- 0:00SPEAKER_00: No matter how much work you do as a human, no matter how much spiritual intelligence you've embodied, no matter how much work you've done, no matter how much healing you've done, this realm is fundamentally triggering.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: One of the most important things that I think people can do is to really stay the course and do the work and meet yourself in a place of self-awareness and compassion and peace.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: I'm Elise Bassine, a trauma and breath work expert and creator of the Metamorphosis Method, the only methodology bridging the gap between spiritual healing and clinical trauma work.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: In this podcast, you'll discover my unique perspective on trauma healing and how it is the gateway to fully reclaiming your consciousness.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: You'll hear stories and teachings that expand your mind as you discover how every relationship challenge, business block, or limiting pattern is an invitation to reclaim the parts of your consciousness you unknowingly gave away.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to the show.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: I'm just laughing because there has been an insane amount of like construction noise outside my house.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: They're digging up the street, among other things.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: So hopefully we can record this without there being too much chaos outside.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: But I think it's perfect because there is obviously a lot of chaos in the world right now that we're navigating.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: And also the energies, I think right now are very helpful and specific, especially with all these Aries energies, which is why I'm speaking to Andrea today.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: And everyone I think at this point is familiar with Andrea.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: She's a regular guest on the podcast.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: And we just want to talk about some of the things that we're noticing with our clients, with ourselves, specifically around the energies that are happening right now and how we're helping people and each other navigate what's going on right now and just what are some of the themes.
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: Cause I know for me, I usually will see themes across the board in the work that I'm doing with clients as to what's coming up for them.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: I thought that would be a really great place to start.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: So, Andrea, hi.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: Hi, I'm so happy to be here.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: I yeah, everything that you just said is reflected in my own experience.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: The energy is so intense.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: It's so chaotic.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: And yet, one of the things you and I often talk about is that there is also when these moments occur where the energy is so chaotic, there are reasons why, from a metaphysical perspective, we'll just say for like ease of words or something, um, that the matrix I think comes at people really hard when there are a lot of opportunities for transformation.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: And the past few years in particular, right?
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Like you and I know so deeply that we're in this energy of a true great awakening and a remembrance of how powerful we are individually and collectively.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: And a lot of the chaos is very manufactured to really trigger us, which I think leads perfectly into one of the things that I'm really seeing in my own life and in the the lives of the people that I support is that our triggers are triggering right now.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: I always talk about how when I did all of my breath work training in person back in the early 2000s, you'd be in this program with this group of people for nine months.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: So all your stuff would come up, and there would be like family stuff that comes up based on the different relationships with the different people in the group.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: It was always a co-ed group too.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: All kinds of stuff would come up, but I'd always see if we were doing a group breathe in the room and people are processing like their sibling stuff or whatever, all of a sudden outside, two kids would be like beating each other up, and you hear them outside beating.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: And it's like I feel like everything is always a reflection of what we're moving through.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: So whenever I see that there's like a ton of construction outside, I'm always like, oh, there's something going on within me that's under construction or that is being broken down and rebuilt or something like that.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: I always look at it that way too, especially like when people join any of my programs or start working with me privately and they're like, oh my God, like my life just became a huge shit show.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: I'm like, actually, that's exactly what's supposed to happen.
- 4:38unknown: Yeah.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: One of the things about being triggered is that no matter how much work you do as a human, no matter how much spiritual intelligence you've embodied, no matter how much work you've done, no matter how much healing you've done, this realm is fundamentally triggering.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: There are reasons for that that I could talk about for eons.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: But I think at the end of the day, just remembering that, like right now, one of the most important things that I think people can do, and I imagine you would concur with me on this, is to really stay the course and do the work and meet yourself in a place of self-awareness and compassion and peace, and being able to remember that no matter what is being rolled out in your world or whatever's happening on the world stage, that one of the reasons that you do the work, that you do the breath work, that you do the future medicine, which is my modality, that you do the metamorphosis, that you do these systems that you and I have created over decades to really support both ourselves and others in our journey of reclamation and remembrance, is that is because there are going to be moments where no matter how much work you've done, there are things that are going to happen in your life that are going to be really complicated.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: It's like that old Ram Das quote, right?
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Oh, you think you're enlightened, go spend a week with your family, LOL.
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: And also I always say there's just human things, right?
