- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to a meeting of the minds crafted from decades
- 0:05Speaker 1: of talk show experience, an extension of the magic they've
- 0:08Speaker 1: created together on radio in the phenomenon called M and
- 0:13Speaker 1: M Hot Topics in the News and wisdom from life.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It's Mark Davis and Mike Gallagher. This is Emin M
- 0:21Speaker 1: extra and Hey everybody, and a good Monday morning. It
- 0:25Speaker 1: is the third day of August.
- 0:26Speaker 2: I'm one of the ms, Mark Davis in Texas together,
- 0:29Speaker 2: m is Mike Gallagher, National Treasure Icon. Morning Lord Morley
- 0:33Speaker 2: surveys what I mean, good morning? What about?
- 0:36Speaker 3: Sorry we are timeless, my friend, You're so used to
- 0:39Speaker 3: say doing mornings and I.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Will have its die hard take t take no, no, no, no, no,
- 0:44Speaker 2: it's it's all real. It's all yeah. Yeah, I've been saying,
- 0:47Speaker 2: good morning, my Have you ever done a talk Have
- 0:49Speaker 2: you ever done a talk show outside? Have you ever
- 0:52Speaker 2: done an afternoon or evening show? I think I think
- 0:56Speaker 2: I did.
- 0:57Speaker 3: I don't know if I did after I think I
- 0:58Speaker 3: did afternoons at w G Y and all, but now
- 1:00Speaker 3: I can't even remember.
- 1:01Speaker 2: I think I did three to six. Would you think
- 1:03Speaker 2: of that?
- 1:04Speaker 3: I hated it because in the end of the you
- 1:06Speaker 3: know that's right in the middle of free time. I mean,
- 1:09Speaker 3: our lives are pretty well afternoon evening free. I know
- 1:11Speaker 3: we ain't exactly coal miners, my friend, you know, we.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Got a pretty funny They say show prep never stops.
- 1:18Speaker 2: I mean because and you're totally right. I did an
- 1:20Speaker 2: afternoon show in Memphis, did an afternoon show in DC,
- 1:24Speaker 2: and you'd wake up. But now with and I don't
- 1:27Speaker 2: we need to get up at three o'clock in the morning,
- 1:29Speaker 2: do the morning morning, morning, morning morning. But right where
- 1:31Speaker 2: you are and where I am in mid morning is
- 1:33Speaker 2: just magnifice because you get you do a little prep,
- 1:36Speaker 2: you do the show, and then whatever else you got
- 1:38Speaker 2: to do, show related, non show related, you just do.
- 1:41Speaker 2: If you're doing, Like when I fill in for Larry
- 1:43Speaker 2: Elder the last show on the Salem Radio Networks Salem
- 1:46Speaker 2: News Show. Love it. It's always great to be there
- 1:48Speaker 2: for Larry. But imagine having that gig where you just
- 1:52Speaker 2: get up and just doody doody dough and then until
- 1:55Speaker 2: the show finally gets around to be in the show
- 1:58Speaker 2: at five o'clock my time here Central, it's like news.
- 2:02Speaker 2: So yes, I've said good morning for a living forever
- 2:04Speaker 2: and so I.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Always thought, so, I always thought overnights would be kind
- 2:07Speaker 3: of fun, just to have a niche like Larry King,
- 2:10Speaker 3: or just an overnight shift where you got you talk
- 2:13Speaker 3: to like kind of off the wall people and truckers.
- 2:18Speaker 3: You know, you just had one of those all night gigs.
- 2:20Speaker 3: And then of course you have to sleep during the day,
- 2:22Speaker 3: which would be brutal. Yeah, I mean, I don't think
- 2:26Speaker 3: I could.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Do You have a childhood, childhood, young adult memory of
- 2:33Speaker 2: Larry King, Oh, child broadcasting? It was childhood I was.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I was in seventh, eighth, ninth grade. I used to
- 2:39Speaker 2: listen to him under the covers at night. I have
- 2:42Speaker 2: had a little old fashioned I truly a transistor radio,
- 2:46Speaker 2: and that's where I fell in. We fell in love
- 2:48Speaker 2: with that medium. You know, that's what's the question. You know,
- 2:53Speaker 2: what's the question. Gosh, what a legend America Open. The
- 2:57Speaker 2: first show I ever did, which was not as far
- 3:00Speaker 2: back as the first one you ever did, WOKV Jacksonville,
- 3:03Speaker 2: October twenty fifth, nineteen eighty two. We had Larry King
- 3:06Speaker 2: overnight and I was doing Morning Drive started at six
- 3:09Speaker 2: and so I think Larry King ended at five, and
- 3:12Speaker 2: they ran something off the ABC talk radio network or
- 3:15Speaker 2: some such But I'd be in there doing prep with
- 3:17Speaker 2: my newspapers laid out because it's nineteen eighty two and
- 3:20Speaker 2: an exact o knife, you know, slicing through actual, actual clippings,
- 3:24Speaker 2: actual clippings, and it would be open phone in America
- 3:27Speaker 2: where Larry's on his fifth hour. He's just on fumes
- 3:31Speaker 2: at this point, He's getting really terse and short with people.
- 3:34Speaker 2: It was the best radio of my life.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Yeah, those are the days I used to take newspapers.
- 3:41Speaker 3: My stick was a red highlighter, a red marker, and
- 3:44Speaker 3: I would circle stories and read. And Denise always loved
- 3:48Speaker 3: to see what I was circling because she wanted to
- 3:51Speaker 3: know what I was going to talk about, even though
- 3:52Speaker 3: we didn't agree on just about anything, at least not politically,
- 3:56Speaker 3: but she was always intrigued with what my process of
- 4:01Speaker 3: what topics caught my eye. This morning, I did a
- 4:04Speaker 3: little segment, and I should have done more because I
- 4:07Speaker 3: thought it resonated so much with people.
- 4:09Speaker 2: We have a.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Colleague who lost her father and then her mother three
- 4:16Speaker 3: days apart this week. Gosh, yeah, but that's the sad,
- 4:22Speaker 3: tragic part of losing your parents in one fell swoop
- 4:25Speaker 3: but both of them were elderly, both of them had
- 4:29Speaker 3: been in hospice care, and both of them had lived wonderful, full, robust,
- 4:37Speaker 3: beautiful lives together. They were together for sixty five years, fantastic.
