- 0:00Speaker 1: Previously on Relatables Baddie's.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Book Club Training is fantastic, absolutely riveting. Asrael's mouth curled
- 0:06Speaker 2: up at the corner. I hope you're not giving my
- 0:08Speaker 2: brother a hard time. She set down her tea cup.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Is that a threat? Shadow singer Cassian took a long
- 0:14Speaker 2: drink from his own tea drained it to the dregs,
- 0:17Speaker 2: as Reel said coolly, I don't need to resort to threats.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I don't know. I found that to be the coldest
- 0:24Speaker 1: fucking life. Yeah. Oh, he backs himself so much.
- 0:28Speaker 2: He's like, no, that wasn't a threat, straight telling, like
- 0:30Speaker 2: Donkey Martin. Welcome to Relatables Baddies book Clubs, where we
- 0:34Speaker 2: will embark on a journey reading some of the finest
- 0:37Speaker 2: pieces of literature you have ever laid eyes or he
- 0:40Speaker 2: is if that's your preferred way to consume a book
- 0:41Speaker 2: on a quart of silver flames.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Chapters eleven to twenty, eleven to twenty, Jake, you know
- 0:52Speaker 1: what's crazy is like, how big the book is?
- 0:56Speaker 2: Chapter eleven to twenty. Wait, we've read a lot.
- 0:59Speaker 1: These have been long chapters. These chapters are long af, bro,
- 1:02Speaker 1: long af. How are you feeling? Man? Oh, I'm happy now,
- 1:06Speaker 1: I'm feeling good. I'm getting a lot better. Yeah, I
- 1:09Speaker 1: have to say a quart of Silver Flames, no, no,
- 1:13Speaker 1: a Court of Frost and Starlight. Sorry, I didn't like it, okay, yeah, fair,
- 1:20Speaker 1: And it took away from the initial chapters of Silver
- 1:25Speaker 1: Flames for me because I had to get back in
- 1:27Speaker 1: the groove okay, because I was, as my personal reading experience,
- 1:32Speaker 1: I was very bored and then I had to get
- 1:35Speaker 1: out of the board groove and get back into the
- 1:37Speaker 1: storyline because the previous book was to me. I know
- 1:41Speaker 1: some people like it, and I see why some people
- 1:43Speaker 1: like it was boring.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I've seen a lot of comments saying like, yeah,
- 1:46Speaker 2: you needed it after the after the drama.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Of a war. Give me more drama and give me
- 1:52Speaker 1: more cake and I'll eat it.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I think maybe, because right now this book hasn't It's
- 1:59Speaker 2: getting better, but it hasn't. Where twenty chapters in, it
- 2:01Speaker 2: actually hasn't gotten to any drama yet. Yeah, not really,
- 2:05Speaker 2: like it's been entertaining.
- 2:08Speaker 1: There's like a little bit of scene, but like it
- 2:10Speaker 1: was hot. I was hot. But I think so you
- 2:15Speaker 1: can think about it.
- 2:16Speaker 2: We've gone we are now thirty eight chapters of technically
- 2:23Speaker 2: nothing true because it was twenty eight chapters in.
- 2:27Speaker 1: It's quite a lot of reading to get nothing out
- 2:28Speaker 1: of a day.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, so I understand build up a lot of
- 2:31Speaker 2: big build A lot of people are saying build up,
- 2:32Speaker 2: building a greedy readers. Yeah, we could be greedy readers.
- 2:36Speaker 2: To be fair, we know how she writes. Yeah, you know,
- 2:39Speaker 2: eighty percent of this book is probably going to be
- 2:41Speaker 2: not boring, but you know, normal baseline heart rate, filler, filler,
- 2:47Speaker 2: and then or build up, I suppose, and then the
- 2:49Speaker 2: last twenty percent is going to be like, I don't know,
- 2:53Speaker 2: It's like you're going on a roller coaster and eighty
- 2:55Speaker 2: percent of it is flat and then randomly last twenty
- 2:58Speaker 2: percent is just loops true, and that's what this is
- 3:00Speaker 2: going to be.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Right, We're gonna be like what the fuck fu. Yeah,
- 3:03Speaker 1: that hasn't been like what the fuck moment? Yeah, yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 1: not really, but I do have a lot of opinions
- 3:08Speaker 1: of the as we read.
- 3:10Speaker 2: It's fucking okay, we'll do thoughts and feelings after we
- 3:14Speaker 2: do this. I wanted to bring something up that I
- 3:16Speaker 2: wanted to show you. I saw this on TikTok and
- 3:22Speaker 2: I just thought it was kind of cool and something
- 3:24Speaker 2: that we wouldn't have ever thought of a thing because
- 3:28Speaker 2: we weren't introduced to this character yet.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Okay, we didn't know this existed yet.
- 3:31Speaker 2: We didn't know this existed. A subtle bit of writing
- 3:34Speaker 2: from S. S. JM herself, okay, but kind of mind boggling. Okay, okay,
- 3:41Speaker 2: So do you remember in a Quarter of Thorns and
- 3:43Speaker 2: Roses when she thinks that she sees her father down
- 3:50Speaker 2: at the gates and he and this is early on,
- 3:52Speaker 2: we're on chapter eleven, by the way, and and and
- 3:54Speaker 2: he's like, come on, come on, and she goes, what.
- 3:55Speaker 1: The hell he got here to come get me? Do
- 3:58Speaker 1: you remember that? What was in what gate?
- 4:01Speaker 2: So she's at Tamlin's house and she's only at all
- 4:06Speaker 2: and we thought that or yeah, So she sees her
- 4:10Speaker 2: dad and then she goes to sneak out and she's
- 4:13Speaker 2: still glamored to the court, but everyone can see her
- 4:16Speaker 2: sneaking out, but she can't see them. She goes to
- 4:18Speaker 2: run and he's like, kmi kami, kamre, and then Tamilon
- 4:21Speaker 2: grabs I do remember, yes, He's like, what do you doing?
- 4:23Speaker 2: You fucking idiot? I thought I told you to have
- 4:24Speaker 2: your wits about you. She's like, it's my dad. He
- 4:26Speaker 2: goes look again, and it's some like little thing slithering
- 4:29Speaker 2: off that can shape shift into.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Whatever your wildest dream. So it wasn't the was it call?
- 4:33Speaker 2: It was just some random thing. I can't I couldn't
- 4:34Speaker 2: find the name or the bow. No, it was like
- 4:37Speaker 2: the It wasn't the bow. It was like some little
- 4:39Speaker 2: fucker that like takes me into the luis you into
- 4:41Speaker 2: the woods and eats you. And so basically this is
- 4:46Speaker 2: like very soon after that. Okay, And so she's dreaming, right,
- 4:52Speaker 2: and I'm just gonna just gonna.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Read a little bit. So this is her dreaming about
- 4:58Speaker 1: when she killed the wolf. Okay.
- 5:01Speaker 2: The snow was falling, thick and merciless, already up to
- 5:05Speaker 2: my knees as they pulled the bowstring back father and father,
- 5:09Speaker 2: until my arm trembled. Behind me, A shadow lurked. No watched.
- 5:15Speaker 2: I didn't dare turn to look at it to see
- 5:19Speaker 2: who might be within that shadow, observing not as the
- 5:23Speaker 2: wolf stared at me across the clearing. Now when I
- 5:29Speaker 2: read that, do you get anything?
- 5:32Speaker 1: Oh? Really, I probably wouldn't either unless someone pointed it
- 5:36Speaker 1: out someone else was watching other than the wolf staring
- 5:39Speaker 1: back at her like someone there was a shadow lurking
- 5:42Speaker 1: and observing. I assume it's as real. Then no, it's Reese.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Oh and this is in chapter and this is confirmed by.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Because this is confirmed by Sarah J. Mass.
- 5:54Speaker 2: This is so this isn't a TikTok I saw at
- 5:56Speaker 2: least that was confirmed it.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I don't know. Sarah J.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Mass Is Twitter account, oh okay commented on like a thing.
- 6:03Speaker 2: So someone was like, oh, I have a theory that
- 6:05Speaker 2: the shadow lurking.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Dream more sense to be fucking asrual the Shadow Singer.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I don't know, dude, it's a fantasy book.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Yeah, but like the Shadow Singer.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah, but I mean like Reese is the one that's
- 6:16Speaker 2: her mate and ship haven't been made of frages.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:19Speaker 2: So, but someone was like, yeah, there's this. There's people
- 6:24Speaker 2: in Printhian were not people fae in Prithian who are
- 6:28Speaker 2: dream walkers or some shit, and so it's not set
- 6:33Speaker 2: in the books, but apparently Reese is one of these
- 6:36Speaker 2: dream walkers. Oh so from chapter eleven is the first
- 6:41Speaker 2: time he's actually technically mentioned.
- 6:43Speaker 1: So Sarah J. Mass has been bread crumbing since.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Then yeah, and so this comment that I saw, I
- 6:48Speaker 2: hope it wasn't like an edited thing of it.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Sarah J.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Mass comments on this video of someone talking about it
- 6:52Speaker 2: and she's like, yes, finally someone got it, like.
- 6:56Speaker 1: This is true.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Ah, And I was thinking, fuck, Like so she just
- 7:00Speaker 2: had she had resent her head from the beginning.
- 7:02Speaker 1: It must be like hard as a writer planning so
- 7:07Speaker 1: far ahead, like this storyline.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I've wanted that with the because I've been reading a
- 7:12Speaker 2: couple other books and I'm thinking, like do they have
- 7:14Speaker 2: an outcome and work backwards or do they have the
- 7:17Speaker 2: initial start and then just write and it develops as
- 7:20Speaker 2: they write?
