- 0:00Speaker 1: Now the Mark Simone Show on seven to ten, or
- 0:05Speaker 1: filling in for Mark, here's Ken Rosatto.
- 0:07Speaker 2: It's nice to be with you on such a beautiful Saturday.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Not a bad weekend? Did I see Saturday?
- 0:12Speaker 3: I did?
- 0:13Speaker 2: Let's start again, take two, pretend that never went on
- 0:15Speaker 2: the air. Good to be with you on a beautiful Friday.
- 0:18Speaker 2: But yes, Saturday is going to beautiful too, And except
- 0:21Speaker 2: for some parts of Jersey, I think Sunday it looks
- 0:23Speaker 2: like pretty nice weather for so it is good to
- 0:26Speaker 2: be with you. I guess I'm in a weekend mindset
- 0:28Speaker 2: right now, Ken Rosato in for the wonderful Mark Simone
- 0:33Speaker 2: on what is also an historic day? Why is it historic?
- 0:37Speaker 2: Or at least in my mind it's historic. This is
- 0:39Speaker 2: the last two hour Mark Simone show in history. Why
- 0:44Speaker 2: do you ask? Why go ahead? Why can? It's because
- 0:48Speaker 2: on Monday, the Great Mark Simone begins at nine am.
- 0:52Speaker 2: As you just Saard Daria Albinger say, it is going
- 0:55Speaker 2: to be nine to noon Monday through Friday. You get
- 0:57Speaker 2: to hear the Great Mark Simone. So it's an extra hour.
- 1:00Speaker 2: And here I checked with the executives at iHeartRadio. I asked,
- 1:03Speaker 2: how much more will people have to pay for the
- 1:06Speaker 2: extra hour of the Mark Simone Show. And they said,
- 1:09Speaker 2: we'll get back to you, Ken, and I waited and
- 1:10Speaker 2: it's on hold, listening to Don and on hold, And
- 1:14Speaker 2: then they got back and said nothing. It's free. iHeartRadio
- 1:18Speaker 2: is giving as a gift to all the listeners an
- 1:20Speaker 2: extra wonderful hour of the Mark Simone Show. And I've
- 1:23Speaker 2: said it before and I say it again. I have
- 1:25Speaker 2: Mark Simone on every single day. I always listened to
- 1:29Speaker 2: the toward the tail end of the Curtis and Larry
- 1:33Speaker 2: in the morning because my show in New Jersey ends
- 1:36Speaker 2: to hear the end of their show. I get off
- 1:38Speaker 2: my air and I listen to them, and then I
- 1:40Speaker 2: listened to Mark Simon. So anyway, that's part of the routine.
- 1:42Speaker 2: It's going to be a nice new routine starting on Monday,
- 1:45Speaker 2: and I can't wait. I got a lot to talk
- 1:46Speaker 2: about today. Phone lines are open at eight hundred three
- 1:49Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Love to hear what you
- 1:52Speaker 2: have to say for those who are wondering what are
- 1:54Speaker 2: you doing these days? Ken? You know I spent twenty
- 1:56Speaker 2: years at Channel seven. I was at Channel five before then.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Now nowadays I'm on a channel called on New Jersey
- 2:02Speaker 2: ONNJ dot com and you can stream it from anywhere
- 2:05Speaker 2: if you want to check that out. But that's when
- 2:07Speaker 2: you have listened to wor twenty hours straight and you
- 2:10Speaker 2: want to get a minute of something different. That's what
- 2:12Speaker 2: you could do. Otherwise, stay right here. Well, have you
- 2:16Speaker 2: listened to the news lately and heard about the governor
- 2:19Speaker 2: of New York, Kathy Hochl, And all you've heard in
- 2:21Speaker 2: the last couple of months is, oh, she's like ten
- 2:24Speaker 2: twenty points ahead of Bruce Blakeman, who is a NASA
- 2:29Speaker 2: Kenny executive, great guy, amazing politician, just a brilliant man.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And he is of course running as a Republican for
- 2:39Speaker 2: governor in New York State. Well, there was just a
- 2:41Speaker 2: poll out that showed that he went from about fifteen
- 2:45Speaker 2: to twenty points behind Kathy Hokel. And a lot of
- 2:47Speaker 2: that has to do with name recognition. You know, when
- 2:50Speaker 2: you get like one two three thousand people called the
- 2:53Speaker 2: first name that you hear that you recognize, you tend
- 2:57Speaker 2: to say, oh, yeah, I'd be likely to support that persons.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Why because their name sounds familiar. If it's a name
- 3:02Speaker 2: that isn't familiar to you, then you don't necessarily feel
- 3:06Speaker 2: like you want to support that person. In the case
- 3:09Speaker 2: of Bruce Blakeman, people in the lower third of New
- 3:11Speaker 2: York State have heard of him more than likely. But
- 3:14Speaker 2: you go up to Buffalo, where Kathy Hochle is from,
- 3:18Speaker 2: you go to Syracuse, or they don't know what a
- 3:20Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman is, but they're starting to learn and they're
- 3:23Speaker 2: starting to like what they see in Bruce Blakeman. So
- 3:27Speaker 2: the latest poll, and it's a very accurate one, it's
- 3:29Speaker 2: an internal poll, shows that Bruce Blakeman is about four
- 3:34Speaker 2: points behind Kathy Hokel with what ten weeks to go
- 3:37Speaker 2: before the election, and that the independence there are still
- 3:42Speaker 2: about ten percent undecided. So there's a good chance that
- 3:47Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman can pull this off. Yet, if you had
- 3:50Speaker 2: asked three or four months ago, anybody worth their salt
- 3:53Speaker 2: would have said, there's no way Bruce Blakeman can beat
- 3:56Speaker 2: Kathy Hokele. Now rite this moment and remember polls or
- 4:00Speaker 2: snapshots in history. But based on what we know right now,
- 4:04Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman could very well win if the election were
- 4:06Speaker 2: held today. It is very possible that Bruce Blakeman could
- 4:10Speaker 2: be the next governor of New York. So we'll see
- 4:12Speaker 2: what happens in November. But it takes people showing up
- 4:16Speaker 2: and voting. You gotta make sure you don't say, like
- 4:20Speaker 2: a lot of people say, I only vote for President Rosatto,
- 4:23Speaker 2: I don't go on vote for the Congress. What have
- 4:28Speaker 2: I only vote for president?