- 4:41Speaker 3: And the father passed away the other day, and then
- 4:44Speaker 3: the mother died three days later.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Happened all the time? Done it all that?
- 4:48Speaker 3: It happens all the time. Now, let's let me go
- 4:51Speaker 3: with that for a minute. You think that's a coincidence,
- 4:55Speaker 3: you think that's an accident. And I would challenge anybody
- 4:59Speaker 3: who said, well, there's a physiological explanation. I don't think
- 5:03Speaker 3: there is. I don't think you get to decide when
- 5:06Speaker 3: you die. You don't will yourself to death. Mark, It's
- 5:13Speaker 3: a god thing. I am totally convinced of this. God
- 5:16Speaker 3: blessed that couple and said, God looked at that lady
- 5:20Speaker 3: and said, I'm not going to make her suffer on
- 5:23Speaker 3: earth one day more without her beloved husband, and I'm
- 5:28Speaker 3: going to call her home. But Mark, I mentioned it,
- 5:31Speaker 3: the phones lit up and the text line lit up.
- 5:35Speaker 3: With all these stories of people who died within sometimes
- 5:40Speaker 3: some cases within hours of one another. How do you
- 5:45Speaker 3: think that happens?
- 5:46Speaker 2: Mark? If it's not spiritual. I think it is, but
- 5:49Speaker 2: I also think that it's possible. It need not be
- 5:53Speaker 2: binary like where it's a debate where's all this or
- 5:55Speaker 2: all this? I think we may be wired by God,
- 5:59Speaker 2: first of all, with more of a judgment call over
- 6:02Speaker 2: when we go than we think. We all have stories
- 6:04Speaker 2: of somebody who's in hospice and they say, well, it's
- 6:07Speaker 2: it's a good twenty four maybe forty eight hours, but
- 6:10Speaker 2: a loved one is a week away from being able
- 6:12Speaker 2: to get there, so they hold on for another week
- 6:16Speaker 2: so that final visit and then they go. So I
- 6:19Speaker 2: think we are wired by God with certain things that
- 6:23Speaker 2: are both that are both mental and spiritual and physiological,
- 6:27Speaker 2: such that when someone who has been our life, when
- 6:30Speaker 2: someone who has meant everything to us goes and you know,
- 6:33Speaker 2: and everybody's eighty eight or ninety two or something like that,
- 6:37Speaker 2: then it's like, you know what, why not? And there
- 6:39Speaker 2: you go, And I guess it's a pretty beautiful thing.
- 6:42Speaker 3: I think the beauty is knowing that God is the
- 6:45Speaker 3: only one who can call us home. God is God
- 6:48Speaker 3: is the is. It determines when we when we are
- 6:51Speaker 3: going to pass from this mortal coil and I just
- 6:54Speaker 3: don't think. I don't believe that people. I don't even
- 6:57Speaker 3: I'll be honest with them, mayna be blunt. I lovely
- 7:00Speaker 3: disagree with you. I don't think people hold on. I
- 7:03Speaker 3: don't think people wait you. I don't think you. I
- 7:06Speaker 3: don't think you opt to die. I believe that when
- 7:10Speaker 3: it's your time, it's your time. God knows right now,
- 7:13Speaker 3: He's got it marked. He knows when you're gonna go,
- 7:16Speaker 3: when I'm gonna go, when our kids are going to
- 7:18Speaker 3: our grandkid. He knows to the second when it's gonna happen.
- 7:22Speaker 3: And we don't make that decision. We don't play.
- 7:24Speaker 2: God don't consciously, not conscious I know, but there may
- 7:29Speaker 2: be something. But I'll tell you what, I don't disagree
- 7:32Speaker 2: that in the example I just cited where the hospice
- 7:34Speaker 2: people and the doctors say, boy, you're going within a day,
- 7:38Speaker 2: but there's a relative coming in a week and we
- 7:40Speaker 2: last a little longer that that. Rather than it being
- 7:42Speaker 2: something internal or diagnosed or whatever, it's God himself saying
- 7:47Speaker 2: you know what, I'm going to keep you aut another way.
- 7:48Speaker 2: That's right. God ordains that. God.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I really think because because the fascinating phenomenon is
- 7:58Speaker 3: how often it happens. That's to me, is so profound.
- 8:02Speaker 3: And I was just talking to some coworkers in the
- 8:04Speaker 3: break room before we ramped up here today for eminem Extra,
- 8:09Speaker 3: and they were all agreeing with me. God often gives
- 8:13Speaker 3: us so many examples of his work. He shows us
- 8:17Speaker 3: his handiwork he demonstrates for us over and over again.
- 8:21Speaker 3: And to me, this is one of the most powerful
- 8:23Speaker 3: examples of that. How this phenomenon of elderly couples who
- 8:27Speaker 3: die within a short time span of each other, I
- 8:31Speaker 3: think that's God saying I'm going to keep them reunited
- 8:33Speaker 3: with me here in heaven. I'm not going to make
- 8:36Speaker 3: the other one suffer. And in a way, it's just
- 8:38Speaker 3: such a beautiful, beautiful example of God's love and God's mercy.
- 8:43Speaker 3: I believe that with all of my heart. Mark and I.
- 8:46Speaker 3: You know, it's so funny. I've been feeling very spiritual
- 8:48Speaker 3: the last few weeks. I don't know why. There's something
- 8:51Speaker 3: about what I think right now is a spiritual war
- 8:54Speaker 3: going on in America. We're witnessing good versus evil in
- 8:58Speaker 3: a way that I never thought we'd see. This takeover
- 9:04Speaker 3: of the Democrat Party by these Marxists is so vile
- 9:09Speaker 3: and so profound. Tomorrow's a big primary day, my friend Michigan, Michigan, Michigan,
- 9:15Speaker 3: Ohio pends, I mean Missouri, and on almost all of
- 9:20Speaker 3: these primary states. Now you got the swing states. So
- 9:24Speaker 3: the test is going to be, do these DSA communists
- 9:29Speaker 3: or these pinkos as I like to call them. Do
- 9:32Speaker 3: the pinkos have a chance in states swing states that
- 9:36Speaker 3: Trump took in twenty twenty four, And then you do
- 9:40Speaker 3: I would in the general, I would think not. But
- 9:42Speaker 3: that's what's really wild about primaries. Primaries are where you know,
- 9:45Speaker 3: even in a deep blue state, the Republicans still have
- 9:48Speaker 3: voters that have to make a choice. Even in a
- 9:50Speaker 3: deep red state, the Democrats still have voters and they've
- 9:53Speaker 3: got to make their choice. So I'm just I'm praying
- 9:57Speaker 3: you're right. I'm so prayerful that you're right. Speaking of praying,
- 10:00Speaker 3: I hope you're right about the difference between the general
- 10:04Speaker 3: and the and the primaries, because you're you're of the
- 10:07Speaker 3: mindset that these crazies are coming out in droves in
- 10:11Speaker 3: the primaries, but in the but but on November the third,
- 10:14Speaker 3: on general election day, the normals are gonna, are gonna,
- 10:18Speaker 3: are going to rule the day that we're gonna be.
