- 0:50SPEAKER_02: We got cut off.
- 0:52SPEAKER_02: Not sure what happened with the connection, but I'm excited to have Murda come on and share her story.
- 1:00SPEAKER_02: She is such a powerhouse.
- 1:04SPEAKER_02: And there we go.
- 1:07SPEAKER_02: The connection was too strong, too much, too much energy.
- 1:10SPEAKER_02: It was just like too strong.
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: Let's go cut this out.
- 1:14SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I'd love for you to kind of share, like where I said, like your journey, a bit of your story with everyone.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: I know it was too much power in one place, I guess.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Hopefully this will stick.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: Um thank you for your beautiful um introduction.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: And I'm excited to to just be with you and to share this space together.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Um it was lovely to meet you in New York, but okay, to my story.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Uh, you know, it's it's usually I like to begin my story at the end.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, which is um to talk about the thing that I've built.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Um but then I often also say, you know, the amount of money and the size of the company that I that I've built together with my husband is the least interesting thing about me, but it's always the thing that grabs people's attention, you know, like we we built a business from startup to 2.5 billion um over 14 years, and then we sold it about 11 years ago.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Um, and so that's sort of like the magnitude um or or you know, the measuring stick these days of like, gosh, you've made it.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Um but I think the most fascinating part of my story is you know where I came from, and and that is someone who was born and raised in Poland under communism, uh, really coming from an environment of scarcity and lack, um, and and um being bound and restricted and constricted as a woman, as a as a human being, as a citizen.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: Uh so there was just so much oppression that was placed under me uh or over me.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: And I just feel like part of my mission, um, unknowingly back then, but I'm realizing it now, is how free can I get?
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Uh, and so it started with my my parents making the decision that we would flee Poland.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Uh, my mom was a famous journalist, she spoke against the government, um, which put her on this watch list, and she was imprisoned, and my home was very often raided when I was a little girl.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So, and growing up basically, tail end of the Cold War, tanks rolling in the streets of my hometown, buildings on fire, like those are the memories of childhood, the the you know, the the ones that stand out.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Um, and so when I was 12, my parents decided we would leave uh fearing our safety.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: And the tricky thing was we couldn't tell anyone we were leaving for the fear of detainment.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: And so one day we just left, you know, that typical um refugee story of like you pack a bag uh and that's all that gets to come along on the journey in terms of who you are.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Uh everything else stays behind.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: And so through a refugee camp, we immigrated to the United States, uh, where I arrived in the mid to late 80s, um, before the internet, so not having any clue where I was going, what I was about to encounter, didn't speak the language, didn't know the culture, and was thrown right into the American school system uh in New York City, which at the time was not very friendly.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: We weren't talking about feelings, emotional intelligence, or you know, there there wasn't um soft way of transitioning me into America.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: It was like sink or swim.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Uh, and so continuing living out of survival, right?
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Uh, and so from there, um, going through school, really being beaten and bullied by by girls, sadly, big part of my story.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Um, and and that energy, that power of I'll show you, watch this, was born then, you know, just knowing that I also was deserving of all the opportunities the American girls had at the time.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Um, that that was also meant for me.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: And so I just worked hard, uh, and that became the identity, the one that like proves them wrong.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Um, so I put myself through high school, eventually university, um, met my husband my last year of college.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: I went to Hastra on Long Island in New York, and then um I studied television.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: He worked in TV, so that's how we met.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And um we, after working in TV for a while, uh decided to start a company.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Uh, went to the Caribbean one one time, fell in love with the people, the culture, the weather, and that was our story.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Like, what could we build that we would get to live this every day?
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: What if we could create a life that we didn't need to vacation from?
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: And what if vacation was life and life was vacation?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: And that's what build uh started.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Uh a company called Cheap Caribbean still exists today.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Uh, it's been sold a few times.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: I think now it's owned by Hyatt Resorts.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: And that was the thing that we birthed and built um over the next 15 years and eventually sold um 14 years after founding it and moved to Paris, France, uh, where I am now.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: Um, and what I do now in this part of my life is is walk along women who are also building their legacies.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: Um and I I sort of have become, like you said, that soft landing space.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: I become that thing I didn't have myself when I was raising two kids, running this company, living and breathing it, and that is, you know, someone reminding me to slow down, to soften, um, to enjoy the journey, to come out of that survival state, um, to be, to see beauty in life, to love myself, to take care of my body.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Um, because my journey ended in a monumental crash and identity crisis after the sale of the business.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And so I come alongside the women who are also building beautiful big things, uh, reminding them that it doesn't have to be that way for them if they foster not just their masculine uh aspect of who they are, but also that beautiful, gentle, loving, nurturing feminine.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: So that is the story in a nutshell.
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: And there's so many nuggets in there that I didn't know before.
- 8:12SPEAKER_02: And I remember when we were having dinner last month in New York, you know, so often I think people believe that the result is gonna regulate you.
- 8:22SPEAKER_02: Like once I achieve that thing, then I'll feel this type of way, then I'll be regulated, then I'll be, you know, the money, the success, the title, whatever it is, then everything magically is okay.
- 8:33SPEAKER_02: And I know you know that you just bring that all with you to the top.
- 8:37SPEAKER_02: So it doesn't get better if you're not regulated here.
- 8:40SPEAKER_02: You bring all of that, it just gets amplified.
- 8:43SPEAKER_02: And I know there was especially a moment for you with the selling of your company, and someone might think, oh, you sold it for two more or five billion dollars.
