Another tragic death in Vallejo: eighth fatal crash this year tied to a police pursuit. Officers chased a motorcyclist at 4:20 AM for speeding, called off the chase after less than a minute due to unsafe conditions — but the rider crashed minutes later on Sacramento Street, pinned under a car and died at the scene.
