Mega Edition: Prince Andrew And The Walled Off Records (10/31/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: And the author is Debbie White. And the headline is,
0:04
Speaker 1: Call to Action. Lawyers for Jeffrey Epstein survivors demand all
0:08
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's phone calls, texts, and emails with pedophile tycoon. Well,
0:13
Speaker 1: I don't think that that's too much of an ask, right?
0:17
Speaker 1: This man was involved with Jeffrey Epstein. And not just,
0:21
Speaker 1: you know, just associating with them at the big ball
0:24
Speaker 1: for the rich folk. No, this was a guy who
0:27
Speaker 1: flew across the pond to quote-unquote break up with Jeffrey Epstein,
0:33
Speaker 1: stayed with Jeffrey Epstein, and had a relationship with Jeffrey
0:37
Speaker 1: Epstein even after Jeffrey Epstein was arrested the first time
0:42
Speaker 1: for crimes against children. This guy, the Joe Exotic of
0:47
Speaker 1: the Windsor family, thought that it would be a good idea,
0:50
Speaker 1: and it was the honorable thing to do, to fly
0:52
Speaker 1: across the pond to break up with Jeffrey Epstein. But
0:57
Speaker 1: he thinks his phone calls shouldn't be looked at by
1:01
Speaker 1: the lawyers for the survivors? He shouldn't have to turn
1:04
Speaker 1: over his information? He shouldn't have to turn over his
1:07
Speaker 1: conversations with Epstein? Well, we know under the two-tier justice system,
1:12
Speaker 1: of course he doesn't. He's the Prince of England, of course.
1:15
Speaker 1: How dare you ask him for his phone records? Again,
1:22
Speaker 1: this is why a RICO designation in this case is
1:24
Speaker 1: so important. Even the Prince of England would have a
1:29
Speaker 1: tough time wriggling out of the RICO net. Prince Andrew's
1:35
Speaker 1: phone calls, text messages, and emails with pedophile pal Epstein
1:39
Speaker 1: are being demanded by lawyers acting for the dead tycoon's survivors.
1:44
Speaker 1: The dead tycoon, you mean the dead pedophile, right? Court
1:47
Speaker 1: papers also call upon the royal, who has not been
1:50
Speaker 1: accused of criminal wrongdoing, to say whether he engaged in
1:53
Speaker 1: a sexual act while at any of Epstein's properties. Whoa,
1:56
Speaker 1: hold on. Hit the brakes right away. Has not been
1:59
Speaker 1: accused of criminal wrongdoing. Well, um, partaking in Jeffrey Epstein's
2:05
Speaker 1: trafficking ring, I think that's some criminal wrongdoing, right? I
2:08
Speaker 1: think abusing Virginia Roberts, I'd say that that is criminal wrongdoing.
2:15
Speaker 1: But the Mirror reports that demands from Epstein survivors have
2:18
Speaker 1: been dismissed by one of Prince Andrew's mates as a
2:21
Speaker 1: cynical attempt by U.S. law firms to keep their case
2:25
Speaker 1: in the public eye. Really? You think that that's what's
2:28
Speaker 1: needed to keep this case in the public eye? Sorry, buddy.
2:32
Speaker 1: This case isn't going anywhere. It's not going to be
2:35
Speaker 1: out of the public eye no matter how long you
2:37
Speaker 1: drag your feet, no matter how long you delay. It
2:41
Speaker 1: is not going anywhere. You're not going to shake us,
2:44
Speaker 1: you're not going to get out of this, and you
2:46
Speaker 1: are not going to walk back into regular life. That's
2:50
Speaker 1: never going to occur, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Okay?
2:57
Speaker 1: Court papers are calling for information showing all texts or
3:00
Speaker 1: emails and calls in and calls out shared between the pals.
3:05
Speaker 1: The court papers also demand revelations about telephone data, information,
3:09
Speaker 1: and text or email usage. I don't understand what the
3:12
Speaker 1: big deal is here. If you and Epstein were not
3:15
Speaker 1: as close as they say you are, and you guys
3:20
Speaker 1: weren't palling around, and you weren't speaking in confidence, and
3:23
Speaker 1: you weren't talking about your criminal mischief, then what's the
3:26
Speaker 1: big deal? Turn this stuff over. Help the investigation move forward.
3:30
Speaker 1: Stop having them waste resources. I thought you cared about
3:33
Speaker 1: the survivors, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. One of
3:39
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors, Priscilla Doe, has issued the new demand on
3:43
Speaker 1: the dead pervert's estate via her lawyer. A spokesman for
3:47
Speaker 1: the royal declined to comment. Of course they did. Nobody
3:51
Speaker 1: ever comments when it comes to Prince Andrew at this point, right?
3:54
Speaker 1: He has that superstar lawyer team around him. And my
3:58
Speaker 1: gut tells me that Dershowitz is involved in some regard, right?
4:02
Speaker 1: Has there ever been a pedophile or somebody accused of
4:05
Speaker 1: having improper relations with minors that Dershowitz hasn't wanted to defend?
4:11
Speaker 1: I mean, you know, fellow travelers and all. I wonder, though.
4:15
Speaker 1: You think he keeps his underpants on in court or
4:17
Speaker 1: do you think he goes commando when he goes to court?
4:19
Speaker 1: Because we know that the underpants is a big part
4:21
Speaker 1: of his alibi. Epstein was arrested on new sex trafficking
4:27
Speaker 1: charges last year and was found hanged in an apparent
4:30
Speaker 1: suicide while in jail awaiting trial. Multiple civil suits. Prince Andrew,
4:37
Speaker 1: aka Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, is being pursued
4:40
Speaker 1: by several lawyers representing Epstein survivors who are pushing civil
4:44
Speaker 1: suits against Epstein's estate. Reuters reported in January that those
4:49
Speaker 1: lawyers could choose to bring their request to a British
4:51
Speaker 1: High Court asking for an examiner to take a statement
4:55
Speaker 1: from the royal or pursue other ways to obtain his evidence. Well,
4:59
Speaker 1: I don't know how good that would work out. I
5:02
Speaker 1: highly doubt the British authorities are going to try and
5:06
Speaker 1: ruffle the feathers of the royals. Has that ever occurred
5:09
Speaker 1: in the history of the Windsor family? Have the Met
5:14
Speaker 1: or the police stepped in and ever admonished these people?
5:20
Speaker 1: I mean, we know that Jimmy Saville was pretty active
5:24
Speaker 1: and pretty close and friendly with the royal family. That,
5:28
Speaker 1: you know, that doesn't give you a bit of pause
5:31
Speaker 1: when it comes to Andrew. If you're the police department
5:33
Speaker 1: to say, yeah, we might have, you know, we missed out.
5:35
Speaker 1: We didn't do the right thing previously. Maybe we should
5:38
Speaker 1: do the right thing this time. But no, I don't
5:40
Speaker 1: trust the English authorities any more than I trust the
5:43
Speaker 1: American authorities. They're all, look, the whole entire thing At
5:48
Speaker 1: the top right. And that's what I call it a thing.