- 10:21Speaker 2: It would be my thought, that's my belief, that's my expectation.
- 10:24Speaker 3: I mean, but I also am worried about the the
- 10:28Speaker 3: instinct to poo poo the James Talerico's of the world,
- 10:32Speaker 3: because I keep seeing and it's not just you, and
- 10:35Speaker 3: trust me, I believe you. I trust you. On Texas matters.
- 10:39Speaker 3: You're You're obviously the go to. You're the go to
- 10:41Speaker 3: for national TV networks like News Nation. They come to
- 10:44Speaker 3: you constantly, Will Caine, You're the Texas guy, and you
- 10:49Speaker 3: just just roll your eyes at these polls that show
- 10:52Speaker 3: Taller Rico beating Ken Paxson correct and and you just
- 10:56Speaker 3: think there's no credibility to that whatsoever because and I
- 11:00Speaker 3: I think it's largely because of maybe Beto O'Rourke. We've
- 11:02Speaker 3: been there, done that before, right, yes, And this is
- 11:05Speaker 3: not Beto two point zero. Betto had a certain Beto
- 11:08Speaker 3: had things that Tallarico cannot dream of, Like Betto was
- 11:11Speaker 3: a Beto was a skateboard riding dork who was also
- 11:14Speaker 3: wrong about everything, but he didn't go around bludgeoning you
- 11:19Speaker 3: with with multiple genders.
- 11:22Speaker 2: And mockery of God. Beto is smarter than woke Opie
- 11:28Speaker 2: on any given day. And I think there's an attentiveness
- 11:32Speaker 2: in Republican Texas even with a candidacy as shall we
- 11:35Speaker 2: say complicated as Ken Paxton's, it will be a time
- 11:39Speaker 2: for a red state to rise up and be a
- 11:42Speaker 2: red state and deliver Paxton the victory that he deserved.
- 11:46Speaker 3: You talk about complicated races, How about what's going on
- 11:49Speaker 3: in Ohio? Have you been following the Max Miller drama?
- 11:53Speaker 2: And I have personal, horrible personal story because he's Bernie
- 11:57Speaker 2: Moreno's former son in law. Some of them correct, Ernie Moreno,
- 12:02Speaker 2: current US Senator, love him and his former son in law.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Max Miller is running for House of Representatives, is in
- 12:14Speaker 3: a congressional race, right, and and he's he's running for
- 12:17Speaker 3: reelection because he's the he's the sitting Republican representative for
- 12:22Speaker 3: that particular district. And he and they're all apparently he's good.
- 12:27Speaker 3: They went through a he and his ex wife, they
- 12:30Speaker 3: went through a brutal divorce, as is often the case.
- 12:34Speaker 3: I mean, look, you see these things happen a lot
- 12:36Speaker 3: where you have ugly, bitter blood almost bloody divorces, think
- 12:41Speaker 3: of war of the roses, all kinds of terrible accusations
- 12:44Speaker 3: made by both sides. Uh, there's a child involved, I
- 12:47Speaker 3: think at least one, maybe two. But and there's a
- 12:51Speaker 3: custody battle going on anyway. Yesterday morning, Max Miller took
- 12:56Speaker 3: to X and said he denied all the allegations. He
- 13:00Speaker 3: supposedly scalded her with water, and he broke the daughter's
- 13:04Speaker 3: collar bone with some physical abuse, of course, and he
- 13:07Speaker 3: denied it. Said these are all bs, their lies, their smears,
- 13:12Speaker 3: while Bernie Marino jumped in and his father in law
- 13:18Speaker 3: takes to social media last night issuing a blistering denunciation
- 13:24Speaker 3: of his former son in law. He wrote on X
- 13:28Speaker 3: he's a danger to my daughter. I hold my breath
- 13:32Speaker 3: every minute he has custody of my granddaughter. If there
- 13:35Speaker 3: are any basic standards of character required to hold elected office,
- 13:39Speaker 3: Max Miller fails them. He should not serve in the
- 13:43Speaker 3: House of Representatives.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Okay, we'll put him down as Undecidedly you think the
- 13:51Speaker 2: Max Miller post was at where he spent a couple
- 13:53Speaker 2: of minutes saying, Hey, if I was so terrible to her,
- 13:55Speaker 2: why do I have ring doorbell footage of her coming
- 13:58Speaker 2: to my house for dinner a few days late. That
- 13:59Speaker 2: was that that's exactly what he said, you know, because
- 14:01Speaker 2: that's a terrible question. But unless he's just a lying
- 14:06Speaker 2: be psychos and I don't know, I mean, I don't
- 14:10Speaker 2: you know, it's just I don't know.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Well, Miller faces a Democrat by the name of Brian
- 14:15Speaker 3: po Poindexter. He's a union I or an iron worker
- 14:18Speaker 3: who Bernie Sanders has endorsed. It's the seventh congressional district
- 14:23Speaker 3: outside of Cleveland. I mean, it's here, we are, and
- 14:27Speaker 3: it's ugly and it's messy. But you know, back to
- 14:31Speaker 3: the test of the Marxists versus the normal Democrats, there
- 14:35Speaker 3: aren't any more. There aren't a lot of them left.
- 14:37Speaker 3: There aren't a lot of normal Democrats, at least those
- 14:39Speaker 3: who are willing to stand up against this tidal wave
- 14:41Speaker 3: of communism.
- 14:43Speaker 2: What a great point in the public sphere, in the
- 14:45Speaker 2: online world, in the world of clicks and TV. I
- 14:48Speaker 2: think they disproportionately appear, but I think among real voter
- 14:52Speaker 2: because I mean, you take a look at Joe Mansion,
- 14:55Speaker 2: James Carville, Harold Ford, Mill, Maher who had a brilliant
- 15:00Speaker 2: a monologue there at the end of the show talking
- 15:03Speaker 2: about these communists, and he calls them out as communists.
