This poem, this Sam Sam 62. I wait quietly before God, for
• 1:34
my victory comes from him. He alone is my rock and my
• 1:40
salvation, my Fortress, where I Will Never Be Shaken.
• 1:45
So many enemies against one, man.
• 1:48
All of them trying to kill me to them.
• 1:51
  I'm just a broken-down wall or a tottering fence.
• 1:55
They plan to topple me from my high position they Delight in
• 1:59
telling lies about About me, they praise me to my face but
• 2:04
curse me in their hearts. Let all that I am wait quietly.
• 2:10
Before God for my hope is in him, he alone is my rock.
• 2:16
And my salvation, my Fortress, where I will not be shaken, my
• 2:22
Victory and Honor. Come from God Alone, he is my
• 2:27
refuge a rock. Where no enemy can reach me.
• 2:32
Oh my people trust in him at all times. pour out your heart to
• 2:39
him for God is our refuge Common people are as worthless as a
• 2:46
puff of wind and the powerful are not what they appear to be.
• 2:51
If you weigh them on the scales together, they are lighter than
• 2:55
a breath of air. Don't make your living by
• 2:59
extortion or putting your hope in stealing and if your wealth
• 3:03
increases don't make it the center of your life.
• 3:08
God has spoken plainly and I have heard many times power.
• 3:15
Oh God belongs to you unfailing love.
• 3:19
Oh, Lord, is yours. Surely you repay all people
• 3:25
according to what they have done.
• 3:38
Father, all these things in our lives, the pressures, the
• 3:42
important things, they are all added up to about the same as a
• 3:47
puff of air. You, you alone are where we are
• 3:54
able to get our Victory and our life, our identity, and our
• 4:00
future. Father, we just rest in you
• 4:06
knowing that it is, you who makes us us.
• 4:12
Continually draw our minds and our hearts back to our identity
• 4:17
that we have in you. So that the pressures of this
• 4:20
world can fall down into their space below.
• 4:25
You as you sit on your throne, in our lives, may we always put
• 4:31
you in the number-one place, we love you.
• 4:35
Our shelter, our Rock, and our refuge, That's in the saving
• 4:40
name of Jesus that we pray. Amen.
