't know.
- 24:47Speaker 5: I don't know what's happening, sir.
- 24:49Speaker 6: It was.
- 24:51Speaker 5: It was a lot. I didn't know.
- 24:53Speaker 6: I got to see.
- 24:56Speaker 3: Please look up some of the words on it.
- 24:58Speaker 5: All right, go ahead. Elle is actually looking it up.
- 25:01Speaker 6: I'm doing it right now. You know it. So this
- 25:06Speaker 6: is GASM's.
- 25:07Speaker 15: GASM's.
- 25:08Speaker 5: Okay, sure.
- 25:08Speaker 6: Okay, first of all, yuck.
- 25:10Speaker 15: All right.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Nope.
- 25:11Speaker 6: So GASM's has.
- 25:13Speaker 5: Nope.
- 25:14Speaker 6: No, no, no.
- 25:14Speaker 5: No, no.
- 25:16Speaker 6: Track listing, perfect.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Gross.
- 25:18Speaker 7: Starts off with gazems. How you make me feel. I
- 25:22Speaker 7: want to know your body.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Okay.
- 25:24Speaker 6: I keep calling you, roll around beside you if we
- 25:27Speaker 6: don't have each other. Ooh, you fill me up.
- 25:30Speaker 5: You fill me up? Is he your body? What is happening?
- 25:34Speaker 15: No, no, no.
- 25:34Speaker 6: But this last one, this last one is the worst.
- 25:37Speaker 15: Okay.
- 25:38Speaker 6: I fit in there. Gross. How old is Smokey?
- 25:51Speaker 5: Too old to be saying that he fit in anywhere.
- 25:55Speaker 13: What do you mean?
- 25:59Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 26:01Speaker 15: What?
- 26:02Speaker 6: I fit in there.
- 26:05Speaker 5: No.
- 26:05Speaker 3: You don't.
- 26:07Speaker 5: Get out of there. What do you mean? No.
- 26:11Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 26:12Speaker 5: No. I said no. No. No.
- 26:16Speaker 6: Oh, he's 86.
- 26:18Speaker 5: Why can't the Grim Reaper take niggas talking about they
- 26:21Speaker 5: fit now? Wait, where did Lyra go?
- 26:24Speaker 3: She ran.
- 26:25Speaker 5: Wait, she ran. Are you all right?
- 26:38Speaker 6: Yuck. Shit.
- 26:39Speaker 5: That is nasty.
- 26:41Speaker 6: He's six feet tall.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Is he?
- 26:44Speaker 6: That's what it said. I mean, well, he may have
- 26:45Speaker 6: started that way.
- 26:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 26:47Speaker 8: Ew.
- 26:47Speaker 5: Imagine a six feet nigga coming up behind you talking about.
- 26:51Speaker 6: I've been in there.
- 26:53Speaker 13: Gross.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Get me out of here. Call the police. Get. What
- 27:00Speaker 5: do you mean? You nasty bitch.
- 27:03Speaker 6: Wants to give you gasms.
- 27:05Speaker 5: All right. Up next, we'll talk about my week and
- 27:12Speaker 5: then we'll get down. Up next, we'll be right back. Gasp.
- 27:19Speaker 16: Do you know why your vote is secret?
- 27:21Speaker 3: Like, actually, why?
- 27:23Speaker 16: Because back in the day, people used to literally stand
- 27:25Speaker 16: there and watch you vote. Your boss could know exactly
- 27:28Speaker 16: who you voted for. And if somebody paid for your vote,
- 27:31Speaker 16: they could make sure they got exactly what they paid for.
- 27:34Speaker 16: There were poll books with your name sitting right next
- 27:36Speaker 16: to your vote. So yeah, that little plastic curtain is
- 27:39Speaker 16: kind of new. Not really, but you know. Okay, so
- 27:43Speaker 16: back in the day, early America. It's election day. You
- 27:46Speaker 16: go to the courthouse and you vote out loud. And
- 27:48Speaker 16: when I say out loud, I literally mean out loud
- 27:51Speaker 16: with your voice in front of everyone. You say the name.
- 27:55Speaker 16: And in Virginia, the rival candidates might be sitting there
- 27:57Speaker 16: while you do it. So you're looking one man in
- 28:00Speaker 16: his face, telling him that you're voting for the other one.
- 28:03Speaker 16: And then the one that you picked might thank you
- 28:05Speaker 16: with the drink. George Washington? He famously supplied voters with
- 28:08Speaker 16: gallons of rum punch while he was running for office.
- 28:11Speaker 16: The polling place basically was an open bar and the
- 28:13Speaker 16: candidate was pouring. Isn't that crazy? And people love to
- 28:17Speaker 16: pretend that politics used to be dignified. Anyway, once you
- 28:20Speaker 16: said your vote out loud, somebody wrote it down. They
- 28:23Speaker 16: wrote your name and the person you voted for right
- 28:26Speaker 16: there beside each other in the poll book. Those records
- 28:28Speaker 16: still exist. Historians can literally look up how individual people
- 28:32Speaker 16: voted back in the day. So if the person who
- 28:34Speaker 16: employed you wanted to know if you voted the way
- 28:36Speaker 16: they wanted you to, They could know. They could find
- 28:39Speaker 16: out quickly. So eventually they switched to paper ballots. And
- 28:43Speaker 16: you would think that this is where privacy comes in.
- 28:45Speaker 16: But nope, it's not. The government didn't print the ballots.
- 28:50Speaker 16: The political parties did. Each party printed its own ticket.
- 28:54Speaker 16: And they usually look completely different. You know, some of
- 28:57Speaker 16: them are even different colors, which is kind of interesting.
- 29:00Speaker 16: So a party worker would hand you a ticket outside
- 29:02Speaker 16: the polling place. And then you would carry it to
- 29:05Speaker 16: the ballot box where everyone could see you. Nobody needed
- 29:08Speaker 16: to ask what party you were voting for. You were
- 29:11Speaker 16: holding the answer in your hand. Employers would march their
- 29:13Speaker 16: employees to the polls, and they would watch which ticket
- 29:16Speaker 16: you put in that box. Landlords did the same thing
- 29:19Speaker 16: to tenants. And people were openly buying votes because, again,
- 29:22Speaker 16: they could stand there and make sure that you delivered.
- 29:26Speaker 16: In 1888, the treasurer of the National Republican Party was
- 29:29Speaker 16: caught with written instructions for buying voters in Indiana. He
- 29:33Speaker 16: wanted them divided into what he called blocks of five.
- 29:36Speaker 16: Five voters assigned to one handler with money.
- 29:39Speaker 5: The handler. had money.
- 29:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:42Speaker 16: Grover Cleveland won the popular vote that year, but he
- 29:45Speaker 16: still lost the presidency. And Indiana was right in the
- 29:48Speaker 16: middle of that scandal. And this is why those party
- 29:51Speaker 16: tickets mattered in Louisiana in 1876. The men doing that
- 29:55Speaker 16: intimidation didn't have to guess whether a Black voter had complied.
- 29:59Speaker 16: They could see the ticket in his hand. That's how
- 30:01Speaker 16: exposed the vote was. Now, Australia had already come up
- 30:06Speaker 16: with an interesting little solution to this problem in the 1850s.
- 30:09Speaker 16: The government prints one ballot with every candidate's name on it.
- 30:14Speaker 16: You take it somewhere private and you mark it by yourself.
- 30:17Speaker 16: And when you come back out, nobody can prove how
- 30:19Speaker 16: you voted. They called it the Australian ballot. The Australian
- 30:22Speaker 16: ballot reached the U.S. in 1888. And the first American
- 30:26Speaker 16: city to use it was Louisville, Kentucky. Meanwhile, the rest
- 30:29Speaker 16: of Kentucky kept voting out loud until 1891. It was
- 30:32Speaker 16: the last state in the country that was still doing it.
- 30:35Speaker 16: So moving on from that, Massachusetts. They adopted that secret
- 30:39Speaker 16: ballot statewide almost immediately. And then it started spreading across
- 30:42Speaker 16: the country. In 1892, Grover Cleveland, the same man who
- 30:46Speaker 16: had won the popular vote but lost the presidency four
- 30:48Speaker 16: years earlier, he became the first president elected entirely by
- 30:52Speaker 16: secret ballots. So yeah, the market for buying votes started
- 30:56Speaker 16: falling apart. Because now you could take somebody's money, go
- 30:58Speaker 16: behind that curtain, and vote against what they told you
- 31:01Speaker 16: to do. And you know, what are they going to do?
- 31:03Speaker 16: They just had to live with it and take your
- 31:05Speaker 16: word for it. Now, this is where the story gets
- 31:08Speaker 16: ugly again. Those old party tickets that had colors and
- 31:11Speaker 16: designs and told you which one to use? The new
- 31:14Speaker 16: secret ballots were just a list of names, which meant
- 31:17Speaker 16: that you had to be able to read it. And
- 31:19Speaker 16: these were the same southern states. that it spent generations
- 31:23Speaker 16: making it a crime to teach Black people how to read.
- 31:25Speaker 16: They deliberately kept us from literacy. Then after emancipation, they
- 31:30Speaker 16: adopted a ballot that Black voters had to read, you know,
- 31:33Speaker 16: while adding poll taxes and other restrictions. They created the
- 31:36Speaker 16: problem and then used it against the people they created
- 31:39Speaker 16: it for. Historians have documented that across the South, that
- 31:43Speaker 16: secret ballot effectively became a literacy test. After Arkansas held
- 31:48Speaker 16: its first secret ballot election in 1892, A Democratic newspaper
- 31:52Speaker 16: printed this. The Australian ballot works like a charm. It
- 31:56Speaker 16: makes them think and scratch. And when a Negro gets
- 31:59Speaker 16: the ballot, he has most certainly met his match. They
- 32:03Speaker 16: were so pleased with keeping Black people from voting that
- 32:05Speaker 16: they made it into a rhyme. One Virginia district went
- 32:08Speaker 16: even further. They printed their ballot in old German-style lettering.
- 32:13Speaker 16: On purpose. So even if a Black voter knew how
- 32:16Speaker 16: to read... Now he had to decipher these German letters.
- 32:19Speaker 16: And South Carolina didn't adopt a secret ballot until 1950.
- 32:23Speaker 16: Not 1850, 1950. So yeah, the secret ballot became one
- 32:27Speaker 16: of the best protections that voters ever got. But that
- 32:30Speaker 16: same ballot was used against us. Both of those things
- 32:33Speaker 16: are true. And you know, this country will do that
- 32:36Speaker 16: to you. And that brings us back to that little curtain.
- 32:39Speaker 16: When you're behind it, the person pressuring you has no
- 32:42Speaker 16: way to follow you in and figure out what you've done.
- 32:45Speaker 16: They can lean on you all the way into the
- 32:47Speaker 16: polling place. But once you're alone with that ballot, they
- 32:49Speaker 16: lose all control. And when they can no longer control
- 32:52Speaker 16: what happened inside the booth, the fight moved to whether
- 32:55Speaker 16: you could get inside at all. That's where the registration
- 32:58Speaker 16: rules come in. The voter roll purges. The poll watcher
- 33:01Speaker 16: is waiting at the door. And I do want to
- 33:04Speaker 16: say one thing about voting from home. A kitchen table
- 33:07Speaker 16: is not a booth. Mail voting is safe. And document
- 33:10Speaker 16: fraud involving mail voting is very rare. But privacy still matters.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Right?
- 33:16Speaker 16: Which is why voter coercion laws still exist. Nobody's entitled
- 33:19Speaker 16: to stand over you while you fill out your ballot.
- 33:22Speaker 16: Your boss doesn't get to watch. Your spouse doesn't get
- 33:25Speaker 16: to either. So yeah, I say all that to say
- 33:27Speaker 16: that's why your vote's secret. People used to vote out loud.
- 33:30Speaker 16: Their names and votes were written down together. Votes were
- 33:33Speaker 16: bought because the buyer could stand there and watch. And
- 33:36Speaker 16: once this country finally picks that, southern states immediately started
- 33:40Speaker 16: looking for ways around it. But the one thing that
- 33:42Speaker 16: curtain still does... is make your vote yours.
- 33:48Speaker 5: Take us to war.
- 33:49Speaker 6: Take us on the go.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Take us wherever you go.
- 33:51Speaker 6: WRTR, Real Talk Radio.
- 33:54Speaker 5: All right, we black. And let's talk about my week.
- 33:59Speaker 5: It has not been great. Que paso? Cause, I mean,
- 34:05Speaker 5: we were supposed to premiere season four last weekend, but
- 34:09Speaker 5: we couldn't. because marcus was having a adhd all dhd
- 34:14Speaker 5: meltdown and the reason being they stole my car y'all
- 34:21Speaker 5: they stole my shit they stole my shit um i
- 34:25Speaker 5: woke up um not yesterday but last friday i went
- 34:31Speaker 5: out to uh take the trash out and i was
- 34:34Speaker 5: like uh Dude, where's my car? Dude, where's my car?
- 34:44Speaker 5: And I'm looking around.
- 34:46Speaker 3: Dude, where's your car, dude?
- 34:48Speaker 5: So then it took me a minute because, you know,
- 34:51Speaker 5: I was like, well, wait a minute. like did i
- 34:55Speaker 5: have a few like what i started backtracking my night
- 34:59Speaker 5: and i'm like wait did i park it somewhere different
- 35:02Speaker 5: because you know you always immediately think it's your fault
- 35:04Speaker 5: well i immediately think it's my fault and i was
- 35:09Speaker 5: like what wait no no because i remember every action
- 35:13Speaker 5: that i had and i wasn't inebriated or anything so
- 35:17Speaker 5: yeah They stole my car. R.I.P. Red Lightning. It's gone. And.
- 35:28Speaker 6: So.
- 35:29Speaker 5: That was on Friday. Into Saturday morning. So that's why
- 35:33Speaker 5: y'all didn't get the show last weekend. Moving forward. It
- 35:38Speaker 5: was like okay. So Monday. They hit me up. I
- 35:43Speaker 5: got a call. Actually no. Let me not put that on.
- 35:48Speaker 5: Baltimore City or my insurance company. What happened was I
- 35:52Speaker 5: called my insurance company to then follow up on how
- 35:55Speaker 5: I move forward. And the insurance representative was like, oh, so, yeah,
- 36:02Speaker 5: they actually found your car. It's like, what do you mean?
- 36:06Speaker 5: She was like, oh, no, they have it. It's here
- 36:08Speaker 5: in my notes. Bitch, how is it in your notes
- 36:10Speaker 5: and it ain't in mine?
- 36:11Speaker 6: Who was supposed to?
- 36:13Speaker 5: Right.
- 36:13Speaker 6: Where did the ball drop? Why did you get notified?
- 36:17Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying. So then I was like, well,
- 36:19Speaker 5: do you have the information? Yada, yada, yada. She gave
- 36:21Speaker 5: me all the numbers. I called. Right. So they give
- 36:25Speaker 5: me the numbers and I call the number. And the
- 36:31Speaker 5: first place I'm dispatched or the first place I called.
- 36:34Speaker 5: Was like, okay, so what's your badge number? Well, this
- 36:38Speaker 5: is my, you know, this is my case number. No,
- 36:42Speaker 5: what's your badge number? I'm not a cop. So they
- 36:47Speaker 5: gave me the cop number that the cops call into
- 36:50Speaker 5: for it. So I'm guessing the cops can call in
- 36:54Speaker 5: and maybe, you know, whatever. Anyways, go through, get that.
- 37:01Speaker 5: They give me the correct number.
- 37:03Speaker 6: I'll call.
- 37:03Speaker 5: They're like, oh, no, it was recovered. So this was
- 37:09Speaker 5: Saturday night into Sunday that it was recovered.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Wow.
- 37:14Speaker 5: No, actually, let me stop pause. So this was Sunday
- 37:21Speaker 5: night into Monday night that they recovered it. Yeah, that was.
- 37:27Speaker 5: So they gave me the location of the car. I'll
- 37:30Speaker 5: go down there, right? And this will be a perfect
- 37:33Speaker 5: unseasoned behavior segment. But since we're not segmenting this week,
- 37:38Speaker 5: there are some things that I've learned this week. But
- 37:41Speaker 5: I'll get into that. So then I go down there.
- 37:46Speaker 5: I meet up with the people. It's helicopters. It's all
- 37:51Speaker 5: over the place. Just so you know, my dumb ass
- 37:56Speaker 5: decided that because I often forget to take my wallet
- 38:01Speaker 5: to places... I often lock my wallet. In the glove compartment.
- 38:07Speaker 5: And because. I don't know. Every now and again. I
- 38:11Speaker 5: forget it in there. Guess what I did.
- 38:15Speaker 6: No not that one.
- 38:17Speaker 5: I forgot my wallet. In the glove compartment.