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: Like you must be off.
- 8:52SPEAKER_02: But like someone would be like, What do you mean?
- 8:55SPEAKER_02: And it's like, no, it's not the result that regulates you.
- 8:58SPEAKER_02: So I'd love for you to kind of speak about, you know, hitting those metrics of success that someone would have been like, Well, you made it.
- 9:06SPEAKER_02: Like, that's more money than you know we could do it.
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: Like, it's all the things that I feel like you know, women are pushing for, they believe they need to force for, and they're kind of operating in this busyness to try to get to, and yet you can get there, and it's not necessarily the answer or what you think it's going to look like.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: So could you speak on that from like your perspective?
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: I especially think would be so valuable to hear as someone who's gotten to that point.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and that was um that was my story, you know.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: I I felt like uh for so much of that period of my my of our lives when we were running and growing the business.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: I mean, it was intense, it was exciting, it was all the things, but there literally was not a time to take a breath.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: Um, a lot of that, uh, you know, it was a 14-year chunk ups, ups, and ups and downs.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: A lot of that time blends together for me.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and so like I actually don't remember a lot of uh I don't have a lot of vivid memories of that time.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: It was just like a blur of this, like literally like a storm uh in my life.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: It's because I was that disconnected, you know.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: I really wasn't fully present.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: I was living out of survival, which is dysregulation.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: And a lot of my coping mechanisms were stay busy, do, perform.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: Like that was the survival mode that got me through until eventually it stopped working.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: And when it stopped working was when we sold.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: And so you're absolutely right.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: We think, and I did too, like, oh, let me just, I just need to get there.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Like, this is just a short-term thing.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: It just we just gotta, you know, sell or or whatever the thing is that you're driving towards, right?
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: Like when I get there, I'll relax, I'll have time for myself, I'll do the things I enjoy, I'll find time for pleasure, I'll try, you know, like we're hold it all off.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: It's like then I will finally start living, is basically what we're saying.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: And so for me, it was like I felt like I was juggling like 17 things at the same time, multitasking constantly, and I was like, being a mom, being you know, a business owner, a COO, being a daughter to my parents, like all so many things, and it was really overwhelming for my system, but I just kept going.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: So it was like a treadmill, you know, like that hamster on the wheel.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: And then when we sold the company and we moved to France, it was like all of that went away at the same time.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: I no longer had an agenda that I could barely keep up with because there were so many meetings and calls.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: I was in a foreign country, right?
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: So yet another identity loss.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: We moved to France.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: I was away from my parents, that identity went away.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: My kids were a little bit older.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Um, there was a lot more independence in their lives.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: So, like all the things I used to define myself up until that very moment suddenly gone.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: And there was time and there was space, and that was such a foreign concept to me.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: I think that's what most of us run from when we're on that treadmill.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: We literally don't know how to be with ourselves.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: God forbid you're back by yourself because you're lonely.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, no, you can be with yourself and not by yourself.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: You know, we just don't know the quality of presence that's available when you slow down and you tune in and you regulate and you connect to something deeper than what you do.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: And so we think the sale or the promotion or the next apartment or the, you know, will give us that feeling of contentment and satisfaction.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: But if we don't know how to hold that feeling, that state along the way as we go, we're not gonna be able to when we get there.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: And so we forget that, you know, like everyone's like, everything will change the minute that bank that that check hits my bank account.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: And I told the story at the dinner of waiting for the wire, right?
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: Like sitting and and and refreshing my screen, waiting for my HSBC bank balance to increase.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: And you are the same.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: What changes from the moment before the wire hits my bank account to the moment after?
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: Nothing except some numbers, right?
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: On your screen.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: But you're the same person you were before the sale, then after, and everything that you had been avoiding by staying busy and succeeding and producing and achieving front and center for me, it came up to the surface because all the distractions I had so beautifully, and like you know, the body really, the human body, it's we're genius at this, so beautifully used all that not to have to face it.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Everything for me came up to the surface, and when there was time and space in my calendar, my body literally gave out from the exhaustion, the burnout, the load of everything I had been carrying in my shoulder on my shoulders.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: And so it was not a fun way to celebrate being retired at 39.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: I had to then you know take drastic measures to start looking at my own healing.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: And I think that happens for a lot of people because we think the thing will solve our problems.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: And unless we know how to hold that feeling that we're craving as we're on the journey, we're not gonna be able to hold it when we get there.
- 14:36SPEAKER_02: I so appreciate you saying all of this because it's what I speak to all the time, but I think it's so powerful to hear it from like, yes, someone who has the result.
- 14:45SPEAKER_02: I think it just allows it to hit so much deeper for women to hear it from also like the other side of where you've been.
- 14:52SPEAKER_02: And even bringing up that safety to slow down.
- 14:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:56SPEAKER_02: Because it really is like, do you feel safe to slow down, that you can still enjoy, that you can still get everything out of life, that you're not gonna miss out, that you're not gonna not get there, that you're not gonna, you know, you don't have to push and force along the way, that you actually get to also be so deeply in love with the journey and the process, and you get to live along the way.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: And it's funny, I was actually saying this in in one of my programs earlier this week.
- 15:23SPEAKER_02: If you were to fast forward to the end of a movie without seeing the whole journey, how would the end of the movie it wouldn't hit?