5:50
Speaker 1: Because that's what it is. At the top of all
5:53
Speaker 1: of these. Countries and these nations. And they're all intertwined.
5:57
Speaker 1: This thing that we call the five eyes of intelligence.
6:01
Speaker 1: And it's all corrupt. All of it. And all of them.
6:08
Speaker 1: So far, they're only making public calls for him to
6:10
Speaker 1: make himself available and threatening to subpoena Andrew if he
6:13
Speaker 1: travels to the US. And while that's all nice window dressing...
6:19
Speaker 1: It doesn't have any teeth, right? All Andrew would have
6:21
Speaker 1: to do is avoid traveling to the U.S. at this point.
6:24
Speaker 1: And he wouldn't have to worry about it. And that's
6:27
Speaker 1: because they're just trying to act like they're pursuing this.
6:31
Speaker 1: If they were serious, again, he would be named in
6:33
Speaker 1: a RICO indictment and shit would get real, real fast.
6:38
Speaker 1: All right. And hopefully here's my hope. All right. There's
6:41
Speaker 1: only one judge in the whole entire American system that
6:45
Speaker 1: I know for a fact is an honorable man. And
6:47
Speaker 1: that's Emmett G. Sullivan. So I would really like at
6:51
Speaker 1: some point one of these cases to end up on
6:53
Speaker 1: his docket, because let me tell you right now, Emmett G.
6:56
Speaker 1: Sullivan is not the kind of judge to F around with.
7:00
Speaker 1: Just ask the prosecutors who unlawfully prosecuted Ted Stevens and
7:05
Speaker 1: ask them how that ended up for them. Emmett Sullivan
7:09
Speaker 1: is the kind of lawyer that will destroy the federal
7:13
Speaker 1: government if they act improperly. And we all know they've
7:17
Speaker 1: done nothing but act improperly in this Jeffrey Epstein case.
7:20
Speaker 1: If there is any sort of... Justice in the world?
7:25
Speaker 1: Emmett G. Sullivan will definitely hear this case at some point.
7:28
Speaker 1: I don't think he will. Obviously, he's a judge in D.C.,
7:33
Speaker 1: but I'll tell you what, as far as judges go,
7:36
Speaker 1: he is the most fair and honest judge that I
7:39
Speaker 1: have ever had. any, uh, um, I've ever researched into. And, uh,
7:46
Speaker 1: I would really love to see Judge Sullivan catch some
7:49
Speaker 1: of these, uh, cases because the way he goes about
7:51
Speaker 1: his business, boy, let me tell you, these prosecutors with
7:54
Speaker 1: that immunity deal, they would have been squashed under heel.
7:57
Speaker 1: And a man like Prince Andrew wouldn't even be able
8:00
Speaker 1: to hide from Emmett Sullivan if he wanted to go
8:02
Speaker 1: after him. So I, I know that there are other
8:05
Speaker 1: judges like that in the system. There has to be.
8:08
Speaker 1: But when are we going to see a judge like
8:10
Speaker 1: that in this Epstein case that demands justice? Pressure on
8:16
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew increased earlier this year after the revelation by U.S.
8:20
Speaker 1: authorities that he failed to cooperate with the FBI's investigation
8:23
Speaker 1: into his ties with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
8:28
Speaker 1: The complex legal situation may make Andrew reluctant to visit America,
8:32
Speaker 1: where his evidence is sought on both criminal and civil cases,
8:36
Speaker 1: but lawyers say it's unlikely to restrict his travel to
8:39
Speaker 1: other countries. Well, I wonder why. Why not put something
8:43
Speaker 1: out with Interpol at that point? Isn't that what Interpol
8:45
Speaker 1: is there for? Oh, not if you're elite, though, right? Nah,
8:49
Speaker 1: not if you're Prince Andrew. You're above the law. The
8:52
Speaker 1: two-tier justice system doesn't apply to you. Lawyer Lisa Bloom,
8:57
Speaker 1: who represents five of Epstein's alleged sexual trafficking survivors, said
9:02
Speaker 1: in January that it was time for Andrew to stop
9:05
Speaker 1: playing games and to come forward to do the right
9:08
Speaker 1: thing and answer questions. Now, while I agree that he
9:13
Speaker 1: should come forward, my question is this. Where does Lisa
9:16
Speaker 1: Bloom get off inserting herself into this whole ordeal? Have
9:21
Speaker 1: any of her clients accused Prince Andrew, aka the Joe Exotic,
9:25
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family of illegally abusing them? If so,
9:29
Speaker 1: I don't remember seeing those stories and seeing those articles. See,
9:34
Speaker 1: the problem with people like Lisa Bloom, folks, and I
9:36
Speaker 1: did a whole entire closer look at her already here
9:39
Speaker 1: on the podcast, is that she's more interested in fame
9:43
Speaker 1: enhancing the image of her firm than she is in
9:47
Speaker 1: providing justice to these survivors in my opinion. So anytime
9:51
Speaker 1: I see Lisa Bloom's name or Gloria Allred's name, I
9:54
Speaker 1: automatically roll my eyes and I know that the survivors
9:59
Speaker 1: or or victims that they're representing are not getting a
10:03
Speaker 1: fair shake and of course that's my opinion right i
10:06
Speaker 1: don't you know i'm sure lisa bloom and gloria allred
10:09
Speaker 1: have done some good at some point in their lives
10:11
Speaker 1: but it bothers me that they've inserted themselves into the
10:15
Speaker 1: middle of this case because what it does is it
10:18
Speaker 1: gives people that window to say up here we go
10:21
Speaker 1: Laura Allred and Bloom we know that all this is
10:25
Speaker 1: it's only about money these girls have no these girls
10:27
Speaker 1: weren't abused and it gives critics an opening when you
10:31
Speaker 1: have people like Allred and Bloom involved and if I
10:35
Speaker 1: was one of these survivors I honestly there is zero
10:38
Speaker 1: chance I would go to Gloria Allred or Lisa Bloom
10:42
Speaker 1: especially after we heard from Maria Farmer and heard about
10:46
Speaker 1: how Gloria Allred treated her Bloom said her clients were
10:53
Speaker 1: outraged and disappointed at Prince Andrew's behavior. Buckingham Palace and
10:58
Speaker 1: his legal team maintained a no-comment policy one day after U.S.
11:02
Speaker 1: Attorney Jeffrey Berman said Andrew had provided zero cooperation to
11:06
Speaker 1: the FBI and the U.S. prosecutors seeking to speak with
11:10
Speaker 1: him about Epstein. And we, you know, that would be,
11:13
Speaker 1: that's expected. That is definitely expected. The guy lawyered up.
11:16
Speaker 1: I told you right away when he got those lawyers
11:18
Speaker 1: he'd be clamming up and not saying a thing. For
11:21
Speaker 1: the price he's paying for those lawyers, if we seen
11:23
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family running around yapping, well,
11:27
Speaker 1: we would know that he's not getting his money's worth.