- 38:21Speaker 1: So.
- 38:22Speaker 5: They took my wallet. Along with my car. I go down.
- 38:29Speaker 5: So you know of course the cop. Once he got here.
- 38:31Speaker 5: Of course he's asking me for all of these things.
- 38:34Speaker 5: Fortunately for me. I have a copy of every document.
- 38:37Speaker 5: That I have on my computers and stuff. So it's there.
- 38:42Speaker 5: I'm never going to be asked out. You know who
- 38:45Speaker 5: I am. Based off of my documents. Yeah.
- 38:50Speaker 15: So.
- 38:52Speaker 5: I'm looking through. They took me down to the tow yard.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Um.
- 38:59Speaker 5: And again, I'm coming back to all of this. But
- 39:02Speaker 5: when I got to my car, baby, the front bumper
- 39:09Speaker 5: is dragging underneath the tire. Apparently, they bashed out the
- 39:17Speaker 5: back window of it to reach around, unlock the door,
- 39:21Speaker 5: and the steering column is gone. The blinker part Y'all
- 39:26Speaker 5: know Y'all uh no not the blinker the um the
- 39:30Speaker 5: part that operates the um the windshield wipers and shit
- 39:34Speaker 5: that shit is sitting in the uh in the driver's
- 39:38Speaker 5: side cubby hole um everything is gone my wallet is
- 39:44Speaker 5: gone but you left my credit card you dumb ass
- 39:47Speaker 5: why would you leave my credit card but then take
- 39:50Speaker 5: my license, which now makes me feel like somebody's going
- 39:53Speaker 5: to try to steal my identity. But with this being
- 39:56Speaker 5: 14 years of me, I can prove this is me, bitch. Like,
- 39:59Speaker 5: what do you mean? I mean, it is what it is.
- 40:03Speaker 5: I literally use my name on air. So no. Um,
- 40:07Speaker 5: so there's that.
- 40:09Speaker 6: Um, did, did they say where it was?
- 40:13Speaker 5: They did not. Didn't give me information on that. Um,
- 40:18Speaker 5: I don't know if an arrest was made or anything else,
- 40:21Speaker 5: but I will say it was totaled. In my opinion,
- 40:24Speaker 5: it was totaled. Now, talking to the insurance people, of course. Now,
- 40:30Speaker 5: a little bit of retro stuff. Throwback to the radio
- 40:35Speaker 5: show for those of y'all that are OGs that have
- 40:37Speaker 5: listened back when Roachbug used to talk about insurances and
- 40:41Speaker 5: how their mission is to tell you no. Mm-hmm. Even
- 40:48Speaker 5: though he a bum ass nigga. Like at the end
- 40:50Speaker 5: of the day. Insurance companies. Are designed to tell you no.
- 40:57Speaker 5: They really are.
- 40:58Speaker 1: And.
- 41:00Speaker 5: That was. Wow. I'm waiting. Okay. What she said was.
- 41:11Speaker 5: She described it as. Oh well you know we've. Determined
- 41:15Speaker 5: that all this stuff can be fixed. From now on.
- 41:18Speaker 5: I believe that the actual damage is worth more than
- 41:23Speaker 5: the actual car. We'll see. We'll see how this all
- 41:27Speaker 5: plays out, but that is what it is. Shout-outs to
- 41:33Speaker 5: Miss Lyric and L-Train last weekend. That helped me keep together.
- 41:39Speaker 5: Because we had a podcast. Y'all will never hear it.
- 41:42Speaker 5: Because it was never recorded. But we absolutely talked. And
- 41:48Speaker 5: thank y'all. Because I could have not gotten through it.
- 41:52Speaker 5: Without the both of you.
- 41:55Speaker 3: Of course.
- 41:56Speaker 5: That shit fucking sucked. Because. You work so hard. Right.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Right.
- 42:06Speaker 5: You work hard all day, every day to secure your life,
- 42:10Speaker 5: to get things together, and to just really be a
- 42:14Speaker 5: part of the world. I write politicians often. I think
- 42:18Speaker 5: about the next man. I go out on a limb
- 42:24Speaker 5: to just do the kindest things for people. And this
- 42:29Speaker 5: kind of stuff still happens to people like me. It's
- 42:33Speaker 5: not because I'm terrible. It's not karma kicking me in
- 42:37Speaker 5: the ass because, honestly, I don't feel like I have
- 42:39Speaker 5: bad karma because everywhere I go, I try to do
- 42:43Speaker 5: something positive. And that shit fucking hurt. It hurt. That
- 42:50Speaker 5: shit fucking hurt. Because I do so much for my
- 42:55Speaker 5: own community. And for my own community to then do this,
- 42:59Speaker 5: because I know it wasn't nothing but niggas. I can't
- 43:02Speaker 5: prove it. I can't prove it. because i'll be able
- 43:07Speaker 5: to prove it moving forward uh step out here if
- 43:10Speaker 5: you want to niggas because uh you on camera now
- 43:13Speaker 5: but that shit fucking hurt and you know i i've
- 43:21Speaker 5: devoted my time my money my resources to 14 years
- 43:26Speaker 5: into public service i don't do this show To be recognized.
- 43:31Speaker 5: I don't. I would prefer it. Y'all don't recognize me.
- 43:34Speaker 5: That's why we're audio. I don't want your niggas to
- 43:37Speaker 5: know what I look like. Because I don't want to
- 43:39Speaker 5: be recognized out. In certain circles sure. But. Ultimately. That's
- 43:45Speaker 5: not what I look to do. When I do my outreach.
- 43:50Speaker 5: That's not what I've devoted. 14 years of my life to.
- 43:56Speaker 3: And.
- 43:57Speaker 5: This shit fucking sucked. It fucking sucked. So then. I
- 44:06Speaker 5: go to the tow yard. And this is. I mean
- 44:09Speaker 5: if I'm going to insert unseasoned behavior. It's going to
- 44:12Speaker 5: be here. This is what I realized. We give so much. Attention.
- 44:22Speaker 5: And we devote so many resources. And we direct. So
- 44:27Speaker 5: much money. Into protecting our actual financial assets. Versus fixing
- 44:37Speaker 5: the problem.
- 44:38Speaker 6: That it is.
- 44:41Speaker 5: Follow me here, right? So, get down to the tow yard.
- 44:47Speaker 5: There's already a bit. Well, I'm sorry. I get there.
- 44:52Speaker 5: There's not many people there. Right? It's literally two people
- 44:57Speaker 5: sitting there. I go up to the window. They're like, oh, well,
- 45:01Speaker 5: take a number. Take a number, bitch. It's three people
- 45:04Speaker 5: in here. You can count to three. Can you not? So,
- 45:12Speaker 5: I took the little number, right? And then they have
- 45:15Speaker 5: this little scrolling marquee, now serving, yada, yada, yada.
- 45:18Speaker 6: Did you just say, here, let me take your funky
- 45:20Speaker 6: little number?
- 45:21Speaker 5: I was behaving. I swear I was behaving. Shout out
- 45:24Speaker 5: to JR that wrote down there with me and endured this,
- 45:28Speaker 5: because sir... We got stories for days forever, girl. Alright, so.
- 45:35Speaker 5: Go down there. So, now serving. 56. That was my number.
- 45:43Speaker 5: I walked up. It was number 56. Flipping my hair
- 45:46Speaker 5: in all sorts of ways. Go up there. Have you
- 45:52Speaker 5: ever seen a cringy black parody on YouTube where somebody's
- 46:00Speaker 5: at a call center, and they try to do the
- 46:03Speaker 5: extravagant black woman thing where they're filing their nails and
- 46:07Speaker 5: being ghetto, and you kind of feel like, okay, this
- 46:10Speaker 5: is funny, but at the same time, this is disparaging
- 46:13Speaker 5: to black women. Have you ever felt that?
- 46:15Speaker 6: Like Peter Griffin doing... Yes!
- 46:18Speaker 17: Yes!
- 46:19Speaker 5: It's literally Peter Griffin, that meme. That was my life Monday, right?
- 46:23Speaker 16: Oh, shit.
- 46:25Speaker 5: Oh, no. It happened to me in real life. And
- 46:28Speaker 5: I felt bad about associating it with such shenanigans. But
- 46:35Speaker 5: I sat there.
- 46:36Speaker 6: I breathed.
- 46:38Speaker 5: I had to breathe in and out. In and out again.
- 46:45Speaker 5: She's asking me for all this information. I, of course,
- 46:49Speaker 5: shared with her. I said, hey, I don't have my
- 46:53Speaker 5: license because... It's in the car, but if you go,
- 47:00Speaker 5: if my wallet and stuff is still in the car,
- 47:04Speaker 5: I swear, if you just go, you can go by
- 47:07Speaker 5: yourself or you can take me to the car and
- 47:09Speaker 5: I will give you everything right there. Nope, wasn't enough.
- 47:13Speaker 5: I kind of get that part. I get that. Sitting there.
- 47:19Speaker 5: So then I had to wait another 15 minutes.
- 47:24Speaker 6: Meanwhile, what are they doing?
- 47:27Speaker 5: They're quote-unquote busy.
- 47:30Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 47:31Speaker 6: Okay.
- 47:33Speaker 5: Meanwhile, there's another young lady that walked in having the
- 47:39Speaker 5: same issue with me. Her vehicle had gotten stolen, but
- 47:45Speaker 5: she was escorted by a cop. A cop that had
- 47:49Speaker 5: the same last name as the cop. That was on
- 47:53Speaker 5: my little ticket because, you know, I brought in my
- 47:56Speaker 5: police report so they knew it was me.
- 47:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:59Speaker 6: No way.
- 48:01Speaker 5: Same ass motherfucking last name. So then I was like, okay, well,
- 48:07Speaker 5: I was in a bit of a frenzy at first.
- 48:10Speaker 5: Perhaps I don't recognize what the cop looks like. So
- 48:13Speaker 5: I kept looking at his chest, not looking at his nipples,
- 48:16Speaker 5: but I was looking at his chest. I mean, anyways.
- 48:20Speaker 5: So I'm looking. It's the same last name.
- 48:25Speaker 4: Right?
- 48:25Speaker 5: And I'm sitting there, and I'm like, okay, cool. Look
- 48:31Speaker 5: even further. So then I just asked him, because, you know, me.
- 48:37Speaker 5: is this you? So I flipped around the card and
- 48:40Speaker 5: I handed it to him. He was like, oh no,
- 48:42Speaker 5: but I know who he is and this, that, and
- 48:44Speaker 5: the third, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. We all
- 48:46Speaker 5: had a laugh. It was fine. We were friends, right? Like,
- 48:51Speaker 5: you know, I guess we had a cookout. Anyways, so
- 48:55Speaker 5: from then, it was about 30 minutes had passed at
- 48:59Speaker 5: that point. They, in that 30 minutes, we must have
- 49:05Speaker 5: seen six different police officers coming in and going, depending
- 49:10Speaker 5: on what was happening. So one cop would check in with,
- 49:15Speaker 5: you know, dispatch or whatever, and he'd be like, okay, this,
- 49:19Speaker 5: that third going on lyric oh shit what is your
- 49:24Speaker 5: background right now you change it to Obama is that
- 49:29Speaker 5: Michelle Obama Mona Lisa no.
- 49:32Speaker 1: It's Mona Lisa oh shit but why is she black
- 49:37Speaker 1: awesome and she got shades on Alright.
- 49:42Speaker 5: So then we're looking and okay. So 30 minutes pass.
- 49:48Speaker 5: We go.
- 49:49Speaker 6: Wait a minute. You still ain't seen the car.
- 49:52Speaker 5: I'm still in the actual booth. So it took me
- 49:56Speaker 5: that long to then send the documents also. Some of
- 50:01Speaker 5: it was my fault because my phone and the service
- 50:06Speaker 5: and where we are. Fuck you Xfinity. Um Fuck you, Xfinity.
- 50:12Speaker 5: Fuck you, Xfinity. That shit took forever for me to
- 50:18Speaker 5: transfer the shit. So they have you scan this QR code.
- 50:22Speaker 5: I hate that we live in a QR code world,
- 50:24Speaker 5: by the way. I hate that shit. What if I
- 50:27Speaker 5: don't have a cell phone? What if I'm behind and
- 50:30Speaker 5: they didn't cut my cell phone off?
- 50:31Speaker 3: What if your camera's broken?
- 50:32Speaker 5: What if I have Xfinity and my shit don't work
- 50:35Speaker 5: in trailers? Because that's what it was. We were in
- 50:41Speaker 5: the trailer. And my shit did not work in the trailer.
- 50:44Speaker 5: So it was what it was. So then I had
- 50:47Speaker 5: to email the shit to them. I had to email
- 50:49Speaker 5: my ID. I had to email my motherfucking title. My registration.
- 50:56Speaker 5: All of that. All of the documents that I have them.
- 51:01Speaker 5: But I had to do that. So. After about 30 minutes.
- 51:09Speaker 5: then they finally bring you up to escort you to
- 51:12Speaker 5: your car right i go and they take me to
- 51:19Speaker 5: the car but it's not that they have to put
- 51:21Speaker 5: you in a van so then me and the bitch
- 51:25Speaker 5: that came before me that was escorted by a cop
- 51:28Speaker 5: they they were like okay well we're going so then
- 51:31Speaker 5: me and JR, you know, my friend, was like, okay, well,
- 51:37Speaker 5: we're going. And they're like, oh, no, we can only
- 51:38Speaker 5: take two at a time. She had an escort and
- 51:41Speaker 5: I had an escort. So it was like, okay, well,
- 51:43Speaker 5: it's just got to be the two of us.
- 51:45Speaker 6: Cool.
- 51:45Speaker 5: No problem. So then we get in the van. They
- 51:49Speaker 5: have a person that's driving the van. But then they
- 51:52Speaker 5: have another security motherfucker with them in case the two
- 51:55Speaker 5: of y'all decide to wild the fuck out.
- 51:57Speaker 6: Yeah. What kind of ratchet? Yeah. It's that.
- 52:03Speaker 5: So then... They must have been knocked upside their head
- 52:05Speaker 5: a few times. I don't... I mean, I would assume so.
- 52:08Speaker 5: This is Baltimore. It is... This is 2026. I'm not
- 52:12Speaker 5: even going to put that on Baltimore. It's just crazy that...
- 52:16Speaker 5: It's 2026 and people are not well. If y'all have
- 52:19Speaker 5: not been paying attention. So, it's two people in the
- 52:24Speaker 5: front of the... What am I looking for? The word.
- 52:30Speaker 5: The word.
- 52:30Speaker 6: Shuttle?
- 52:30Speaker 5: The shuttle.
- 52:32Speaker 1: Shuttle.
- 52:33Speaker 5: It's, you know, of course, a six to nine seater.
- 52:39Speaker 6: But they can only take two people?
- 52:40Speaker 5: They can only take two people.
- 52:41Speaker 6: Because they have one security guard.
- 52:44Speaker 3: Makes sense.
- 52:45Speaker 1: A 69 split shuttle that can only take two people.
- 52:49Speaker 3: I see what you did there.
- 52:50Speaker 5: Meanwhile, in that 30 minutes time.
- 52:53Speaker 1: Meanwhile, in that 30 minutes time.
- 53:03Speaker 5: Three more people had come. So, at this point, you know,
- 53:08Speaker 5: it's getting real popular there.
- 53:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 53:11Speaker 5: It's there. Everybody took off their clothes. We were all
- 53:14Speaker 5: licking nipples.
- 53:14Speaker 6: Just a daisy check.
- 53:16Speaker 5: It was everywhere. Jizz, jizz, jizz. Everywhere.
- 53:22Speaker 6: Is this Dollar Tree?
- 53:23Speaker 5: It isn't. So, we get there. So, I'm in the
- 53:29Speaker 5: shuttle van next to old girl. That also had our
- 53:33Speaker 5: car stolen. We have two people in the front. They
- 53:36Speaker 5: back out. Then they have to go through this whole
- 53:39Speaker 5: security patch. Now, my lyric, I swear to beans. We
- 53:44Speaker 5: could have just walked. We could have walked from where
- 53:49Speaker 5: we were over into the little tow yard and just did.
- 53:55Speaker 5: But the tow yard was so expansive that That I
- 53:59Speaker 5: kind of get why they have a shuttle. It's a
- 54:03Speaker 5: whole lot of shit over there. It's a whole lot.
- 54:06Speaker 5: It's a whole lot. In the police impound yard. So.
- 54:15Speaker 5: We get in there. We go. They drive us around.
- 54:18Speaker 5: They pull us up to her car. It's over in.
- 54:22Speaker 5: Like the far side of the yard. And they done
- 54:25Speaker 5: backed it up. And dumped it. See what I did there.