- 7:22Speaker 1: Yeah? Or like do they write like three books and
- 7:25Speaker 1: then come back to the first one and re write it? Yeah,
- 7:28Speaker 1: it's really after they already have the conclusion of the
- 7:30Speaker 1: other two. I'd love to know because that this series
- 7:33Speaker 1: they just wing it. I feel like they just win.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I reckon they wing it.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Like this series I'm reading, Red Rising is fucking think Like,
- 7:39Speaker 2: I think to myself, who.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Can write this?
- 7:42Speaker 2: And same as this, Like who can write these storylines
- 7:46Speaker 2: and these lives that feel so real?
- 7:47Speaker 1: I know? Yeah, true, it's so weird, like these made
- 7:50Speaker 1: up characters yeah, it is.
- 7:51Speaker 2: And you get emotionally invested. Yeah, you invested into these characters.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Anyway, so a baddies while ago, now we already surprised
- 8:04Speaker 2: me with some perfumes that smelled like Elaine, Nesta and Fayrah.
- 8:09Speaker 2: And that day we we went and looked on the
- 8:11Speaker 2: website and they had restocked Cassie and Asrael and Reese.
- 8:15Speaker 1: And good day.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Just so happens that they were delivered a couple of
- 8:18Speaker 2: days ago. Right next to us, we have the bat
- 8:21Speaker 2: Boys themselves. I wish we had the bat Boys sat
- 8:25Speaker 2: next to it and we are.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Top of it.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Did you see the Facebook group the person that made
- 8:29Speaker 2: an Ai think of what I like Reese comes from?
- 8:31Speaker 1: Related for the day that was real.
- 8:34Speaker 2: It was fucking They made you look over the moon
- 8:36Speaker 2: and Reese had has shown off for you for some reason.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Because we had a fun time.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I had to see those abs in and I was like,
- 8:43Speaker 2: and he was wearing merch with me, and I was
- 8:44Speaker 2: actually thinking, couldn't the worch?
- 8:46Speaker 1: Yeah he did, he did.
- 8:49Speaker 2: But we have the sense of the bat Boys that
- 8:50Speaker 2: we're gonna we're gonna test out over on Patreon, So
- 8:53Speaker 2: head on over if you want to.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Suss that out. You get the episode five days early, too, Okay.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Thoughts and Feelings. Thoughts and Feelings on a Cord of
- 9:00Speaker 1: Silver Flames, Chapters eleven to twenty. I'm feeling good a yeah.
- 9:05Speaker 1: The back end of the chapter is picked up quite
- 9:07Speaker 1: a lot. Yeah, yea yeah yeah. And I thoroughly enjoyed
- 9:09Speaker 1: that Nesta's like persona and then reasoning for still being
- 9:18Speaker 1: a bit and then taking out on anyone. I still
- 9:21Speaker 1: don't think it's justified. Yeah. I still think like there's
- 9:25Speaker 1: alway trauma about her dad, like don't don't use use
- 9:28Speaker 1: his name in your mouth whatever, like shut up, it's
- 9:31Speaker 1: still your It's still like Elaine and Favor's dad too.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:35Speaker 1: That's what I can't write my head around about the
- 9:37Speaker 1: fact that it's kind of like why is she.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Not letting so like Farrah and Elaine try to mention
- 9:45Speaker 2: their dad, Yeah, and she says don't don't don't you
- 9:48Speaker 2: mention him? But there's also their dad as well.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yeah, and.
- 9:57Speaker 2: She's also kind of I don't know, maybe it's actually healthy.
- 10:03Speaker 2: What she's doing is not healthy, to be fair, but
- 10:07Speaker 2: I reckon, how do I she.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Doesn't take anyone else's feelings into account. No, not at all.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I've noticed.
- 10:16Speaker 2: It's almost kind of like what she's going through and
- 10:19Speaker 2: what she's been through is the worst thing anyone's ever
- 10:22Speaker 2: been through, and no one else has been through anything else,
- 10:25Speaker 2: and no one else has been through anything like her. Yeah,
- 10:27Speaker 2: and then when people start, like when Cassie opens up
- 10:30Speaker 2: a little bit to talk about some stuff he's been through,
- 10:35Speaker 2: just lightly, he doesn't go into it, into it. She's
- 10:37Speaker 2: kind of like fuck, and it's like, yeah, did you
- 10:40Speaker 2: not think people have been through shit? Yeah, it's fucking insane.
- 10:45Speaker 2: And how much she hates Reese like pisses me off
- 10:48Speaker 2: for some reason, because even though he doesn't like her,
- 10:52Speaker 2: he actually is. He throws every answer pride aside and
- 10:57Speaker 2: and has tried pretty fucking hard to be fair.
- 11:01Speaker 1: It's almost like too, she's made her bed and then
- 11:07Speaker 1: she doesn't want to sleep in it. It's weird. She's
- 11:09Speaker 1: like done all these things and then she wants everyone
- 11:12Speaker 1: else's reactions to be like she never did them. Yeah,
- 11:16Speaker 1: she's very titled. Yeah, entitled might be the right way.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Like Elaine and Farr trying so hard and then they're
- 11:22Speaker 1: trying to help, and then she just comes out She's
- 11:25Speaker 1: nice for like a day, and then she's gone back
- 11:27Speaker 1: to being a bitch for no reason.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Yeah, like someone commented, you know, someone was giving us
- 11:34Speaker 2: a bit of shit in the comments, and it was a.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Pretty good point.
- 11:37Speaker 2: It was like, oh, so how come, how come Fara
- 11:41Speaker 2: when she first came to the night Court, like she's
- 11:44Speaker 2: allowed to be a bitch?
- 11:44Speaker 1: And then you know, Cassion, after.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Going through what he went through, he's allowed to go
- 11:48Speaker 2: fucking level a whole village and just kill up a
- 11:50Speaker 2: bunch of people in the village, and and then how
- 11:53Speaker 2: like why is Nesta? Like why are we letting Nesta
- 11:56Speaker 2: be a bitch? And my only I said to them,
- 12:00Speaker 2: I said, look, that's a really fair point. But my
- 12:02Speaker 2: only argument towards them was like Farrah and Cassian were
- 12:08Speaker 2: the examples they chose. Fara and Cassian weren't just straight
- 12:12Speaker 2: up cunts to everyone.
- 12:13Speaker 1: No, Yeah, they were like you could tell they were
- 12:16Speaker 1: trying to figure themselves out, whereas.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Like they wanted revenge on the people that did them wrong.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Whereas Nesta just hates everyone around them.
- 12:23Speaker 2: And herself the most. Yeah, Like, I just don't know,
- 12:26Speaker 2: And I'd struggling to wrap my head around being okay
- 12:29Speaker 2: with how much of a bit she's being, But hey,
- 12:32Speaker 2: I think I'll get there. I do think I'll get
- 12:34Speaker 2: there because she gets a bit better.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I think the story arc is you're meant
- 12:40Speaker 1: to hate her and then obviously we're going to fall
- 12:42Speaker 1: in love with her. Yeah, because she's going to fall
- 12:44Speaker 1: in love with Cassian. She's going to build a relationship
- 12:46Speaker 1: back up with her sisters and Reese, and then at
- 12:49Speaker 1: the end of this book there were going to be
- 12:50Speaker 1: one big happy family. Yeah. Getting into predictions, but let's
- 12:54Speaker 1: kick things off with chapter eleven.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Chapter eleven, we spoke about how she was talking to
- 13:00Speaker 2: the house. Yes, so she still does that. She talks
- 13:03Speaker 2: to the house all the time. I did think this
- 13:05Speaker 2: was cool.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I like how she can talk to the house. What
- 13:07Speaker 1: did Cassian wanted to ask Reese if the house was
- 13:10Speaker 1: a sentient sentient sentient being, which I thought was cool.
- 13:14Speaker 1: It's fucking sick and what kind of finding out it is.
- 13:16Speaker 2: I still think that she's got this certain type of
- 13:20Speaker 2: power that the house responds to.
- 13:21Speaker 1: It's almost like the cauldron or the power she took
- 13:24Speaker 1: from the cauldron and the house have the same sort
- 13:26Speaker 1: of something. Yeah, yeah, agreed. So she still talks the
- 13:30Speaker 1: house a bit. She'll ask it for wine, it doesn't
- 13:33Speaker 1: give it to her. I don't know. She'll ask it
- 13:35Speaker 1: for a bath, it gives it to her.
- 13:37Speaker 2: She's cold one night, but she can't have a fire
- 13:40Speaker 2: because she hates the sounds of the logs cracking, and
- 13:42Speaker 2: then the house can like sense that and.
- 13:45Speaker 1: It warms her bed for her.
- 13:47Speaker 2: So it does do nice shit, it's pretty cool. And
- 13:49Speaker 2: so then in chapter eleven there's a she still hasn't trained,
- 13:53Speaker 2: she's still refusing to train, and so she does another
- 13:56Speaker 2: day of refusing to train, and Cassian and Azuel are
- 14:00Speaker 2: at breakfast the next morning or sorry, dinner that afternoon.
- 14:03Speaker 2: They're at dinner and she comes in and Azrael, I think,
- 14:08Speaker 2: is asking about the training, and she's talking about how
- 14:11Speaker 2: she She's like, I'm not fucking training at that camp.
- 14:15Speaker 2: I'm not training at that hell hole. I refuse, and
- 14:18Speaker 2: Cassie and her have this massive argument, and then he
- 14:22Speaker 2: says something about how Reese has done. It's actually an order,
- 14:26Speaker 2: like she has been ordered by the high Lord of
- 14:28Speaker 2: the night Court. And again she's like, he's not my
- 14:30Speaker 2: fucking high lord, he's a fucking preening asshole and Cassie
- 14:34Speaker 2: every time she says something bad about Reese's Cassiane's like,
- 14:39Speaker 2: you know, you need to like watch hey talk about him,
- 14:41Speaker 2: and she's like, I hate him, and he goes, well,
- 14:43Speaker 2: you know what, Nesta, everyone fucking hates you, and I
- 14:46Speaker 2: was kind of like whoa, And she talks about how
- 14:49Speaker 2: like straightway stabbed to the heart, like I hurt.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Her feelings, but also like, how couldn't you see that
- 14:56Speaker 1: the way you push everyone away?
