- 0:05Speaker 1: Hi, babe, it is La La Kent. Welcome back to
- 0:08Speaker 1: my pod dot dot dot Cast.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Happy New Year, Happy New Year.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Is that wild?
- 0:15Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 0:16Speaker 1: Twenty twenty four flew by you guys.
- 0:19Speaker 4: It, Yeah, it really did. Because you were pregnant then
- 0:21Speaker 4: had a kid. You've done a lot in twenty twenty
- 0:24Speaker 4: four and seems like it went by like that, like
- 0:28Speaker 4: going through Like Landon was talking about him going back
- 0:31Speaker 4: and watching his reels of his cooking videos and then
- 0:33Speaker 4: one of them, you're pregnant.
- 0:35Speaker 1: That part is weird.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Weird.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Well, I just feel like it feels like, well most
- 0:41Speaker 1: of it, I feel like I was pregnant, and then
- 0:44Speaker 1: vander Pump was airing and it was just very intense,
- 0:49Speaker 1: and it just it feels like it was the longest
- 0:52Speaker 1: year ever. But at the same time, I look back
- 0:56Speaker 1: and I'm like, how did it end so fast? People
- 0:59Speaker 1: say this about children, They say the days are long,
- 1:02Speaker 1: but the years are short. And I'm starting to feel
- 1:06Speaker 1: that where I'm like, today needs to fucking end. It's
- 1:10Speaker 1: been a rough one. But then you look back and
- 1:12Speaker 1: you're like, oh my gosh, everyone's getting older. Kids are
- 1:16Speaker 1: getting older. Like Ocean can now say her ours. She's
- 1:21Speaker 1: talking to me about things that I did not expect
- 1:24Speaker 1: and I just can't like ocean. Last year, around this time,
- 1:29Speaker 1: we had just found out that I was pregnant, and
- 1:33Speaker 1: we continue to say next year, at this time, you're
- 1:36Speaker 1: gonna have a you know, three month old, a four
- 1:38Speaker 1: month old, and it's like, I'm here looking at my
- 1:42Speaker 1: four month old.
- 1:43Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 1:45Speaker 1: It takes me back. I will never stop obsessing over
- 1:49Speaker 1: time and how strange it is.
- 1:51Speaker 2: I don't think about it like you do.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Neither do I.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Well, you guys don't think about much.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Well, Easter and I are kind of peas in a pod.
- 1:58Speaker 4: I thank god I had got your mind on that,
- 2:01Speaker 4: because she'll just stew like look at her right now
- 2:05Speaker 4: or stupid.
- 2:06Speaker 2: She wasn't even listening to us.
- 2:08Speaker 4: She's just clicking a wide open weren't you You were stewing?
- 2:11Speaker 3: And I can tell.
- 2:12Speaker 5: And then if she doesn't have something to worry about,
- 2:15Speaker 5: I'm sorry that she's not worrying about.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Well, I've done that often.
- 2:19Speaker 4: You'll come in and you're like, I am worried and
- 2:21Speaker 4: I don't know, like I feel like I'm missing something,
- 2:23Speaker 4: and it's like you're not.
- 2:24Speaker 3: You just don't need to be worried right now.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, when I'm not stressed out about my day
- 2:30Speaker 1: looking at like what needs to be done, I'm so
- 2:34Speaker 1: confused and start stressing about that, Like I will sit
- 2:38Speaker 1: there in bed at night and be like, oh my gosh,
- 2:42Speaker 1: one day my mom's not going to be here. Oh
- 2:45Speaker 1: my god, I can't. I can't do it. Okay, well
- 2:48Speaker 1: Easton could be with me. But what if he dies
- 2:50Speaker 1: before I die? Then what am I going to do?
- 2:52Speaker 1: And then I start thinking about like, oh my gosh,
- 2:54Speaker 1: when I talk to my business manager, my mom listens
- 2:56Speaker 1: in and she breaks down everything because numbers are foreign
- 3:00Speaker 1: to me. But okay, I'll still have my business manager.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Oh wait, if my mom's gone, my business manager is
- 3:04Speaker 1: probably gonna be gone too. Who's gonna break this down
- 3:06Speaker 1: for me? I guess I have land in Like I
- 3:08Speaker 1: go into a full spiral.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Don't laugh, You're cute.
- 3:13Speaker 1: You're cute.
- 3:15Speaker 2: You don't have to worry. Quit worrying about it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Well I do, And actually it's.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Gonna take years off your life.
- 3:20Speaker 3: No I know.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I'm like, the stress will kill me before anything else.
- 3:24Speaker 1: But in all of these thought processes, I'm like, I
- 3:28Speaker 1: cannot be the only one who going into the new year,
- 3:32Speaker 1: wants to leave things behind in twenty twenty four, and
- 3:35Speaker 1: I'm I'm not big on New Year's resolutions because I
- 3:39Speaker 1: just find them to be fleeting, like everyone usually makes
- 3:43Speaker 1: the same one. It's like I'm gonna start working out
- 3:46Speaker 1: in the new year and then or eating healthy exactly,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and then like it lasts for a little bit and
- 3:52Speaker 1: then you kind of just give up on it because
- 3:54Speaker 1: life starts happening again and you feel like you're kind
- 3:57Speaker 1: of in the rut. So I want to focus on
- 4:01Speaker 1: what we're excited about leaving behind in twenty twenty four
- 4:08Speaker 1: and manifestations in twenty twenty five. So I'm gonna call
- 4:12Speaker 1: it instead of like a New Year's resolution, what are
- 4:15Speaker 1: we manifesting? What are we gonna miss in twenty twenty four?
- 4:18Speaker 1: What are we excited about leaving behind in twenty twenty four?
- 4:21Speaker 1: And then what are we manifesting? Because we've talked a
- 4:25Speaker 1: lot about this when we had kelty On is really
- 4:27Speaker 1: when I was like, you know what, I'm gonna do
- 4:29Speaker 1: the vision board and Easton and I still need to
- 4:31Speaker 1: do it because I am going to have something that
- 4:35Speaker 1: I can visually see to go you know what, this
- 4:38Speaker 1: is happening something that I can that will penetrate all
- 4:42Speaker 1: of my senses. You know what I'm are you okay,
- 4:45Speaker 1: what are you thinking about?
- 4:46Speaker 2: I'm thinking about? Uh, I don't know.
- 4:52Speaker 1: I think you're thinking about like, I don't think that way.
- 4:56Speaker 1: You're like, this all seems like a lot to be in.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Your mind, really though, I'm over here, like I'm.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Thinking what I want to leave behind.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I don't want to leave anything behind.
