- 0:21Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:25This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's favorite conservative
- 0:30rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:35What time is it? It's time war war. Here's your host, one
- 0:41hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan
- 0:47Root. All right, here we go, Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome,
- 1:03Welcome, Welcome too, not only the USA Audio Network but Lynn dal TV.
- 1:07Yeah, I don't look anything like Wayne Allen Root. Last I checked.
- 1:11In fact, my name is Lee Elsie and you can reach out to
- 1:15me Lee Elsie Radio at gmail dot com. Would love to hear from you.
- 1:19That way, you can subscribe to my YouTube page which is Lee els
- 1:23l e E e l CI my website leels dot com absolutely checked out out
- 1:29if you can. Fantastic to get a chance to fill in for Wayne Allen
- 1:33Root. Wayne A little Bertie told me that Bertie is Christopher down there in
- 1:38Dallas, Texas. Is that Wayne is down there at mar Lago for what
- 1:42is going to be a huge celebration. It is Super Tuesday, in case
- 1:48none of you are paying attention, and today is the day that most of
- 1:51the delegates get handed out. And we suspect that Donald Trump will obviously blow
- 1:57the doors off of Nicki Haley tonight and again and leave her in the dust
- 2:00where she should have been. And Trump marches on to what will inevitably be
- 2:06a Republican victory. So tonight against Super Tuesday, all of these states,
- 2:09and as the results come in, I will do my best to try to
- 2:14keep you up to date on this. As you know, the screen in
- 2:16front of me rolls through some of the numbers, it's like, you know,
- 2:21one percent, percent, two percent, three percent. So some of
- 2:23these places are adding them up, and as they come in, I will
- 2:27try to share those with you. But I don't suspect any surprises tonight.
- 2:30I don't suspect Trump will lose any of these states. And again, onward
- 2:35and upward, as off he goes to the Republican nomination, and again a
- 2:38clash against will it be Biden or will it be someone else? Come on,
- 2:46this stumbling, bumbling president can't make it to the finish line. I
- 2:54know we talk about this all the time. I'm sure you're tired of hearing
- 2:59about it. I'm probably tired of talking about it. But here's the deal.
- 3:02He can't get there, and if he even could get to that finished
- 3:07line, he could never make it another four years. So you've got to
- 3:13figure that the Democrat Party is conspiring. There's wheeling and dealing going on.
- 3:16The question is who will it be who will take over the reins at the
- 3:23convention when they get together. It can't be Uncle Joe. It's got to
- 3:27be someone else, Hillary Clinton, Probably not Gavin Newsom. Eh, he's
- 3:34run California into the ground. Too many people would look at that and poo
- 3:38poo that the only chance and the only choice that they have is Michelle Obama.
- 3:43And as I said earlier tonight, I think she has protests too much.
- 3:50If you're a Shakespeare fan, she kind of tries to come off as
- 3:54I don't like Washington, I don't want to deal with Washington. I don't
- 3:59want to be president. I don't want to elect be an elected official.
- 4:01So it looks like you're kicking and dragging and pulling her into that spot,
- 4:06which is always something that resonates well with the American people. If they think
- 4:11you don't want power, they kind of like that, right, They like
- 4:14the idea that you don't like to be in a position of power, because
- 4:17then they think you're not power hungry, you're power thirsty. And guess what,
- 4:20you know, the Obamas are. So that is my prediction. NNA
- 4:24Wayne has talked about that before in the past, how he certainly thinks said
- 4:28Michelle Obama is the choice, and I agree with that one hundred percent.
- 4:30I've been saying this for the better part of a year that Biden can't get
- 4:34to the finish line and they have to find a replacement. And I hate
- 4:38to say it, but Michelle Obama is the most popular Democrat in the country.