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter how much work you've done.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: Like when I have a client who's like in the process of losing a parent or something, that's just on a human level, that is sad.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: And there's no amount of work that you can do to not be sad about that.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: There's a work you can do to be able to process it and stay in your body and not go unconscious and not be like going into patterns that are detrimental to you or whatever.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: But like at the end of the day, you're still gonna be sad.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: There's nothing you can do about it.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: It's just a human thing.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And the more that you're able to meet yourself in a place of compassion, a realization that no matter who you are, no matter how much money you have, no matter what your life looks like from an optics perspective externally, the the grief, the shame, the moments of losing a loved one, losing an animal companion, having things shift in your life.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: I often think about this, and I think this is a really big theme that I'm seeing right now too, is a lot of people say that they want to change, but to actually change can be profoundly uncomfortable.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: And I think as we move through, particularly this year and next, and all of this energy of the Aries energy and the shifts in the astrology, and just this like greater awakening of remembering that we hold the power as we reclaim our essence from this false matrix and really start to revision the world to reflect justice and compassion and like true love and joy and possibility, that as we go through that, that we're going to end up in these moments where we're met with like very human experiences and also being able to say to ourselves, I'm being affected by something right now, and I understand that, and I'm not going to try to like externalize it necessarily or make it about anyone else.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: I'm going to really do the work myself to say, I can't control what anyone else is doing.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: Can I hold the vision for a better world, a world where we have healed from all the chaos and reclaimed our power?
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: But in this now moment, what can I do to say to myself, all right, so-and-so is really ruffling my feathers.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: What can I do to say, all right, what are the tools in my toolkit to reground, to come back to center?
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: Because when you go through change, to circle back, you guys, I'm a frequent guest on this podcast.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: I'm a verbose motherfucker.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: I like to take the long view.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: But to circle back to what I was saying about like this energy of truly changing, right?
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: The your your one of the imagery that you use quite a bit is the image of the butterfly, right?
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Butterflies literally dissolve into goo as they transform from a caterpillar into a butterfly.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: And people say that they want to change, but behind every new job, new romance, big move is a potentially uncomfortable conversation experience shift that you're gonna have to resign from your old job.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to have some really uncomfortable conversations with your partner.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: You know, if you're moving, you're gonna have to give notice to your landlord, you're gonna have to disappoint people, you're gonna have to potentially sell your house.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: Make really big changes that, yes, like on the other side of that, is there a field of miracles that awaits you?
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: But true change requires you to do things that are gonna feel really uncomfortable.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: And I think that's one of the things that I feel like is a massive theme for me right now with the people that I'm supporting, is that energy of like awareness that yes, in order to truly change, in order to leave the position to shift into something better and different, it's going to create grief.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: It's gonna create moments of reflection, it's gonna require you to feel into things and do things that are that are not necessarily easy.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: But to me, that's what all of what we're going through right now is really about is this restoration and this reclamation of who we are.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: And no matter how uncomfortable it feels, no matter how slow moving it might feel, no matter how agonizing it might feel in the moment, it's worth it as someone who has done a ton of healing and personal transformation and really shifted my life.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: I was born into a very high amount of intergenerational chaos and trauma and drama and pain and clearing those things from our field, however challenging it can be, whatever way that those things affect you, right?
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: Because as I mentioned, grief is something that impacts all of us, right?
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: No matter how good your life is, you're still gonna lose people that you love.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: There's still gonna be these moments of transformation where you're called to sit in the energy that can feel really agonizing and just to continue to like do the work every day, even when it feels unbearable to me, is a really important thing to keep your eyes on the prize right now.
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: Totally, I agree.
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: And also just being able to have the awareness of that is what's happening, because I think that the emotions and the human experience is a very funny thing because we can very easily get swept away in the emotion and not realize that it's actually something that is a portal to where we want to go and to really lean into it instead of resist it.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: And I talked about this on the last podcast episode, but that's one of the things I see myself helping people with the most is like giving them context for what they're experiencing and walking them through it so that they can come out on the other side into a transformation.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Because when you go into that like puddle of goo, it can be really easy to just get lost there or try to resist it and then just kind of like be spinning your wheels and be like stuck in the goo instead of knowing how to move through it.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: And I think that's where it's really important to get support, or else it's pretty hard to get out of it because a lot of times when you get stuck in it, you don't know exactly what's happening.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: You just think that you need to fix something in your life or do something outside of you that's gonna change it.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: And that's usually never what it's about.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: But there was something you said that I wanted to go back to because I do see this actually as some sort of like theme that comes up a lot for people, which is you said something about no matter what your life looks like on the outside, your life circumstances.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: And I see a lot of people get stuck in this story around what their life currently looks like.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: And because of that, it means X.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: Like it means I shouldn't be starting my business yet, or I shouldn't be like charging more money, or I shouldn't be putting myself out there, or I should be in a different place.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: And I feel like people get stuck there a lot, and I feel like it's it really is a very big waste of energy.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: So I'm just curious your thoughts on that and like how you see that, because I think that is like something that at one point or the other, everybody feels that in some way.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think we're affected when we are in human bodies and we're in this realm, whatever this place is, um, that there's a lot of programming from all kinds of different places, right?
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: There's ancestral program, there's familial programming, there's programming that comes from education and politics and culture and society and religion, and so many different ways that are essentially like you can think of it as to me, the way that I perceive it in a lot of ways, like turning on a radio, right?