- 14:58Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, she's literally Conrad, yeah yeah, pretty.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:02Speaker 2: It's like, Okay, you have hurt feelings, you are hurt,
- 15:06Speaker 2: you are in pain, You're going through something, and the
- 15:09Speaker 2: only way you know how to deal with it is
- 15:10Speaker 2: by pushing everyone away. And then it's like when someone
- 15:12Speaker 2: says something hurtful, you're hurt. Yeah, put two and two together.
- 15:15Speaker 2: What do you expect exactly?
- 15:17Speaker 1: And so Cassie's like, everyone fucking hates you. Is that
- 15:19Speaker 1: what you want? Are you happy? Now? You fucking got
- 15:23Speaker 1: it all right, because everyone does fucking hate you like shit.
- 15:27Speaker 1: It was very savvy, and so she buggers off.
- 15:29Speaker 2: He that Later on that night, he's up on the
- 15:32Speaker 2: top of the House of Wind and Farah comes out of.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Nowhere, and he goes, what, how do you know I
- 15:37Speaker 1: was here?
- 15:37Speaker 2: And she goes, oh, I re said that you were
- 15:38Speaker 2: thinking real loud, and she was kind of talking and
- 15:43Speaker 2: she was suggesting things. But then randomly he had this,
- 15:46Speaker 2: uh epiphany and he had this idea of how to
- 15:52Speaker 2: help Nesta, and then the chapter ends chapter twelve. The
- 15:57Speaker 2: next morning, Nesta goes out to the training ring at
- 16:01Speaker 2: the House of wind where they've been getting winnowed to
- 16:04Speaker 2: the camp each day, and it's just Cassie in no more,
- 16:07Speaker 2: no Reese, and she's like, where's.
- 16:10Speaker 1: You know where? Aren't we going to wind Haven? And
- 16:12Speaker 1: he goes no.
- 16:14Speaker 2: He's realized that she's put a lot of emphasis on
- 16:17Speaker 2: the fact that she doesn't want to train at that
- 16:19Speaker 2: hell hole, because this is Nesta, like she cares what
- 16:22Speaker 2: people think of and if she acts like.
- 16:23Speaker 1: She doesn't and she doesn't want anyone watching.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Them, that's what he's like thinking. He's like, what if
- 16:29Speaker 2: she just doesn't want someone to watch her? And so
- 16:31Speaker 2: he goes, no, no, where where we can't go that today?
- 16:34Speaker 2: Because Reese is busy, you know, Maore's busy. He goes,
- 16:38Speaker 2: We're just gonna train here and she was like, she's
- 16:42Speaker 2: still kind of refusing, and then he's they're having some
- 16:45Speaker 2: little banter back and forth, and he's a bit more.
- 16:48Speaker 2: He's all serious, and then he he says, look, there's
- 16:55Speaker 2: a chapter in he I don't know if it's this
- 16:56Speaker 2: one or basically I think he starts to.
- 17:02Speaker 1: He takes his shirt off to train basically, and she's
- 17:05Speaker 1: like frothy and she just yeah, that was later on.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, So he doesn't take that out of account.
- 17:13Speaker 2: He says to her, look, let me make a bargain
- 17:16Speaker 2: with you, and she's in a monologue, thinking ship like
- 17:20Speaker 2: Farah told me about these.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Things, and she's like really what.
- 17:24Speaker 2: He goes, if you train for one hour, I will
- 17:29Speaker 2: in return do like I will owe you a favor anything.
- 17:34Speaker 1: She's like anything. He's like anything.
- 17:38Speaker 2: And so then it snaps into place and he talks
- 17:41Speaker 2: about how it's her power must have made it more
- 17:43Speaker 2: fucked up, but snaps into place. And then and then
- 17:46Speaker 2: he takes his shirt off and he's looking for the
- 17:49Speaker 2: tattoo of the bargain and he's looking.
- 17:53Speaker 1: He's like, takes off his like tunic or whatever hewhere
- 17:55Speaker 1: and he's like, where.
- 17:56Speaker 2: The fuck is and then he looks in the mirror
- 17:58Speaker 2: and you'll look into there's an assive eight pointed star
- 18:01Speaker 2: a down his spine, very cool, and it's sick. And
- 18:04Speaker 2: she's talking about him looking for it, and she's like,
- 18:07Speaker 2: oh my god, she can't hear her. Every single muscle
- 18:10Speaker 2: leads down to the V that goes down to his
- 18:11Speaker 2: crotch and shit.
- 18:12Speaker 1: And I was like, fuck, it was very sexy onunning game.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Same place, same place, Yeah, same thing, same place. See
- 18:19Speaker 1: that's hot to which is pretty sick. And he said
- 18:21Speaker 1: he's thinking about it as well.
- 18:22Speaker 2: And so then they she trains for an hour with him,
- 18:27Speaker 2: and after an hour he's like, oh, your hour's up.
- 18:29Speaker 2: But then he's he offers a bargain for another hour,
- 18:34Speaker 2: but she changes the subject and they start kind of
- 18:37Speaker 2: getting into a second hour of training of stretching and stuff,
- 18:39Speaker 2: like she's weak. All they're doing is like stretching and shit,
- 18:42Speaker 2: she's kind of a pussy. And then the second hours
- 18:46Speaker 2: up and he goes, oh, we never made that second
- 18:47Speaker 2: bargain and she goes it's on the house, and.
- 18:50Speaker 1: I was like, fuck, she wants his dick bot. Oh. Well,
- 18:53Speaker 1: what I've figured out from this book is Caskian's a
- 18:57Speaker 1: little fucking horn dog.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Wait, Cassie has fucking testosteroney.
- 19:03Speaker 1: He is the haughtiest Allyrian in Prythian. Yeah, always talking
- 19:08Speaker 1: about it's having like three fucking wangs to stop thinking
- 19:11Speaker 1: about her and.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Shit, yeah, you wait till we get to that, man,
- 19:14Speaker 2: You wait till we get to that.
- 19:14Speaker 1: So then at the end of this one he talks.
- 19:19Speaker 2: About how he was yesterday when he said everyone hates her.
- 19:23Speaker 2: He was like, oh, you know, I didn't mean that,
- 19:25Speaker 2: by the way, you know, I.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Was just horny.
- 19:28Speaker 2: But he talks about not meaning it.
- 19:29Speaker 1: I don't know. This is just the classic I had
- 19:31Speaker 1: to fight and now I read it.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly like he said, mean shit To try and
- 19:34Speaker 2: get to her. Chapter thirteen sort of a filler chapter,
- 19:38Speaker 2: sort of not but Nessa's down working in the library
- 19:41Speaker 2: and she runs into Gwinn. I think it's a Gwyneth,
- 19:43Speaker 2: but it's Gwynn. They call it Gwinn and she is like, shit,
- 19:49Speaker 2: have you seen Volume seven of the Great War? And
- 19:52Speaker 2: Nessa's like no, She's like, fuck, shit's supposed to get
- 19:55Speaker 2: it for Meral that this this mural is a bitch
- 19:58Speaker 2: bro Like, I'm sick of working for Mural. She's like
- 20:00Speaker 2: working for Mural as Gwinn girl, and.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Nessa's like what.
- 20:03Speaker 2: She goes, yeah, yesterday, I was supposed to get chuff
- 20:05Speaker 2: to volume seven, but I got volume ete. And when
- 20:07Speaker 2: she finds out, she's gonna lose her shit and she's
- 20:09Speaker 2: just she's a piece of work. So Gwyinn bugers off,
- 20:11Speaker 2: and then Nesta goes and the she asks the house
- 20:13Speaker 2: because the library is under the house.
- 20:15Speaker 1: She's like, yo, bro, can you see the volume seven
- 20:18Speaker 1: of this?
- 20:19Speaker 2: And comes out of nowhere appears. Yeah, she goes, she
- 20:21Speaker 2: finds Mural's office. She's like, knock, knock, knock, mirror goes yep,
- 20:24Speaker 2: come in. They make Meural sound like a bit of
- 20:26Speaker 2: a bitch, but nothing compared to Nesta.
- 20:28Speaker 1: So we're chilling. Yeah.
- 20:29Speaker 2: But so Mirl is working on something like Mirl is.
- 20:35Speaker 2: She she's like mad smart, working on the connection between realms.
- 20:39Speaker 2: But now she's trying to write the history of the Valkyries,
- 20:42Speaker 2: which was like a fighting race that was as fierce
- 20:46Speaker 2: as the Illyrians, but they were all women, Yeah, which
- 20:49Speaker 2: is pretty hectic.
- 20:50Speaker 1: But in the Last Great War they all got pretty
- 20:52Speaker 1: much wiped out, and it's sort of been lost in history.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and there's just little snippets of stuff in different books,
- 20:56Speaker 2: and so Merl's trying to piece it all together. Apparently
- 20:59Speaker 2: Mrl is devas sad in the beautiful of course, more
- 21:01Speaker 2: beautiful and Farah more beautiful than Nesta, more beautiful than More,
- 21:04Speaker 2: like she said, like necess says, even more beautiful than More,
- 21:06Speaker 2: because More is apparently the most beautiful. But this mirror
- 21:09Speaker 2: is she's yeah pretty, and so then she.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Funny because beauty is subjective. Mm that can someone be
- 21:16Speaker 1: the most beautiful? I feel like tough. I feel like
- 21:20Speaker 1: you make up in your head who the most beautiful is.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Mine's still favor in my head.