11:30
Speaker 1: And these lawyers that he hired for all of their
11:32
Speaker 1: faults and for all of their scumbaggery are good at
11:35
Speaker 1: their job. And they're not going to let their client
11:38
Speaker 1: walk into some sort of trap. That's not going to occur.
11:43
Speaker 1: The statement from Berman, Manhattan's top federal prosecutor, was the
11:47
Speaker 1: first official confirmation that America's leading law enforcement agency had
11:51
Speaker 1: sought and failed to obtain evidence from the Joe Exotic
11:56
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. And, I mean, is Berman for real?
12:02
Speaker 1: The guy comes off as a limperist. I mean, come on, dude. Oh, well,
12:07
Speaker 1: we asked for information, but they weren't willing to give
12:10
Speaker 1: it to us, so we just moved on. That's how
12:12
Speaker 1: the federal government operates nowadays? Sure doesn't seem to be
12:15
Speaker 1: the case when it's regular people. Sure doesn't seem to
12:18
Speaker 1: be the case when you're kicking in people's doors with
12:20
Speaker 1: CNN there and dragging them out of their bed and
12:23
Speaker 1: their wives in their nightclothes out of their bed over
12:25
Speaker 1: something way less than what Jeffrey Epstein was involved in. So, Berman.
12:34
Speaker 1: Stop BSing us, alright? Either pursue the case or get
12:38
Speaker 1: out of the way and hand it off to somebody
12:40
Speaker 1: that will do that. And I don't mean Maureen Comey either, okay?
12:43
Speaker 1: I have zero faith in Maureen Comey. This was despite
12:48
Speaker 1: his pledge last November that he would cooperate with legitimate
12:51
Speaker 1: law enforcement agencies. The U.S. decision to make the Prince's
12:55
Speaker 1: silence public may also be part of a strategy to
12:57
Speaker 1: increase public calls for him to cooperate. Well, yeah, we
13:01
Speaker 1: talked about that. It's definitely a strategy that they're using
13:04
Speaker 1: to try and basically shame him. But again, that doesn't
13:08
Speaker 1: have teeth, right? And after the initial shock of the shame, well,
13:13
Speaker 1: what's the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family going to do?
13:15
Speaker 1: He's going to hunker down with his legal team and
13:18
Speaker 1: just ignore and drag his feet when it comes to
13:21
Speaker 1: this kind of thing. Because if you're just going to
13:24
Speaker 1: go out there and you're going to call him out
13:26
Speaker 1: and you're not going to have any teeth on it, well,
13:28
Speaker 1: why should he even bother paying attention to you? Andrew
13:34
Speaker 1: is being sought for questioning as a witness who may
13:37
Speaker 1: be able to shed light on the illegal activities of Epstein. Again,
13:41
Speaker 1: that's BS right there. That's just straight up BS. He's
13:43
Speaker 1: not being called as just a witness. He is credibly
13:45
Speaker 1: accused by Virginia Roberts of engaging in abuse while she's
13:51
Speaker 1: being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein. All right, let's just call
13:54
Speaker 1: it what it is. Stop tiptoeing around shit all the time.
13:57
Speaker 1: I'm so sick of the tiptoeing around by the legacy media.
14:01
Speaker 1: I'm so sick of it. Let's call it what it is, okay?
14:05
Speaker 1: He's not there as a witness, just as a witness.
14:07
Speaker 1: This man is accused of taking part. There's no indication
14:14
Speaker 1: that U.S. officials are pursuing criminal charges against the prince. Well, yeah,
14:18
Speaker 1: that's because the U.S. officials are inept. The U.S. officials
14:23
Speaker 1: are limp-wristed. The U.S. officials are garbage. The FBI has
14:29
Speaker 1: only limited ways to try to convince him to give evidence.
14:33
Speaker 1: In March, Reuters reported that Prince Andrew had declined to
14:36
Speaker 1: cooperate with the American investigation into possible co-conspirators of deceased financier, pedophile,
14:42
Speaker 1: and accused sex trafficker, Epstein. Shut the Door U.S. Attorney
14:49
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Berman told reporters last month, contrary to Prince Andrew's
14:52
Speaker 1: very public offer to cooperate with our investigation into Epstein's co-conspirators,
14:57
Speaker 1: an offer that was conveyed via press release, he has
15:00
Speaker 1: now completely shut the door on voluntary cooperation and our
15:05
Speaker 1: office is considering its options. Well, that's all nice and well, Mr. Berman,
15:11
Speaker 1: but there is plenty of evidence about the co-conspirators without
15:16
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's testimony, okay? I get it, you'd like to
15:19
Speaker 1: add the testimony, it's always nice to have more. But
15:22
Speaker 1: you don't need Prince Andrew's testimony to swoop up the
15:26
Speaker 1: Corp 4 or Jean-Luc Brunel or any of these other
15:30
Speaker 1: people who received money from Epstein and his ill-gotten gains, okay?
15:35
Speaker 1: Point blank, period. The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's
15:42
Speaker 1: lawyers had said Andrew would not submit voluntarily to an
15:45
Speaker 1: interview according to Berman spokesman James Margolin. And why would they?
15:51
Speaker 1: Why would they at this point? They know that Berman
15:55
Speaker 1: is limp-wristed. They know that Berman isn't going to pursue
15:58
Speaker 1: this and kick in the door like a true prosecutor should.
16:01
Speaker 1: So they're just going to sit down and they'll ignore
16:03
Speaker 1: everything that the U.S. so-called officials have to say. Why
16:07
Speaker 1: would they answer any of it? They know nothing's going
16:09
Speaker 1: to come from it. The Sun Online reported a few
16:13
Speaker 1: days ago that Epstein's estate and 17 of the pedophile's
16:16
Speaker 1: victims have entered into settlement talks. These women have agreed
16:20
Speaker 1: to participate in a victim compensation fund that will assess
16:24
Speaker 1: each claim before issuing a payout within 90 days. The
16:28
Speaker 1: Sun has obtained legal filings which state that the 12
16:30
Speaker 1: women represented by Jordan K. Merson of Merson Law and
16:35
Speaker 1: 5 women working with Lisa Bloom of the Bloom firm
16:38
Speaker 1: agreed to the parameters of the fund. Any of the
16:42
Speaker 1: women who agree to participate in the fund will have
16:44
Speaker 1: to sign a four-page contract that states they can never
16:47
Speaker 1: again file legal action against the Epstein estate and co-executors
16:52
Speaker 1: Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn. Well, that's pretty convenient for
16:57
Speaker 1: Indyke and Kahn that they're involved in that little bit
17:00
Speaker 1: of protection, huh? Considering we've established that Indyke especially was
17:04
Speaker 1: connected to Epstein's hip and was involved in some real scumbaggery.