- 15:05Speaker 2: But if you take every single Democrat in America and
- 15:09Speaker 2: make a pie chart, there's no way in the world
- 15:12Speaker 2: I think that more than half of them are on
- 15:15Speaker 2: board with this socialist garbage. Do you.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Well, here's Joe Manchin with CBS Face the Nation Margaret Brennan.
- 15:22Speaker 3: I love this clip and I wanted to share it
- 15:24Speaker 3: with you and with everybody, because Margaret Brennan is suggesting
- 15:29Speaker 3: to Joe Manchin, who's kind of the I mean, he's
- 15:31Speaker 3: the he's the modern democrat, Democrats, democrat, right, very moderate,
- 15:38Speaker 3: kind of a common sense guy. He's sitting on this panel,
- 15:42Speaker 3: and she's saying to him, well, you know, aren't there,
- 15:45Speaker 3: Margaret Brennan, aren't there some good ideas with these DSA folks?
- 15:49Speaker 3: Don't they Watch how incredulous Joe Manchin is to Margaret
- 15:55Speaker 3: Brennan yesterday on CBS's Face the Nation.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Now, no way, my god, no.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Good.
- 16:03Speaker 4: I support the good ideas, but how could you support
- 16:05Speaker 4: some of the crazy stuff. Therefore, have you seen their platform?
- 16:08Speaker 4: But for just dismounting everything that we know, whether it
- 16:12Speaker 4: be the substructure of government compress itself or the Senate
- 16:16Speaker 4: they want to get rid of. And then they start
- 16:17Speaker 4: talking about all the crazy things. No police know this,
- 16:20Speaker 4: no this, no that.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Are you crazy? We want we want a.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Crime free area. We have to have police for that.
- 16:27Speaker 4: We want a strong defense, we want a strong border.
- 16:30Speaker 4: But if Democrats can't say that and they start lining
- 16:33Speaker 4: up with the socialist demands of how what you are
- 16:35Speaker 4: to be a socialist, the energy will be gone. There
- 16:37Speaker 4: will be no energy. Okay, we have right now a
- 16:40Speaker 4: tremendous amount of energy we're producing, and the world depends
- 16:43Speaker 4: more on us than ever before.
- 16:45Speaker 2: We can do more. There's no room of the Democrat
- 16:49Speaker 2: Party for people. There seems little room in the Democrat
- 16:52Speaker 2: Party for people like him. The young lady sitting next
- 16:54Speaker 2: to him, you know who she is now? That was
- 16:56Speaker 2: that's his daughter, Heather. Joe and his daughter are putting
- 16:59Speaker 2: together and their hearts because that's so reasonable, and we
- 17:02Speaker 2: all get all, you know, waxing nostalgic. I remember when
- 17:05Speaker 2: there were Democrats like that. You know they're starting. I
- 17:08Speaker 2: think it's called the Independent Leadership Council encouraging people to
- 17:12Speaker 2: run as independents, which is lovely and doomed at the
- 17:19Speaker 2: same time, how to be guaranteed to lose. So I
- 17:24Speaker 2: think in the Democrat Party, just like we're the Republicans,
- 17:27Speaker 2: we had to go through Tea Party, through the Mega movement.
- 17:30Speaker 2: And not all Republicans are maga. Lord knows, not everybody
- 17:34Speaker 2: was Tea Party. Not all the Democrats are socialists, not
- 17:36Speaker 2: all the Democrats are as reasonable as Joe Manchin. But
- 17:38Speaker 2: I think ultimately everything has to be a subgroup under
- 17:41Speaker 2: the two party system because the dirty little secret is
- 17:44Speaker 2: vast majority of people are most comfortable with that kind
- 17:47Speaker 2: of dichotomy.
- 17:48Speaker 3: Well, let's let's let's compare a guy who is often
- 17:52Speaker 3: thought of as today's modern Democrat, ro Kana. He pops
- 17:57Speaker 3: up all over the place. He's all frequently a guest
- 18:00Speaker 3: on our colleague Qan Hewett show. And here he was
- 18:03Speaker 3: on Fox News Sunday yesterday when asked, are you going
- 18:09Speaker 3: to stand up against these crazies? Are you going to
- 18:11Speaker 3: speak out against the cries to abolish the Senate and
- 18:15Speaker 3: the Supreme Court? And ice Here he is yesterday with
- 18:18Speaker 3: Shannon Breem on Fox News.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Well, I point out that I am for secure borders. Obviously,
- 18:24Speaker 5: I believe in the Supreme Court. Now for term limits
- 18:27Speaker 5: on Supreme Court justices eighteen years. I am for the Senate,
- 18:31Speaker 5: but I don't think we should have the filibuster. Frankly,
- 18:34Speaker 5: that's a position that some Republicans are for. I'm for
- 18:38Speaker 5: term limits on members of Congress and Senators. I'm for
- 18:40Speaker 5: getting rid of pack money, super pac money, for a
- 18:43Speaker 5: constitutional amendment to ban big money in politics.
- 18:46Speaker 2: So we need reform.
- 18:47Speaker 5: But I love the Constitution. I mean, I was born
- 18:50Speaker 5: in Philadelphia in nineteen seventy six, and I revere our
- 18:53Speaker 5: Declaration of Independence and our constitution.
- 18:56Speaker 2: So that's the non answer. I was going to say it.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Body's going to actually answer the question, right, You didn't
- 19:02Speaker 2: answer the question because he dares not. Because the normy
- 19:06Speaker 2: Democrats who say look with affection for our are very
- 19:11Speaker 2: very animated colleagues. If we can't, we as a party
- 19:16Speaker 2: cannot sign on to this ds A nonsense. We can't
- 19:19Speaker 2: getting rid of the Senate, getting rid of the Supreme Court,
- 19:21Speaker 2: no borders, no jails, we can't do that. Any Democrats
- 19:24Speaker 2: saying that is just going to be vilified and torched
- 19:28Speaker 2: by these people. Perhaps literally they're afraid of them. They're
- 19:31Speaker 2: terrified and they're and they're and ultimately, like a lot
- 19:34Speaker 2: of people in my audience today said they're cowards. Hillary,
- 19:37Speaker 2: Bill Barack, you know where are you? Why?