- 5:05Speaker 2: I like how my my life is in the present moment.
- 5:08Speaker 1: But do you realize how amazing that is?
- 5:11Speaker 4: No, I'm very blessed to be able to say there
- 5:13Speaker 4: is nothing that I want to leave in twenty twenty
- 5:16Speaker 4: four for twenty twenty five, Like, there wasn't bad relationships,
- 5:20Speaker 4: I didn't lose friends.
- 5:21Speaker 3: There's nothing that I well that makes just you here
- 5:24Speaker 3: and maybe mom.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I just don't look back. I'm just not that kind
- 5:29Speaker 2: of person.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I don't either. If it happened, it happened.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Yeah, you're like, I don't need to leave it in
- 5:33Speaker 1: twenty twenty four. I literally left it behind that day.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Yeah, that second moment.
- 5:38Speaker 2: With my car, keys and my wallet and everything else.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Everything just gets left behind. So when I ask you,
- 5:46Speaker 1: what are you excited about leaving behind you literally have nothing. No, wow,
- 5:51Speaker 1: I'm so jealous.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Yeah, what would you? Maybe you will give me something
- 5:57Speaker 3: that I could think about. So what are you excited
- 5:59Speaker 3: to me?
- 6:00Speaker 1: I'm excited to leave vander pump Roules behind.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Okay, I'm not on that boat.
- 6:05Speaker 4: So I'm happy for you that I don't have to
- 6:08Speaker 4: like pick you up, me and mom.
- 6:11Speaker 1: From from filming and getting in the car and.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Just like it. Yeah, I guess that. Yeah, see there's
- 6:17Speaker 3: little things and mean.
- 6:18Speaker 2: What mom's doings.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Yeah, like you were never present with us, Like we
- 6:23Speaker 4: would all be having fun and laughing and then you
- 6:25Speaker 4: would just be sitting in the front.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Do you feel like that's how it was for most
- 6:30Speaker 1: of the time that I filmed that show or just
- 6:33Speaker 1: mostly you.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Were in like good with everybody. You were always thinking
- 6:38Speaker 4: about something on the show. Yeah, you were never present
- 6:42Speaker 4: or you were on your phone to research something or
- 6:45Speaker 4: to do something or to post with the people.
- 6:48Speaker 3: That you were all friends with. Me, you always elsewhere while.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Filming mentally, yes, yeah, matter if you were good or
- 6:54Speaker 4: in the back, you were always off.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, I think and I don't mean that
- 7:01Speaker 1: I'm excited that It's like, like, I don't want to
- 7:04Speaker 1: come off as ungrateful.
- 7:05Speaker 4: You're excited that that chapter or that book is closed
- 7:08Speaker 4: and another one is being ready to be written.
- 7:11Speaker 1: One hundred percent. I think I look at twenty twenty four,
- 7:16Speaker 1: and I've spoken about this before, where the happiest time
- 7:19Speaker 1: of my life because all I wanted was a second baby,
- 7:24Speaker 1: and that happened in twenty twenty four. Yet the hardest
- 7:29Speaker 1: time of my life on vander Pump Rules was they
- 7:34Speaker 1: were happening all at once, and I think I'm I'm
- 7:37Speaker 1: grateful for the fact that we are and we're all
- 7:41Speaker 1: living together at that point in time, because you guys
- 7:44Speaker 1: really helped me mentally check out from the outside world
- 7:48Speaker 1: to really enjoy my pregnancy with Sosa. So I would
- 7:52Speaker 1: say the best things came out of twenty twenty four.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I was able to practice something different where I said,
- 8:00Speaker 1: you know what, I'm not allowing toxicity into my environment
- 8:06Speaker 1: during this pregnancy. I will not be stressed. I will
- 8:09Speaker 1: not feel shame or guilt. If anyone brings me anything
- 8:13Speaker 1: shy of pure peace, You're fucking done. It ends now,
- 8:19Speaker 1: And that's usually not how I am. I sit there
- 8:22Speaker 1: and like sit with my thoughts at all times, not
- 8:25Speaker 1: saying I didn't purge onto you guys a lot. I obsessed.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I guess what we had the most of what belly laughs.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I talked about this with Teresa. Judice Sosa is truly
- 8:37Speaker 1: a dream baby. She is all smiles with just her
- 8:42Speaker 1: gums so cheesy, plump and just happy. What how I
- 8:49Speaker 1: explain her is she is just happy to be here.
- 8:51Speaker 2: She is, Yeah, she really is.
- 8:54Speaker 3: She's great. Yeah she's and she's.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Found her voice. She's talking away, she's rolling over. Tummy time,
- 9:03Speaker 1: she does tummy time like her. My most favorite thing
- 9:07Speaker 1: that she does right now, you guys. The only time
- 9:09Speaker 1: she screams bloody murder, and I always know is if
- 9:13Speaker 1: she has fully blown out her diaper and she's hungry.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But even when she's.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Hungry, she's hungry. She doesn't like scream or cry. She
- 9:20Speaker 3: goes out. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:25Speaker 2: I know the feeling. I know her pain.
- 9:29Speaker 1: She always tired, always tired and hungry.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I want to go. Yeah, we'll let you.
- 9:36Speaker 1: It's fine, crooked hat, stuff around your mouth, and it
- 9:40Speaker 1: would just all work together, flawlessly.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Come into this world the same way you leave it.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Lisa Renna made a pretty penny off of her depends ads.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Well she rocked him.
- 9:56Speaker 5: Well, oh yeah, I think you could pull off in
- 9:59Speaker 5: that little I don't want to depend.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Sorry, I don't want to go there.
- 10:03Speaker 4: I see a giant depends in the garden, I will
- 10:07Speaker 4: be moving out.
- 10:08Speaker 1: There was one time, you guys, when I was super
- 10:12Speaker 1: fucked up and it was my birthday and we went
- 10:14Speaker 1: to Laughlin, which is like I think in Nevada. It's
- 10:17Speaker 1: a huge river and you have river houses and then
- 10:20Speaker 1: you take floaties up and you float down to where
- 10:23Speaker 1: your house is. And someone bought depends to be like, oh,
- 10:28Speaker 1: you're old now or whatever. Actually I think it was
- 10:30Speaker 1: the guy was fucking it was his birthday and they
- 10:32Speaker 1: got him depends. That makes more sense. Sorry, mom. Yes,
- 10:36Speaker 1: back in the day, used to have sex. Not anymore.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Fuck but my best friend Danny and I put them
- 10:44Speaker 1: on to see if they actually worked, and you can
- 10:47Speaker 1: absolutely pee in them a lot and be totally fine.