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: When you can end up getting hit by like the AM, the static, the noise, the discord, the energies that are like really misaligned.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: And you can turn the dial, you can tune it, you can end up getting back to a place with like mellifluous, beautiful music streaming through.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: But I call those things, those programmings that end up impacting all of us, no matter who we are, no matter what our circumstances are.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: I often liken it to like a bag of rocks, right?
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Like we all have an energetic bag of rocks.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: And no matter who you are, no matter what your life looks like, you we've all got an energetic bag of rocks.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: And the more we can clear those energies, the more we can essentially lighten our load and remember who we are.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: Remember that we hold the power and the authority.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: When you and I first met each other, like we just immediately understood that we were like ancient best friends, essentially.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: And remembering one of the things I think you and I have a really unique ability to understand is how much misinformation is like out there in the psychic and energetic field.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And the reason that I'm like sharing all of this is to get back to the point you were making that it can make us feel like we're not good enough, that we're not further along enough, that we're not like essentially worthy.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: It's a like joke from um the movie Wayne's World.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: I'm not worthy.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: And so sitting in the energy of being able to say, actually, the human journey is like really fucking complicated.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna be so proud of myself for every tiny step that I've made, no matter how much further along I wish I was, no matter like what how big my vision is, like all of those things, because we can get really thrown off course and feel like we're not meant to do something that we actually are being called by what I call like the whispers of our heart, right?
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: Our ancient wisdom, our divine intelligence, the thing that's calling us forward, that likely is what actually called you ultimately to incarnate into a human body during the Great Awakening to be of like massive service.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: And I think that if we can say, not today, Satan, not today, Matrix, I understand that like in a from a purely logical perspective, I wish I was further along.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: I wish my relationships were better, I wish I was more successful, I wish I would have, coulda, shoulda.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: Like we can all fall down that like trap essentially.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: But at the end of the day, being able to also take a minute and say, wow, no matter where I am and my own journey, I am braver than I can possibly imagine because it is this journey of being human is not for the faint of heart.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: And being able to like engage in a level of remembering that and saying, okay, maybe I'm gonna have a couple of bad days where I'm gonna give up on myself and be a real Debbie Downer and have bad attitude and feel the feelings and be a fucking grump.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: And then just saying, and now I'm gonna like move through it.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: I felt the feelings, I like wallowed for a hot minute, and now I'm back and I'm gonna keep on doing things no matter how slow it feels, because at the end of the day, the things that you're being called, people give up on their dreams in ways that are sad to me because they feel like they're not further enough along.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: And yes, are there moments where like we need to shift course and change direction and all the things?
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Like sometimes the thing about us is that the thing we're doing isn't working and we do actually need to shift, but that's also why having a seasoned guide, someone like you, someone like me to be able to really say, all right, here's what's actually happening.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Like I know it feels the weight of the world is on you, and that you're not further and you're not far enough along, and that you're not successful enough, and like all the noise essentially from all of that programming is like you're coming up against that wall.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: But to have someone who is able to embody a higher perspective and really tap into a level of what I would call like divine awareness and intelligence, which you and I both do exceedingly well, in my opinion, and like a unique and special way, it also complements each other's.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: You and I have helped each other a lot, I think, with this over the years.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: So that's that's yes.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Everything that you've said, yes.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: Thank you for that.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: And that's yes.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: And I have so many things to say too, actually, because just even this morning, I was leaving a message for one of my clients who was having a lot of stuff come up.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: And and she's been with me for like a year and a half, maybe.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: And the value in looking at what she's saying, but also having worked with her for the last year and a half, I see the whole trajectory of all the things we've been processing and moving through and all the growth that she's had.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: So now I'm able to look at what she's telling me and be like, so, and I gave her like the whole timeline of to give her context as to like exactly what was happening and that she wasn't like just having some sort of mental breakdown or whatever, or being a baby.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: This is actually like right on target in the trajectory that we're in of what's coming up for you right now, based on all of these things, right?
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: So, like the value of having that perspective to me, it's a non-negotiable.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Like, I have my team of people that I go to and that I talk to multiple times a day.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: You're one of them to help me with these things because, like, when you are helping a lot of people with these things and you're constantly growing yourself to not have that support is to me, it's impossible.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: So there's that piece.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: And then the other thing I just wanted to share that I think is such an illustration of what you said.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: So on Friday night, I was teaching my first live breath work that I'm not gonna be teaching once a month at Center City Breathe.
- 19:37SPEAKER_01: And this, I'm gonna sound like you, Andrea, when I say this.
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: This young man came.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: Andrea is like the cosmic grandmother, and she always says things that are like, she's like, I was walking down the street and I saw this young woman, and I'm like, who's this young woman?