- 4:44And I don't even think there's anybody as a second attendants close to being
- 4:47second. She's way out there in the lead because she has that sort of
- 4:53halo effect around her. People loved Obama for whatever reason, and again,
- 4:58she was just that side piece that did no wrong and was always around and
- 5:02was always there, and she speaks well and people, again, Democrats,
- 5:06in particular progressive democrats, love her. So on this super Tuesday, as
- 5:13we watch the votes come in and we watch Biden will end up winning his
- 5:17nomination and Trump will end up winning his. We think that this clash of
- 5:21these two folks is going to happen in November. But I think more people
- 5:25are beginning to realize that Biden can't get to that finish line. In fact,
- 5:30I had a doctor on and I think I had a doctor on earlier
- 5:31in the week on my own morning show. I'm going to bring her back
- 5:35maybe tomorrow night to talk about how she's convinced that Trump had a I mean
- 5:41that Biden had a stroke, an actual, real deal stroke that nobody seems
- 5:45to want to talk about. So anyway, those are the things that are
- 5:48happening tonight, things to watch tonight, and again I'll keep you up to
- 5:54date on some of that stuff. But in a more general sense, let
- 5:57me get to a couple of issues. What is America doing in the world.
- 6:02What are we trying to do? The president has this president I mean,
- 6:09he's not going to do it, but leadership has to get back to
- 6:13basics. Conservatives see Ukraine as a secondary interest, a place where we're just
- 6:20pouring bad money after good, a place where there's really no good ending a
- 6:28far away place with no immediate bearing on our safety. The effort to help
- 6:32defend it has come with these unrealistic assumptions American power, we have been essentially
- 6:43at war. Our power not necessarily is it dwindling, but our resources certainly
- 6:46are answer this, Why why must Russia be stopped? Why must Russia be
- 6:53stopped in Ukraine? Do you really think Russia's going if they were to take
- 6:58Ukraine? Do you think they would go on to p and you think this
- 7:00would be a beginning of a march across Eastern Europe? I don't. I
- 7:05think we're pouring a lot of money, and I think that they are,
- 7:08you know, Russia, Not to defend Russia. I think, you know,
- 7:10Putin's the evildoer and the bad guy. But you know they're protecting not
- 7:14only their port but there they don't want NATO on their doorsteps. So you
- 7:17can understand that. Now, the other side of this, the other conflict
- 7:20that we're in right now, or seemingly in, or at least our ally
- 7:26is in is gaz En Israel. And for whatever reason, according to a
- 7:30Quinnipiac poll that I'm looking for right now, more people are in favor of
- 7:35us giving buckets of money to Ukraine as opposed to giving money to our one
- 7:44of our staunchest allies in Israel, And every single progressive politician continues to ask
- 7:53for this ceasefire. We all see what's happening on television. We all watch
- 7:57this, this horror that's unfolding in front of our eyes. We get it.
- 8:00There's terrible things that are happening because war as hell, war is a
- 8:03terrible thing. But when you're given no option to save your own people,
- 8:13when Hamas has continued to destroy not only your infrastructure by lobbing bombs at you,
- 8:20but to kill and rape and mayme. And then October seventh came and
- 8:24somehow the leadership of Israel is supposed to stand quiet. And here in America
- 8:28nobody says or don't at least, the left doesn't say or do anything to
- 8:31support our Israeli allies. Instead they do the opposite. I'm sorry, I
- 8:37hate to see civilians die, but when you hide behind the skirt strings of
- 8:45women and children, there's not much the Israeli military can do. So they
- 8:50have to continue this onslaught until each and every Hamas soldier or terrorist is destroyed,
- 8:58and and I think we all need to come together on that. I
- 9:03mean, yes, again, you want to try to limit the amount of
- 9:09civilian casualties. Nobody's a monster, nobody wants to see thousands of women and
- 9:15children kill. But why are they women and children? Where are the men?