- 15:30SPEAKER_02: It wouldn't land as much.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: It's like the journey of getting there, it won't hit, it won't land as much unless you can hold, unless you're in love with the process and the journey and the becoming and the unfolding itself.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And I think we forget that.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: I think uh, you know, also there is the speed of life these days is insane.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: Like we don't stop and think about it because we've like it's normal.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: And everyone's so busy, and we're inundated with the amount of information that we then have to process, the the level of it is nuts, and we just, you know, we call this insanity life, and we've normalized it.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: And so we are constantly running through life, and very often I see this in people like the moment and I invite them to just slow down and the their body panics, and so very often, you know, I was told in the very beginning, like you need to meditate or do breath work, and I did, I needed to slow down, but I needed to shift my gears down because I went from going a hundred miles an hour to zero and the body like freaked.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: And so a lot of people will start a meditation practice or just sitting, being with themselves, and what they encounter there is first of all, everything they've been avoiding, but also their nervous system is so jacked up from constant chaos that we live in that it's really destabilizing to just sit and be.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: And I think that is the foundation.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: If you're building anything, a business, a family, anything, and it's rooted in a dysregulated nervous system in fight or flight, it is going to crash.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: There's that's just how it is.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: So, unless you're regulating and embodying everything at every level as you go along, you're not building anything lasting.
- 17:34SPEAKER_02: I love every every word of what you said, and it's so interesting because I find that women also don't even give themselves permission to slow down, and it's that also addiction to the chaos, and even when they try to, it's like a self-sabotage where you then need to create more chaos because it's actually just more normal to your system to be in that fight or flight, to be in the survival, to be in the chaos.
- 18:01SPEAKER_02: And if something is calm, it's like, oh, it's vanilla, it's boring.
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: Something must be wrong because I'm not living in a state of chaos.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Who are you if you're not the warrior?
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: That's how we know ourselves, right?
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: That's how we're it's it's such a um popular story these days, you know, take on the story of the woman warrior, and we're fighting for freedom.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: And it's like, why does life have to be a fight?
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, why why why does there have to be this constant um struggle, battle, like you said, chaos?
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: It's just because that's the identity we've taken on, you know?
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: But it's yes, we are worried, and we are super resilient as human beings, women, but that's not the only thing that we are.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Like I am a badass, but I also have the biggest, most tender heart um and softness and and and the ability to just sit with someone and and be, you know, a stabilizing presence of safety, love, and peace.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: And I am both of those, which is like, you know, both extremes, and everything in between.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: So I very often talk to the women I work with about wholeness.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't have to be this like, women were so oppressed for so long.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: So now we're gonna fight back, pushing exactly, reactively, pushing back, exactly going to the other end of the extreme.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: And my invitation is always can we meet somewhere in the middle?
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: A woman who embodies her masculine and her feminine, a woman who both stands strongly in her power with a strong back, but also with her tender heart.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: And I think so much of that is needed.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: You know, we talk about flow, we've romanticized the feminine a little bit now.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: It's starting to come up with receive with grace and build from there, yes, but not at the cost of your of your masculine.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Like you need that structure and the form so the formless can flow through and fill it.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Like it's the balance and the union of the two within, and each of us will have a different balance, a different harmony.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: We tend to lean towards one more than the other, but embodying both and everything in between.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: Like, I really am not about uh transcending anything.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: I'm like, we are in this 3D body to experience and feel everything.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: And I feel like as women, that is our superpower, the ability to hold it all.
- 20:41SPEAKER_02: I love that you bring that up because I think sometimes when people think they're coming out of that more wounded masculine, they need to pendulum swing all the way to the feminine.
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: They're like, I guess that was completely wrong.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: So they completely throw out the masculine.
- 20:56SPEAKER_02: And I will admit, on my journey, I completely throw out the masculine at one point went all the way to the feminine.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: It was like, no, we actually need like the harmonization.
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: It's both and because the masculine does give you that structure also for your system to feel safe to flow for the feminine to feel safe.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: It needs some.
- 21:14SPEAKER_02: So you can't throw out everything.
- 21:15SPEAKER_02: We just need to throw out the hyper masculine or the wounded masculine or those aspects that aren't fully serving us so that you, like you said, live in harmony in the middle.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's it's about all of it.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: And and I think that you know, when we talk about being superwomen, it used to be like, look at me, I can carry it all, I can handle it all.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: Like your superpower is that is the ability to embody both.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: And and it's and it's rare.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: And and a lot of the you know, narrative online, especially in the coaching space now, is either systems and masculine, and this is how you make money, or receive, open, soften, like allow it to come.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: This is how you make money.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, all of it is in completely like.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Bring the two together and then watch the magic.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: Like I just love that whole that whole concept of you know, I keep coming back to like strong spine.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: Like I'm very, I have my boundaries, I um, you know, I'm very efficient in how I run meetings, what I want.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Like, I hate when people waste my time.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: Like, I can show up fully in my masculine, and it's like, you do not want to mess with me this moment, right?
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: But at the same time, like it's not like you said, at the denial or repression of the opposite, which is I will cry, you know, watching a mom with a baby outside, or like the Eiffel Tower sparkle.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: The other day I went to sunset and watched it, and I'm like standing there, allowing the beauty of that to move me.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, how incredible is that?
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: That I get to experience both like my tenderness and my badassery, as I call it, you know?
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's like that beautiful flow between like some moments this, some moments that, and also learning to actually flow.
- 23:04SPEAKER_02: Because I think there's also like an art form to learning when to flow into here, when to relax, when to do this, when to be feminine, when to like when to step into here, when to receive.