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: This cosmic grandman, it's also really funny because you guys like in real life, I look pretty young for my age, so I'm almost 50 in real life, but I also look fairly young, and so it's also funny because when I call people young, especially anyway, it's it's it's deeply funny in a very meta perspective.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: The grandmother energy, like it's I absolutely I look like an old young grandmother.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: I feel like one of my kids said that once, too.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Like Hazel definitely said that once.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: Okay, so back to back to the young man.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so this young man, and I say young man because he literally was 23.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: So he comes in and he was so sweet and wonderful, and he was doing breath work for the first time.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: And one one of the things he shared, because he just graduated his undergrad, and now he's he's doing like an internship and then gonna go to med school or something.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: And he was talking about like his trajectory in school and how he didn't do that well.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: And he kept saying that, okay, next year it's gonna be perfect.
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: And he kept saying that he felt like he had to be perfect, and then every year when he wasn't perfect, he would be like, Okay, next year I'll feel better because that year I'll be perfect, and then he's constantly like criticizing himself or having this like inner dialogue of what he's doing wrong and stuff like that.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: And I was like, let's break this down for a second because what is perfect?
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: And we can get into so many things around why we think we have to be perfect or the wounding around that, or whatever.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: But I also feel like for someone like him who's like in the a younger generation and just getting to the point where he would be able to process his childhood, right?
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: I wanted to just look at purely whose definition of perfect are you subscribing to?
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: What is that?
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: What does that even mean?
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Because it could mean anything to anyone.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: Like, is it what your parents said is perfect?
- 21:55SPEAKER_01: Is it what like society said is perfect?
- 21:57SPEAKER_01: Is it what, is it what you even Once.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: So it's like even just being able to look at the things we're subscribing to that we think are going to make us happy because of like a story that we believe.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: So then we put off being happy in the moment because we're like, I'll be happy when I like get this job or I get into a relationship or my business is making this much money.
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: And I think even though this is something I think we hear a lot, I think a lot of people unknowingly do this, like unconsciously do this, even if they think they don't, you know, where it's like, okay, well, once, you know, this thing happens, then I'll feel better.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that is actually a it's just a dysfunctional way to be human because the human experience is everything, right?
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: Because I always say, like, you have to be willing to feel like the deepest, darkest pain that is within you if you want to experience the highest level of joy and excitement and bliss and all of those things.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: Like we have to be willing to feel that whole spectrum of emotion, right?
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: That's the human experience.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: So it's like all that really matters is okay, let me move through what is present, even if it doesn't feel amazing or even if it feels uncomfortable, knowing on the other side of that there's going to be some sort of opening or awareness or breakthrough or shift, because that's what this is.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: And it's important to just embrace that.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: And even though the uncomfortable feelings don't feel good, but that's just part of it.
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: Because also, if you didn't feel those or know those, then how would you know what happiness is, or how would you know what?
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: So it all goes together.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: So I think a lot of times we can keep ourselves in this like little sphere of not feeling a whole lot because we're afraid to feel the uncomfortable stuff, but it also stops us from feeling the amazing stuff too.
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: When you don't allow yourself to feel whether it's big moments of joy and celebration and magic and like beauty, when you don't let yourself feel the hard moments, essentially the the reason I brought the the good things in to just mirror back what you were saying is because I think we do shut ourselves down.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: And when we are not allowing ourselves to meet our inner pain in a way that works for us, where we are able to like process it, really go deep into what's actually happening to like truly heal, to allow it to clear from our bodies, it gets like literally stuck in us, in our physical body, and it ends up affecting not just our mental health, but it ends up affecting our emotional experience, our capacity to feel the big moments of beauty and joy.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Like you just like you were saying, and I think it also from my perspective, a lot of the I do a lot of different things in my work with my modality, but one of the things that I really help people do is essentially feel safer in their body.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: I you I created my modality to heal myself, both to support other people ultimately, but to also heal myself from previously disabling chronic nerve pain.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: And one of the things that I had to do in to clear that from my field, to reclaim my health, to reclaim my body, to reclaim like the energy of magic and miracles that is my divine birthright, essentially, was to really be willing to feel some fucked up stuff.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: And you really helped me in that journey of being able to meet myself in a place of just like unbelievable pain and say, a lot of this is not even mine either.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: And it circles back ultimately.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: The reason I brought all of this forward is because it speaks to what you were saying about this young man.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: Like, where is this energy of perfection even coming from?
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Is it coming from your family?
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: Is it coming from school?
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: Is it coming from like the expectations we're told in so many different ways that like our life needs to look like this by like this age, and then this by this age?
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: And we need to have met these things to be able to be essentially like a good productive member of society.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: And it's so much fucking noise.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: And like, is that even what you want?
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: Is that even what you desire?
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: Is that even what you actually like care about?
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: If you were to make a list on a personal level of what perfection even looked like, I can almost guarantee that it would look nothing like whatever the noise is that is coming from society and all those other like like means of of programming.
