Speaker 1: There was something talked about in the opening statement that kind of threw me for a loop and I need to figure out.
• 2:22
Speaker 1: I need y'all to help figure out who this person is that they spoke about.
• 2:27
Speaker 1: So I'm going to tell you that first and then we're going to get into the rest of it.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: But let me pull this up.

Speaker 1: You can keep your shoes on taco tuesday.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: Uh, everybody get you a good taco.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: Uh, and and and.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: We about to get into this.
• 3:00
Speaker 1: But before I even get into it, first thing I want to mention is this single mother that nobody really bringing up.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: But in the opening statements, of course, the prosecution laid out Cassie.
• 3:22
Speaker 1: They laid out Combs attacking everybody who cassie uh wanted to get with or deal with.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: You know the kid cuddy incident that we all know about.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: But then they slipped in.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: Uh, this jane doe, and and.
• 3:46
Speaker 1: Listen to this opening statement y'all, because I need y'all help on this one, because I got to get this out the way first, because I want y'all to be in the chat trying to figure this out now.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: In the opening statement on this diddy trial, the trial of the century, the freak off, freak offs of all freak offs In the opening statement, the government spent time detailing Sean Combs alleged freak offs.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: We know the freak offs were drug fueled sex parties featuring male escorts blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: But attorney emily johnson, speaking on behalf of the government, described a girlfriend of combs who's only being referred to as jane, so this person is anonymous.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: Uh, they say this jane began dating combs around 2020, maybe 2021, but let's say 2020 ish, and jane fell in love with combs rather quickly.
• 4:53
Speaker 1: Uh, the government says it's alleged that combs also forced jane to perform in freak offs, videotaping the events and then blackmailing her with the videos.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: And this is what made me think oh my god, hold on, who is this?
• 5:14
Speaker 1: And they say they were in still in a relationship as recently as last year.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: Now, the reason why I need y'all help is the only name that I can come up with that makes sense and it's just hard for me to believe, is the rapper Young Miami.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: And the reason why I say her is for a few reasons.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: One, she was dating diddy around this timeline.
• 5:48
  Speaker 1: Two, she's a single.
• 5:53
Speaker 1: She was a single mother already, because this one says, uh, in the opening statements they said that she was a single mother.
• 5:58
Speaker 1: And three, she is one of the few that I can name that was dating diddy or even remotely associated with diddy all the way up until pretty much a year ago when, all you know, before that, before this stuff went down.
• 6:14
Speaker 1: But it's just hard for me to believe that young miami would throw Diddy under the bus like this unless she was caught up in a lot of stuff that he had her do and she said, fuck it, I'm a victim.
• 6:34
Speaker 1: And he was blackmailing me with tapes the same way he did Cassie.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: So what I need y'all to be working on in the chat while I proceed in today's episode of the flow show, no filter, day one of the witness testimony, as I break everything down, I need y'all in the chat figuring out who this single mother who is anonymous they going by jane, who met diddy between 20 and 21 and fell in love quickly and was dating him or associated with him all the way up until last year.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: Only name I got for y'all is young miami.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: So go ahead, chat.
• 7:12
Speaker 1: I need y'all to work on that while we, while we dive into this.
• 7:18
Speaker 1: Um, if I was the recap, just put an overall recap.
• 7:23
Speaker 1: On day one, a witness testimony, and y'all know I'm going to be straightforward.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: If the defense team comes out guns blazing, you know, I'm going to let you know.
• 7:31
Speaker 1: If the prosecution kicking their ass, I'm going to let you know.
• 7:38
Speaker 1: So, after day one of witness testimony and we're going to break everything down.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: But just to recap it, I put it on my social media page.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: I would say I would recap it like this how do you like your diddy cooked?
• 7:49
Speaker 1: Do you like it, uh, pan seared?
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Uh, do you like the in the crock pot?
• 7:57
Speaker 1: Do you like it deep fried or do you like it baked?
• 7:59
Speaker 1: Because if day one is any representation on how the rest of this trial going to go, diddy ass is cooked.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: And I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: Y'all know I keep it real and it's a few reasons I say that.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: Number one the prosecution.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: They had two witnesses.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: The prosecution they had a.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: They had two witnesses.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: Uh, first witness was the, the security slash police officer who responded to the cassie diddy altercation that we all saw in that video when diddy beat the hell out of cassie.
• 8:41
Speaker 1: Uh, the responding officer security guard was the first one on the stand and I'm gonna break down his testimony.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: And the other person was the male sex worker that I told you we were going to be hearing from and he detailed a lot and before I get all the way into it, all I'm gonna say is this with those two witnesses, the prosecution proved what they were, what they came to prove, which is, uh, through the security guard, policemen, whatever uh, he definitely proved that there was bribery.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: He definitely proved that there was some type of intimidation and, to a certain degree, kidnapping.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say he all the way proved kidnapping, but uh, uh, it's insinuated from his testimony.
• 9:36
Speaker 1: But on the cross-examination and brian still did the cross-examining I was waiting for brianeele to light into them.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: I was waiting because Brian Steele's good at cross-examination and you know, when you pay big money for a defense, you're really paying for that cross-examination.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: And the cross-examination of both witnesses was very underwhelming, of both witnesses was very underwhelming.
• 10:10
Speaker 1: Um, they didn't get.
• 10:11
Speaker 1: They tried to catch the, the witnesses, up in lies or or inconsistencies in their story.
• 10:13
  Speaker 1: That didn't work.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: Um, they didn't have any dirt.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: They didn't make the two witnesses any less credible by, you know, bringing up maybe, stuff in their past, or bringing up things they may have said that were untrue, or just you know the typical ways that a defense tries to pick apart a witness.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: You know, destroy their credibility.
• 10:36
Speaker 1: That's the number one thing they try to do.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: And I was very surprised.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: It was like nothing, like they didn't have it.
• 10:45
Speaker 1: Because I wanted to bring you a moment to say man, when the defense said this, he, they made the witness that there was none of that.
• 10:55
Speaker 1: There was none of that.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: So day one for sure goes to the uh, goes to the prosecution.
• 11:05
  Speaker 1: They didn't.
• 11:07
  Speaker 1: It was crazy.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: We're going to get into it.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: Let me get into the breakdown of it and I'll kind of fill in the blanks as we go.
• 11:14
Speaker 1: So let's start with the security guard.
• 11:25
Speaker 1: Let's let me take you into the courtroom real quick, if y'all don't mind, y'all don't mind going in the courtroom with me, do y'all?
• 11:31
Speaker 1: We got it, because this is this was surprising.
• 11:37
Speaker 1: Like I said, I expected a lot more.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: It's only day one.
• 11:41
Speaker 1: So I'm not gonna say, I'm not gonna throw diddy's defense totally under bus on day one, it's just day one.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: But I am gonna be totally honest with y'all and say the defense did nothing but steal diddy's money yesterday and and and and I'm totally being, I don't know a better way to say it, but the opening statements they called to the stand the security guard and he detailed the events that went on.
• 12:24
Speaker 1: He said there was a disturbance on the floor I believe it was the sixth floor and he went there and it was Diddy and Cassie and Cassie was kind of curled up and he described Diddy as looking devilish and in Diddy as looking devilish and in Diddy fashion.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: They immediately had an altercation and what happened in that altercation is, he said, diddy, it was another guard with him and Diddy immediately took the guard's phone and he took the guard's phone and after he took the one guard's phone he went to try to take the guy who testified.