- 21:25Speaker 2: It's More really, yeah, yeah, just because of how Farr,
- 21:28Speaker 2: because Farr has never spoken about herself as as this.
- 21:31Speaker 1: This now what I picture is Far is by far
- 21:34Speaker 1: the most beautiful way, Yeah, I see, I I picture
- 21:36Speaker 1: it as like More Elaine far More to me is
- 21:39Speaker 1: giving like Melfie vibes like she knows she's hot, but
- 21:42Speaker 1: like she's like showing heaps of it. Yeah sexy, Yeah,
- 21:47Speaker 1: all the animations I've seen. More just has massive boobs.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Yeah, she wears these deep v dresses.
- 21:53Speaker 1: But let me tell you but so she helps out Grenn. Basically,
- 22:00Speaker 1: she finds the book for her.
- 22:01Speaker 2: Okay, chapter fourteen, Nesta goes back and she trains with
- 22:05Speaker 2: Cassian again, and she's actually really good at this particular
- 22:09Speaker 2: thing in training, and he goes, what the hell, You're
- 22:11Speaker 2: actually kind of good a us.
- 22:11Speaker 1: He goes, yeah, he's do.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Dancing, you know, got good balance. And then she asks
- 22:17Speaker 2: about She asks about Gwinn, and she asks basically Cassian
- 22:26Speaker 2: says that she was one of the priestesses or acolytes
- 22:29Speaker 2: that was at one of the temples that Hyburn ransacked
- 22:33Speaker 2: to get one of the legs of the cauldron in Akamath,
- 22:36Speaker 2: and they went through and they raped and pillaged all
- 22:39Speaker 2: of Highburn's soldiers did that. So they went back and
- 22:41Speaker 2: Gwinn was, I believe, one of the only survivors. And
- 22:45Speaker 2: she has certain now she's kind of found out some
- 22:47Speaker 2: backstory about Gwynn, and then yeah, she's just kind of like, fuck,
- 22:52Speaker 2: that's nasty, bro like that's she was pretty devote about it.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Well, I feel like it was also breadcrumbing a little
- 22:57Speaker 1: bit how he spoke of Nessa doesn't realize that other
- 23:00Speaker 1: people have problems, but then he's realizing she's realizing, and
- 23:03Speaker 1: she's also for some reason, Nesta's one of those people
- 23:06Speaker 1: who will help everyone around her who she's just met,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and not the people who actually care about her. Yeah.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I don't know why. It's weird. I feel like that's
- 23:14Speaker 1: sort of like depictive of people in real life. Yeah,
- 23:17Speaker 1: some people would be push away all the people who
- 23:18Speaker 1: are close. But then as soon as you have a
- 23:20Speaker 1: little bit of a connection to someone who's random and
- 23:21Speaker 1: you feel like this urge to help.
- 23:23Speaker 2: It's like she doesn't want to let the people that
- 23:26Speaker 2: do want to come into her life in because she's
- 23:29Speaker 2: worried about losing them. But the people that she's just met,
- 23:33Speaker 2: it's a lot easier to help because it's a no
- 23:34Speaker 2: strings attached type situation exactly. It's really weird, but it's
- 23:38Speaker 2: also you probably writ it's like something that happens in
- 23:39Speaker 2: real life.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Yeah, And so we go to Cassie and Reese.
- 23:45Speaker 2: They go to the spring Court and they meet Aris there,
- 23:48Speaker 2: and they go there because it's a good place to
- 23:50Speaker 2: meet because Tamlin just like doesn't give a fuck about
- 23:52Speaker 2: his borders. And Aris goes Yeah, apparently Tamlin doesn't even
- 23:57Speaker 2: like go home.
- 23:59Speaker 1: His house is just real. Was this where we found
- 24:01Speaker 1: out he's stuck in beast form.
- 24:02Speaker 2: I don't think he's stuck him, but he doesn't. He's
- 24:05Speaker 2: just in beasts form the whole time. He just roams
- 24:07Speaker 2: around the spring court just in beast form. Oh yeah,
- 24:11Speaker 2: he's wearing his I Love Talent shirt.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I forgot I love Bloody Tablin baby. Yeah, so Redemption
- 24:18Speaker 1: arc is coming, I know, yeah, I don't know. He's
- 24:22Speaker 1: he seems to be brooding. I reckon he's going to
- 24:25Speaker 1: kill Baronet Tablin. I can That's how I would be
- 24:29Speaker 1: back on Team Tamblin if he did that. Yeah, that's
- 24:31Speaker 1: what he's going Fuck Baron brother, so kill ers what
- 24:34Speaker 1: he's there too?
- 24:35Speaker 2: Yeah? Then they Aris is like, let's kill the queens now,
- 24:39Speaker 2: because they're fucking talking about what's happening and ship. It's
- 24:41Speaker 2: all going to ship, you know, Baron being on side
- 24:45Speaker 2: with the queens and that guy Kochi, the one is
- 24:49Speaker 2: the Lord, yeah Kochi. So Aris goes, let's kill him now.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Cassine's like, just it's not worth it right now. It
- 24:56Speaker 2: would be too messy. And so there's only actually one
- 25:00Speaker 2: queen residing in that in the in the palace that
- 25:02Speaker 2: all six or seven of them used to reside in
- 25:05Speaker 2: the other ones have fucked off somewhere.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I have no idea where.
- 25:07Speaker 2: But they're like, why, why do you want to be
- 25:10Speaker 2: high lord so bad? And then he goes he says
- 25:13Speaker 2: for the same reason that I left more on the border. Yeah,
- 25:19Speaker 2: And I was like what, And they're like, yeah, bro,
- 25:21Speaker 2: you fucking left her there to die?
- 25:23Speaker 1: You were And then he's like, I don't know, did
- 25:25Speaker 1: I you? Maybe you should ask more and he said, well,
- 25:29Speaker 1: it's almost about time that you found out. Yeah, she's
- 25:32Speaker 1: ready to tell you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's like so
- 25:34Speaker 1: I knew this bitch was hiding some Yeah. When I
- 25:37Speaker 1: was reading that, I was like, I do feel like
- 25:39Speaker 1: Jake is right. She's hiding something. Bro. Yeah, she's told
- 25:43Speaker 1: the story to make her seem like I don't want
- 25:45Speaker 1: to say the victim yet, which is obviously the victim
- 25:48Speaker 1: because of what happened. But but but there's a reason
- 25:51Speaker 1: behind it.
- 25:52Speaker 2: I don't understand. And for some reason, I've always kind
- 25:56Speaker 2: of liked Eris. I don't know why. It's terrible.
- 25:59Speaker 1: I think he's a motive to why he left it there,
- 26:02Speaker 1: and otherwise she might have died or something. I just
- 26:04Speaker 1: don't know. He's left it there on purpose for a
- 26:06Speaker 1: reason for sure. I think he just knows she likes women.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Do you reckon that? I have no idea. I don't
- 26:11Speaker 1: recoon it's that. I reckon it's got something to do
- 26:13Speaker 1: with her life. A well, he says that. So he said,
- 26:15Speaker 1: he says to them like he so.
- 26:19Speaker 2: They're like, oh, well, no, he says he so he
- 26:24Speaker 2: left Morgan untouched at the border and then they're like,
- 26:26Speaker 2: fuck you you and then.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He goes, yeah, well, so he's saying that.
- 26:30Speaker 2: It's like, I think it's finally a time where she's
- 26:34Speaker 2: figuring it out, like she's piecing stuff together. What I mean,
- 26:38Speaker 2: because we've had a flashback of her having the memory
- 26:41Speaker 2: where it's just Arris going now leave her. We don't
- 26:44Speaker 2: want to deal with that. I also don't want Cassie
- 26:46Speaker 2: and sloppy seconds.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I took it as she's always known, and she's ready
- 26:51Speaker 1: to tell you guys now rather than piece it together now. Yeah,
- 26:54Speaker 1: that's fair. She's finally accepting it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. This
- 26:56Speaker 1: is a long ass chapter fifteen. There's a lot in there.
- 27:00Speaker 2: So Nessa's back working in the library and she is
- 27:05Speaker 2: down on level seven like level one's the top and
- 27:08Speaker 2: level sevens like low. So she's down down to level
- 27:09Speaker 2: seven and this is where like no light comes, but
- 27:12Speaker 2: Braxis is gone. So she's down there but she's like,
- 27:16Speaker 2: she's like, fuck, I'm not alone. This is sus and
- 27:19Speaker 2: she's freaking out. Gwinn comes up and scares her a bit,
- 27:21Speaker 2: but she says to Gwinn's kind of like you good.
- 27:24Speaker 2: She goes, yeah, I don't know. I just feel like
- 27:27Speaker 2: I don't know, it just doesn't feel right downy. So
- 27:28Speaker 2: Gwinn's kind of like, oh fuck, Like all right, come
- 27:30Speaker 2: with me. She brings out one of these like acolyte stones.
- 27:33Speaker 2: It's like glowing, and she's like, following me, don't look back,
- 27:35Speaker 2: following me, follow me. They get up to like level four,
- 27:37Speaker 2: back to normal, and she goes, what did you see
- 27:41Speaker 2: And she's like, I don't know, it just it doesn't
- 27:43Speaker 2: feel right. She's like, here's something down there, and she's
- 27:46Speaker 2: Gwin's kind of like, well, apparently not, but there's a
- 27:47Speaker 2: few of us here that, you know, we think that
- 27:50Speaker 2: even though Braxis isn't there, him being there for so
- 27:53Speaker 2: long has like changed it, and that something still like
- 27:57Speaker 2: a part of him still lurks or something, even though.
- 28:02Speaker 2: So yeah, and I was kind of thinking, like interesting,
- 28:05Speaker 2: something lingers, something's down there. It's also got to be
- 28:09Speaker 2: the same thing that was like watching more on her estate. Yeah, yeah,
- 28:12Speaker 2: maybe it's still it is a part of our access.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Who knows.
