- 0:10Speaker 3: Aqua, the band known for Barbie Girl, has announced their breakup.
- 0:15Speaker 3: You may be more shocked about the fact that they've
- 0:17Speaker 3: been a band this whole time still, but apparently they've
- 0:20Speaker 3: stayed together this entire time, even though their most recent
- 0:23Speaker 3: album that came out was in twenty eleven, which even
- 0:26Speaker 3: that shocked me.
- 0:27Speaker 4: I had no idea.
- 0:28Speaker 3: They posted to social media about their decision, which said,
- 0:31Speaker 3: in part quote for us, this feels.
- 0:33Speaker 4: Like the right moment to say goodbye.
- 0:35Speaker 3: They are considered the best selling Danish band of all time.
- 0:39Speaker 4: By the way.
- 0:40Speaker 3: They also a little fun fact they had like the
- 0:42Speaker 3: most expensive music video of all time as well, which
- 0:47Speaker 3: I had no idea. Obviously, we all just know them
- 0:50Speaker 3: for Barbie Girl, which had a resurgence the Barbie Movie
- 0:55Speaker 3: and everybody was like, oh my god, obviously, who doesn't
- 0:57Speaker 3: love Barbie Girl Brings you back? Ninety seven is when
- 1:01Speaker 3: that song came out, By the way, Crazy. The National

- 1:23Speaker 3: Sound of Music, and a bunch more Who doesn't love
- 1:26Speaker 3: the Symphony. If you haven't seen them, this is a
- 1:28Speaker 3: great way to see them, obviously, because it's free. And
- 1:32Speaker 3: if it's free, it's for me. That's what I always say.
- 1:33Speaker 3: So go check them out and see which date is
- 1:35Speaker 3: near you. And as it turns out, guys, touching grass
- 1:40Speaker 3: actually leads to a greater life satisfaction.
- 1:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:44Speaker 3: New research finds that regularly spending time in nature can
- 1:47Speaker 3: boost both body image and life satisfaction.
- 1:50Speaker 4: A new study.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Analyzed responses some more than fifty thousand people between the
- 1:54Speaker 3: ages of eighteen and ninety nine from fifty eight different countries,
- 1:58Speaker 3: and they found that being in the you know, country, forest, bathing,
- 2:03Speaker 3: things like that do improve your well being and they
- 2:06Speaker 3: improve the way that you look at your body as well.
- 2:09Speaker 3: So this is the largest that he ever done in
- 2:11Speaker 3: this like specific area, and it went even deeper to
- 2:15Speaker 3: find that nature is linked with higher self compassion. So
- 2:20Speaker 3: get in nature and actually touch grass.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Grass. Listen.

- 2:58Speaker 4: for work, Tina.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I'm a nurse.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Our nurses.

- 3:35Speaker 2: Well, let me ask you a question.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Has has chat GPT replaced Google when you know when
- 3:39Speaker 1: people are telling you about their symptoms?
- 3:41Speaker 5: Uh?
- 3:42Speaker 6: Not, No one really said that so far, but I'm
- 3:45Speaker 6: sure it's coming.

- 3:52Speaker 4: You, Wait for your doctor to see you and have.
- 3:54Speaker 3: A conversation with your doctor and your nurses, trust them,
- 3:57Speaker 3: or just go to WebMD.
- 4:00Speaker 6: Yeah web Indy, Well that is probably better than Google.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Yeah, you shouldn't say that at all. Just go to
- 4:07Speaker 2: the doctor.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Oh my gosh.
- 4:10Speaker 3: We appreciate what you do. We know it's not an
- 4:13Speaker 3: easy job. We know you're waking up early. What time
- 4:15Speaker 3: do you normally set your alarm for?
- 4:16Speaker 2: Like?
- 4:16Speaker 4: What time are you opening your eyes every morning?
- 4:19Speaker 3: Usually? Five?
- 4:21Speaker 6: Okay, get up at the last minute.
- 4:23Speaker 5: Yeah I'm not.
- 4:24Speaker 1: I'm not an early We all had trouble getting out
- 4:26Speaker 1: of bed today, every single one.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Of us in here. Yeah, you guys, get at that.
- 4:30Speaker 4: What four?
- 4:31Speaker 3: Yeah, four thirty is when my first alarm goes off,
- 4:34Speaker 3: and that is a rough one.
- 4:35Speaker 2: She wakes up to it.