• 13:09
Speaker 1: He tried to take his phone and when he tried to take his phone the guy had to pin Diddy little ass to the wall and say, man, you know, give him back his phone and get the hell off of my phone and say man, you know, give him back his phone and get the hell off of my phone.
• 13:29
Speaker 1: And after that Diddy calmed his ass down and then proceeded to say, hey, don't tell nobody, and offer them a wad of cash.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: Now most people offered $100,000 to not say nothing and give up the security tape.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: Most people would take that money.
• 13:55
Speaker 1: It's hard to pass up $100,000.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: But the police officer or security I believe he was a security guard at this time and became a police officer or security I believe he was a security guard at this time and became a police officer later.
• 14:10
Speaker 1: The police officer did something surprising.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: He told Sean to keep his money.
• 14:17
Speaker 1: He didn't take his money.
• 14:19
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, he told him that the vase that he broke he's going to be charged for that.
• 14:26
Speaker 1: He has to pay for that.
• 14:27
  Speaker 1: Now.
• 14:30
Speaker 1: That brings me to my one of my points about how, how sorry the defense was and how they were grasping for straw.
• 14:37
Speaker 1: So I don't know if it's that this case is just particularly hard for them to defend because Diddy is dead to rights, or they just Brian still maybe hasn't had enough time on this case, but check this out, on cross examination, brian still tried to infer that.
• 15:03
Speaker 1: Well, maybe when Diddy offered you that wad of cash, he was offering to pay for the vase, and this was his strongest point that he tried to make on cross-examination.
• 15:21
Speaker 1: Brian Steele, if you're listening, ain't nobody in no damn jury pool or in the jury jury box or whatever you want to call it?
• 15:33
Speaker 1: Ain't nobody thinking, nobody offering no hundred thousand dollars for no damn vase?
• 15:38
Speaker 1: Did he get your money back?
• 15:42
Speaker 1: They stealing your money, bro, like, and I'm not, and y'all know I will.
• 15:47
  Speaker 1: I bring y'all the facts, I I will.
• 15:49
Speaker 1: I would love to be on here and tell you some shit that the defense did.
• 15:53
Speaker 1: That that was like.
• 15:55
Speaker 1: You know, that was noteworthy.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: But the only noteworthy things are stupid ass things that they said on cross-examination that I could.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: I was floored because, you know, after the the, the prosecution laid it down and said basically, you know, the guy even said that that Diddy was was trying to keep her there and keep shit going.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: Diddy was offering money left and right, which proves bribery, and Cassie did end up leaving, but this wasn't a freak off.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: So I'm thinking, all right, when it's time for the defense to cross examine, I'm like, oh, they about to light, they about to.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: You know, come with some heat.
• 16:42
Speaker 1: They about to light, they about to, you know, come with some heat.
• 16:47
Speaker 1: And I'm telling you, it's nothing for me to to really talk about, besides the fact that he tried to, the best thing the defense could come up with mr brian steel was.
• 16:56
Speaker 1: He tried to catch him up and say, well, how do you know?
• 17:00
Speaker 1: He wasn't offering to pay for the vase.
• 17:02
Speaker 1: I said, man, brian still, man, sit your ass down, you need to go do some more research.
• 17:08
Speaker 1: Man, this is a horrible cross-examination and I like brian still and he's normally.
• 17:13
Speaker 1: He's normally pretty good.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: But yesterday was not a good day for him and if I was to describe what it seemed like to me, it seems like a guy who came in at the last minute and ain't get enough time to prepare.
• 17:30
Speaker 1: And now he just shooting from the hip.
• 17:35
Speaker 1: And another thing that that's noteworthy about opening day before we get and we're going to get the the sex worker, because he was the star witness yesterday.
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: Um, trigger warning.
• 17:49
Speaker 1: It's nasty, um, but it's, it's relevant to this case.
• 17:53
Speaker 1: So I'm not gonna leave no details out.
• 17:55
Speaker 1: Just cover your ears if you don't want to hear some nasty shit.
• 17:58
Speaker 1: But this is the freak off trial of the century, which I expect.
• 18:04
Speaker 1: But another thing that I noticed is the person who's supposed to be the lead attorney his ass was just sitting in the corner, like you, better not say shit and that's mark agnophilia.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: So I want y'all to give me my flowers because I was the first person who said, back in september, when diddy was first charged and mark agnofilio was going on tmz and saying all kind of stupid shit, like saying that the thousand bottles of baby oil came from costco when costco had to come out and say, uh, uh, mark, uh, we don't even fucking carry that baby oil.
• 18:45
Speaker 1: And from that moment on I told y'all that mark agnophilio was terrible and was doing a horrible job, and it's gonna get worse as the when the trial comes.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: If y'all remember, I was the first and one of the only people, only person who stepped up and said something about how horrible Diddy's defense was even remotely back in that time was 50 Cent, and he was even months after I said it.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: And now we fast forward to the trial and once again, mr Told you so is looking like roses, because on paper they say Mark Agnefilio is the lead attorney, but the lead attorney on every case I ever looked at, even going back to the OJ case, johnny Cochran, that lead attorney, going to have some type of presence in opening testimony, and Mark Agnefilio was quiet as a church mouse.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: Like I said, he was so quiet you could hear a cat piss on cotton.
• 19:52
Speaker 1: You could hear an ant pass gas.
• 19:54
Speaker 1: It was almost like diddy and the team said look, mark, you done fucked up enough.
• 19:58
Speaker 1: Sit your ass down.
• 19:59
Speaker 1: Let tinny garagos, which is basically Mark Garagos, that's his daughter.
• 20:03
Speaker 1: It was Garagos and Brian Steele that did all the yapping, so I just wanted to bring that to your attention.
• 20:13
Speaker 1: There ain't nobody covering this diddy shit like me.
• 20:15
  Speaker 1: I'm so ahead.
• 20:16
Speaker 1: I got to wait months for everybody to catch up to the stuff I'm on.
• 20:20
Speaker 1: So let's, without further ado, let's get into this.
• 20:24
Speaker 1: Oh my God, the graphic testimony by the sex worker who said that Diddy called him numerous times Even Cassie called him numerous times for him to do the nasty stuff that we all here for, and what the trial is all basically about.
• 20:43
Speaker 1: So this comes from the variety.
• 20:45
Speaker 1: Uh, male escort gives graphic testimony about sexual encounters with sean combs and cassie and says he witnessed the beatings.
• 20:58
Speaker 1: Uh, so let's get into it.
• 21:03
Speaker 1: Article starts off Sean Diddy Combs sex trafficking trial escalated on Monday afternoon as Daniel Phillip, a 41 year old male escort, was called to the witness stand in an extremely graphic testimony that lasted about an hour.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: In an extremely graphic testimony that lasted about an hour, philip was questioned by lead prosecutor Maureen Comey About his sexual encounters with Combs and his then girlfriend, cassandra Cassie Ventura, from around 2012.
• 21:40
  Speaker 1: To 2014.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: Now, according to Philip, he was paid between seven hundred and six thousand dollars on several occasions to have sex with Cassie as Combs watched and pleasured himself like the true pervert.
• 22:03
Speaker 1: He is One more than on one.
• 22:10
Speaker 1: More than one occasion he witnessed combs physically abusing cassie and in one instance he was given the drug mdma.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: Philip was first pulled into combs orbit when he was working as the at the, as the manager of a male review show in manhattan.
• 22:28
Speaker 1: This was around 2012.
