- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to another edition of the social group podcast and then we find dope people to do dope stuff and it's so funny that I read into, you know, we got this conversation because I just invested in the business that you do not with you though Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: Stress-free brother stress-free.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: Are you stress-free all the time?
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: Not stress-free.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: You got a little stress a little bit but it's your response to you know you married no dating yeah How long I'm a date?
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: Off alone like last year so often on for the last year yeah Yeah, you haven't been together long enough to be often on, right?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: I've just really just focused on the business so much That's why I was like once I Reach a certain number of dead and move to marriage, you know that never happens
- 0:58[SPEAKER_01]: That is a mythological number right here.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: Because you get to, like, let's say you make your first 100,000, you've like, you realize 100,000 enough.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: They do you like, yo, I get this, $300,000.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna do this thing.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_01]: They get the three on it, you're like, dang.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have the $300,000.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: And then you get to a million, you like, or the million dollars, Amazon.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_01]: Then that number doesn't work.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: See, see, just jump the broom there.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't wanna say that either, cause I don't want to be responsible for your stress brother.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_01]: But that's not where you're gonna talk about.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, man.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_01]: You are in the car rental game and I want to hear about this experience.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: So how do you introduce yourself when you talk to people?
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: So my name is Kel King, AHA rental car King, I run the number one car to business and LA for gig drivers, and we're on our way to Thuranger Cars.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_00]: My car to business is LA Elite Rettles.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_01]: LA Elite Rettles, how many cars do you have now?
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: 72.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: You have 72 cars.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_01]: The 72 cars, did you purchase 72 cars or you have like, you managed for other people?
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: So, majority of them are purchased.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Originally, I did manage for other people, but I've started to sue just more so have people invest into my fleet.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_01]: What is investing to your fleet, me?
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: So, what I've been doing lately is, well, let's start back with the old model before, right?
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody will either aid, give me a car, and I'll rent it out for them, and they will do a split.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now, this new way is somebody will give me $6,000, and I'll pay them a fix rate of 700 a month for 15 months.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, so, okay, 700 miles for 15 miles, 10 miles is 7,000, so that's about another 3 and a half, so 10,000, 500.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_01]: So somebody give you 6th grand, you bring back 10, 5.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: How long you been doing that model?
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, do I have for the last, when I say 6 months, because the old model, it worked, it just had a,
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: If there was downtime right what happened before was people would get spoiled by the business model they'll get a consistent 700 a month But then the car my games are accident and now that passive income they were seeing each month They're not getting and they start you know having uncomfortable moments.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I didn't get 700 this month was going on Hey, you're talking for an insurance claim to be done.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: So now there's no model.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: They're just getting that fixed rate
- 3:22[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm, you don't do the percentages.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_01]: So what I invested in the cards that actually literally just went up to the city last week or two weeks ago, and I'm starting with two, I'm starting with two cards.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_01]: And my goal is to get to 10.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: I would like that to 10 on the passive, but what he does is he rented out makes the money and then I get a, I think it's like a 60, 40 split.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: 60, 40, yeah, that's typical.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_01]: But why don't you go with that model?
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: I still do it, I just find that it's all about personal preference, right?
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: So I like that just have it just as hands-off as possible.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: Just because I don't have to deal with people not making that much money that month or just having to place.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's just cutting dry.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: I just seen your money each month and that's it.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: versus, say for example, you're done with that agreement, right?
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: And that person is across country, like first of all, I'm an LA and my investor is in Miami, maybe.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now I have to figure out how do I get this card to them in Miami or do I sell it for all the food?
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, 15 months?
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's a wrap, that's it, just.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: If you get to eat off the car for the rest of the time that the cars are out.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: And they're not attached for where this new model that I'm doing, they're not attached to any car.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: Is there any legality around that of like investing and giving a return at all?
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: Just the way I do it, I'll just make sure that I don't make any guarantees for people.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: You know they do get a fix for each month, but I don't make any guarantees though.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: Essentially alone with interest.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: Essentially yeah.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, got you.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so, so walk me through how we do this because I did to row.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: And
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: That's really rough.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: To where it was rough.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't, yeah, it was, it was very, very difficult.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: Well, not very, I mean, we, we do good for a while, but I don't know, maybe with what the cars are on, I don't know, but we made a couple of dollars, but then it was door and a pandemic.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: So I think the price of the cars were inflated.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_01]: Did the inflation on cars go down at all after pandemic or just kind of stayed the same?
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: I would say for, so definitely in the pandemic, the prices of the car is definitely one up and then after it just flat went flat.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: Like I had a Tesla, Tesla's when the pandemic was 50K, 60K for a base model, model 3.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: Then right after, they just went down.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why I love for what I do, only by cash stars.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: So let's say for example, I'll buy a Ford Fusion, a max I'll spend on it is $6,000 and then I'm going to make my money back in 90 days.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's a golden rule.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's a 90 day R-O-I return on investment.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: And then so what that number even comes from is I ran out to Uber drivers,
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm in LA, but it, but it's all over your works.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, whatever city, and if there's Uber drivers, left drivers, door dashers, then this definitely adopters soon to you there.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I would imagine these are people who have terrible credit, because you've got to pay $1,400 for four fuses, I'm off.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: So some people, yeah, they're in a position of their credit sign in place, but it's also a full-blown service.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: So we're providing a car, we're providing the insurance for it, we're providing the maintenance.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_00]: So to take for example, one of my customers, right?
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: He was, he had his own car before and he had to accident.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: So now that car is down for a whole month,
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: But you have to think about it.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: He relies on his car as his primary source of income.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: So for that whole month, he's not making any money.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: And then now that car is getting day rates, while isn't a body shop.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: So now he has to figure out who's going to pay to get the car out.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: Versus, if he was on my program already, we could have got almost to a car in the very next day.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: Mm.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, it's a full-blown service that we're providing, not just the car itself.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_01]: got it.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so give me some numbers behind this.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_01]: So you buy the car for $6,000.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_01]: You rented out to Uber drivers, live drivers for $350 a week.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: On the low end.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_01]: On the low end.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: On the low end.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm doing a new thing where I'm going to say that.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm doing a new thing where I'm going to send out the car for $22 for every three days.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: So that's basically
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: But I tell people to start with the 350, the 450 a week because they might just not have built up their confidence with French and our cars in this business, so that is a comfortable place to start.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so you have 72 cars.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: How much does the business generate every month?