- 54:29Speaker 5: And it was sitting there. She gets out, of course,
- 54:35Speaker 5: as we're driving. We're all thinking, you know, worst case scenarios. But,
- 54:41Speaker 5: you know, we are what we are. And we're kind
- 54:44Speaker 5: of just there talking to her pretty much. And my
- 54:49Speaker 5: introvert ass, my anxiety ass is just kind of clammed
- 54:53Speaker 5: up at that point. That's who I am when I
- 54:56Speaker 5: clam up. So we pull up to her car. She
- 55:01Speaker 5: gets out. She goes around to looking. Oh, the way
- 55:07Speaker 5: she fell out. What? The way she fell out. Oh,
- 55:18Speaker 5: this bullshit performed. She performed. That bitch performed.
- 55:22Speaker 6: What happened to her car?
- 55:24Speaker 5: It was a scratch on the side of the goddamn car.
- 55:27Speaker 5: minivan so that's it it was a scratch I mean
- 55:33Speaker 5: I don't know what they did to her steering column
- 55:36Speaker 5: and I think her window of course was busted out
- 55:38Speaker 5: because they had to steal it but yeah it was
- 55:42Speaker 5: that she fell out so then she goes she comes
- 55:48Speaker 5: back of course swinging what she look like she was
- 55:54Speaker 5: about your height lyric damn She was two times her size, however.
- 56:00Speaker 5: She was... She had a bonnet on. I get it. Oh,
- 56:06Speaker 5: never mind.
- 56:07Speaker 6: Nope.
- 56:08Speaker 15: Nope.
- 56:08Speaker 5: Because you and I do not agree. You and I
- 56:11Speaker 5: do not agree about the bonnet thing.
- 56:12Speaker 6: You and I.
- 56:13Speaker 5: I'm leaving it alone for now.
- 56:14Speaker 6: Wait a minute.
- 56:15Speaker 5: This is a season four premiere. What?
- 56:17Speaker 4: Hold on.
- 56:17Speaker 6: What's the deal with the bonnet?
- 56:18Speaker 11: Nope.
- 56:19Speaker 3: Never mind. You told me everything I needed to know.
- 56:21Speaker 6: Okay.
- 56:22Speaker 5: People have this thing with bonnets. And because... black women
- 56:29Speaker 5: choose to use protective hairstyles like bonnets, like wigs, like
- 56:33Speaker 5: other things.
- 56:34Speaker 6: It's not a hairstyle. Bonnets aren't a hairstyle.
- 56:36Speaker 1: It's not a hairstyle.
- 56:37Speaker 9: Sure.
- 56:38Speaker 5: Okay. It's a goddamn bonnet. It's protective.
- 56:41Speaker 3: It's not even a hat.
- 56:42Speaker 5: I'm not saying wear it to work. I'm not saying it,
- 56:46Speaker 5: saying to wear it to work. And even in her defense,
- 56:50Speaker 5: at the end of the day, this woman just had
- 56:53Speaker 5: her car stolen and it's a minivan. So evidently she
- 56:56Speaker 5: has children. Yeah. So I gave her a little bit
- 57:00Speaker 5: of a break.
- 57:01Speaker 6: All right, Pebbles. Giving her the benefit.
- 57:04Speaker 3: No.
- 57:05Speaker 5: We're not doing this. We're not doing this. We're not
- 57:12Speaker 5: doing this. Shut up, Lyric. I don't like you. No.
- 57:21Speaker 5: You were there.
- 57:24Speaker 13: Shut up.
- 57:25Speaker 1: No.
- 57:26Speaker 5: No.
- 57:28Speaker 3: Okay. No, tell him what she did next.
- 57:31Speaker 5: I'm turning your mic off.
- 57:32Speaker 13: She started doing what?
- 57:35Speaker 6: Okay.
- 57:35Speaker 5: Thank you for.
- 57:37Speaker 3: Proving my point.
- 57:38Speaker 5: Okay. Well.
- 57:40Speaker 1: Those Bonnet girls, they be fighting like shit.
- 57:43Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 57:43Speaker 5: I'm trying to tell you.
- 57:44Speaker 13: Get you a Bonnet.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Get you a friend with a Bonnet. She's going to
- 57:47Speaker 3: have your back every fucking time.
- 57:49Speaker 5: Listen, so she's.
- 57:50Speaker 6: That's when you call.
- 57:51Speaker 5: So we pull up to her car, of course.
- 57:53Speaker 1: She's.
- 57:54Speaker 5: Incredibly upset. So she's swinging and killing, I don't know,
- 57:58Speaker 5: mosquitoes or whatever. She did perform. I said she performed.
- 58:06Speaker 6: This sounds like a scene from Martin.
- 58:07Speaker 5: This is stereotypical, and I don't do stereotypes. I hate them.
- 58:12Speaker 3: Well, people got to stop falling into them then, because shit.
- 58:15Speaker 13: Goddamn.
- 58:17Speaker 1: She was fighting in the bonnet with Crocs and pajama pants.
- 58:21Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 58:24Speaker 6: I knew what Lyra was asking. Okay. And when you said.
- 58:27Speaker 5: Mind you.
- 58:28Speaker 8: Mm-hmm.
- 58:29Speaker 6: Body.
- 58:29Speaker 3: I just seen the situation.
- 58:30Speaker 1: I can't really speak on the situation because I got
- 58:33Speaker 1: close people involved.
- 58:34Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 58:34Speaker 1: Mind you, I've just seen a similar situation with the bonnets.
- 58:39Speaker 5: Outside. Okay.
- 58:40Speaker 3: Chair. With a fly.
- 58:42Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 58:43Speaker 6: Oh, wow.
- 58:44Speaker 3: Like, take it there.
- 58:45Speaker 15: Well.
- 58:46Speaker 3: With the bonnets. And the baton of pants. And the props.
- 58:49Speaker 5: She did have. All of that. She did have pajama
- 58:53Speaker 5: pants on also.
- 58:54Speaker 3: Period.
- 58:57Speaker 5: Don't fuck with her. But she had a police escort, though.
- 59:01Speaker 6: Yeah, that was for their protection. Right, not for her.
- 59:06Speaker 5: No, he knew her. He knew her is what I'm saying. Like,
- 59:09Speaker 5: they were there.
- 59:10Speaker 1: I'm sure he does he was like no she's gonna
- 59:12Speaker 1: wall out if she.
- 59:13Speaker 3: Go in there by herself.
- 59:23Speaker 6: She already got two strikes. We don't want her to
- 59:26Speaker 6: get her third.
- 59:26Speaker 13: She got all these babies to take care of.
- 59:28Speaker 1: We ain't got nowhere to send them.
- 59:31Speaker 3: So, you know.
- 59:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 59:34Speaker 6: And she can't afford to get another minivan.
- 59:37Speaker 5: Sure. Okay. A whole minivan. Yeah.
- 59:41Speaker 15: Okay.
- 59:43Speaker 5: Fine. Anyways. So. She's falling out. I'm looking. She's going through.
- 59:55Speaker 5: Then she comes back to the van. She falls out
- 59:57Speaker 5: even more. The guy gets out the car to kind of,
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: you know, help get her together, the guy in the
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: passenger seat. Then she's got to run back to the van. Okay,
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: so you ever been at a funeral, right? With your
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: crazy aunt that be trying to run to the casket
- 1:00:12Speaker 5: and everybody's afraid that it's going to tip over and
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: this embalmed dead body is going to roll out and
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: it's going to be something gross? It was that kind
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: of a scenario.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: I know I gave that. I know I gave that.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: Please stop this now.
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: What did she go back for?
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: I know I gave that. Because then she needed papers
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: or something. I don't know. Something was in her car
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: that her baby needed or something else. But, again, I'm
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: getting there. Listeners, I'm getting there. I'm not shitting on
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: the bonnet girl like Lyric. Okay.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: I'm not shitting on her. I'm just saying facts.
- 1:00:54Speaker 15: So.
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: Because we still haven't even gotten your car yet.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: No.
- 1:00:56Speaker 5: Oh, wow. This is 15 minutes further in.
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: Damn.
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: Mind you, I've spent almost two hours into this place.
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: It was bad.
- 1:01:12Speaker 10: So.
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: Then we leave from hers. She's... getting together she's at
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: this point consolable she's cool i'm talking to her at
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: that point because i kind of felt connected a little
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: bit um i was like damn i was like that's
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: so awful and you know i'm trying to be empathetic
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: and i don't know send my warm wishes up to
- 1:01:35Speaker 5: sky daddy or whatever and be like hey you know
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: um just so you know can you bless me a
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: It's about, it felt like a mile to where my
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: car was. We pull up. Immediately, I recognize the back.
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, that is my shit. All right, cool.
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: And from the back, she looks stacked. She was good. Like,
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: her ass was popping. I was like, bet. As we
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: pulled up, I'm looking over. I looked over to the left.
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: And that shit, baby, I saw my passenger side bumper ajar.
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, no. So then, inconsolable girl, we stopped.
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: They're like, this is you. She's still... I guess in
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: her feelings, I'm like, bitch, can you move? I was like,
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: I need to get out on your side. Oh, okay.
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: So then she hops out. I get out. I walked
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: up and around to the front. My driver's side bumper
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: is sitting underneath my tire. The front frame of it
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: is scratched up. um, I look, uh, just walk around,
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: I saw that they bashed out my passenger side back, um,
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: back door mirror, um, back door window, and that shattered, um,
- 1:03:29Speaker 5: and they reached around, as I go around, I'm looking
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: just at everything, there was a scratch on the back, um,
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: I don't know what that was, but everything was pretty
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: much to the front and into the interior. The steering
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: wheel column, all of that destroyed. They broke all of
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: that shit off, cut all the wires. I don't know
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: how you hack cars or whatever. They did that what
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: they do. My goddamn blinker that. the part that operates
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: the window that part was sitting in the god damn
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: cup holder um I looked into the um glove compartment
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: my wallet is gone um my credit card is left
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: on the seat.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: I think they did that on purpose cause you can
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: track credit cards like if they try to use it
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: they can track who did it.
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: But you took my driver's license, but you took my
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: driver's license.
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: Was there anything else in the wallet?
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: No, it was my driver's license, my credit card and
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: like casino cards and shit. Like, you know, novelty cards
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: and bullshit. Cause I don't do credit like that. I'm not, no,
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: that's not a me thing. I don't do credit. If
- 1:05:02Speaker 5: I can't afford it, I just can't afford it. And
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: I leave it at that. Um, But yeah, yeah, it
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: was that. So they took that. There are some other
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: things that I've, since then, that I've thought about that
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: I need out of the car. But registration, all of
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: that shit's still here. But wallet gone, so I had
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: to order a new license, blah, blah, blah, blah. Anyways.
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: oh voter registration card uh you pissed me off with
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: that shit because i should vote against your best interest
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: but then i'll be white people anyways.
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: Um well farmers.
- 1:05:45Speaker 5: Oh have you seen that shit the farmers have been
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: in since have you seen those videos.
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: Lyrics Farmers and the ranchers.
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: Oh, baby. Everybody's pissed off right now. The farmers are
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: talking about how they regret their votes, how they don't
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: want to move forward. And everybody is in their feelings
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: about it. But then the commenters are like, well, who
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: did you vote for? And because of that, the farmers
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: have been getting back at people. They've just been incensed
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: and creating all this video talking about, well, what does
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: it matter who I voted for?
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: We told you this was going to happen.
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: That's why. We said this. We said this. Did we not, Larry?
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: We said it.
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: I don't care about anybody's vote of regret. What you
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: get is what you get. You gotta suffer like the
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: rest of us. Point blank period.
- 1:06:41Speaker 5: It's almost as if your vote actually matters. Anyways, so
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: I'm looking at my vehicle. It's destroyed. Now it's an
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: insurance nightmare. I gotta go through that. Listeners, it is
- 1:06:56Speaker 5: what it is. It won't happen to me a I mean,
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: I can't say my car won't get broken into, but
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: I will say that the thing that I learned is
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: that we protect our assets because I went through all
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: of this security. Now, mind you, as we're going through
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: the security, it's two different stops that you have to
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: check in and a whole gated thing, a mechanical gate
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: that they have to let you through. And then you
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: have to go through two security checkpoints at that point,
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: why is there all this security? Because these are our
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: tax dollars. This isn't just Mike's tow yard. This is
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: the actual state of Maryland's impound lot. So, why are
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: we pouring all of these resources and all of these
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: security checkpoints into protecting our actual... These are people's vehicles.
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: I paid... Monthly for that vehicle. I can't go. And
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: retrieve my own vehicle. Without these security protocols. However. Someone
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: can just breeze into my neighborhood. And steal it to
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: begin with. But then once they steal it. Once they
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: make me a victim.
- 1:08:18Speaker 6: I then.
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: Have to go through all of these security checkpoints. To
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: then see. Where my vehicle is. Why weren't these all.
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: Security checkpoints. Before my vehicle got stolen. Where are my
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: tax dollars.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: Actually going.
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: Where are my tax dollars. Actually going. Because I'm paying into.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: All of these different resources. For security. After I'm already
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: a victim. No nigga. Pour those security. Resources into. Where
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: I don't have to. Be a motherfucking victim. Why don't
- 1:08:59Speaker 5: we have... that in place why isn't that a priority
- 1:09:06Speaker 5: hello why aren't we doing that that's the problem that
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: I have because I have to have security escorts one
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: of them is armed by the way And everybody that
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: walked into, before I even got into the goddamn shuttle van,
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: everybody was armed. Which means you paid for them training.
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: You paid for them to have whatever security clearances and
- 1:09:39Speaker 5: background checks and everything else. You did all of that.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: But when I'm a victim, it's when I go through that.
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: Instead of preventing me from being a victim why aren't
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: we pouring resources into motherfucking that i'm so angry the
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: shit fucking pissed me off because i'm like and now
- 1:10:04Speaker 5: i gotta go through a goddamn insurance nightmare because again
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: insurance companies are built to tell you no that is
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: what they do And now I have to go through
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: that dumb shit. On top of having to wait goddamn
- 1:10:20Speaker 5: four days to get my replacement ID. Because this happened
- 1:10:25Speaker 5: on a Friday and shit don't happen in business until Monday.
- 1:10:29Speaker 5: It's a whole separate two days. So, I'm sorry, y'all.
- 1:10:36Speaker 5: I know this is a comedy show, but goddamn it,
- 1:10:39Speaker 5: that pissed me off.
- 1:10:40Speaker 6: Relax or late release.
- 1:10:41Speaker 5: Okay. on somebody's face anyways um oh my god I
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: just I'm so angry the shit really pissed me off
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: because I do so much in the community that I
- 1:10:54Speaker 5: feel like I pour back into for something like this
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: to happen to me so fuck you whoever did that
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: because you ain't no better than the whites that's it
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: that's all up next we gonna talk we'll be right back.
- 1:11:13Speaker 17: I saw this tweet from Laura Loomer directed at Angie
- 1:11:15Speaker 17: Nixon where after calling her ghetto and saying she speaks Ebonics,
- 1:11:17Speaker 17: she wrote, maybe I need to bark at you and
- 1:11:19Speaker 17: tug your leash and then you'll finally understand.
- 1:11:22Speaker 15: Ah!
- 1:11:23Speaker 17: Now Laura, can I call you Laura? A person who
- 1:11:25Speaker 17: makes a profession out of being provocative often believes they
- 1:11:27Speaker 17: are revealing something uncomfortable about others when more often they
- 1:11:31Speaker 17: are revealing the uncomfortable limitations of themselves. And you seem
- 1:11:34Speaker 17: to be confused about which person here fits more comfortably
- 1:11:36Speaker 17: within the dog-like parameters you just established. So perhaps what
- 1:11:39Speaker 17: this situation really needs is a good dog catcher.
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: Dog catcher.
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: Do the dog catcher.
- 1:11:44Speaker 17: Laura, it's intriguing that you would describe attributes so synonymous
- 1:11:47Speaker 17: with a dog to Angie Nixon when you are the
- 1:11:49Speaker 17: one who is actually eating dog food live on camera.
- 1:11:52Speaker 17: One would suggest that you put more consideration to the
- 1:11:54Speaker 17: things that you say before you say them, particularly when
- 1:11:57Speaker 17: you often emerge as the most qualified recipient of the
- 1:11:59Speaker 17: insult that you intended for somebody else. But consideration has
- 1:12:02Speaker 17: never appeared to be your strongest attribute. You ran for
- 1:12:04Speaker 17: Congress twice, and lost. Since you are so fond of
- 1:12:07Speaker 17: pattern recognition, I would start there. You handcuffed yourself to
- 1:12:11Speaker 17: Twitter headquarters after being banned, and there is something deeply
- 1:12:14Speaker 17: sad about needing to fasten the leash that you wear
- 1:12:16Speaker 17: to something that shows no interest in. But when rejection
- 1:12:19Speaker 17: becomes the one most consistent relationship in your life, eventually
- 1:12:22Speaker 17: the intellectual responsible question is not why everybody keeps leaving.