- 23:15SPEAKER_02: Because otherwise it's like the pendulum, you go back to feminine, oh, that wasn't good all the way to the masculine versus actually to me, it's like waves.
- 23:23SPEAKER_02: It's like waves that ebb and flow, right?
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: The wave crashes, all right.
- 23:27SPEAKER_02: Then we ebb back in, and then in crash and riding that wave without making any of the directions wrong, or without making up stories or meanings or limitations about whether you're flick which one you're at, creates this beautiful rhythm of like life.
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that totally.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: I it that's a key thing, like you said, not make anything wrong.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: Uh, and then being careful about comparison, you know, just because you reacted this way in a particular situation and someone else didn't, one is not more wrong or right than the other.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: Honoring who you are, like authenticity, right?
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: Like your own balance and your dance between the two will look totally different than mine, and there's space for both of that.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: So, like another thing that's really big for me is um, as I said in the beginning, like freedom.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And so if there is complete freedom in my life, I look to my own trust, belief, and authenticity only to drive me and how I show up and what I act like, not what the world finds acceptable, what Instagram says it's cool, and my next mentor or guru said is you know the way to do it.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: Like being a woman who's free to completely be full of herself and allow the self-expression of what that is to come forth, whatever that may look like, takes such skill and commitment.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: You know, I call it devotion.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Like I'm devoted to being 100% authentic and stay in alignment and integrity with what that looks like for me, regardless of people's reactions and judgments.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Like I don't look for validation of who I am now and who I am becoming in outside of myself, like all of that has to come from within.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: And I feel like besides the dance and the sacred union of the masculine and feminine, that's been one of the biggest lessons too.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Like eyeballs in, you know, like that that my inner guidance versus, you know, we want to be praised, we want to be validated, but that is always a misdirection because you know, everyone else sees everything through their own filter, and so what's right for you is not right for me.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: And so if I'm gonna have freedom to be who I am, I also have to allow you to have freedom to be who you are.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: And can all of that coexist if it looks completely different?
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: You know, we look completely different from one another.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, yes, that's the whole freaking point, rather than you know, hiring mentors that just hand you down their pillars and formulas and whatever, like do your own thing, walk your own path, that's the whole point, and surround yourself by people by people who are like, I love your authenticity because it's real.
- 26:27SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna say this again, I have to keep saying this, but I love everything you say.
- 26:31SPEAKER_02: I'm just like, yes, is what I talk about.
- 26:32SPEAKER_02: Like, yes, yes, because I feel like so much, and I was even talking about my content yesterday, of women's aliveness and essence and potency is being lost through the comparison, through the I need it to look like this because she's hitting this amount of money, so let me do it like that.
- 26:48SPEAKER_02: She has an answer that I don't have.
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: I am somehow lacking, I am somehow not full, I am somehow incomplete, I am somehow not enough.
- 26:57SPEAKER_02: When you're missing your own magic, that's gonna get you there, also in a way that feels good and is authentic to you, where you don't need to outsource your power.
- 27:06SPEAKER_02: And obviously, you know, we're both mentors.
- 27:08SPEAKER_02: There's nothing wrong with mentorship, but it's about not outsourcing your power or comparing where you let that dilute who you are in your uniqueness, in your authenticity that you're here to bring to the world in the way that you need to show it, even if it doesn't look like someone who is ahead of you.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: And and I think I agree with that totally.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: You know, mentorship to me is I'm not here to tell you how to do it, I'm here to ask you some questions that will allow you to find your own answers.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: And not here because I empower you, I'm here so that you can empower yourself.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: If I can constantly point you within and remind you you have all the answers, you have all the power, like then I've done my job.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: If we get to a point in our journey where you're like, you know, I don't think I need you anymore.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: I will, you know, celebrate you.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: And it's like, that is the whole point.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: And then I think we, you know, there's this beautiful thing about forgetting and remembering.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: Like you finish the work with a mentor, and it's like you check back in every so often because you're going to forget.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: I just met with a client and she's like, I thought I already did this work.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: It's like you are fully divine, you are also fully human.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: So there are gonna be moments that you're gonna be so full of your own sacredness, you're gonna create magical things, and then you're gonna have days on a random Wednesday that your dog is wet and you know, whatever, it gets all over your carpet, your kids crying, nothing's going right, and you're gonna be fully in your human self thinking about how everything today just went wrong, and that is also perfectly normal.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: But there are moments where we need to be reminded of who we are, of the power that's always there, of the connection that's always available to the divine, and that to me is mentorship.
- 29:04SPEAKER_00: Like I reflect back to you, your greatness, your power, your divinity, your highest self that I can see in you in the moments that in your full humanity you simply forget.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: And I love spaces where women do that for each other.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: Like you said, there is no competition, there's just we hold one another because it really is a joint journey, you know, like that beautiful quote of like we're all just walking each other home.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: It it's what it is to be human, and and why not be surrounded by people who also do that, who love you, who have your best interest um in mind, you know, like it's you can create or you can complain, but you can't do both.
- 29:48SPEAKER_02: That is so true.
- 29:49SPEAKER_02: And I feel like there's also so many different, like you say, oh, I thought like I worked through this already, but there's also to me different layers that come up at different levels.
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: So you work through different layers of quote unquote the same thing, but it's a different layer, or there's a different nuance to it, or it's a different, you know, level of it if it comes to leadership or money or holding it all.
- 30:09SPEAKER_02: Like before you were holding it all at this level, now you're holding it all at this level.