- 10:50Speaker 2: We'll look at the Housewives of New York.
- 10:53Speaker 1: But Sonya Sony Morgan where it depends on the plane
- 10:56Speaker 1: and she lets him hang out of her jeans. She
- 10:58Speaker 1: doesn't even care, No, she didn't care at all. I
- 11:00Speaker 1: think what.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Lets herself on the plane.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Yeah, she'd rather do that than get up and use
- 11:04Speaker 5: the airplane bathroom.
- 11:06Speaker 4: I'd rather squat over that do my best to get
- 11:10Speaker 4: it in than to sit in my own urine and then.
- 11:13Speaker 2: To walk through out ever and get it. Uber depends
- 11:17Speaker 2: on she's just ubering.
- 11:19Speaker 3: It depends just full of liquid.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Let's not talk about it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know if I should give a trigger
- 11:26Speaker 1: warning before this. How did we get onto this?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Because you come into the world as you leave the world.
- 11:31Speaker 3: That's right, it depends.
- 11:33Speaker 1: That's right, and now it depends and now because.
- 11:37Speaker 3: You depend on them.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Oh, we got onto it because of my baby that
- 11:42Speaker 1: she was the most special thing to come out of
- 11:44Speaker 1: twenty twenty four. What I want to go into twenty
- 11:48Speaker 1: twenty five with I cannot even tell you because I
- 11:54Speaker 1: feel like in twenty twenty four, even though I'm excited
- 11:57Speaker 1: to leave a specific thing behind, I had the best
- 12:01Speaker 1: freaking year. I had so much fun. So I think
- 12:05Speaker 1: in twenty twenty five, all I'm going to hope for
- 12:09Speaker 1: is health for myself, my kids, my family, and just
- 12:15Speaker 1: so many belly laughs. I want to have belly laughs
- 12:18Speaker 1: the same way I did in twenty twenty four.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Health and happiness.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Health and happiness is all I'm wishing for in the
- 12:24Speaker 1: new year. I asked my friends on Instagram what they're
- 12:33Speaker 1: hoping for this year, and I actually really because I
- 12:36Speaker 1: think they're very relatable.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Yeah, read them so I can steal some.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Okay, So this person said no more PPD slash PPA.
- 12:45Speaker 1: So that's postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. And Sheena Shay
- 12:50Speaker 1: has spoken about this a lot because she struggles or
- 12:53Speaker 1: struggled with the same thing with Summer Moon. I think
- 12:56Speaker 1: it's gotten better, but she still goes he's a therapist,
- 13:01Speaker 1: but she said struggled really bad after my son was
- 13:04Speaker 1: born also on nine to three, tried to enjoy. So
- 13:09Speaker 1: she's four months in and I feel like when you're
- 13:13Speaker 1: struggling with something like that, I think going into twenty
- 13:17Speaker 1: twenty five. And again I'm not a doctor, and I'm
- 13:20Speaker 1: not trying to give this person advice, but to make
- 13:24Speaker 1: a mental note that when you're going through the depression
- 13:27Speaker 1: or the anxiety, you have to reach out to someone.
- 13:30Speaker 1: And I think it's very important to have a doctor
- 13:33Speaker 1: on call who can if you have to be on medication,
- 13:36Speaker 1: like take advantage of science.
- 13:39Speaker 5: I well, I had postponum depression with both of you,
- 13:42Speaker 5: and I can totally relate. I think you need to
- 13:45Speaker 5: share with people how you're feeling. Guess what I'm expressive
- 13:48Speaker 5: with it, like tell him you're struggling today, and then
- 13:51Speaker 5: maybe that Frank can get you out of the house
- 13:54Speaker 5: or get a plan.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Sometimes a little conversation like I I'll say, because it
- 13:59Speaker 4: was August sixth I'm leaving liquor in twenty twenty four.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Wow.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Yes, because my mental state now right is incredible.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So let me ask you something Easton, because that's going
- 14:17Speaker 1: to be a shock for people to hear because we
- 14:20Speaker 1: did this podcast and we actually spoke about how you
- 14:24Speaker 1: have not had a drink in quite some time. Yes,
- 14:26Speaker 1: So to say now on this podcast that you're leaving
- 14:29Speaker 1: liquor behind because.
- 14:30Speaker 3: I did this, I did.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Six months at the very beginning, very beginning, okay.
- 14:35Speaker 4: And then after that six months, I was like, Okay,
- 14:39Speaker 4: I feel okay, and then I did start.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Drinking unbeknownst to us, unowns to you guys. Yes, and
- 14:45Speaker 3: I'm an alcoholic. I'm not ashamed to say it. If
- 14:48Speaker 3: you are.
- 14:48Speaker 1: This is where Oh, there's there's some people talking about this,
- 14:51Speaker 1: so I love it every.
- 14:52Speaker 3: No I was an alcoholic.
- 14:53Speaker 4: There were things that I was doing because I have
- 14:57Speaker 4: demons and it's not up to anybody but me, and
- 15:01Speaker 4: those demons were tamed by a sponsor that I have
- 15:07Speaker 4: who any time I feel very out of place mentally,
- 15:10Speaker 4: not even feeling like I need a drink, I talked
- 15:14Speaker 4: to him in like two minutes of that conversation. It's
- 15:18Speaker 4: almost like therapy that I got out of my own head.
- 15:22Speaker 4: And so since August sixth, I've been sober, no marijuana.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Nothing, thank you.
- 15:28Speaker 4: And the one thing that I really will say and
- 15:30Speaker 4: I could cry about it is like I was so
- 15:33Speaker 4: fucked up mentally and I didn't know why, and after
- 15:37Speaker 4: I found sobriety, like my feelings I now know are
- 15:42Speaker 4: vallet talking to people is the best thing that I've
- 15:46Speaker 4: ever done, and being honest about it. But being able
- 15:51Speaker 4: to say leaving liquor in twenty twenty four and having
- 15:54Speaker 4: the mental thing like just having a mental has been amazing,
- 16:01Speaker 4: and being able to feel stressed and feel anxiety. I
- 16:06Speaker 4: am medicated, and I thank God that I was sober
- 16:10Speaker 4: to go and get medicated so I could be honest
- 16:13Speaker 4: about it and I'm now on two meds for sleeping
- 16:17Speaker 4: and anxiety and I need them and I talked honestly
- 16:22Speaker 4: about it. And that's the one thing that just all
- 16:24Speaker 4: of this has brought me is I now know who
- 16:27Speaker 4: I am. My feelings now are valid to me. I
- 16:31Speaker 4: don't care if they're valid to anyone else, but now
- 16:33Speaker 4: I'm honest to myself and it.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Just feels very very good. Aunt tea thank you, no,
- 16:40Speaker 3: thank you moment. But yeah, no, I struggled.