- 9:18Where'd they all go? Supposedly, that's an interesting question to ask that
- 9:22no one seems to be able to answer. Fifteen thousand women and children doesn't
- 9:26make any sense. But when you're hiding underneath hospitals and underneath schools and underneath
- 9:31churches, of course you're going to have civilian casualty. So again I get
- 9:35second tired of hearing our left of center friends continue to talk about a cease
- 9:41fire. To me, if I'm running the show in Israel, I'm going
- 9:46full throttle until every single member of Hamas is dead, or until they completely
- 9:50surrender and every single one of the hostages is brought home. We are reading
- 9:56now the horrors that some of these hostages have been going through. We all
- 10:00knew it was happening. We all knew they were being sexually assaulted and raped
- 10:03and brutalized, and now we're finding out here these many months later, that
- 10:07that's all been happening since they took these people on October seventh, and of
- 10:13course that's what we expected to have, but we were praying that it wasn't
- 10:16the case, but we all knew that it was going to end up being
- 10:20that. So those are a couple of things, major things. Obviously immigration,
- 10:24we could talk about that tonight a little bit. I mean, immigration,
- 10:26to me is the number one issue that politicians are going to have to
- 10:31address in this twenty twenty four election. And politicians at every level, whether
- 10:35it's the presidential race, and Biden has zero, zero wiggle room like they
- 10:41are completely culpable of what happened at the southern border. Yet they're trying to
- 10:45spin this narrative here in the eleventh hour as we make that stretch run towards
- 10:50the election, that somehow it wasn't their fault. Garbage, garbage, And
- 10:54I talk about this a lot on my own morning show, which you can't
- 10:58let them get away with that. I'm talking directly to the folks at Lindel
- 11:01TV. Do not let them get away with shifting the narrative doing this one
- 11:05eighty on the border. They wanted this mass immigration, they wanted an invasion.
- 11:11They got it, and now because the public isn't happy, and because
- 11:16there's crime rampant in the streets and the cityscapes across the country, they are
- 11:20now having to spin around on that, try to switch the narrative. All
- 11:24right, once again, my name is Lee Elsie, Wayne Allen Root.

- 14:56Raw and unfiltered. Let's see if something it costs less but people are
- 15:01happier with it. That sounds like something to look into, and that is
- 15:05meta share. Maybe you've heard switching to metas share to pay for healthcare can
- 15:09save many families up to five hundred bucks a month, and that is huge.
- 15:13But it's also true that people are way more satisfied after making the switch
- 15:16too. The members satisfaction rate for meta share is double that of the typical
- 15:20health insurance plan. Double Metashare works too. It's been around for thirty years.
- 15:26Members have shared more than five billion dollars of each other's bills. People
- 15:30love having telehealth and a huge nationwide PPO network. So yeah, really you
- 15:33can save a ton and like it better. Imagine being happy with how you're
- 15:37taking care of your health care. So if you're self employed or part of

- 15:43can call right now. You'll get a price within two minutes. So see

- 17:14talking to Christopher down there in Dallas. I'm laughing at you, Chriscipal.
- 17:18My name is Leelsa. Yeah, you're looking for Wayne. Wayne will
- 17:21be back on Fridays in marl lago As. I'm sure they're huddled around this
- 17:25giant Actually it's probably a black and white television sat on some kitchen table right
- 17:29in the back there, huddled around watching the results come in. And it's
- 17:32Super Tuesday, which again is a great, great, great day. I
- 17:36listen, if you're a political junkie, these kinds of days. And I
- 17:40became a political junkie. Like later in life. I wasn't necessarily a political
- 17:45junkie, and I was going to high school or college or even you know,
- 17:48in in my twenties, but later on it just became I'm like I'm
- 17:52an athlete, so it's a competition. It's always it's always fun to watch
- 17:59this thing unfold. And one of the things that I normally do, particularly
- 18:03on the presidential election night, is I you know, I locked myself in
- 18:07this studio and we broadcast out to you know, half of New England and
- 18:11we just sort of go through the results as they come in, and it's
- 18:15just to me, it's always a lot of fun and super tooday, I
- 18:18guess is the closest to an actual, real November ish type of election national
- 18:23election anyway, as you've got all these states up for grabs, fifteen states
- 18:27up for grabs today, which is interesting, and they're coming in eight percent
- 18:30in some Virginia has eight percent of the votes in and Biden has a whopping
- 18:33lead on Williamson, which I think I could put a briefcase of cash on
- 18:38this console here in the radio studio and nobody out there would be able to
- 18:42tell me he was even running cats against Biden. But you know it's funny.