- 28:15Speaker 2: But she's kind of like, basically, Gwyn just goes don't
- 28:20Speaker 2: go down there, it's.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Not worth it. Just don't even go down there anymore.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Just chill. She goes back.
- 28:24Speaker 2: She's training with Cassie in the next day, and Cassie
- 28:28Speaker 2: starts to open up a little bit about where he's born.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Shit that's happened, and this is where she's finding out like, oh,
- 28:33Speaker 2: Cassie's actually had it rough too's mom. Yeah, She's like, wow,
- 28:37Speaker 2: Cassie's had it rough, bro.
- 28:39Speaker 1: And so we're all like chilling. And then.
- 28:45Speaker 2: He starts to talk to her about the things that
- 28:47Speaker 2: he's put in the prison. Yeah right, talks about Lanthus,
- 28:52Speaker 2: who was a death god, another death god. Lanthus was
- 28:55Speaker 2: literally traveled on the wind and he would like fuck
- 28:57Speaker 2: people up and you can't beat in with magic and shit,
- 28:59Speaker 2: and he's lanthis is the father of the species of
- 29:02Speaker 2: the Bogue. Oh that's where the boat came from. They
- 29:05Speaker 2: came from Lanthis.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, and so this is all very cool. Yeah
- 29:08Speaker 1: this is sick.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Castiing's a beast and so he had to get all
- 29:11Speaker 2: creative of Lanthis and he had to catch him in
- 29:13Speaker 2: a mirror and be like I bet if I bet you,
- 29:15Speaker 2: if you fucking go in here, you can't get out.
- 29:16Speaker 1: And Lanta goes lanthis is like fuck off.
- 29:21Speaker 2: But as soon as he went in the mirror, he
- 29:23Speaker 2: got out. But when he got out, he was in
- 29:25Speaker 2: the prison. I was like, Cassie, any fucking beasts. But
- 29:28Speaker 2: Cassian's got all these scars and ship.
- 29:29Speaker 1: He's gone through all the scars and telling which death
- 29:31Speaker 1: god did which scars.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Yeah, there was another god that lived over near the
- 29:35Speaker 2: borders all that, so that the coast of the ocean
- 29:37Speaker 2: that would come out and it was a fucking animal
- 29:39Speaker 2: bro and it would like only want to kill women.
- 29:41Speaker 2: And he was going out, He's fighting it and it
- 29:43Speaker 2: was fucking up. Before Azrael came and helped him. They
- 29:45Speaker 2: chucked that motherfucker in the prison. There was one more
- 29:48Speaker 2: I don't really remember, but she's kind of like wh
- 29:50Speaker 2: Jesus Christ. And then I think the way it comes
- 29:55Speaker 2: up is she asks about Bracxis and she asks about
- 29:57Speaker 2: the library and he's like, what you see, He's all out,
- 30:00Speaker 2: he's scared as fuck.
- 30:01Speaker 1: The library, well they said in was it the last
- 30:04Speaker 1: one or the one before that last book? Cassium flowed
- 30:07Speaker 1: down there once and he never told her anyone. Yeah,
- 30:09Speaker 1: exactly what he saw.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Yeah, he refused. He said to Reesay that he would
- 30:12Speaker 2: kill him if he went down He kill him before
- 30:13Speaker 2: he let rees go down there or something shit.
- 30:15Speaker 1: And I was like, come on, bro, And then Bloody
- 30:17Speaker 1: Favor goes down there and just has a bargain with Yeah.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah exactly. Then uh, the house. So she's chilling
- 30:26Speaker 2: in the library at the house. There's a little there's
- 30:28Speaker 2: a library near her room, like a little just personal
- 30:30Speaker 2: library or whatever. And she's kind of chilling and she
- 30:34Speaker 2: is asking the house for some books and it just
- 30:36Speaker 2: like always recommends smutty books.
- 30:38Speaker 1: And she's like, do you read these? And you cheeky devil.
- 30:41Speaker 2: She just kind of like has rapport with the house
- 30:42Speaker 2: a bit of bands with the house. And then the
- 30:44Speaker 2: house like drops another one, like some super smutty book
- 30:47Speaker 2: or some shit, and she's like, damn, bro.
- 30:50Speaker 1: And then.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Again training next day, and Cassian starts to try and
- 30:55Speaker 2: ask about her powers and or maybe sorry.
- 30:59Speaker 1: They were at dinner. He's asking about.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Her powers and she's like, doesn't want to talk about it,
- 31:03Speaker 2: and how she's saying they're not there. He goes, what
- 31:05Speaker 2: about those handprints on the fucking stairs. She's like, don't
- 31:09Speaker 2: even worry about it, And so then he rolls her
- 31:12Speaker 2: up a bit and gets her angry, and there is
- 31:13Speaker 2: silver flames in her eyes name of the book, and
- 31:16Speaker 2: so she realized that he's gotten what he wanted. Yeah,
- 31:22Speaker 2: he wanted to rile her up to prove, like, you know,
- 31:23Speaker 2: I know you are fucking magic, Like, you know, let's
- 31:26Speaker 2: try and figure it out. She doesn't want to figure
- 31:28Speaker 2: it out. But there's a little bit of tension between
- 31:30Speaker 2: them that night, right, and so she goes back and
- 31:34Speaker 2: she she can't sleep. Bro, she cannot sleep. She's tossing
- 31:38Speaker 2: and turning.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Right.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's because he says something sexy to her,
- 31:41Speaker 2: like she makes this mad this face at her right,
- 31:45Speaker 2: and this is chapter.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Fifteen, by the way, I think I don't know, I
- 31:48Speaker 1: can't fucking.
- 31:50Speaker 2: So he said something to her like I'm gonna think
- 31:55Speaker 2: about that face tonight, by the way, like I always
- 31:58Speaker 2: think about your face at night, but it was in
- 32:00Speaker 2: a way of like sexiness. So she goes back and
- 32:04Speaker 2: she can't think. She can't stop thinking about what he says,
- 32:06Speaker 2: and then so she can't sleep, and then she just
- 32:08Speaker 2: goes fuck it, she says to the house, if you're watching,
- 32:11Speaker 2: close your eyes. She finger bashes herself until she's out
- 32:16Speaker 2: of it.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Bro.
- 32:17Speaker 2: She talks about how soon as she puts her hands
- 32:19Speaker 2: down there, it was drip and wet. She's just imagining
- 32:21Speaker 2: that it's Cassian's hands, his fingers just pumping in and
- 32:24Speaker 2: out inside of her until she comes and she passes out.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Oh you're not gonna lie to super insightful for a male, Yeah,
- 32:33Speaker 1: because I'd never once thought that, Like it sounds so
- 32:38Speaker 1: stupid and naive, but like she was picturing Cassian's fingers
- 32:42Speaker 1: instead of her own. And I've always just thought, like
- 32:45Speaker 1: I just did it, like we wank. I don't pitture
- 32:48Speaker 1: another girl's hand when I wink, do you. Yeah? No,
- 32:53Speaker 1: I assume it's a semi universal experience. Yeah, And I
- 32:57Speaker 1: was like, this is sexy, and I feel like I
- 32:58Speaker 1: shouldn't know this. Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, that's JM baby
- 33:01Speaker 1: letting us.
- 33:02Speaker 2: In chapter sixteen starts off where we're a limit of
- 33:06Speaker 2: Cassie's PrV and the next day he's like in his
- 33:08Speaker 2: own head waiting for her to come to breakfast, and
- 33:10Speaker 2: he's like, oh, fuck, couldn't sleep last night.
- 33:12Speaker 1: I had to wank three times just to for asleep.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Dirty dog. Like okay, cool, what do we have to
- 33:19Speaker 1: know three times?
- 33:20Speaker 2: Bro?
- 33:20Speaker 1: Yeah, just let us know you pleasured yourself.
- 33:22Speaker 2: What. Yeah, it is.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Pretty like accurate how they depict males and females in it,
- 33:27Speaker 1: Like he was riled the fuck up and nest there's
- 33:30Speaker 1: all sexy and like hot and then fucking this is
- 33:33Speaker 1: a dirty, fucking get it out of me please after.
- 33:39Speaker 2: And Jesus bro, So, I have a feeling that, Like,
- 33:44Speaker 2: so they're at Brecky and this is funny. So she
- 33:48Speaker 2: rocks up. Now she's kind of got a hold on it,
- 33:51Speaker 2: but he doesn't, like he's had three wanks and he
- 33:54Speaker 2: just can't stop thinking about it. Right, she rocks up,
- 33:57Speaker 2: he's solid as a rock, bro and and she's.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Just like what what what?
- 34:06Speaker 2: She didn't say anything, but he thinks I got to
- 34:08Speaker 2: get the fuck out of here, Like I can't have
- 34:10Speaker 2: her see me this hard. It's crazy, bro, And then
- 34:14Speaker 2: he just goes, I gotta go. He walks out of there,
- 34:16Speaker 2: and she's just like, what was that bulge? I saw
- 34:19Speaker 2: on his pants? Like she's thinking of what was that bold?
- 34:22Speaker 1: But they go to training again and he's all He's like.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Okay, I'm cool and cool. They're training and she's asking
- 34:28Speaker 2: about why there's no Illyrian fighting units that are female,
- 34:31Speaker 2: and he goes, I've been trying, but it's you know,
- 34:34Speaker 2: however long it takes humans to change, I think of,
- 34:37Speaker 2: you know, we're fucking immortal, takes way longer for Faid
- 34:41Speaker 2: to change. He's like, you'd be surprised they've actually changed
- 34:43Speaker 2: a lot, but it's still crazy. And so then she's
- 34:47Speaker 2: asking about a bit of the past, about his past,
- 34:51Speaker 2: about kind of the He talks about how the females
- 34:55Speaker 2: wouldn't be allowed to be a part of the blood Right,
- 34:58Speaker 2: and then if they're not even allowed to come beat
- 35:00Speaker 2: in the blood Right, which you wouldn't want them to
- 35:01Speaker 2: compete in anyway, there's no way they'll be accepted as warriors,
- 35:04Speaker 2: and she's like, what's the blood Right? He goes, okay,
- 35:06Speaker 2: So all the clans come around. They put in a
- 35:08Speaker 2: couple of warriors that want to go from like men, sorry,
- 35:11Speaker 2: from boys to men.