- 30:13SPEAKER_02: And so it really, like you said, is like this this journey of like you circle back around because now it's a new level, and not new level, new double, but like kind of there's a different texture to holding it on at that level for sure.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: And giving yourself like even that permission to expand in that level.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: I think that that's it.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: I think we're always expanding, you know, or at least for me, it's that's the kind of journey I'm interested in, like stagnancy and and you know, um, and not in an unhealthy way where it's boring unless something is happening, but I'm always curious about oh, why why did I do that?
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: Why did I feel that?
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: Why is that there?
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: Um, sometimes to my own detriment, I I tend to, you know, I'm super let's analyze this, let's slice and dice it.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: Um, but I love that.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: I love that if I choose to, expansion can be my permanent state.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: Um, and you know, that is yet another thing where like being surrounded by the right people is so essential because people who need you to stay the same or you know, in an old identity because it makes them comfortable, that they will get in the way of your expansion and of your uh ascension.
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: And so it's so important the company that we choose to keep.
- 31:35SPEAKER_00: Uh, I'm always super intentional about like who gets access to my energy, who gets into the inner circle, um, also because I know I give at the level of, you know, I'm fully available, I'm fully present, I'm here for as much as you can and are willing to accept.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: And um, that is reserved for the people that see and understand the value in it.
- 31:58SPEAKER_00: And so I just my level of standards at this of this season in my life are it are pretty high for myself and for others and for my life in general, and that is by choice, you know, and so my life looks the way it does because I do that and and I put myself in places that expand me constantly, even at this level.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: I put myself in consider in situations that aren't exactly comfortable for the growth, and I invite my clients to do the same.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: Like you want to get to a certain level, go hang out with people who are already there, go be at places that are that that's already expected and see what's triggered.
- 32:38SPEAKER_00: See, like, because what you have to work through will come up very quickly.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: Um, and that's what I, you know, I hold beautiful retreats here in Paris where that's what I do.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: Women come in for two and a half days, and we go to the most elite, luxurious of spaces.
- 32:54SPEAKER_00: And it's like, let's see in real life and real time what comes up for you so we can lovingly, gently, safely expand into you holding the where we're at already, so that you can embody and leave with that already being a part of your new identity.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: It's really beautiful.
- 33:15SPEAKER_02: See what part of you comes up that doesn't quite think I don't fit in, I'm not good enough for this, I don't belong, anything that doesn't feel like normal to your system and that so that you can dissolve it because those are like the limitations that are coming up and really giving yourself even that permission.
- 33:32SPEAKER_02: Like, I feel like a lot of things that you talk about that we've talked about, it's a lot of a permission piece to even give yourself permission to be in those spaces.
- 33:40SPEAKER_02: Because in order to even get there to see what will come up, you have to give yourself permission to even be in those spaces.
- 33:46SPEAKER_02: If you even get to who am I to be in that space in that room or do that thing, it's like first be the permission to even get in the room, then the permission to deconstruct, then the permission to even be free, the permission to not compare, the permission to not, you know, need it to look like Karen or Sally or Susie, whoever.
- 34:02SPEAKER_02: It's it's so much even permission to even expand in the first place.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: If you're exactly like with the retreat, for example, even thinking about cunning is already the process.
- 34:17SPEAKER_00: Then like having the call, things start coming up the minute, then you're like, okay, yes, and then you leave a deposit.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: All the women freak out and they're like, Oh my god, all this stuff is coming up.
- 34:29SPEAKER_00: And so the work begins before you even get to the place where you get to put yourself in the room.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: Just when you decided, okay, I don't really fully feel it, but this is for me, and it feels scary and it feels uncertain, but I'm willing to go there, and I'm willing to go there with someone who's a safe person who's done, you know, I'm trauma, recovery, all kinds of degrees and certification because I needed it from my own healing, and so I'm a safe space to hold someone through that beautiful expansion and embodiment, but in a safe, trauma-sensitive way.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: And I feel like that is a big step that we miss.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: We want to get there quickly and fast, and it's and it doesn't usually last.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: And so doing it in a way that's beautiful and gentle, opening into it, receiving it versus going a going to chase it, um, like softening into it in the feminine way that can expansion be that versus this traumatic um journey, you know?
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: Um, it it is, and it surprises me always, usually for the women that come, the thing that they were most excited for.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, I do a beautiful own location glamorous photo shoot.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: Like we do your hair and your makeup, and then we have my photographer, videographer come.
- 35:52SPEAKER_00: And so many women freeze right before they pick out the clothes, they have their hair, they look beautiful, and it's that first photo, and something something happens there where it's like for a lot of them, it's who am I?
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: Who even am I to be here?
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: You know, and oh, all the stuff comes up, the shame, the embarrassment, the what am I even doing here?
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, playing dress up in my 40s or however old you are, and it's like, oh, why the fuck not?
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: I'm not it's fun, but we need to work through all the, you know, like you said, the permissions and how dare you and am I worthy, and all the shame before we relax into oh my god, this is just for pleasure.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: You know, it's amazing how many of us feel guilty about doing something just because, just because I want.
- 36:51SPEAKER_02: I love how you describe that expansion because to me it's kind of like a flower, like blossoming in the sun.
- 36:58SPEAKER_02: Like that is expansion.
- 36:59SPEAKER_02: It's this blossoming in the sunlight where the flower kind of unfolds.
- 37:03SPEAKER_02: It's not like grabbing it, uprooting it, like it's this softening, this unbecoming, this unfolding, this flower in the sun type of energy.