- 26:34SPEAKER_00: Might some of it match up in a line, sure.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: But like mostly to circle back to what you were saying, is it would actually look very different.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: And so to be able to give yourself permission to say, truly, fuck all that noise.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: I'm about something different.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: And if I want to meet those markers, that's totally cool.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: But I also get to just exist in a way and love myself and be okay, not being like productive and a permanent A plus student all the time.
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's funny because one of my clients, she was like very successful and like growing up and stuff.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: And I have this like saying for her, which is, oh, you're you're moving from the valedictorian energy because like she was valedictorian, and she'll often like approach things as if she has to be the valedictorian, and that's like motivating everything, but it's also keeping her like paralyzed in a way because it's like making her not move forward because she's oh my gosh, I have to be valedictorian, and like I'll always call her out, you're just in valedictorian energy right now.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Like, let's get back, you know.
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: The other thing I wanted to say that one thing that you opened me up to too is like in terms of being willing to feel, I think what happens too is when we're not willing to feel, then we close ourselves off from so many experiences or things that could be a huge contribution to our growth.
- 28:01SPEAKER_01: And I remember like my first time working with you, like to like so many different ways of looking at things or like tuning into things or like understanding myself in a completely different way.
- 28:13SPEAKER_01: Because you're like you're connected to so many different realms and energies, and like I think that's why you have such a time like putting things into words sometimes because it's like you're you're seeing like a million different things at once, and then you have to think of like one word to describe it, and it's like really yes, correct, corrected always.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: There's this level of openness that I think it's so important to have when we're like going through the time that we're in right now, or just any time we're wanting to create something or going through a transformation.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: There's a level of openness that you have to have to the unknown and to uncertainty and to be into seeing things in a way that might like challenge your current perspective or challenge like the things that you learned in childhood that make you feel safe or make you feel like there's some kind of like stability or something to hold on to in the world, and you have to kind of be will go of that, even if it's just for a period of time, in order to look at things differently and in order to be able to receive what is there for you.
- 29:26SPEAKER_01: I think you would always say that story about like someone trying to manifest like an apple and then they get an orange and it's like, oh, I didn't want this.
- 29:33SPEAKER_01: And it's like, well, maybe that's actually what you need is the orange.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: Like maybe you need vitamin C and not like, I don't know, whatever the apple has.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: So like you kind of have to be open to other possibilities.
- 29:46SPEAKER_01: And I think that's something that can be challenging for people because a lot of times it'll like come right up against whatever their perspective is that like creates safety and stability for them.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: And I think like for me, working with you was so powerful in that way because I think your work really opens people up to these aspects of themselves and working with those aspects of themselves that they aren't aware of.
- 30:11SPEAKER_01: And I think that can be scary in a way too, because it's like, oh, well, if this is real, then like, then all this other stuff might not be real or not, or you know what I mean?
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: So there's the level of I think being willing to be open to things that you don't understand or might be uncomfortable, but it's because there's something there for you that is going to create a shift, you know?
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: And I think that's just a very important thing, like to be open to things you don't understand, or open to seeing yourself as things that you might have previously thought, well, like that's not for me, or that's not who I am.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of like being able to drop whatever like identity you have around certain things in order to like step into who you really are or who you want to be.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love all of that.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: And it is this that energy that you were describing at the beginning of why it can sometimes be hard for me to basically I'm translating right so much information in so many different ways.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: I am probably the most psychically connected person I've ever met.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: I can do like literal physical magic, and and there's a lot that happens.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: There's so much that I'm like reading and feeling and seeing and experiencing in so many different ways.
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: I'm taking information and then having to like try to translate into words.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: It's not no.
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: What did I tell you the other day when like oh I think someone was like asking you a bunch of questions about like stuff you wrote about your program or something, and I was like, geez, like the like I was like, you did a good enough job, like this is not your this is not my greatest gift.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: You know, my entire I feel like my entire thing is to like remind people.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: It's like the a thing that I talk a lot about is um is the energy of like one of the reasons why working with me is such a power move is because there is so much more to our experience, as what I would argue, like each of us is a divine creator being who is trying to like exist in this human meat suit and to remember who we are, to remember how powerful we are, to remember how truly multidimensional the human experience really is and like clear that noise from the matrix, right?
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: There's the um there's that like very funny meme where it's like an ADHD proverb.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to get done, it just has to be perfect.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: And I feel like there's like no there's like no bigger matrix trap, right?
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: And to like get people in a cycle of feeling like they always have to like look for external validation and like be trying to like make things perfect before they actually take action and move when really the world is so much more complicated than we even understand.