• 22:30
Speaker 1: One night, his boss asked if he could go to the uh gramercy park hotel for a bachelorette party, because none of his dancers were available.
• 22:43
Speaker 1: Philip believed he would arrive at the hotel and perform a striptease for a group of women.
• 22:49
Speaker 1: Oh, phil, but it wasn't no group of women.
• 22:54
Speaker 1: It wasn't no damn bachelorette party, it was mohawk diddy.
• 22:58
Speaker 1: And let me, let me, let me, let me, let me let, and let me let the article talk.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: I'm getting ahead of it.
• 23:05
Speaker 1: Phillip believed that you know he was going to do a little strip tease.
• 23:10
Speaker 1: Arrive at the hotel and do a little strip tease, but instead Cassie opened the door to her hotel room and ask if he was okay engaging with just her.
• 23:23
Speaker 1: Y'all know cassie expected to testify soon too and so, uh she he obliged, and philip remembers cassie was wearing lingerie, high heels and sunglasses, and she told him it was her birthday and her husband arranged a special gift for her.
• 23:50
Speaker 1: She immediately handed him a few thousand dollars.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: Mohawk Diddy was in the room.
• 23:59
Speaker 1: Cassie asked Phil to rub baby oil on her and massage him, and she assured him that combs was not quote-unquote, not gay and would not touch him.
• 24:12
Speaker 1: Philip did not immediately recognize combs, as he was clad in a white robe with a bandana covering his face.
• 24:23
Speaker 1: All you could see was his eyes.
• 24:26
Speaker 1: It was real pervert.
• 24:31
Speaker 1: As philip and cassie touched each other and eventually began having actual intercourse, combs sat in a.
• 24:39
Speaker 1: He sat in the corner of the hotel pleasuring himself.
• 24:46
Speaker 1: At one point Philip realized who the man was when Combs spoke and he recognized his voice.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: After a short time, Ventura handed Philip another few thousand dollars in cash and sent him on his way.
• 25:02
Speaker 1: She took his phone number.
• 25:06
Speaker 1: Now, a few minutes later, after he left the hotel, philip received a text message from Cassie asking him to send a picture of his ping-ping, his little, you know, his private, private area, and to come back to the room.
• 25:25
Speaker 1: He obliged, and for another few hours they rubbed baby oil on each other and had sex as combs pleasured himself some more.
• 25:42
Speaker 1: This is nasty y'all.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: What type of sick pervert.
• 25:50
Speaker 1: We got here and you got people defending this clown and I don't mean to call him a clown, let me not call him a clown, I'm just giving, giving you all the news and giving you all my opinions, but some shit just slips out, cause this is.
• 26:04
Speaker 1: This is exactly why you, sitting right there and mind y'all his twin daughters and kids is in the courtroom hearing this how do you got to feel as a father?
• 26:18
Speaker 1: How do you feel as a father?
• 26:23
Speaker 1: You in here, and then Cassie you got to feel as a father.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: How do you feel as a father?
• 26:26
  Speaker 1: You inherit this.
• 26:27
Speaker 1: And then Cassie you got to remember Cassie is a baby at this time.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: This ain't the grown woman, cassie, that's about to testify, that's pregnant that we all rallying around and just for her strength.
• 26:36
Speaker 1: This is the same Cassie that could have been in freshman, uh, uh.
• 26:47
Speaker 1: Could have been in, uh, freshman 101 in college.
• 26:48
Speaker 1: She could have been a freshman in college right now, or a just graduated from high school, somewhere in that type of age range.
• 26:55
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 27:00
Speaker 1: Philip will continue to gauge in these sexual relations with ventura and combs, as in hotels across manhattan and at each of their private residences in the city.
• 27:10
Speaker 1: Sometimes philip would send ventura vulgar texts like I want to fuck you right now, and sometimes he would text to ask if she was good.
• 27:22
Speaker 1: He could not recall cassie ever responding to any of those texts, though philip said each time he met with cassie and combs there were candles and bottles of baby oil everywhere and astroglide lubricant.
• 27:36
Speaker 1: It's just the slipperiest shit you ever seen.
• 27:39
Speaker 1: He just said the whole scene was slippery.
• 27:45
Speaker 1: On one occasion combs directed philip and cassie through a role-playing exercise.
• 27:49
Speaker 1: He said they weren't really good at that.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: So combs said man, just get back to the baby oil and and and do what I say and let me continue to pleasure myself.
• 27:58
  Speaker 1: Nasty fuck, combs.
• 28:01
Speaker 1: Combs would often tell Phillip and Cassie to rub more baby oil on each other and he would get mad if it wasn't enough baby oil.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: He would say ain't enough baby oil, I need more baby oil.
• 28:15
Speaker 1: And he was always sitting in the corner pleasuring himself, phillips said.
• 28:28
Speaker 1: He added on one occasion Combs would switch places with him to engage in sexual intercourse with Cassie.
• 28:34
Speaker 1: On one occasion Ventura asked him to urinate on her.
• 28:37
Speaker 1: Rarely did they use condoms.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: Phillips said these encounters would last anywhere from one to 10 hours.
• 28:49
Speaker 1: After he would have sex with cassie, she would go into the bathroom with combs and leave philip waiting outside on the couch for hours.
• 28:55
Speaker 1: Sometimes they would come back out, tell him to leave and other times they would bring him back in the bedroom for another round of intercourse.
• 29:07
  Speaker 1: Y'all he did.
• 29:11
Speaker 1: He had cassie, had that guy urinate in cassie's mouth, so much so that it would cause her to choke.
• 29:23
Speaker 1: And then this guy also said these escapades, freak-offs, the ones that would last for up to 10 hours, he said majority of that time he was peeing on Just ridiculous Hell in the, what they say.
• 29:52
Speaker 1: He going to hell in the handbasket.
• 29:54
Speaker 1: To me, let me just take a quick break and give you some flow.
• 30:00
  Speaker 1: Commentary real quick.
• 30:01
Speaker 1: Quick break and give you some flow.
• 30:06
  Speaker 1: Commentary real quick.
• 30:06
Speaker 1: I don't know if diddy should be more worried about going to prison or going to hell, because these details and it's just day one and cassie ain't even got on the stand yet I think prison is the last thing he need to worry about.
• 30:23
Speaker 1: I think prison is a guarantee, but I think hell is even more of a guarantee.
• 30:29
Speaker 1: Check this out, philip said.
• 30:34
Speaker 1: Combs videotaped him having sex with cassie once or twice on a cell phone and a camcorder.
• 30:39
Speaker 1: One time philip pretended to uh climax after combs instructed him to climax in cassie.
• 30:52
Speaker 1: After combs brought ventura into the bedroom, he repeatedly questioned philip if he was sure he did the what he just was asking him to do.
• 31:02
Speaker 1: This is hard y'all.
• 31:04
Speaker 1: It's hard to even talk about this mess.
• 31:06
Speaker 1: Their interactions became more intense after Combs took a photograph of Phillips driver's license and said it was just for insurance.
• 31:16
Speaker 1: Just in case I understood it to me, he was threatening me.
• 31:22
Speaker 1: So so far we got coercion, we got sex trafficking and we have intimidation.
• 31:30
Speaker 1: It's just day one.
• 31:36
Speaker 1: Combs attorney xavier donaldson yelled objection repeatedly and many of his objections was overruled.
• 31:44
Speaker 1: The judge can't save you, baby, if you yell an objection.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: What you think cassie was yelling or what do you think victims like her.