- 16:43Speaker 4: I you know, I was always an alcoholic, but it
- 16:48Speaker 4: really kicked up when I lost Dad.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Yeah, and then there's just little things that like will
- 16:54Speaker 3: crumble me. And that's where that phone call really saves me.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:00Speaker 3: So that's beautiful.
- 17:02Speaker 4: So yes, very proud to say that I'm happy to
- 17:05Speaker 4: leave just all of that in twenty twenty four and
- 17:09Speaker 4: enter twenty twenty five with a healthy mental state of mind.
- 17:13Speaker 3: I love that, Yes, no, and I absolutely love it.
- 17:17Speaker 4: And I think you guys for being able to deal
- 17:20Speaker 4: with the bullshit that I put you through one and
- 17:23Speaker 4: number two just being there for me through all of
- 17:25Speaker 4: this and being the biggest support that I have.
- 17:27Speaker 3: So thank you, guys.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Yes, We've got you always in forever. Yes, That's one
- 17:32Speaker 1: thing that I love about the family that I've been
- 17:38Speaker 1: blessed with is we will drop everything for each other.
- 17:44Speaker 1: We're not far away from each other.
- 17:46Speaker 3: I don't want to be there.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I don't either.
- 17:48Speaker 3: I don't either.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Really.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Yeah, Like, I really wish that everybody could experience this
- 17:55Speaker 4: family dynamic, because it really is next to none.
- 17:59Speaker 2: I feel so blessed.
- 18:01Speaker 4: No, I really do to like and to see like
- 18:03Speaker 4: landon our you know, our pod, to see his mom
- 18:07Speaker 4: who doesn't live here, but to see her and talk
- 18:09Speaker 4: to us like how he feels so close and connected,
- 18:13Speaker 4: and how we have made like made him part of
- 18:16Speaker 4: our family. And that's it just as special. And I
- 18:18Speaker 4: wish people could, you know, receive the love and the
- 18:22Speaker 4: support that you guys give me.
- 18:23Speaker 2: It really is well and vice versa.
- 18:26Speaker 1: One hundred percent. You are You're the brightest light in
- 18:30Speaker 1: this family. And I think that sobriety has I think
- 18:35Speaker 1: when you started going down the road of drinking again,
- 18:39Speaker 1: I could tell that your light was being dimmed, and
- 18:42Speaker 1: sobriety has made you brighter than you have ever been.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I'm so inspired by you. I'm so proud of you.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Well I was, I got it from you, So thank you.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Well you cheers don't go unnoticed.
- 18:55Speaker 1: You You have lived by the pro that is not easy.
- 19:02Speaker 1: There are moments that I look at you and think
- 19:05Speaker 1: I need to do better. So it's very important that
- 19:08Speaker 1: you are an excellent representation of that program.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Well, thank you, and I strive for it and it's
- 19:14Speaker 3: become a higher power for me. I love it.
- 19:16Speaker 1: So we know what Easan's leaving behind in twenty twenty four.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Yeah, so there's that. So I'm leaving that behind it
- 19:21Speaker 3: that's going to help a lot of people. I hope
- 19:24Speaker 3: it does. And I just really hope that just call
- 19:27Speaker 3: somebody it fucking helps. It does.
- 19:30Speaker 4: Yeah, And just being honest and it's crazy when you're
- 19:33Speaker 4: honest with somebody and you're the honesty, they will give
- 19:38Speaker 4: you back. And to know that you're not alone, Like
- 19:42Speaker 4: there's so many things that I thought I was alone
- 19:44Speaker 4: on Yeah, and just talking to this person that I
- 19:47Speaker 4: didn't even maybe trust enough, but I needed it off
- 19:51Speaker 4: of me and then to hear him just relate and
- 19:55Speaker 4: even worse things and it's like, damn, I'm not alone.
- 19:59Speaker 3: We're in this together and now I have you. I
- 20:03Speaker 3: love it, and it really no, it's amazing.
- 20:04Speaker 1: So and it's yours and it's mine, it's all yours.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Manifesting progress with mental health, journey and relationships. I think
- 20:14Speaker 1: that that's the best way to go about twenty twenty five.
- 20:16Speaker 1: If you can just say I want a healthy mental
- 20:20Speaker 1: state and I want good people around me, that is
- 20:23Speaker 1: a great way to enter twenty twenty five. Leaving behind
- 20:26Speaker 1: drama and those not rooted in my life positively so important.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I'm such a fan of burning the bridge.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Well you know what I like.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Well, if it's already yeah, burn it down.
- 20:37Speaker 1: What'd you say, mom Ice?
- 20:38Speaker 2: Look at friends like cleaning out my closet. They don't
- 20:41Speaker 2: add to my world. Gotta go, gotta go.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Friends are like wardrobe, they don't fit. Yeah, gotta go.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Yeah. I love that.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Yeah, and I I do not get offended when people
- 20:55Speaker 1: say you have no friends. Great. That means I don't
- 20:58Speaker 1: have a lot of liabilities.
- 20:59Speaker 3: I have.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I have gone in and I have hands selected each
- 21:02Speaker 1: look perfectly fits well. It is it is custom made baby.
- 21:08Speaker 4: When it comes to la other places this term, I
- 21:11Speaker 4: rather have a dollar than four quarters. I rather have
- 21:14Speaker 4: a dollar than the hundreds of pennies that these people
- 21:16Speaker 4: are just collecting. Around one friend friend friend. It's like
- 21:20Speaker 4: I'll stick to my one dollar bill.
- 21:21Speaker 3: You know what, quality, That's how I feel.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think a lot of people can relate
- 21:28Speaker 1: to that, because this is this is what I hope
- 21:32Speaker 1: for for my friends. You guys, if you go out
- 21:37Speaker 1: with people and you leave feeling like you have a
- 21:41Speaker 1: pit in your stomach, you wish you wouldn't have said
- 21:44Speaker 1: something you didn't like the way this went, that is
- 21:48Speaker 1: not a group you should be around any longer. You
- 21:50Speaker 1: should leave a group of friends feeling revived, inspired, happy, happy,
- 21:56Speaker 1: and if there's only one person that makes you feel
- 21:59Speaker 1: that way, consider yourself very lucky.
- 22:02Speaker 4: I've said it once and I'll say it again. If
- 22:04Speaker 4: I have to watch what I say in front of you,
- 22:07Speaker 4: then you're really not my friend. I'm not saying like
- 22:10Speaker 4: I'm out here just saying crazy shit. It's just I
- 22:14Speaker 4: don't want to have to You want to be honest, yes,
- 22:16Speaker 4: I want to be honest and everybody I.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Can not be judged.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Yes.