- 4:38Speaker 4: Yeah today, I didn't Tina today, I slept through that arm.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Oh no, But we're here now, and you're.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Here now, and it's gonna be a great day. And
- 4:46Speaker 1: you are the first caller of the day. So you're
- 4:47Speaker 1: going to see Shaboozy.
- 4:49Speaker 5: Yay, yay.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Congrats.
- 4:52Speaker 3: You'll see him at a send amphitheater on September eighteenth.
- 4:54Speaker 4: Thank you so much for hanging out with us.
- 4:56Speaker 6: Thank you, thank you.
- 4:57Speaker 5: You guys.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Have a good day.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Jack.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Do you at youpt at all about your symptoms? I
- 5:01Speaker 2: use it for literally everything. Oh and what do you
- 5:04Speaker 2: currently have? Well, I've overcome Graves disease recently, so I'm
- 5:08Speaker 2: really proud of myself.
- 5:09Speaker 3: I just I don't even have worries more chamoozy take.
- 5:12Speaker 5: At the same time Tomorrow, Ricky is Zach and Mano
- 5:16Speaker 5: in the morning, Ricky and Zach.
- 5:19Speaker 1: You guys are regularly calling me old, mostly Ricky.
- 5:24Speaker 2: But yeah, goodude.
- 5:25Speaker 4: It's not my fault that you're the age that you are.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Sure, Yeah, yeah, I can normally roll with the joke,
- 5:29Speaker 1: you know.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Haha. It's funny.
- 5:30Speaker 1: I'm a little bit older than you guys. Uh, but
- 5:32Speaker 1: I feel good most of the time. I don't feel old,
- 5:34Speaker 1: so I don't even care. But now something just happened.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Oh boy, I feel old.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Did you get another Charlie Horse?
- 5:40Speaker 1: No, it's nothing, God dude, it's nothing physical.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Okay, I'll tell you.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Okay, I came to a realization that just kind of
- 5:48Speaker 1: blew my socks off. So right after somber, I will
- 5:50Speaker 1: tell you why I woke up feeling old today.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Well, that and the fact that you just said blew
- 5:54Speaker 2: my socks off.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 5:59Speaker 3: What I're about to hear Kevin admit that he's old
- 6:03Speaker 3: on one of seven five the River. And I'm so
- 6:05Speaker 3: excited about this, mainly just because you say things all
- 6:09Speaker 3: the time, Kevin, that lead me to.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Go, wow, that was an.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Old person thing to say. I don't actually think your
- 6:15Speaker 3: age group is old at all.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Oh thank you.
- 6:17Speaker 3: You specifically just come off as very old.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Go ahead, Kevin, blow our socks off, tell us more
- 6:24Speaker 2: about it.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I just want to say I'm forty two. I agree
- 6:26Speaker 1: with Ricky. I don't think that's old at all. I think,
- 6:28Speaker 1: you know, forty is the new teens a stretch, but okay,
- 6:32Speaker 1: but I always I feel good. I don't feel even
- 6:35Speaker 1: though I have two kids, my daughter's almost ten, like.
- 6:37Speaker 2: I still feel very youthful.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I don't know, but my dad said something to me
- 6:41Speaker 1: yesterday that really just stopped me in my tracks. He
- 6:43Speaker 1: asked me if I had any plans to come home
- 6:46Speaker 1: this summer for my twenty fifty year high school reunion. Oh,
- 6:51Speaker 1: it was not even on my radar. I graduated in
- 6:53Speaker 1: two thousand and one. I didn't even think about that. God, well,
- 6:57Speaker 1: I think I just came out of the womb twenty
- 7:00Speaker 1: five years ago. I just it floored me. I cannot
- 7:03Speaker 1: believe it.
- 7:04Speaker 4: I'm clutching my pearls.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Or well, do you plan on going? Like, do you
- 7:08Speaker 2: have any friends from high school that you want to
- 7:10Speaker 2: go see?
- 7:10Speaker 1: I talked to a few people, you know, we exchange
- 7:12Speaker 1: messages messages on Instagram every once in a while, so
- 7:15Speaker 1: I do stay in touch with a few, not many,
- 7:17Speaker 1: But I don't think I would have any interest in
- 7:19Speaker 1: going back for that.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Personally. That's just oh well, I mean, you don't really
- 7:22Speaker 2: like to go anywhere, so that does that really surprise me?