• 31:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, if you just let me tell y'all something, because y'all know I always read between the fucking lines and the defense.
• 32:01
Speaker 1: See, this is the type of case where they got to be careful, because your actions speak louder than your words and just and so if I'm in a jury pool, or just picture the jury sitting there If the defense is keep yelling objection just because we merely talking about what the hell happened, if you yell an objection just because of that, how the fuck you think the victims felt?
• 32:37
Speaker 1: You yell an objection just by hearing this shit Ain't no cause for your objection, ain't no grounds for your objection, which is why they all was fucking overruled.
• 32:44
Speaker 1: But I will say again, if just talking about this nasty trifling, devilish, satanic crap causes you to keep repeatedly yelling objection, what the fuck you think the victims felt?
• 33:00
Speaker 1: And if I'm on the jury and I keep seeing the defense yelling objection, just because a guy telling a story of what would happen, that's going to make me say this dude, guilty as hell.
• 33:16
Speaker 1: Even his own lawyers know this shit trifling.
• 33:18
Speaker 1: Let me continue on one instance.
• 33:26
Speaker 1: Combs allegedly offered philip mdma, or what they call molly.
• 33:30
Speaker 1: You know that, molly, molly, y'all know that molly.
• 33:34
  Speaker 1: That's that young.
• 33:35
Speaker 1: You know I'm old.
• 33:36
Speaker 1: These are all these young new drugs I don't really know much about, but I do know what it is if it don't grow from the about, but I do know what it is If it don't grow from the earth.
• 33:47
Speaker 1: To me it ain't work.
• 33:49
Speaker 1: But he said that when he took this molly it made him sick, nauseous but also euphoric at the same time.
• 34:02
Speaker 1: Philip left that night with a wad of cash and still under the influence and began roaming the city.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: He said I went into the middle of Times Square and handed out every single dollar he gave me.
• 34:13
Speaker 1: He gave that money away.
• 34:15
Speaker 1: He said he didn't care about the money.
• 34:17
Speaker 1: He said it was just exciting for him to be around famous people like this.
• 34:22
Speaker 1: He really never asked them for a single dollar.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: Now, after we get through this y'all, just to let y'all know, I'm gonna go back to the security guard and I got some more details about him, but I wanted to make sure I had enough time to cover because this, uh, this guy was on the stand for a long time, so I don't want to cut his short for sure.
• 34:41
Speaker 1: So I'll get to this.
• 34:44
Speaker 1: Hopefully we'll have time.
• 34:45
Speaker 1: I've got some more stuff to say about the security guard policeman.
• 34:48
Speaker 1: But anyway, at a certain point Phillip said he began witnessing Combs physically abusing Cassie.
• 34:56
Speaker 1: One time he saw Combs throw a glass bottle in Ventura's direction, then hit her and drag her by her hair into another room.
• 35:04
Speaker 1: She was screaming and he pulled her into the bedroom.
• 35:11
Speaker 1: I could hear what sounded like him slapping her.
• 35:17
  Speaker 1: She was screaming.
• 35:19
  Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
• 35:21
Speaker 1: Phillip said calm, said ventura, bitch, when I tell you to come, you come now, not later.
• 35:29
  Speaker 1: I was shocked.
• 35:32
Speaker 1: I mean, it came out of nowhere.
• 35:35
  Speaker 1: I was terrified.
• 35:36
Speaker 1: I didn't know what to do.
• 35:40
Speaker 1: When asked why he didn't intervene or call the police, he said in my mind if I tried to do something I might lose my fucking life.
• 35:55
  Speaker 1: He added.
• 35:56
Speaker 1: My thoughts were Combs was someone with unlimited power and my life was at risk.
• 36:03
Speaker 1: Phillips said Combs would attempt to resume sexual activities directly after the alleged domestic violence.
• 36:21
Speaker 1: This knucklehead, I don't you know, I got it.
• 36:22
Speaker 1: They got me limited on these words Also.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: I got to pull out.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: My dad's old favorite word was knucklehead.
• 36:25
  Speaker 1: I don't, you know, I gotta.
• 36:25
Speaker 1: They got me limited on these words y'all.
• 36:26
Speaker 1: So I gotta pull out.
• 36:27
Speaker 1: My dad's old favorite word was knucklehead.
• 36:28
Speaker 1: My dad will call you a knucklehead in a minute, but this knucklehead is abusing, beating, berating, belittling and any other B word you can think of Slapping and all of this.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: And this sick perverted trifling motherfucker Excuse my language, this is the flow show no filter, though, so don't kill me for it.
• 37:05
Speaker 1: Right after all of that, his freaky, perverted ass want to go straight into a damn freak off.
• 37:12
Speaker 1: Cassie was living in hell, and after, and as day went, day one went on.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: I'm just starting to get more and more pissed, because I can't help to say what would I feel if this was my daughter or my sister or my niece?
• 37:35
Speaker 1: Nobody should be subjected to this bullshit.
• 37:44
Speaker 1: And you got little mohawk ditties running around this bitch trying to stand up or stand by this guy.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: That's cause most people don't know how to look at it and put themselves in them shoes.
• 38:03
Speaker 1: If that was your daughter, or that was your mother, or that was your whoever, your family ain't, no fucking way y'all would be standing by this creep, because I want to keep reminding y'all she's a baby while all this shit going on too.
• 38:19
Speaker 1: She's not no grown women, which it would be bad either way, but he met her as a baby and immediately threw her into freak off world and used her career as a way to blackmail her.
• 38:35
Speaker 1: See, just like me, when I went searching for my record deal and got with Floyd and Interscope and all this shit, cassie came to Diddy with dreams of being a singer, dreams of making it big.
• 38:53
Speaker 1: And we all know, once you sacrifice for some shit like this, it take a lot.
• 38:57
Speaker 1: And this sick bastard took those dreams and used it against Cassie, promised her fortune and fame, coerced her into these freak-offsged her up, recorded it and then used those same recordings to hang over her head and threaten her.
• 39:33
Speaker 1: It was all bait and switch.
• 39:35
Speaker 1: He gave her one hit.
• 39:36
Speaker 1: Y'all remember that one hit cassie had.
• 39:38
Speaker 1: He gave her that one hit and you never heard from her again.
• 39:44
Speaker 1: Because remember that one hit Cassie had.
• 39:46
Speaker 1: He gave her that one hit and you never heard from her again.
• 39:48
Speaker 1: Because after that one hit he just kept her in freak off world.
• 39:53
Speaker 1: He just kept her in freak off world and we gonna continue.
• 39:59
Speaker 1: But this is trifling.
• 40:06
Speaker 1: After he started witnessing the abuse, philip had difficulty staying hard In the presence of Combs.
• 40:11
Speaker 1: Once or twice Combs gave him sialis, which treats erectile dysfunction.
• 40:17
Speaker 1: Philip said that on occasions in which he could not sexually perform.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: He was sometimes not even paid.
• 40:24
Speaker 1: Philip detailed another incident, and this is crazy.
• 40:29
Speaker 1: Philip detailed another incident At the Essex House Hotel when he heard screaming and slapping and noises from behind the bedroom doors.
• 40:46
Speaker 1: Combs then vacated the hotel, leaving philip alone with ventura.
• 40:52
Speaker 1: According to philip, cassie jumped into his lap and began crying and kissing him at the same time.
• 41:01
Speaker 1: She's on the verge of a fucking breakdown.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: He said she had never done anything like this at their previous encounters.
• 41:13
Speaker 1: If you remember, she didn't even respond when he would reach out to her.