17:08
Speaker 1: Pretty interesting. This agreement does not, however, prohibit the women
17:14
Speaker 1: from suing individuals they may have been trafficked to while
17:17
Speaker 1: being abused by Epstein. That means at least one woman,
17:21
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, could file a lawsuit against Prince Andrew. And again,
17:27
Speaker 1: All of that stuff that they just talked about with
17:28
Speaker 1: Lisa Bloom and all of the other survivors that are
17:33
Speaker 1: going after Prince Andrew, the one that matters the most
17:36
Speaker 1: here when we're talking about who has a claim of
17:42
Speaker 1: true crimes being committed and something just dastardly occurring is
17:47
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts. And her account of what occurred between her
17:50
Speaker 1: and Prince Andrew is the most damning of all of
17:53
Speaker 1: these claims. And it should be magnified a lot more, okay?
18:00
Speaker 1: Because Virginia Roberts has been nothing but credible throughout this
18:04
Speaker 1: whole entire ordeal, folks. And like you all should know
18:07
Speaker 1: by now here on the podcast, I'm not a believe
18:10
Speaker 1: all women person. I'm not a believe all men person.
18:12
Speaker 1: I'm a believe the evidence person. And I follow the
18:15
Speaker 1: evidence wherever it takes me. And to this point in
18:18
Speaker 1: the case, with everything that's available, there is no doubt
18:25
Speaker 1: in my mind that Virginia Roberts has been truthful throughout
18:29
Speaker 1: this whole entire thing. Roberts claims she was trafficked to
18:34
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and has provided a photo of her and
18:36
Speaker 1: the royal at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell, but the
18:39
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has strenuously denied her
18:42
Speaker 1: claim and suggested the image of them is photoshopped, which
18:45
Speaker 1: has been debunked completely. The fund also allows the women
18:49
Speaker 1: to remain anonymous should they wish, but they are also
18:53
Speaker 1: not barred from speaking about their compensation or allegations against Epstein. Well,
18:59
Speaker 1: I think that that is definitely a good thing, right?
19:01
Speaker 1: When it comes to the compensation fund, I think that's important.
19:05
Speaker 1: I think that if these ladies decide they want to
19:08
Speaker 1: speak about their situation and what occurred and they want
19:12
Speaker 1: to write a book or they want to go on
19:13
Speaker 1: a show and they want to get compensated for their story,
19:17
Speaker 1: I don't see any problem with that. It's their story.
19:20
Speaker 1: It's theirs to tell. It's theirs to do with as
19:22
Speaker 1: they please. And anybody who tries to get in the
19:24
Speaker 1: way of that is just another person who is trying
19:27
Speaker 1: to to squash their voice and make their voices not heard.
19:32
Speaker 1: So I'm glad that this is a part of that
19:35
Speaker 1: fund and I hope that any of the survivors who
19:42
Speaker 1: use that fund are treated in a proper fashion. We're
19:46
Speaker 1: going to be following that very closely to make sure
19:49
Speaker 1: that these survivors aren't being abused by their lawyers as well.
19:55
Speaker 1: Because we know, and it's unfortunate to have to say this,
19:58
Speaker 1: but we know that people like Lisa Bloom and Gloria Allred,
20:02
Speaker 1: they're about that money. They are about that dough. And unfortunately,
20:07
Speaker 1: they don't have the greatest track record. So in my opinion,
20:10
Speaker 1: we have to look at them under the microscope. We
20:14
Speaker 1: have to make sure that they're not doing anything shysty.
20:18
Speaker 1: Because if we don't keep an eye on it, right?
20:21
Speaker 1: And when I say we, I mean all of us,
20:22
Speaker 1: not just me. I mean independent content creators, investigative journalists,
20:26
Speaker 1: people following the case. If we don't keep an eye
20:28
Speaker 1: on it, who is going to do that? The legacy media?
20:31
Speaker 1: We're going to rely on them to do the right
20:33
Speaker 1: thing in this case all of a sudden? Now, we
20:35
Speaker 1: can't do that, unfortunately, folks. So we have to keep
20:39
Speaker 1: our eye on this. We have to see where it goes.
20:41
Speaker 1: And most importantly, we have to keep the pressure on
20:45
Speaker 1: people like Berman and the prosecutors to bring all of
20:49
Speaker 1: these people to justice once and for all. If you'd
20:53
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
20:56
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
21:04
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All right, let's
21:09
Speaker 1: see what this article has to say. Off the record,
21:13
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew vanished from official royal records for days at
21:18
Speaker 1: a time when Virginia Roberts claimed she had sex with him.
21:22
Speaker 1: The Duke of York was between his regal duties on
21:24
Speaker 1: two of the three occasions he is said to have
21:26
Speaker 1: bedded Jeffrey Epstein's teen sex slave. On the third occasion,
21:30
Speaker 1: a royal aid revealed there were gaps in his duty
21:33
Speaker 1: where he was reportedly unaccompanied. Huh. Well, I'll be damned. Unaccompanied, huh, Prince?
21:42
Speaker 1: What were you up to? Were you at the pizza shop?
21:45
Speaker 1: Maybe this time you were over at the taco shop.
21:47
Speaker 1: You were over in maybe, well, Ansonata maybe. You were
21:49
Speaker 1: down there, you were getting some tacos, you were on
21:51
Speaker 1: the beach. and the people that could... corroborate your story, sir? Roberts,
21:58
Speaker 1: then age 17, claims she was forced by Epstein to
22:01
Speaker 1: have sex with the Duke in London in the shamed
22:03
Speaker 1: financier's New York mansion and on his private island of
22:06
Speaker 1: Little St. James. When asked about the shocking allegations by
22:10
Speaker 1: the BBC, the under-fire royal claimed his innocence. I don't
22:13
Speaker 1: think that could have happened at all, the Duke of
22:15
Speaker 1: York told Emily Maitlis during a car crash interview. However...
22:19
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace records and flight logs for Epstein's private jets
22:23
Speaker 1: suggest Andrew was in the same places as Roberts on
22:26
Speaker 1: each of the occasions she claims they had sex. Wow. Wow, wow, wow.
22:34
Speaker 1: So there's these little clips in the article as we're
22:36
Speaker 1: reading through, these little blurbs, and I'll read those real quick. March...
22:41
Speaker 1: March 5th, 2001. The Duke of York, Colonel-in-Chief, the Staffordshire Regiment,
22:47
Speaker 1: the Prince of Wales this morning visited the 1st Battalion
22:49
Speaker 1: at Moulton Barracks, Tidworth, Hampshire. March 12th, 2001, Buckingham Palace.
22:58
Speaker 1: The Duke of York this evening attended an armed forces
23:00
Speaker 1: parliamentary scheme graduation dinner at Speaker's House, Palace of Westminster, London.
23:07
Speaker 1: Royal records above show the Duke was between engagements when
23:10
Speaker 1: he said to have first met Roberts in London. Oh, wow.