- 19:40Speaker 3: Why aren't you guys standing up and saying you know
- 19:42Speaker 3: what I mean? Carville's doing it. Carvil's spinning like the top.
- 19:46Speaker 2: He said that Hassan Paka, there's no way there's going
- 19:48Speaker 2: to be a room of the party for me and
- 19:50Speaker 2: Hassan Paika. One of them is gonna leave, one of
- 19:52Speaker 2: us gonna leave. It might be me, So.
- 19:54Speaker 3: It's gonna it's gonna be At this point, it's going
- 19:56Speaker 3: to be you, James, because this is your party. This
- 20:00Speaker 3: you better learn to embrace it. You mentioned Bill Maher.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Let's get to that in a minute, because that was
- 20:04Speaker 3: a great monologue. But first, before we do any of that,
- 20:07Speaker 3: let's give a nice shout out to a couple of
- 20:09Speaker 3: our great sponsors of the podcast that continues to build
- 20:12Speaker 3: and grow. Echol is something you and I are both
- 20:14Speaker 3: excited about. The stars of Duck Dynasty, Willie and Corey Robertson,
- 20:19Speaker 3: have teamed up with Echol to create a brand new brand.
- 20:23Speaker 3: This is a one of a kind, lives like a
- 20:25Speaker 3: streaming platform all build around faith and family, daily devotionals,
- 20:31Speaker 3: great TV series and movies and shows, and every single day.
- 20:35Speaker 3: It's a platform that gives you multiple ways to feel
- 20:38Speaker 3: good about how you're spending your time. This is a
- 20:41Speaker 3: platform that you can watch with your kids, your grandkids,
- 20:43Speaker 3: your friends, your neighbors. Mark how many times do you
- 20:46Speaker 3: get embarrassed when you're watching something and you've got somebody
- 20:49Speaker 3: maybe outside of your family or whatever, and it's like,
- 20:51Speaker 3: oh my gosh, this gross.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Here we go. We talk about standing up to things.
- 20:56Speaker 2: This is a way to stand up to the coarsening
- 20:58Speaker 2: of the culture. We do have a first time and
- 21:00Speaker 2: people do get to make whatever kind of shows they want.
- 21:02Speaker 2: We're not trying to shut anybody down. But as people
- 21:05Speaker 2: go in search of upstanding things, good shows, and there's
- 21:08Speaker 2: an old myth that says for something to be family
- 21:11Speaker 2: friendly and safe that it has to be quite frankly,
- 21:14Speaker 2: kind of lame. Not the case at all. Look look
- 21:16Speaker 2: at dug Dynasty itself, in this family. They're smart, they're funny,
- 21:20Speaker 2: and these are wonderful shows, shows, daily devotionals, movies, films,
- 21:24Speaker 2: all kinds of things that people can watch watches a
- 21:26Speaker 2: family and thoroughly enjoy.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Head over to echol dot com e KKL dot com.
- 21:32Speaker 3: You can get all of this for only five dollars
- 21:34Speaker 3: and eighty three cents a month, Just five eighty three
- 21:36Speaker 3: a month getting started as superreas you go to echol
- 21:39Speaker 3: dot com, e KKL dot com. That's echol dot com.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I love how you mentioned standing up against something, how
- 21:46Speaker 3: about standing up against pain? And you are now a
- 21:51Speaker 3: loyal relief after relief actor A rookie. I'm in the
- 21:55Speaker 3: rookie leagues. I'm working my way up to triple A
- 21:57Speaker 3: and into the major leagues of pain relief with relief
- 21:59Speaker 3: factors because I've been listening to all the shows as
- 22:02Speaker 3: everybody who has any familiarity with the Salem Universe, the
- 22:05Speaker 3: Salem Sure News Channel or radio network, all the hosts
- 22:08Speaker 3: are doing relief factors or the relief factor of studios.
- 22:10Speaker 3: It's a like a studio sponsorship for these wonderful people
- 22:13Speaker 3: who tell you you can feel the difference, you can
- 22:16Speaker 3: be more functional, you can have less pain. And so
- 22:19Speaker 3: when we started this and they expressed interest in me
- 22:21Speaker 3: eminem Extra partnership, which we're so grateful for, I thought,
- 22:26Speaker 3: all right, you know I've had this sort of rotator cuff,
- 22:28Speaker 3: shoulder pain kind of thing, throwing the ball in the
- 22:30Speaker 3: backyard with the dogs or reaching into the back seat
- 22:32Speaker 3: for something and it'll just catch. And I thought, man,
- 22:35Speaker 3: it would be really nice if that didn't happen. I'm
- 22:37Speaker 3: gonna say, so, here's a weird thing. By definition, I said,
- 22:42Speaker 3: it doesn't do it all the time. Okay, it doesn't
- 22:44Speaker 3: do it all the time, maybe a X number of
- 22:46Speaker 3: times per week. If it's doing it less like already
- 22:50Speaker 3: after a week, should I jump in and go it's
- 22:52Speaker 3: relief factor or sit tight a few days until it's
- 22:55Speaker 3: not doing it at all. I think I'm going to
- 22:57Speaker 3: be more cautious about this, but I will tell you
- 22:59Speaker 3: it's easy. It's great. It's a relief factor. I'm really
- 23:01Speaker 3: glad to be on the train with a three week
- 23:03Speaker 3: quick start. How about if a bunch of people joined
- 23:05Speaker 3: with me and see what kind of pain we can
- 23:07Speaker 3: put in the review mirror Relief Factor dot com, Relief
- 23:10Speaker 3: Factor dot com, or pick up the phone and call
- 23:11Speaker 3: eight hundred the number four relief eight hundred to number
- 23:15Speaker 3: four relief. And we will continue to closely carefully monitor
- 23:19Speaker 3: Mark Davis's progress.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Will We'll be going to have cameras in the house.
- 23:23Speaker 2: We had a first on the m Andem Extra just
- 23:26Speaker 2: a couple of minutes ago. I don't think you noticed it.