- 4:29Speaker 4: What is it?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Though? They call them day the senators, I don't vote
- 4:31Speaker 2: for them. You have to vote. You have to vote.
- 4:35Speaker 2: What else are you going to be doing? Okay, get
- 4:38Speaker 2: up and vote. Go out and vote. If you have
- 4:40Speaker 2: to vote absent D, vote absent D. But make sure
- 4:43Speaker 2: you vote. And if you're not registered, call today, go
- 4:47Speaker 2: down to your election headquarters and your county and whatnot,
- 4:51Speaker 2: and go make sure you have your paperwork in and
- 4:54Speaker 2: you are ready legally to vote.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Now.
- 4:56Speaker 2: You don't want to find out on election day that,
- 4:59Speaker 2: oh I haven't voted ten years and therefore I can't
- 5:02Speaker 2: go and make sure you can and vote. Very very important. Meanwhile,
- 5:06Speaker 2: we talked about this a little while ago in the
- 5:08Speaker 2: Garden State. Governor Mikey Cheryl the fraud as I like
- 5:11Speaker 2: to call her, doing everything in her power to keep
- 5:14Speaker 2: the FEDS from seeing the Garden State's voter rolls. And
- 5:19Speaker 2: we just had a guest down a little while ago,
- 5:21Speaker 2: Mike Kelly, who is with North Jersey dot com. He's
- 5:24Speaker 2: a columnist for the Record and for USA Today, and
- 5:29Speaker 2: some of the things we talked about. Number one, again,
- 5:32Speaker 2: Mikey Cheryl deciding that yes, in spite of the fact
- 5:36Speaker 2: that there are known sixty six hundred people who registered
- 5:41Speaker 2: to vote in New Jersey who were illegal aliens and
- 5:44Speaker 2: should not have registered, and there were four hundred who
- 5:47Speaker 2: definitely cast their ballots who should not have done so.
- 5:51Speaker 2: In spite of that, Mikey Cheryl refuses to hand over
- 5:54Speaker 2: the voter role information. She says, we'll have our own investigation.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Oh you mean you the party that it caused this.
- 6:01Speaker 2: You the Democrat party that resulted in tens of millions
- 6:04Speaker 2: of illegal migrants walking in across the border. You the
- 6:07Speaker 2: party that refuses to let Republicans kick them out. You
- 6:10Speaker 2: the party that doesn't let us prosecute when they commit crimes.
- 6:13Speaker 2: You the party that doesn't like to talk about it
- 6:16Speaker 2: when they kill people like a nungary, rape and murder
- 6:20Speaker 2: and pillage thousands of people over the last few years.
- 6:23Speaker 2: You who lie about the fact that illegals commit more
- 6:26Speaker 2: crimes than non illegals in this country by saying, can
- 6:29Speaker 2: there are no statistics showing that illegal migrants commit more crimes?
- 6:33Speaker 2: Then again, of course the Democrats who run the big
- 6:35Speaker 2: cities where the illegals congregate. Those big cities, by law,
- 6:39Speaker 2: do not collect data on illegals. When a police officer
- 6:44Speaker 2: arrests somebody in New York City, they aren't even allowed
- 6:47Speaker 2: to ask if they're here illegally. So therefore, how do
- 6:50Speaker 2: you know if illegals are committing more or less crimes?
- 6:53Speaker 2: You don't know, And that's the intent, that's the way
- 6:57Speaker 2: you set it up, and you think we're all stupid. Fortunately,
- 7:00Speaker 2: members of the media are sick ofphants, and they just
- 7:03Speaker 2: go along with it because it's part of the agenda
- 7:05Speaker 2: for you, and they don't ask you questions like, well,
- 7:09Speaker 2: if you're not prosecuting illegals, or if you're not asking
- 7:12Speaker 2: people if they're here illegally, how do we know if
- 7:15Speaker 2: illegals are committing more crimes or fewer than citizens. No,
- 7:19Speaker 2: you just sit on this statistic that is artificially created
- 7:24Speaker 2: and say that illegals are committing fewer crimes, just like
- 7:27Speaker 2: the same fake statistic that says that crime is down
- 7:31Speaker 2: in big cities around the country like New York, when
- 7:33Speaker 2: you have people like Alvin Bragg who refuse to prosecute
- 7:37Speaker 2: two thirds of the crimes on the books by his
- 7:39Speaker 2: own admission in his own paperwork when he first took office.
- 7:44Speaker 2: If you don't prosecute two thirds of the crimes as crimes,
- 7:47Speaker 2: crime will look like it's down on paper year to year.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Yet I never hear people talking about that. We're all
- 7:53Speaker 2: supposed to be stupid and accepted. Oh, look, crime is down.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Democrats must be doing something right. Yeah, they're not prosecuted crime.
- 8:00Speaker 2: That's why crime looks like it's down. If I light
- 8:03Speaker 2: fires all over the place, but I refuse to report
- 8:06Speaker 2: them from this point forward as fires, suddenly it'll look
- 8:08Speaker 2: like fire is down when two thirds of the earth
- 8:10Speaker 2: is burning. And that's what's happening in Democrat run cities
- 8:14Speaker 2: right now, folks. Sorry, I'm ranting. Eight hundred three two
- 8:17Speaker 2: one zero seven ten the number to call. You're listening
- 8:20Speaker 2: to the Mark Simone show, Ken Rozotto Win from Mark
- 8:22Speaker 2: on a beautiful Friday, and we are talking again about
- 8:25Speaker 2: Mikey Cheryl. So let's get back to that topic, Mikey Cheryl,
- 8:29Speaker 2: the governor of New Jersey. One of the issues is,
- 8:33Speaker 2: of course, the MVC, which is the New Jersey answer
- 8:37Speaker 2: to the DMV. Why they decided, you know, in typical
- 8:40Speaker 2: Democrat fashion, when something is broken doesn't work right, just
- 8:43Speaker 2: change the name. If you have communists running things and
- 8:47Speaker 2: everything falls apart and it requires killing millions of people,
- 8:51Speaker 2: so they get a bad name. Let's change it to
- 8:53Speaker 2: the let's call it Democratic Socialist of America. That has
- 8:56Speaker 2: a nice ring. So now you have the word America
- 8:59Speaker 2: in there. It makes it sound like it's good, proud, red,
- 9:03Speaker 2: white and blue. It's America. No, it's communist. That's what
- 9:06Speaker 2: it is. Just by another name. It is communist. So
- 9:10Speaker 2: in Mikey Cheryl's case, Mikey Cheryl said that there were
- 9:14Speaker 2: sixty six hundred people that we know who voted who
- 9:17Speaker 2: shouldn't have voted. Well, the way it's set up in
- 9:19Speaker 2: New Jersey, when you get your driver's license, you are
- 9:22Speaker 2: automatically registered to vote, which in and of itself is ridiculous.
