- 0:00SPEAKER_00: I truly believe that if you are desiring to be in a relationship, then you are meant to be in a relationship and it will happen in the perfect time that it is meant to happen.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: And thinking that you somehow are destined for failure, or you're somehow destined to be alone your whole life if that's not what you want.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: I don't think that that's ever the case.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: I really just think it's about doing the deeper work and following your intuition to ultimately come to the place where you meet your person.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: You know, and I think that the universe and, you know, the majesty of this existence has a divine plan for that that we're not always aware of.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: I'm Elise Bassine, trauma and breathwork expert and creator of the Metamorphosis Method, the only methodology bridging the gap between spiritual healing and clinical trauma work.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: In this podcast, you'll discover my unique perspective on trauma healing and how it is the gateway to fully reclaiming your consciousness.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: You'll hear stories and teachings that expand your mind as you discover how every relationship challenge, business block, or limiting pattern is an invitation to reclaim the parts of your consciousness you unknowingly gave away.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: So this week I am doing an episode around relationships because I'm so excited for Good Breakup, which is happening next week.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: And I wanted to take this opportunity to give you some deeper insight into my philosophy behind relationships, how I've helped people transform their relationships, and also just what are some of the hidden things going on inside of common relationship patterns, dynamics, or challenges that you face and how to shift them.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Relationships has always been a thing that I help people with.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: I mean, it started in the very beginning when people started coming into the metamorphosis and through using the tools and the program, their relationships, especially their, you know, close relationships with their partners, but even relationships with family members, with their kids, with close friends, would always have a huge shift.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: A lot of times it would end up being like a byproduct of the other work that we were doing.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: Because typically when I would have people come into the metamorphosis, we would be focusing on whatever it is they wanted to create in their lives, whether they just knew they needed a change, they felt stuck, they felt stagnant, didn't know, you know, what the next step was, or they specifically wanted to, you know, leave their job and start their own business, or they wanted to grow their business, or they just wanted to advance in their career.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: And I would have people come in specifically for relationships.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: So it really is a matter of where you feel stuck in your life and the trauma tools and the program will help you understand exactly why you're stuck, how to stop being stuck, and how to move forward.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Through that process, what would happen pretty much with everybody is their relationships would change for the better.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: That's why I wanted to do something specifically on relationships, because I have so much insight and data at this point as to how to change your relationships for the better, no matter what you keep coming up against, right?
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: So whether you are in an intimate relationship or not, this information is going to help you greatly to be able to navigate relationships much more successfully without getting stuck at these places that people often get stuck with.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And even if you're like, oh, well, I don't necessarily have a relationship problem, quote unquote, I guarantee this information is going to help you too because everybody, regardless of whether, you know, your relationship is a point of contention for you, everyone wants the relationship to grow and expand and just keep getting better, right?
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So I think that this information will help that person as well, along with the person who is experiencing one of these five challenges.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: So the challenges that I'm gonna share today are five very common relationship challenges that I've seen with the women I've worked with.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: And I'm sure you'll be able to relate to one of these.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: A lot of them are things that I have been through myself or I've walked people through.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna share these five common relationship challenges and then what's actually happening underneath the surface and then how to shift them.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: So I just want to start by saying this work around relationships is something that I have a very long history with, in the sense of like one of the first breathwork trainings I did was what was called the loving relationships training.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: And and I always tell the women in my certification to read the book Loving Relationships by Sandra Ray, because when you read that, you'll be able to see that that work has had a huge impact on my work.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: She was one of my earliest teachers.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: I worked with her in person many, many times.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: And they call her the mother of rebirthing.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: And rebirthing was the name of the type of breath work that I learned in the very beginning.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Conscious connected breathing is another name for it.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: So this way of looking at relationships that I'm gonna describe is super foundational to my work and my perspective, and also the relationship work that I've done in my own life.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: This is not something that's just philosophy for me.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: It is like my entire existence in my 15 plus year relationship with my husband and all of the work that we've done to transform our relationship for the better, all of the different seasons that we've been through in the last, actually, I think next month is going to be 16 years, which is crazy.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: So all of the work that we've done during that time is also a reflection of this.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I just share that to say that I have put this in practice for myself to create profound growth and transformation in my own relationship along with my clients.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: And I know that this stuff works because of my personal life and for what I've seen with other people.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: Let's just dive right in to these five relationship patterns.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: So these are just the common things that I see most of the time.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna tell you what's really happening underneath the surface and then what we do about it.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: So I actually did an Instagram live about this yesterday, but I wanted to go a lot deeper here on the podcast.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: The first relationship pattern is can't get over a bad breakup or divorce.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: This is actually something that I think whether or not this is like true for you in this moment, I think that it's important to understand this one because we all have experienced this at one point, right?