- 18:48I'm in the break and my phone rings and it's my ninety year old
- 18:52dad, and you know I couldn't get to it because I was still actually
- 18:56still on the air. I saw it ringings. I call them back and
- 19:00I'm like, what's up, and he's like, well, I got something
- 19:03I want to tell you. Like okay, he goes like, it's got
- 19:06you got to use it on the air. I'm like, okay, Pops,
- 19:07but I'm on the air right now, and he's like, what huh
- 19:12what I said? Yeah, I'm here right now filling in for Wayne Allen
- 19:17Rude. And then the phone sort of shuffled and he goes all right and
- 19:21hangs up on me. But it maybe made me think of a time when
- 19:25So I'd married my wife in two thousand and four and I was still acting
- 19:30at that time. So I was on As the World Turns like maybe five
- 19:34or six times a month. So I go down to New York City.
- 19:38I was on. I was on As the World Turns, and I played
- 19:41this bartender. So you know, we were like fresh into our like our
- 19:48marriage. It's like maybe I don't know, five or six months into it,
- 19:52and I'm you know, i'd shot the scene and usually a soap opera
- 19:57saying saying, you shoot it, and then six weeks six weeks later is
- 20:00when it plays, so I knew what day it was going to be on.
- 20:03So I tell her, and I happened to be downstairs doing something,
- 20:07but I tell her that it's going to be on, and she says,
- 20:11okay, whatever, whatever, whatever, And anyway, I'm watching it on
- 20:15the downstairs TV because I'm busy doing something. I come upstairs and I say,
- 20:18what do you think? And she's like, she fumbles through the remote
- 20:22and like, drop, she didn't watch it. She was watching her own
- 20:26soap opera. So that's my wife. She was watching, I think,
- 20:29not not one day at a time that was with was that One Life to
- 20:33Live? I think she was watching so she could care less ab that.
- 20:36But anyway, I thought that was kind of funny. I mean, not
- 20:38even watching her husband on the air for goodness sake. So Pop's not listening
- 20:42to me. Wife's not Wait hold on, I don't mean to hijack the
- 20:45show, and that is good look bad for TV. But so I mean,
- 20:49it's like your soap, so hold on. So you're you're you're on
- 20:53there? What was what was the show you were on? I was on
- 20:56Ask the World Turn? So you know, not, you know, not
- 20:59a lot pretty by a couple of years. Yeah, but you were like
- 21:02playing Sam made day Malone as the World turns pretty much. Yeah. Yeah,
- 21:06and in a bar called Yo's. They had a bar called Yo Teddy
- 21:11Teddy the bartender. Wow, no stereotypes there with the Irish. But anyway,
- 21:17so so you you go to your what she did do? She would
- 21:19like making a tough to tape it. No, I couldn't care less.
- 21:22Really, I don't think. I don't think. I mean, I'm on
- 21:26a week I'm on a weekly Sunday morning political talk show in the state of
- 21:33Connecticut which goes over and she I don't think she's ever Oh that's wow,
- 21:38But she doesn't really care about Hey, my mother used to tell me she
- 21:41didn't never listened to me. So's listened to other jays in Vegas. I
- 21:44was like, oh really, well, yeah, sure, thanks, Well
- 21:47listen to the good ones. Yeah, that's exactly how she put it to
- 21:51me. I listened to those who have talent, know what they've been doing
- 21:53for a while. You're still there. You go, well, there's a
- 21:57little backstory on me, in case you out there knew that. So,
- 22:00yes, I was as up early in New York. It was actually a
- 22:03lot of fun. You know, give your own dressing room, you feel
- 22:06like a superstar which you were not, which you were not. For sure?
- 22:10All right, listen, we're gonna tap into the Heritage Foundation in just
- 22:14a couple of seconds. One of their best Hans von Spakowski, is gonna
- 22:18join us. I know he's been on with Wayne before in the past.
- 22:19But we're gonna get into the latest piece by by them about the ruling,
- 22:25the Supreme Court ruling, the nine to nothing ruling where Donald Trump gets a
- 22:30chance to get on all of the bells. We'll talk to Hans about that
- 22:32in just a couple of minutes. Keep it right here on the uh On

- 27:59Night right. I'll welcome back to the USA Audio Network when Dell TV.