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: So, if 72 cars, it varies on profit, but for sure, over 50 a month, over 50 grand.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure, over 50 a month.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: To the other room, relax, all the cars are paid off in 90 days.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, now I do have ground employees, I have virtual assistants.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: I have all these different operational things, but for somebody to just get started off, the main thing you're really paying for is the car itself, which is paid off in 90 days.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: What percentage is your take home after expenses?
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: For where I'm at now, I want to say about 80%.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: 80% is profit?
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: I want to say about 80%.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: And even if you're on a smaller scale, you're looking at around 90 to 95%.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: So say, it's just you just rent out the car.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have no team, which you can rent out about to get 12 cars by yourself and not really need a team because you have to think about it.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: The cars stay out for a long period of time.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_01]: So it's not maintenance, it's not like kind of like it was Toro, you drop it off, they get it for three days.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_01]: Then you gotta go pick it up and bring it and wash it.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'd like to travel too much if you don't have that.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'd like to travel.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I just came back from Columbia a few times, London, Costa Rica.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm waiting to be able to do that.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, I have a team, but since the cars are standing off for so long of a period of time, I could travel more.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: I have a guy that's been in my car for four years.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: And he loves it just because the full service is behind it.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it's car.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_01]: What car is this?
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: This is a four fusion.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: 24 team.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you bought a four fusion, for how much?
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: Four, 4500, but that one.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: You bought a four fusion, 45100, and he's driving lift, Uber what?
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: He does Uber.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_01]: All right, you gotta give me a minute, bro.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: Because I need to calculate some stuff real quick.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_01]: So, you pay 4500, you rented out for how much?
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: For him, he has a grandfather in rate of $59 a day.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: I charge more now.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_01]: $59 a day, times 30 days is, this is 4 or 17 a week.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: So that's around over $1600.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: It says $1770, $59 a day, times 30 days, times 12 months,
- 11:00[SPEAKER_01]: This can't be right.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just one more time.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: $59 a day, time's 30 days, time's 12 months, time's four years, 85,000 dollars off of that one car?
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: And the crazy thing is I just did a video testimony from him, and he wanted to say, and his biggest thing was, thank you.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for answering out this card to me, provided a plus service.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: Again, he has the card itself, then insurance, the flexibility, and yeah.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_01]: The same card for the whole four years.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: He changed out cards, and that's the thing as well.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: He's probably had a four or five different cards.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_01]: got it, got it, got it, okay, because if that breaks down, you got to get another one.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it might break down.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: He might have a preference for a different car.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: He might want a Prius now.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: So he has that flexibility there.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: He might want a Honda Accord.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: So he has that flexibility.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: The car does break down.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, now he doesn't have to deal with the maintenance of it.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: Or one time he was an accident, right?
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: So he was an accident as to where somebody hit the side of the car.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: So what I did was the very next day, I was able to put him into a different car.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: It caused me only about 700 to fix and then I was just able to build home that 700 over time.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: So the benefit for him, he is another car.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: Again, this is primary source of income.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: So now he doesn't lose all money and then he's, you know, he just pays me back on the back end So pays you back for the repair for the repair.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but of course I know where to go get repair is for cheap but still so they mess up the car They have to pay for the repair as well.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_01]: Correct What guarantee is it for you to actually pay for the repair and just say let me just go get another car from somewhere
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: So there's an honor system there, but that's why that's so well with the type of runners I get.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_00]: Only run out to Uber drivers, delivery drivers, number one, the Uber platform does a criminal background check on them.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: Number two, they do a DMV background check on them.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: Also use a website called untiliest.com, where you can do an additional background check on somebody.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: Another thing I require is the income requirement.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: So they have to show me they've been making X amount of dollars on Uber, on Lyft before they even get into my car.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: And then I just do a jet check, but I feel like this is a good person.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: So on average, I really honestly don't get that many accidents.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: And when there is an accident,
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's not that expensive for me to fix because they're a good driver, so they're not just I'll hit just telling out the car and then most of them pay back if they're at R at fault But then there's the flip-in too.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody might get us an accident and they're not at fault.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: I really don't.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: I just had a lady a few months ago.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: She had to accident.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: She wasn't at fault.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: She had hit by an Amazon truck.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: Those are a little
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: They pay me out about 4K for it and then I was able to fix it on my own for around $500, maybe.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: A car that Joey spent up to $6,000 to begin with.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: Correct.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to realize that the guy that rented out these cars for the last four years has bought you like 14 cars.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's true, that's true.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: But it's just like anything else in life.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people do, even my rent.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_00]: I've rent my apartments.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: And I've had it for five, six years.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I have no problem with it.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm providing the service for them.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: And they love it.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_01]: So are you a mechanic?
- 14:49[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_01]: OK.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_01]: So let's say for instance, I'm in Atlanta.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: And I want to do this.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_01]: I want to go get a car.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: So the best place to go is faced with Marketplace.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: You're on there, you search Ford Fusion.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's the best card to get 2.5 liter engine.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: That's the gas version.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: Or the 2.0, that's the hybrid version.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: Do not get the 1.5 EcoBoost.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_00]: They do horrible.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: Do not get the 2013.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_00]: And then you want to keep right under $6,000 for that car.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_00]: On the main two things I ask people on Facebook Marketplace is A can use them to then.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: So now you can get the car theft report on that car and then I just tell them, hey, I have cash in hand because you have to realize the people on Facebook Marketplace, they're not customer service.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: They're just everyday buyers.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: So they just want to see that somebody's actually serious about buying this car.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: I saw something, hey, I have cash in hand.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: It was like, okay, cool, I'll see you in the address and then just send me the van.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_00]: I do a car effects report on it, make sure everything's good and I meet the person, I'm in the flesh, bring my mechanic with me, make sure there's some major issues with the car, make sure there's some transmission issues, no engine issues, and if I'm mechanic, say everything's good to know about it.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so we're looking for a forefusion.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_01]: What are some other, and you gave it, that was really dope too, because you got like a very specific model in the year.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_01]: So only the only the 2013, you shouldn't buy it.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: You should not buy this 2013.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: Everything else is good to me.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: Every year is good.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's good to go, yeah.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: Because the 2013 was the new breed, was the new model for the new, for the generation of forefusions.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_00]: So that's one of them that had to me,
- 16:31[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'm just looking at specific cars, how old should the car be?