- 22:20Speaker 4: The people who know me know where I come from,
- 22:22Speaker 4: So I just like my little group. They know who
- 22:25Speaker 4: I am, I know who they are.
- 22:26Speaker 3: We are great.
- 22:27Speaker 1: You can sit in silence and it's not awkward leaving
- 22:31Speaker 1: behind my addiction and looking forward to finding out who
- 22:33Speaker 1: I am without alcohol.
- 22:35Speaker 3: It's a fun experience.
- 22:37Speaker 4: And I'll say that's the biggest struggle that I'm finding
- 22:40Speaker 4: right now is who am I?
- 22:42Speaker 3: Yeah, like, what do I really love?
- 22:45Speaker 1: You know, you went into this episode saying I don't
- 22:48Speaker 1: want leave anything, to leave anything behind, and I want
- 22:52Speaker 1: it and so far, just in this episode, with what
- 22:54Speaker 1: our friends have written in, you've said I'm leaving alcohol
- 22:57Speaker 1: behind and you're excited for twenty twenty twenty twenty five
- 23:00Speaker 1: to find out who you are.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Yeah, but I thought it. Our viewers, I know they help, right, Oh,
- 23:06Speaker 3: they're the greatest.
- 23:07Speaker 1: No, it's because we're all in this together. Like life
- 23:09Speaker 1: is so complicated and we're all experiencing pretty much the
- 23:13Speaker 1: same thing. The nuances may be different, but we all
- 23:16Speaker 1: can relate.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Well, you know, I think it's hard too, coming from
- 23:20Speaker 5: where I came from as a teenager and a young adult.
- 23:24Speaker 5: We didn't have the cell phones, we didn't have all
- 23:27Speaker 5: the social media, we didn't have anything.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Well, no, it's a comparison now like all these kids,
- 23:32Speaker 4: it's a comparison. How are you not going into the
- 23:34Speaker 4: world with anxiety It's so true.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Honestly, on Instagram, if I see something that I don't
- 23:41Speaker 1: that I'm not vibing with because it's making me feel
- 23:44Speaker 1: and I feel like, we sit here and we're like, Oh,
- 23:48Speaker 1: you can't see this because you're insecure, you can't see
- 23:51Speaker 1: this because you're jealous. Whatever. The reason I don't need
- 23:54Speaker 1: to label it. All I know is I don't feel
- 23:56Speaker 1: good when I see it. I don't feel great when
- 23:59Speaker 1: I see you living your best life. Has nothing to
- 24:03Speaker 1: do with you, it has everything to do with me.
- 24:05Speaker 2: I got it.
- 24:06Speaker 1: So I kindly tap on the image not interested, and
- 24:10Speaker 1: I go about my business because it is not natural
- 24:15Speaker 1: to see what people are doing across the world who
- 24:18Speaker 1: you don't know. You would never know that they even existed,
- 24:22Speaker 1: by Lamborghinis for Christmas twenty seven, Burken bags and all
- 24:27Speaker 1: the shit that I just like, I don't need to see.
- 24:29Speaker 1: I watch Housewives, I got it. People live cool lives,
- 24:33Speaker 1: but they also show the real side, right. I don't
- 24:35Speaker 1: want to see like a quick snapshot of you driving
- 24:39Speaker 1: around in a five hundred thousand dollars car with your
- 24:42Speaker 1: super fucking hot husband and baby daddy and like living
- 24:47Speaker 1: the dream. I don't it makes me feel like I'm
- 24:50Speaker 1: not doing enough.
- 24:51Speaker 3: I like that.
- 24:52Speaker 5: Yes, I like seeing the person that rescued the dog
- 24:55Speaker 5: or the like I like the animal videos.
- 24:57Speaker 2: And that's right.
- 24:59Speaker 1: What does that call the algorithm?
- 25:02Speaker 2: Algorithm?
- 25:03Speaker 3: Yeah, you're for you page and all of that is good.
- 25:06Speaker 1: So in order to make me feel like I'm good
- 25:09Speaker 1: and I'm gonna be grateful for the things that I
- 25:11Speaker 1: do have, I need to silence the noise.
- 25:14Speaker 4: That's it's like it's an recovering alcoholic like myself, following
- 25:19Speaker 4: all of these martini things and then making drinks like, well, I.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Have to distance myself from that. So that's what I do.
- 25:26Speaker 1: And I'm telling you, nothing makes my mouth water more
- 25:28Speaker 1: than a martini and a glass of sparkling rose on
- 25:32Speaker 1: a rooftop. I'm like, that looks fucking fun.
- 25:35Speaker 3: That looks We're very different. I was a big alcoholic,
- 25:38Speaker 3: just a good old shot. Hated the taste.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Just get her back, No, because I got addicted to
- 25:43Speaker 1: like the That's what we were gonna name next dog.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Dog.
- 25:50Speaker 1: And a family that's fully sober. We've got a dog
- 25:53Speaker 1: named Prosecca.
- 25:54Speaker 4: It can only be named Prosecco if it's a pit bull,
- 25:56Speaker 4: though not like a fife dog.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Because then it's too crazy.
- 26:00Speaker 2: We'll call her pressy, pressy.
- 26:03Speaker 3: I'll just call her pussy. At that point, I'm I'm
- 26:07Speaker 3: gonna call her call herco.
- 26:08Speaker 2: I like, I don't like pep. I do sounds like here.
- 26:13Speaker 3: I don't like the name Prosecco anymore. We'll find a
- 26:16Speaker 3: new one. I like the name Griselda Brasel does great.
- 26:21Speaker 1: It was a fantastic I mean, it was the one
- 26:24Speaker 1: role that I watched Sophia Vangara play that I was like, damn,
- 26:28Speaker 1: she got her acting chops.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Should we tell her to tell Lauren? What what Bernice did?
- 26:34Speaker 3: What we were read town?
- 26:40Speaker 2: What she chewed? Your designer pillow that was on the couch.
- 26:44Speaker 1: What designer pillow?
- 26:46Speaker 2: The cool one with it?
- 26:47Speaker 3: Just pretend you didn't hear it.
- 26:50Speaker 2: She cheat the corner of it. What you don't even
- 26:54Speaker 2: know what pillow?
- 26:55Speaker 1: No, it was the cool like the small I was
- 26:58Speaker 1: wondering where it was. I was like, maybe I'll take
- 27:01Speaker 1: that and put it on my bed.
- 27:02Speaker 2: And now it's gone, well we can kind of tuck.