• 41:21
Speaker 1: Philip asked Cassie why was she staying in this abusive relationship?
• 41:25
Speaker 1: And she insisted that everything was okay.
• 41:29
Speaker 1: The two of them began having sex and Phillip did not have trouble performing.
• 41:35
Speaker 1: While they had intercourse they noticed Combs sneaking back into the room to watch.
• 41:44
Speaker 1: One time at cassie's home, combs had invited another male sex worker who ended up getting in a verbal artication with combs after he accused him of looking at him during a threesome.
• 41:59
Speaker 1: Y'all this, the freakiness knows no bounds in this case.
• 42:07
Speaker 1: So they at cassie's house did he got another male sex worker.
• 42:15
Speaker 1: They doing some freaky threesome did he peeking that dude Looking at dude, he ain't looking at Cassie, he looking at the guy, the guy getting mad.
• 42:26
  Speaker 1: What the fuck?
• 42:27
Speaker 1: You looking at me, bro, look at your girl.
• 42:29
  Speaker 1: This is freaky.
• 42:32
Speaker 1: Y'all Diddy's freak off, so freaky.
• 42:37
Speaker 1: They getting into it, they arguing Ain't nothing like a bunch of slippery baby oiled up.
• 42:44
Speaker 1: Baby oiled up people arguing how the hell I don't even want to picture that, but think about that y'all on this got all this baby oil on slipping and sliding all over the place on some freaky freak off whatever and y'all getting into it and arguing like y'all in a restaurant or something and your food cold or something.
• 43:18
Speaker 1: Philip was never paid for sex before meeting combs and ventura.
• 43:22
Speaker 1: This is his first time ever even being involved in anything like that and he has not been paid for sex even since sometime.
• 43:34
Speaker 1: Uh, the last encounter happened sometime in late 2013, 2014, but I believe they began in 2012.
• 43:44
  Speaker 1: Y'all know cassie's age.
• 43:47
Speaker 1: Take about 14 years off of her age right now and think about that.
• 43:54
Speaker 1: And that's really showing me when you got people in the comments talking about I ain't seen nothing illegal, this just freaking.
• 44:06
Speaker 1: Ain't nothing wrong with being a freak.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: It really shows me how much we don't even know the fucking law.
• 44:10
Speaker 1: See, the law is.
• 44:14
Speaker 1: The intent of the law is to balance it out a little bit, to balance the power.
• 44:19
Speaker 1: The law is not going to let you, because you have hundreds of millions of dollars, let you use that money to manipulate people to do whatever and then say, oh, they just did it on their own.
• 44:29
  Speaker 1: Grow up.
• 44:31
Speaker 1: Grow up and realize these laws are in place for a reason.
• 44:37
Speaker 1: Do you know if you were able to just use your money to manipulate people to do whatever and there was no recourse for it, do you know what type of hellhole we would be living in?
• 44:48
Speaker 1: So another thing that this trial is exposing is how many of us don't even know the fucking law and think that just because somebody does something and you don't have a literal gun to their head, it's all good.
• 45:03
Speaker 1: To those people I just want to say I'm just, you're just lucky you haven't got a hundred million dollars, because your ass will be sitting right next to diddy with that logic asshole, that's my mind.
• 45:15
Speaker 1: She always was slipping an asshole at the end when you didn't hear it coming.
• 45:19
Speaker 1: She was good for that and it always pissed people off more because they didn't see that.
• 45:24
Speaker 1: They didn't see it, they didn't hear that coming.
• 45:25
Speaker 1: They didn't know it was coming.
• 45:26
Speaker 1: So every now and then I like to hit people with that asshole.
• 45:30
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 45:32
Speaker 1: He told the courtroom that he considered ventura a friend and wanted to check up on her.
• 45:38
Speaker 1: Plus, he feared that he, if he aggravated combs, he might be in danger.
• 45:43
Speaker 1: This was something else, y'all.
• 45:51
Speaker 1: Combs trial kicked off to a hell of a start, especially for the prosecution and and and and and this male sex worker.
• 46:02
Speaker 1: Now think this guy is a male sex worker, right, you would think on cross-examination, just because of his profession, diddy's defense would come in guns blazing.
• 46:16
Speaker 1: That's what I was waiting for.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: I was on the edge of my seat.
• 46:20
Speaker 1: I'm like I gotta see what they come in, man.
• 46:24
  Speaker 1: They came in.
• 46:27
Speaker 1: Their best question was they tried to catch him up on some baby oil stuff, talking about I guess something where he said he put up baby oil on after cassie told him something, but then he said he took off his clothes and then he tried to say what did you?
• 46:46
Speaker 1: Did you, did you have?
• 46:47
Speaker 1: Did you put the baby on them before?
• 46:49
Speaker 1: So you're saying you took off what?
• 46:51
Speaker 1: Did you take off?
• 46:51
Speaker 1: The baby oil or something?
• 46:52
Speaker 1: It was like stupid and he was like nah, fucker, I was taking my clothes off, not the baby baby oil.
• 47:00
Speaker 1: And the defense was like arrest my case.
• 47:02
Speaker 1: Like it was the shittiest cross-examination.
• 47:05
Speaker 1: They didn't poke not one hole, not one dot, not one speck of nothing.
• 47:13
Speaker 1: They weren't able to call into question his character.
• 47:16
Speaker 1: They weren't able to say that anything he's saying was a lie.
• 47:20
  Speaker 1: I was shocked.
• 47:22
Speaker 1: It was a lie.
• 47:23
  Speaker 1: I was shocked.
• 47:23
Speaker 1: It was so bad.
• 47:24
  Speaker 1: I was shocked y'all.
• 47:25
Speaker 1: I said to myself Diddy, they instilling your money and, side note, diddy was over there reading the Bible and I'm surprised it didn't catch on fire, to be honest with y'all.
• 47:37
Speaker 1: But so the cross-examination was shitty at best.
• 47:53
Speaker 1: Um, so I I think, if I'm not mistaken, I think, um, he will be starting today again, I believe.
• 48:00
Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going on to the next witness or not, but so the prosecution got everything they needed out of the, out of the, out of this sex worker.
• 48:12
Speaker 1: They basically proved, you know it was sex trafficking across state lines.
• 48:18
Speaker 1: It happened numerous times.
• 48:20
Speaker 1: It was sex trafficking across state lines.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: It happened numerous times.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: The violence and intimidation was a theme throughout their whole relationship and it painted Diddy as a menace and as the defense basically had no answer for this, and I was surprised.
• 48:37
Speaker 1: So it tells me a couple things.
• 48:41
Speaker 1: One I don't think brian still had enough time to properly prepare, because I've never seen him give such a shitty cross-examination.
• 48:48
Speaker 1: Also, it also told me they have so much red-handed evidence that it's hard to poke holes in it.
• 48:57
Speaker 1: And the last thing it tells me is, unless they didn't do their research or their due diligence and really dig into this guy's history, this guy must have a squeaky clean record.
• 49:09
Speaker 1: So, which means which also tells me that the prosecution might have, like some very, very credible witness that are gonna be hard to poke holes in for this defense.
• 49:22
Speaker 1: And when you add all that up, diddy's defense got their ass handed to them on a platter on day one.
• 49:31
Speaker 1: Let's go back to the uh security guard uh situation, since we do have we got time and y'all.
• 49:38
Speaker 1: Y'all know I hate it that I had to cut y'all even short a little bit yesterday on Apple and Spotify, even if it's just about 10 minutes.