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's the other great benefit.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: You can go back and do a $2,720 camera.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_00]: And by that, for $2700 and of course, you can do Uber drivers, but you can rent that out to door dashers and rent that out for $2.50 to $3 a week and still making money back in 90 days.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_00]: I drive a door dash in my car right now, that's paying me $3 a week with an O7 camera pays it with no problem.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_01]: dang so Uber was the requirements uh missing years so as we know more than 15 years old no more than 15 years okay the door dash is a limited okay so what are some other good cars if I get on the forfugious
- 17:14[SPEAKER_00]: So definitely that Toyota Camry, if you're a 0709, or that's any year, but of course the Toyota is a little bit more expensive, but that's why you can't go so old with a Camry, of course you can't use that for Uber and Lyft, but you can't use it for door hatchers.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_00]: Toyota Prius is our solid, Honda Chorus are good, Chevy Cruises, as long as you don't get the Turbos, and as long as you get a tune up for it, those are golden as well, and they're a little bit cheaper.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_00]: They're out for 3K.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_01]: So no matter how much you pay, you charge the people the same?
- 17:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: As long as it's Uber eligible, it's the 3050 to 4050.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: If it's not Uber eligible, then the 250 to 30 weeks.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so you're giving me some options.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_01]: And if it's not the car that you name, how do I identify if the car that is sitting in my driveway right now is good.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_01]: You're in, like, so I have a Alexis 2000, 2000, maybe 14.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: I want to say.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, 30.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's good money.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, expect the bad boy out.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: Let's do it today.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: I'm with it, bro.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, it's supposed to be my daughter's car but she ain't get a license yet.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm thinking about like just renting it out until she, you know what I mean?
- 18:36[SPEAKER_01]: I rented out for her until she gets her license.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_01]: And then take the money and just gift it to her somehow.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I did.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I did.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: You know a lot of people, the way they pay for their dream car, is through the economy cars.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_00]: because everybody has this misconception of y'all'm gonna run out exotics, I'm gonna get the lambo and rent that out.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to really run out here at Euras, you're just doing that.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_00]: So when it's a down time, you can use a Euras, what smarter is, you take safer example of that Lexus, or for a fusion, you rent that out to Uber driver.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_00]: And then that pays for the Euras.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_00]: That pays for whatever other other exotic car that you want to actually drive.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_00]: And you never have to actually renounce your Euras or exotic vehicle.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_01]: You got exotic vehicles?
- 19:27[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, so I have a escalator right now and then about to get Euras on.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
- 19:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_01]: Turn around out or just apply?
- 19:35[SPEAKER_00]: Well, for me, it's all me.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just keeping it for me.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody's about to, I might do a photo shoot with it.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: But no, it's all for me.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_01]: I hope you all leave that girl you got bro, you get that yours.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you don't leave your girl from, because I heard those type of cars have hands on them.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_01]: And what they do is the car reaches out and just grabs women.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_01]: It puts them in the, that's just what I don't know, I don't know, then that's true.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_01]: But you are absolutely cooking with these cars, bro.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's a good opportunity because I mean, shoot, I put up, like it's one investment
- 20:19[SPEAKER_01]: We're up put up $125,000 and I make $1500 a month, but you put up six grand and make more than me.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: You know what, here's something deep.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_01]: Talk to me.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: The car business is better in real estate by a long shot.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_01]: You need to stop talking.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_01]: Long shot long shot blast from this conversation here sir.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: That's real.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: I have a guy that invests in smart fleet right now And he does the count ends.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: I got a guy that invests in my fleet right now and He's an accountant for a lot of millionaires.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: So he sees everybody numbers and he says This business does 10 times better than any other business, especially real estate.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_01]: Really.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir Would you advise to my going out at alone or finding someone like you to partner with?
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I would say, yeah, I'll even tell you my backstory.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: I would say definitely find somebody who knows what they're doing.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_00]: Because even when I started, I started off with a Black Mead Science Center, I had an autural.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: And then one day, I decided to rip the car out to somebody privately.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what's the sense of what that ran out off at 3K?
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: But I knew, if I wanted to have some type of longevity in this business, that I needed some type of guidance, some type of mentorship that I got to mentor and that's what took me to the next level.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: And the only reason I knew to do that was just because back in college and undergrad, I started going to events, circular parties, but I'm a capital rate.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: One of my older fraternity brothers showed me how to throw parties at a way higher level to the point of that business is still around to this day, so that's when I find a car to lane, oh wow, this thing I made 3K off that one car, okay, I want to take this to another level, how was our successful before, then you family inventory.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so let's just say I don't have the money to be a mental to find a mentor and I want to go to the auction Think it's some cars.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so okay, not not even auction.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to lead it in that way Yeah, but how do I like today?
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: Our money wants to start this this fleet of cars.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I want to go buy a car.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah How do I identify the right car?
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: What do I find it?
- 22:38[SPEAKER_00]: So the list, my top three cars I would buy is the four fusion Toyota and Honda Accord.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: If you sit with those three, they should, they should be solid and just have your mechanic checked them out.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_01]: What do I get them?
- 22:53[SPEAKER_00]: Facebook Market Police.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_00]: You want Facebook Market Police?
- 22:55[SPEAKER_00]: We all have Facebook and you want the Market Police?