- 32:52SPEAKER_00: Whatever this realm is, it is nothing like what we're told.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: And we hold a phenomenal amount of like actual power and creativity and capacity to really change our life, but we're also in a human body and like words are imperfect and the human experience is imperfect no matter how good it gets.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: And I think that kind of ties into something that I know is something you and I have talked about a lot, like behind the scenes.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: I think we've probably talked about it on your show before, but this is another really big theme that I am seeing unfold for both my clients and also in the world around us right now is that there are a lot of people in the new age community and in like the coaching realm who dismiss that, right?
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Who are just like, it's all light and love and bubbles and butterflies.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: And like, don't get me fucking wrong.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: I am the most optimistic motherfucker that like anyone's ever met.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: But also the human journey is intense.
- 33:51SPEAKER_00: And no matter how good things are, you're gonna have to deal, like we were talking at the beginning, with like the grief and the pain.
- 33:58SPEAKER_00: And there's no one, what is that one one size fits all?
- 34:02SPEAKER_02: Um, is that what I'm trying to do with a post on topic?
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: Like, I think a lot of people felt really burnt by the coaching and the healing in the new age community because of that energy of like, buy my program, do my thing.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: Like, I have all the answers and like blowing like this real energy of blowing smoke at people.
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: And I think that's another thing that I really love about you and I and the way that we support people is we truly help people figure out what works for them.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: And that ties back to what you were saying about that like lovely young man who came to your breath work session.
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: Because the more we can figure out, okay, like what is programming and noise from my family, from you know, schooling, from these systems essentially that are attempting to disconnect us from our own power and authority and joy and capacity to create and really sit in the energy of like, what am I actually about?
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: Like you and I have have said this before, but it also makes me think about the thing I love to talk about, the fact that weird translates to mean destiny in old German.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: And like we we've talked about, there's an episode I think we did last year where we talked about it, but that actually really fucking matters.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: That matters so much right now because if you think about the fact that we're, you know, basically being shame for not being good enough if you're if you're pretty, then you don't get to be smart.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: And if you're to, you know, if you're not pretty, then you're ugly and you're dumb for other reasons.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: And it's like there's literally no winning with all of this fucking fake noise and bullshit that we hear from the collective.
- 35:42SPEAKER_00: And so to be able to actually say, like, what am I really about?
- 35:46SPEAKER_00: You know, I often call my um certification program, the future medicine certification program, like getting a PhD in you.
- 35:53SPEAKER_00: And it's funny because I you mentioned this once.
- 35:56SPEAKER_00: I you had a podcast a couple of months ago, or maybe sometime last year, where you and the guest also said something very similar about why like doing this work is so important is so that you can get, you know, a degree in yourself.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: And I feel like Yeah, becoming a student of yourself, becoming a student of yourself, and that in some ways that sounds so simple, right?
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: To be like, oh but it's not, it's actually the hardest thing.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: The hardest thing in a world that is trying to make you question yourself in every single way that you could possibly question yourself, and to be able to actually say, like, who am I?
- 36:32SPEAKER_00: What am I really about?
- 36:34SPEAKER_00: And am I able to be brave enough?
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: Am I able to love myself and really move from a place of inner authority where I do not fucking care what anyone else thinks about me, right?
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: And that doesn't mean that it's always gonna be perfect.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: I embarrass myself all the time, and yet I persist.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: I am so different than anyone I've ever met.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: It's not that I don't have the moments of being like, oh, that feels really uncomfortable.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: Like, I still have those moments, and yet, as I just said, I persist and I continue to show up for myself in a way that is really different than what I think a lot of people give themselves room to experience.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: And that's literally where the magic lies.
- 37:27SPEAKER_00: That's where your capacity to live in the energy of what we'll call like a field of miracles, that is how you do it, is to be able to say, I don't fucking care about all of the noise.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: And even if I bump up against it and I feel uncomfortable, I'm remembering who I am.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: And there's nothing in my mind that like helps us to be able to get to that place more than to do the inner work.
- 37:54SPEAKER_01: The last uh podcast episode I did was called You're Already Feeling It.
- 37:57SPEAKER_01: So stop like running from it or something because I feel like it's like you're already.
- 38:01SPEAKER_01: So it's you can either choose to like be miserable trying to like fit yourself into some sort of like box or way of doing things that's gonna make everyone else comfortable, or you can do things like that really honor you in the way that you want to do them, and then just move through the discomfort you have around that because eventually it's gonna get a lot easier too.
- 38:23SPEAKER_01: Because like as you get more and more comfortable moving through your own emotions instead of resisting them, it gets so much easier.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: And I I can tell you this from my own experience and just like especially for my clients who've been with me for a while, like I can watch them now move through things that would have taken them like a week to like move through in like 10 minutes.
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: Like it's insane because you just get really good at knowing, like, okay, this is what's coming up, this is what I'm feeling.
- 38:50SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna use the tools that I have.
- 38:51SPEAKER_01: I'm not making it go away.
- 38:53SPEAKER_01: I'm literally moving through it.
