NCG Hospitality is launching a sleek new AC Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, set to break ground August 5th with 156 modern rooms, mobile check-in, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi—opening late 2027. Originally slated as a Moxy, this project pivoted in March, and another Third Ward hotel is also changing its brand (details TBD).
