A $120,000 claim from a torched Orlando yard has insurance man Earl Portman convinced it's arson, but it's Portman's sharp-eyed wife Mike and the absent Carr brothers who give Johnny the real puzzle to untangle. Behind the palm trees, speedboats, and cocktails on the bay, someone stands to profit handsomely from a fire that wasn't an accident.