- 28:15My name is Lels Wayne Allen Reed pomp the next couple of days.
- 28:18He's down in mar Lago. It's the big celebration actually Trump. They're projecting
- 28:22him as the winner in Virginia. We'll keep you up to date on that,
- 28:23but right now and we want to you know, we want to educate
- 28:27ourselves on all kinds of different topics. We bring on this next guy and
- 28:32the Heritage Foundation. We've become great friends with them. Hans von Spakowski is
- 28:37joining us. Hans thank you very much for coming on. I appreciate it.
- 28:40Sure, Well, you're working hard while Wayne is off drinking cocktails at
- 28:45Marlaco. I mean, he's probably got some kind of some kind of cosmo
- 28:48in his hand, and he's Hobbroad, you know what I mean, living
- 28:52the dream down there in mar a Lago. Yeah. Well, they got
- 28:56a lot to celebrate today given the nine to zero score at the Supreme Court
- 29:02yesterday. Well let's talk about that. You have a piece out the Daily
- 29:04Signal, has it with Trump ruling Supreme Court restores voting rights of millions of
- 29:10Americans. I think most people with a little bit of common sense Hans thought
- 29:14it was going to be, you know, seven to two eighty one.
- 29:15But nine nothing. Tell me why nine nothing is significant? Well, it's
- 29:21significant because, look, as you know, the left has been attacking the
- 29:26Supreme Court, questioning its legitimacy. Whenever they don't like a decision, they
- 29:33accuse the justices of being partisans. They can't do that with this decision,
- 29:40and I'm sure they're very disappointed about that, because all nine justices, including
- 29:44the liberals, agreed that state officials don't have the authority to disqualify a federal
- 29:51candidate from the ballot. That was the right decision under the Constitution. But
- 29:56from a political standpoint, like I said, it takes away any ammunition from
- 30:02the left to attack the court for the decision. Now, is there anything
- 30:06in the dissent or in the decisions themselves that could come back and invite everybody
- 30:11in their rear in I heard some rumblings that they sort of weave some narratives
- 30:15into this. Is there anything in that or is that false? Look,
- 30:21the court avoided and any and all issues like I mean, look, they
- 30:26didn't even have to get into well did Trump commit insurrection or not, because
- 30:32what they said was state officials can't enforce section three of the fourteenth Amendment period,
- 30:37so they didn't have to get into all those other issues. The liberal
- 30:42justices did ride a short concurrence. They agreed in the judgment. They agreed
- 30:47that state officials can't do this. But you know, they chastised a little
- 30:52bit, criticized the Court for saying that only Congress can enforce section three of
- 30:59the fourteenth Amendment, and they said, well, we shouldn't be deciding today
- 31:03which federal actor can enforce the law. And I think they were doing that,
- 31:10frankly, because they're probably hoping that the Garland Justice Department will actually indict
- 31:18and try to charge Trump under the federal Criminal Insurrection Statute, which of course
- 31:23they haven't done. And I think they haven't done it because they know they'd
- 31:26lose that case. So tell me take me down that road, because I
- 31:30was talking about this with somebody today. If they did charge him with insurrection,
- 31:36how would that play out? Well, I tell you that right now
- 31:44they probably are waiting. Even if they wanted to do that, they're not
- 31:48going to do it because remember, right now, up before the US Supreme
- 31:52Court is a case that's going to be argued in third week in April on
- 31:57whether president have immunity from criminal prosecutions. And if the Supreme Court rules in
- 32:06Trump's favor, and I actually think they should, there's no way he can
- 32:10be criminally prosecuted for what he did while he was in office. All right,
- 32:15since you brought that up, because that was going to be my next
- 32:17question about immunity. So when we talk about immunity, we all talk about
- 32:22blanket immunity. He can't walk down the street with a shotgun and kill someone,
- 32:24right, I mean, what are we talking about with immunity with us,
- 32:30Well, think of it this way. Look, the Supreme Court hasn't
- 32:32decided this issue, but what they have decided in a prior case was that
- 32:37presidents have immunity from civil liability. In other words, once a president leaves
- 32:43office, you or I, no one can sue the president saying well,
- 32:50you know that executive order you signed, or you know that bill that you
- 32:53signed, It caused me to lose money, so I'm suing you for damages.