- 37:13SPEAKER_02: And with that permission to expand, I think it's also so powerful for for you to describe it because you're still expanding.
- 37:21SPEAKER_02: I know you talk about you give yourself permission constantly to expand, and you're even through the things you've accomplished, people be like, Well, what else?
- 37:28SPEAKER_02: You're like, well, no, I'm still expanding.
- 37:30SPEAKER_02: I'm doing this or I'm doing that, or I'm, you know, putting myself in this type of situation or this room.
- 37:36SPEAKER_02: And also the permission to want more, like you said, just because, not because what you don't have right now is not enough, not because you're not grateful, but why not desire more?
- 37:47SPEAKER_02: And I think there's you, especially for the women I work with, some guilt and shame that can even come from all right, you've already made like good money, you've maybe made a million dollars, a couple million dollars.
- 37:57SPEAKER_02: Who are you to want more?
- 37:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, who are you to desire like more money, more freedom, more expansion, more experiences?
- 38:04SPEAKER_02: Like, don't you have enough?
- 38:06SPEAKER_02: Like, haven't you done enough already?
- 38:08SPEAKER_02: Haven't you experienced enough?
- 38:09SPEAKER_02: And it's like, oh no, there's always more to experience.
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: So I'd love for you to touch on that from like your perspective in terms of always allowing yourself and giving yourself permission to experience more out of life.
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: I think I have a lot of feelings around this.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: Um, one is it's interesting how expansion is always tied into material and financial things.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: You know, like uh yes, I'll continue expanding, but that doesn't mean money necessarily.
- 38:38SPEAKER_00: Um is if I wasn't continuing to put myself into spaces and places that would expand me.
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: If I wasn't doing that regularly, I couldn't do the work that I do because I would speak of concepts versus lived experience.
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: I live and breathe what I teach.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: It's why I'm good at it.
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: Uh, I'm constantly doing it myself so I can learn new things about how to do it better, more effectively, more quickly, but yet still safe.
- 39:12SPEAKER_00: Like I am an expert and a master of this because I practice it on myself first and I continue to do that.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: And then the other thing I want to say about constantly wanting more, which I believe is the feminine, the feminine is always birthing, isn't complete.
- 39:29SPEAKER_00: You can't constantly be wanting more because the game never ends.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: There has to be a part of you that is your masculine, that is your structure, that is contentment.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: I am grateful for what I have.
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: I can hold what's here and content.
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: I'm full, I am satiated, and I'm curious about what's around the corner.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: Let's go play, right?
- 39:54SPEAKER_00: Like the structure, gratitude, gratitude, love, embodiment, safety around what I've already received.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: I can hold it.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: And what fun is out there?
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: Like, how more can I bloom and blossom?
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: What else becomes possible?
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: If I already moved through all that, my god, and can I then model for anyone from zero to 2.5 billion, which is a lot of people, that anything along that path is something that's achievable and possible for them because I did it.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: And I don't believe I'm special, I just refuse to say, okay, I'm done.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: I'm never done.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: To me, living is growing and expanding and blooming and opening always.
- 40:41SPEAKER_00: And so I want to model that for women.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: There's always more, but you have to be able to hold fullness, contentment, gratitude while you know it's it's both.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: And again, not just saying one's right, one's wrong.
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: It's always the union of the two for me.
- 41:01SPEAKER_02: I love how you bring together that duality because that wanting more is not coming from a state of not being full.
- 41:07SPEAKER_02: It's like I'm full already, I'm satiated, and then it doesn't come with pressure or forcing or obligation.
- 41:16SPEAKER_02: All of that kind of dissolves away because you already feel full.
- 41:19SPEAKER_02: So you don't feel the need to push force or obligation or anything like that.
- 41:24SPEAKER_02: It comes from that overflow energy from that curiosity.
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: It's the both, the and the duality.
- 41:30SPEAKER_02: Oh, once again, I love everything you say.
- 41:32SPEAKER_02: So we're so aligned in our values.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: I know, I love it.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: It's and the energy of play, you know, it's like curiosity expansion, but also there's like this curious little girl with a smirk in me that's like.
- 41:50SPEAKER_02: I literally just wrote a whole training on play energy for my mastermind today, and how getting into the state of play allows your reality to be moldable because you're not, when you're in that play state, there isn't that pressure, right?
- 42:04SPEAKER_02: You're operating with curiosity, you're operating in imagination, in possibility.
- 42:10SPEAKER_02: There's no strings attached, there's no pressure on what it has to look like or what it has to be or any insistence.
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: Like you are truly free, right?
- 42:18SPEAKER_02: When you play, you're in that freedom energy we were talking about earlier.
- 42:23SPEAKER_02: Like you truly feel like the world is your oyster and you can do anything, you can create anything, you can bring anything to life when you allow yourself to play.
- 42:30SPEAKER_02: But I, like you said, I don't think we can get into the play energy if we first don't feel satiated, full, and content with where we are right now.
- 42:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and safety, you know, you're not gonna play safe, you're not gonna play and lose yourself in play unless you know you are your own source of safety.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: Like, can safety be not a thing we look for externally, but we cultivate for ourselves, right?
- 42:53SPEAKER_00: I am safe within, so I'm gonna go play because you know, I'm good.
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think, you know, for for people who don't know where to start, I very often say reconnect to your inner child or the child that you were when you were little, you know.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Like I remember when I first started my healing journey in my therapy, I had a hard time with play because I was so um I lived by responsibilities.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: I must, I should, I have to, you know, the good girl uh disease.