- 7:24Speaker 3: And you should go though, you know, I didn't get
- 7:27Speaker 3: to do my ten year high.
- 7:29Speaker 4: School reunion because of the pandemic. So like I was
- 7:32Speaker 4: really looking forward to that.
- 7:33Speaker 3: I was like, I want to go see everyone, and
- 7:36Speaker 3: I want to be like, look at me, I want
- 7:37Speaker 3: to it's losers.
- 7:40Speaker 2: I have zero interest in doing.
- 7:42Speaker 4: That, and then I didn't get to So now I
- 7:44Speaker 4: kind of want you to do it.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I'm sorry, you can go in my place.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I guess, well, how about you go and we are
- 7:50Speaker 2: the plus two. I don't know.
- 7:52Speaker 1: This is not going to go with you, not the
- 7:54Speaker 1: intent of this conversation.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I kind of want Zach to go as you.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm Kevin Man though. No, So the point is
- 8:04Speaker 1: I'm not going to go. The second point is I
- 8:06Speaker 1: cannot believe it's been twenty five years. I've spent more
- 8:08Speaker 1: of my life out of high school than I did
- 8:10Speaker 1: up until graduation.
- 8:11Speaker 2: You know what I mean. That's actually so crazy. Yeah. Yeah, Hey, you're.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Tripping me out, dude.
- 8:16Speaker 3: So that's like I'm very tripping, Like I'm tripping right now.
- 8:19Speaker 2: A half decades.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Yeah, if you graduated in two thousand and one, happy anniversary,
- 8:23Speaker 1: we're world.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Three things you need to.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Know after seven o'clock here on this Tuesday morning, let's go.
- 8:29Speaker 2: It's gonna be a great day.

- 8:44Speaker 3: Music and Lyrics category. We played the song here on
- 8:47Speaker 3: one of seven five The River So Sorry.
- 8:49Speaker 4: It's a big song, huge one. It was released last
- 8:52Speaker 4: September and.
- 8:53Speaker 3: It's been such a hit that Lady Gaga has even
- 8:55Speaker 3: incorporated it into her Mayhem Ball Tour set list.
- 8:58Speaker 4: So we'll see what happens when we.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Have our fingers crossed for her and the Dead Dance
- 9:02Speaker 3: at the Emmys. The soft serve margarita trend that's taking
- 9:06Speaker 3: over social media right now is now available in Nashville.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I've been seeing this everywhere, all over TikTok, all over
- 9:14Speaker 3: Instagram reels, all of these places serving soft serve margaritas.
- 9:18Speaker 3: When I say that, think like boozy ice cream vibes.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Okay Coha Roottop in the Gulch has now decided that
- 9:26Speaker 3: they're getting in on it. They have two flavors, pineapple
- 9:29Speaker 3: coconut and strawberry hibiscus You could also even get both
- 9:32Speaker 3: of them swirled together if you want to try both
- 9:34Speaker 3: at the same time. I mean boozy ice cream. Who
- 9:38Speaker 3: doesn't love that idea? It looks phenomenal. I will repost
- 9:42Speaker 3: it to one of seven five the River's Instagram page
- 9:44Speaker 3: so you can see what it looks like in our stories.
- 9:47Speaker 3: I looked at it yesterday in my mouth immediately started watering.
- 9:49Speaker 4: That's all I'll say. And Harry Styles he is coming
- 9:52Speaker 4: out with ear plugs.
- 9:54Speaker 3: His lifestyle brand Pleasing, has teamed up with Loop ear plugs.
- 9:57Speaker 3: They're launching a limited edition collection of the Experience two ones.
- 10:01Speaker 3: These are designed specifically for live music. Okay, really good idea.
- 10:05Speaker 3: I've looked into them myself and I actually want to
- 10:08Speaker 3: buy a pair because they're supposed to be very beneficial
- 10:10Speaker 3: for anybody that goes to see a lot of live
- 10:12Speaker 3: music or experiences a very high volume in areas where
- 10:16Speaker 3: they're like, ooh, this might actually really mess up my
- 10:18Speaker 3: hearing later on in life. The earplugs come in two colors,
- 10:21Speaker 3: both inspired by the Pleasing asthetic.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Loud Enough comes in blue and love Enough comes in pink.