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: And even if it's something that has happened years and years ago for you, it still lives, right?
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: Like I know for me, my breakup that I went through when I was living in Tucson, it still like has a life to it, you know, even though it's been so long and it's basically like I'm over it in my mind.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: When I think about the pain and like heartache that I went through during that time, it still hits me, you know, and there's a reason why.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So the reason why breakups are so hard is there's really a deep abandonment wound that's being triggered here.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: Obviously, there's many different factors that can come into play based on your specific situation and circumstance.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: But I think if I'm going to distill it down to one thing, it's definitely the abandonment wound because at that point, you know, you have an attachment to this person.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: This person is like your safety, your support, your connection, right?
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: And most likely would have taken the place of the connection that you would have felt with your parents or you would have desired from your parents, right?
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: And sometimes in relationships, we will develop a secure attachment to a person to kind of like heal and take the place of the insecure attachment that you had with your parents.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And sometimes that will happen in a relationship, right?
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: Especially a relationship where both people really are feeling a deep love for each other, are connected and committed.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: A lot of times that type of relationship can fill that gap for people and it can be very healing.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: You know, that's why people love love.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: Like they want to fall in love, they want to feel that feeling because it is what we all desire as humans.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: And a lot of times this healing place that we're able to go that we desired in childhood that we didn't get on some level, right?
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: When the relationship ends, it will trigger the unconscious abandonment wound from childhood, right?
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: To whatever degree.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: So, you know, if you had a more intense abandonment wound, like being physically abandoned, you heard me too share a couple episodes ago about her abandonment wound, which is a great example of like an intense physical abandonment wound.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, there would be something like my abandonment wound, for example, which is more emotional abandonment, right?
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: Just the need of someone to be emotionally present or tuned in and they weren't in the way that I needed, right?
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: And that can also get triggered in the wake of a breakup or divorce, because now that you don't have this person that you are in your mind having a secure attachment to, it's gonna bring up anywhere that you feel insecure, unsafe, unloved, unsupported, right?
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: That's all gonna come up.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: And that's why going through breakups like that are so difficult.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: However, if you can address the abandonment wound and you're wounded in her child, you can move through something like that a lot more quickly.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying that it's going to be pain-free because like I'm not gonna promise anyone that.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: Like, this is the human experience.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: We we're going to go through the whole gamut of emotions, you know, that's like required.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: And I think that one of the things that has not served us in the way that society has been built thus far is there's really not a lot of modeling around how to feel your emotions in a way that contributes to your well-being.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Like a lot of what we get bombarded with as kids is to not feel your emotions.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: So people's natural inclination is to run away from their emotions, you know?
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: And I see this with a lot of clients is like our natural inclination is to try to not feel the emotion or to try to make it go away instead of just feeling it.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Because if you feel it, it actually dissipates fairly quickly.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: It's more around the not wanting to feel it or making it wrong and pushing it away or suppressing it.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: Once you can address the inner child who feels abandoned, that's the way you're gonna get more bang for your buck when you're moving through a breakup or divorce.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Because instead of making it about the other person and wishing things were different or whatever it is, if you can address what's actually happening, which is that your inner child is feeling abandoned, and you can heal that and reconcile that through acknowledging your inner child and then going through my inner child healing process, which makes it incredibly simple to do this.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: Then what happens is it feels a lot easier to move through this, and you're not constantly spinning out about this person and what they're doing and why things happen and why things should have been different.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: And again, there's always a level of processing that happens when a relationship ends.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna say you just like wipe your hands and are like, okay, moving on, although maybe that can happen, especially if you were the one who ended it.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: However, I'm just saying like it makes navigating the process, it makes it easier, it makes it faster, and it makes it much more clear.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: That's the first one, the abandonment wound, addressing that.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: And if you want to really go deep into that, you can purchase the Dissolve Your Abandonment Wound digital course, and that'll take you through how to address your abandonment wound through the lens of the inner child and using my inner child healing process.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: However, you will learn the inner child healing process in good breakup.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: So the next pattern is you keep having the same argument with your partner.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: Okay, I love this one because this is such a perfect example of dovetailing patterns.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: So underneath the surface, what's happening is your patterns are dovetailing.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: So what that means is that your core wound and your partner's core wound are perfectly coming together and you're triggering each other.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: So an example would be if you have like an insecure, anxious attachment, for example, and your partner is emotionally avoidant or afraid of intimacy, your patterns will trigger each other, right?