23:15
Speaker 1: This is some damning stuff right here, folks. This is
23:18
Speaker 1: some damning stuff unfolding before our eyes. And like I said,
23:21
Speaker 1: like I said before, right, this is important for everybody
23:25
Speaker 1: else involved in this case to take note. If the
23:27
Speaker 1: Duke of York is getting smashed on like this and
23:30
Speaker 1: is getting piled on and is having his story blown
23:32
Speaker 1: wide the hell open, then everybody can get it. Every
23:36
Speaker 1: single person who was involved in this better be taking
23:39
Speaker 1: notice of what's coming down the pipe. Because not only
23:41
Speaker 1: are we not going to stop now, the rest of
23:43
Speaker 1: the public is starting to really sink their teeth into
23:45
Speaker 1: this and get interested. The whole impeachment trial, I mean
23:49
Speaker 1: the debate last night, was at its lowest ratings yet.
23:52
Speaker 1: People just are tuning out. People don't want to hear
23:54
Speaker 1: that stuff anymore. People want justice. Look at what's going
23:59
Speaker 1: on around the world. And I don't mean in America.
24:02
Speaker 1: You look around and people are tired of it. People
24:04
Speaker 1: are frustrated. that people are done being taken advantage of.
24:08
Speaker 1: And this is all of that laid out bare for
24:11
Speaker 1: all of us to see. And now everybody can look
24:13
Speaker 1: at it and everybody knows who the boogeyman is. Roberts
24:20
Speaker 1: was on a whistle-stop tour of Europe when she arrived
24:22
Speaker 1: in London on March 9th, 2001, the time she was
24:26
Speaker 1: famously pictured with the prince. She says she partied with
24:29
Speaker 1: the royal in Tramp Nightclub before claiming they had sex
24:32
Speaker 1: for the first time in Ghislaine Maxwell's home in Belgravia, London.
24:36
Speaker 1: It's been reported the alleged encounter was likely to have
24:39
Speaker 1: taken place on the night of March 10th, just a
24:42
Speaker 1: day after Roberts arrived in the capital. All right, so
24:44
Speaker 1: you see that's between the gap now. According to the
24:47
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace Records... Well, Andrew wasn't doing princely duties or
24:56
Speaker 1: whatever the hell it is they call it, all right?
24:58
Speaker 1: This dude was out with Epstein, out with Maxwell, at
25:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell's house. Oh, that picture was taken upstairs, but I've
25:04
Speaker 1: never been upstairs. Come on, bro. Nobody's buying it. Nobody
25:08
Speaker 1: believes you. However, the prince insists he took his daughter
25:14
Speaker 1: Beatrice to a party at a pizza express in Woking
25:17
Speaker 1: the day before, spending the evening with his children. I, look,
25:21
Speaker 1: what sort of man uses their kid in their alibi?
25:26
Speaker 1: What sort of sick and depraved individual does that? However,
25:31
Speaker 1: excuse me, at the time, he was on a week-long
25:33
Speaker 1: break March 5th to March 12th between official duties, records
25:37
Speaker 1: seen by the Sun Online reveal. One month later, on
25:41
Speaker 1: April 9th, official Buckingham Palace court circulars show Andrew flew
25:46
Speaker 1: to New York for the start of a royal visit.
25:48
Speaker 1: The same day, Roberts flew from Palm Beach to Teterboro
25:52
Speaker 1: Airport in New Jersey on Epstein's private jet, the Lolita Express.
25:58
Speaker 1: we've talked about the Teterboro connection. We've talked about that
26:01
Speaker 1: being the airport, the hub, where it flies out to
26:04
Speaker 1: the Lolita, to Little St. James. We've talked about all this.
26:07
Speaker 1: And now, the mainstream media is reporting it. They're sinking
26:11
Speaker 1: their teeth into it. And look, the light is being shed.
26:14
Speaker 1: There's nowhere to run for these roaches. There is nowhere
26:16
Speaker 1: to hide for these sick, depraved animals. The airport is
26:22
Speaker 1: located just a half an hour drive away from Manhattan,
26:24
Speaker 1: where Epstein's lavish, multi-story home is located. According to Roberts,
26:29
Speaker 1: it was around this time she was ordered to the
26:31
Speaker 1: sex mansion where she alleges she had sex with Andrew
26:34
Speaker 1: on a massage table. The Sun Online has already reported
26:37
Speaker 1: how during his three days in the U.S., the prince
26:40
Speaker 1: was unaccompanied for hours. And there's a hyperlink within this
26:44
Speaker 1: story so you can follow that when you go and
26:46
Speaker 1: click on it, right? Make sure you come. You click
26:47
Speaker 1: on the links. Always click on these links. Read the
26:49
Speaker 1: stories for yourselves. All right? Always read these stories for yourselves.
26:55
Speaker 1: An aide who traveled with him to New York and
26:57
Speaker 1: Boston admitted there were possible gaps in his royal itinerary.
27:01
Speaker 1: Flight logs then show Roberts and Epstein left New York
27:04
Speaker 1: on April 11th and headed to his private Caribbean hideaway
27:08
Speaker 1: in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Andrew reportedly arrived in the
27:12
Speaker 1: Bahamas just 90 minutes away on April 15th for a
27:15
Speaker 1: short holiday with his ex-wife and their daughters, Princess Beatrice
27:18
Speaker 1: and Eugenie, then aged 12 and 11. However, questions have
27:22
Speaker 1: been asked whether or not he stopped off at Epstein's
27:24
Speaker 1: private island in the intervening four days. Roberts has shockingly
27:28
Speaker 1: claimed she had had sex with Andrew during a huge
27:30
Speaker 1: romp at Epstein's exclusive island retreat. So, while his wife
27:34
Speaker 1: and his two daughters were in the Bahamas, he was
27:36
Speaker 1: sexually assaulting an underage girl with Jeffrey Epstein. That's what
27:40
Speaker 1: she's saying. That's what all the evidence is pointing towards, folks.
27:44
Speaker 1: Are you not mad yet? You're not ready to flip
27:45
Speaker 1: over the table yet? Two-tier justice system. Caribbean island orgy.
27:52
Speaker 1: The third time I had sex with Andy was in
27:54
Speaker 1: an orgy on Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
27:57
Speaker 1: She wrote in a filing to a Florida court in 2015.
28:00
Speaker 1: I was around 18 at the time. Epstein, Andy, approximately
28:05
Speaker 1: eight other young girls, and I had sex together. However,
28:08
Speaker 1: her allegations were struck from the U.S. court record later
28:12
Speaker 1: that year. Again, why? Who are you protecting? Why is
28:15
Speaker 1: Dershowitz so powerful enough that he could sway the prosecution?
28:20
Speaker 1: Was it just Dershowitz? Who else was involved? Were there
28:23
Speaker 1: people handling Epstein? And who were they? Let's dig a
28:26
Speaker 1: little deeper, folks. A Buckingham Palace spokesperson told The Sun
28:31
Speaker 1: Online tonight, all official engagements undertaken by members of the
28:35
Speaker 1: royal family are recorded on the court circular. We wouldn't
28:38
Speaker 1: comment on how members of the royal family spend their
28:41
Speaker 1: private time. In response to Roberts' allegations against the royal,
28:45
Speaker 1: the palace has said previously, any suggestion of impropriety with
28:48
Speaker 1: the underage minors is categorically untrue. Buckingham Palace, April 9th, 2001.