- 33:00Can't do that. And Supreme Court said, look, if a president
- 33:04is an immune from civil liability, they're not gonna act. They're gonna be
- 33:07too afraid to act. They haven't made that decision about criminal liability. I
- 33:14actually think the very same arguments apply. Yeah, you can come up with
- 33:20an extreme hypothetical. Oh, a president takes out a shotgun and kill somebody,
- 33:25but you and I know that's not gonna happen. Of course would happen.
- 33:29What would happen, though, is imagine this situation. A president orders
- 33:36a drone strike on terrorists, It goes astray, civilians are killed. The
- 33:42president leaves office, and a new very liberal president comes in, who says,
- 33:47you know, I don't think that was justified. He shouldn't have ordered
- 33:51a drone strike. Justice Department, I want you to criminally prosecute the president
- 33:55for murder. That's what would happen if you don't have presidential immunity. So
- 34:02you believe that they do have it built in already, then this is just
- 34:06the formality then going through the act process. Well, the Supreme Court has
- 34:09to recognize it. What I'm saying is I think they should recognize it the
- 34:14same way they recognize immunity from civil liability. If they do, the thing
- 34:20they may have to determine is is there a limit to it? In other
- 34:24words, does it apply only to official acts the president takes in his office
- 34:31and not to personal acts. But if they come up with that kind of
- 34:36a distinction, how do you draw the line between the two? How do
- 34:38you distinguish whether something was a personal action or an official action. That's a
- 34:45tough line to draw. We're talking with Hans von Spokowski, one of the
- 34:49good ones from the Heritage Foundation. They're all great. He's one of the
- 34:51real good ones, and we always appreciate him talking about a wide variety of
- 34:55issues. So, you know, insurrection itself, don't let's say they decided
- 35:00they wanted to roll the dice and give this a shot. I mean for
- 35:04the publicity alone, the negative publicity alone. They maybe they won't want to
- 35:07do that. But my point is, what would they have to prove to
- 35:12me? I mean, I'm a novice, But wouldn't they have to prove
- 35:14that the president or the president's immediate minions sat down with the Proud Boys or
- 35:20some of these other groups to cause havoc that day. I think they would
- 35:24have to show a plot to take over the government, and there's been no
- 35:29evidence of that. Yeah, there was criminal trespassing inside Congress, but remember
- 35:35Trump gave a speech, he tweeted out and said to folks, look,
- 35:39protests peacefully the way you're entitled to out of the First Amendment, but no
- 35:44violence. Don't do anything illegal. So how in the world could they criminally
- 35:50charge him with insurrection under those circumstances. He was not responsible for the few
- 35:57people, the very small number of people who get aged and criminal trespassing in
- 36:02the halls of Congress. Now there's still a number of people who are in
- 36:06jail to this day. And you know you mentioned, yes, a small
- 36:09handful of people were really violent, attacking police officers. But some of these
- 36:14other folks have been in prison and in some cases you're hearing reports they can't
- 36:17even see their family, they get no visitors, they get you know,
- 36:20an hour out of day there, and it's a horror show. How can
- 36:22we let this happen? That's look, I agree with you, and what's
- 36:29happened is Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, has basically abused his power as
- 36:36the attorney general. They have overcharged and gone after people that they shouldn't have.
- 36:44And unfortunately, you have a bunch of liberal judges in the District of
- 36:49Columbia who are just as harsh. And the public defenders that some of these
- 36:57people have been forced to use are all liberals too, and they've done a
- 37:01lousy job of defending their clients. Now keep in mind that we've got another
- 37:09case up before the Supreme Court that could affect that too, because a lot
- 37:15of these people their sentences were lengthened because they were charged with interfering with an
- 37:22official proceeding. And we just had a court say, look, that criminal
- 37:29statute only applies in Congress when they're engaged in investigative activity, not counting ballots.