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: So, for example, if you're feeling needy, like you need this person to love you or approve of you or validate you because you feel that insecure feeling, your need for that will automatically trigger that person's fear of intimacy and they will retract.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: Them retracting triggers you, and you feeling insecure triggers them.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: And then the way that can look actually in real life is like you feel like he's not listening to you.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: You keep asking him to do A, B, and C.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: He's not listening.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: He's feeling like you're nagging him about this, and then you keep having the same fight over and over again, right?
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: But really, what's underneath the surface is those deeper core wounds that you keep triggering within each other.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: So once you learn to see what's actually happening underneath the surface, instead of making it about you didn't listen to me about picking up the kids or what I wanted to eat or how I wanted you to clean the laundry room or whatever it was, instead of making it about that, because it's never about that, then you can address what's actually happening, which is your inner child's anxious attachment.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: And once you can pinpoint exactly what that is and where it came from, which you'll learn in good breakup, then you can take it through the inner child healing process.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: And once you learn how to do that, you can go from feeling triggered about your partner to coming back into your confidence and power within minutes.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: This happens really quickly once you get good at the process.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: This is a game changer because you know, if you've been in a relationship for a while, you know you have those same things that happen over and over again.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: And this was something that I learned very, I don't want to say the hard way, but it took me a long time to learn this in my relationship.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm not perfect at it either by any means, because it still happens at times, but I'm so much more aware now of when we do kind of hit these wall moments of what's actually happening for me, and that my core wound is being triggered and I can address it so that I'm no longer making it about my husband and I'm able to address it within me.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: And then the energy shifts, right?
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: And you stop having those same fights over and over again.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: So being able to do that is such a game changer for your relationship.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: Cause literally, you guys like this is why people get divorced, because they can't get past that point where they disagree and they don't understand why the other person is not seeing it their way and don't understand why the other person can't meet their needs.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: It's literally because of this.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: And this is exactly why I truly believe that 85% of divorces could be avoided if people did this work.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: And again, this is not an absolute.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying everybody should stay together.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: I realize there's people that should be divorced.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying that.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: All I'm saying is that I think most of the time this thing is what's actually happening.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Each person's core wound is being triggered.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: And if you knew how to navigate that, you would be able to move through it and the energy would shift in the relationship.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: The third one is constantly questioning if this person is right for you.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: So this is a really common one, too, that I see with a lot of women, regardless of like what level of relationship they're at, even if it's a long-term relationship, this will be something that people will question at any stage.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: Because if you keep getting to the same point with somebody and you don't know how to get past that point, then your only logical conclusion is, well, maybe this isn't the right person for me.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: And maybe it's not the right person for you.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying it definitely is, but what I will say is every time somebody comes to me and says, I don't know if I should leave my partner.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: And I need to decide if I should leave my partner.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: And I always say, we're not going to decide that.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: That is not the point of our work.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: And if you even have that thought, this is definitely for you because that is not a decision that you make from quote unquote figuring something out.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: The way that you make that decision is through doing this work.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: And then when you come out on the other side of doing this work, you know in your heart and your body what the answer to that question is.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: And I've seen this every single time with every single person.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: That is not a decision you need to make.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: All you need to do is do the work, and then you will naturally know.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Or the relationship will naturally dissipate because you will no longer be a match, or that person will change energetically and meet you in a different place because you have changed.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: And I've literally seen this with every single person, there's really not an exception to this.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: So, to just bring it back to the pattern, what's happening when you're constantly questioning if this person is right for you is they're mirroring back to you your core wound and you're not able to see it.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: So, for example, if your core wound is around, I'm not enough, if that is the lens through which you're seeing the world.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: And if you are not conscious of your core wound being I'm not enough, that will be the lens through which you're seeing the world.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Because you not knowing about that and that being in the subconscious, there's a part of you, the inner child part of you is continuously looking for somebody to tell you that you're enough so that you can move on with your life, right?