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: Um and I remember a therapist was like, Well, how did you play when you were little?
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: And I just there were so many traumatic memories in my in my past.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: I had a hard time reconnecting to how I played.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: And the one thing that kept coming back to me is the freedom you felt when you were like five swinging on a swing.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna go higher a little each time.
- 43:47SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go a little higher, and it's a little bit scary, but a little bit exciting, and you're just gonna push it.
- 43:52SPEAKER_00: But that freedom when you're like then swimming back, swinging back, and the air like going through my hair, and I'm like, I don't know, there's something about Like play on a swing, and my therapist was like, Go on a swing.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: And so, in the beginning, for me to reconnect to play, that wasn't like, oh, my kids playing, like, you know, play me, my own play, my own pleasure, my own fun.
- 44:16SPEAKER_00: I would take myself on a swing just to reconnect with that feeling in my body, letting my nervous system know it is safe for me to feel and experience this because I had squashed and repressed that until there was no play left.
- 44:32SPEAKER_02: I love how you're also touching on like the safety is internal because I think so often people think that their safety is gonna come from external.
- 44:41SPEAKER_02: And also, like if you are struggling to feel the aliveness, the play, it's probably a sign that we need to anchor in first that safety so that you can allow yourself to play.
- 44:52SPEAKER_02: So that play feels safe.
- 44:54SPEAKER_02: And it's so funny.
- 44:55SPEAKER_02: I think about even like me as a kid, I wasn't allowed to play.
- 44:59SPEAKER_02: Like I was there's relative rules.
- 45:00SPEAKER_02: And when I was healing my journey, I was like, oh, like I wasn't allowed to like play.
- 45:04SPEAKER_02: I wasn't allowed to like be a kid, to rip wrapping paper, to do any of that.
- 45:08SPEAKER_02: Like I actually had to learn how to play.
- 45:12SPEAKER_02: And so it's even like allowing yourself to play.
- 45:15SPEAKER_02: Maybe you have played as a kid, but maybe you have a journey kind of like ours where you weren't really playing, you had some other things going, like whatever it was, and learning also how to play as an adult and allowing yourself to be in that energy by feeling the safety first to do so by healing those parts that did not feel safe to play and thus will not feel safe to play now unless they feel like they're gonna be okay, they're allowed, they have the permission, they will not be punished, they will not be made wrong, they will not be shamed, they will not, you know, XYZ is not gonna happen.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 45:50SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, what's the alternative?
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: If safety needs to come from externals, you spend the majority of your life trying to control your circumstances, your situation, and everyone around you.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: And that is impossible and also exhausting.
- 46:07SPEAKER_00: And so you're constantly on your kids about what they're doing, on your husband or partner about what he or she is doing, complaining about people at work, no one can act quite right.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: That's because the world doesn't revolve around you and your need for external safety, right?
- 46:24SPEAKER_00: Like that's exhausting.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: And then we're like, no, I just I'm a type A personality, or I'm very I'm a planner, we excuse it in all kinds of weird ways.
- 46:32SPEAKER_00: No, you just are trying to control the world because your internal world is in turmoil, and it the answer isn't fixing people and places, it all starts within, and then you can be the Dalai Lama showing up in like the most screwed-up situation outside, and you're like, I am so good, I am so good, I'm at peace, right?
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: And that is true power, like cultivating that, and then you're that presence of peace and groundedness to others wherever you go, you bring that.
- 47:06SPEAKER_00: It's I that that is my method for living, and that's what I tend to do wherever I go.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: I'm like, place is crazy.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: I bring the peace.
- 47:17SPEAKER_02: But it like you said, requires that safety within.
- 47:19SPEAKER_02: And that's why I always say, like, the safety in your nervous system is a superpower for life.
- 47:25SPEAKER_02: Because when you feel safe internally, no matter what's going on around you, like you said, you can't control.
- 47:30SPEAKER_02: The outside is always guaranteed to shift.
- 47:33SPEAKER_02: So if you base it on the outside, if that crumbles, you crumble, versus if it's internal, you're solid no matter what.
- 47:39SPEAKER_02: I'm like, that is the ultimate superpower in business, in relationships, in money, in life, is having a safe internal system that doesn't dysregulate, doesn't get triggered.
- 47:49SPEAKER_02: I'm like, then, like you said, you walk into the room and you're that calm state, you're the Dalai Lama, you're chill no matter what's going on.
- 47:57SPEAKER_02: And then you can respond versus react.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: And then you also don't need, we were talking about controlling and micromanaging, you don't need the circumstance to look a certain way for you to feel a certain way.
- 48:09SPEAKER_02: Which is like, to me, also the ultimate freedom.
- 48:12SPEAKER_02: Because when you can do that, then you're free.
- 48:16SPEAKER_00: And you allow that freedom that you take, you allow it to others.
- 48:21SPEAKER_00: Because can those you love be loved for who they are versus only loving them when they're acting in an acceptable way that makes you feel safe and regulated.
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: That's not love, right?
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: That's manipulation and and it's a touchy topic, but it's like I am so rooted in who I am and my own inner safety that my husband has the space to lose it, be uncomfortable, work through his own trigger.
- 48:51SPEAKER_00: And that allows him to know that I'm a safe space for him to come to me with anything, even if it's a hard and complicated conversation, even if we have to say, you know what, let's take a break.