- 38:54SPEAKER_01: I'm feeling the feelings.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: But when you know how to do that and you get really good at it, then it's like it's not fun all the time, but it's easy and it's fast.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: It's like an up-leveled version.
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: And that also to me is how you know in a lot of ways that that things are working and that the the things that you've done, because as we were talking about at the beginning, like the triggers are gonna trigger, the shit is gonna come up in your life that is challenging, and the goal is not to be perfect.
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: Anyone who is telling you that they have a system or a process that is going to make your life perfect is literally full of fake news and nonsense.
- 39:36SPEAKER_00: That's not the point of it.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: The point is to be able to like move through things like you were saying in a faster way, to be able to say, Oh, I get what that is.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: Even though, like on the surface, that looks like it's about X, Y, and Z, it's actually impacting, you know, my inner child.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: It's affecting like ancient wounding from a past life.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: It's it's triggering something that is like about something bigger and is deeper than whatever the like 3D perception of what's happening is.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: And it does, it gives you the ability to be able to like move through shit much faster and reground and come back to center.
- 40:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: And I think from my lens, just because I know we have to wrap up, but I just want to say too, just in terms of like your work in my lens is very important just from an energetic perspective, because I think so much of what we like can't see is actually what's affecting us on a daily basis.
- 40:37SPEAKER_01: And I think you teach people how to like perceive those things and work with those things and shift those things in a really powerful way.
- 40:46SPEAKER_01: And it is like I always say that energy work is essentially taking your power back because if you learn how to do energy work on yourself, then you ultimately can change the way that you feel in any situation, no matter what's going on around you.
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: And you can help other people to do the same thing.
- 41:05SPEAKER_01: So I think like that component is so important.
- 41:09SPEAKER_01: And it is an advanced thing.
- 41:11SPEAKER_01: And I do think, and we talked about this yesterday, I do think that the people going into work with you, you know, I don't want to put words in your mouth, but I think it's important to have some level of awareness just around what your own like triggers are, you know, because it is very advanced.
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: And like I say that as a huge compliment because like you're working in ways that like a lot of people can look at you and be like, hmm, she seems different.
- 41:32SPEAKER_01: But like I know like you're working in in levels that like I see you doing it too, when like we're having a conversation and you're like, and I'm like, oh, she's doing something.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: And it's it is really interesting.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: And I think it kind of like articulates something that I often say, right?
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: I'm like, the world would be a better place if everyone on earth did a soul retrieval with me and then went through your program, the metamorphosis method, um, and then went through the metamorphosis and like really learn to both reclaim their power, work with those, you know, imperceptible energies that can be really hard, right?
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: I think one of the biggest like kinds of programming that many people come up against, especially people who are smart and successful and well educated, is that the intangible is not real and should be dismissed.
- 42:25SPEAKER_00: And I think your work really primes people very beautifully to be able to sit in a level of self-trust and like safety in your body.
- 42:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which really beautifully primes people, I think, to then dive into what I'm doing because it listen, you have you have an inner child process.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: Like I went through the metamorphosis program myself, and it literally changed my life because it wasn't that I one of the things I always say about myself is like I have a level of self-awareness where I always understand what my hinky business is, and I'm also human, so it still fucking pops up for me.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and you're all the systems that you have created help me to like, like when I am feeling really frazzled by the amount of chaos in this realm, the tools that you have created help me to get back in my body and will say, like back on track with my big vision and sort of singular level of genius in a way that is really, really, really important right now because I feel like as we move through this year and into the next year and beyond, there is so the Matrix only has so many moves.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: And I feel like one of the moves that they're making right now is to literally throw out every bit of chaos that they have up their sleeve.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: It's like like just like a million psyops psyoping at one time.
- 43:56SPEAKER_00: And if that's too like tinfoil hatty for you, you know.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Can just think of it in terms of just like energetic complexity, right?
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: Like do you know if that doesn't resonate, just like take the energy behind it and make it your own, um, because words are imperfect.
- 44:12SPEAKER_00: But I think that to be able to have the tools in your toolkit, and I know you you just created a cool sort of springboard into the longer methodology that you created, where you, you know, you're giving people an opportunity to learn how to do like breath work with you, which to me is so important because one of the things that I really teach people to do, I have a program that um just started that the doors are still open for that's called Cosmic Alchemy Academy.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: And one of the things that I am doing with people is really teaching people how to communicate and engage with their multidimensional with truth, with the elements, with the plants, with the animals, with their own heart, with their own like mainline, as it were, to creator.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: And there's something so beautiful about the way that you in particular teach and share breath work because air is, of course, one of the elements.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: And to be able to really sit in that energy of like being in the moment, there's no, what is it you say, like there's no greater gift when you are capable of being present with somebody else and for somebody else.
- 45:25SPEAKER_01: First of all, there's no greater gift that you can give somebody because, like, if you think about it, it's very rare that someone is able to feel fully like seen and acknowledged, and somebody be fully present with them for that amount of time.