- 27:06Speaker 1: No, no, no, you're gonna buy me a new one.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Not me.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I don't do anything.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Your dog dead?
- 27:12Speaker 3: How was you're the one that wanted when I love
- 27:16Speaker 3: how they are my dogs when something goes wrong.
- 27:18Speaker 4: But then there are our dogs when they need to
- 27:21Speaker 4: protect the house that you know what, it's in your home,
- 27:25Speaker 4: you deal with.
- 27:27Speaker 1: The Reprogres podcast is all about love, light and just
- 27:31Speaker 1: being grateful for.
- 27:34Speaker 3: You get home Landon. Landon was freaking out. He's like,
- 27:38Speaker 3: he's gonna be pissed. I was like, bro, your home.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I'm home. It's gonna happen.
- 27:43Speaker 5: Well, you know what's so funny is I saw it
- 27:45Speaker 5: like in the in the garage and I'm like, oh,
- 27:48Speaker 5: Megan didn't like this pillow.
- 27:50Speaker 2: It's so pretty, so I brought it in and then
- 27:52Speaker 2: I saw the corner like, oh.
- 27:54Speaker 4: She came immediately to mellow and I thought, oh no,
- 28:02Speaker 4: so far that dog has chewed my pillow, ship on
- 28:06Speaker 4: my rug, thrown up on my rug.
- 28:08Speaker 3: She didn't sh on it. There was no ships. Those
- 28:12Speaker 3: were throw us. Yeah, okay, wrong end. I'd rather have
- 28:17Speaker 3: a throw ship.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Back to We're grateful. Things don't matter.
- 28:22Speaker 3: And with the new set up upstairs, we're getting a
- 28:25Speaker 3: little dog bed so she can.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Chew all of Ocean's toys.
- 28:32Speaker 3: She'll be entertained by the dogs. We got to get
- 28:35Speaker 3: that keeps her active. She gets up, she'll bark at
- 28:37Speaker 3: the dog she sits.
- 28:38Speaker 1: This is not great for me to start implementing my
- 28:43Speaker 1: Let's not be stressed. I'm a little stressed about the pillow.
- 28:47Speaker 1: I'm stressed just about the dogs. What's next now, That's
- 28:50Speaker 1: what I'm going to be thinking. They choose a pillow for.
- 28:52Speaker 3: How many years?
- 28:53Speaker 2: All materialistic stuff? It can all be all love years ago.
- 28:58Speaker 1: It's just materialistic, John I. I look forward to the
- 29:00Speaker 1: replacement pillow.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Guys, you look at each other.
- 29:04Speaker 3: You guys wanted the dogs for protection. You got them.
- 29:07Speaker 2: You'll be waged for a while, you know what.
- 29:10Speaker 1: It's fine, we're for I'm also excited to leave the
- 29:14Speaker 1: pillow behind in.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Twenty twenty four because that's when it happened.
- 29:21Speaker 1: All the toxic people that don't care. And to love
- 29:25Speaker 1: myself more. Could you love yourself any more than you
- 29:28Speaker 1: already do?
- 29:28Speaker 2: Lisa, No, I think I'm the beast knees. I love
- 29:35Speaker 2: when you say that, and my grandkids make me feel
- 29:38Speaker 2: that way.
- 29:38Speaker 3: They love you.
- 29:39Speaker 1: What is one thing you would change about yourself personality wise?
- 29:44Speaker 3: Having one?
- 29:45Speaker 2: Oh, I'm just riding singer. That was a singer. Okay,
- 29:50Speaker 2: what would I take myself personality wise?
- 29:53Speaker 1: Yeah, because she wants to love herself more so I
- 29:55Speaker 1: want to know because you love yourself and I'm thrilled
- 29:57Speaker 1: about that. That's what I think everyone should feel about themselves.
- 30:00Speaker 3: And we got it.
- 30:00Speaker 1: You're in love with yourself. But if you could venture
- 30:03Speaker 1: into a universe where you had to, what would it be?
- 30:08Speaker 5: I think for me, I wish I was not so
- 30:11Speaker 5: add going from like leaving one thing going to another.
- 30:15Speaker 3: They make medication for that.
- 30:17Speaker 2: I'm too old, too old, yeah, to get together?
- 30:22Speaker 3: All right, Wait, she's too old. I really, I'm not
- 30:27Speaker 3: kidding you.
- 30:28Speaker 4: I will walk, I will go to do I'll be like,
- 30:30Speaker 4: I gotta go to my room to grab that before
- 30:32Speaker 4: I leave. I will go into my room, put the
- 30:34Speaker 4: odorant on, sprits myself, look at myself in the mirror, leave,
- 30:38Speaker 4: and then forget what I went there for.
- 30:40Speaker 3: But you do that.
- 30:41Speaker 4: So that is the other reason why I'm okay being
- 30:44Speaker 4: is because the apple does not fall far from the tree.
- 30:47Speaker 1: It's true, you know what, though, I feel like that's
- 30:50Speaker 1: becoming more and more common because I too have to remember, like, no,
- 30:55Speaker 1: finish this one thing before you move on.
- 30:57Speaker 3: I can't even start something.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Do you know what I wish I could tell me?
- 31:01Speaker 3: Well, I wish I could.
- 31:02Speaker 2: No, I wish I could walk without being so stiff.
- 31:05Speaker 1: By the way, you're passing that on to me, and
- 31:07Speaker 1: I think I have our arthritis you too, Oh well,
- 31:12Speaker 1: I'm denying mind over matter. I bought this incredible supplement.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I've heard nothing but great things. It literally has everything
- 31:22Speaker 1: in it because I googled what should I be taking
- 31:26Speaker 1: for arthritis? And I'm thirty four, you guys. And I
- 31:29Speaker 1: was talking to Joe when we were in Hawaii and
- 31:31Speaker 1: he was like, I mean people used to die around
- 31:33Speaker 1: that age, and I'm like, oh, lovely, but that's true. Yeah,
- 31:37Speaker 1: like thirty four, you were getting up there back in
- 31:39Speaker 1: the day before like modern day medicine.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Yeah, you were dying around like a great apes.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Yeah, we need to do the cold plunge.
- 31:46Speaker 1: The cold plunge that definitely helps. And also this supplement,
- 31:50Speaker 1: and I got it off of Amazon.
- 31:52Speaker 4: I'm not going to let our family lie and say
- 31:54Speaker 4: cold plunge. We get into a pool that isn't heated.
- 31:57Speaker 2: It's nice cold.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Yeah it wasn't thirty two.
- 32:01Speaker 1: I think it's freezing.