- 23:28Speaker 2: In fact, I hope you didn't, and it makes me
- 23:30Speaker 2: want to ask about you. You conduct your life on video.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Every talk show you do is Salem News Channel, et cetera,
- 23:35Speaker 2: et cetera. I am still in the radio only world,
- 23:39Speaker 2: on radio where I seek to always remain. It's a
- 23:42Speaker 2: pleasure to have a camera on me when I'm doing
- 23:44Speaker 2: shows in the network. I'm filling in for Hugh Hewitt
- 23:46Speaker 2: this afternoon and tomorrow. In fact, obviously the podcast is
- 23:50Speaker 2: a video thing. I love cameras. Cameras are great. TV
- 23:52Speaker 2: is great. Something happened about two or three minutes ago,
- 23:56Speaker 2: and I want to know if it's ever happened to you,
- 23:58Speaker 2: and if so, what in the world do you do
- 24:00Speaker 2: you ready? Yeah, are my first on camera sneeze? Catch
- 24:04Speaker 2: that I actually sneezed last week on the air. It's
- 24:07Speaker 2: funny you even bring that up. I did it. It's
- 24:09Speaker 2: the worst. And listen, I'm allergic to something in the air.
- 24:12Speaker 2: I think they call it oxygen. I mean, I'm like
- 24:14Speaker 2: mister allergy, and I don't think I've ever had that happen.
- 24:17Speaker 2: You on me when you just when we were starting
- 24:20Speaker 2: the echo spot, It's it's like me inside of my
- 24:23Speaker 2: head goes, here we go, here, we goes like no, no, no, no,
- 24:26Speaker 2: they're no no, no, oh no, it's coming. It's happening.
- 24:29Speaker 2: So it's not you, you know, not that. But you
- 24:32Speaker 2: try to suppress that thing. I bring the mic down
- 24:34Speaker 2: so so Lord knows it's not going to be heard.
- 24:36Speaker 2: And then I just had this kind of kind of thing.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Did you ever have your parents tell you don't suppress
- 24:42Speaker 2: a sneeze because your head will explode? You ever get
- 24:44Speaker 2: that piece? You ever stop it?
- 24:45Speaker 3: Well, my mom used to say, isn't it crazy and wild?
- 24:47Speaker 3: How good a sneeze feels? A sneeze feels so good?
- 24:52Speaker 3: I mean, it's what, well, it's one of the great
- 24:54Speaker 3: feelings of life. But it's right up there, it's it is.
- 25:00Speaker 3: It's a good killing. It was on you for this.
- 25:02Speaker 2: So did you actually in the middle of you know,
- 25:05Speaker 2: talking to Joey about something in South Carolina or talking
- 25:08Speaker 2: about something else going on the national news bust out
- 25:10Speaker 2: with a full you know, one and sixty five five, Mic,
- 25:13Speaker 2: I mean.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Well, no, I got the mic turned off. It happened
- 25:16Speaker 3: the other day, but the mike, I got the mic off.
- 25:19Speaker 3: But of course the camera doesn't go off now, of
- 25:21Speaker 3: course not now. So I'm looking like aw on screen.
- 25:26Speaker 3: But see I also do that. You know the other
- 25:28Speaker 3: mistake I make. And somebody pointed this out to me
- 25:30Speaker 3: a couple of weeks ago and say, if I'm like,
- 25:32Speaker 3: I get a little this is going to shock you.
- 25:35Speaker 3: But I get a little impatient with things around the
- 25:37Speaker 3: around here. I know this is going to just stun you.
- 25:40Speaker 3: I'm gonna I'm being very hard on myself, but I
- 25:43Speaker 3: get a little impatient, even with my own staff. So
- 25:46Speaker 3: sometimes if I turn and I'm let's face it, if
- 25:49Speaker 3: I'm barking something at Eric or yasmin or Tracy, I
- 25:53Speaker 3: have a mute button. I I have a talk back
- 25:55Speaker 3: button that when I talk to them, I push a button,
- 25:58Speaker 3: the mic goes out and then I can say whatever
- 26:00Speaker 3: I want. It don't go out over the air. But
- 26:02Speaker 3: you know what goes out over the air vision, my
- 26:05Speaker 3: fat face, my divisios, my on video. So when I'm so,
- 26:11Speaker 3: I might be talking to a caller and then I'll
- 26:13Speaker 3: say Eric, far but people, but they don't hear it,
- 26:19Speaker 3: but they see me looking like I'm having a seizure, Yeah,
- 26:23Speaker 3: haveing a stroke. Like what's he doing? He's like his
- 26:25Speaker 3: head's bobbing up and dis's turn it all red in
- 26:26Speaker 3: the face. But they don't hear it. So that's we
- 26:29Speaker 3: got to figure out, what if there's a way I
- 26:31Speaker 3: can dump myself and put a put the black screen
- 26:34Speaker 3: up over when I pushed or push the button or whatever.
- 26:36Speaker 2: So I thought I was having a stroke when I
- 26:38Speaker 2: first started to see the snippets of the Martha Reeves
- 26:41Speaker 2: national anthem at the Women's Professional Bite.
- 26:45Speaker 3: You you would defend her because you have such a
- 26:48Speaker 3: big heart. You're such a good guy. Me, I'm pecks
- 26:51Speaker 3: bad boy, and I had to play every second of
- 26:54Speaker 3: it on the show today. You didn't want me this
- 26:55Speaker 3: morning on the eminem Experience.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Because I love her and I love the country, and
- 27:00Speaker 2: neither are well served by this.
- 27:02Speaker 3: Oh that was rough. It was so bad. I mean, look,
- 27:06Speaker 3: it's the podcast. I think we got to play the
- 27:08Speaker 3: whole thing. I'm sure.
- 27:12Speaker 2: What was this in Detroit?
- 27:14Speaker 3: She's a daughter? No, it was it was are you
- 27:16Speaker 3: ready for this? Did you know there was a Robin
- 27:18Speaker 3: Roberts Baseball Stadium.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Well, that kind of makes sense. She's an Ica here.
- 27:24Speaker 2: I mean, she's on a Good Morning America show. What
- 27:28Speaker 2: the hell did you mean? ESPN and women's Athletics. She's
- 27:31Speaker 2: done a lot of activism and stuff.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Oh you know, well, I guess well, the fans apparently
- 27:36Speaker 3: were packed into the Springfield Springfield, Illinois. Okay, Springfield, Illinois,
- 27:43Speaker 3: the Robin Roberts Stadium, Okay, okay. It was the Women's
- 27:47Speaker 3: Pro Baseball League. I mean, all right, the Women's Pro
- 27:51Speaker 3: Baseball League. I guess they got to have a league. Now,
- 27:53Speaker 3: I mean, these women were given well you know, we're
- 27:55Speaker 3: going to give them the right to vote. I mean,
- 27:57Speaker 3: this is out of control. And so now they've got
- 28:00Speaker 3: their own baseball league. And for the inaugural game, they
- 28:04Speaker 3: invited motown legend Martha Reeves. Now she's eighty five years young,
- 28:11Speaker 3: bless her heart. You see a lot of these performers
- 28:14Speaker 3: well into their seventies and eighty.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Mick Jagger, well, Tony Bennett, who's one hundredth birthday today
- 28:20Speaker 2: or would have been, was singing into his nineties. So
- 28:24Speaker 2: very manilow.
