  Well, we got one team here that was looking pretty inevitable a

  number of weeks ago with Indiana.

  I mean, they were looking pretty unbeatable for quite, quite some

  time. Not that I didn't pick them to

  lose last week, but every bet I made last week was a loss.

  So we won't even talk about but I mean, Indiana's obviously been

  absolutely rolling and dominant. So yeah, so no big surprise

  there here Miami and how they've they've been hot of like clearly
• 11:50
  and playing really well. So I'm I'm really, really

  interested in this game. Obviously we were talking all
• 11:57
  the way and texting all the way through these these games.

  You know, when this game opened up with that point spread, to
• 12:05
  me, the spread is too big. I get it, right?

  Indiana is pummeling people. I mean, the stats are up.

  That's great. They're beating the living

  bejesus out of people. I get it.

  But that Ducks game was a little bit of an aberration.

  I mean, once you, you know, you turn the ball over multiple

  times in the first half. And so now you're down and

  you're chasing and you're taking risks and you're flaying the

  ball around. That is not a recipe for success
• 12:33
  against a defensive team like Indiana.

  They're going to kill you, right?

  So that that that game got completely out of hand early

  because of those turnovers. Those turnovers don't happen.

  That game would have been closer.

  No, I think the Ducks would have won the game, but it would have

  been a closer game. So I think that score is a bit

  of an aberration because of the turnovers.

  That's it, right? So I don't think that score is

  indicative of how much better Indiana is than Oregon.

  You know, Miami, that was, that was an excellent game.

  the world for me. But it's a team that's been hot

  and I've been kind of leaning into the past month or so in

  is interesting. I mean, Carson Beck, I was

  worried about him doing something.

  costing them a game but actually played pretty damn felt out the

  stretch. We haven't seen a crystal ball

  Where are they? He's got too much talent on that

  going to be a close game and I do think it's going to be a

  pretty defensive game as well. So I think with that many points

  at a defensive game, I think that's a lot of points.

  Thursday night, they, you know, their look at headlines are all

  over the place. Oregon would have been like a

  two point favorite. Indiana would have been like a 5

  1/2 point favorite. And then as the second-half was

  going in the Indiana game, like touchdown after touchdown, every

  time he looked at a line, it kept going up until like

  Saturday morning it was 7 1/2 and it didn't even stop there.

  But to Pete's point, his bet was my first thought.

  I was like, that's, that's too many, man.

  I mean, you look at what Miami has done.

  I mean, they shut down A and MA fairly good offensive team.

  They shut down Ohio State, also a decent offensive team.

  Ole Miss probably the the most explosive offense they faced.

  But again, you know, Peter mentioned about Carson Beck not

  doing Carson Beck things. You know, this was Ole Miss

  probably the worst defense by far, you know, left in the final

  four. And you know, when I looked at

  this game, I really wanted to have a play on a side here.

  We can't last game of the year didn't want to like I should

  just pick a side to pick a side. But it kept going back and

  forth. I mean, you look at the the all

  the statue you had up Tim all relatively equal, which you

  would expect this time of the year.

  You got two teams left, probably two of the best teams out there.

  But there's there's three things that I slightly favor Indiana,

  but not enough to lay the points.

  But I don't trust Miami enough where I think one of these

  things might happen, where might not be enough points.

  So first thing, coaching. If you had to pick a coach to

  coach this game, you're probably leaning Signetti.

  And yeah, took Cristobal's credit.

  He's not Cristobal yet this year.

  Maybe he's learned. Maybe he's.

  Quarterback play. Beck played well against Ole

  Miss, but if you look at the two other games, he only threw for

  103 yards against A&M and he only threw for 138 yards against

  Ohio State. Indiana's defense is a heck of a

  lot more like those two teams than it is.

  You know what the Ole Miss defense put out there.

  And I don't know if you guys looked at the playoff stats.

  I mean, Indiana's had two games, Mendoza's got 8 touchdown passes

  and only 5 incompletions. Who the hell?

  I don't even do that on Madden or you know, our college

  football 25. Like this dude is just I mean

  it's I mean every back shoulder throw to Sarat is like perfectly

  placed. I mean you know, this guy throws

  a pass, it's like it's going to be a completion.

  It seems he's cleaning like 73% of his passes.

  It's just ridiculous. So I'm going to give the slight

  edge to Mendoza, but only because Beck does have the

  experience. He he's played enough football.

  This moment won't be too big for him statistically.

  I don't expect him to do what he did against Ole Miss, but I I

  don't think he's going to cost his team the game here.

  And the third thing, and this is actually a stat and I, I didn't

  see this on your list, but then again, I'm blind but deaf.

  But penalties, Indiana just does not commit penalties.

  They are second in the country, fewest penalty yards per game.

  The you they're outside the top 80.

  I don't know what conference is officiating this game as of yet,

  but yeah, they're 85th in penalty yards per game.

  And if they, you know, you stop Indiana on 3rd down, you, you

  get a roughing the passer in there or you, you know, get a

  taunting penalty, certainly something that Miami is capable

  of. You know, you don't want to

  extend any drives for Indiana because Signetti's not going to
• 18:56
  take his foot off the gas. I mean, if he can win this game
• 18:58
  by 24 points, he's going to. So yeah, just those three

  things. Slightly into Indiana, not

  strong enough to bet it, but again, don't trust Miami.

  So my bet, since we're talking about two really good defenses.