- 35:13Speaker 1: They go.
- 35:13Speaker 2: They they can't use their wings, they can't use their
- 35:15Speaker 2: fucking magic, they have no weapons. They get put in
- 35:18Speaker 2: this forest for a week, and then they have to
- 35:19Speaker 2: try and find Ramul, our mountain, our sacred mountain, and
- 35:23Speaker 2: then to become He said, there's three levels of warriors,
- 35:28Speaker 2: right level one the Arctocian, which and that's the ones
- 35:34Speaker 2: who don't make it to the mountain but survive the week,
- 35:37Speaker 2: so respected. The Orstian the ones who made it to Ramul,
- 35:41Speaker 2: but not to the top of the mountain. So they
- 35:43Speaker 2: made it to the mountain and they're like hell, are respected.
- 35:45Speaker 2: And then there's the Corinthian warriors. They're the ones who
- 35:48Speaker 2: managed to actually scale Ramual and touch the stone at
- 35:51Speaker 2: the top. And when you get touch it, you get
- 35:53Speaker 2: teleported somewhere and you're just the fucking beast. And so Cassian,
- 35:57Speaker 2: Reese and Asriel they actually they are Corinthian warriors and
- 36:00Speaker 2: they made it to the top and they all touched
- 36:01Speaker 2: it at the same time. In the last five hundred years,
- 36:05Speaker 2: there's only been twelve Illyrian soldiers to do it.
- 36:09Speaker 1: And three or twelve.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Yeah, so there's a fair I think there was like fifteen,
- 36:14Speaker 2: there was, like there was a few that made it
- 36:16Speaker 2: to the mountain and then a fair few that obviously
- 36:18Speaker 2: survived the week.
- 36:19Speaker 1: But we lost two in the war, didn't we.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Yeah, he said they lost a couple that were generals
- 36:24Speaker 2: and they were like sick hunts. Yeah, sorry for swam,
- 36:27Speaker 2: but they were yeah. So yeah, he's like, only a
- 36:31Speaker 2: dozen warriors have done it, like in the past, and
- 36:34Speaker 2: she's like, only a dozen have made to the top.
- 36:35Speaker 2: And he goes, no, no, no, the last five hundred years,
- 36:38Speaker 2: only fucking twelve, not barely any of like made to
- 36:40Speaker 2: the top.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Oh wait, hold up, sorry, no, six, only six made
- 36:45Speaker 1: it to the peak. Ever.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Ever, in the last five hundred year, six have made
- 36:48Speaker 2: it to the peak. Three but twelve have made it
- 36:50Speaker 2: to Ramule. And so six have made it to the peak,
- 36:53Speaker 2: and three of them are casting it as a crazy
- 36:57Speaker 2: So then she says, out of nowhere, she's like the priestesses,
- 37:00Speaker 2: they're all kind of pussies, like they don't actually come
- 37:03Speaker 2: out and see the lights, So would you train them?
- 37:04Speaker 2: And he goes, well, the reason they're in there is
- 37:07Speaker 2: usually because of a man. Like they're in there to
- 37:09Speaker 2: stay safe, away from the men and get healed. So
- 37:12Speaker 2: even though I would love to train them, they would
- 37:15Speaker 2: probably never want to train with me because it would
- 37:17Speaker 2: bring up all bad memories of men. And she's like, well,
- 37:19Speaker 2: would you do it though, and he goes, yeah, of
- 37:20Speaker 2: course I would do it. And so she goes and
- 37:22Speaker 2: she tries, and she gets perment permission from Clotho. Chapter four,
- 37:26Speaker 2: kN seventeen. She gets permission from Clotho, the main priestess,
- 37:30Speaker 2: and she's like, yeah, I mean, no doubt people are
- 37:31Speaker 2: going to do it, but they can try. She puts
- 37:32Speaker 2: a sign up day after day after day after day.
- 37:35Speaker 2: No one chows up. Then no one puts their name
- 37:37Speaker 2: on it.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Bro, I'll tell you what I like about Cassian though,
- 37:40Speaker 1: Like before that training session and talking about all that,
- 37:42Speaker 1: there's so much sexual tension. And then Nessa mentions how
- 37:46Speaker 1: professional Cassian is within his training and like this place
- 37:50Speaker 1: is sacred. Yeah, and like even though he's a fucking
- 37:53Speaker 1: horn dog, yeah, he's still so respectful and yeah, so
- 37:57Speaker 1: the one thing that's always stayed the same in his
- 37:59Speaker 1: life is the training.
- 38:00Speaker 2: He respects training. It's crazy, like he he was like
- 38:03Speaker 2: upset with himself. He would not allow himself to get
- 38:06Speaker 2: horny in the ring.
- 38:07Speaker 1: I think that scene ended with she was trying to
- 38:10Speaker 1: do some abs and couldn't plank for like twenty seconds,
- 38:14Speaker 1: and then she's like, well you do it then, and
- 38:16Speaker 1: then he's just like twenty seconds that a little literary
- 38:19Speaker 1: boy could do that. Yeah, She's like, well what can
- 38:20Speaker 1: you do? And then he like takes his shirt uf
- 38:22Speaker 1: does a full workouts like sweating and grunting him, and
- 38:24Speaker 1: then she's like, I wonder if that's how he sounds.
- 38:26Speaker 1: He fuck yeah.
- 38:27Speaker 2: She's like constantly thinking about what he's like in the bedroom.
- 38:30Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 38:31Speaker 2: She wants him deep inside of her. And so he
- 38:34Speaker 2: also was like one thing I noticed it was weird.
- 38:36Speaker 2: He was like, yeah, I can do five minutes, and
- 38:38Speaker 2: I was like, look, that's impressive, but five hundred years old,
- 38:43Speaker 2: magic Allyrian, immortal, sure you can do like an hour plank.
- 38:47Speaker 1: I was thinking, actually, it made me feel better about
- 38:49Speaker 1: myself because all the bad boys are rips, right, They've
- 38:51Speaker 1: had five hundred years to train, so they've got like
- 38:54Speaker 1: four hundred and seventy five years on us. Yeah, so
- 38:58Speaker 1: like them, give me four seventy five more years. Yeah,
- 39:01Speaker 1: the muscle maturity on those boys compared to asking that steal,
- 39:04Speaker 1: Yeah exactly, and like that six pack, like it's built
- 39:07Speaker 1: over five hundred years. Yeah, I didn't go on nowhere
- 39:09Speaker 1: if we had five years, mate, are you kidding? Yeah,
- 39:13Speaker 1: that's my excuse.
- 39:15Speaker 2: So we're still Chapter seventeen. Elaine is in Nesta's room
- 39:20Speaker 2: when she goes back, and she's like, what do you want?
- 39:24Speaker 1: And Nessa's kind of like I want to go sorry.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Elaine's like I wanted to come say hi.
- 39:26Speaker 2: And then Nesta's being just a fucking cow to Aline
- 39:30Speaker 2: out of the blue too, because she was like healing, bro.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Like it's crazy, like Nesta was coming good.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Like Nesta was actually enjoying her days.
- 39:37Speaker 2: She was enjoying Cassie, and she was enjoying the training,
- 39:39Speaker 2: she was enjoying the work at the library, and she
- 39:42Speaker 2: was being a bee.
- 39:43Speaker 1: She was like having fun with the house and shit.
- 39:45Speaker 1: It was then it was like she was caught off
- 39:47Speaker 1: guard and her reflex was to be a bitch.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's crazy.
- 39:51Speaker 1: So basically she's just a.
- 39:54Speaker 2: Huge bitch to Elaine, and Elaine's trying to just be like, no,
- 39:58Speaker 2: I love you this.
- 39:59Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 40:00Speaker 2: And then Elane tries to say some hurtful shit and
- 40:03Speaker 2: Nessa's like, fuck off. And then she goes back and
- 40:07Speaker 2: Cassie and Reese were out on the balcony and Elaine
- 40:11Speaker 2: comes out and they're like. Reese's like, what's wrong? What'd
- 40:13Speaker 2: she say? And then Elaine goes, oh, whatever is that
- 40:17Speaker 2: what you guys are doing? It's not helping. She hasn't
- 40:19Speaker 2: changed a bit, and Reese's like, I thought you said
- 40:22Speaker 2: she was doing good, and Cassine was like she was,
- 40:24Speaker 2: bro I'm telling you. So Reese takes Elane down, flies
- 40:28Speaker 2: her down to the house and I don't know if
- 40:31Speaker 2: it was like right then and there Cassiane goes down.
- 40:34Speaker 1: I think he does.
- 40:34Speaker 2: He's like, what the fuck Nesta?
- 40:36Speaker 1: He goes and speaks her. He's like, what the fuck
- 40:37Speaker 1: did you say? What did you do?
- 40:39Speaker 2: And Nessa's all like victim complex, Oh, it's always got
- 40:42Speaker 2: to be me, It's always got to be me, and
- 40:43Speaker 2: it's like, well it actually was you. Yeah, like you
- 40:46Speaker 2: actually were a bitch to her, and so she gets
- 40:50Speaker 2: all cranky. They're getting another huge fight and then she's
- 40:53Speaker 2: like fuck this. I think she's like fuck this, I'm
- 40:56Speaker 2: gonna go take the stairs again or some shit. She
- 40:58Speaker 2: always tries to go down the stairs just to go
- 41:00Speaker 2: drink wine. Chatter eighteen. She makes it to stay one thousand.