- 28:26Speaker 3: By the way back to McCartney, apparently McCartney had an awful,
- 28:30Speaker 3: awful appearance on Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago.
- 28:32Speaker 3: Did you see that?
- 28:34Speaker 2: I did? And it? Which is weird? It was cringe,
- 28:38Speaker 2: it was hard. However, his album The Boys of Dungeon Lane,
- 28:42Speaker 2: released just a few weeks ago, one presumes, recorded within
- 28:45Speaker 2: the last year, is quite good. But that is, of course,
- 28:47Speaker 2: with a lot of production assistants. It's really really good.
- 28:50Speaker 2: But maybe Paul doesn't need to be out live anymore. Meanwhile,
- 28:53Speaker 2: Mick Jagger is out there busting it like he's twenty
- 28:56Speaker 2: years younger. Go figure, right, I mean, and you got
- 28:58Speaker 2: to give him a lot of credit because you know,
- 29:01Speaker 2: I'm so all. I'm Martha Reeves. Martha Reeves and the
- 29:04Speaker 2: Vandells is dancing in the streets heat wave, So just
- 29:10Speaker 2: sixty four classic stuff.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Yeah, Well, if you invite her to sing the Star
- 29:13Speaker 3: Spangled Banner, one would assume she could sing the Star
- 29:17Speaker 3: Spangled Banner.
- 29:17Speaker 2: And somebody checked that's something. But then, how how do
- 29:20Speaker 2: you check at somebody's I can imagine the meeting, Yes, smithers, ah,
- 29:24Speaker 2: why don't we get Martha Reeves to do it? Hey,
- 29:25Speaker 2: that sounds great nostalgia, fantastic Motown hits mid sixties, let's
- 29:30Speaker 2: invite her. At no point did someone think, do we
- 29:34Speaker 2: need to call her and have her sing it to
- 29:36Speaker 2: us over the phone to see if she can still
- 29:38Speaker 2: do it? It'll leave fine.
- 29:40Speaker 3: But there were and there were two backup singers, and well, hears,
- 29:44Speaker 3: how'd you like to be them? But see, but listen,
- 29:46Speaker 3: I'm gonna tell you so you said that this morning.
- 29:48Speaker 3: I was listening carefully to them. They were just as bad.
- 29:51Speaker 3: I mean, they weren't any better. In fact, listen, we're
- 29:55Speaker 3: gonna play it. I mean, it's only a minute and
- 29:57Speaker 3: a half long. And by the way, all this and
- 29:59Speaker 3: all the lor and all the live chatters are begging
- 30:02Speaker 3: us not to play it. They already heard it. Please
- 30:03Speaker 3: don't do it, Please don't do it. Don't play it.
- 30:06Speaker 3: And my ears are bleeding.
- 30:08Speaker 2: But we have this guy. This is it's all this guy,
- 30:12Speaker 2: this is real.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Here's Martha Reeves at the debut of the Women's Pro
- 30:18Speaker 3: Baseball League Saturday.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Oh see can you see bye?
- 30:26Speaker 2: Betimes By were so proud? And why why NaSTA mean?
- 30:40Speaker 1: The rocks drive sa rise.
- 30:44Speaker 6: The path?
- 30:48Speaker 2: All the round.
- 30:51Speaker 4: Was We're so gol.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Please scream means and the rock. It's clear the cons.
- 31:03Speaker 3: First in.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Gay food thro the was steal the still there oh
- 31:16Speaker 2: same saust thingle ben.
- 31:24Speaker 6: Word or the land of.
- 31:31Speaker 3: The thing.
- 31:33Speaker 2: And the whole of the bread. I may burn my
- 31:44Speaker 2: motown and announced my city.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Words fail me. I mean even the tempo. I mean
- 31:50Speaker 3: she just decided to just change tempos and everything. And
- 31:54Speaker 3: again those other two women they were much better. No, no,
- 31:57Speaker 3: So how do you not get them in a room
- 32:01Speaker 3: and say, now, how's this going to go?
- 32:02Speaker 2: Can we listen? It's in a weird way because as
- 32:04Speaker 2: soon as I said that, I thought, well, how'd you like?
- 32:06Speaker 2: Is okay? Let's let's have the intern go call you know,
- 32:09Speaker 2: a motown icon Martha Reeves and make her sing the
- 32:13Speaker 2: anthem to him over the phone to prove she can
- 32:16Speaker 2: do it before we sign her up for this gig.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Do you want to be the one tasked with that? Who?
- 32:21Speaker 6: No?
- 32:22Speaker 2: Not particularly?
- 32:23Speaker 3: All I know is who thought from or whoever thought
- 32:26Speaker 3: that somebody could make Roseenne Barr sound like Pavaradi? Remember
- 32:30Speaker 3: when she did that? She actually remember when she sang
- 32:33Speaker 3: the star and then she grabbed her crotch and everything
- 32:35Speaker 3: but and spat like a ba spat like well, like
- 32:38Speaker 3: a ballplayer. I mean, she's trying to be funny. It
- 32:40Speaker 3: was a but don't mess with national anthems. No, just
- 32:43Speaker 3: leave the national anthem alone.
- 32:45Speaker 2: For at least at least she wasn't kneeling. At least
- 32:48Speaker 2: nobody kneeled now whatever the past tense, and I'd rather
- 32:51Speaker 2: I'd take the kneeling over that.
- 32:53Speaker 3: I'm stop it stop, all right, all right, maybe a
- 32:55Speaker 3: little too far bridge too far. Listen, before we get
- 32:58Speaker 3: out of here, let me quickly remind you about our
- 33:00Speaker 3: friends over at PhD Weight Loss. I saw a lady yesterday,
- 33:04Speaker 3: took the kids to I said, some of my family
- 33:07Speaker 3: in town. We did a day and a half at Disney,
- 33:09Speaker 3: and there's a lady at one of my favorite restaurants
- 33:11Speaker 3: over there who's been waiting on us and dealing you
- 33:13Speaker 3: know what we've been seeing for years. She looked like
- 33:16Speaker 3: a brand new person. And she said she lost fifty
- 33:19Speaker 3: three pounds, as did I, or no, fifty seven pounds,
- 33:23Speaker 3: and she us like a million bucks.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Nothing.