- 22:59[SPEAKER_00]: You're fine.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_00]: All three of those cars.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to Facebook.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_01]: How would you search your, okay, I'm going to Market Police, what should I type in?
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: So I will go to Marketplace, you have to be on your personal page.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_00]: And then I will type in for Fusion.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_01]: For Fusion in a year, just put for Fusion.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: I will just put for Fusion, of course, don't get the 2013s.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so we got a 2015, a $3,400, 110,000 miles.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_01]: That's a lot of miles though, no?
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's fine.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's fine.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_00]: I have a few four of the futures that's at quarter million miles.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: Still right like new.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: The max I would buy at car right though is 150,000, so 170,000 miles.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_00]: Because you want to get at least another 50,000 miles out of their car.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_01]: Tell them one more time.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_00]: You want to get a lease 50,000 miles out of that car.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: So you buy that car at 150, you should get a lease, be able to vote at 100,000 miles.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_01]: The 200 is the number.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_00]: And they'll go past 200.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: Cacher, it's a proper belief for us, our solid cars.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm saying, once you do that, you're, I mean, 200,000.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_01]: That's when the engine goes out.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_00]: I still ran.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: If my answer is, how many miles is?
- 24:17[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, so look at this card.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: Look at this card.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_01]: Would you buy that card?
- 24:22[SPEAKER_01]: So just read through what you see.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, so yeah, 2015, so that's good.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: For a fusion all day, this is a, it looks like a, only reason I wouldn't buy it, because I'm looking at the back right now, and it says EcoBoost, and that's the 1.5, I wouldn't buy it right, right off the rip, I would just go to the next card.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_01]: Find a car, find a car that you could say, oh, Dave, you should buy that joy.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: All right, I'm on the right now for you.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_00]: Are the beam you are?
- 24:54[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, look, I'm buying that joy, okay?
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm now starting to think about if it's low maintenance.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, shoot.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_01]: So for now, pick up drop off and all that.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the main thing you want to do for maintenance is every 30 to 45 days just to get an oil change, right, and the car should be good.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: It might be a little stuff here in that that you have to do.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_00]: It might be like a cool at leak, but it's nothing that's crazy expensive.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing like a year or so be a year.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's when she'll let's around $8,000, $9,000 if this versus a windshield for for fusions with $250,300, so that's nuts.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: And that's another thing that a lot of people do.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_01]: So how are you searching right now?
- 25:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just using that search you use for a fusion.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_01]: So looking for a four fusion.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_00]: I see a hybrid in it.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_00]: Discibrist nice too.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_00]: You like hybrids?
- 25:50[SPEAKER_00]: Hybrids, they do really nice.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm at LA.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_00]: So you know, the gas prices are high out there.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_00]: And people love the hybrids.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_00]: And they last a long time, a long time.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_00]: What's this?
- 26:03[SPEAKER_01]: You for sure bring your McKettie with you for obvious reasons.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I bring on a mechanic with me or I'll go to like a mom and pop shop in a neighborhood and have them do a pre-purchase inspection What does that cost?
- 26:18[SPEAKER_00]: $50, $60, $90, crazy, nothing too crazy about it.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, to bring a mechanic with you, what's your cost?
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, but what I'm gonna say about 50 to 60, sometimes it might be, this depends on who you know.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_00]: So the best way to get a final mobile mechanic is to use your mechanic.com, have them do actual service to your car and make sure that they do actual good work.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: And then you just pitched the idea to them, say, hey, I'm all my way to 100 cars, 50 cars.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: I run a car as a business.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: Can you come with me to come see this car?
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: Or you can just Google mobile mechanic and you'll find a bunch on Google as well.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_01]: got it.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think interesting yet?
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: This one.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: They have to price a little high.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_00]: I would just negotiate down.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: What they want?
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: What they want?
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: So they want $5,500 for 2014.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: It has $150,000.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's only one owner.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: One owner.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: Just good.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: Really good.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_00]: So that means they have actually taken care of this car.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: Um, it has this person has 12 reviews the ratings of 4.4 out of 5, so they've done a good business in the past.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'll check this car out and then the great thing is you can always negotiate down.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm ready to get him down to like, at least 4500.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_01]: You need to take off a thousand bucks?
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: Probably, yeah.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to take off a thousand.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_00]: You have to think about it.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: This person has come to Facebook Marketplace to sell this car.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: Why didn't he just go to the car max?
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: Because he was not going to get the same amount.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why he went to Facebook Marketplace.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_00]: So he went down to 4500.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_00]: But even if you did, say on the high end, ball it for $5,000.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: You're still going to make him money back in 90 days.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_01]: You know, 90 days, because $35.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but you don't only buy four fusions, right?
- 28:11[SPEAKER_01]: You don't only buy four fusions.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_00]: I stick to the same model.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you can't buy a previous.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_00]: You can't go buy a hundred court.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_00]: But I just stick to the four fusions just because now, say for example, the brakes for that car need to be changed.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I can go to auto zone and you have a lifetime warranty on the brakes.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_00]: So for four fusions number one, the brakes went
- 28:35[SPEAKER_01]: got it.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_01]: So you wouldn't go with, like, say for instance, this, this for fusion is on car max.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_01]: It is $12,000, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20,
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: Look, it's literally that mileage and the year of the car is just a number.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_01]: So why, so, so my guy, he gave me the same number.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_01]: He was like, yo, we're going to pay between five and six thousand dollars a car.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_01]: Why is that the only number that we're going after?
- 29:19[SPEAKER_01]: What's wrong with a $8,000 car, $10,000 a car?
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's just a good budget, you know, it's a good baseline.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_00]: Because now you end up overspending on the car.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: And you have to think about it.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: The only difference between that card is $8,000 and $4,000 is just demolished from a card.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's a number on the card.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing difference.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_01]: What's the difference?
- 29:43[SPEAKER_01]: What's the difference?
- 29:44[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 29:45[SPEAKER_01]: The difference is newer though, right?