- 10:54Speaker 2: top of your windshield and you're like, what are they
- 10:56Speaker 2: for it? They're called fri it fr it and they
- 11:00Speaker 2: are used to block UV race from breaking down the
- 11:02Speaker 2: adhesive that holds your windshield in place. Oh so it
- 11:06Speaker 2: actually like distributes the heat evenly to prevent cracking, not.
- 11:10Speaker 4: Just there to look cool.
- 11:12Speaker 2: I literally thought it was like to like shade the

- 16:41Speaker 2: Okay, I have no idea, let me see HBO.
- 16:50Speaker 3: It took a really long time to get this last
- 16:51Speaker 3: season done.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Okay, here we Oh, you get this? You win.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Ella Langley one Big and Shanaia Twain hosted What Award

- 17:15Speaker 1: No, not the AMAS, it was the ACMs acmah very close.
- 17:20Speaker 1: All those acronyms get confusing, But just a real quick
- 17:22Speaker 1: shout out to Ella Langley. Seven awards.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Come on, it's actually crazy impressive. It's impressive for sure.
- 17:28Speaker 1: All right, hopefully you know this what former quarterback made
- 17:33Speaker 1: news when he walked the runway at a Gucci event
- 17:36Speaker 1: over the weekend.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Oh that was the greatest of all times, Tom Brady. Yeah,
- 17:45Speaker 2: you knew that one for sure.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Way to go, congratulations, you're going to see post Malone.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Congrats. Have so much fun at the show.
- 17:54Speaker 3: It's happening Nissan Stadium June thirtieth, so right around the corner.
- 17:57Speaker 4: You don't have to wait too long, which is nice.
- 18:00Speaker 6: Awesome, that's awesome.
- 18:00Speaker 4: I'm excited.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Can't wait. You guys have a great day to day
- 18:04Speaker 1: and tell your son happy summer. I will do. Thank
- 18:07Speaker 1: you so much. I'll have a great day.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Three things you need to know.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Let's goach after eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning. We
- 18:14Speaker 1: are so happy that you're here with us. Thank you
- 18:16Speaker 1: for starting your day with us. Ricka, he's got those
- 18:17Speaker 1: three things. Presented by Mark Spain real Estate.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Shakira has been acquitted of tax fraud in Spain. Spain's
- 18:24Speaker 3: High courts ruling stated that authorities failed to prove that
- 18:26Speaker 3: she met the residency threshold, which means they couldn't prove
- 18:30Speaker 3: that she stayed in the country for too many days.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Following the decision.
- 18:34Speaker 3: The court ordered Spain's treasury to return more than seventy.
- 18:37Speaker 4: Million US dollars to the singer. Pretty crazy.
- 18:40Speaker 3: She's been going through this for years, so it's kind
- 18:43Speaker 3: of wild that it's taken this long to get here.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Shakira herself reacted by saying that you know, this gives her.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Hope that the ruling would help.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Others say it could benefit quote thousands of ordinary citizens
- 18:54Speaker 3: who are abused and crushed every day by a system
- 18:57Speaker 3: that presumes them guilty and forces them to prove their
- 18:59Speaker 3: inn since real rough. She also said, you know this,
- 19:02Speaker 3: she faced financial and emotional ruin through this entire experience,
- 19:07Speaker 3: but now it's over and that is great. So we're
- 19:10Speaker 3: happy for her that, you know, she could move on now.
- 19:12Speaker 3: The Smashing Pumpkins are coming to town. They're gonna play
- 19:16Speaker 3: Rhyme in on October twentieth, which is really cool. Ticket
- 19:20Speaker 3: presales go on sale this week, so starting today, there's
- 19:22Speaker 3: different pre sales each day. General on sale is set
- 19:26Speaker 3: for Thursday, so you've had October twentieth open.
- 19:29Speaker 4: You can see them at the Ryman Auditorium.
- 19:31Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I saw them open for Green Day at Giodis not
- 19:34Speaker 1: that long ago, and I went for Green Day, but
- 19:36Speaker 1: I loved the Smashing Pumpkins. I was blown away, like
- 19:38Speaker 1: by how many songs I knew and how good they
- 19:40Speaker 1: still were.
- 19:40Speaker 3: First person, I thought I was a U Kevin, Yeah,
- 19:42Speaker 3: first person.
- 19:44Speaker 4: When do you guys think summer actually starts?
- 19:47Speaker 5: Like?
- 19:48Speaker 4: What day would you say summer starts?