- 9:26Speaker 2: When I go buy a quarter milk, I shouldn't automatically
- 9:29Speaker 2: get a car. I just want a quarter milk. Why
- 9:31Speaker 2: are you telling me that you're going to grant me
- 9:34Speaker 2: this extraordinary privilege just because I get a driver's license.
- 9:37Speaker 2: That's just ridiculous. So of course you knew this was
- 9:40Speaker 2: going to happen. I remember California first doing this in
- 9:43Speaker 2: the nineteen nineties when they first allowed illegal aliens to
- 9:47Speaker 2: have driver's licenses. I remember the big argument from Republicans
- 9:51Speaker 2: was that they wanted the driver's licenses carefully noted that
- 9:56Speaker 2: the person who had the license was an illegal alien.
- 10:00Speaker 2: They wanted that on the license. But the liberals in
- 10:02Speaker 2: California shouted loudly, no, that ostracizes them. That's not fair,
- 10:07Speaker 2: they'll be discriminated against. Well, sure, they're not entitled to
- 10:12Speaker 2: the privilege of a driver's license. We are not all
- 10:15Speaker 2: entitled to a driver's license. It is not a right,
- 10:18Speaker 2: it is a privilege. So if citizens are not granted
- 10:22Speaker 2: that as a right, but a privilege, why should someone
- 10:25Speaker 2: here illegally you get it as a right. So if
- 10:27Speaker 2: you're going to have the joy and glory of having
- 10:31Speaker 2: a driver's license when you're not a citizen, then why
- 10:35Speaker 2: not deal with the fact that there'll be a little
- 10:37Speaker 2: mark on there so that the police know you're not
- 10:39Speaker 2: a citizen. Aha, this was all part of the Democrat plan.
- 10:43Speaker 2: This was so that eventually you could get these people
- 10:46Speaker 2: to be able to intermingle with citizens and nobody would
- 10:49Speaker 2: know the difference. That is exactly what has happened. So
- 10:53Speaker 2: now what happens years later? We had nine to eleven,
- 10:55Speaker 2: and after nine to eleven, everybody still needed their idea
- 10:59Speaker 2: to get around, right, But you didn't know if that
- 11:02Speaker 2: driver's license now indicated that you were a citizen or not.
- 11:06Speaker 2: So ninety five percent of us had to go spend money,
- 11:09Speaker 2: go down to the DMV, take time off from work,
- 11:13Speaker 2: present tons of ID in order to get what real ID. Yeah,
- 11:18Speaker 2: the Democrats don't like to talk about the fact that
- 11:20Speaker 2: it's because they gave our driver's licenses to illegal aliens
- 11:24Speaker 2: and did not specially denote those licenses as being those
- 11:28Speaker 2: of illegal aliens. You and I had to go get
- 11:31Speaker 2: a second license on our time with our money. That
- 11:36Speaker 2: was a real ID. We wouldn't have had to have
- 11:38Speaker 2: a real ID if not for the Liberals giving driver
- 11:42Speaker 2: licenses to illegal aliens, or if they would have just
- 11:46Speaker 2: marked them as a driver's license for an illegal alien,
- 11:50Speaker 2: then our ID would have all been real ID. But no,
- 11:53Speaker 2: we had to now get real ID, which is kind
- 11:55Speaker 2: of the same whole point, but instead of them having
- 11:58Speaker 2: to have the mark on their license that they're illegal,
- 12:00Speaker 2: we had to get a mark on our license saying
- 12:02Speaker 2: that we're legal. Do you get it? This is all
- 12:05Speaker 2: Democrat run, This is all liberal run. But they never
- 12:08Speaker 2: talked about that, and no member of the sikaphat leftist media,
- 12:12Speaker 2: the mainstream media said a word about it. When you
- 12:15Speaker 2: talk to people who are in the media, they shoved
- 12:17Speaker 2: their arms up and they go, so, what, what's a
- 12:18Speaker 2: big deal? What's the big deal? You say that people
- 12:22Speaker 2: shouldn't have to show ID because people in poorer communities
- 12:25Speaker 2: don't necessarily have ID and it is difficult for them
- 12:28Speaker 2: to go downtown and get it. But then you have
- 12:30Speaker 2: no problem with those of us who have to go
- 12:33Speaker 2: downtown and get a new ID because illegals have ID
- 12:36Speaker 2: when they shouldn't. And now it's no big deal for us,
- 12:39Speaker 2: but it is a big deal for poor people. Huh Okay,
- 12:41Speaker 2: there's always a double standard. Without a double standard, liberals
- 12:45Speaker 2: would have no standards at all. Eight hundred three to
- 12:47Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten, eight hundred three to two
- 12:50Speaker 2: one zero seven ten and just to wrap things up
- 12:53Speaker 2: in Jersey, Mikey Cheryl doesn't want to show those voter
- 12:57Speaker 2: rolls to the federal government. And now, we don't think
- 13:01Speaker 2: that there are only sixty six hundred people who are
- 13:04Speaker 2: illegally registered to vote. The federal government has information suggesting
- 13:08Speaker 2: there are as many as thirty five thousand, and the
- 13:11Speaker 2: Republicans in the state of New Jersey say there are
- 13:14Speaker 2: as many as eighty thousand illegal aliens who are registered
- 13:18Speaker 2: to vote. Where do they get that number from? Last year?
- 13:21Speaker 2: Apparently eighty thousand responses came in for people who were
- 13:26Speaker 2: called to jury duty in the state of New Jersey,
- 13:29Speaker 2: and they get the names for jurors potential jurors from
- 13:33Speaker 2: driver's licenses and people registered to vote. So eighty thousand
- 13:39Speaker 2: people responded, no, I'm sorry, I must be excused from
- 13:43Speaker 2: jury duty because I am not a US citizen. Both then,
- 13:47Speaker 2: if you're not a US citizen, why are you on
- 13:49Speaker 2: our list as being eligible to vote? Uh huh. And
- 13:53Speaker 2: that's why the Republicans in New Jersey and the Republicans
- 13:56Speaker 2: in the federal government are demanding to see New Jersey's
- 13:59Speaker 2: voter rolls. It ain't sixty six hundred where there's smoke,
- 14:02Speaker 2: there's fire, and if we know of sixty six hundred,
- 14:05Speaker 2: it's likely more like six hundred sixty thousand. Don't fool yourself.