- 41:05Speaker 2: In her defense, I'll tell you what I want to do.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Actually, sidebar is like maybe in BALI if I can
- 41:10Speaker 1: be fucked, how long do you reckon? It would take
- 41:13Speaker 1: me to do ten thousand stairs on the StairMaster, while
- 41:17Speaker 1: over do you reckon over an hour and a half.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I want to see, like ten thousand how long do
- 41:22Speaker 1: you reckon? I take you well, you have you actually
- 41:24Speaker 1: have to go down them. We'll be going up because
- 41:27Speaker 1: you can't have to go back up. To be fair,
- 41:29Speaker 1: you can't possibly like I mean like the stairs at
- 41:30Speaker 1: the gym, like the stair machine, you.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Can go down and back, like you can go down
- 41:34Speaker 2: and face the other way and you go down, but
- 41:35Speaker 2: it easier to go down the nut but go up.
- 41:38Speaker 1: I'm ten thousand steps on the stair master. Yeah, I
- 41:40Speaker 1: don't know, because at the time I saw a clip
- 41:43Speaker 1: and like we're all being like savages, like Nesta is
- 41:46Speaker 1: so unfair, and then someone tried to do like ten
- 41:47Speaker 1: thousand steps up. This was hard. I feel I feel
- 41:49Speaker 1: for testa right now, two hours I want to do it.
- 41:52Speaker 1: So I'm like in Nesta's shoes, oakon two hours. Two hours? Yeah, fuck,
- 41:56Speaker 1: I reckon, it's a lot of stairs. Maybe I'll start
- 41:59Speaker 1: of a thousand then you guys, it could be more
- 42:01Speaker 1: than two hours, yeah, ten thousand, but people do ten
- 42:05Speaker 1: thousand steps in a day, like not yeah, so I'm
- 42:08Speaker 1: thinking it could be like an hour and a half.
- 42:09Speaker 1: If I do it on like level ten or level twelve,
- 42:11Speaker 1: it'll be hard though. Yeah, that's what I did with
- 42:13Speaker 1: my card. Okay, fair, fair fair.
- 42:15Speaker 2: So chapter eighteen, manas she goes down to what step
- 42:17Speaker 2: one thousand, comes back up and she's she's crawling back
- 42:21Speaker 2: up again.
- 42:22Speaker 1: She's crawling. Guess who's waiting there?
- 42:23Speaker 2: Cassian of fucking course, Oh my god, I actually have
- 42:28Speaker 2: a feeling that So no, this is this is after
- 42:31Speaker 2: their fight, yeah, because Cassie is waiting there. So he
- 42:33Speaker 2: tries to ask, like, what's set her off about Elaine.
- 42:35Speaker 2: She doesn't want to talk about it, so then she
- 42:37Speaker 2: tries to talk about She says like, why won't the
- 42:41Speaker 2: priestesses come to training? And he's like, you got to
- 42:43Speaker 2: give him time, like keep reaching out your hand, which
- 42:45Speaker 2: is what Amoron said to him about her Nesta, and
- 42:48Speaker 2: it's working right, and so he goes into talk about
- 42:52Speaker 2: his mother to Nesta. They're just down in the hall
- 42:54Speaker 2: right now, above the stairs, and so he talks about
- 42:58Speaker 2: how he slaughtered everyone, and then he like recent Asual
- 43:04Speaker 2: helped him, and this is everyone that did his mother wrong.
- 43:06Speaker 2: He like sleeps, he's like giving, he's like giving insight
- 43:08Speaker 2: into his life. And then he's like talking. He tries
- 43:11Speaker 2: to say to her, like Nesta, I'm not gonna back down.
- 43:13Speaker 2: I'm always gonna help you. Like you, I'll take whatever
- 43:15Speaker 2: you throw at me. Do your fucking worst, bro right.
- 43:19Speaker 1: And then.
- 43:22Speaker 2: So they're like fighting again, and like she's trying to
- 43:25Speaker 2: be a bit and he's like say it, just say
- 43:26Speaker 2: whatever you want to say, throw everything at me. I'm
- 43:28Speaker 2: always gonna take it. I'm gonna come back. And so
- 43:30Speaker 2: he's like winning this fight because he's been like the
- 43:32Speaker 2: bigger man. Yeah, she goes fuck it and she kisses
- 43:35Speaker 2: him all right. Chapter nineteen, Cassie's like fuck you, now,
- 43:39Speaker 2: what the fuck? And he goes fuck it and he
- 43:43Speaker 2: just kisses her back.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Yes.
- 43:46Speaker 2: So yeah, they start making out out in the hall
- 43:50Speaker 2: and they're fucking going for it. This guy gets like
- 43:55Speaker 2: a full tree trunk in his pants instantly, he's got
- 43:59Speaker 2: hands on her.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Bro, he can't stop thinking about her.
- 44:02Speaker 2: So then she she like comes up like grinding on him.
- 44:06Speaker 2: She's like, holy.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Fuck, it's huge, bro, it's huge. And so she's like
- 44:11Speaker 1: grinding on him.
- 44:12Speaker 2: They're like moaning and they're kissing and like oh my god,
- 44:14Speaker 2: blah blah blah blahh yeah, yeah yeah, and they're having
- 44:18Speaker 2: the time of their lives. And then she's trying to
- 44:19Speaker 2: under his pants but she can't because like the ollyrium
- 44:22Speaker 2: leathers are just so so many different things that are
- 44:24Speaker 2: tied up. She's like fuck it. She just starts stroking
- 44:27Speaker 2: his deck with her hand, right, and he's kind of
- 44:29Speaker 2: like fuck, like you better stop her, use I'm gonna
- 44:32Speaker 2: and she's like nuh, well, this.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Guy comes in his pants, bro, holy shit makes me
- 44:38Speaker 1: so happy. Oh my god, bro, it's insane. He for
- 44:42Speaker 1: on just comes in his pants.
- 44:43Speaker 2: She hops off him and she looks back and she
- 44:47Speaker 2: goes quick off the market, walks away, and he's like.
- 44:51Speaker 1: Fuck, what the fuck.
- 44:53Speaker 2: And he's like next day, Azreel comes in for breakfast
- 44:56Speaker 2: and he's just thinking to himself.
- 44:57Speaker 1: He's like, I'm so embarrassed, Like what the hell?
- 44:59Speaker 2: So she's got the upper hand here. He just came
- 45:01Speaker 2: in his pants and she didn't even He's like, just
- 45:03Speaker 2: how did I do that? He's like, I've never done that.
- 45:05Speaker 2: I've never like whatever, I've never I've never left a
- 45:09Speaker 2: girl on pleasure or some shit.
- 45:10Speaker 1: I was like, what I can and he was like
- 45:13Speaker 1: regading because he's like that was my one and only
- 45:15Speaker 1: chance and yeah, pleasure. Yeah.
- 45:17Speaker 2: So then the next and then as you was like
- 45:20Speaker 2: at he goes to Azrael, saw what are you doing
- 45:24Speaker 2: here for Brecky and he's like, oh, I've actually come
- 45:25Speaker 2: to get you guys. We need to go down to
- 45:26Speaker 2: the house. Yep, to Farah and Reese's Riverhouse chapter twenty.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Asriel's been watching bry Allen, which is the fucking suss
- 45:32Speaker 2: queen that's like with Kohi the death God. Yep, right,
- 45:36Speaker 2: And so they are on the hunt for the cauldron because.
- 45:40Speaker 1: The queen who was put in there to become old, wants.
- 45:43Speaker 2: To No, she wanted to become fae, but she became
- 45:45Speaker 2: old and faith and she doesn't want to be old.
- 45:47Speaker 1: Yeah, she wants to be young again. So they want
- 45:48Speaker 1: to find the fucking cauldron. They're like, well, that's not possible.
- 45:51Speaker 2: Because it's with drake On and Miriam wherever they are
- 45:53Speaker 2: in Critaia. And so they're like, well, damn okay, but
- 45:57Speaker 2: is there a way they can find it? And then
- 46:00Speaker 2: all of a sudden, there's like these these relics that
- 46:03Speaker 2: were created by the cauldron, these like crazy things of power.
- 46:06Speaker 2: There was three masks, right, who are three masks? And
- 46:10Speaker 2: so Koshi is like helping her find them? Now it
- 46:14Speaker 2: made so it says it made many objects of power,
- 46:17Speaker 2: and they know of three of them, the masks. Sorry,
- 46:20Speaker 2: there's they're not all masks. I mean it's the Crown,
- 46:23Speaker 2: the mask, and the Harp. The mask can raise the
- 46:26Speaker 2: dead and is a death mask molded from the face
- 46:28Speaker 2: of a long forgotten king. If you wear it, then
- 46:31Speaker 2: you can summon the dead and command them, so they're like, fuck,
- 46:33Speaker 2: you can command an army that's not fraid of anything.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Shit.
- 46:36Speaker 2: The harp can open any door physical or otherwise, even
- 46:39Speaker 2: those between worlds crazy. The Crown it can influence anyone,
- 46:44Speaker 2: even pierce through the mightiest of mental shields. So if
- 46:47Speaker 2: you have that, you can just do whatever you want.