- 37:37If that is held up by the Supreme Court, that's going to mess
- 37:43up a lot of the sentences. Thank goodness that a lot of these people
- 37:46received Again, Hans von s Pokowski is our guest Heritage Foundation. You're on
- 37:52with us here on Lindell TV. We appreciate that across the country and the
- 37:55USA Audio Network. So Trump is still facing a number of indictments. Any
- 38:00of these stick, any of these getting the way, any of these,
- 38:04you know, cause heartache for him as he approaches November. Well, as
- 38:10you know, we're waiting for a decision and down in Georgia in Atlanta from
- 38:16the judge there on whether or not he's gonna recuse Fanny Willis, the prosecutor
- 38:22and the other members of her office from the case. I don't see how
- 38:28we can do anything other than recuse her from the case. If they then
- 38:32transfer it to another DA, hopefully we'll get a reasonable, smart DA who's
- 38:38going to realize this is a totally bogus case and dismisses it. The most
- 38:45serious case probably is the classified documents case. But there look, Trump's got
- 38:52a great argument about selective prosecution because that special report on Joe Biden showed that
- 39:00he willfully, intentionally basically stole classified documents that he wasn't a title to,
- 39:07going all the way back to when he was a US senator. Yeah,
- 39:10and yet what does the special counsel say, Oh, he shouldn't be prosecuted.
- 39:15Well, that's exactly what Trump is being criminally prosecuted for. Hans.
- 39:20I got to jump in. The music is playing. Where can folks find
- 39:22out more about you and read your latest article here? Go to a heritage

- 45:29Wayne is down there in Florida, down at mar A Lago with Donald
- 45:34Trump and all the minions as they celebrate tonight's Super Tuesday. As some of
- 45:37these results come across the screen, Trump is winning just about every single state.
- 45:42It's always Biden for that matter, but Trump is winning every state.
- 45:45Some of them aren't even close. But it's really early. But I assume,
- 45:46and I don't think I'm making a leap of faith, that he's going
- 45:50to win if not every state, fourteen out of the fifteen, for sure,
- 45:53I think one of them was relatively close. But I think he'll run
- 45:57away with most of the stuff. I was just talking to Chris off the
- 46:00air and we're talking about this Michigan explosion that this I think propane facility,
- 46:06and I reminds me of the story. So I was playing one time.
- 46:08I was playing baseball in Perth, Australia, and they had a league down
- 46:14there in Perth. It was kind of cool, but where our facilities were,
- 46:19it was sort of right next to this this propane storage facility, not
- 46:24the kind of the giant tanks, but basically where you would hold the propane.
- 46:30They foot They put them in these steel like they look like balloon so
- 46:34to speak, but they're filled with the propane. Anyway, there was thousands
- 46:37of them in this facility, and it was right next to our facility,
- 46:42so it was sort of They actually lots of abut at each other and we
- 46:45were working out inside and literally, man, we just heard boom, boom
- 46:51boom, like three or four and then all of a sudden we look on
- 46:53the walls and the walls were cracking. So all a bunch of players were
- 46:59working out, we run outside and explosion after explosion, and these things are
- 47:05flying in the air like one hundred feet, so we're like sprint. It's
- 47:08like a movie. So I can only imagine how I was scared. That
- 47:13it's loud too, So, I mean, nobody got hurt at the one
- 47:15I was at. I think one person unfortunately died in Michigan. But it
- 47:22was literally, like you know, it was what I saw when I was
- 47:24next to it was it was like you were nervous because these things were going
- 47:27one hundred feet in the air and they must weigh a couple hundred pounds each.
- 47:30It was crazy, Chris, you got more. Yeah, So this
- 47:34happened in Clinton Township, which is twenty five miles outside the city of Detroit.