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: That's what happens with these core wounds, is like we're constantly, unconsciously trying, attempting to reconcile these things through our relationships.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: But if we don't know that we're doing that, it's really hard to be able to see.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: So you'll you'll continue to create the same thing over and over again until you see it.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: And I'm helping you see it.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to keep repeating that same thing over and over again.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: So they're mirroring back to you your core wound of I'm not enough.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: So what that can look like is you interpreting everything they do and say as a either validation that you are enough or a sign that they don't think you're enough or that you're not enough.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: So any like criticism or anything they say to you, you can interpret as I'm not enough, or they're saying I'm not enough.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: They're criticizing me, they're making me wrong, they don't appreciate me, they don't value me, they don't acknowledge me.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: You're gonna see everything through that lens.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't matter what they say, like this person.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Could literally show up and be like, You are so amazing.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: I love you so much.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: And you'll you'll be like, Oh, you're only saying that because you know, you don't want me to be mad at you or whatever it is.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Like when you have those goggles on, that's all you're gonna be able to see.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: And that's what a core wound does.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: How to navigate this is if you keep questioning if this person is the right person, I would look at what is your core wound that keeps being mirrored back to you in the relationship, right?
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: Because there's a reason why you're questioning if this person is enough.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: And it's most likely about something that they're doing.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: So, what are they doing that's making you feel this way that you keep feeling?
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: And then that way that you keep feeling, what is that?
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Because that's your core wound.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: That's that place from childhood that you keep playing out in an effort to reconcile it.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: So, in good breakup, you'll learn how to pinpoint what that thing is and then take it through the inner child healing process so that you can address it within yourself and you stop making it about the other person.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: And then eventually you would just know, like, okay, actually this whole thing went away and I love this person like I did in the beginning, or actually this is not a vibe for me.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna move on, but it's not gonna be this whole dramatic thing of you having to like figure anything out because through doing the work, the problem will go away, or you would just naturally know that it was time to move on.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: Okay, so this next one is kind of related, but a little bit different.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: It's thinking the other person needs to change, or constantly being like, okay, well, if only my partner would change this, then everything would be fine and I would be happy.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: So this is a huge trap because focusing on what someone else needs to change is just going to keep you spinning your wheels, being unhappy, complaining, and looking for the problem instead of looking at what it is mirroring back to you so that you can address it so that you're not constantly wanting this person to change.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Cause typically, if you are constantly making it about the other person, it's because they are mirroring something back to you that you have not yet looked at, that you're being invited to look at so that you can address it and heal or reconcile it.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: So, an example of this would be I wish my partner would be more attentive to me, right?
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: Be more tuned in with what I'm feeling.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: This would typically be bearing back to you a feeling in childhood of no one acknowledging you or no one being aware of what was really going on with you, or you needing your caregivers to understand what was happening with you or be more present with you and you didn't get that.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: So you would be seeing your relationships through that lens and then making it about the other person needing to change instead of looking at what you didn't get and why you're feeling that way so that you can address it because you can never get what you need through making someone else give it to you.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: That's like an old paradigm way of looking at things that is not ever going to truly heal or reconcile something.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: It can be helpful for your partner to understand what you're going through and support you in the healing process, but you're the one who has to address it within yourself and reconcile it within yourself so that you can move on.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: And that's what I show you how to do in good breakup through the inner child healing process.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: So again, anytime you think that this person needs to change, it's always an invitation to look at what they are showing you that you're being invited to look at that you just haven't yet looked at.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: And that's okay.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: We're always being invited to look at things that we haven't yet looked at.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: So it's totally fine.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: There's no like shame in that, it's just about getting the message and knowing how to navigate it so that it stops.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: Because once you acknowledge it within yourself, you're not going to be focusing on what they need to change.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: And that's something I can guarantee.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: And I just want to again say there's always nuance to this because if somebody is behaving in a way that is crossing your boundaries and just not okay, that's a different story, right?
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: We want to require people in our lives to show up with respect and be on the same page and honor your boundaries.
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: Like there's always that too, right?
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: If your partner is being rude and disrespectful, there's a place also where you draw the line and say, hey, it's not okay to speak to me like that, or it's not okay to talk to me like that.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: That's a different thing than what I'm talking about.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: However, that behavior will also be mirroring something back to you.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: So I'm not saying not to do the work in that case, but what I'm saying is there's also an opportunity to just set a boundary as far as like what you're requiring of the people in your life as far as like respect or honor or whatever.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: So I just want to add that in too.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: So the last one is am I ever going to find my person?