- 1:12:25Speaker 17: It is what remains so consistently deplorable about your presence.
- 1:12:29Speaker 15: But of course, answering that would require introspection.
- 1:12:31Speaker 17: And racism has always provided inadequate people like you a
- 1:12:34Speaker 17: convenient escape from the burden of examining themselves.
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: Racism is an ignorant.
- 1:12:38Speaker 17: And inept person's holy grail because it allows you to
- 1:12:41Speaker 17: experience the sensation of superiority without ever possessing a single
- 1:12:45Speaker 17: quality necessary to earn it. Your hope seems to be
- 1:12:47Speaker 17: that degrading this black woman will improve your experience in
- 1:12:50Speaker 17: a world that has repeatedly demonstrated that it is willing
- 1:12:53Speaker 17: to move on without you. But no amount of contempt
- 1:12:55Speaker 17: directed at Angie Nixon can make you more substantial.
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: You keep reaching.
- 1:12:59Speaker 17: Outward to find somebody to diminish because looking inward would
- 1:13:01Speaker 17: require you to confront the one person you cannot escape.
- 1:13:04Speaker 11: You.
- 1:13:05Speaker 17: You have to get up each and every morning and
- 1:13:06Speaker 17: step inside the same hollow shell of a person that
- 1:13:09Speaker 17: you've chosen to become. If that were my life, I'd
- 1:13:11Speaker 17: be vitriolic too. You can spend as much money and
- 1:13:14Speaker 17: as time as you want amending that face that the
- 1:13:16Speaker 17: world sees, but we'll always have to wake up with
- 1:13:18Speaker 17: the crushing knowledge that beneath all that.
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: Work, you still have to be you.
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: What a shame.
- 1:13:23Speaker 17: And there is something profoundly empty about spending so much
- 1:13:26Speaker 17: time reconstructing your exterior while allowing your interior to remain
- 1:13:29Speaker 17: completely untouched. Walking the same tired steps that brought you
- 1:13:33Speaker 17: back to the same starting point the day before. Still
- 1:13:35Speaker 17: searching outside of yourself for somebody else to diminish because
- 1:13:38Speaker 17: you've never done the hard and rewarding work. of becoming
- 1:13:41Speaker 17: somebody you can be proud to encounter in the mirror.
- 1:13:44Speaker 17: Perhaps that is why it is so easy for you
- 1:13:46Speaker 17: to prescribe a leash for somebody else. It is easier
- 1:13:49Speaker 17: to imagine another person restrained than to confront how completely
- 1:13:52Speaker 17: you have tethered yourself to the same hatred, the same failures,
- 1:13:55Speaker 17: and the same version of yourself you keep refusing to outgrow.
- 1:13:58Speaker 17: So before you reach for that leash again, Laura, make
- 1:14:00Speaker 17: sure you examine it carefully. Because you spent this entire
- 1:14:02Speaker 17: exchange trying to convince us that Angie Nixon belonged on
- 1:14:04Speaker 17: the other end. And all you accomplished was revealing how
- 1:14:07Speaker 17: desperately somebody needed to come catch you.
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: Take us to work take us on the go take
- 1:14:12Speaker 4: us wherever you go wrtr real talk.
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: Radio all right niggas we are black and here we
- 1:14:19Speaker 5: sit l train welcome to wrtr real talk radio i've
- 1:14:24Speaker 5: often admired your talent your ability to just mesh with
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: different circles and different people lyric what did you just
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: change your background to who is this white.
- 1:14:34Speaker 10: What is happening.
- 1:14:39Speaker 5: What is happening? Do you know who that is?
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Turn him into a YN.
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: Oh. Is that L? Wait. Is that AI?
- 1:14:51Speaker 6: I'm playing.
- 1:14:52Speaker 13: Alright, y'all.
- 1:14:56Speaker 5: We are playing with the audio. I'm sorry. We're playing
- 1:14:59Speaker 5: with the video. We are only audio, so you can't
- 1:15:01Speaker 5: see this. But either way. Again, you bring a different
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: kind of energy to this actual podcast or at least
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: to this dynamic um i've often admired your incredible knowledge
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: and background in music and stuff like when we have
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: our personal conversations and stuff one of the things that
- 1:15:25Speaker 5: i admire about you most is how you're able to
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: bring everything into a cohesive whole you you're very calming
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: you have a calming energy but then when you talk
- 1:15:36Speaker 5: about music You get very passionate and always walk away
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: from a conversation with something that I may not have known.
- 1:15:45Speaker 5: And I think we're around the same age range, of course.
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: But at the same time, you really, like, you expand
- 1:15:54Speaker 5: my own knowledge. And I thought I was always knowledgeable.
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: I don't keep track of pop culture these days. Like,
- 1:16:00Speaker 5: I don't know what Megan Thee Stallion is doing. I
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: don't know what these fuck niggas out here doing. I
- 1:16:05Speaker 5: know what Ray J is doing because he's around my
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: age and stealing UFC fights and shit. Like, I don't
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: understand that. But you are like your extensive knowledge and
- 1:16:21Speaker 5: your background and all of that. It's a perfect dynamic.
- 1:16:25Speaker 5: And that is why I wanted you to be a
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: part of this podcast. So welcome aboard, sir.
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: Thank you. Yes. I love talking about music.
- 1:16:36Speaker 7: I feel bad, though, because I know we're talking about
- 1:16:37Speaker 7: our week, which I don't have much music.
- 1:16:40Speaker 5: To talk about. It's been a shitty week. Nobody's been singing.
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: And nobody's doing it.
- 1:16:45Speaker 6: No, absolutely not.
- 1:16:46Speaker 7: I mean, after Dolly, I was like, whew. But, you know,
- 1:16:52Speaker 7: so this week, what did I get into?
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: What did I... I did.
- 1:16:57Speaker 7: have someone come over and do a quote i'm getting
- 1:16:59Speaker 7: some stuff done in my house um like just some
- 1:17:01Speaker 7: remodeling in my bathroom okay and um i i absolutely
- 1:17:06Speaker 7: hate like a whore dealing with sales the whole process
- 1:17:11Speaker 7: and then coming out and everything and it like all
- 1:17:15Speaker 7: the small talk oh so how long have you lived
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: here why Why does that matter? Is that going to
- 1:17:20Speaker 7: change the quote? Shut up and do what you got
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: to do and get out of my house.
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: Give me the quote.
- 1:17:23Speaker 8: Period.
- 1:17:24Speaker 6: And let me know what I'm about to pay. I'm tired.
- 1:17:27Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying? I'm working. It's the middle
- 1:17:29Speaker 6: of the day because y'all only do quotes between 8
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: and 5. Guess what? That's working hours.
- 1:17:34Speaker 7: Okay, so I'm having to schedule time away from work.
- 1:17:38Speaker 7: And you in here, you want to, oh, well, how
- 1:17:40Speaker 7: old is the tub? How old is the house?
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: Who cares? Damn.
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: Damn.
- 1:17:44Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: Get your shit and get out.
- 1:17:46Speaker 6: Don't you know what.
- 1:17:46Speaker 7: This process is? So then we sit down and he's like,
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: all right, well, I'm going to show you some samples.
- 1:17:50Speaker 7: And I was like, here we go. Here we go.
- 1:17:53Speaker 7: And we finally made it through that because at one
- 1:17:55Speaker 7: point he started trying to upsell. And I said, look,
- 1:17:58Speaker 7: this is all I want. And this is it. I
- 1:18:01Speaker 7: can tell you now you can offer whatever else. I'm
- 1:18:05Speaker 7: not looking for the other stuff. And he was just like,
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: I think by that point he got frustrated with me.
- 1:18:11Speaker 7: And so he just kind of like put everything into
- 1:18:13Speaker 7: his little, briefcase. They was like, well, I'm not going
- 1:18:15Speaker 7: to waste your time.
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: All right, cool. Let's just, let's just get down to
- 1:18:17Speaker 6: brass tacks then. That's what I needed you to do before. Right.
- 1:18:22Speaker 5: We ended up.
- 1:18:23Speaker 6: Going with it. So he was like, yeah.
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: And that was the other thing. He was like, are
- 1:18:27Speaker 7: you the, are you the only person living here or something? Like,
- 1:18:31Speaker 7: am I the only person who have make it have
- 1:18:34Speaker 7: to make the decision and stuff? And at first I'm like,
- 1:18:36Speaker 7: Are you casing my joint?
- 1:18:37Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:18:38Speaker 7: Like, are you trying to figure out whether or not
- 1:18:40Speaker 7: there's anybody else that's going to be in the house
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: so I can get mugged or whatever?
- 1:18:43Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:18:44Speaker 7: But once again, why are you asking me all these questions?
- 1:18:47Speaker 7: I said, look, I'm the only person who makes a
- 1:18:48Speaker 7: decision about this. This is my house.
- 1:18:51Speaker 6: What do you need?
- 1:18:52Speaker 7: So it was just very short, short answers. But I'm
- 1:18:57Speaker 7: excited to say that I did go with it. They're
- 1:19:00Speaker 7: going to start hopefully in about a month and a
- 1:19:03Speaker 7: half or two once everything's done in the factory and
- 1:19:07Speaker 7: it's all delivered. So I am ready for that. And
- 1:19:13Speaker 7: it's been a bad, just bad customer service week. So
- 1:19:19Speaker 7: my car had a couple of recalls, but in the meantime,
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: I called and I have a Volkswagen. So And, yeah,
- 1:19:26Speaker 7: make all the jokes now because, trust me, I'm already understanding.
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: There's no jokes whatsoever because, A, I don't have a car.
- 1:19:32Speaker 5: But then, B, Volkswagen, I had that car. And I
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: love a Volkswagen.
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: See, yeah.
- 1:19:40Speaker 7: For some reason, some of these SUVs, the Volkswagen SUVs, though,
- 1:19:43Speaker 7: they are. They're hit or miss, and the one I
- 1:19:45Speaker 7: have is a miss.
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: What it was for me with Volkswagen was them snow
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: storms that we had a few years ago back here
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: on the East Coast. I had a rental because I
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: was driving back and forth to work from state to state.
- 1:20:00Speaker 5: When I tell you that Volkswagen got me through... It
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: had the little security features and everything else. So, yeah.
- 1:20:08Speaker 5: I love a Volkswagen.
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: What up? So, when we had the.
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: We need a sponsorship, by the way. I know, right?
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: We had the Blizzard. Well, after what I have to say,
- 1:20:15Speaker 6: they might not want to.
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: Oh, well. Sorry, girl.
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: But when we had the Blizzards, I had a Subaru.
- 1:20:21Speaker 7: And that thing got through anything.
- 1:20:25Speaker 6: It just... Just like the commercial? Exactly.
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: However, when we just got this Snow This Pastime... I
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: had the Volkswagen in it. It did pretty good. I
- 1:20:34Speaker 7: was able to get in and out. It did what
- 1:20:37Speaker 7: it needed to do. I like being in my vehicle.
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: I love the look of it and everything like that,
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: but there were multiple things that were going on with it.
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: I gave them a call. I was like, look, I
- 1:20:50Speaker 7: need to bring it in for service. It's not even
- 1:20:52Speaker 7: a year old yet. I was like, I'm going to
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: bring it in for service. The transmission lags when you
- 1:20:57Speaker 7: go over speed bumps or around corners.
- 1:21:01Speaker 6: And things like that.
- 1:21:02Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 1:21:04Speaker 7: Where, like, when you try to, you know, you break in.
- 1:21:06Speaker 7: When you go into a corner, you break, and then
- 1:21:07Speaker 7: you gas out. You know, that whole thing with.
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: I do.
- 1:21:11Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: I do.
- 1:21:12Speaker 6: But when you go to gas out, there's no gas.
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: And it's like, what's going on? You know.
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: The other thing, the infotainment center has to be reset
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: multiple times a day.
- 1:21:24Speaker 15: Mm-hmm.
- 1:21:25Speaker 7: So when I did the call and I'm letting them
- 1:21:29Speaker 7: know what all is going on with the vehicle, I
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: told them about the transmission lag or whatever. The other
- 1:21:35Speaker 7: thing that was doing the infotainment center system needs to
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: be reset regularly. And when I say regularly, I'm talking
- 1:21:41Speaker 7: like sometimes two or three times a day.
- 1:21:42Speaker 6: I'll get in.
- 1:21:43Speaker 7: It will not connect to the Bluetooth. And it was
- 1:21:45Speaker 7: doing this before when I first got the car, but
- 1:21:47Speaker 7: I thought it's because my phone was old. So I
- 1:21:49Speaker 7: had just gotten a new phone recently.
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: I'm like, all right, cool. New phone, new cord.
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: This vehicle is supposed to do the Android auto comfortably.
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: Like what's going on. So it's, it's not, it's not
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: connecting or anything. And I have to literally reset it.
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: She has changed her background now to SpongeBob.
- 1:22:10Speaker 7: So, and then the third thing, the third thing was
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: my sunroof. So most sunroofs, you got like a little
- 1:22:17Speaker 7: knob or something and a lever, something like that. Well,
- 1:22:21Speaker 7: But the way the Volkswagen is, you just kind of
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: swipe this little spot, and the swipe is what activates it. Well,
- 1:22:28Speaker 7: the swipe doesn't always work. It looks cool when it does,
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: but it doesn't always work. And for a vehicle, once again,
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: that's not a year old, we shouldn't be having these problems.
- 1:22:38Speaker 7: So I called them, and I explained all of this
- 1:22:40Speaker 7: stuff in great detail. Not because I wanted to, because
- 1:22:42Speaker 7: they asked me.
- 1:22:43Speaker 6: Remember that.
- 1:22:44Speaker 7: So they scheduled this appointment. Everything's done. I get there
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: to Volkswagen. And she's like, all right, cool.
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: Well, where's your key? I'm just going to go outside
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: and take a look at everything. She takes a look.
- 1:22:55Speaker 7: And I'm standing there, nice and calm, just ready for
- 1:22:58Speaker 7: them to fix this and be done with it. So
- 1:23:02Speaker 7: she's looking through. And she was like, OK, yeah, so
- 1:23:04Speaker 7: it looks. Are you going to stay with the vehicle?
- 1:23:06Speaker 6: I was like, I got my laptop. I'm good to go.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: I'm going to work.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: Work.
- 1:23:11Speaker 6: And I'm fine.
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: And she's like, well, yeah, I see the recall. So
- 1:23:14Speaker 7: we should be able to knock those out. That's not
- 1:23:15Speaker 7: going to take too long. And I said, yeah, but
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: what about all the other stuff? And she's like, what
- 1:23:19Speaker 7: other stuff? I took a long break. You know how
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: you said I had this calming demeanor? I had to
- 1:23:26Speaker 7: go center myself for a second because I wanted to just.
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: Go the fuck off. Because I'm like, what do you mean?
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: What other stuff?
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: I talked to the man downstairs on the phone and
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: he asked me all these questions.
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: So I said, ma'am... That's why Lyric don't hang out
- 1:23:42Speaker 5: with me in public.
- 1:23:46Speaker 6: Well, I went to my very quiet voice. I went
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: real quiet. I was like, I said, ma'am, when I
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: set this up, I was asked a lot of questions
- 1:23:56Speaker 6: about this vehicle.
- 1:23:57Speaker 7: And I answered every single one of them. And they
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: put those notes in there. And she said, oh, but
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: those don't transfer over. And I said, so I'm going
- 1:24:04Speaker 7: to ask you a question. She said, before you do,
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: I'm just going to let you know I understand.
- 1:24:08Speaker 6: It doesn't make sense.
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: I said, long as you know that I don't have
- 1:24:11Speaker 7: to say it then. So that's truly an issue. She
- 1:24:14Speaker 7: was like, yeah, I'm so sorry. So what is going
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: on with your car? I was like, well, this piece
- 1:24:18Speaker 7: of shit.
- 1:24:19Speaker 6: I'm sorry. Hold on.
- 1:24:19Speaker 7: Before I say that, no, I'm going to be nice.
- 1:24:22Speaker 7: So then I pulled myself back. Because at this point,
- 1:24:24Speaker 7: I still haven't cussed yet.
- 1:24:25Speaker 6: I ain't cussed. I'll tell you when I started cussing.
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: Better man than I am.
- 1:24:28Speaker 6: I ain't cussed.