- 46:49Speaker 2: So now they're like somehow these things were lost, right,
- 46:56Speaker 2: and they're all talking about like I don't know like
- 47:00Speaker 2: to like, and so they were made by the cauldron.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Therefore Nesta can most likely track them because she was
- 47:05Speaker 2: made by the cauldron. And then they're wigging out and
- 47:07Speaker 2: so they go damn, like could you do it? And
- 47:10Speaker 2: then Elaine just like pops up out an arrow and
- 47:12Speaker 2: she goes, no, but I could do it.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Yeah. Lane comes in, she bes a beast, and she's
- 47:16Speaker 1: just like I'll fucking do it. I don't even give
- 47:18Speaker 1: a shit. So now they're gonna go find these these
- 47:22Speaker 1: these things. Well Nesta's like no, no, no. After the fight,
- 47:25Speaker 1: she was like she put her in her place, saying
- 47:27Speaker 1: like all you all you do is garden, Like we
- 47:30Speaker 1: have a worthless life. And then the Lane steps up
- 47:32Speaker 1: and then Elane's like, I can't just tend to my
- 47:35Speaker 1: garden all day, now, can I? Bitch? And I was
- 47:37Speaker 1: like fucking open Lane.
- 47:39Speaker 2: So yeah, then we find out like Koshi is like
- 47:41Speaker 2: the worst. So he's way worse than the bone carver,
- 47:43Speaker 2: way worse than the weaver. He's the master of his
- 47:45Speaker 2: own death. Now there is a thing called the dread Trove,
- 47:52Speaker 2: and I have a feeling that's where these three things have.
- 47:56Speaker 1: Been kept or some shit.
- 47:58Speaker 2: I have no fucking idea, but we need to go
- 48:01Speaker 2: have I'm like, I'm gonna read this.
- 48:03Speaker 1: There's a lot of Techie terminal, a lot of Techi
- 48:05Speaker 1: terminal of the years, like they're talking about the death
- 48:08Speaker 1: god koachy Paras, like what is that.
- 48:09Speaker 2: That's when they go on to say like she is
- 48:11Speaker 2: the so Kochi is like the master of his own death.
- 48:14Speaker 2: And then she says, well, how come we didn't look
- 48:18Speaker 2: for these like the crown, the Mask, and the harp
- 48:22Speaker 2: to defeat the Caldron last time, and Amron goes, honestly,
- 48:25Speaker 2: they were so long forgotten that we just forgot.
- 48:27Speaker 1: But also the Book of Breathings was just easier to.
- 48:29Speaker 2: Get, and so then they're like cool, Azriere goes, yeah,
- 48:33Speaker 2: it's last rumored that the dread the dread Trove, which
- 48:36Speaker 2: is where they are, is on Prithian somewhere, and they're like, fuck,
- 48:40Speaker 2: who knows how to find it?
- 48:42Speaker 1: And then that's when Elaine, I think, comes in.
- 48:43Speaker 2: And goes, yeah, I can find it, but a little
- 48:45Speaker 2: confusing that last bit, like you go for this whole light,
- 48:48Speaker 2: these nineteen chapters, and then on the twentieth chapter they
- 48:51Speaker 2: just go, here is the rest of the book. It's
- 48:54Speaker 2: fucking it's cool, but it's also like fuck very cool.
- 48:57Speaker 1: Okay, so yeah, everything I think. So I have an issue.
- 49:05Speaker 1: I've been listening and it's really hard to stop at
- 49:09Speaker 1: the right chapter all to your little head. So I'm
- 49:12Speaker 1: a tiny little bit of head, not a lot, And
- 49:15Speaker 1: I know something juicy and I thought you were about
- 49:18Speaker 1: to say it, but it obviously didn't happen in the chapter.
- 49:20Speaker 1: It might be in my notes. You never do, know, No,
- 49:22Speaker 1: you'd remember this.
- 49:24Speaker 2: I would remember remember because here we go, the dread
- 49:27Speaker 2: trove is assumed to be at the bottom of the ocean.
- 49:31Speaker 1: And then damn, come on, now you remember Okay. You
- 49:36Speaker 1: would be like, you know exactly what I'm talking. So, yeah,
- 49:38Speaker 1: what they're saying. Yeah, another thing they're like.
- 49:41Speaker 2: Okay, okay, I have no idea.
- 49:42Speaker 1: I think you can guess it, but I want to
- 49:43Speaker 1: give away the reading experience. Let me see, let me
- 49:45Speaker 1: think about the bread. We've been bread crumb this whole
- 49:49Speaker 1: book about it, and we've predicted it, and we've predicted it.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Vialrus get attacked. If I guess it, I actually want
- 49:59Speaker 1: you to tell me.
- 49:59Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, okay, we've been bread from this whole book.
- 50:03Speaker 2: So Nestor, has.
- 50:06Speaker 1: We predicted it like eight years ago this book about
- 50:09Speaker 1: this book. Yes, but I think we also said maybe
- 50:11Speaker 1: in the last book. Fairy is pregnant.
- 50:15Speaker 2: Yeah, it's good, so she can't do anything.
- 50:18Speaker 1: Yeah, And we've been bred crumb the whole time because
- 50:19Speaker 1: every time Cassie on Anyone sees favor, she has this
- 50:23Speaker 1: weird water around her from the heel. Yeah, no, fucking pregnant.
- 50:27Speaker 1: She's got a shield around her.
- 50:29Speaker 2: Yes, always has a shield around her because Helen's teaching
- 50:32Speaker 2: Reese how to shield an impenetrable shield.
- 50:34Speaker 1: And at the start of that meeting, Cassiing goes to
- 50:36Speaker 1: give Farror on Cassing goes to give Farror a kiss
- 50:40Speaker 1: on the cheek and it really gets buzzed and he's like, really, Reese,
- 50:43Speaker 1: and then they tell him that you're about to read
- 50:45Speaker 1: it like five sentences after what you just read. Wow,
- 50:49Speaker 1: sick bro. So that's where I ended. That's and we
- 50:53Speaker 1: were like I thought that was into the chatter because
- 50:55Speaker 1: it like stopped and I was like, oh, sick. But
- 50:59Speaker 1: that's very and you're right now, we have so much
- 51:02Speaker 1: to look forward to, so predictions.
- 51:06Speaker 2: Predictions is easy. They are on the hunt for the
- 51:09Speaker 2: dread Trove, for all these three things of power. They
- 51:12Speaker 2: will use them against Koshy, who the fuck knows, that's
- 51:15Speaker 2: what their plan would be. But in the midst of
- 51:18Speaker 2: all this, Cassian Nesta training fucking constantly. That's all we're getting, that's.
- 51:23Speaker 1: All I want. And you think she's gonna come good
- 51:26Speaker 1: from it? Okay, I'm excited for the actual sex, like
- 51:30Speaker 1: because Cassian's got some shoes to fill now. Yeah, Like
- 51:33Speaker 1: he's been all talk or everyone's told us how fucking
- 51:35Speaker 1: good he is, so I'm expecting massive things. I'm not
- 51:38Speaker 1: gonna lie. I was so horny reading like that scene.
- 51:41Speaker 1: I was like, d no, I feel like my imagination
- 51:46Speaker 1: is getting better too. Like I'm like, fucking yeah, I'm
- 51:49Speaker 1: just like a fly was what was the audio?
- 51:52Speaker 2: Like?
- 51:53Speaker 1: Good, good, good good, But it wasn't as moaning as
- 51:55Speaker 1: I thought it would have. There was more moaning in
- 51:56Speaker 1: the nest the fingering scene that was quiet, that sounded
- 52:01Speaker 1: like I shouldn't be listening. Oh, but this one was
- 52:04Speaker 1: more like a bit like like but it was good. Yeah.
- 52:09Speaker 1: I agree with the predictions even and simple, very simple.
- 52:13Speaker 1: I think the only thing I reckon Nesta or Elaine,
- 52:18Speaker 1: he's going to start coming. So the what are the
- 52:22Speaker 1: people in the lib recording in the Priestesses? Yeah, the pracklytes, Yeah,
- 52:25Speaker 1: the acolytes when will start training, and then from that
- 52:29Speaker 1: Elaine will come, and then I reckon Favor. It will
- 52:31Speaker 1: come and they'll be like this ganggang motherfucker and is
- 52:35Speaker 1: going to start being like friends with them all again.
- 52:36Speaker 1: And that's how she's going to heal as well, outside
- 52:38Speaker 1: of like Cassie and and like finding this mask and
- 52:41Speaker 1: Favor is pregnant, right, Yeah, we predicted it, we called it,
- 52:45Speaker 1: and I think that's writing her out of the book
- 52:47Speaker 1: kind of yeah, like not that that's what happens, but
- 52:49Speaker 1: he's not going to risk her life, yeah exactly, is
- 52:52Speaker 1: being mad protective of us. Surely that means that the
- 52:54Speaker 1: next book is their kid being a beast? You think? So?
- 52:58Speaker 2: Do you want to know what I saw? So we
- 53:00Speaker 2: need to figure out where the secret chapters are.
- 53:03Speaker 1: We've missed some on a Court of Frost and Starlight.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Was there one in there? Yeah? There's two in there,
- 53:09Speaker 1: I think we've got to go back and read them.
- 53:10Speaker 1: We need to go read them. You want to know why.
- 53:12Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure they're as real POV chapters. Yeah, we
- 53:16Speaker 1: got to go back and find that.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Because someone left a comment saying, my prediction is that
- 53:19Speaker 2: the sixth book is an as real book.
- 53:22Speaker 1: That'd be sick. Well, maybe next Patreon exclusive will go
- 53:25Speaker 1: on there and read because I think there's a few wanted.
- 53:28Speaker 1: There's one for this already. I thing too, Just put
- 53:30Speaker 1: them in the fucking blow. We keep missing them. The
- 53:33Speaker 1: hard thing about us not making excuses if is we're
- 53:35Speaker 1: reading and also putting the content out there, and you've
- 53:38Speaker 1: got to like time all that shit. Yeah no, and
- 53:40Speaker 1: then we've got to go back and find these secret chapters.
- 53:42Speaker 1: My brain is jelly. Yeah. So thank you guys so much.
- 53:45Speaker 1: We love you. Stay bad