- 19:50Speaker 2: I feel like it started yesterday because it was so
- 19:52Speaker 2: hot up Okay.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Yesterday for zach Mykevin Sun's birthday is coming up on
- 19:57Speaker 1: the twenty fourth, so I'd say May twenty fourth feels
- 19:58Speaker 1: like the kickoff to summer for me.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Okay, So a lot of people think Memorial Day weekend
- 20:03Speaker 3: is the unofficial kickoff to the summer season.
- 20:05Speaker 4: That's when people start going.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Okay, it's officially summer, but technically summer doesn't start until
- 20:10Speaker 3: Summer Solstice on June twenty first, which is closer to
- 20:13Speaker 3: what Kevin said. But a new survey finds that the
- 20:16Speaker 3: average American thinks the real start of summer is May
- 20:19Speaker 3: twenty first.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Okay, ready to kick it off that way? Yeah, it's
- 20:24Speaker 4: right around the corner.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I'm ready.
- 20:25Speaker 4: They're ready to go.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Once May twenty first hits, they're like, it is officially
- 20:29Speaker 3: summer I'm Rique Sanchez, and those are the three things
- 20:31Speaker 3: you need to know.
- 20:33Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on the river.
- 20:37Speaker 1: What are your insane shower thoughts? Just these things that
- 20:42Speaker 1: enter your mind and you know they're crazy, but you
- 20:45Speaker 1: sort of get fixated on them. We're asking this because
- 20:47Speaker 1: our friend Robin sent Zac attext the other day, and
- 20:49Speaker 1: what did she ask you?
- 20:50Speaker 2: She literally texted and said, do you think that spiders
- 20:53Speaker 2: die off anything other than like old age or being
- 20:55Speaker 2: stomped on?
- 20:55Speaker 5: Like?
- 20:55Speaker 2: Do they have diabetes? Oral health problems? Like June spiders? Diabetes?
- 21:00Speaker 2: It's a great question or question.
- 21:02Speaker 3: I've never thought about it before, but once you ask
- 21:06Speaker 3: that question, it's something I haven't stopped thinking about.
- 21:09Speaker 2: Just so you know, I did look it up. They
- 21:11Speaker 2: cannot get diabetes because they do not have a pain.
- 21:13Speaker 2: RaSE That's how much I was looking at.
- 21:15Speaker 4: But they do have a heart.
- 21:16Speaker 2: They do have a heart, so can they get a
- 21:18Speaker 2: heart attack? Dang?
- 21:20Speaker 4: Sear them into heart attacks?
- 21:22Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, isn't that crazy? It's cooking my brain
- 21:27Speaker 1: right now? Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine one
- 21:29Speaker 1: oh seven. Your shower thoughts the random things that pop
- 21:33Speaker 1: in your head and then you just you think about
- 21:35Speaker 1: them over and over again, share them with us, like can.
- 21:37Speaker 2: A spider catch a cold?
- 21:39Speaker 4: Oh?
- 21:41Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 21:45Speaker 3: It's gonna get a little weird on one O seven
- 21:47Speaker 3: five the River, because we're gonna share some shower thoughts.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Shower thoughts are essentially those random, weird thoughts that we
- 21:54Speaker 3: have that come into our brain when we're not doing
- 21:56Speaker 3: anything else.
- 21:57Speaker 4: So like when you're in the shower, you're so focused
- 21:59Speaker 4: on you in the same things, washing your hair, shaving
- 22:01Speaker 4: your legs, doing.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Your thing, that you think about the craziest things or
- 22:05Speaker 3: those three am thoughts that you have that you're like,
- 22:08Speaker 3: why am I thinking about this?
- 22:10Speaker 4: It all started because our friend Robin.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Asked Zach if they thought that spiders had diabetes and
- 22:17Speaker 3: could die from anything other.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Than getting smushed or old age.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Which is a good thought, Like, I've never thought about it.
- 22:23Speaker 3: I've ever thought about it before, but it spurred a
- 22:25Speaker 3: lot of other weird thoughts.
- 22:27Speaker 4: Kevin, you have a few.
- 22:28Speaker 1: I have a couple that I genuinely think about a lot.
- 22:30Speaker 1: It bothers me first of all that I will never
- 22:32Speaker 1: see myself in real life like you never actually see
- 22:34Speaker 1: your own face other than like a reflection or photos
- 22:37Speaker 1: or videos or something you never see yourself.