• 49:44
Speaker 1: Y'all know I hate that the SD card took forever to come.
• 49:48
Speaker 1: It was supposed to be here on Friday but it got here yesterday, so we good to go today.
• 49:53
Speaker 1: So, like I said, you know I don't like cutting y'all short at all.
• 49:56
Speaker 1: I want to give you every piece of content that I got to give.
• 50:04
Speaker 1: But before I even get into that security guard, let's go into, uh, what people were talking about.
• 50:11
Speaker 1: Matter of fact, just a side note on the security guard.
• 50:15
  Speaker 1: Check this out.
• 50:15
Speaker 1: I want you to note that when he didn't take the hundred thousand dollars because I'm about to get into, uh, diddy's daughters left the courtroom.
• 50:22
Speaker 1: Uh, people magazine, people magazine or whatever, covered that and that was.
• 50:30
Speaker 1: I already had already said that it was just.
• 50:32
Speaker 1: I couldn't believe the daughters had to hear this shit.
• 50:34
Speaker 1: But they actually left the fucking courtroom and we're gonna talk about that.
• 50:37
Speaker 1: But I want you to know note something about the security guard that he didn't.
• 50:44
Speaker 1: He turned down a hundred thousand dollars of the security of the of the given diddy, all of the footage from diddy beating the hell out of cassie.
• 50:53
Speaker 1: So the next two days he happened to be off of work.
• 50:58
Speaker 1: Do y'all know when he came back to work that footage was gone.
• 51:02
Speaker 1: Two days he happened to be off of work.
• 51:03
Speaker 1: Do y'all know when he came back to work that footage was gone, disappeared.
• 51:09
Speaker 1: So somebody else, you know the $100,000 he didn't took.
• 51:18
Speaker 1: If one person won't, somebody else will, and so the prosecution was able to pretty much prove bribery and, on a cross-examination, the defense did nothing to combat the bribery or none of the other stuff.
• 51:29
Speaker 1: The only thing they said was well, how do you know, sean diddy combs wasn't offering you money for the vase.
• 51:35
Speaker 1: I said what the fuck?
• 51:38
Speaker 1: This vase made out of Liquid gold and diamonds, 200 carats the fuck kind of vase is this that Diddy would be offering $100,000 for?
• 51:52
Speaker 1: I think Diddy need to call his credit card people and tell them he didn't make that charge when he paid them them hundreds of thousands of dollars and get his money back and figure something else out, because it's looking like a money grab.
• 52:04
Speaker 1: And I'm just being totally honest, I'm shocked, I'm shocked, but it's definitely looking like a money grab, because what the fuck he he offering a money for?
• 52:16
Speaker 1: That's the best and I'm telling you, I'm only telling y'all that because that's the best they had.
• 52:21
Speaker 1: Everything else was just like they were asking questions, like they were just curious to know.
• 52:26
Speaker 1: No rhyme or reason, no boxing the witness into no corner.
• 52:32
Speaker 1: You know all the shit we see on law and order and all that.
• 52:36
Speaker 1: You know that's what I was waiting on.
• 52:38
Speaker 1: I was not expecting him to say yeah.
• 52:42
Speaker 1: So uh, how do you know he, when he offered you the wider money, how you know he wasn't offering to pay for the vase?
• 52:49
Speaker 1: I'm gonna say uh, because the vase was a 50 vase.
• 52:54
  Speaker 1: Sir.
• 52:55
Speaker 1: Your honor, the fuck, get your money back, diddy.
• 53:01
Speaker 1: They, they, they stealing your money back, diddy, they stealing your money.
• 53:03
Speaker 1: But let's get into something else.
• 53:05
Speaker 1: That pissed me off and made me upset is when I was thinking about because it didn't hit me at first, but then, as all this freaky, nasty talk was going on, I said, damn, I did just see all the Diddy's kids and those beautiful daughters walk into the courtroom.
• 53:21
Speaker 1: I said you mean to tell me they gotta hear this shit.
• 53:26
Speaker 1: So people magazine covered it.
• 53:27
Speaker 1: Uh, check it out.
• 53:28
Speaker 1: The article is uh, sean Diddy Combs, three daughters, left courtroom during sex workers graphic testimony.
• 53:37
Speaker 1: Now, this was sad.
• 53:38
Speaker 1: Y'all wrap y'all arms in prayers around these kids, especially the daughters.
• 53:45
Speaker 1: I know y'all be sending prayers for me to be safe as I take this journey and go to New York and all of that.
• 53:52
Speaker 1: But send some prayers their way, like for real.
• 53:55
Speaker 1: Despite whatever they went through and going through, they, they, they, they seem like they're handling it and they're, they're strong women, young ladies, I should say they.
• 54:07
  Speaker 1: They're very young.
• 54:08
Speaker 1: But but to have daughters have to hear this shit about your dad in front of the whole world too.
• 54:15
Speaker 1: It's really fucked up.
• 54:20
Speaker 1: So the article goes on to say sean diddy combs, three daughters, left the courtroom in the middle of the sex crimes trial when a male sex worker gave testimony involving graphic and lurid details of the music moguls alleged activities.
• 54:33
Speaker 1: Combs's daughter, recently graduating from high school and a graduate, chance combs that's the three dollars you got.
• 54:44
Speaker 1: The two twins and chance uh left the courtroom twice while philip was testifying.
• 54:50
Speaker 1: Each time during the graphic accounts of sexual encounters, including a time when combs allegedly pleasured himself in a corner while watching them have sex, prosecutors also played in the court hotel.
• 55:08
Speaker 1: They played this footage from 2016 where Combs is assaulting Ventura, shoving her to the ground and kicking her as she lay motionless.
• 55:20
Speaker 1: So I got it.
• 55:21
Speaker 1: I got gotta lay this out for y'all, y'all.
• 55:22
  Speaker 1: I I know y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all got a good visual, but y'all know I like to paint the picture even further.
• 55:28
Speaker 1: So you really grabs.
• 55:29
Speaker 1: What type of bullshit with this guy this going.
• 55:33
Speaker 1: We got going on here.
• 55:34
Speaker 1: You would, you, your daughter, you, in there supporting your father as he's on the case and the whole fucking world is watching.
• 55:42
Speaker 1: United States, australia, the UK, the Netherlands, all everybody on this.
• 55:50
Speaker 1: The whole world has stopped.
• 55:51
Speaker 1: The earth has stopped spinning.
• 55:53
Speaker 1: Ain't nobody giving a damn about?
• 55:55
Speaker 1: No other news stories?
• 55:57
Speaker 1: Everybody paying attention to this, the news stories, everybody paying attention to this.
• 56:07
Speaker 1: And, as a woman, you got to sit there and listen to and watch as your father just treats women like a piece man.
• 56:17
Speaker 1: You, I ain't gonna say a piece of meat.
• 56:18
Speaker 1: Should a piece of meat get treat?
• 56:20
Speaker 1: Treated better than this?
• 56:21
Speaker 1: Treating women in a horrible way, but not only abusing them sexually, having them have sex.
• 56:33
Speaker 1: How how much do you care about your, your wife, or they weren't even white, but how much do you care about your woman if you make her have sex and pay somebody to have sex with her while you watch, while she's getting peed on and you just masturbate?
• 56:49
  Speaker 1: I mean what?
• 56:50
Speaker 1: How demeaning can you be to somebody?
• 56:54
Speaker 1: And that ain't even enough, because we ain't got to stop there.