- 1:24:29Speaker 7: I said, this vehicle has three different things that are
- 1:24:34Speaker 7: going wrong with it. I explained all three. When I
- 1:24:36Speaker 7: got to the infotainment system, she was like, oh, yeah,
- 1:24:40Speaker 7: that's real common with those. And I said, yeah. So
- 1:24:44Speaker 7: are y'all going to be able to fix it? And
- 1:24:45Speaker 7: she said, well, we have to be able to replicate it.
- 1:24:48Speaker 6: Well, I've got videos. I have videos on my phone.
- 1:24:51Speaker 7: And she said, oh, we'll put those, send those to
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: the text system and we'll make sure that we make
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: notes of it and everything.
- 1:24:57Speaker 6: And we'll check the vehicle out.
- 1:24:58Speaker 7: And then, oh, this was the fun part because I said, well,
- 1:25:01Speaker 7: with all of that said, are you going to have
- 1:25:03Speaker 7: to keep it overnight? And if so, am I getting
- 1:25:05Speaker 7: a loaner? And she was like, well, we're not sure
- 1:25:09Speaker 7: until we look at it, so do you want to stay.
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: Or do you want to go on home? And I said, no, no.
- 1:25:15Speaker 15: No, no.
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: That's not even what you asked her.
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: Yeah, that's not the question.
- 1:25:18Speaker 7: I said, I'm asking, if you need to keep it,
- 1:25:22Speaker 7: am I getting a loaner? And she said, well, we
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: could put you on the wait list, but I can
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: tell you that's not going to happen because there's already
- 1:25:28Speaker 7: 20 people on it and we only have six.
- 1:25:31Speaker 6: So let that sink in. So I looked at her again.
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: I said, is there another dealership around here that can
- 1:25:36Speaker 7: do this work that actually has... a fleet of loaners
- 1:25:38Speaker 7: that in case something, you know, is, you know, determined
- 1:25:41Speaker 7: that you want to keep it.
- 1:25:42Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: I can get around.
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: I said, cause it's not my fault that this piece,
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: that this vehicle is over there having these problems.
- 1:25:51Speaker 6: So she was like, she's like, um, well, I understand that.
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: So what we can do is by the end of
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: the day, you know, I know you said you're, you're
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: willing to wait that long or whatever.
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: I'll come over.
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: We'll get through what we can. If we cannot get
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: to the other pieces or anything like that, we'll have
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: you come back. I said, fine, I can deal with that.
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: That's more realistic.
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: I said, I do think it's crazy that y'all don't have, um,
- 1:26:14Speaker 7: a loaner, but whatever. So fast forward, we get to
- 1:26:20Speaker 7: me signing the paperwork at the end. They've done everything.
- 1:26:22Speaker 7: They did the inspection and all this other stuff.
- 1:26:24Speaker 6: And they're like, oh yeah.
- 1:26:26Speaker 7: Um, so we weren't able to replicate the situation with your, um,
- 1:26:30Speaker 7: infotainment system so we can't do anything about that i
- 1:26:33Speaker 7: said i don't whoa whoa whoa wait a minute what
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: do you mean you know i said i've shown you
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: videos of how this thing doesn't do this and she
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: said well maybe you should reset your um your phone
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: i looked at her i said ma'am you're really gonna
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: make me angry now and and at this point i
- 1:26:50Speaker 7: need you to understand how insulting that is you know
- 1:26:52Speaker 7: that bullshit ain't gonna work and she looked at me
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: she was like you're right i understand like she was
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: She was real cool in the sense of like on
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: the up and up. She was like, we just have
- 1:27:01Speaker 7: to tell people to do that. I said, it's a
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: brand new damn phone. I was like, I haven't even
- 1:27:05Speaker 7: had this phone in a month. I'm not, okay, so
- 1:27:08Speaker 7: I'm going to go out there, take Android off, Android
- 1:27:11Speaker 7: auto off, and then put it back on, and then
- 1:27:14Speaker 7: this thing is still going to do it. After you
- 1:27:15Speaker 7: said that it's problematic with these vehicles anyway, that people are,
- 1:27:19Speaker 7: it's all over Reddit and everything, where people are constantly
- 1:27:22Speaker 7: resetting their vehicle because the maps don't come up. Or
- 1:27:26Speaker 7: the auto will come up, but you have no volume.
- 1:27:29Speaker 6: And you're like, okay, got to reset it again. And
- 1:27:31Speaker 6: that takes a process.
- 1:27:32Speaker 7: If you get stuck out somewhere and you need GPS,
- 1:27:36Speaker 7: you don't have access to it.
- 1:27:37Speaker 6: You're fucked.
- 1:27:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: You're fucked.
- 1:27:39Speaker 7: And you can't be driving around with your phone in
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: your hand because you'll get pulled over for that. So
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: I'm like, man, no, this is an issue. And she said, well,
- 1:27:49Speaker 7: I understand, but why? if they can't replicate it. And
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: then she, she gave me an excuse about the transmission
- 1:27:54Speaker 7: because they have timing chains and not timing belts. And
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: sometimes that causes a lag. And also if you have
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: lotion on your hands or anything like that, sometimes that'll
- 1:28:02Speaker 7: cause problems with this, with the swipe on the sunroof.
- 1:28:05Speaker 6: So I looked at her, I said, if.
- 1:28:06Speaker 5: You're moisturized, so white people, you're good. So I looked at.
- 1:28:11Speaker 7: Her, I said, so what you're telling me is I
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: brought my vehicle up here for y'all to look at.
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: the recalls that you acknowledge, but all the other stuff
- 1:28:20Speaker 7: is just in my head. And she was like, well,
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: I don't want you to look at it that way. Look,
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: you do have to come back. If it does it again,
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: let us know. Also, the videos were very helpful. So
- 1:28:32Speaker 7: I said, I'll take as many damn videos of this
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: piece of shit. And at this point, this is when
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: I just lost it because I'm like, I'm tired. I've
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: been up here all damn day. I've been listening to
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: y'all like tell me back and forth we don't know
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: about this or we don't know about that and I'm
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: being patient and at this point I'm done. I said
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: ma'am I don't give a fuck what happens with this
- 1:28:51Speaker 7: piece of shit but it needs to be fixed.
- 1:28:53Speaker 6: I said I need.
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: Y'all to take a look at that thing again and
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: she said well you do know if Every time you
- 1:28:59Speaker 7: come up here, it opens a case, which means by
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: the third time, typically, they have to keep it and
- 1:29:05Speaker 7: look at it and figure the price.
- 1:29:07Speaker 6: I said, okay, well, cool. Say less.
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: You about to see me three or four times this
- 1:29:11Speaker 7: next week because this motherfucker does it all the damn time,
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: and I'm about tired of it.
- 1:29:16Speaker 6: When I say all the time, today.
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: Today, I have had to reset my radio four times,
- 1:29:22Speaker 7: holding the power button down for two and a half minutes,
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: and then it pops back up. And sometimes it works
- 1:29:28Speaker 7: and sometimes it doesn't. This is a new car. What
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: is the problem?
- 1:29:31Speaker 5: You know what I mean? Oh, no.
- 1:29:32Speaker 6: This is crazy.
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: I can understand if my car was like eight or
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: nine years old and maybe it's glitching or it's got
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: some electrical issues or something.
- 1:29:39Speaker 6: No, no. This is under warranty. Y'all better fix this shit. Absolutely.
- 1:29:43Speaker 6: Y'all better fix this shit. So, yeah, that's why I
- 1:29:44Speaker 6: don't think.
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: And that's the thing, though.
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: They try to give you the bullshit rundown until your
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: warranty run out so they're not responsible for fixing that shit.
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: I fucking hate the process of insurance and warranties.
- 1:29:58Speaker 6: And all of that shit.
- 1:29:59Speaker 3: I think all of it is bullshit.
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: It is.
- 1:30:01Speaker 3: They just want you to pay.
- 1:30:03Speaker 5: They do. It's all a cash grab because it can't
- 1:30:07Speaker 5: really be y'all really giving a shit about anything else.
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: It can be. It couldn't be. We give so much
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: money into protecting money. why are we protecting why are
- 1:30:24Speaker 5: we putting so much money into protecting money instead of
- 1:30:27Speaker 5: protecting fucking people why can't we do that i mean
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: it just is what it is but.
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: Why does it take uh five to seven business days
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: for me to get my motherfucking money.
- 1:30:40Speaker 6: Back when it took you five when it took you
- 1:30:43Speaker 6: five to seven seconds.
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: To get it this man off he was like y'all
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: took my goddamn money in 2.5 seconds and it take
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: 5 to 7 business days.
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: This is what I'm saying the fuck it don't make
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: sense and even though they left my credit card best
- 1:30:58Speaker 5: believe I still cancelled that bitch so I'm still waiting
- 1:31:02Speaker 5: for my card.
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: Like why why why can't it be immediate send that
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: shit expeditiously yeah.
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: You bitches I hate you.
- 1:31:14Speaker 5: All right. So, L-Train, welcome to WRTR Real Talk Radio.
- 1:31:18Speaker 5: We'll be back with the wrap-up right after this.
- 1:31:22Speaker 8: So, when this thing happened with Iran, I made a
- 1:31:25Speaker 8: video saying that if the other straight, the Bab el-Maneb,
- 1:31:29Speaker 8: I think is how you pronounce it, if.
- 1:31:31Speaker 5: That gets shut down, we in trouble.
- 1:31:35Speaker 16: Well.
- 1:31:37Speaker 5: We are in trouble. Watch this video, and I'll be
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: right back.
- 1:31:40Speaker 11: Bab al-Mandeb Strait was just fully taken over by the
- 1:31:42Speaker 11: Houthis in coordination with the IRGC, and they are now
- 1:31:44Speaker 11: working on entirely.
- 1:31:45Speaker 15: Shutting it down.
- 1:31:46Speaker 11: Throughout the day yesterday, they had been rapidly seizing key
- 1:31:48Speaker 11: port cities along the strait, and last night they finally
- 1:31:50Speaker 11: completed the takeover after seizing Hiss and Marat. And now
- 1:31:53Speaker 11: they're working on fully shutting down all transit through the strait,
- 1:31:55Speaker 11: which means pretty soon we're going to have both the
- 1:31:56Speaker 11: Strait of Hormuz closed.
- 1:31:57Speaker 15: As well as the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. This is something
- 1:31:59Speaker 15: I warned about.
- 1:31:59Speaker 11: All the way back in like April, that this would
- 1:32:01Speaker 11: be like the worst thing to happen, and now it's happening.
- 1:32:04Speaker 11: Mandeb is the backup route to Hormuz, which of course
- 1:32:06Speaker 11: is still closed. And that means pretty soon, there's going
- 1:32:08Speaker 11: to be like little to no oil flowing through the
- 1:32:10Speaker 11: Middle East. And this also isn't even to mention the
- 1:32:12Speaker 11: massive cargo flows that go through Mandeb, or the fact
- 1:32:15Speaker 11: that during this takeover, they reportedly did catastrophic.
- 1:32:18Speaker 15: Damage to the Saudi East-West Pipeline.
- 1:32:19Speaker 11: And that's why I said back then, if you think
- 1:32:21Speaker 11: $ 4 a gallon for gas is bad, you better strap
- 1:32:23Speaker 11: in because we hadn't even started yet. Now gas is
- 1:32:25Speaker 11: close to like $ 5, diesel is at an all-time high,
- 1:32:28Speaker 11: and we are now just getting started.
- 1:32:30Speaker 15: This thing is now cooked beyond belief.
- 1:32:31Speaker 11: And it's pretty clear that Iran had been waiting for
- 1:32:34Speaker 11: the right opportunity to do this. The past few months,
- 1:32:36Speaker 11: they've just been like slowly draining our stockpile, I guess,
- 1:32:38Speaker 11: to prepare for this. Because they pulled this off in
- 1:32:41Speaker 11: under 24 hours. They took over like five cities. And reportedly,
- 1:32:44Speaker 11: I think it's MBS or someone contacted Trump and was like,
- 1:32:47Speaker 11: we need help with this situation.
- 1:32:48Speaker 15: You got to help us. And Trump said, no, we
- 1:32:50Speaker 15: can't help you. And not because he didn't.
- 1:32:51Speaker 11: Want to, but because we literally don't have the capacity
- 1:32:53Speaker 11: to do so. And of course, that means there is
- 1:32:55Speaker 11: no opening this straight up. We can't even open up
- 1:32:57Speaker 11: poor moves. There's no way we're opening this one up.
- 1:32:58Speaker 11: This right here is the crushing blow. And this is
- 1:33:00Speaker 11: exactly why I've been telling everyone to prepare, because this
- 1:33:02Speaker 11: is an inevitability.
- 1:33:02Speaker 15: It was going to happen. So hopefully you did. And,
- 1:33:05Speaker 15: you know, strap in. Iran didn't need to develop a WMD.
- 1:33:09Speaker 15: We handed them something the equivalent of a WMD.
- 1:33:13Speaker 5: Control of the world's energy. Oh, my God.
- 1:33:19Speaker 8: When all those military personnel told that motherfucker not to listen.
- 1:33:23Speaker 15: To square head shitting Yahoo, he listened anyway.
- 1:33:29Speaker 8: Or coerce, because we don't know. When white people fuck up, man,
- 1:33:36Speaker 8: y'all fuck up big.
- 1:33:37Speaker 5: I don't see how the.
- 1:33:38Speaker 15: Hell We gonna get out of this.
- 1:33:45Speaker 8: We done wasted so much time, energy, money, weaponry, sons
- 1:33:49Speaker 8: and daughters unalived.
- 1:33:52Speaker 15: For what?
- 1:33:54Speaker 8: For a tiny little man from that tiny little country
- 1:33:57Speaker 8: that continues to screw us.
- 1:34:03Speaker 6: Oh, my God. This is wild.
- 1:34:05Speaker 5: I don't even... I had enough of the internet, man.
- 1:34:08Speaker 3: And P.S.
- 1:34:09Speaker 8: While they are screwing us, they are still doing their
- 1:34:12Speaker 8: F-shit over there.
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: Now I'm done.
- 1:34:21Speaker 6: Keep it in.
- 1:34:22Speaker 15: 1-100.
- 1:34:23Speaker 4: It's Real Talk Radio. On WRTR. Real Talk Radio. We
- 1:34:28Speaker 4: keep it real.
- 1:34:30Speaker 5: Alrighty, so inside of Real Talk, because, I mean, even
- 1:34:33Speaker 5: though we've been Real Talking the whole day, sorry, we
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: did not answer none of y'all bullshit. I do not
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: care about the diarrhea mess. Listen, you keep sending this
- 1:34:46Speaker 5: story to my inbox. Please stop sending this story into
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: my inbox. I'm not reading about your diarrhea. Go seek
- 1:34:58Speaker 5: doctor's help. If you just want intention, then say that.
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: Write in just the letter. Write in just the letter
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: and say, hey, but stop sending this diarrhea story. Okay.
- 1:35:16Speaker 5: It's like four different times. And told in different ways.
- 1:35:22Speaker 6: It's gross. Okay.
- 1:35:23Speaker 5: Lettuce.
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: They won't have that problem.
- 1:35:27Speaker 6: Or ground beef.
- 1:35:29Speaker 5: Or eggs. It's not the fact that you're eating it.
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: It's the fact that the officials that are out here
- 1:35:36Speaker 5: that cut all these programs that looked into this shit.
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: It's almost as if your voters, you vote when you vote.
- 1:35:45Speaker 5: It actually makes things happen. It's almost as if. I mean,
- 1:35:53Speaker 5: there's screw worms in the beef. There's cyclospora in the lettuce.
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: There's salmonella in the chicken. I don't know what's happening.
- 1:36:06Speaker 3: Eggs.
- 1:36:06Speaker 6: There's an E. coli issue.
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: Yes. It's that.
- 1:36:09Speaker 3: What's the eggs? Yeah.
- 1:36:12Speaker 7: And then we got that beef from the back of
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: Argentina's trunk.
- 1:36:17Speaker 6: That China said no thank you to.
- 1:36:19Speaker 5: And why are all these horses being rounded up when
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: we don't have an origin of where all of this
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: new beef is coming from that apparently every other country
- 1:36:29Speaker 5: has said, nah girl, we good. Like, what is happening?
- 1:36:34Speaker 5: Every other country with this beef that's rolling in that
- 1:36:38Speaker 5: I've read about, that I've been exposed to about videos
- 1:36:44Speaker 5: with Every other country has condemned this actual beef that
- 1:36:53Speaker 5: the leader y'all voted for has decided to bring here.
- 1:37:00Speaker 5: We can't eat anything, people. We can't eat anything. What
- 1:37:06Speaker 5: do you mean?
- 1:37:07Speaker 3: I mean a wish sandwich. Right.
- 1:37:12Speaker 7: And you won't know where it's coming from because Congress
- 1:37:14Speaker 7: made sure of that about 10 years ago by saying
- 1:37:18Speaker 7: that the country of origin for meats and things like
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: that is no longer required to be.