- 14:09Speaker 2: We know of at least nine hundred thousand illegals being
- 14:11Speaker 2: in the state of New Jersey right now, and I
- 14:13Speaker 2: bet you the vast majority are registered to vote. We
- 14:17Speaker 2: will take your calls. Eight hundred three to two one
- 14:19Speaker 2: zero seven ten, eight hundred three to two one zero
- 14:22Speaker 2: seven ten. Ken Rosato in for Mark on the last
- 14:25Speaker 2: two hour day of the Mark Simone Show. Starting Monday.
- 14:28Speaker 2: It becomes three hours nine am to noon Monday through Friday.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Don't forget to check it out. I'm sure Mark will
- 14:34Speaker 2: be in rare form when he has to roll out
- 14:36Speaker 2: of bed an hour early and come it here at
- 14:38Speaker 2: nine o'clock. I believe it'll start with it. It's nine o'clock.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I can't wait to hear it. I'll be tuned in.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I'm sure you will too. Sunday again, heismid eighties today
- 14:48Speaker 2: and coming up today Jesse Weber, News Nation's chief legal analyst.
- 14:53Speaker 2: He's going to be talking about doctor Fauci's territory when
- 14:56Speaker 2: we come back at seven ten wr No more.
- 15:00Speaker 1: The Mark Simone Show on seven to ten wor filling
- 15:03Speaker 1: in for Mark. Here again is Ken rose Oude.
- 15:07Speaker 2: It's good to be with you. On a beautiful Friday,
- 15:10Speaker 2: I got a call for my mother. She said, gosh,
- 15:12Speaker 2: you're in a terrible mood. I said, sorry, Ma, I've
- 15:14Speaker 2: been moving for the last two weeks, so forgive me
- 15:16Speaker 2: for being a little grumpy. Let's go to Vincent Fort Pierce, Florida.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Good boarding to Evince, Yeah, good morning.
- 15:21Speaker 5: You know, when I was on hold, I couldn't hear
- 15:23Speaker 5: anybody else, so I don't know if anybody else brought
- 15:25Speaker 5: this up. But let me clarify what your guests didn't
- 15:28Speaker 5: get right. It's the voter motor Bill was passed in
- 15:32Speaker 5: nineteen ninety three by Bill Clinton. That was the first
- 15:35Speaker 5: thing he did where you have to you can register
- 15:38Speaker 5: to vote when you get a driver's license. And that
- 15:41Speaker 5: was the last time states like California, which was a
- 15:44Speaker 5: solid Republican state, voted Republican. And they knew exactly what
- 15:48Speaker 5: they were doing. They did this intentionally, and back then
- 15:51Speaker 5: they didn't knowing, you know, outwardly allow illegal aliens, but
- 15:57Speaker 5: they were certainly allowing them. I remember I was living
- 15:59Speaker 5: in Jersey when they passed it, my wife couldn't get
- 16:02Speaker 5: a driver's license with every imaginable We moved back and
- 16:06Speaker 5: she had had a state and the marriage license thing. Well,
- 16:09Speaker 5: I saw people walking up there in ninety four with
- 16:12Speaker 5: crumbled up pieces of paper from a third world country.
- 16:15Speaker 5: They went and got them an interpreter, and they didn't
- 16:19Speaker 5: you know, and obviously they must have signed up to vote.
- 16:21Speaker 5: So this has been going on for a long time.
- 16:24Speaker 5: And if anybody doesn't understand why Murphy did it, they're
- 16:27Speaker 5: either lying or they're pretty far out there. Murphy did
- 16:30Speaker 5: it when he saw Joe Biden allow or invite millions
- 16:35Speaker 5: of illegal aliens into the country. That's when he said, oh,
- 16:39Speaker 5: let's give them a license. Knowingly give them a license.
- 16:42Speaker 5: I mean they were giving them out anyway. But what
- 16:45Speaker 5: needs to happen is they need to eliminate they need
- 16:48Speaker 5: to repeal the voter motor Bill. But they also need
- 16:53Speaker 5: to stop reciprocity with states that give illegal aliens a
- 16:59Speaker 5: driver's life, because we've seen what's going on all over
- 17:01Speaker 5: the country with truck drivers. There was just another story
- 17:04Speaker 5: in Minnesota and an illegal alien was driving for a company.
- 17:09Speaker 5: They called him in to pay his parking tickets, ended
- 17:13Speaker 5: up shooting the boss, the boss's wife, the secretary. I mean,
- 17:17Speaker 5: it's insanity, Vince.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Did you see the staff that almost one in three
- 17:21Speaker 2: commercial driver's licenses is held by an illegal alia. I
- 17:24Speaker 2: could see there's one in twenty one in three. That's obscene.
- 17:29Speaker 5: They really need to stop. They need to stop the
- 17:31Speaker 5: reciprocity between states. If your state's going to allow that,
- 17:35Speaker 5: then another state shouldn't allow them to come into there
- 17:38Speaker 5: with with an illegal alien driver's license. It's insane.
- 17:42Speaker 2: There was a US, Vince, you and your darn logic,
- 17:46Speaker 2: I know they were.
- 17:48Speaker 5: The first one was right near my house in Florida,
- 17:50Speaker 5: where an illegal alien tried to make a U turn
- 17:53Speaker 5: on the turnpike and a car went right underneath him
- 17:56Speaker 5: and killed like five people.
- 17:58Speaker 2: I mean, National News remember that, and remember we had
- 18:02Speaker 2: the video of the man's face and he was like
- 18:04Speaker 2: unfazed by it.
- 18:07Speaker 5: Him and his partner didn't even blink an eye.
- 18:09Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 18:09Speaker 5: I mean, it's just that's the way it is, and
- 18:12Speaker 5: it shouldn't listen.
- 18:14Speaker 2: I remember when I was sixteen and I got my
- 18:16Speaker 2: junior license, I was told, I was lectured that a
- 18:19Speaker 2: driver's license is not a right, it is a privilege.
- 18:22Speaker 2: So if it's a privilege for a tax paying US citizen,
- 18:24Speaker 2: why is it just automatically handed out to somebody who's
- 18:27Speaker 2: here illegally. And I'm done with.