- 32:03Speaker 4: Most okay, Well, just to let you know, most people
- 32:06Speaker 4: with ice baths are literally breaking the top of the
- 32:09Speaker 4: ice bath to get into it.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Well, I'm happy for them. I don't.
- 32:13Speaker 4: I'm just saying I don't want people to think that here. No, no, no,
- 32:16Speaker 4: we get into a cold pool, which is.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Great cold plunge, that's what it's called. I'm not saying
- 32:20Speaker 1: I'm ice plunging. I'm going to Alaska.
- 32:23Speaker 2: We're not swim plunging. We are ice plunging.
- 32:26Speaker 3: No, we're cold plunging.
- 32:28Speaker 1: I'm getting into cold water.
- 32:30Speaker 3: We're ice plunging in a pool of no ice.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Like, I'm not trying to be an iceberg water. We
- 32:37Speaker 1: got into the not cold plunge we gonna and Lisa
- 32:42Speaker 1: goes to imagine being a person on the Titanic. I
- 32:49Speaker 1: was like, I can't, I would die, and then she's like,
- 32:51Speaker 1: they did die. I was like, oh shit, you're right,
- 32:53Speaker 1: they did die.
- 32:55Speaker 4: And then we told Landon and it goes. I think
- 32:58Speaker 4: they were thinking about a lot of other things than
- 33:00Speaker 4: the cold water.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I don't think you could. I truly, when we got
- 33:05Speaker 1: in the cold pool, I could not think of anything
- 33:07Speaker 1: else except for my bones are.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Going to snap. So Okay, I is that with you, guys.
- 33:15Speaker 1: So we're gonna cold plunge every day going into twenty
- 33:17Speaker 1: twenty five until the summertime, and it's gonna be warm.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Ready to manifest growing our family and keeping a positive
- 33:25Speaker 1: attitude with life. You know what, I love the first part,
- 33:31Speaker 1: ready to manifest growing our family, because I think that's
- 33:34Speaker 1: beautiful and that is my biggest hope and wish for
- 33:37Speaker 1: people who are wanting to grow their family keeping a
- 33:41Speaker 1: positive attitude. I'm assuming that is going towards her growing
- 33:45Speaker 1: her family. Anyone who says I want to keep a
- 33:49Speaker 1: positive attitude going into twenty twenty five, I think it's
- 33:54Speaker 1: okay to have your down days. It's okay to have
- 33:57Speaker 1: a day or two or three as long as you
- 34:01Speaker 1: can remember. And this is what me and me taught me,
- 34:04Speaker 1: This too shall pass.
- 34:06Speaker 2: And I love that saying.
- 34:07Speaker 1: I love it too because when I'm in a really
- 34:10Speaker 1: dark hole, I remember, like this feeling will not last forever,
- 34:15Speaker 1: just like I know these great times will not last forever,
- 34:18Speaker 1: So I better freaking enjoy that, because yes, because tomorrow
- 34:21Speaker 1: is a different day and you don't know what's gonna come.
- 34:24Speaker 1: So I think going into twenty twenty five, being like,
- 34:27Speaker 1: you know what I'm going to remember to when I
- 34:32Speaker 1: have great days, embrace them and hold on tight to them.
- 34:36Speaker 1: But know that if I have a day where I'm
- 34:38Speaker 1: not feeling fucking positive, that that's okay. It's okay to
- 34:42Speaker 1: be Like, life really fucking sucks right now, and I
- 34:44Speaker 1: thought it was gonna end last month, but it's still continuing.
- 34:49Speaker 1: It's not gonna last forever. There's ups and downs period.
- 34:53Speaker 2: What I always think, what can always be worse?
- 34:56Speaker 4: I it was just gonna say that, And every time
- 34:58Speaker 4: things what I always think terrible for me, I always
- 35:02Speaker 4: just accept it.
- 35:04Speaker 3: I breathe for a minute and then there's only up.
- 35:08Speaker 1: But there, right, what goes up must always come down,
- 35:13Speaker 1: and what.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Goes down will always flow down.
- 35:17Speaker 1: Yeah, if I'm in charge of the ball. If I'm
- 35:19Speaker 1: in charge of the ball, I'm throwing that shit up
- 35:22Speaker 1: and it's gonna come down. So just try and like
- 35:25Speaker 1: be okay with the lows, because this too shall pass.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I'm so happy you have that tattooed on you, right
- 35:33Speaker 1: or no.
- 35:33Speaker 2: You're no.
- 35:34Speaker 3: I want to get that tattoo on me. I have
- 35:36Speaker 3: a placement for it. I just need to get a
- 35:37Speaker 3: lot more.
- 35:38Speaker 1: This person, cutting out people who cause unhappiness and draw
- 35:41Speaker 1: in my life. I want peace and happiness. I fully agree,
- 35:46Speaker 1: always choose your piece, leaving behind being a people pleaser
- 35:49Speaker 1: and adding some boundaries to be happier.
- 35:51Speaker 2: I love this.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Can I tell you I had this experience recently. I
- 35:57Speaker 1: think people this is something that people do. I don't
- 36:00Speaker 1: know about me when there is a camera that turns
- 36:03Speaker 1: on for vander pump Roles, let's just say, because that's
- 36:06Speaker 1: where most people know me from, there's something that shifts
- 36:10Speaker 1: in me where it is real life. But I know
- 36:14Speaker 1: that I'm also on television. I have to approach things
- 36:19Speaker 1: head on right. And that's why I say it's very
- 36:22Speaker 1: therapeutic for me when I'm filming. It's definitely an environment
- 36:26Speaker 1: that gets me going, but it's very therapeutic because I
- 36:29Speaker 1: say exactly how I'm feeling when that camera turns off.
- 36:33Speaker 1: I don't want confrontation. I allow people to speak to
- 36:37Speaker 1: me and say things to me that if there were
- 36:39Speaker 1: a camera on, I would call them on on it
- 36:41Speaker 1: right then. If I didn't want to do something, I
- 36:44Speaker 1: wouldn't do it. When I'm in regular life, I will
- 36:48Speaker 1: come up with excuse after excuse to not do something
- 36:51Speaker 1: I don't want to do, just to make sure I
- 36:54Speaker 1: don't hurt anyone's feelings. I'm done with it, yep. Moving forward,
- 36:59Speaker 1: If someone, for example, reaches out and says, hey, do
- 37:02Speaker 1: you want to go and do this, I'm not going
- 37:04Speaker 1: to try and figure out an excuse on why I
- 37:06Speaker 1: can't do it. I'm simply going to say I don't
- 37:09Speaker 1: think I would enjoy that. I hope you have a
- 37:11Speaker 1: great time.