- 22:39Speaker 4: That is very trippy. I don't love that.
- 22:42Speaker 2: It makes me want to crawl out of my own skin.
- 22:44Speaker 4: And I don't love that.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I don't know why I get hung up on this,
- 22:47Speaker 1: but I feel like I heard this or I read
- 22:48Speaker 1: this little like thought a while ago, and it pops
- 22:50Speaker 1: in my head every once in a while. What if
- 22:52Speaker 1: life is a simulation that started five minutes ago and
- 22:55Speaker 1: all of your memories are just programmed in.
- 22:59Speaker 4: Okay, the ones that I have, I can't dwell on
- 23:02Speaker 4: that too long.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Okay, we're gonna move on to some of the sillier
- 23:06Speaker 3: ones that I have, Like the fact that nothing is
- 23:09Speaker 3: ever really on fire. Fire is on things.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Oh oh, that's true.
- 23:16Speaker 3: But when we say something like we say the building
- 23:18Speaker 3: is on fire, no.
- 23:20Speaker 4: On the building kind of weird.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Uh, just similar to that, why do we call it
- 23:25Speaker 3: a building if it's already built?
- 23:27Speaker 5: Oh?
- 23:28Speaker 2: Man, I like that one.
- 23:30Speaker 4: But it's a building, but it's built. It should really
- 23:33Speaker 4: be a built. It would be a built.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Look at that built, built, Look at that built. I
- 23:40Speaker 2: like that because.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Like that's what that's what it actually is some other
- 23:45Speaker 3: ones that people have, because there is a whole Reddit
- 23:48Speaker 3: thread of people's shower thoughts and crazy things that they
- 23:50Speaker 3: thought about, like which orange came first?
- 23:54Speaker 4: The color or the fruit.
- 23:56Speaker 2: That's what I was gonna say, because Kevin eats a
- 23:58Speaker 2: cutie every single morning, thinking like which one came first?
- 24:01Speaker 2: The fruit? Where that like the color orange?
- 24:04Speaker 5: Wow?
- 24:05Speaker 1: Wow?
- 24:05Speaker 2: I would Yeah, that's a great question. I like, I
- 24:08Speaker 2: don't know. Yeah, I don't know.
- 24:10Speaker 1: We're lucky that we live in the time that we
- 24:11Speaker 1: live in, so we can just look.
- 24:12Speaker 2: All these things up.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Here's one too that I think should have an answer,
- 24:16Speaker 3: probably from somebody much smarter than us. But if you
- 24:18Speaker 3: drop soap on the floor, is the floor clean or
- 24:21Speaker 3: is the soap dirty?
- 24:22Speaker 2: Oh? I think both.
- 24:23Speaker 1: I would say it cleaned the floor, but now you
- 24:26Speaker 1: got o governs off the soap because it's dirty.
- 24:28Speaker 4: I don't know that it could be both.
- 24:29Speaker 2: There's gotta be an answer, Yeah, I feel like there's
- 24:31Speaker 2: gotta be an answer. Also. Sometimes I will say sometimes
- 24:34Speaker 2: I think about like like if water and air are
- 24:37Speaker 2: both clear, how came you can see through air but
- 24:39Speaker 2: not water. You can see through water like you can
- 24:43Speaker 2: see water, but you can't see air.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I think there might be a gas liak in here.
- 24:47Speaker 1: But if you have a showers off to share six
- 24:50Speaker 1: one five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven. We
- 24:53Speaker 1: want to hear, Courtney, and Clarksville is on the line
- 24:57Speaker 1: right now. It's one of seven five the river. A
- 24:59Speaker 1: second ago, we were going around the room sharing some
- 25:00Speaker 1: of our shower thoughts. Just these random things that pop
- 25:03Speaker 1: in our heads. Sometimes three am. They wake you up
- 25:06Speaker 1: and you're thinking about them, and they're so ridiculous. Courtney,
- 25:08Speaker 1: do you have any I do?
- 25:10Speaker 6: I actually sometimes wonder why people tell you to bite
- 25:13Speaker 6: down when.
- 25:14Speaker 4: Your jaw actually only moved up.
- 25:16Speaker 2: So shouldn't you be.
- 25:18Speaker 6: Biting up down?
- 25:20Speaker 4: My god, weird, Courtney, exactly.