28:56
Speaker 1: Another one of those little blurbs. The Duke of York,
28:58
Speaker 1: chairman of the trustees, outward bound trust this morning, departed
29:01
Speaker 1: Heathrow Airport, London for the United States of America. Captain
29:05
Speaker 1: Richard Dilworth is in attendance. It is emphatically denied that
29:10
Speaker 1: the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact
29:13
Speaker 1: with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to the contrary is false
29:17
Speaker 1: and without foundation. Andrew's next official royal duties began on
29:21
Speaker 1: April 19th when he arrived in South Korea for the
29:23
Speaker 1: start of a week-long trade mission. The scandal hit Prince
29:27
Speaker 1: broke cover today for the first time since the Queen
29:29
Speaker 1: sensationally sacked him. The Duke of York, 59, put on
29:33
Speaker 1: a brave face just hours after releasing a bombshell statement
29:37
Speaker 1: revealing he was stepping down from his royal duties. The
29:40
Speaker 1: embattled prince was stripped of his royal duties and $ 249, 000
29:44
Speaker 1: stipend in wake of a car crash newsnight interview over
29:48
Speaker 1: his relationship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The Queen is understood
29:52
Speaker 1: to have come to the decision after consulting Prince Charles.
29:57
Speaker 1: A lawyer for Epstein's victims has already called on Prince
30:00
Speaker 1: Andrew to voluntarily speak to the FBI about what he knows. Again,
30:04
Speaker 1: Gloria Allred sticking her nose in it. Remember, she's not
30:08
Speaker 1: Robert's lawyer. But if she can get this guy to talk, hey, fine, whatever.
30:15
Speaker 1: Gloria Allred said, Every day where someone who has relevant
30:17
Speaker 1: information does not come forward may seem like a year
30:20
Speaker 1: to those who are victims and those who are suffering
30:22
Speaker 1: and who deserve the truth. Given that Prince Andrew has
30:25
Speaker 1: at least some knowledge of who was there in the
30:28
Speaker 1: various homes that he visited of Mr. Epstein in New
30:30
Speaker 1: York and Palm Beach and the Virgin Islands, he certainly
30:33
Speaker 1: could provide information to investigators. All right. Well, that's that article, huh?
30:41
Speaker 1: And as much as I, you know, I don't really
30:44
Speaker 1: care for Gloria Allred. I have to agree with her there, right?
30:47
Speaker 1: A broken clock is even right every twice a day.
30:51
Speaker 1: So I'm not a huge fan of these sort of lawyers, right?
30:58
Speaker 1: But that's besides the point of this whole entire article.
31:01
Speaker 1: This article, this whole entire article, what it does is
31:05
Speaker 1: it corroborates what Virginia Roberts said. And folks, look, I'm
31:09
Speaker 1: telling you right now, this makes ABC look absolutely, positively horrible.
31:16
Speaker 1: She has all of this corroborating evidence, and The Sun
31:19
Speaker 1: can go and put together all of this evidence to
31:22
Speaker 1: put the case together, but ABC can't be bothered? The
31:24
Speaker 1: Sun is in England. They have a lot more to
31:26
Speaker 1: lose than ABC does. ABC's mad that they don't have
31:29
Speaker 1: access to the royals? Really?! It's just such a joke.
31:34
Speaker 1: It's such a sham. And the two-tier justice system that
31:37
Speaker 1: we continue to live under needs to be exposed at
31:40
Speaker 1: every single possible turn. And this is a great step
31:45
Speaker 1: in the right direction for this case going forward. Right, folks?
31:49
Speaker 1: We have Prince Andrew, eighth in line for the throne,
31:55
Speaker 1: on the run right now. He is completely and utterly
31:58
Speaker 1: disgraced with his back against the wall. He has no
32:01
Speaker 1: support from the politicians. Corbyn and Boris Johnson both said
32:04
Speaker 1: that he should speak to authorities. So let's see what
32:08
Speaker 1: the next move is for Prince Andrew. He better make
32:11
Speaker 1: the right decision because he doesn't have the backing of
32:14
Speaker 1: the royal family, it seems at this time. It seems
32:16
Speaker 1: like he's on an island. And I don't mean the
32:20
Speaker 1: island with Epstein. I mean, an island by himself of
32:23
Speaker 1: his own making at this point. He needs to be
32:26
Speaker 1: questioned and this ball needs to get rolling. All right, folks,
32:30
Speaker 1: that's our update on the whole Andrew situation. I'll continue
32:34
Speaker 1: to bring these updates as they happen with Andrew, especially
32:36
Speaker 1: because that's where the information is coming from. That's where
32:39
Speaker 1: this case is breaking right now. That's who Virginia Roberts
32:42
Speaker 1: has said raped her. So we're going to follow this case.
32:46
Speaker 1: We're going to follow this portion of the case very
32:48
Speaker 1: closely because I think that this is where we're going
32:50
Speaker 1: to have a lot of things break and a lot
32:53
Speaker 1: of information start pouring out for us to go over. Again,
32:57
Speaker 1: if you want to reach me, you can do that
32:59
Speaker 1: at B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. That's BobbyCapucci at protonmail.com. And if
33:08
Speaker 1: you would like to... Today, we're going to dive right
33:11
Speaker 1: back in to the whole entire Prince Andrew situation and
33:16
Speaker 1: the confidential document that he requested be turned over to him. Now,
33:21
Speaker 1: we know that the court agreed. We know that David
33:24
Speaker 1: Boies and Virginia's legal team, they agreed as well. Well,
33:28
Speaker 1: now the estate has also agreed. So there is no
33:32
Speaker 1: impediment to the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, a.k.a.
33:38
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, getting this document. So that's one less technicality
33:45
Speaker 1: that we have to deal with, hopefully. Hopefully he'll get
33:48
Speaker 1: this document. Brettler will look over it, see that it
33:52
Speaker 1: means nothing, and will keep it moving. Because I have
33:56
Speaker 1: had my fill of technicalities and loopholes from these people.
34:01
Speaker 1: Today is the three-year anniversary of the podcast, folks. Three years,
34:05
Speaker 1: every single day, on air. Airing these dudes out. And
34:14
Speaker 1: we're going to be here every day until this trial ends.
34:18
Speaker 1: But the fact remains that with this document coming to
34:24
Speaker 1: the forefront here now and everybody agreeing to it, hopefully
34:29
Speaker 1: we can move past the technicality and loophole issue here
34:34
Speaker 1: at least and get down to some of the meat
34:37
Speaker 1: and the potatoes. Everybody has been calling for the same thing.
34:44
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew to answer questions and he wouldn't even do that.