- 47:38So yeah, it was actually a but Tang facility, So basically like
- 47:42what you were saying. Yeah, and these are like the type of bu
- 47:45Tang canisters like you would have a home for your barbecue grill and all that,
- 47:50you know, like propane some of that size. Yeah. So apparently,
- 47:52Yeah, a fire broke out last night. I mean literally it was
- 47:57shooting out debris and like aluminum and yeah, like I said, here a
- 48:01ninety year old was hitting the head. This is coming from USA today.
- 48:04A nineteen year old had died after he was hitting the head with the flying
- 48:06object from the fire explosion at a VAP distributor about a quarter mile away from
- 48:10Detroit. Blahlah blah blah blah. Yeah, apparently it struck this young person
- 48:15in the hedge. So yeah, but yeah, I mean literally last time
- 48:17I was watching it on NBC Local there and there was debris like everywhere,
- 48:22scattered for blocks. It was like a you hate to say it this way,
- 48:24was the effect of like if you had a bomb going off. Sure
- 48:28it's the same thing. Yeah, debris thing, you know, And people
- 48:30were just you know, they were telling people don't leave your house, you
- 48:34know, shelter in place, right, And yeah, I mean even the
- 48:37news helicopters were told they actually put up in an embargo area because that debris
- 48:42was going in the air, so even air traffic and you know for helicopters
- 48:45was eliminated. Yeah, I can imagine. And yeah, the ones that
- 48:50you're describing aren't the same ones that were in the facility that the ones I
- 48:52had like a side like six feet high, so a little bit different.
- 48:57But man, I can I can imagine how scary it's going to because loud,
- 48:59and unfortunately again that that young person especially, you can't see half of
- 49:05everything. Actually for me, it was during the day, but yeah,
- 49:07night you don't know what's going on, so that's too bad. All right.
- 49:09Again, we're watching what's happening on Super Tuesday. Some of the results
- 49:13are coming across again the screen here with me, but it's so early.
- 49:16Really the only declared winner is they gave Trump Virginia already. But I assume
- 49:22as the night obviously progresses, we'll get more and more victories for Donald Trump
- 49:25as he racks this up. I did see this story conservative family. How
- 49:30about this? A conservative family moves to Russia? To Russia, I said,
- 49:37to escape the lgbt Q ideology, and I guess this. This family
- 49:43decided they'd had enough. They emptied out their bank accounts and they where do
- 49:47you move to Russia? Like do you like? Do you call up a
- 49:51travel agent? And where do you land? I mean, I don't know.
- 49:57Anyway, they're over there in Russia now. They don't like the lg
- 50:00BTQ community, so they're trying to live their best life in the old Soviet
- 50:06Union. I guess I don't know. That would be kind of a drastic
- 50:08move. It's like these stars saying if Trump's selected, I'm out, and
- 50:13none of them leave. But these guys decided, you know what, I'm
- 50:16leaving. You see where the baseball is right around the corner, and Bob
- 50:21Melvin has decided to require his players to stand for the national anthem. I
- 50:28love this story. You know, we talk about how disappointing it is sometimes
- 50:32for athletes to not recognize the sacrifice that our veterans had gone through, and
- 50:38you know, they decided to take a knee. Kaepernick started it with taking
- 50:40the knee during the national anthem, and it was infuriating to me. It's
- 50:44infuriating the sports fans in particularly because you now feel guilty, like you want
- 50:47to watch your players play, but you feel guilty about it and you want
- 50:52you to stand whatever Bob Melvin says, Listen, you're gonna stand for the
- 50:57national anthem or you're not gonna play. I love it, so kudos to
- 51:00him. Almost makes me want to root for the Giants, but I won't
- 51:06anyway. I want to thank all the folks over at Lindell TV for hanging
- 51:09out with us and holding our hand a little bit, my hand, not
- 51:12Christopher's, but my hand a little bit, getting this thing rocking and rolling,
- 51:15and we'll be ready to go at it tomorrow night as well. I
- 51:19want to thank Chris down there in Dallas, Texas for making sure we push
- 51:22all the buttons and make it go. And we got to leave Lindell TV,
- 51:25which is very sad. I get a little tier, I a little
- 51:28tier right here, a little tier, but we'll be back with him tomorrow
- 51:32night. I got a number of great guests come at you tomorrow night as