- 1:37:23Speaker 6: Printed on the labels.
- 1:37:26Speaker 3: Huh.
- 1:37:26Speaker 7: So we don't even know where this ground beef is
- 1:37:28Speaker 7: going to be coming from that's mixed in with our
- 1:37:30Speaker 7: own U.S. grade meat for the ground because it's scraps.
- 1:37:35Speaker 7: It's not like we're not getting stays from Argentina. We're
- 1:37:37Speaker 7: getting scraps and the stuff that they get off the floor.
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: Huh.
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: Could be people. Who knows?
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: Probably some of them on Epstein Island.
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: Shit.
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: Like, what do you mean?
- 1:37:46Speaker 5: I'm just saying.
- 1:37:47Speaker 6: Yep. I would be eating ground turkey, ground pork, ground chicken.
- 1:37:53Speaker 5: I don't.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: Like, the only thing. You got to get it tested, too,
- 1:37:57Speaker 1: because you don't know what that is either.
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: Facts.
- 1:38:01Speaker 5: Is it or isn't it? I'm just saying. Is it
- 1:38:03Speaker 5: or isn't it true that if you eat people, it
- 1:38:06Speaker 5: kind of drives you crazy a little bit?
- 1:38:08Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: Did you not hear what they said about Ellen and
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: Celine Dion dying from, what.
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: Is it, Uru disease?
- 1:38:16Speaker 5: Allegedly.
- 1:38:17Speaker 3: And you can only get that from eating people.
- 1:38:21Speaker 5: Allegedly? And what did they say?
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: That's what the article said.
- 1:38:24Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 1:38:25Speaker 6: But they're alive.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: But they said they're dying from it, though. They have
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: been diagnosed with this.
- 1:38:32Speaker 3: That's what I read.
- 1:38:33Speaker 5: From eating people?
- 1:38:35Speaker 3: Yeah. That's what the... I'm going to have to.
- 1:38:38Speaker 5: Insert some audio. That's where the disease comes from.
- 1:38:41Speaker 16: Oh.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: I think it's called Kuru or something.
- 1:38:45Speaker 9: Oh.
- 1:38:48Speaker 16: Oh.
- 1:38:49Speaker 3: Yes, Kuru. K-U-R-U.
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: Oh.
- 1:38:55Speaker 6: Okay. Okay. Oh, no, no, no. Posted social. Wait a minute.
- 1:39:02Speaker 17: Go ahead.
- 1:39:02Speaker 3: Go ahead. Read it. You want to say?
- 1:39:04Speaker 5: You want to say? You want to say?
- 1:39:07Speaker 6: Well, it was saying it's a rumor. But does she
- 1:39:13Speaker 6: have it?
- 1:39:14Speaker 5: Oh, I hope not. Jesus Christ.
- 1:39:19Speaker 6: Yeah, no.
- 1:39:21Speaker 5: Ellen was kind of a dealable... She was corny, but
- 1:39:26Speaker 5: up until I heard all this shit that she was
- 1:39:29Speaker 5: doing to her staff backstage, allegedly, and.
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: And allegedly to children, allegedly.
- 1:39:35Speaker 6: To children?
- 1:39:36Speaker 5: Eating? Allegedly. Hello? Allegedly. I've heard these rumors also. This
- 1:39:44Speaker 5: is all tabloids and stuff, but this probably is our...
- 1:39:49Speaker 5: Age versions of, like, Bat Boy when you walk past
- 1:39:55Speaker 5: in the 80s and shit and see those Inquirer magazines.
- 1:39:59Speaker 7: I do wonder, though, because didn't Ellen's ex-wife went completely
- 1:40:05Speaker 7: off the rails, remember? And she, what, ended up dying
- 1:40:09Speaker 7: in a car accident or something?
- 1:40:11Speaker 3: Remember?
- 1:40:12Speaker 6: Like, she went completely off.
- 1:40:15Speaker 5: I haven't really followed her life like that, to be honest.
- 1:40:20Speaker 6: She was an actress, Ellen DeGeneres. Well, she's with, what's
- 1:40:25Speaker 6: her name, too, now.
- 1:40:26Speaker 5: I've only known her from her big media push. And
- 1:40:29Speaker 5: this is what I want to talk about a little
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: bit in Real Talk today, about how the media pushes
- 1:40:36Speaker 5: images to kind of, we're all chasing after an image
- 1:40:43Speaker 5: it's why I believe that so many people right now
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: are there's not more outrage about these Epstein files and
- 1:40:52Speaker 5: about all of these victims and people that moving forward
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: because I just like in this moment I flash back
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: to my childhood where I would walk you would be
- 1:41:06Speaker 5: in the grocery store line with your grandma or your
- 1:41:08Speaker 5: mama or whoever And you would see Inquirer magazines with
- 1:41:12Speaker 5: all these headlines and stuff. And it would be the
- 1:41:14Speaker 5: most ridiculous shit in the world. Clearly satirical. Even to
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: a child. Well, at least to me. But that's our
- 1:41:26Speaker 5: age's version of what's happening right now. It's so weird.
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: Even when you talk about, go back to this whole
- 1:41:37Speaker 5: thing with Ellen. I've only known her to be that
- 1:41:41Speaker 5: person that is, she was benevolent, at least on the show.
- 1:41:47Speaker 5: Then you would see her pulling these pranks and stuff
- 1:41:51Speaker 5: on YouTube reels and stuff. Where it would be everybody
- 1:41:55Speaker 5: just having fun. And, you know, you could be that
- 1:41:58Speaker 5: person that's, you know, with the toilet brush in the bathroom.
- 1:42:02Speaker 5: And Ellen might just pop up out the commode. That
- 1:42:05Speaker 5: kind of shit. I mean, it just seemed like that
- 1:42:09Speaker 5: kind of media push.
- 1:42:11Speaker 13: For who she is.
- 1:42:14Speaker 5: And, I don't know, like, what do y'all think? So,
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: what else happened?
- 1:42:22Speaker 6: What do you mean?
- 1:42:23Speaker 5: I'm just, I'm saying with that, the Ellen thing.
- 1:42:28Speaker 6: Oh, it was, they're saying it's a rumor, but I
- 1:42:34Speaker 6: don't know. I just remember.
- 1:42:36Speaker 5: So is she eating people? What's happening?
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: I don't think it's a rumor in my opinion. I
- 1:42:43Speaker 1: think she did a lot of bullshit. And it's mighty
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: funny how she was at that one award show giving
- 1:42:53Speaker 1: out pizzas.
- 1:42:57Speaker 6: Oh, right, because of the whole pizza thing, the pizza
- 1:43:00Speaker 6: gate deal.
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 1:43:01Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:43:02Speaker 3: We all know what that means, right?
- 1:43:05Speaker 5: They say pizza. Does it really mean?
- 1:43:07Speaker 3: Yes. Yes.
- 1:43:08Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 1:43:09Speaker 3: It's a real thing.
- 1:43:10Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:43:10Speaker 3: It's a real thing. They have code words for their
- 1:43:13Speaker 3: pedophile groups. Yes.
- 1:43:17Speaker 5: Then that also implicates Hillary because didn't she have something
- 1:43:21Speaker 5: about pizza gators? I don't like to.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: Listen, all these people are corrupt, allegedly. That's the way
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: of the world.
- 1:43:33Speaker 6: You know what? Let me say I.
- 1:43:38Speaker 7: Understand now slightly how heterosexual people, folks, When the gays
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: took the rainbow.
- 1:43:47Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 1:43:48Speaker 7: Because as an uncle, whenever I have my nieces over
- 1:43:53Speaker 7: or if there's kids and stuff, I get pizza. Because
- 1:43:57Speaker 7: it's the easiest thing to feed kids, typically. You know, like,
- 1:44:00Speaker 7: if they're coming over.
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: You know what I mean? So, it looks weird. Oh,
- 1:44:03Speaker 5: I didn't even think about that.
- 1:44:05Speaker 6: I didn't know that was a thing. Like, it's a
- 1:44:06Speaker 6: cost-effective way.
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: It is absolutely a fucking thing.
- 1:44:08Speaker 6: It's a cost-effective way to feed multiple people. Multiple children.
- 1:44:14Speaker 5: Is that the correlation?
- 1:44:16Speaker 6: Oh, my God.
- 1:44:18Speaker 7: So it almost makes you want to be like, damn,
- 1:44:19Speaker 7: I guess we're just going to go to KFC or
- 1:44:21Speaker 7: something instead. Like, you know, I don't like the fact
- 1:44:24Speaker 7: that they done co-opted. That's awful.
- 1:44:27Speaker 5: Because it makes it look weird for anybody else who
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: has a bunch of kids.
- 1:44:30Speaker 6: You know what I mean?
- 1:44:30Speaker 5: You sick bitches. You sick, sick bitches. Ugh.
- 1:44:37Speaker 6: I didn't realize that was a thing. Sometimes it's better
- 1:44:40Speaker 6: to not know stuff. Because that's weird.
- 1:44:46Speaker 16: Oh.
- 1:44:46Speaker 6: That's weird.
- 1:44:47Speaker 5: Rose. Mm-hmm. Gross.
- 1:44:50Speaker 1: Just like they're trying to add pedophiles onto.
- 1:44:59Speaker 5: The community. Did you know that? You did not.
- 1:45:02Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:45:02Speaker 5: You did not.
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: Yes, they are.
- 1:45:03Speaker 5: Yes, they are. Why am I only now hearing of this?
- 1:45:08Speaker 6: Yeah. Well, this is the thing.
- 1:45:09Speaker 5: On the rainbow?
- 1:45:12Speaker 6: They call them maps. Yes.
- 1:45:14Speaker 1: Minor attracted person. They are trying to add that kid
- 1:45:18Speaker 1: on to LBPT.
- 1:45:19Speaker 3: Yes, they are.
- 1:45:20Speaker 6: And the community has been very adamant, like, no, y'all
- 1:45:24Speaker 6: stay over there. Fuck.
- 1:45:25Speaker 5: No.
- 1:45:26Speaker 6: Do not do that.
- 1:45:27Speaker 5: We don't do that shit over here. That is what
- 1:45:30Speaker 5: y'all niggas do. That is what y'all put on us.
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: I'm just telling you.
- 1:45:35Speaker 5: Y'all bitches put that shit on us.
- 1:45:39Speaker 1: They should be able to love who they want to
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: fucking love.
- 1:45:42Speaker 9: No.
- 1:45:43Speaker 5: What is going on absolutely the fuck not absolutely the
- 1:45:47Speaker 5: fuck not no no it's not happening no no i
- 1:45:54Speaker 5: know absolutely not you bitches you bitches tried to put
- 1:45:58Speaker 5: that shit on us for years trying.
- 1:46:01Speaker 1: To lower the age of consent Think about it.
- 1:46:06Speaker 5: It's so fucking gross.
- 1:46:08Speaker 1: If you lower the age of consent, everybody that was
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: accused of these crimes and magically disappeared are like lucky charms.
- 1:46:17Speaker 6: But see, you know what? Okay, so let's talk about
- 1:46:19Speaker 6: that for a second. Because if that's the end game,
- 1:46:24Speaker 6: which is to lower it and then make all of
- 1:46:26Speaker 6: this legal to where it would just be a non-factor,
- 1:46:30Speaker 6: I still want to know why there's still people in
- 1:46:32Speaker 6: jail who, on drug charges, all they should be expunged
- 1:46:37Speaker 6: and they should be out.
- 1:46:37Speaker 5: Why?
- 1:46:38Speaker 7: Because if that's what they're trying, you know what I mean? Like,
- 1:46:39Speaker 7: if that's what they're trying to get to and it works, then.
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: Who are the majority of these people.
- 1:46:45Speaker 6: Who are still in jail?
- 1:46:46Speaker 3: What color are they?
- 1:46:46Speaker 6: Oh, yeah. Absolutely.
- 1:46:47Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:46:48Speaker 6: I understand.
- 1:46:48Speaker 3: That's why.
- 1:46:49Speaker 5: This why comes from me. Why are there four profit jails?
- 1:46:53Speaker 8: Why?
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: Oh, yeah. Why?
- 1:47:02Speaker 3: Because it's modern-day slavery.
- 1:47:03Speaker 5: What do you mean? Uh-huh. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: That's what it is. That's why these officers are getting
- 1:47:11Speaker 3: out of hand.
- 1:47:11Speaker 1: I just, matter of fact, I just seen the story
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: 40 minutes ago where this black young guy was pulled
- 1:47:18Speaker 1: out of his car through the window by his fucking dreads.
- 1:47:23Speaker 6: What the hell?
- 1:47:24Speaker 5: Oh, my God. What for?
- 1:47:28Speaker 3: Mind you, he.
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: Already has his hands out the window implying to what
- 1:47:32Speaker 1: the officer is saying.
- 1:47:36Speaker 6: What was the need for that then?
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: What's it gonna take? What's it gonna take? That's what
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: I'm saying. What's it gonna take? Mind you, four officers
- 1:47:47Speaker 1: were put in jail in Mississippi for... for forming a
- 1:47:52Speaker 1: basic kill squad because they ran into this guy's house,
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: hog-tied him, water-boarded him and a couple other people, black,
- 1:48:00Speaker 1: by the way, got one in the mouth, blew him,
- 1:48:03Speaker 1: whipped through his motherfucking neck and killed him.
- 1:48:06Speaker 5: Oh.
- 1:48:07Speaker 1: Because the KKK is hiding behind the fucking badge.
- 1:48:14Speaker 3: I'm not.
- 1:48:14Speaker 6: Oh, yeah, that's been... That's always been.
- 1:48:16Speaker 1: Where do you guys think all these hangings is coming from?
- 1:48:18Speaker 1: Black people don't.
- 1:48:19Speaker 5: Hang them We don't do that.
- 1:48:21Speaker 3: We don't do no shit like that.
- 1:48:23Speaker 5: We've never done that. Y'all have done that to us.
- 1:48:27Speaker 5: And then put it on us. Stop this. That's not
- 1:48:31Speaker 5: what we do.
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: It's starting to be more and more and more.
- 1:48:36Speaker 3: I just heard of a young girl strung up.
- 1:48:40Speaker 6: My God.
- 1:48:42Speaker 7: And the hard part is you don't know them all
- 1:48:45Speaker 7: because there's so many that are being just swept under
- 1:48:48Speaker 7: the rug. And then later on you find out about
- 1:48:51Speaker 7: it and it's like, oh yeah, that happened last year.
- 1:48:52Speaker 6: What the hell?
- 1:48:53Speaker 1: Because it's not happening on mainstream news. One of the
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: things that I feel that they were trying to ban
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: TikTok for is because everybody was talking about what was
- 1:49:04Speaker 1: going on in their community that wasn't being shown on
- 1:49:08Speaker 1: the news.
- 1:49:08Speaker 5: You know my shit.
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? The media didn't have no
- 1:49:12Speaker 3: control over that.
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: That's why if you put something on TikTok now, they
- 1:49:17Speaker 1: take it down. Immediately.
- 1:49:18Speaker 13: Immediately.
- 1:49:19Speaker 5: I have so many strikes on my account right now. Y'all,
- 1:49:23Speaker 5: I mean, you can follow me over there, but, I mean,
- 1:49:27Speaker 5: at the end of the day, it may get shut
- 1:49:29Speaker 5: down like my last one. My last one was entirely
- 1:49:33Speaker 5: too popular, and now this one is getting popular, at
- 1:49:35Speaker 5: least with my stories, because I don't post actual things.
- 1:49:41Speaker 5: You have to pay attention to my stories if you
- 1:49:43Speaker 5: follow me on these social networks. That's my thing.
- 1:49:48Speaker 6: Reflection.
- 1:49:49Speaker 5: Yeah. And the stories are there, but they expire. So
- 1:49:54Speaker 5: if you want a recap of what you should be
- 1:49:57Speaker 5: paying attention to, at least what I feel like you
- 1:49:59Speaker 5: should be paying attention to, then follow me on those socials.
- 1:50:03Speaker 5: But otherwise, he's absolutely right. She's absolutely right where the
- 1:50:09Speaker 5: shit is getting snatched now. I don't know what is
- 1:50:16Speaker 5: truth right now. What's happening? We're literally seeing things, but
- 1:50:24Speaker 5: everybody's living in a reality TV series. I don't know
- 1:50:28Speaker 5: what's happening.
- 1:50:30Speaker 3: Why do y'all think AI has been allowed?
- 1:50:34Speaker 5: And it's being... The regulation for it is being pushed
- 1:50:39Speaker 5: back because states... individual states are saying hey we're putting
- 1:50:44Speaker 5: in AI regulations and AI is like oh well no
- 1:50:49Speaker 5: because if we can pass it federally then everybody has
- 1:50:52Speaker 5: to have AI and then nobody knows what is actually
- 1:50:56Speaker 5: real and that then controls the vote so.