• 57:01
Speaker 1: We got your mind.
• 57:02
Speaker 1: You, your daughters, is watching this and hearing this in front of the whole world.
• 57:07
Speaker 1: Then they got to watch a tape of you beating the crap out of this 50 pound woman, all in 4K for the whole world to watch.
• 57:30
Speaker 1: And I say again you got a lot of sick bastards in this world trying to stand up for this guy, world trying to stand up for this guy.
• 57:39
Speaker 1: You got sick bastards all in the comments talking about.
• 57:50
Speaker 1: Ain't nothing wrong with just being freaky.
• 57:52
Speaker 1: He just being freaky man, shut the hell up.
• 57:55
Speaker 1: It's more than being.
• 57:59
Speaker 1: If it wasn't, if it wasn't shit, he wouldn't hire the fucking football field fill a hop full of high-priced attorneys to try to get his ass out of this mess.
• 58:09
Speaker 1: Use some common sense, did he?
• 58:14
Speaker 1: Locked up in 50 million dollars, they wouldn't even let him get by for $50 million.
• 58:19
Speaker 1: And on day one, we've already heard enough shit for most people to say, hey, all together on the count of three.
• 58:28
Speaker 1: Hey, look, the jury could stop right there at halfway through day one and say all together on the count of three, guilty.
• 58:34
Speaker 1: I need everybody to yell guilty.
• 58:36
Speaker 1: Thank you, thanks for everybody coming out.
• 58:37
Speaker 1: I appreciate your service.
• 58:39
Speaker 1: We don't need to take no lunch.
• 58:40
  Speaker 1: This one's over.
• 58:48
Speaker 1: So it just shows me y'all.
• 58:49
Speaker 1: Y'all gotta watch these and I'm gonna just call them out.
• 58:52
Speaker 1: Y'all gotta watch these men who y'all around and who around your daughters and I ain't just saying it because of Diddy.
• 59:04
Speaker 1: I'm saying it because of these low vibration, low frequency, simple minded motherfuckers that I see in the comments.
• 59:11
Speaker 1: Because these men somewhere on this earth, these men that you see in the comments Defending Diddy, they somewhere walking, they raggedy asses around on this earth.
• 59:24
Speaker 1: You gotta avoid them like the fucking plague.
• 59:26
Speaker 1: Just be happy that Diddy is exposing these guys.
• 59:31
  Speaker 1: Screenshot they.
• 59:34
Speaker 1: When you see them, comments, don't even get mad, just screenshot.
• 59:37
Speaker 1: We need to make a file of all the guys defending it and saying it's just freakiness, cause they asses.
• 59:47
Speaker 1: What they saying is if they had the power and money, they would be doing the same thing.
• 59:54
Speaker 1: But see they, just lucky, because they can't get a woman to hug they ass, so they out of the woods.
• 1:00:03
Speaker 1: They can't get a woman to shake their damn hand, so lucky for us.
• 1:00:15
Speaker 1: That will keep most of our women safe.
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: But but, like I said, pay attention to these creeps in the comments, make sure you don't run into them and make sure your daughter don't.
• 1:00:28
Speaker 1: But let me get back into this article.
• 1:00:31
Speaker 1: Combs' daughters remained in the courtroom as the video of the hotel encounter was played, and so did Combs' mother, janice Combs, and a lot of people ain't letting his mom off the hook.
• 1:00:44
Speaker 1: And y'all know I hold moms dearly, so I go light on Miss.
• 1:00:51
Speaker 1: That's why I just call her Miss Mohawk, mama Diddy, just to make it a little lighter.
• 1:00:56
Speaker 1: I don't go in on women like I do on men.
• 1:01:00
Speaker 1: I was raised like that.
• 1:01:02
Speaker 1: But Janice Combs, you a big culprit in this.
• 1:01:09
Speaker 1: From the stories I've heard.
• 1:01:14
Speaker 1: Not only did you expose Diddy to Freaky type of environments at a young, young age, but you spoiled him.
• 1:01:23
Speaker 1: You never held him accountable and you sat idly by.
• 1:01:26
Speaker 1: And not only sat by, but you, you, you.
• 1:01:30
Speaker 1: You helped him manipulate and take people money and change contracts and do shelf companies all type of shit.
• 1:01:40
  Speaker 1: See my mom.
• 1:01:41
Speaker 1: One thing I can say about my mom she ain't helping me, do none of that shit.
• 1:01:46
Speaker 1: My mom ain't gonna answer your call.
• 1:01:48
  Speaker 1: She, she, she.
• 1:01:49
Speaker 1: She got a way of just avoiding you.
• 1:01:52
Speaker 1: If you trying to get her caught up in some bullshit like this, shout out to them, moms out there, that you, you stand by your son, but you don't stand by him when he's doing some bullshit, because what'll happen is he'll end up in mdc with a 50 million dollar uh, with 50 million dollars can't even do the trick and on the nastiest, triflingest uh trial of this whole fucking century, with your daughters watching.
• 1:02:22
Speaker 1: That's what that all leads to.
• 1:02:24
Speaker 1: Miss mama mohawk, diddy, and I ain't like I said I ain't gonna go in, I'm gonna let the women in the comments, that's y'all thing.
• 1:02:29
Speaker 1: Y'all can go in on mama combs, because y'all can say a lot more than I'm gonna say.
• 1:02:34
Speaker 1: Um, but I'm just calling a spade a spade, a spade.
• 1:02:38
Speaker 1: Janice Combs, from the stories I heard, you played a significant role in this monster we seeing and shout out to those daughters for even going ahead.
• 1:02:51
Speaker 1: Hey, look for them to get up and get out the courtroom.
• 1:02:54
Speaker 1: They knew how that was going to look, but they said dad or no dad, I can't hear this shit.
• 1:03:00
  Speaker 1: They are women.
• 1:03:01
Speaker 1: They are women themselves.
• 1:03:08
Speaker 1: How would diddy feel if someone did his girls like that, took advantage of them because they wanted to be something, or?
• 1:03:17
Speaker 1: You know, their mind isn't, isn't even fully developed yet.
• 1:03:21
Speaker 1: You got this overgrown, rich man that's going to take this little 19 year old brain and corrupt it For his own personal perverted pleasure.
• 1:03:33
  Speaker 1: Yeah, unbelievable, unbelievable.
• 1:03:46
Speaker 1: That was only day one, y'all.
• 1:03:53
Speaker 1: So when I say, do you like your diddy fried, baked or pan seared, I ain't exaggerating if the defense don't come up with some better cross examination hand seared, I ain't exaggerating.
• 1:04:06
Speaker 1: If the defense don't come up with some better cross-examination practices, diddy's ass going to be up under the jail and up under that, whatever is up under the jail, diddy's going to be up under that.
• 1:04:29
Speaker 1: I swear I know I keep saying it but the the most shocking part to me, you know, the, the peeing in the mouth and all that was crazy, and and and and and.
• 1:04:34
Speaker 1: Diddy reading the bible, and and him eyeing the jurors oh, I gotta get into that too y'all.
• 1:04:38
  Speaker 1: Don't.
• 1:04:38
Speaker 1: Let me forget that.
• 1:04:39
Speaker 1: I'm making up for y'all lost time yesterday.
• 1:04:42
Speaker 1: You know I love y'all and I'll never want to cut y'all short on apple and spotify.
• 1:04:45
Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go a little bit longer today, since the memory card wasn't around yesterday and I had to cut it like 10 minutes short.