34:50
Speaker 1: For all these years now, especially since his interview on
34:54
Speaker 1: the BBC, he talked about how honorable he was and
34:57
Speaker 1: how he's willing to help authorities. And we knew none
35:01
Speaker 1: of that's true. If he wanted to help authorities, he
35:04
Speaker 1: wouldn't be talking about it. He'd be doing it. And
35:10
Speaker 1: they had the strategy of mum's the word. Let's keep quiet.
35:14
Speaker 1: Let's not talk about anything. We'll just shut our mouths
35:16
Speaker 1: and hope this goes away. Well, that's not going to work.
35:20
Speaker 1: Certainly not going to work with somebody like Virginia. So
35:24
Speaker 1: now he's forced to actually come to terms with the
35:28
Speaker 1: reality that he's going to have to answer these questions.
35:34
Speaker 1: And for Prince Andrew, we all know that's not going
35:37
Speaker 1: to be an easy task. We saw how he acted
35:41
Speaker 1: with Emily Maitlis talking to him. Imagine an FBI interrogator
35:47
Speaker 1: would not end well for Prince Andrew. So his team
35:50
Speaker 1: is trying to maneuver behind the scenes to make sure
35:53
Speaker 1: that doesn't happen. They don't want this to ever get
35:55
Speaker 1: to court. They don't want him sitting down to get deposed.
35:59
Speaker 1: They don't want any of it. In their perfect world,
36:03
Speaker 1: this all gets thrown out. The document that's being released
36:06
Speaker 1: will be the straw that breaks the camel's back. They'll
36:10
Speaker 1: get it thrown out and the prince will be on
36:12
Speaker 1: his way to go and grift steel and have shooting
36:15
Speaker 1: parties to his heart's delight. That's the scenario they hope
36:20
Speaker 1: play out. In reality, I don't think that's going to
36:25
Speaker 1: be the case. I think Prince Andrew's in some jeopardy here, folks. Now,
36:31
Speaker 1: not criminal, but as far as civilly goes, there is
36:35
Speaker 1: a lot of jeopardy for Andrew here. And now that
36:41
Speaker 1: we're going to be able to probably get rid of
36:45
Speaker 1: this document and put it in the past, They're going
36:47
Speaker 1: to have to come up with another strategy. And unless
36:51
Speaker 1: that strategy has something to do with, you know, the truth,
36:55
Speaker 1: I don't think they have that great of a chance.
36:57
Speaker 1: Because remember, they're not going against some jerk-off lawyer. They're
37:01
Speaker 1: not going against some, you know, better-call-Saul knockoff. They're going out,
37:06
Speaker 1: you know, up against a very powerful lawyer in his
37:09
Speaker 1: own right with a lot of resources of his own.
37:13
Speaker 1: So when that's the case and the lawyers are basically,
37:16
Speaker 1: you know, locking horns as equals in the courtroom, it
37:19
Speaker 1: comes down to, A, who has the connections? And then B, well,
37:25
Speaker 1: who's telling the truth? And I think when all is
37:30
Speaker 1: said and done here, I think Andrew's going to end
37:33
Speaker 1: up on the losing end. That's what I think will
37:37
Speaker 1: end up happening. However long this takes, either there'll be
37:40
Speaker 1: some sort of settlement out of court that he'll have
37:42
Speaker 1: to pay money, or it'll be a judgment against him.
37:45
Speaker 1: That's my personal opinion. Now, I don't have anything to
37:47
Speaker 1: back that up. I don't have any, you know, sources
37:50
Speaker 1: or inside info about it. That's just my gut feeling.
37:53
Speaker 1: And that's why he's fighting so hard to not even
37:57
Speaker 1: get to that point. All right, so our article today
38:02
Speaker 1: is from Law and Crime and Adam Clasfeld. And again,
38:07
Speaker 1: if you guys aren't following Adam Clasfeld on Twitter or
38:10
Speaker 1: social media or whatever, you probably should. He has great
38:14
Speaker 1: insight when it comes to things like in the realm
38:17
Speaker 1: of the legal land, and especially has given some really
38:20
Speaker 1: good insight throughout this whole entire Epstein situation. So I
38:25
Speaker 1: would definitely suggest checking him out if you're not familiar
38:27
Speaker 1: with his work. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein's estate agrees to disclose
38:34
Speaker 1: confidential deal requested by Prince Andrew, court documents say. Jeffrey
38:40
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate has agreed to disclose a confidential settlement agreement
38:44
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew invoked in an attempt to scuttle a
38:47
Speaker 1: lawsuit filed against him by Virginia Roberts, a U.S. court
38:51
Speaker 1: filing revealed on Thursday. So that just means everybody's in
38:55
Speaker 1: agreement here. David Boies, Prince Andrew's people, and the state,
39:05
Speaker 1: as well as the court, that this is okay for
39:08
Speaker 1: this document to be given to Prince Andrew for his
39:10
Speaker 1: team to take a look at and to see what's what. Now,
39:15
Speaker 1: their hope is they're going to find something in there
39:17
Speaker 1: that helps Prince Andrew get rid of this lawsuit altogether.
39:23
Speaker 1: They're hoping that it gives him cover. But according to
39:28
Speaker 1: David Boies and other people close to the situation, it
39:31
Speaker 1: doesn't look like that's going to occur. During a court
39:36
Speaker 1: hearing on September 13th, the Prince's attorney, Andrew Brettler, claimed
39:40
Speaker 1: the deal would expose Robert's lawsuit as baseless, non-viable, and
39:45
Speaker 1: potentially unlawful. There has been a settlement agreement that the
39:49
Speaker 1: plaintiff has entered into in a prior action that releases
39:54
Speaker 1: the Duke and others from any and all potential liability,
39:58
Speaker 1: Brettler said earlier this month to U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan,
40:03
Speaker 1: who appeared to have little patience for the claim. Yeah,
40:06
Speaker 1: because it's a stupid claim. All right, let's be real.
40:10
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was not in the employ of Jeffrey Epstein,
40:12
Speaker 1: was he? Not to our knowledge. And if he was, boy,
40:16
Speaker 1: that's a story in itself. Prince Andrew wasn't, you know,
40:22
Speaker 1: anything to Jeffrey Epstein except for a friend, supposedly. So
40:25
Speaker 1: how could this agreement have anything to do or have
40:29
Speaker 1: any bearing on Prince Andrew? It's such a reach by
40:33
Speaker 1: his team that it's not even funny. Another way to
40:36
Speaker 1: muddy things up. Another way to try and steer everybody
40:42
Speaker 1: into the mud and out of the clear water. At
40:48
Speaker 1: the time, the prince had been disputing that Roberts served
40:51
Speaker 1: him properly with the lawsuit, and the judge wanted to
40:54
Speaker 1: resolve that issue before turning to different arguments. Prince Andrew
40:58
Speaker 1: formally stipulated last week that Roberts successfully served him with
41:02
Speaker 1: the court papers. Oh, yeah, did she really? Oh, thanks,
41:06
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. This guy's such a clown. Him and his team,
41:10
Speaker 1: all of them. You should have accepted the papers right away.