- 1:50:59Speaker 1: They can get away with doing shit under the radar
- 1:51:03Speaker 1: because you're going to have people question if what they're
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: seeing is.
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: Real or not This is strange.
- 1:51:11Speaker 3: Because they're already doing it with content.
- 1:51:13Speaker 5: You're not okay.
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: You have these creators who are posting these realistic videos
- 1:51:18Speaker 1: and putting these captions on there. And you have people
- 1:51:22Speaker 1: saying in the comments, arguing if it's AI or if
- 1:51:25Speaker 1: it's real.
- 1:51:26Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:51:26Speaker 3: That's what they want to happen.
- 1:51:28Speaker 1: So when they pull the fucking bullshit, nobody's going to know.
- 1:51:34Speaker 6: This is terrifying. And if you have read 1984 or
- 1:51:37Speaker 6: Animal Farm, You should be horrified right now. And if
- 1:51:42Speaker 6: you did not, go take a quick read.
- 1:51:46Speaker 5: That is way back. Oh, I need to go watch
- 1:51:49Speaker 5: that again. And it's on YouTube. I watched it probably
- 1:51:54Speaker 5: like three years ago. And I need to watch it again.
- 1:51:57Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:51:58Speaker 7: To think about how some of this, no, not some.
- 1:52:01Speaker 7: Pretty much all of this stuff has been talked about.
- 1:52:04Speaker 7: And this was the path that we were going down
- 1:52:07Speaker 7: by somebody from like decades ago. And literally this stuff
- 1:52:11Speaker 7: is coming.
- 1:52:17Speaker 5: I don't know what's happening, y'all. I don't know. Wake up.
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: There's a lot of ill shit going on in this world, man. Like,
- 1:52:28Speaker 3: for real.
- 1:52:29Speaker 5: Wake up.
- 1:52:31Speaker 3: And people think it's a conspiracy theory.
- 1:52:34Speaker 1: It's not a conspiracy.
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: No, it's real bullshit going on. You got to keep
- 1:52:38Speaker 3: your head on a swivel, man.
- 1:52:39Speaker 5: This is crazy. Y'all are not well. Getting medicated, and
- 1:52:44Speaker 5: then they trying to roll back all these medications and
- 1:52:47Speaker 5: shit that should have kept y'all niggas reeled in. Oh,
- 1:52:53Speaker 5: my God. Get me out of here. My God.
- 1:52:58Speaker 7: You know what else they did? On the flip side,
- 1:53:04Speaker 7: my brother sent me a message about this just recently
- 1:53:07Speaker 7: where right after Michael Wright from The Five Heartbeats died
- 1:53:12Speaker 7: and then with Dolly Parton dying, if you go on Amazon,
- 1:53:15Speaker 7: every single one of those movies which were free before
- 1:53:19Speaker 7: are now locked down and you got to pay for them.
- 1:53:20Speaker 7: So if you want to see The Five Heartbeat, you
- 1:53:22Speaker 7: got to pay for it. Even though the day before...
- 1:53:24Speaker 7: When the man was alive and everything. But now that
- 1:53:26Speaker 7: it's trending, they're like, oh, we're going to make money
- 1:53:28Speaker 7: off of this.
- 1:53:29Speaker 15: Of course.
- 1:53:30Speaker 1: You make more money off of an artist dead than alive.
- 1:53:36Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:53:37Speaker 6: I could go.
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: On and on about what people would consider conspiracy theories.
- 1:53:44Speaker 3: It's not.
- 1:53:45Speaker 1: People just don't want to hear the hard truth about things.
- 1:53:49Speaker 1: They'd rather sit in this false reality that nobody could
- 1:53:52Speaker 1: be that evil. Yes, people are that fucking evil. People
- 1:53:56Speaker 1: do have fucked up ass agendas against human beings. You
- 1:54:01Speaker 1: see that now with our current policies and shit like that.
- 1:54:05Speaker 3: Like, yeah, this is real shit that be going on.
- 1:54:10Speaker 3: You get these artists.
- 1:54:13Speaker 1: And maybe their album might not be doing so well
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 1:54:18Speaker 3: Or whatever the case may be. Have something happen to them.
- 1:54:26Speaker 1: Watch how those sales go up, because now that's all
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: everybody is talking about.
- 1:54:32Speaker 3: Now there's tributes.
- 1:54:34Speaker 1: You got their name every fucking where. You know a
- 1:54:37Speaker 1: lot of these record labels have insurance on their artists?
- 1:54:41Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:54:42Speaker 6: Absolutely.
- 1:54:43Speaker 1: Fuck.
- 1:54:44Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: Why do you think I never said I want to
- 1:54:48Speaker 1: be signed to this? I could have been signed.
- 1:54:51Speaker 5: I knew you could have been.
- 1:54:52Speaker 3: Never.
- 1:54:53Speaker 1: Never. Never.
- 1:54:56Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:54:56Speaker 1: It's a lot of fucked up shit in the industry, yo.
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: I can't talk about on here. That I've seen with
- 1:55:04Speaker 1: my own eyes and heard with my own ears. It's
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: a lot of fucked up shit. That's why I just
- 1:55:08Speaker 1: be laughing at everybody talking about all this ditty stuff
- 1:55:11Speaker 1: and this stuff.
- 1:55:12Speaker 3: Y'all don't know.
- 1:55:13Speaker 13: Y'all don't know.
- 1:55:16Speaker 1: The shit that be going on that y'all hearing about
- 1:55:20Speaker 1: has been going on.
- 1:55:22Speaker 3: Those conversations have been had. He's been doing shit. And
- 1:55:28Speaker 3: he's not the only one.
- 1:55:29Speaker 1: There's people older than him that have just died.
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: And gotten away with shit.
- 1:55:34Speaker 1: Who have been touching on the artists and grooming them
- 1:55:38Speaker 1: and doing all types of weird ass shit.
- 1:55:40Speaker 6: Oh yeah. We know exactly who that is. This is horrifying.
- 1:55:48Speaker 5: This is horrifying, y'all. What are we doing?
- 1:55:54Speaker 6: So, that's it.
- 1:55:58Speaker 5: I mean what do you need we got more.
- 1:56:02Speaker 6: Tell a joke or something damn I.
- 1:56:04Speaker 5: Don't have any I've run out of them I don't
- 1:56:09Speaker 5: I can't be funny with this.
- 1:56:10Speaker 1: You said let's not end it on no message well
- 1:56:15Speaker 1: I mean this is horrifying happy birthday to Michael Jackson
- 1:56:21Speaker 1: who would have been 68 years old that.
- 1:56:23Speaker 6: Is right yes today yeah As a matter.
- 1:56:27Speaker 3: Of fact, I think I'm going to watch the movie, Michael.
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: Don't forget him.
- 1:56:31Speaker 5: Imagine that 68-year-old Jerry Curl. Boy, wow. Amazing.
- 1:56:38Speaker 6: Do you think, what do you think it would have
- 1:56:39Speaker 6: looked like today?
- 1:56:39Speaker 5: It would have been laying.
- 1:56:41Speaker 1: On the ground. No, no, Jaren Curl, way before he
- 1:56:44Speaker 1: was doing the This Is It joint, he was wearing
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: a blowout.
- 1:56:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:56:47Speaker 1: He had an old nasty piece of raw blowout.
- 1:56:51Speaker 5: He did.
- 1:56:51Speaker 3: It was like down.
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: To the shoulders and he was giving flip over like, yeah.
- 1:56:56Speaker 5: Okay. Shit, I missed that. Just like.
- 1:56:59Speaker 6: Right, right. I remember. Yes.
- 1:57:01Speaker 5: I think it was deep into alcoholism at that point.
- 1:57:03Speaker 5: I don't remember, but yeah.
- 1:57:06Speaker 3: He had a Dominican blowout.
- 1:57:08Speaker 5: Oh my God.
- 1:57:08Speaker 13: It didn't work.
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: But yeah. Dang, that's crazy though.
- 1:57:16Speaker 5: This is awful, y'all. What's happening to our world? What
- 1:57:20Speaker 5: are we letting pass? Wake up.
- 1:57:24Speaker 3: To like pass the word around. Like, that shit is crazy.
- 1:57:31Speaker 15: It is.
- 1:57:31Speaker 1: Years ago, we wouldn't have known that that shit happened
- 1:57:34Speaker 1: in old motherfucking Arkansas because that shit wouldn't have.
- 1:57:36Speaker 3: Been on the news.
- 1:57:38Speaker 6: But that was the thing with Rodney King.
- 1:57:40Speaker 7: That was the first time we actually saw someone getting
- 1:57:43Speaker 7: beat down because we know LAPD was always talking about
- 1:57:45Speaker 7: that shit.
- 1:57:46Speaker 5: Because they couldn't hide that shit.
- 1:57:47Speaker 3: That shit was a brawl.
- 1:57:48Speaker 1: That shit was a big fucking deal.
- 1:57:52Speaker 9: Hmm.
- 1:57:54Speaker 6: And now that they got cameras.
- 1:57:58Speaker 5: I mean, but then they don't they're not even trying
- 1:58:02Speaker 5: to use the cameras for the right reasons. They're trying
- 1:58:04Speaker 5: to use the cameras to surveil everyday citizens to just.
- 1:58:10Speaker 5: find a reason to abduct them if they don't do
- 1:58:15Speaker 5: something that is within alignment of what they believe to
- 1:58:18Speaker 5: be what they're pushing like that's weird.
- 1:58:25Speaker 1: They gonna have a hard time with me cause guess
- 1:58:27Speaker 1: what I'm not letting you take me nowhere you gonna
- 1:58:28Speaker 1: have to kill me right there I'm fighting for my
- 1:58:31Speaker 1: motherfucking life.
- 1:58:33Speaker 3: Period. Period. I'm scratching eyeballs out and all that shit.
- 1:58:37Speaker 3: Fuck as you mean. I mean. I'm picking up any
- 1:58:40Speaker 3: random object I can find.
- 1:58:42Speaker 5: Bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop.
- 1:58:45Speaker 1: I'm not going to stop. That shit is crazy. It's
- 1:58:50Speaker 1: because you got a gun. Shoot me right here then.
- 1:58:54Speaker 1: Shoot me right here. Because you're not getting away with that.
- 1:58:58Speaker 5: But what are we even doing this for? This doesn't
- 1:59:01Speaker 5: make sense. We're people. We're just people. Everyday people that
- 1:59:09Speaker 5: are different from one another because everybody is fucking different.
- 1:59:15Speaker 5: That's literally it. Everybody's different. Your different isn't going to

- 1:59:25Speaker 6: And it's okay. It's alright.
- 1:59:30Speaker 1: I gotta see that because somebody told me the Constitution
- 1:59:35Speaker 1: read something that black people were considered property or not
- 1:59:40Speaker 1: like real people.
- 1:59:40Speaker 5: Three-fifths?
- 1:59:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:59:42Speaker 5: I read that too.
- 1:59:45Speaker 6: That's why they have no rights. Because they're just considered
- 1:59:49Speaker 6: like chattel. Goats and cows and everything else. They were workers. Workers. Right.
- 1:59:57Speaker 6: Can you imagine? Nope.

- 2:00:15Speaker 5: created equal. All men. Yeah.
- 2:00:18Speaker 6: There you go. You've heard Daniel Tosh talk about that, right?
- 2:00:21Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

- 2:00:36Speaker 6: all men are created equal.

- 2:00:40Speaker 1: people are respecting that amendment.
- 2:00:42Speaker 6: No, absolutely not.
- 2:00:44Speaker 1: They still look at us like we're less than the.
- 2:00:49Speaker 3: Whole time. The black woman is the one who carries
- 2:00:53Speaker 3: the Eve gene.

- 2:17:11Speaker 5: our sleep. When it happens and we all would just
- 2:17:14Speaker 5: like to think that we just wake up with the
- 2:17:17Speaker 5: Lord or whatever you believe in. However, to witness those
- 2:17:23Speaker 5: people seeing their legs and knowing that this is coming
- 2:17:28Speaker 5: for them. These people were running for their lives.
- 2:17:35Speaker 3: For real.
- 2:17:36Speaker 1: That joint was hard to watch.
- 2:17:38Speaker 5: It was hard.
- 2:17:38Speaker 3: All you saw was people... Horrifying.
- 2:17:42Speaker 1: That was horrifying.
- 2:17:44Speaker 15: Yes.
- 2:17:49Speaker 3: I'm like, hey.
- 2:17:51Speaker 6: Hey.
- 2:17:53Speaker 3: That was horrible.
- 2:17:53Speaker 5: That was horrible.
- 2:17:55Speaker 6: That was really horrible.
- 2:17:58Speaker 3: I hate seeing videos like that.
- 2:18:01Speaker 1: I mean, it's necessary because you gotta know what's going
- 2:18:03Speaker 1: on in other parts of the world and not be
- 2:18:05Speaker 1: ignorant to it, but that was fucked up. Their cars,
- 2:18:10Speaker 1: all the buildings just spruced on.
- 2:18:13Speaker 5: There were people there that were just didn't even know.
- 2:18:17Speaker 5: That was the people that saw it coming. What about
- 2:18:20Speaker 5: the people that were sitting there watching Oprah or something
- 2:18:24Speaker 5: and like just chilling or somebody that was fucking or
- 2:18:28Speaker 5: like just... Can you imagine? I'm not. I'm being serious though.
- 2:18:34Speaker 1: Can you imagine getting your cheeks both y'all just finished.
- 2:18:38Speaker 13: Way to go out.
- 2:19:01Speaker 5: Oh, girl.
- 2:19:03Speaker 6: That's awful.
- 2:19:05Speaker 5: That is awful. That is awful.
- 2:19:08Speaker 13: That is awful. It's awful. Golly. Oh, Father God.
- 2:19:16Speaker 5: What is happening out here?
- 2:19:18Speaker 6: What the fuck? This is crazy.
- 2:19:30Speaker 3: Mm-mm-mm.
- 2:19:31Speaker 5: I don't know. Mm-mm-mm.
- 2:19:34Speaker 3: Hey, you never know.
- 2:19:36Speaker 5: You don't.
- 2:19:37Speaker 3: You never know.
- 2:19:38Speaker 5: You don't.
- 2:19:38Speaker 1: That's why you gotta live life to the fullest, regardless
- 2:19:41Speaker 1: of what bullshit is going on around you.
- 2:19:43Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 2:19:44Speaker 5: What I've recently re-reminded myself of. Mm-hmm. Gotta live.
- 2:19:52Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 2:19:53Speaker 5: Gotta be happy.
- 2:19:54Speaker 6: What was that song?
- 2:19:56Speaker 3: It's better than being.
- 2:19:57Speaker 5: Mm-mm-mm.
- 2:19:59Speaker 3: Worm food, that's for sure. One day above ground is
- 2:20:02Speaker 3: better than not being here at all.
- 2:20:06Speaker 1: We might not think of it like that when everything
- 2:20:10Speaker 1: is going on at one time because that's what it
- 2:20:12Speaker 1: seems to be like.
- 2:20:13Speaker 3: Whenever you're going.
- 2:20:14Speaker 1: Through some shit, everything piles on that fucking plate.
- 2:20:18Speaker 3: But guess what? It's better than not being here. Got
- 2:20:22Speaker 3: to appreciate life.
- 2:20:27Speaker 5: I just try to be the best version of myself
- 2:20:30Speaker 5: that I can I'm going to continue to write people
- 2:20:34Speaker 5: in power say what document what I want to say
- 2:20:39Speaker 5: to them need to document it because at some point
- 2:20:43Speaker 5: accountability has got to come yeah and that is why
- 2:20:48Speaker 5: we elect these officials into these places because these are
- 2:20:54Speaker 5: the things that we need to enact out here This
- 2:20:59Speaker 5: is why we do this. This is why we vote.
- 2:21:03Speaker 5: You need that. So I continue to use my written,
- 2:21:08Speaker 5: my pen. It's my most powerful weapon. Me, personally. But
- 2:21:14Speaker 5: for those of y'all out there with, you know, more
- 2:21:18Speaker 5: leverage than maybe myself, use that power. Use it. White people.
- 2:21:26Speaker 5: White power? Fine. White. White all you want. Y'all can
- 2:21:32Speaker 5: have all the unseasoned bullshit that you want to. Leave
- 2:21:38Speaker 5: us the fuck alone.
- 2:21:39Speaker 1: Why did you get that accent at the end?
- 2:21:44Speaker 13: White power. That white power.
- 2:21:48Speaker 5: The fact. You bitches. Fucking white-ass devils.
- 2:21:58Speaker 6: Damn.