- 45:39SPEAKER_01: But also, what happens too is when you develop that skill, you automatically have this level of confidence, magnetism, self-awareness, ability to create safety in your field for other people.
- 45:53SPEAKER_01: And that is something that you can take into like anything you want to do and be able to excel at it.
- 45:59SPEAKER_01: So I think that is so important.
- 46:02SPEAKER_01: And that's one of the things I've been thinking about in terms of the level one certification, which is coming up, which is a shorter version of the big certification.
- 46:10SPEAKER_01: Um, but I love what you were saying about the elements too, because I think that was one of the things I learned from you initially, is like working with like the birds and like nature and the fairies and like being more tuned into that because it wasn't something I was necessarily tuned into before until I started working with you.
- 46:27SPEAKER_01: And it's like these subtleties that you start to tune into, and then you start to have so much more awareness of what's going on around you so that you can work with it because you have the power to like work with it.
- 46:39SPEAKER_01: And I think that's one of the most powerful things that you would teach people too, is like you are interacting with this.
- 46:46SPEAKER_01: It's not just all like happening, like you can interact with it, you can dance with it, you can use it and work with it to have the experience you want to have and to um show up in your life in the way that you want to.
- 47:01SPEAKER_01: So I know we have to wrap up now, but I just do you want to share a little bit about like how people can work with you and stuff and what you have going on, and then uh and we'll we'll put it in the show notes, obviously.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: You guys can find me.
- 47:13SPEAKER_00: My website is wearehere to remember.com.
- 47:16SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm on Instagram at CWitchery.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: I have a YouTube channel which is called birdtv.com because I think we've just clarified that I am obsessed with the bird community and I have a lot of fun ways to work with me.
- 47:29SPEAKER_00: I'm really into supporting people as a long game right now.
- 47:33SPEAKER_00: I think that the deeper people can go right now, in particular this year, the easier things will be for people.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: And so I have two ways really to do that that are like there are other ways.
- 47:44SPEAKER_00: You can book a single session with me if you want.
- 47:46SPEAKER_00: Um, I have a couple of really cool ways to do that too, which are all on my website.
- 47:50SPEAKER_00: But I have a program that runs through December called Cosmic Alchemy Academy, which is really about reclaiming your power, finding ways to be able to really work within for you and like reclaim your divine intelligence and like actually have it create tangible shifts in all parts of your life, your personal life, your professional life.
- 48:10SPEAKER_00: It's a mix of different like activations and healings and different ways that I have found to be able to really like reconnect to my own profound ability to create.
- 48:21SPEAKER_00: Um sometimes, as I mentioned at some point, a literal where like I can start fires in the rain and on ice and like people have seen light pour out of my hands, and that's all well and good.
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: It's a cool party trick, right?
- 48:34SPEAKER_00: To be able to be like, oh, just go get a fire started in the rain.
- 48:37SPEAKER_00: But we are moving through really chaotic times.
- 48:40SPEAKER_00: And so, not that I want to be like a you know, fear mongerer, as it were, but there's also a way where that could really change your life if you had the ability to be able to engage with the natural world in a way where if the shit hits the fan, like, do you know how to actually create physical acts of magic?
- 48:58SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying it will necessarily even present itself in the same way that my gifts do, but um, that's really what Cosmic Alchemy Academy is about.
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: Our next call is on April 21st.
- 49:09SPEAKER_00: I would love for anyone to join us.
- 49:10SPEAKER_00: And then the other big thing is I have a future medicine certification program, which is just like the full Monty, which is a really dorky thing to say, but apparently it's just what happened.
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: So that is like the real sort of big way.
- 49:23SPEAKER_00: If you were someone who is ready to fully master your own energy and become a walking miracle in like all the ways, that is like the sweet spot.
- 49:33SPEAKER_00: You learn my methodology, you're you know, you're given a tangible way that you can help people through energy work, but it's also much bigger than that.
- 49:41SPEAKER_00: Um, and people have used the future medicine certification to energize all sorts of cool things that you would never necessarily imagine.
- 49:48SPEAKER_00: Like their secret weapon is the future medicine method.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: So um find me in all the places.
- 49:55SPEAKER_00: I can't wait to see what transpires as a result of this.
- 49:58SPEAKER_00: And I always say this whenever we um commune in this way here in the uh podcast realm.
- 50:03SPEAKER_00: But basically what I'm saying, you guys, is give me an Elise all your money, work with me, work with her, work with both of us at once if you're able to, because we have had many different people um, you know, work with both of us uh simultaneously.
- 50:17SPEAKER_00: And the results are truly out of this world.
- 50:19SPEAKER_01: It's true, it's true, very true.
- 50:21SPEAKER_01: Well, thank you, Andrea.
- 50:23SPEAKER_01: As always, this has been wonderful.