- 18:29Speaker 5: It, by the way, one question, By the way, day
- 18:32Speaker 5: after nine to eleven, New Jersey instituted this six point
- 18:36Speaker 5: policy when you renewed your driver's license, you had to
- 18:39Speaker 5: add six forms.
- 18:40Speaker 4: Of I D.
- 18:41Speaker 5: What happened to that?
- 18:42Speaker 2: Yeah, good question. Democrats happened to that, Vince. I appreciate you,
- 18:47Speaker 2: Thank you very much. Well, let's go to somebody in
- 18:48Speaker 2: New Jersey. Here's Chris and trenton. Good morning Chris.
- 18:52Speaker 6: Yeah, hi, a long time listener to Mark Smooth. Two
- 18:57Speaker 6: points very excuse me, important from you're at in New Jersey.
- 19:01Speaker 6: Number one, Murphy put into the law that you have
- 19:05Speaker 6: to opt out. So everybody comes in for a license,
- 19:09Speaker 6: they're automatically signed up to vote, but you get a
- 19:13Speaker 6: letter in a mail I don't know, weeks later to
- 19:15Speaker 6: ask if you want to opt out of registration. The
- 19:18Speaker 6: problem is illegals they lived in an apartment for a
- 19:22Speaker 6: couple of weeks in a league, and they also often
- 19:24Speaker 6: give s fictitious addresses.
- 19:27Speaker 2: And how many times do you go through all how
- 19:29Speaker 2: many times I don't mean to step on you, Chris,
- 19:30Speaker 2: do you go through all your mail? Sometimes it looks
- 19:33Speaker 2: like junk mail. The concept that you would automatically be
- 19:36Speaker 2: a registered to vote and you have to opt out
- 19:39Speaker 2: is obscene. That's like you ought. That's like if a
- 19:41Speaker 2: company said you automatically have to give us one hundred
- 19:44Speaker 2: dollars because you left your house this morning, and you
- 19:47Speaker 2: have to opt out of that. Why would you do that?
- 19:49Speaker 2: It's clear reactive exactly.
- 19:51Speaker 6: That was Murphy's Murphy put that in there. Maybe it
- 19:54Speaker 6: was a preemptive move to cut off Chitdarelli from getting
- 19:57Speaker 6: elected because a new election was going to be close.
- 20:00Speaker 6: One other thing I wanted to say real quick was
- 20:03Speaker 6: we had too races on city council that were determined
- 20:08Speaker 6: by one boat. It came down to one boat. And
- 20:11Speaker 6: I'm sure to across the state of New Jersey on
- 20:14Speaker 6: council races at the grass roots level, that's what you have.
- 20:18Speaker 2: And that's why the idea, the idea of four hundred
- 20:20Speaker 2: people illegally casting their votes is just obscene. Thank you
- 20:24Speaker 2: so much, or appreciate the call. We go to Mike
- 20:26Speaker 2: and Portchester with a minute left. Good morning, Mike, Good
- 20:29Speaker 2: morning again.
- 20:30Speaker 4: Listen. The reason why I called was because of the
- 20:33Speaker 4: spouchy business. And I called because Gordon Chang a while
- 20:39Speaker 4: back said some really scary stuff like a designer virus,
- 20:44Speaker 4: you know, that would attack our genal you know, Americans
- 20:50Speaker 4: or whites or whatever and ignore the Chinese.
- 20:55Speaker 7: You know.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Well, clearly it didn't work this time. Everybody got sick,
- 21:01Speaker 2: no matter what your nationality or ethnicity. But the idea
- 21:05Speaker 2: that we would have been and if you heard Larry
- 21:07Speaker 2: Mensi with such passion talking about this this morning, Larry
- 21:10Speaker 2: and curtis the idea that we would have been in
- 21:13Speaker 2: some way behind this, I say we was. Anthony Fauci. Well,
- 21:17Speaker 2: by the way, let me just mention. I went to
- 21:19Speaker 2: the same high school Anthony Fauci, doctor Fauci, and I
- 21:22Speaker 2: went to Regis High School here in Manhattan. He was
- 21:24Speaker 2: atle older than me. Obviously I'm only fifty nine, but
- 21:27Speaker 2: I had met him a number of times at fundraisers
- 21:30Speaker 2: at the school. I've had a bunch of conversations with him,
- 21:32Speaker 2: I've interviewed him, and I worked over at Channel seven.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Anthony Fauci started out as a somewhat arrogant guy and
- 21:39Speaker 2: became a totally stuck up ass as time went on
- 21:43Speaker 2: during the entire pandemic. And the fact that we now
- 21:48Speaker 2: see his diary, which he stupidly wrote on government computers
- 21:54Speaker 2: and stored on government servers, which is why we now
- 21:57Speaker 2: have the diary. And by the way, he doesn't deny
- 21:59Speaker 2: that it's a diary. He never did. The fact that
- 22:02Speaker 2: we now have it and it displays for the world
- 22:05Speaker 2: to see how as Rome was burning, he was fiddling.
- 22:08Speaker 2: And it has to give you an idea of all
- 22:10Speaker 2: those people who thought that Anthony Fauci was a hero.
- 22:13Speaker 2: What an absolute ass and total negligent moron. He was
- 22:18Speaker 2: sorry to be such a downer right there. Seven to
- 22:20Speaker 2: ten Wor the Voice of New York. We are going
- 22:23Speaker 2: to be talking about doctor Favci in just a few
- 22:25Speaker 2: minutes with somebody very special, and that is Jesse Weber.
- 22:29Speaker 2: So don't go away.
- 22:30Speaker 1: The Mark Simone Show Live from the Woor Life Back
- 22:35Speaker 1: Studios guest hosting from Mark Today.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Here's Ken Roseio, so nice to be with you on
- 22:41Speaker 2: a beautiful Friday. The last two hour Mark Simone Show
- 22:44Speaker 2: in History Monday, it becomes three hours starting from nine
- 22:47Speaker 2: to noon. Don't miss that. Got to hear the great
- 22:50Speaker 2: Mark Simone three hours. Well, you know, if you've been
- 22:53Speaker 2: paying attention to what's going on with doctor Anthony Fauci
- 22:56Speaker 2: and Ran Paul calling him into the Senate for rings,
- 23:00Speaker 2: some of the stuff that was well announced in the
- 23:03Speaker 2: Senate was pretty shocking for a lot of people. The
- 23:05Speaker 2: idea that doctor Fauci had spent his couple of years
- 23:09Speaker 2: that well, he's been working for the federal government for decades,
- 23:12Speaker 2: but the couple of years during the COVID pandemic while
- 23:15Speaker 2: the rest of us were suffering and locked in a house,
- 23:18Speaker 2: he was hobnobbing with major celebrities. We do we have
- 23:22Speaker 2: it up. We got it up, all right.
