- 3:56The suspension comes as a result of Beverly throwing a basketball into the stands, striking
- 4:01a fan, during the Bucks' playoff loss to the Indiana Pacers.
- 4:07Beverly has accepted responsibility for his actions and expressed remorse for the incident.
- 4:13This isn't Beverly's first encounter with disciplinary action from the league, as he
- 4:17has a history of on-court altercations and unsportsmanlike conduct.
- 4:23In local sports, Boston Celtics president of basketball operations, Brad Stevens remains
- 4:30unconcerned about the recent criticism of star player Jason Tatum's playoff statistics.
- 4:37Stevens emphasized Tatum's overall impact on the game, highlighting his ability to elevate
- 4:43his teammates and contribute in ways that go beyond scoring.
- 4:48While acknowledging a slight dip in Tatum's scoring average during the playoffs, Stevens
- 4:52pointed to his team-leading rebounds and assists, along with his impressive plus-minus rating
- 4:59as evidence of his positive influence on the court.
- 5:03Stevens believes that focusing solely on scoring statistics overlooks Tatum's valuable contributions
- 5:09as a distributor and leader within the team.
- 5:13The Celtics at home lost to the Cavs 118-94.
- 5:19And tonight.
- 5:20The Red Sox are at home to take on the Nationals in the first game of a three-game series.

- 5:36In top news, new research suggests that famed composer Ludwig van Beethoven may have suffered
- 5:44from lead poisoning, potentially contributing to his lifelong health issues, including his
- 5:49well-known deafness.
- 5:52High levels of lead were discovered in authenticated locks of Beethoven's hair, along with elevated
- 5:57levels of arsenic and mercury.
- 6:00While the lead poisoning wasn't deemed severe enough to be the sole cause of death, it's
- 6:05believed to have played a role in his gastrointestinal problems, hearing loss, and other ailments.
- 6:12The source of the lead poisoning is suspected to be a combination of factors, including
- 6:16his consumption of wine and fish, both of which could have been contaminated with lead,
- 6:22arsenic, and mercury during his lifetime.
- 6:26In business news, WeWork, the popular co-working company, has successfully renegotiated its
- 6:33leases in Atlanta as part of its bankruptcy proceedings.

- 6:43focusing on profitable spaces.
- 6:47Five unprofitable locations, including its office on the Beltline East Side Trail, will

- 8:25search product on Monday.
- 8:27This move directly challenges Google's dominance in the search engine market and intensifies
- 8:32the competition between the two tech giants.
- 8:37OpenAI's search product aims to provide users with more accurate and real-time information
- 8:42by integrating with the web and including citations in its responses.
- 8:47The announcement is strategically timed just before Google's annual conference, where
- 8:52Google is expected to unveil its own AI-related advancements.
- 8:56And in entertainment news.
- 9:02A recent court ruling regarding the use of a video clip in the Tiger King docu-series
- 9:07has raised concerns among filmmakers about the potential limitations on fair use of copyrighted
- 9:14material in documentaries.
- 9:16The court determined that the use of a funeral video excerpt was not transformative enough
- 9:21to qualify as fair use, potentially setting a precedent that could restrict the use of
- 9:27unlicensed footage in documentaries.
- 9:30Researchers and industry groups argue that this ruling could have a chilling effect on
- 9:34documentary filmmaking, particularly for projects that rely on archival footage or news clips.
- 9:41They emphasize the importance of fair use for non-fiction storytelling and warn that
- 9:46the ruling could lead to increased costs and legal challenges for documentarians.
- 9:51Well, alrighty folks, it's time for the quote of the day.
- 9:58And today, in honor of National Shrimp Day, our quote comes from everyone's favorite