- 29:47[SPEAKER_01]: Not really.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's literally the age.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's literally the mileage.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_00]: One might say 95,000 miles, one might say 150,000 miles.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: But also you can look at the car fence report and see how well that person took care of that car.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: So that person actually got the oil change done.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_00]: It was only one owner.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_00]: That car that's 150,000 miles might be actually in better condition than the car for 90,000 miles.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_00]: So all about you take care of the car.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: Got it.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's say I'm one phase with marketplace.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_01]: I find the right car to forefusion, I find, or a camera is something like just a good deal.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_01]: I take my mechanic with me and say, hey, check this out and they know what to look, I mean, most of my mechanics know what to look for, right?
- 30:31[SPEAKER_01]: I purchase the car.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_01]: Now, how do I find this Uber driver?
- 30:35[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, this lift driver.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_00]: Skull, this is gold right here.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_00]: So you go back to face with marketplace to find this Uber driver, right?
- 30:43[SPEAKER_00]: But you're gonna make a post on the post and you have to follow each step, right?
- 30:48[SPEAKER_00]: Or it's not gonna work.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_00]: So for the saddle, you're gonna put cars for right here.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_00]: And then on Facebook marketplace, correct.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_00]: And then listen, that's the item, not a vehicle.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_00]: And then in the description, only thing you're going to put is a limcim house and stress included, minus included, no credit check.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_00]: And they're going to make a video going around the car, sending the same exact thing, a limcim house, and stress included, minus included, no credit check.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: If you do it exactly like that, you'll get hundreds, hundreds, or hundreds of leads.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_01]: You have to do exactly like that though, you can't remix it, no credit check, no credit check, they don't got to put nothing down on the deposit?
- 31:31[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's no point, you actually want to deter people, that person might have went ahead and booked with you and paid you 4 hours a week, but since now, they got to pay 4 hours a week, come over with the deposit, they just want to
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: Is that a special of the fix?
- 31:52[SPEAKER_00]: So what are they going to do with?
- 31:54[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why you're going with that car because it's cheap to fix, too.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: What if they make on a mess up a mirror?
- 31:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's what 80 bucks, 90 bucks?
- 32:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's nothing, they're specific to fix.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_01]: So they do pay their first week up front.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_01]: So if you're going to do $354 a week, you give me $400 as you take the car.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_00]: $1%.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: Who's in shorts?
- 32:15[SPEAKER_01]: So you're saying, use your insurance not there?
- 32:18[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a few different ways for insurance, but what I do it is commercial liability with a company called Rome Lee.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: So now all my cars are in short, and if anything happens to the car, then I'm basically self-insured.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm paying to get a fix.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: And the whole purpose of the commercial liability is to just be street compliant.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I don't understand.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_00]: So for insurance, I have commercial insurance.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: So all that means is now my records are not getting pulled over by the police for driving without insurance.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: I see, because you have to have insurance legally to drive.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: But if, so you're not, you're not super worried about the car getting an accident insurance, no.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_01]: Or what happens if there's, you know, got a bit of fatality in the car?
- 33:07[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's another big point.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_00]: So it's what's called the graves amendment.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: So that mean safer example, you have a renter that, no, it's the road and gets into action and kills somebody.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_00]: By that federal law, you're not held responsible for what they do.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_01]: That's not an insurance.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's a federal law, yeah.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the same law that hurts is using, enterprise, everybody's using.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_00]: Lowell's at car, you get to that car out to somebody with a valid license, which you're going to do because they're all Uber drivers.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: And you're getting a mechanical chicken.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_00]: Don't know that car on a regular basis, you're good to go.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_01]: I do have a question.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_01]: Do you want to ever try to steal your car?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: Those are crazy scenarios.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: So it was this couple.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: So what is a couple?
- 34:04[SPEAKER_00]: And it's the woman taking a lead as you use your setup because it's the guy.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_00]: He probably doesn't have a license.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_00]: So this is my first guy started.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_00]: I will super excited.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, I just want to make that money.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm money in this.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: So they call me in the wreck the car and the lady and the guy pulled up and she had the face mask on, but it's a pandemic time.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_00]: mouth should be okay and then I'm blast out of bottom money.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_00]: So then I didn't have the proper tracker in the car.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_00]: I just had this one tracker that you can easily just pull out.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I ripped the car out to them and it came time for renewal and then like here we're about to pay right now we're at the pay right now.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: And then for one week for one week yeah next week yeah and next thing I know I get alert that the truck has been pulled out and they stopped answering a phone and I didn't see that car again until like three months later the police had found it.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: But that was my fault though, a hundred and ten percent.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't the business fault, it was my fault.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_00]: Because A, I didn't have a proper trucker in there.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: B, I got too blindsided by the money.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now I would have just never rented to that type of person, because I've seen the rent flags.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_01]: That type of person would be me.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_00]: As in, I had a bad get feeling.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_00]: As in, I knew something was sus, but I decided to still go with it.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I happen to have a lot of people now to this day.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_00]: I say a lot of people get into this business.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_00]: And they knew they had a bad get feeling about running out to somebody, but they just saw a site it, they do it anyway.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: And they catch the backlash.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, I still want to describe the type of person, because something about that person gave you a gut feeling or what was the type of person describe the person.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: So, one, they had an out of state license.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: Typically, somebody has an out of state license for this business, it's just they usually don't do too well.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe there's just moved to a different state, they're just getting stabilized, number
- 36:09[SPEAKER_00]: It was, you could tell the lady was trying to run out for the guy.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_00]: So since she's trying to run out for the guy, clearly the guy doesn't have a valid license and she's up to something.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_00]: So I would never do that again.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_00]: Now I see the lady trying to run out for a guy.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's usually a no.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_01]: And what made you think that she's running out for him?
- 36:29[SPEAKER_00]: Because beforehand, he had call first, and then she had called right behind.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_00]: And then not a met up.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_00]: And he's in the back, you can kind of tell until he's kind of like orchestrating stuff.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_00]: And then that happens a lot in this industry.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people again, they just get blind side by the money and the worst right now.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_00]: Always, always.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_01]: Dang, okay.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_01]: And what are the proper trackers?