- 23:24Speaker 8: This is a thrill for me because there are very
- 23:26Speaker 8: few experts of anything in the world, I think, and
- 23:30Speaker 8: you truly have emerged as a personal hero for me.
- 23:34Speaker 8: Just to have this little corner of your time for
- 23:37Speaker 8: us is such a joy.
- 23:39Speaker 2: And that is Julia Roberts, by the way, talking about him.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Every celebrity who would come on, remember everybody went on
- 23:44Speaker 2: zoom mambe these little zoom calls. Everybody went on zoom
- 23:48Speaker 2: and just just gushed about him. Here was Governor Cuomo.
- 23:51Speaker 9: I said that as soon as the vaccine is deemed
- 23:55Speaker 9: ready and safe, I'll be the first one to take
- 23:57Speaker 9: a vaccine. Maybe we in list you. I'll do it
- 24:01Speaker 9: with you. We'll do an ad telling New Yorkers it's
- 24:03Speaker 9: safe to take the vaccine.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I had that work out. Everybody was forced
- 24:08Speaker 2: to take the vaccine, and then everybody still got sick. Well, anyway,
- 24:12Speaker 2: we talked about doctor Fauchi a lot here on the
- 24:16Speaker 2: air in the last couple of days, and now he's
- 24:18Speaker 2: come out as a very self absorbed stardom seeker. Let
- 24:22Speaker 2: us go on the phone right now to Jesse Weber,
- 24:24Speaker 2: news Nation's chief legal analyst, host of Jesse Weber Live.
- 24:27Speaker 2: He joins us this morning. Good morning to.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Jesse, good morning, thanks for having me.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Well, it is amazing to see this man, doctor Fauci,
- 24:36Speaker 2: whom I've met. I'm sure you probably met. I met
- 24:38Speaker 2: him a bunch of times. We went to the same
- 24:40Speaker 2: high school at different times, but we used to show
- 24:43Speaker 2: up for charitable fundraisers there all the time, and I
- 24:46Speaker 2: just just remember feeling this sense of condescension from him
- 24:50Speaker 2: every time I met him, and now it comes out
- 24:52Speaker 2: on full display. What did you make of the whole
- 24:54Speaker 2: Senate hearing?
- 24:55Speaker 3: Well, first of all, I wasn't surprised that you weren't
- 24:58Speaker 3: in the same graduating class. You're a young guy. But look,
- 25:02Speaker 3: I will tell you from an optics point of view. Look,
- 25:05Speaker 3: I think it's a little more nuanced. But I think
- 25:07Speaker 3: from an optics point of view, when you couple what
- 25:09Speaker 3: happened in the last week, right the diary entries, and
- 25:13Speaker 3: then him fleeting the fifth, a lot of people will
- 25:15Speaker 3: look at that and say, my gosh, doesn't look great.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Looks guilty, looks doesn't look good. Now, when you get
- 25:20Speaker 3: into the granular aspect of and you think about what
- 25:23Speaker 3: is his legal concerns and his legal risks, I got
- 25:26Speaker 3: to say, from a legal point of view, I'm not
- 25:27Speaker 3: surprised that he pled the fifth And if I was
- 25:30Speaker 3: representing him, I probably would have recommended the same thing.
- 25:32Speaker 3: And I can explain why, because there's two different conversations
- 25:35Speaker 3: right to the optics of it. And I will tell
- 25:38Speaker 3: you from an American public point of view, and I
- 25:41Speaker 3: think there is a strong appetite to still understand what
- 25:44Speaker 3: happened during the COVID nineteen pandemic and its response. If
- 25:48Speaker 3: they he would have been granted immunity. What do I
- 25:51Speaker 3: mean if he would have been granted immunity to testify
- 25:54Speaker 3: that nothing he said during that hearing could be used
- 25:57Speaker 3: against him in any criminal proceeding. I would have liked
- 26:00Speaker 3: to know. I would have liked to hear what he
- 26:02Speaker 3: would have said. I would have liked to hear his answers.
- 26:04Speaker 3: I wanted substantive information about the COVID response, and unfortunately
- 26:08Speaker 3: what we were left with is no response. So I
- 26:10Speaker 3: think we, the American people, lost out on that. But
- 26:12Speaker 3: from a legal point of view, I'm not surprised he
- 26:15Speaker 3: pled the fifth even though optically I didn't look bad.
- 26:17Speaker 3: It looked bad.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Could he be charging just for people who don't realize
- 26:21Speaker 2: Jesse is an attorney? Should could he? Could he not
- 26:24Speaker 2: now be liable for prosecution? Well, I guess the Senate
- 26:28Speaker 2: doesn't prosecute. They recommend for prosecution to the Justice Department.
- 26:31Speaker 2: But could that not happen now because of the fact
- 26:34Speaker 2: that he, in essence, did not testify when he was
- 26:36Speaker 2: called before the Senate to testify.
- 26:39Speaker 3: It's the million dollar question. Let me explain it. So
- 26:42Speaker 3: when somebody pleads the Fifth, Okay, they're right, they're right
- 26:46Speaker 3: against self incrimination. Generally speaking, when someone is granted immunity,
- 26:50Speaker 3: or let's just say, for this example, someone's granted a
- 26:52Speaker 3: party and they're asked to testify about that conduct, they
- 26:56Speaker 3: generally can't invoke the fifth anymore, right because they're protected.
- 27:01Speaker 3: Having said that, the pardon that he was granted from
- 27:04Speaker 3: President Biden was for conduct from twenty fourteen to twenty
- 27:07Speaker 3: twenty five. So if he were to come up and
- 27:09Speaker 3: purely be asked questions about that, I think you would
- 27:12Speaker 3: have a difficult argument to say that he should be
- 27:14Speaker 3: protected by the Fifth Amendment.
- 27:15Speaker 4: Right.