- 2:22:01Speaker 5: Because you didn't have to be. You don't have to
- 2:22:05Speaker 5: be that. You could be anything but that. And you said, hmm, that.
- 2:22:10Speaker 5: But what are you doing?
- 2:22:11Speaker 6: That was the choice you made.
- 2:22:13Speaker 13: That's a choice.
- 2:22:14Speaker 5: It was a whole choice. He did it. You could
- 2:22:17Speaker 5: have been better. You could have actually... Developed yourself more.
- 2:22:22Speaker 5: But you kept moving the bar. Of what you thought
- 2:22:25Speaker 5: was superior. Until these people. That you thought were inferior.
- 2:22:30Speaker 5: Then passed the bar. Over you. So then you just decided.
- 2:22:35Speaker 5: Okay whiteness. So since we have. The power. Then we're
- 2:22:42Speaker 5: just going to just make the rules. Even though. All
- 2:22:46Speaker 5: of the rules that you've made. Black people have exceeded.
- 2:22:52Speaker 1: People are never going to be better that's what I
- 2:22:56Speaker 1: think people are too comfortable being with their mediocrity you're
- 2:23:03Speaker 1: too comfortable to elevate they're too comfortable to be a
- 2:23:07Speaker 1: better version of themselves they'd rather be the shit person
- 2:23:09Speaker 1: because it's the easiest thing in the world to be shit.
- 2:23:17Speaker 5: Alright well.
- 2:23:20Speaker 10: And that's the way of the world, Sal.
- 2:23:22Speaker 1: Just know that my attitude to you depends completely on you.
- 2:23:31Speaker 6: Right.
- 2:23:31Speaker 3: In these streets.
- 2:23:33Speaker 13: Okay?
- 2:23:34Speaker 1: Because I'm going to start matching energy.
- 2:23:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:23:41Speaker 3: Hello.
- 2:23:45Speaker 5: Shot May Coon today. Okay.
- 2:23:49Speaker 6: You know what? No. Nope.
- 2:23:52Speaker 8: I can't say my response to that.
- 2:24:02Speaker 5: This feels like some West Virginia hillbilly shit. What did
- 2:24:06Speaker 5: I hear recently about West Virginia?
- 2:24:08Speaker 3: That's the world we.
- 2:24:09Speaker 13: In right now.
- 2:24:10Speaker 5: I'm telling you.
- 2:24:11Speaker 6: Something about West Virginia too? Yes.
- 2:24:14Speaker 5: It was something to where it's 40-something states disapprove of,
- 2:24:23Speaker 5: you know, what's happening. But West Virginia is in the
- 2:24:26Speaker 5: top three that do.
- 2:24:28Speaker 6: That approves of everything? Yeah.
- 2:24:30Speaker 5: Yeah. Even though they're being affected.
- 2:24:33Speaker 6: Sounds about right.
- 2:24:34Speaker 5: It does, don't it?
- 2:24:35Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:24:36Speaker 5: It's hunky. Like, what's happening?
- 2:24:38Speaker 3: It's hunky.
- 2:24:39Speaker 6: But did you hear about Texas?
- 2:24:40Speaker 5: No.
- 2:24:41Speaker 3: Where.
- 2:24:42Speaker 7: If you have even like a 10 milligram edible or whatever,
- 2:24:47Speaker 7: it's now a felony. And punishable by jail time.
- 2:24:53Speaker 5: If you're black.
- 2:24:54Speaker 7: If you have any weed, they said less than a gram.
- 2:24:58Speaker 7: Anything less than a gram is now considered a felony.
- 2:25:00Speaker 1: Sure.
- 2:25:01Speaker 7: And the Delta 9 and all that stuff, they're classifying
- 2:25:07Speaker 7: it all as Schedule 1, I guess.
- 2:25:10Speaker 5: Mm-mm-mm-mm.
- 2:25:12Speaker 6: In the state of Texas. So if you're a weed
- 2:25:13Speaker 6: head in Texas, you better move. You better move.
- 2:25:17Speaker 3: With a quickness.
- 2:25:18Speaker 1: Spoken like a true cousin fucker.
- 2:25:30Speaker 5: I gotta record that.
- 2:25:35Speaker 1: So we can insert that when it needs to be.
- 2:25:38Speaker 5: Smoking like a true cousin fucker. Holy shit.
- 2:25:41Speaker 1: Smoking like a true cousin fucker.
- 2:25:44Speaker 5: That can replace news to make you nauseous. Oh, but
- 2:26:00Speaker 5: news to make you nauseous has been around since the
- 2:26:02Speaker 5: first day, but shit, smoking like a true cousin fucker
- 2:26:07Speaker 5: is great.
- 2:26:08Speaker 6: I think that there's going to be very specific reasons
- 2:26:11Speaker 6: to bring that out, so yeah, I agree.
- 2:26:18Speaker 13: Oh, shit.
- 2:26:19Speaker 5: That would be awful, but great.
- 2:26:22Speaker 6: Marcus got the case of the giggles.
- 2:26:24Speaker 5: Oh, shit. Oh, that tickled me. All right.
- 2:26:28Speaker 6: In your face.
- 2:26:30Speaker 1: Cousin fucker.
- 2:26:34Speaker 3: I could sing a whole lot.
- 2:26:36Speaker 6: Oh, shit.
- 2:26:39Speaker 5: Why do we live in this?
- 2:26:41Speaker 3: Your mom is fucking her brother.
- 2:26:51Speaker 5: Oh shit uncle daddy uncle daddy is awful why is
- 2:26:59Speaker 5: that a thing because it is because it.

- 2:27:10Speaker 3: And there's a family in West Virginia.
- 2:27:12Speaker 1: That and their uncle daddy and daddy.
- 2:27:17Speaker 13: Cousins and all types of.
- 2:27:20Speaker 6: Do you say there's a family like that?
- 2:27:23Speaker 5: All the family. Only a?
- 2:27:26Speaker 1: Looking up on YouTube. The Imbrad family of West Virginia.
- 2:27:29Speaker 6: Oh, yeah, yeah. No, I've seen them. I've seen them.
- 2:27:31Speaker 1: They all got no teeth in their mouth, and they
- 2:27:35Speaker 1: look like your fetal syndrome picture that's supposed to be
- 2:27:37Speaker 1: in the group.
- 2:27:39Speaker 6: All the boys. people under the stairs.
- 2:27:44Speaker 5: Yeah, they are.
- 2:27:46Speaker 6: They are like Jim and the Misfits. Jim and the
- 2:27:50Speaker 6: Holograms and the Misfits.
- 2:27:52Speaker 5: Showtime synergy.
- 2:27:54Speaker 6: Ha ha ha. It's truly outrageous.

- 2:28:09Speaker 6: Yeah, they definitely are. I've seen them.
- 2:28:16Speaker 5: Cousin fucker is awful.
- 2:28:19Speaker 6: Their gene pool is a bathtub.
- 2:28:24Speaker 3: On toilet.
- 2:28:25Speaker 5: Get me out of here. Get me out of here. Oh,
- 2:28:29Speaker 5: my God.
- 2:28:30Speaker 1: It's definitely a toilet. What are we doing? The poor
- 2:28:37Speaker 1: baby walking around with a baby doll missing its head
- 2:28:40Speaker 1: and shit.
- 2:28:40Speaker 3: Like, what the fuck going on?
- 2:28:44Speaker 6: It is awful.
- 2:28:47Speaker 3: Just dragging around a shitty ass diaper. What the fuck
- 2:28:50Speaker 3: going on?
- 2:28:52Speaker 1: I'm watching the TV like this.
- 2:28:58Speaker 5: Third world. We are living in a third world country
- 2:29:02Speaker 5: right now.
- 2:29:06Speaker 7: What campus was it? Speaking of baby dolls, what campus
- 2:29:09Speaker 7: was it that had that black girl and that white
- 2:29:11Speaker 7: girl walking on campus?
- 2:29:13Speaker 3: Don't get me motherfucking started. I believe that was L.A.
- 2:29:16Speaker 7: With the baby doll the black doll that they were
- 2:29:19Speaker 7: there was.
- 2:29:19Speaker 3: The Asian girl I have no reference.
- 2:29:22Speaker 1: To this the black girl was just walking with her
- 2:29:25Speaker 1: I saw that video and if we had our show
- 2:29:28Speaker 1: today yes that was on my motherfucking notes cause I
- 2:29:30Speaker 1: was gonna drag that bitch.

- 2:29:36Speaker 5: we're good Oh, good.
- 2:29:37Speaker 1: Because I ain't going to remember that cousin fucker.
- 2:29:44Speaker 3: And I need that to be recorded.
- 2:29:45Speaker 5: It's still here. It's all here.
- 2:29:48Speaker 6: It's all here.
- 2:29:49Speaker 1: Or you can take it and chop it from this
- 2:29:51Speaker 1: thing and.
- 2:29:52Speaker 6: Insert it as you like.
- 2:29:53Speaker 5: That'll be amazing. Yeah.
- 2:30:05Speaker 3: Definitely can. Definitely can.
- 2:30:07Speaker 12: It was out there.
- 2:30:10Speaker 5: It is out there. Can that just be the intro?
- 2:30:12Speaker 5: Hold on. Can that just be the intro to the
- 2:30:14Speaker 5: new unseasoned behavior? Spoken like Drew Cousin Fucker.
- 2:30:30Speaker 3: Inspired by my trucker hat, of course.
- 2:30:32Speaker 5: There you go. Good job, Annabelle. You killed niggers to
- 2:30:38Speaker 5: the bath.
- 2:30:40Speaker 3: I do a whole song like that.
- 2:30:42Speaker 5: Don't tempt me with a good song. I mean, we
- 2:30:46Speaker 5: can have the whole remix. I'll produce it. Let's go.
- 2:30:50Speaker 3: Hello.
- 2:30:51Speaker 5: I mean, I am an audio engineer.
- 2:30:54Speaker 3: I'm dead ass serious.
- 2:30:55Speaker 5: I mean, it is what it is. And we'll have
- 2:30:56Speaker 5: a whole little.
- 2:30:57Speaker 1: Joint that we can chop it up and put it
- 2:30:59Speaker 1: in the show.
- 2:31:01Speaker 6: I love it, I love it, I love it.
- 2:31:03Speaker 5: Either way. You were about to say something about some video?
- 2:31:09Speaker 6: Oh, I found the video.
- 2:31:10Speaker 4: Oh.
- 2:31:12Speaker 6: It was, yeah.
- 2:31:16Speaker 3: With the embrace?
- 2:31:17Speaker 6: No, no, the girl dragging the doll.
- 2:31:20Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 2:31:22Speaker 1: I'm going to want you to watch the inbred joint
- 2:31:24Speaker 1: when we get off of here.
- 2:31:27Speaker 6: She has a rope around a black doll's neck and
- 2:31:30Speaker 6: is walking through. And is just.
- 2:31:31Speaker 5: Walking with the doll.
- 2:31:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:31:33Speaker 5: What is the purpose of that? What is the purpose
- 2:31:35Speaker 5: of that even?
- 2:31:40Speaker 3: I have no idea.
- 2:31:44Speaker 6: Inbred.
- 2:31:44Speaker 5: The Whitakers.
- 2:31:45Speaker 6: That's who they are. Mm-hmm.
- 2:31:47Speaker 3: You found them?
- 2:31:48Speaker 6: Oh, goodness. Yeah.
- 2:31:49Speaker 5: Oh, I can't.
- 2:31:50Speaker 6: Oh, I remember seeing them before and I had to stop.
- 2:31:53Speaker 6: I can't.
- 2:31:54Speaker 1: Oh.
- 2:31:55Speaker 3: No, Marcus, you got to watch the... Please watch it.
- 2:31:58Speaker 5: I'll watch it without my glasses. Wait a minute.
- 2:32:01Speaker 6: No, I'm going to send this to you because you.
- 2:32:03Speaker 5: No, please.
- 2:32:04Speaker 3: No, that's your mission. You got to watch that shit.
- 2:32:09Speaker 6: Yeah, you got to experience this one.
- 2:32:10Speaker 3: And then report back.
- 2:32:13Speaker 6: Because they are true cousin fuckers.
- 2:32:17Speaker 5: Fuckers. Y'all are awful. Is this the one you just sent?
- 2:32:22Speaker 11: Yep.
- 2:32:23Speaker 6: It's a whole.
- 2:32:26Speaker 6: There's a whole documentary on them. I did see this,
- 2:32:29Speaker 6: but I thought it was.
- 2:32:30Speaker 5: You know what? I chalked it up to AI.
- 2:32:33Speaker 3: It's not. That's a real documentary.
- 2:32:36Speaker 5: A total of 15 siblings that share... the first cousins who.
- 2:32:39Speaker 7: Now, there was a follow-up to this, though, because they
- 2:32:41Speaker 7: lied about some stuff.
- 2:32:43Speaker 6: The Whitakers. They lied about some stuff, though.
- 2:32:48Speaker 5: What in the fetal alcohol syndrome? What is happening?
- 2:32:53Speaker 1: Did they lie or did they not understand the questions
- 2:32:56Speaker 1: being asked?
- 2:32:56Speaker 6: Well, hey, there you go. There's that part, too.
- 2:33:00Speaker 5: The soft white underbelly and his family.
- 2:33:03Speaker 3: That uncle was just sitting there.
- 2:33:05Speaker 6: Like, Right, right.
- 2:33:07Speaker 1: For a long time.
- 2:33:10Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 2:33:12Speaker 6: This isn't... Oh, no. They really do look like that. Yeah,
- 2:33:16Speaker 6: that's it. That's not makeup. This is awful.
- 2:33:22Speaker 5: White people are not well. They have eyes that look
- 2:33:27Speaker 5: in different directions. Oh!
- 2:33:30Speaker 3: Oh, shit. I told you. I told you. I said
- 2:33:32Speaker 3: it looks just like that. Hold on, hold on, hold.
- 2:33:34Speaker 5: On, hold on. So, this, okay. I got one of
- 2:33:37Speaker 5: them at my job, yo. Like, we were having group
- 2:33:40Speaker 5: chats and shit on, you know, I'll send y'all.
- 2:33:44Speaker 6: One of them a cousin, a cousin from you?
- 2:33:47Speaker 5: Spoken like one, um, and that mofo in the group
- 2:33:52Speaker 5: chat was like, ooh, well, this is why we need
- 2:33:54Speaker 5: to vote red more, because then you would have bombs
- 2:33:58Speaker 5: inside your neighborhoods. And I thought to myself, I was like, well,
- 2:34:01Speaker 5: what cul-de-sac did you hear got bombed, and when did
- 2:34:05Speaker 5: this become an increasing problem around the U.S.? White people
- 2:34:09Speaker 5: aren't well. Wait a minute, where did that come from?
- 2:34:12Speaker 6: Why would he say that?
- 2:34:14Speaker 5: We were talking something about, um, somebody put something in
- 2:34:19Speaker 5: the group chat about something that responded to the Trump administration,
- 2:34:25Speaker 5: something they did this week, but I can't remember it verbatim.
- 2:34:29Speaker 5: But I do remember my coworker chiming into the chat
- 2:34:33Speaker 5: because I responded and I said, this is why we
- 2:34:36Speaker 5: need to make sure that everybody goes out and votes.
- 2:34:39Speaker 5: And I left it there. Well, then my coworker replied
- 2:34:44Speaker 5: and he said something to the effect, Well, otherwise, if
- 2:34:49Speaker 5: we didn't spend all of this money to defend or
- 2:34:56Speaker 5: to bomb Iran, then we would have more people in
- 2:35:00Speaker 5: neighborhoods that are getting bombed. And I thought to myself,
- 2:35:03Speaker 5: I was like, well, what neighborhood? Like, cul-de-sac bombings aren't
- 2:35:08Speaker 5: something that I've really read or heard of. Like, where's
- 2:35:11Speaker 5: all this propaganda coming from? Yeah. It was weird. It
- 2:35:16Speaker 5: was just so weird. And to think that we have
- 2:35:19Speaker 5: somebody right here in my infrastructure. Somebody right here that
- 2:35:23Speaker 5: I got to deal with every day that believes this
- 2:35:27Speaker 5: way is strange to me. What else are they capable of?
- 2:35:30Speaker 5: Because you don't believe facts. You don't believe anything that
- 2:35:36Speaker 5: you are actually witnessing. I don't know.
- 2:35:43Speaker 6: Bless you for talking to him.
- 2:35:46Speaker 5: Sparingly. Either way. Alright, we done, y'all?
- 2:35:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:35:53Speaker 15: Alright.
- 2:35:54Speaker 5: We're done talking to these people. Alright.
- 2:35:57Speaker 6: Woosa. Woosa. Woosa.
- 2:36:02Speaker 5: Can I end it there? Bam.