- 36:56[SPEAKER_00]: So, I would use the goal star about spare yard trackers, the great thing about these trackers, number one, they're installed deep into your dashboard, so somebody can't easily find it and pull it out.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: Like, when I get my car stolen, I had a tracker, somebody can easily just pull out of the OBD2 reader.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: So that's when you can just, just a little reading on the car, where you plug in a, like a cold reader basically, this whole easier just to pull out.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_00]: Versus the goal start tracker is deep into the car, deep into the dash.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then also with the goal start trackers, it has what's called a kill switch.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_00]: So now, say for example, if that person doesn't pay, they're trying to run off with the car, you hit that one button, and then now they cannot turn back on the car.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so I wanted to just have that track.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to be installed.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_01]: How much does that cost in install?
- 37:44[SPEAKER_00]: Like $100.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_00]: So the company themselves, they have a special technicians that will come to your house and install the go-start device.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_01]: But that sounds like it has a monthly fee attached to it.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_00]: I pay per device, $150, and it comes with three years of service.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_01]: So how much does it have to have?
- 38:07[SPEAKER_00]: all service in terms of like servicing it or keep it has to be some sort of monthly attested at like no that you're paying for the one-fifty for the device and it comes with three years of service but also I do have a backup track here the bouncy track here and that's like eight nine dollars a month for the service.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_01]: and then start out as well.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_00]: No, you can start it yourself.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_00]: You just plug it right into the OBD2 reader.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_00]: Right, that's the one you could take out.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's the good backup track for that.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good decoy.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: If I were to have the global search tracker and the bouncy tracker, now when they put out the bouncy tracker, I'm like, oh, yeah, you're having a game, yeah.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the decoy tracker.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_01]: Why don't you take that one off?
- 38:51[SPEAKER_00]: I know you're up to something.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah Yeah, you know some people that I saw this on internet where they said, you know, they sell fake money
- 39:03[SPEAKER_01]: So you fake money that you're putting your safe so if you ever have like some sort of home invasion You can go to the safe get the fake money smart and once they take the money they run right it's like Yeah, not a smart that's smart so so again if With the back to the shores thing if they read if they get in the car accident You're not really gonna get a whole lot of payout because you only have basic insurance, right?
- 39:31[SPEAKER_00]: It depends.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: Again, they might get hit, and based on insurance works, because now you're going against the other person's insurance, who had your answer, you might get paid out $6,000, $10,000 for a simple accident.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_01]: I rent your car, and I hit someone, and it's my fault.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: You're at fault, yeah, that's different.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_01]: This is on your insurance.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, so then, and that's another thing I require in my register have as well is they should still get their own personal liability insurance.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_01]: So if they get an accident, it doesn't hit your insurance.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, exactly.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_00]: Also, there's third part of the insurance you can get as well through websites called Banza or Rinsal Cover.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_00]: So think about when you go to Enterprise or Hertz, say, actually, hey, do you want this additional insurance?
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: They're using Banza and Rinsal Cover.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_00]: And on there, you can buy collision insurance.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: So somebody hits you and like building insurance if you hit somebody else.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_01]: But my point is, okay, I rent your car.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I say, okay, I got insurance.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_01]: Cool.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_01]: Well, as soon as I leave you, I cancel that insurance.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's not that you check my insurance every month, right?
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: So I could be right around with no insurance in your car.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I have our commercial liability insurance, but then I also already have my contract and then I also explain to the renter is that they have to have their own liability policy for themselves in the case that they hit somebody.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_01]: And if they don't,
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: Then it just falls on them.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_00]: They've been in the contract, you've been in the sprain, you've explained that to you, then that's on them, essentially.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_00]: I saw my commercial liability.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_01]: OK. You have commercial liability.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_01]: There's a car.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_01]: I rent your car.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_01]: You have commercial liability.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_01]: You pay for it and shorts on the car.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_01]: And then I tell you I'm in shorts, but I don't have a shorts, or you know, I falsify some documents, right, and I show you some of shorts, and but I really don't have a shorts.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_01]: If I hit someone.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_01]: then that insurance, that claim goes against your insurance.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_01]: Am I right?
- 41:36[SPEAKER_00]: It gets a commercial liability, yeah.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_00]: But it can't be a sense of the commercial liability kids still deny the claim and it goes back into the renter.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's all we always suggest at the renter to have their own liability policy.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_01]: But if they don't have insurance, there's nothing for them to fall back on.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_01]: There's no, you get what I'm saying?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_01]: It seems like there's nothing
- 41:59[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, you've written me your car.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_01]: I hit our money's car.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have insurance.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you were having insurance, but I don't have insurance.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_01]: Like the guy that's been written for four years, you're not checking it in the stores every month.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_01]: You have insurance on the car when you're car that I'm driving hits our money, you come to me like, yo, I thought you had insurance in my purse.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't got insurance, bro.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_01]: Our mind is coming after your insurance, right?
- 42:24[SPEAKER_01]: Which your insurance would have to pay it and then your premium goes up.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_01]: Isn't that correct?
- 42:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's what you would think what happened, but with the commercial eye bills that I have, again, it still roots back and the way my contract is set up, again, that person is required to have their own liability insurance.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_00]: The main insurance that I'm insurance is my vehicle.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_00]: So now, again, in the contract, they have to have their own liability insurance.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same as I think enterprise, it's same thing that hurts is doing.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_00]: Do you want this additional insurance?
- 42:51[SPEAKER_00]: Adelaide?
- 42:52[SPEAKER_00]: You do?
- 42:52[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_00]: So now you're getting to accident, you're covering.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_00]: But you don't want this additional insurance.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, are you sure?
- 42:58[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you get an accident, now you're responsible.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_00]: Say what's that practice?
- 43:03[SPEAKER_01]: So you're saying, if our money doesn't have the coverage insurance, then if his responsibility?
- 43:11[SPEAKER_00]: I should be saying.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_01]: Which was for you to write?