- 25:25Speaker 6: Yes, it's so weird and I think about it too often. Actually, wow,
- 25:29Speaker 6: I'm going.
- 25:30Speaker 3: To keep thinking about it because yet you're actually not
- 25:33Speaker 3: moving the top part of.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Move. Uh huh.
- 25:37Speaker 4: I want to hear the weird.
- 25:38Speaker 3: One I just read Courtney. That also made us all
- 25:40Speaker 3: trip out for a second. Yes, the blanks of your
- 25:43Speaker 3: eyes get removed from your memory.
- 25:46Speaker 6: Oh wow, that is true.
- 25:48Speaker 1: I that I don't like that your brain is like
- 25:51Speaker 1: omitting them from what you've process.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Our thoughts are weird, but we appreciate you Courtney for
- 25:57Speaker 3: being as weird as we are.
- 25:58Speaker 5: Thank you guys so.
- 25:59Speaker 6: Much for an have a great day, Love you too.
- 26:02Speaker 2: I can't stop biting up, literally as soon as we
- 26:06Speaker 2: eat breakfast this morning, I'm gonna just think about it
- 26:08Speaker 2: the entire time of like, I'm just biting up the
- 26:10Speaker 2: entire time.
- 26:11Speaker 3: The two of you, both Zach and Kevin, have just
- 26:14Speaker 3: been biting air this entire time.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Are you trying to move the top of my jawn?
- 26:18Speaker 4: It doesn't move. You are trying.
- 26:20Speaker 1: I'm trying hold my bottom, hold the john place and
- 26:23Speaker 1: move the top part down.
- 26:25Speaker 2: It doesn't work. May you rest your chin on the table.
- 26:28Speaker 2: This is insanity.
- 26:30Speaker 5: Uh.
- 26:31Speaker 1: If you're waiting for your word, it's coming right after
- 26:33Speaker 1: Mark Amber. Okay, that wicked long sentence. We're gonna keep
- 26:36Speaker 1: building it. Next on the river, have.
- 26:38Speaker 2: A wicked good summer on the river. Here's the next
- 26:42Speaker 2: word in a wicked long sentence. It is very wicked
- 26:45Speaker 2: long sentence.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Hopefully you've been compiling these words, adding them to a list.
- 26:49Speaker 1: We are back with your your next word right now, Zach,
- 26:51Speaker 1: take it away.
- 26:53Speaker 2: Your word today is our favorite city in the entire country.
- 26:55Speaker 2: It is Nashville. Your word today, well right now is Nashville.
- 27:00Speaker 4: Yeah, you got two more words coming at you today.
- 27:02Speaker 4: Next one is twelve forty.
- 27:04Speaker 5: Keep track of every word.
- 27:06Speaker 1: So when one river every day about this time we
- 27:10Speaker 1: play some audio from a video, it's the daily double tap.
- 27:13Speaker 1: And today really just serve to motivate. That's that's what
- 27:16Speaker 1: we're doing today. It's a positive way to look at things.
- 27:20Speaker 1: A little positive spin sometimes.
- 27:22Speaker 4: We need it.
- 27:22Speaker 1: And yes it's a weird voice, but take what you
- 27:24Speaker 1: can from the message.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Here we go. Hey, I'm just.
- 27:27Speaker 1: Here to remind you that when life isn't horrible.
- 27:31Speaker 2: It's actually pretty good.
- 27:33Speaker 1: So if you just don't think about how horrible it
- 27:35Speaker 1: is and think about how.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Good it is, and then it gets it gets better.
- 27:39Speaker 6: Even though the horrible stuff's still happening, there's still a
- 27:42Speaker 6: lot of good stuff.
- 27:44Speaker 4: Focus on the good if you can.
- 27:46Speaker 2: I think, in the state of the world that we
- 27:47Speaker 2: live in, it's like really hard to think about the positive.
- 27:50Speaker 2: So I definitely focus on the positive and not everything
- 27:53Speaker 2: that's happening around you.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's still good to you know, be
- 27:56Speaker 1: plugged into what's happening. But when you can take those
- 27:58Speaker 1: little mental breaks for your mental health and appreciate the
- 28:01Speaker 1: good We all try to do it, try to exercise
- 28:04Speaker 1: that here and uh yeah, we're paying it forward, spreading
- 28:07Speaker 1: that message. And that's today's daily double tap positivity.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 28:16Speaker 5: river