- 37:12Speaker 4: I'm taking that with me too, because that's the other thing.
- 37:15Speaker 4: People that I will ask will say I'm not interested
- 37:20Speaker 4: have fun, and I take it. But I'm such a
- 37:23Speaker 4: pushover and I feel you're the same way. Yeah. When
- 37:26Speaker 4: people ask me to go and do something and I'm
- 37:28Speaker 4: like no, I'm okay, they are always pushing.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Because they know if they push me, I'll go yes.
- 37:34Speaker 3: So I need to stand on. I'm not going I'm
- 37:37Speaker 3: happy for you right, call me after yeah, And That's.
- 37:41Speaker 4: What I'm going to start doing as well as being
- 37:43Speaker 4: because then I go and then I'm a wet blanket
- 37:46Speaker 4: and I'm not fun because I don't want to be there.
- 37:49Speaker 3: So I just need to say I don't want to.
- 37:51Speaker 5: Be there, and you, especially don't want to go if
- 37:53Speaker 5: you're hungry because you get hanged.
- 37:55Speaker 3: No, I'm a hangry motherfucker.
- 37:57Speaker 1: And Easton if you haven't eaten you definitely beforehand.
- 38:01Speaker 2: I'm living Disneyland.
- 38:03Speaker 3: Yeah, oh my gosh, well Disneyland was on its own thing.
- 38:08Speaker 1: I was when east since angry. It's absolutely her red.
- 38:13Speaker 1: This person's going into their villain era to protect her peace.
- 38:16Speaker 1: I'm just so on board.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that's what I'm gonna Yeah, it's my
- 38:20Speaker 3: villain era. Who is it who said that?
- 38:23Speaker 1: Olivia underscore Leanne ninety three.
- 38:26Speaker 3: I'm taking that from Olivia. That is a really good one.
- 38:29Speaker 1: Leaving behind anxiety, pray for me, and manifesting the best
- 38:33Speaker 1: life for my daughter who.
- 38:35Speaker 3: Was two months Congratulations on her.
- 38:38Speaker 1: That's a beautiful note to leave on because I think
- 38:41Speaker 1: anyone and maybe not you, Lisa, because you don't think
- 38:44Speaker 1: this way. But I know that the moment that I
- 38:48Speaker 1: have even with Ocean, who's three, but the moment she
- 38:50Speaker 1: was born, now she's getting older, the moment Sosa was born,
- 38:54Speaker 1: I literally look at them and I'm like, I don't
- 38:57Speaker 1: ever want you to experience heartbreak. I will do everything
- 39:01Speaker 1: in my power to make sure that you don't hurt
- 39:04Speaker 1: a day in your life, and it's just simply you
- 39:09Speaker 1: can't do it. It's impossible.
- 39:10Speaker 4: No, But what you can do is make sure that
- 39:12Speaker 4: you stay away. You can't protecting yourself too for your
- 39:17Speaker 4: kid because your kid will take on that energy. So
- 39:20Speaker 4: you got to protect your yourself as well as your child,
- 39:22Speaker 4: of course. So I want also people to put themselves,
- 39:25Speaker 4: not always first, but on the bad days, put yourself first,
- 39:28Speaker 4: because putting yourself first will put the baby in a
- 39:31Speaker 4: better position right around you, like you being.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Your best self. Yes, will then benefits everything everybody.
- 39:39Speaker 2: I agree.
- 39:41Speaker 1: But with this season on Salt Lake with Mary sitting
- 39:44Speaker 1: there and her son just opened up about struggling with addiction,
- 39:47Speaker 1: and she's like, where did I go wrong?
- 39:48Speaker 3: Like? Who?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Who else can I blame?
- 39:50Speaker 3: It's just me?
- 39:51Speaker 4: I wish I could tell her that it's it's no mother.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Mom has been the best mom in the world, been
- 39:57Speaker 4: there for me for everything. There's hicc in life that
- 40:01Speaker 4: just cause you to think, why am I here?
- 40:03Speaker 3: Right?
- 40:04Speaker 2: You come the way you are?
- 40:05Speaker 3: Absolutely so this isn't on Mary.
- 40:07Speaker 4: This isn't on her not being involved enough for anything
- 40:11Speaker 4: she could have been with him twenty four to seven
- 40:12Speaker 4: until this day, and he.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Could still have that same thought. Absolutely, It's just it
- 40:16Speaker 3: is what it is. And he's at that age too
- 40:19Speaker 3: of like who am I What do I do for
- 40:22Speaker 3: a career?
- 40:23Speaker 1: What what am I doing with my life?
- 40:24Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's a big struggle.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Watching Instagram and everybody living.
- 40:28Speaker 3: Not only that, but like seeing the success of your
- 40:31Speaker 3: parents and things like that.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Yeah, you want to amount to what they have. So
- 40:35Speaker 4: it's not what you know, it's just that's his mental
- 40:38Speaker 4: and how he looks at it. You like Mary having
- 40:41Speaker 4: that conversation is what needed to be done. She did
- 40:45Speaker 4: everything she did, it happened.
- 40:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:47Speaker 2: I think that she was there for him and she's
- 40:49Speaker 2: there she I think Mary's.
- 40:50Speaker 3: A great mom.
- 40:51Speaker 1: But these are these are thoughts that every parent goes through.
- 40:54Speaker 1: And that's why I hope that people with kids and
- 40:57Speaker 1: people without can go in to this year and beyond
- 41:01Speaker 1: and realize that it doesn't always have to do with parenting.
- 41:05Speaker 1: You could be the best most hands on parent in
- 41:07Speaker 1: the world. People are people and are our little sweet
- 41:11Speaker 1: angels turn into whoever whoever they come as. Like I
- 41:15Speaker 1: sit and look at ocean and I'm like I have
- 41:18Speaker 1: disciplined in every type of way. I've brought down the hammer,
- 41:22Speaker 1: I've practiced gentle parenting, and she still just is who
- 41:27Speaker 1: she is and there's nothing I can do to change that.
- 41:31Speaker 1: So just to go easy on yourself. But I'm also
- 41:33Speaker 1: manifesting a great next year with my children. That Yeah,
- 41:40Speaker 1: I want to thank you guys for listening to another
- 41:42Speaker 1: episode of the Give Them La La Podcast. Happy freaking
- 41:46Speaker 1: New Year.
- 41:46Speaker 2: My love.
- 41:49Speaker 3: Everybody Easton.
- 41:50Speaker 1: That was not event. That was you spreading some mad
- 41:54Speaker 1: wisdom knowledge. Hey, if not here where, nowhere, I love it.