- 43:14[SPEAKER_01]: I hit our money in your car.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_00]: 100% yes, it's his responsibility and we explain that to them.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_00]: We don't trick and throw it It's clear in the contract.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 43:45[SPEAKER_01]: It seems like, or if he does have, you know, whatever type his insurance will try to come after the insurance on the vehicle.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_01]: So our mind is not attacking the insurance on your vehicle.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_01]: If I don't have my own insurance cover, then you're insurance has to pay him.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: So if that's if you have personal insurance when they're both for the commercial liability, yes they'll process the claim, but simply the commercial liability again, they're not going to pay out for that, you know?
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: So what's the point of that?
- 44:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's just for the street compliance.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's mainly for the street compliance.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: But then that's why we tell our renters again, see.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_01]: So a net scenario, our money is just stuck.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: And then that's up to between Helm and the renter.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_01]: His insurance can come to me.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_00]: Correct, but you were told ahead of time, hey, you have to add your own liability insurance.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_00]: Here's a website to go to, here's some options for you.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_01]: So as long as you told me, and I had our money, his insurance company may come after me.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_01]: Is there, like, outside of me, repairing the vehicle?
- 45:04[SPEAKER_01]: Is that like illegal, like, jail time or something?
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: Lones from I understand no, it's no like, that's more of a civil matter.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_00]: As long as you didn't hurt the person or like, it was no like criminal negligence now.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_00]: But it's, but again, from a rental car company, we're not liable for what the rental does in the car.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: But again, we want to make sure that the person is covered, that's what we tell on what websites to go to to get actual live bills in insurance.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: And again, same thing that enterprise does, I ask you, do you want this additional insurance?
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: You do want it, great.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_00]: So now, if you are
- 45:38[SPEAKER_01]: You asked the renter your cover it kind of so if I run a car from enterprise and I say I do want that coverage and I hit our money's car Then insurance company that from enterprise will pay him correct Okay, and I guess they make enough $20 at $30 or whatever to cover when an accident actually happens.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_00]: Correct
- 46:03[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, what a person can just a lot of people just do is they just get their own personal liability policy, which is not, you know, expensive.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_01]: Got it, right?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying, like, put myself in the seat of a scammer, let's try and get over.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_01]: What's one thing in his business that you can't, you haven't figured out how to get over in terms of, because it's always a loophole, bro, that with any business, there's something that you can't get around it.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_00]: I can't get around that's a good question as in what as in just like it's just the downside of the business.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_00]: On the downside of the business yeah so there's going to be downsize it's going to be any other type of business you're going to have accidents but again do you know to do an event of the accident you're going to have customer complaints you're going to have people who don't pay on time.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_00]: Right, and then just you knowing what to do with all these different instances is what makes you from somebody who just tried out this business and that was something cool.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_00]: I did for two months.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, versus you're somebody who is business long term and able to make 10, 20, 50k a month.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, what is that?
- 47:14[SPEAKER_01]: What is the minimum number that you would recommend to my to get to to where it seems like I'll make it so money now?
- 47:22[SPEAKER_00]: depends when I grow a lot of people want that magical tink at a month and you can do that with five cars six cars for sure I can tink at a month with other cars, yeah
- 47:35[SPEAKER_00]: So think about it, this 74, I'm doing it 74 a day for the car.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_00]: It's a $2,000, $2,000, $2,000, $2,000, $2,000, $2,000.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then you times that about six does well over 10k.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: But even with the 420 a week, 400, 420 a week, you can do that with six cars.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_00]: And you have to think about it.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: The cars are staying rented out for a long period of time.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: So people are keeping these cars for six months, eight months at a time, because they're
- 48:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so again, I have a joint venture with a gentleman and I gave him what I didn't give him to yet.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_01]: I'm giving him some money he went and bought the cars and there's going to be that split.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to get some cool with that because I don't necessarily
- 48:26[SPEAKER_01]: want to worry about the headache, this could be a worthwhile business though, let me ask this in this scenario, maybe I don't know if I asked, can I think I did, I don't remember his answer.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_01]: If there is an accident or maintenance, who pays it?
- 48:42[SPEAKER_00]: For accident or maintenance?
- 48:43[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see, let's say I'm doing a 60, 40 split with you, right?
- 48:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, who, and you get 60 percent?
- 48:51[SPEAKER_01]: who pays for the maintenance?
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: You would.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_01]: I would.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_01]: What about in your scenario where I give you $6,000, and you give me whatever that is $1,500 a month for 15 months or whatever?
- 49:04[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you seven hundred enough, but then I would pay for it.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: So just to break it down for it, if you would give me a car, that's fine.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would, you won't show your shirt.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_00]: You used to give me a car, doing the money, the bi-specific car, and you used to offer for the maintenance.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_00]: If it's like the new way I'm doing it, then I'll be responsible for the maintenance.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's my car, if I want it.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_01]: So if, like, in that scenario with who I'm working with, in that scenario, it's my car.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_01]: So I've got to fix my car.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: Conceptually, people would just bring their own car and put into the fleet, but that person is just sourced in the car for you, so it's still your vehicle.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_00]: But I think it's great for somebody that, you know?
- 49:46[SPEAKER_01]: I actually really liked this model, bro.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_01]: And I was actually a scarred from my thorough experience because it was just, you know, Amo Wife was running it and she like is 100% customer service.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_01]: She's making little little gift baskets for the people written the cars.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, Dre, this is, you got this on profit, okay?
- 50:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's like little candy bars and stuff.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, Dre, calm down.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_01]: But it was dope.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_01]: I guess we were making money, but not much.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_01]: But I do like this model where the only challenges for the reason people are buying this car is because they have bad credit.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's not the only reason or no.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_01]: No.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's got to be, bro.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's some people that have their own car.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_00]: They have good credit.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_00]: But they don't want to put all those
- 50:41[SPEAKER_00]: Some people didn't want to deal with the maintenance of a car.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to deal with the insurance.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_00]: All these different things.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_00]: This is the same exact reason why some people go ahead and rent an apartment versus buy in the house.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to have to move the lawn.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to have to do all this extra stuff landscaping.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to loan my house and just pay the bill they're lost.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's the same exact thing with the cars.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_00]: Too shape my friend.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's good.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, and how long have you been doing the business for five years five years do you remember how much you made your first year first year?