- 27:15Speaker 3: However, However, what he's not protected from is anything that
- 27:20Speaker 3: he says during that testimony that the committee believes is
- 27:23Speaker 3: a lie. So if they believe he committed perjury, if
- 27:26Speaker 3: you were to actually testify and provide substance of answers
- 27:29Speaker 3: the other day and they believe it was inconsistent with
- 27:32Speaker 3: something that he said on the record or under oath,
- 27:34Speaker 3: or other public statements or something in his diary entries,
- 27:37Speaker 3: potentially he could be brought up on perjury charges. And
- 27:40Speaker 3: that is why he pled the Fifth. He had no
- 27:42Speaker 3: protection over that. So what did you see? This is
- 27:45Speaker 3: very interesting. Do you remember when he was asked questions,
- 27:48Speaker 3: doctor Faucia, what tie are you wearing? Doctor Faucia? What
- 27:51Speaker 3: colors the carpet? Now, many people are interpreted at the show,
- 27:54Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, he won't even answer questions about that.
- 27:58Speaker 3: You know why they asked him that, right, asked him
- 28:00Speaker 3: that because if he were to answer it, because for
- 28:03Speaker 3: him refusing to answer those questions that he knows he
- 28:08Speaker 3: could never be prosecuted for. He's not gonna be prosecuted.
- 28:10Speaker 3: He says his tie is gray and it's blue. But
- 28:13Speaker 3: their argument would be, we're asking questions that have nothing
- 28:18Speaker 3: to do with the subject matter in question. We had
- 28:21Speaker 3: a subpoena, he had a legal obligation to answer our questions.
- 28:25Speaker 3: And if he won't even answer our questions about non
- 28:29Speaker 3: substantive issues about the tie and the carpet, he's in contempt.
- 28:33Speaker 3: He's in contempt. He's legally not answering our questions. He's
- 28:37Speaker 3: legally obligated to answer those questions, and he chose not to. Now,
- 28:41Speaker 3: from a legal point of view, again, I would say,
- 28:43Speaker 3: plead the fifth to everything, because there is an argument
- 28:46Speaker 3: that if you selectively plead the fifth. Is he plead
- 28:48Speaker 3: the fifth to certain questions and you answer other ones,
- 28:51Speaker 3: you might pierce that. So again, I'm not surprised that
- 28:53Speaker 3: he did that, but that is what they're going to say.
- 28:56Speaker 3: He wouldn't even answer the most basic questions, and it
- 28:59Speaker 3: was his legal obligation to answer those because he knew
- 29:01Speaker 3: he couldn't be prosecuted on that. So I think that's
- 29:04Speaker 3: the argument they're going to go with.
- 29:05Speaker 2: I heard some people, Jesse, some legal folks saying that
- 29:07Speaker 2: the fact that he even created or made an opening
- 29:10Speaker 2: statement was potentially damaging. Correct.
- 29:13Speaker 3: That is that is an argument that you can make.
- 29:16Speaker 3: That is an argument you can make. It goes to
- 29:18Speaker 3: this idea of selective pleading the fifth. I was actually
- 29:21Speaker 3: just talking about it with a lawyer buddy of mine yesterday,
- 29:23Speaker 3: and he said, if you answer certain substance of questions,
- 29:27Speaker 3: or even if you provide an opening statement, you could
- 29:29Speaker 3: say I don't know if it'd be successful, or you
- 29:31Speaker 3: could say you're raising your state of mind. Your rate
- 29:35Speaker 3: is in your opinion, and if you're going to raise
- 29:38Speaker 3: your state of mind, your opinion, your view on that,
- 29:41Speaker 3: then you should be able to answer those other questions.
- 29:45Speaker 3: It opens the door for you to answer questions about
- 29:48Speaker 3: your conduct as director. You're twenty fourteen to twenty twenty five.
- 29:52Speaker 3: So it's an interesting legal argument. It's not particularly settled
- 29:55Speaker 3: law on this, and I will tell you put even
- 29:57Speaker 3: Anthony Fauchier to the side. If this is an issue
- 30:00Speaker 3: that's brought up in the courts and it makes its way,
- 30:02Speaker 3: it can have big ramifications for people who testify in
- 30:06Speaker 3: front of Congress. Moving forward.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Does Anthony do I think Anthony? I say Anthony like
- 30:12Speaker 2: we're friends. Does Anthony fauci ever see jail?
- 30:17Speaker 3: I don't think so. I don't think so. First of all,
- 30:19Speaker 3: in terms of contempt vote, it's an uphill battle. If
- 30:22Speaker 3: it passes through, the command has to go to a
- 30:24Speaker 3: full Senate vote. You just need a majority, right, but
- 30:28Speaker 3: you first have to get past the sixty vote threshold.
- 30:31Speaker 3: And based on the questions you saw the other day,
- 30:33Speaker 3: I don't think they're going to get Democratic support. So
- 30:35Speaker 3: the idea of holding him a contempt or criminal contempt
- 30:37Speaker 3: and referring it to the DOJ unlikely in terms of
- 30:41Speaker 3: he's again he has a federal protection for the pardon,
- 30:46Speaker 3: but in terms of state crimes. I can't see. I
- 30:49Speaker 3: know that the a G and Florida has talked about
- 30:51Speaker 3: opening up an investigation, but I haven't seen him being
- 30:54Speaker 3: charged or potentially charged with any state crimes. And there
- 30:57Speaker 3: could be difficulty for him being charged with state crimes.
- 31:00Speaker 3: As a federal official. He can make the argument that
- 31:03Speaker 3: he was acting in his federal duty and that can
- 31:05Speaker 3: get kind of complicated. So I don't see it likely
- 31:08Speaker 3: that Anthony Fauci would be prosecuted and this would actually
- 31:12Speaker 3: lead to a conviction.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Millions of human beings died other millions of human beings
- 31:18Speaker 2: were separated from their parents as they died alone in
- 31:21Speaker 2: nursing homes. Children lost years in school and don't know
- 31:26Speaker 2: how to be social. This entire country literally was shaken
- 31:30Speaker 2: to the core by the man with the glasses, Anthony Faucci.
- 31:34Speaker 2: And he does have glasses, by the way, when he's
- 31:36Speaker 2: not testifying. And it's just unusual to me that in
- 31:39Speaker 2: a country like this, with the justice that we have,
- 31:42Speaker 2: that a man like that could get away with it all.
