- 0:00Speaker 1: John Jane wish. What's up, Jordan, You're on the air.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Hey guys, Hey, what's up.
- 0:04Speaker 1: So?
- 0:05Speaker 2: I've been back in my fitness era for the past
- 0:08Speaker 2: few months. As you know, summer season is here. I've
- 0:12Speaker 2: been attempting to become one of those heated polates girls.
- 0:18Speaker 2: And while I've been consistent, I'm still fighting for my
- 0:23Speaker 2: life in those classes. It's like seeing stars sweating in
- 0:29Speaker 2: places you know, I didn't even know I could sweat,
- 0:32Speaker 2: and having to lay horizontal for at least an hour afterwards.
- 0:36Speaker 3: The gym I go to has classes. That's the reason
- 0:39Speaker 3: I like joining it because honestly, I am not going
- 0:42Speaker 3: to do thirty minutes of cardio on my own. Maybe
- 0:45Speaker 3: at best I give you ten. So I want to
- 0:47Speaker 3: do the class and the weightlifting, but I am completely
- 0:51Speaker 3: exhausted when the class is over. And there were people
- 0:53Speaker 3: that not only get there before in pre run to
- 0:56Speaker 3: get warm up for the class, but they're grabbing the
- 0:59Speaker 3: heaviest way and then after class they continue to work out,
- 1:03Speaker 3: and I think that is complete Bolt. I think you
- 1:06Speaker 3: should stop when the class is over. Was biring that,
- 1:09Speaker 3: you know what?
- 1:09Speaker 2: I like?
- 1:10Speaker 4: Wow, those are the people that you're looking up to
- 1:11Speaker 4: that just reminds me of a video that I saw
- 1:13Speaker 4: on TikTok, and it was this girl who i'd finished
- 1:16Speaker 4: a workout class.
- 1:17Speaker 3: She's like, how is it that I look like this?
- 1:19Speaker 4: And she was like her face was all red, she
- 1:22Speaker 4: was kind of swollen, and she pants to her other
- 1:24Speaker 4: friends who literally looked like she just like took a
- 1:27Speaker 4: brisk walk. She looked beautiful, And it reminded me of
- 1:29Speaker 4: the one time me and Kyle worked out where I
- 1:31Speaker 4: looked disgusting and she looked perfect.
- 1:33Speaker 1: You stop and.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Pictures and you looked gorgeous.
- 1:39Speaker 3: She glistens and some people.
- 1:42Speaker 4: I literally was like, I look like a wet rat
- 1:44Speaker 4: and you look like a Barbie doll fresh out of
- 1:46Speaker 4: the back.
- 1:48Speaker 3: It's almost like car wax, where the water just beats
- 1:51Speaker 3: perfectly on just a little bit of their shoulder, and
- 1:53Speaker 3: they looked totally fine, and the rest of us look
- 1:55Speaker 3: like we've been through a car wash.
- 1:57Speaker 1: To you, guys, it's the I think it's the pep
- 2:00Speaker 1: I had stuff that's going around because, like I said earlier,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I could, I don't want to stop exercising, Like if
- 2:05Speaker 1: my family was out of town, I'd be exercising all
- 2:08Speaker 1: day like I get off the treadmill because I got
- 2:10Speaker 1: to go have dinner with the family. Really, such a
- 2:13Speaker 1: weird feeling, and it's a good feeling.
- 2:15Speaker 3: I wonder what's in there? Let's do with it?
- 2:16Speaker 1: Like, well, no, no, I don't know. I don't ask Kyles.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I don't know what's in there. But I love it
- 2:23Speaker 1: and I'll take it forever. I'm loving it. I'm loving it.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And every time I see a report that someone sends
- 2:28Speaker 1: me outside of Kyle, it's all good news.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Kyle's on Peptide Watch.
- 2:35Speaker 2: I like to see both sides of the story.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Yeah, it can't be all good.
- 2:39Speaker 1: It is all good. I think it's all good. It's
- 2:42Speaker 1: all good.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll feel you though. On the classes, Jordan and
- 2:45Speaker 3: the in the like you could go do your own
- 2:47Speaker 3: thing on your own, but if you're in this class,
- 2:49Speaker 3: when class is over, let's all just be done together.
- 2:53Speaker 4: You don't.
- 2:55Speaker 1: That is something that actually I can't relate to because
- 2:58Speaker 1: I haven't done a class with anybody, so I don't
- 3:00Speaker 1: know with these peptides that I'm doing, if I could hang,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I don't know where my level is compared to other people.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I just know my level, right, and I don't think
- 3:07Speaker 1: my level is a strong. Like if we went running together,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I don't think I could run as fast as you guys,
- 3:12Speaker 1: or but I could. Oh you know what I'm saying.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Like if I was at a class, I think everyone
- 3:16Speaker 1: would kick my ass. But for me, and I'm only
- 3:18Speaker 1: competing with myself, I don't want to stop. It's great
- 3:20Speaker 1: when the teacher goes around class. A lot of times,
- 3:23Speaker 1: I like good form, good form. What I hear the
- 3:25Speaker 1: most is are you okay?
- 3:26Speaker 3: Sir?
- 3:29Speaker 1: Well, thank you for calling in Jordan, Thank you and
- 3:33Speaker 1: shoot me a dam if you want to know where
- 3:34Speaker 1: I get my peptides and all that stuff. Oh yeah, well,
- 3:37Speaker 1: all right, talk later