- 51:17[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that was a year.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: I started off with Tural.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_00]: I was probably making like $500 a month, but then once private how many cars wait two cars with Tural?
- 51:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay, but then once I'm with the private
- 51:34[SPEAKER_00]: I was easy to make and think I'm lost.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: Without me really trying, those are like back in my acting days and me doing it four or five different things as well.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_01]: And you said you're going to 300 cars.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_00]: Let's do it.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_01]: OK, in over the five years, how many cars have you lost?
- 51:54[SPEAKER_00]: As an accident.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_01]: Well, accidents.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_01]: stealing.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the car just the engine just dies.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a exact number but far as cars can stolen one back at the one back, far as cars just dying out probably only about 304 and that's just because I stick to the same model of car.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't go by a four fusion of focus
- 52:30[SPEAKER_00]: got it.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_01]: I really like this model, bro.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_01]: I really like this model, especially for, you know, somebody that's just like, you know, I got five, six thousand dollars.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to put it into something and I think in this conversation, you can give enough game for someone to get their feet wet and get started.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_01]: Do you have, do you teach people how to do that?
- 52:52[SPEAKER_01]: You teach people right?
- 52:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_01]: There's, okay.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_01]: And what way?
- 52:56[SPEAKER_00]: So I teach people how to do this, of course I have my own community, and then so I have an in-person event every other month, I'm having one in Miami, and now I'm having another one L.A., so I teach people how to get into the business, and also teach people online as well.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_01]: This should book me to speak there, bro, I'm for it, let's do it.
- 53:15[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_01]: And you got enough money to pay my fees, so.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so is it the community or is it like a self-paced course or what?
- 53:26[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I have a school community and then so for that one I'm spacing a self-paced course and then I have my in-person events every other month as well and I'm interested in your program.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_00]: So for the school community it's only $15,000 a month.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 53:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: Then of course if people need more help, more assistance online, we will be provided.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_01]: So tell me what goes on in the school community.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so the school community itself, they get access to a lot of different topics, how to do insurance, how to go about finding the cars, and then they also get a call each month, and then of course, if they need further help pass that, say they want more calls, say if they want us to fill out their website for them, do their ads for them, actually buy cars from an auction for them, that's something additional that we want to happy to support them with.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_01]: Well, if you submit a link, I'm going to drop it in the description below, but I think this is a real viable business, and I know every business has its ups and downs, its challenges, but I can really see a clear path on how you can really make some money for an average person.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I want to add this conversation, bro, because
- 54:35[SPEAKER_01]: People need help if you want to make some money is a mixture bread in him in yeah, so not this is awesome Man, well look man tell everybody how they can One how they can work with you to how they can get in touch with you I'm like your social media and stuff.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and then in this awful word of wisdom
- 54:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, today.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_00]: So you guys can find me online on Instagram at WriterCardKing.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_00]: If you DM me social proof on Instagram, I will see you at free e-book.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_00]: Just because you guys tap down today.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then the best thing I will say is...
- 55:08[SPEAKER_00]: Done is better in perfect.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people will get into this business or see people like me Or able to make so much money But they start overthinking just to get started get that one car get it on a road and then your confidence will build over time And you'll be able to hit your goal.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_00]: What if that number is?
- 55:25[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely, absolutely.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_01]: I tell them how to find your Instagram and then close out what a word it was to
- 55:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yes indeed so you can find your Instagram at rental car King and then my biggest biggest biggest advice I would say is just keep 1% better each and every day settle with that one car and keep building and keep building and see if you actually hit your go.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_01]: There we go, listen man, do you think it's a favor?
- 55:47[SPEAKER_01]: Go follow Mr. King here.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_01]: And also, like start something, start generating some income, man.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't, you don't have to build a whole infrastructure business and have all these, it doesn't take that much to make money, and this is why social proof is here.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_01]: So it would give you ideas and concepts on how you can go build something, okay?
- 56:09[SPEAKER_01]: And also, go get you some social proof, meaning go build something and build it really, really big.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_01]: But come back to your community and teach them how you did what you did, it's the only way our community grows.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: We out, please.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yo, I ain't going to lie.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_01]: I enjoyed this episode, and I enjoyed it so much.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, yo, are you really making this type of money?
- 56:26[SPEAKER_01]: And so I asked him, I was like, okay, I'll do me a favor and send me over what the numbers look like.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_01]: I want to see exactly what you're bringing in.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_01]: So, he actually sent it over to me and I know a lot of people like yo, I don't know if it's
- 56:43[SPEAKER_01]: a personal endorsement, okay, but I did get a couple cars and I have someone managing it for me, because I think it's a good passive income stream, but I just asked Kelow Yobro, I heard a lot about you, and I just want to see it, so I just want to see it.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_01]: I forgot to ask him during the interview.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_01]: So afterwards he sent it to me, did a screen record of what that income looks like.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's cool.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's a really cool way to make some money.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_01]: So again, this is not a personal endorsement in any way.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_01]: But he showed me the receipts.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_01]: And very few people can show you receipts of something that he was successfully.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_01]: So thank you all for supporting social group podcasts and all that we do.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_01]: We'll see you on next episode.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so here I'm showing my numbers that for the last month of July, 26, I made $17,000 for $17.98.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to refresh the screen for you just to show you that this is the real deal, these are real numbers.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to give you a quick break down of the numbers.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_00]: So from cash up, I received $23,036 from cash, $188 from 0,058,038,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,036,0
- 57:56[SPEAKER_00]: via CHIM, $22,000, $21,66.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then I think this was Apple Pay, $1,025, we just labeled it as bank transfer.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_00]: And then we did say one credit card from the sky, but $2,07, for grand total, for the month of July, $2,26, or $1,07, $1,07, and $9,8 cents.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: We still grow our baby, let's get it.