- 33:40Speaker 3: to take off about another ten to get back to
- 33:41Speaker 3: where I was. I lost twenty one pounds in about
- 33:43Speaker 3: five weeks. Because it works. It goes right to work

- 34:28Speaker 3: can we do a little bill maher before we get
- 34:29Speaker 3: out of here today?
- 34:30Speaker 2: Oh by all means because for those unfamiliar, Bill Maher,
- 34:33Speaker 2: longtime stand up comic, longtime you know, old school liberal.
- 34:38Speaker 2: But lately I don't know if he's been sounding more
- 34:41Speaker 2: conservative or the party that he aligns with has gotten
- 34:45Speaker 2: crazier and crazier, because some listen, if you or I
- 34:48Speaker 2: go off on, you know, a Democrat dogma, that's one
- 34:52Speaker 2: thing we're supposed to and we're diametrically opposed. But for
- 34:55Speaker 2: a long time actual classical old school liberal like Bill
- 34:58Speaker 2: Maher to note with alarm the communist inclinations of his party.
- 35:03Speaker 2: That has kind of extra impact.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Well, listen to the way his own audience gasps when
- 35:10Speaker 3: he points out just how rapidly radical today's Democrat party
- 35:16Speaker 3: has become. This is from real time with Bill Maher
- 35:18Speaker 3: over the weekend on HBO.
- 35:20Speaker 6: Parties can change sometimes, you know, you have to keep.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Up who freed the slaves?
- 35:27Speaker 6: Republicans, Lincoln Democrats with the racist party back then, But
- 35:32Speaker 6: then JFK got elected and it switched. The DSAY itself
- 35:37Speaker 6: has switched even five years ago. It shunned communists that
- 35:41Speaker 6: changed things change now. The coalition within the DSAY called
- 35:46Speaker 6: the Marxist Unity Group is an ascendance, and I must
- 35:50Speaker 6: take them at their word when their words include our
- 35:54Speaker 6: commitment is to the long term struggle for a fully liberated,
- 35:57Speaker 6: classless society in a word, communism. What do they have
- 36:03Speaker 6: to do tweet out elect more communists? Oh yeah, seea
- 36:07Speaker 6: weaver did that. Yes, good, I'm glad you're shot. People
- 36:15Speaker 6: got to realize this is going on. Yes, my vote
- 36:25Speaker 6: is in play. I'm not voting for anyone who thinks
- 36:27Speaker 6: the wrong side won the Cold War or cheers for
- 36:30Speaker 6: the Intafata like it's the World Cup. So ironic from
- 36:35Speaker 6: the people who obsess about colonization. You know it's being
- 36:38Speaker 6: colonized now the Democratic Party.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Wow, it's just great. I just love is it? He
- 36:46Speaker 2: a guy you'd love to have a beer with? Hundred Yeah,
- 36:50Speaker 2: it wouldn't be a beer. I'm you got to smoke.
- 36:54Speaker 2: You gotta smoke the pot. You've got to catch a
- 36:57Speaker 2: club random is Yeah, I asked, it's real, really good too.
- 37:01Speaker 3: But he's he's just spot on now. A couple of
- 37:04Speaker 3: people took exception when I played that earlier today and
- 37:06Speaker 3: pointed something out. It really wasn't don't forget who signed
- 37:10Speaker 3: the Civil Rights Act of nineteen sixty four, it wasn't JFK.
- 37:14Speaker 3: It was Lyndon Johnson. So historically one could make the
- 37:18Speaker 3: case that it wasn't John F. Kennedy that turned the
- 37:20Speaker 3: party away from racism supposedly, I think, technically and historically
- 37:25Speaker 3: you'd argue that LBJ did.
- 37:26Speaker 2: That, he signed that. I think that's a good point.
- 37:29Speaker 2: And in the bill maher littany of things he says
- 37:31Speaker 2: about the Democrats, he also comes after the Trump hating
- 37:35Speaker 2: Republicans or Trump painting. Anybody says, listen, if you find
- 37:37Speaker 2: yourself obsessing about the reflecting pool or the ballroom, he's
- 37:43Speaker 2: got inside your head. And that's just stupid, because nobody
- 37:46Speaker 2: cares about those things. And so I don't know if,
- 37:49Speaker 2: but so so whether it's him. Harold Ford Junior, Joe Manchin,
- 37:52Speaker 2: I know that Johnny Federal on a good day. James Carville.
- 37:56Speaker 2: I wonder how many normy Democrats there are left? And
- 38:00Speaker 2: why don't we do a little bit of a preview
- 38:01Speaker 2: of Michigan. Sup there's that primary. Our former talk show
- 38:05Speaker 2: buddy still our buddy, Chris Stigall. I think it's looking
- 38:09Speaker 2: good for him to win a congression to be Kansas
- 38:11Speaker 2: City's congressman. He's up for the Republican primary there and
- 38:14Speaker 2: we'll see how that works out. And meanwhile, look what
- 38:17Speaker 2: you've done just on today is Monday, eminem Extra. We've
- 38:19Speaker 2: given people the the mastodon caught of guitar pits of
- 38:23Speaker 2: Martha Reeves singing the national anthem my first on camera,
- 38:26Speaker 2: sneeze other first there, just where we're racking up first
- 38:30Speaker 2: after first, just knocking down barriers and having the time
- 38:33Speaker 2: of our lives.
- 38:33Speaker 3: And in the spirit of always wanting to be accurate,
- 38:35Speaker 3: Tracy just caught us on something and even even one
- 38:38Speaker 3: of our our our live chatters did. It's not with
- 38:41Speaker 3: Robin Roberts from Good Morning America in Missouri. It's it's
- 38:45Speaker 3: Robin Roberts Stadium was named after a local baseball hero,
- 38:49Speaker 3: not Robin Roberts, the ABC host.
- 38:52Speaker 2: So there's a.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Different who knew there was a different Robin Roberts.
- 38:55Speaker 2: So it's now now we know, and now we know
- 38:59Speaker 2: we got the right Robin Roberts.