41:13
Speaker 1: This was inevitable. The fact that you won't even accept
41:17
Speaker 1: the papers to battle it out in the courtroom tells
41:20
Speaker 1: me everything I need to know about you. Roberts' high-powered attorney,
41:27
Speaker 1: David Boyce, called the Epstein agreement in question irrelevant to
41:31
Speaker 1: the Duke's case, but the attorney agreed he has a
41:35
Speaker 1: right to see it. Although we believe that the release
41:38
Speaker 1: is irrelevant to the case against Prince Andrew, now that
41:41
Speaker 1: service has been accepted... and the case is proceeding to
41:44
Speaker 1: a determination on the merits, we believe that the counsel
41:48
Speaker 1: for Prince Andrew have a right to review the release
41:51
Speaker 1: and to make whatever arguments they believe appropriate based on it,
41:55
Speaker 1: Boyes wrote in a letter on September 23rd. So what
41:58
Speaker 1: that says to me is that David Boyes is pretty
42:00
Speaker 1: confident that this documentation is not going to have any
42:05
Speaker 1: bearing on the outcome of this case. That's what it
42:08
Speaker 1: says to me. Again, I could be wrong. He could
42:10
Speaker 1: just be flossing and flexing and acting like he's confident.
42:13
Speaker 1: I don't know. But when you look at his reaction
42:17
Speaker 1: to this and his comments, it certainly seems to me
42:21
Speaker 1: that he's confident that this document is going to mean nothing.
42:31
Speaker 1: The agreement is currently under a protective order and Roberts
42:33
Speaker 1: litigation with former Epstein lawyer, and professor at Harvard Law School,
42:38
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz. Roberts has also accused Dershowitz of sexually abusing her. Dershowitz,
42:44
Speaker 1: who denied the allegations, countersued Roberts for defamation. Look, Alan
42:50
Speaker 1: Dershowitz is one of the most reprehensible people I have ever,
42:55
Speaker 1: ever had the disgusting luck of hearing about in my life.
43:02
Speaker 1: I just do not like the man, the way he
43:04
Speaker 1: goes about himself, the way he carries himself, And certainly
43:08
Speaker 1: the way he manipulates the law. We all know that
43:13
Speaker 1: when you're hiring Alan Dershowitz, you're not hiring him for
43:15
Speaker 1: the courtroom. You're hiring him because he has access to
43:18
Speaker 1: all his buddies at Harvard who litter. On Thursday, Boyce
43:24
Speaker 1: followed up with another letter informing the judge presiding over
43:28
Speaker 1: this dispute about the breakthrough regarding Epstein's estate. Jeffrey Epstein's
43:32
Speaker 1: estate has now consented to Ms. Roberts providing a copy
43:36
Speaker 1: of the confidential agreement at issue to Prince Andrew. Boies
43:40
Speaker 1: told Senior U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska, we thus request
43:45
Speaker 1: permission from the court pursuant to this court's protective order
43:49
Speaker 1: to furnish a copy of the release to Prince Andrew's counsel.
43:53
Speaker 1: So again, sure seems like Boies and company here are like,
43:58
Speaker 1: all right, here's the document, bring it on. Let's see
44:01
Speaker 1: what you got. Roberts, one of the most widely known
44:09
Speaker 1: women to accuse since deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein of abuse,
44:13
Speaker 1: has sued three other people for allegedly sexually exploiting her.
44:17
Speaker 1: Roberts' civil complaint alleging that accused sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell
44:22
Speaker 1: turned her into Epstein's sex slave helped spark the British
44:25
Speaker 1: heiress' criminal prosecution. The lawsuits against Alan Dershowitz and Prince
44:30
Speaker 1: Andrew sprung from allegations that first became public during the
44:34
Speaker 1: litigation with Maxwell. Now, that was all during the deposition.
44:39
Speaker 1: And the stuff that Virginia talked about in that deposition, very,
44:43
Speaker 1: very disturbing. And it's obvious that prosecutors believed her because, well,
44:50
Speaker 1: Maxwell is charged with perjury based on her responses during
44:54
Speaker 1: that deposition. Robert's latest lawsuit accuses Prince Andrew of sexually
45:02
Speaker 1: assaulting her in three locations. Epstein's New York mansion in
45:05
Speaker 1: Private Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as
45:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell's London home. The latter locale is where the prince
45:12
Speaker 1: was pictured with his arm around Robert's waist. And that's
45:16
Speaker 1: the clincher for me. That's the evidence that is the
45:20
Speaker 1: lock evidence, right? The evidence that you look at it
45:23
Speaker 1: and you're like, oh man, I don't know how you
45:24
Speaker 1: get over that. Dude has a picture with her at
45:29
Speaker 1: Maxwell's house, arm around her bare waist, and then he
45:33
Speaker 1: has the audacity to say he doesn't even know her?
45:36
Speaker 1: Nobody's believing that. Roberts filed her claims on August 9th,
45:45
Speaker 1: as the window was closing on the New York Child
45:47
Speaker 1: Victims Act, which suspended the statute of limitations on civil
45:51
Speaker 1: allegations involving alleged sexual abuse against minors. She was 17
45:56
Speaker 1: years old when she alleges the conduct occurred. Andrew has
46:00
Speaker 1: not been charged with any crimes. The prince's attorney did
46:03
Speaker 1: not immediately respond to an email requesting comment. Yeah, that's
46:08
Speaker 1: the MO of these guys. They're not going to say nothing.
46:11
Speaker 1: Andrew's people? Mum's the word, folks. That's how it's been
46:15
Speaker 1: for a while. Now, with Brettler being involved, it might
46:19
Speaker 1: become a little different. He's a Hollywood guy. Might take
46:22
Speaker 1: to a little more... Public denial or whatever, we'll have
46:26
Speaker 1: to see. But as of now, we've heard nothing pretty
46:29
Speaker 1: much from the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's camp.
46:34
Speaker 1: And I don't expect that to change. Alright, so also tomorrow,
46:40
Speaker 1: we have a, there's a new article out in Politico
46:43
Speaker 1: about the fund. And it's relatively long. So I'm going
46:47
Speaker 1: to do it in a couple of pieces starting tomorrow morning.
46:51
Speaker 1: I think that's the best way to do those long articles.
46:53
Speaker 1: It's worked out for us in the past like that.
46:55
Speaker 1: I'll probably break it down into three pieces. And then
46:59
Speaker 1: that way you folks can digest it a little bit
47:02
Speaker 1: at a time as opposed to going through a marathon
47:06
Speaker 1: hour and a half or whatever it may be. So
47:09
Speaker 1: that's going to be that for today. And for tomorrow,
47:13
Speaker 1: that's what you can expect. Obviously, if anything else happens,
47:17
Speaker 1: we get some breaking news or something that turns the
47:20
Speaker 1: case on its head. I'll definitely be back. But if not,
47:26
Speaker 1: we will pick up where we left off tomorrow. If
47:30
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at