• 1:04:52
Speaker 1: So don't even so, just sit back and relax.
• 1:04:54
Speaker 1: Apple, you know I'm gonna make apple and spotify and the rest of wherever you get in the pot listening to this podcast.
• 1:05:01
Speaker 1: You know, I love y'all, got y'all back, but I gotta get into that too, y'all.
• 1:05:07
Speaker 1: So, a matter of fact, I'm gonna just say it now before I forget, because this is important.
• 1:05:12
  Speaker 1: This is now.
• 1:05:12
Speaker 1: Y'all know I always give y'all some tea.
• 1:05:14
Speaker 1: You know I give you all the x's and o's as I go through the little articles, but I always got a little bit of tea for you, just a little bit.
• 1:05:29
Speaker 1: Now it was said that Diddy was eyeing the shit out of those out of the jurors, looking them dead, square in all of their eyes, just like he was in that corner looking at them as he pleasured himself with his freaky, perverted ass, mohawk Diddy.
• 1:05:50
Speaker 1: And he was eyeing those jurors and you know there is a blind item on TikTok that has went viral, concerning why he was eyeing those jurors.
• 1:06:02
Speaker 1: Now the rumor is and I hope this rumor ain't true, but if it go viral and you got Diddy staring at these motherfuckers, even the sketch artists caught him staring at the like just did, staring at the jurors, staring at the like, just dead, staring at the jurors.
• 1:06:24
Speaker 1: They are saying that Diddy Is trying to dig up dirt On these jurors and having them followed around In hopes to exploit them, or perhaps even worse.
• 1:06:47
Speaker 1: Now, normally this wouldn't even be something that I would even give any type of credibility to.
• 1:06:50
Speaker 1: But we talking about Diddy.
• 1:06:55
Speaker 1: More importantly, we talking about Mohawk Diddy.
• 1:07:03
Speaker 1: More importantly, we're talking about Mohawk Diddy, and if he would go, if he would be trying to intimidate witnesses while he's inside a prison, talking on jail phones that are recorded, if he would be willing to call people who was speaking out while he was locked up, uh, what was that?
• 1:07:28
Speaker 1: The dirty money girl.
• 1:07:29
Speaker 1: When, when, when all the identity came, when dawn was speaking out on him, and all of that, if y'all remember, go all the way back to that.
• 1:07:35
Speaker 1: Did he call the other girl in dirty money, they say over a hundred times, trying to pay her and have her come out and speak good about him and say that, uh, danny kane or don richards is lying, blah, blah, blah.
• 1:07:54
Speaker 1: If he willing to do shit like that, and if I know he cooked, I'm sure he pretty much know he cooked, but I'm sure he confident in his billion-dollar legal team, but in the back of his mind, if he think he going to lose anyway and he already showed that he will not only toe the line, well, he will step boldly over the line and do whatever it takes.
• 1:08:21
Speaker 1: Where he will step boldly over the line and do whatever it takes, if he would do all that, I'm not gonna hold it.
• 1:08:27
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna hold it past him that he would be following the jurors around or pay somebody or do something, because we already know from that guy that came out and told about all these diddy uh situations.
• 1:08:41
Speaker 1: The guy that came.
• 1:08:42
Speaker 1: He was talking about this back in 2018.
• 1:08:44
Speaker 1: And we all thought I ain't gonna say we all, but so many people thought he was lying Remember he came out and said how Diddy was having him followed and so many people even a pastor said Diddy had people pull up on him and follow him around.
• 1:08:58
Speaker 1: So many people have said Diddy have followed them.
• 1:09:00
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna just sit up here and say this is not true.
• 1:09:04
Speaker 1: I'm not going to say it is true Because I even think Diddy wouldn't be that dumb.
• 1:09:13
Speaker 1: But many blind items that seem less credible than that have come true.
• 1:09:25
Speaker 1: So I'm gonna need y'all to keep an eye on that.
• 1:09:26
Speaker 1: I definitely want to tell y'all that uh, and get that out there before I forgot that.
• 1:09:32
Speaker 1: Uh, I don't know why these jurors weren't sequestered.
• 1:09:36
Speaker 1: To be honest, if they, and if I remember, weren't they sequestered in the in the oj trial?
• 1:09:45
Speaker 1: I I I would have to look it up to verify, but I believe they were, and if they were sequestered in that trial, why in the hell wouldn't they be sequestered in this trial?
• 1:09:55
  Speaker 1: I, I don't know.
• 1:09:56
  Speaker 1: Like I said, I always tell y'all I'm not a judge, I'm not a juror, I'm not a prosecutor, I'm not none of that.
• 1:10:01
  Speaker 1: So I don't know why.
• 1:10:03
Speaker 1: Maybe they have a good reason, but just my podcasting ass saying what the fuck I would pop in my head.
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: I feel like they should have been sequestered.
• 1:10:17
Speaker 1: I feel like if I'm a juror on the diddy trial somebody who is on trial for blowing up motherfuckers, cars and and kidnapping him, man, one time they said he found out Cassie was with a and this goes back to what I think they should be sequestered.
• 1:10:34
Speaker 1: He found out Cassie was with another man and he put a pistol to somebody and had him and his workers went hunting for Cassie all over the town, pistol in hand, with all his goons with him, going house to house, establishment to establishment, looking for Cassie and he finally found her and another brutal beating happened.
• 1:10:58
Speaker 1: Now we got somebody like this on trial and you ain't sequestering the jury.
• 1:11:06
Speaker 1: If I'm a juror, I don't want to just be fucking walking around new york knowing diddy know who the hell I am and everybody know who the hell?
• 1:11:16
Speaker 1: I am and I'm just walking around new york, I'm trying to grocery shop, I'm trying to grab a slice of pizza and I don't know if somebody might put a bullet in the back of my head or just intimidate in general.
• 1:11:28
Speaker 1: So I'm really really really not understanding that these jurors are not sequestered.
• 1:11:37
Speaker 1: Who's to say, even if Diddy don't pay them?
• 1:11:40
  Speaker 1: Diddy has friends.
• 1:11:42
Speaker 1: Diddy has people on the outside who know what did, who, who understand that Diddy will go the extra mile to try to get off of this shit right.
• 1:11:51
Speaker 1: So it could come from Diddy, or it could not even come from Diddy, it could come from just somebody around who they make money based on Diddy and they they eat off of Diddy.
• 1:12:03
Speaker 1: They might intimidate some witnesses I mean witnesses, some jurors and some witnesses for that matter but they might intimidate some jurors.
• 1:12:12
Speaker 1: So the more I see and hear stories about this intimidation and and the things Diddy did, the more I'm like well, why in the hell aren't they sequestered?
• 1:12:25
Speaker 1: Y'all tell me that.
• 1:12:26
Speaker 1: If y'all agree or disagree, put it in the fan mail or DM me on my social media Facebook, flodaddyflo, or Instagram or any of those, but I don't know.
• 1:12:38
Speaker 1: I think that's the one call that the judge made or whoever made that call.
• 1:12:42
Speaker 1: I disagree with that one and I did.
• 1:12:47
Speaker 1: I disagree with it at first but I was like I guess whatever you know.
• 1:12:51
Speaker 1: But shit, after day one of the trial and hearing this stuff and really thinking into it a little more, you know more deep into it, I think that was a mistake.
• 1:13:02
Speaker 1: Y'all let me know.
• 1:13:03
Speaker 1: But, uh, day one of the diddy trial was crazy and I imagine how crazy it's gonna be once I get there and once I get on site.