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: This is an interesting one because I truly believe that if you are desiring to be in a relationship, then you are meant to be in a relationship and it will happen in the perfect time that it is meant to happen.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: And thinking that you somehow are destined for failure or you're somehow destined to be alone your whole life if that's not what you want.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: I don't think that that's ever the case.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: I really just think it's about doing the deeper work and following your intuition to ultimately come to the place where you meet your person, you know, and I think that the universe and, you know, the majesty of this existence has a divine plan for that that we're not always aware of.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: So I think that there's multiple things here.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: If you are thinking this thought from the place of like, am I ever gonna find my person?
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: Like, is this going to happen for me?
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: I think that that kind of thought is ultimately coming from the place of needing some kind of external validation to say, like, okay, you're good enough to have this, right?
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: And if that's something you desire, it's because it's meant for you.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: And I truly believe that most things that you desire on that deep level, not just like, oh, I saw that sweater and I really want it.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: I mean like on a deeper level, like where you really desire and envision certain things for your life.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: I think that when you have those deeper desires, I do believe that it's meant for you.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: And if it's not happening in the timing you decided it should happen, all that means is that it's not the right time at this moment.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: And you continue to do the deeper work within yourself to feel the way that you want to feel and create the things that you want to create and looking at your deeper things happening in your unconscious that you might not be aware of and the way that those things are being mirrored back to you in how you feel about not being in a relationship if you want to, or what, like if you're dating and that's not successful, what those relationships are mirroring back to you as well.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: So there's so much opportunity within this pattern to go deeper into what may be standing in your way.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: Or I don't even want to say standing in your way.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: It's like, what are you being invited to look at or reconcile so that you can keep moving forward on your pathway to creating this relationship that you desire.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: And I also just feel like there's this way that like people meet when they're meant to meet.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with you or that you don't deserve it or that you're not going to have it.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: I really don't believe that.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: I believe that it just happens in the time that it's meant to.
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: And I think that that might not be the answer everyone wants to hear, but that's how I see it.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: And I think that with this particular challenge, it's just important to check yourself and see if you're operating from a place of needing that thing to like validate you, or like wondering if you're good enough because of that, you know, and if that is lurking anywhere in the shadows underneath of that.
- 30:37SPEAKER_00: And if not, then just looking at, okay, what are the things I can do to intentionally create this and put it out into the universe?
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: And then what is being reflected back to me in that process that I'm being invited to look at and reconcile so that I can continue moving forward down this path and like let yourself be led by that.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: And then whatever else your intuition shows you, but you never want to make it about you being not deserving or not worthy or there being something wrong with you because there's not.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: So that's what I have to say about that.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: So if that's you, good breakup will be perfect for you because you will be able to pinpoint exactly what thoughts or beliefs or moments in time are stopping you from moving forward and creating that, or stopping you from feeling that you're deserving or worthy or whatever it is, and taking those through the inner child healing process so that you have much more clarity, much more acceptance, and much more awareness and love for yourself moving forward.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: And I guarantee you, you will have a really different understanding as far as like how you want to move forward with creating the relationship that you desire and a lot more confidence and peace around it.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: Those are some of the things that I will be addressing in the program.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: I'm going to spend the first two days in Telegram simply talking about common relationship patterns, giving examples that you'll be able to relate to so that you can really understand truly what's happening inside of relationships.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna go really deep the first two days into just understanding the nature of relationships, how we use them to grow, why certain things come up over and over again, how they're related to your relationships with your parents, all of that.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: And then I'm gonna spend the five days going over how to pinpoint your core wound that's coming up for you in relationships right now, and then how to take that core wound through the inner child healing process so that you can shift it very quickly and simply because I'm obsessed with the inner child healing process, you guys.
- 32:58SPEAKER_00: I have just been seeing so many insane results from it too, with me and my clients.
- 33:05SPEAKER_00: So it's just something that if you haven't learned it with me yet, you gotta, because it's just so good.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: And I've made it so simple and easy for you to bypass so much time and energy and therapy and reliving the past and all of these things.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: I've made it so simple, and that's truly what I desire to do for everyone.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: So um I will leave it there.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: We'll link good breakup.