- 31:45Speaker 2: It's just amazing. But we love your explanations because you
- 31:48Speaker 2: are a brilliant man, Jesse Weber. We appreciate you coming
- 31:52Speaker 2: on My Friend News Nations chief Legal Analyst hosts of
- 31:55Speaker 2: Jesse Weber Live. You could see him every week nine
- 31:58Speaker 2: at eleven. I appreciate you taking the time this morning, Jess.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Thank you so much for having me appreciate it.
- 32:02Speaker 2: You bet. It is Ken Rozano Win from Mark on
- 32:04Speaker 2: your Friday. When we come back, we'll take more of
- 32:06Speaker 2: your calls. The number to call is eight hundred three
- 32:08Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Eight hundred three two one
- 32:11Speaker 2: zero seven ten for w OAR.
- 32:14Speaker 1: This is the Mark Simone Show on seven ten wr
- 32:18Speaker 1: Ken from Mark Today. Here's Ken Rosatto.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Nice to be with you on the last two hour
- 32:23Speaker 2: Mark Simone Show in the History of the planet Earth.
- 32:26Speaker 2: And we go to Rick and New Jersey. Good morning, sir,
- 32:29Speaker 2: Hello Rick. Hold on, okay, hold on, hang on, Hey
- 32:32Speaker 2: is he? Why don't you and I talked about Rick?
- 32:34Speaker 2: Is Rick is?
- 32:35Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 32:35Speaker 2: Rick is doing so?
- 32:36Speaker 4: Rick?
- 32:36Speaker 2: Is he dusting?
- 32:38Speaker 7: No?
- 32:38Speaker 10: No, I'm just in the car right now.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Okay, what's up Rick?
- 32:42Speaker 10: He had to swim over to the car. Yeah, this
- 32:44Speaker 10: is Rick from New Jersey. I just wanted to talk about,
- 32:48Speaker 10: you know, a few years ago when I got my
- 32:50Speaker 10: son and when I went to Wayne, New Jersey and
- 32:52Speaker 10: the motor vehicles there and to get his driver's license.
- 32:55Speaker 10: And I noticed when I was going, you know, I
- 32:58Speaker 10: was on line and I was you know, he had
- 33:00Speaker 10: passed his driver's test and everything else and was waiting
- 33:03Speaker 10: in line. And I watched as every applicant that went
- 33:06Speaker 10: to the desk was asked for a voter's registration. So
- 33:11Speaker 10: when I heard this all this news about you know,
- 33:14Speaker 10: that it was a glitch or it was some software
- 33:16Speaker 10: or I'm like, now, this was intentional. Every one of
- 33:19Speaker 10: those agents asked every applicant, and like you said before
- 33:23Speaker 10: on the radio about you know, they don't you know,
- 33:25Speaker 10: we had to get real ID. But now they have
- 33:28Speaker 10: a state ID and they use it, you know, I
- 33:31Speaker 10: mean now it says not eligible for it, But this
- 33:34Speaker 10: was a few years ago, you know, they just used
- 33:38Speaker 10: it as regular ID.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Of course, if you think that there wasn't an intention
- 33:42Speaker 2: to confuse the issue, you're crazy. This was absolutely the
- 33:47Speaker 2: intention to confuse the issue and then open the floodgates
- 33:50Speaker 2: and let twenty or thirty million people in. And where
- 33:54Speaker 2: do they all congregate. They didn't go to Republican states.
- 33:57Speaker 2: They went to Democrat states, Blues states, sanctuary cities and
- 34:01Speaker 2: states where they could blend in, get their identification and
- 34:05Speaker 2: then end up voting. But more importantly, Rick, the most
- 34:08Speaker 2: important thing is their simple presence. Their simple presence allowed
- 34:13Speaker 2: liberal states that were losing population to red states to
- 34:16Speaker 2: maintain the number of Congress members because of the population. Remember,
- 34:21Speaker 2: you don't have to be a citizen to count in
- 34:23Speaker 2: the census, and based on the census, you get assigned
- 34:27Speaker 2: numbers of Congress and that is what the Democrats made
- 34:31Speaker 2: sure they did. But you're right, Rick, I appreciate I
- 34:33Speaker 2: know that DMV, that MVC as well. In Wayne, Good morning,
- 34:36Speaker 2: Russ and Harlem, you're on the air.
- 34:38Speaker 7: Thanks.
- 34:39Speaker 4: Ken.
- 34:39Speaker 7: I really like that with Jesse Weber and our stall
- 34:42Speaker 7: this show on Sundays. I really enjoyed that. But what
- 34:45Speaker 7: he said about the federal officients can't be prosecuted, well,
- 34:48Speaker 7: I mean, if the federal shoots his neighbor, that's a
- 34:51Speaker 7: state murder charge. It's not qualified immunity of something illegal happens.
- 34:56Speaker 7: But what I want to ask you, Ken, I don't know.
- 34:58Speaker 7: You don't remember in nineteen seventy five Atlanta, Puerto Rican
- 35:01Speaker 7: group bonb saunts tavern and I remember they in paneled
- 35:04Speaker 7: the Grand Jurior in New York, and they subpoenaed a
- 35:07Speaker 7: guy to testify who was just at a meeting, and
- 35:09Speaker 7: he refused to testify. They locked them up for eighteen months.
- 35:12Speaker 7: Couldn't they do that to Fauci or maybe dead?
- 35:14Speaker 2: With Burke, Well, it's very I gotta cut you only
- 35:17Speaker 2: because we're out of time. It's very possible. I guess
- 35:20Speaker 2: you got to look at it from the state level.
- 35:22Speaker 2: But then you gotta be careful because as a federal
- 35:25Speaker 2: employee there are certain immunities that you have automatically. That's
- 35:29Speaker 2: a very good question, Russ, and I appreciate it all right.
- 35:31Speaker 2: That wraps it up for the last two hour Mark
- 35:33Speaker 2: Simone Show in History. Starting Monday, Mark Simon will be
- 35:36Speaker 2: on three hours. We are all blessed for that. It's
- 35:39Speaker 2: going to be on this coming Monday, nine am to noon,
- 35:42Speaker 2: the Great Marx Simon. I'm ken Zatto, Thanks so much
- 35:44Speaker 2: for listening. We have don't forget our Buck Sexton, A
- 35:48Speaker 2: Clay Travis coming up next three o'clock. It is Hannity,
- 35:51Speaker 2: Jesse Kelly's at six, Jimmy Fellas at nine. I'll catch
- 35:54Speaker 2: you again next Friday for Mark. Have a wonderful day
- 35:57Speaker 2: and a great weekend from wor