- 49:02SPEAKER_00: We're not getting anywhere, let's come back when we're both in a better space to discuss it.
- 49:06SPEAKER_00: Like it allows for unconditional love to fill the space, which is really rare.
- 49:12SPEAKER_00: And then also when you are grounded, regulated, bringing into a room, you know, people say to me all the time, like, God, I just there's something about your presence.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: And it's like, it's co-regulation, right?
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: If I'm regulated and you sit across with me, you're like, why do I feel so great?
- 49:33SPEAKER_00: I'm like, because your nervous system is mirroring mine.
- 49:36SPEAKER_00: It's not magic, like it's science, it's how it's how we're wired.
- 49:40SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, can you feel that?
- 49:42SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's this beautiful gift you then get to give to another.
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: Like, can you feel that?
- 49:47SPEAKER_00: Can you like feel into that?
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: You're capable of it.
- 49:51SPEAKER_00: So a lot of the time, the first place people find inner safety is by sitting with someone who can that they can co-regulate with.
- 50:01SPEAKER_02: I'm laughing because you're literally describing what happens to me.
- 50:04SPEAKER_02: I'm like, yeah, because I'm not like up and down, like I feel like a safe space, and like having someone I think who feels like a safe space is so important.
- 50:13SPEAKER_02: And like you said, you then are able to move from that conditional love where I need either circumstances or people to behave this way, you're actually able to be in unconditional love, which is ultimately what we're all going back to, anyways, is unconditional love.
- 50:28SPEAKER_02: Even if we're talking business money, I mean still unconditional love.
- 50:32SPEAKER_02: You get back to being able to operate like that.
- 50:35SPEAKER_02: Well, we can't do that when all those conditions are present.
- 50:40SPEAKER_02: And then I think also, even from like a business standpoint, you're talking about relationships, you know, when you stop operating from conditions and you also don't need that validation for the things you're going after, or like the things you're talking about, or your message, or your stance, and like that authenticity we were talking about earlier can come through because you don't need those conditions, you're operating unconditionally in all areas of life.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: And it's then so beautiful because I find that there's so many businesses that are just carbon copies of what one another, and I'm like boring, predictable.
- 51:12SPEAKER_00: Like, do something unique.
- 51:14SPEAKER_00: And if we could all learn to listen to that whisper within that will get louder if you if you practice listening, like the kind of businesses we can each birth would be inspiring, beautiful, and like we would change the world because everything would just flow and be an extension of who we are, versus copying Susie and Becky because they had 50k months and we want the same.
- 51:39SPEAKER_00: And it's like that's not the point.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: Like you will make the big money if you tap into that which is uniquely yours here to create, and it'll feel easy, effortless, and that's how the money will come because you're embodying your own essence instead of copying the essence of others.
- 51:57SPEAKER_02: Like, that's not the point.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: It's not the point.
- 51:59SPEAKER_02: No, like you're missing the point.
- 52:00SPEAKER_02: It's not the point.
- 52:01SPEAKER_02: No, I feel like every little thing we've said today is like an activation itself.
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: How am I gonna like?
- 52:07SPEAKER_02: I feel like I want to take every line to like, yes, yes, sound white, sound white, because like it's also I feel like everyone needs to watch this, listen to this twice, save this.
- 52:15SPEAKER_02: Like, for when you need that reminder to like come back into the truth of who you are, remember who you are, put your blinders on.
- 52:22SPEAKER_02: I always say, like, focus, put your blinders on.
- 52:24SPEAKER_02: Yes, stay focused.
- 52:26SPEAKER_00: It's that like drown out the noise.
- 52:29SPEAKER_00: There, we're living in a world of distraction and just background noise.
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: Like, do not let it in.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: Like, that's I think that is so important.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: And like, yes, tune into the people who say the things that feel good for you to hear, that sound like truth to you.
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: And if you want to do something that's magical and uniquely yours, like you have to plug yourself into those places that'll remind you of your greatness, of your power, of your sacredness, all of that.
- 52:55SPEAKER_00: That everything you're looking to create starts within first, and then the external world mirrors it.
- 53:01SPEAKER_00: And so much of that is nervous system regulation and identity, knowing who you are, not looking for others to define that for you.
- 53:09SPEAKER_02: I'm like, that's like the perfect note to end on.
- 53:11SPEAKER_02: I'm not really gonna like, I mean, I know we could probably talk for five hours, but like to me, that's the perfect note to end on.
- 53:20SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for your wisdom, your time, your energy, everything, all of you, all that you are, all that you are providing in terms of like going first and being the example.
- 53:36SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for you.
- 53:39SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 53:39SPEAKER_00: Thank you and for saying all those beautiful things.
- 53:43SPEAKER_00: But I want to take a minute to thank you for your ability to receive because a lot of people hear what I say and it doesn't quite land.
- 53:53SPEAKER_00: And so being in a space where I know I'm heard and I'm received, and and we mirror to one another beautifully some of the our best qualities.
- 54:02SPEAKER_00: So uh I and all of my beauty and sacredness and and divinity, I'm just a mirror of you, and so you see that which you can receive, that's what that would that which you already are yourself.
- 54:14SPEAKER_00: So thank you for you and for creating a safe space when all of this can come up and come forth and and just for this really beautiful, beautiful conversation.
- 54:23SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 54:26SPEAKER_00: All right, everyone.
- 54:27SPEAKER_00: We'll see you later.
- 54:28SPEAKER_00: Bye.
- 54:29SPEAKER_00: Bye.
