- 0:00Get laced up! Let's go! It's time for Banter
- 0:04with the Boys! No. It's too late. Here we are.
- 0:18Yo, yo. Welcome back to Banter with the Boys.
- 0:20Gridiron updates. We ain't stopping. We ain't
- 0:21stopping. No going back. Turned down for what?
- 0:23No. Okay, I like it. Anyway, this is Smeltzy.
- 0:27You know, we're here. Did I say the name of the
- 0:28show? Did I? You did, I think. Gridiron updates?
- 0:31Yeah. Anyway, whatever. Jake's over here to my
- 0:33Larry. What's up, Jake? Yeah. Yep. Yeah. R. You
- 0:39know, I get the L thing, right? But if you go
- 0:42like this, oh, you look for the L. Yeah. I was
- 0:44like, that doesn't say it. That's not an R. Anyway.
- 0:46Smooth. Oh, my God. We were pre -gaming. What's
- 0:50up, Roberto? Just enjoying a little Memorial
- 0:53weekend. Ready for some football to start on
- 0:55April. Geez, you're in the past. Other day, Labor
- 0:58Day weekend. Three -day weekend. This is off
- 1:00to a really hot start. But yeah, I'm ready for
- 1:04some football to start. I went to a high school
- 1:06game last Friday, so I'm vibing it right now.
- 1:09Right on. Was it a good game? It was. Kennedy
- 1:11ended up beating Roosevelt 18 -13. Oh, that's
- 1:14right. Hail Mary finish at the end. Pick. That's
- 1:17right. That's right. Oh, I was there. No, I'm
- 1:20just kidding. I was there, though. Anyway, Kev,
- 1:23behind the cameras, of course, getting it right
- 1:25for us. You know what I mean? All right. Let's
- 1:29head right. Did you do the transition, or did
- 1:32we decide we were doing that? Oh, yeah. We already
- 1:33decided. No, we're not doing it. It's going to
- 1:35be in the title. You already heard it. So now
- 1:38I'm filling. Let's get ready for tent talk. Oh,
- 1:43I wasn't ready. You knew it. It's coming, too.
- 1:46Man, he slow played it out forever. Anyways.
- 1:49Football. Aligned that 20 -footer up. Yeah, so
- 1:53football. Injuries. Injuries. Right now, currently
- 1:56monitoring the situation for Nick Bosa and CMC
- 2:00and their availability for week one. They got
- 2:03a big matchup. Actually, we'll be talking about
- 2:05that game in our week one preview and picks.
- 2:07Don't forget to check that episode out, which
- 2:09will probably release after this one, I reckon.
- 2:14Trevon Henderson has not practiced since August
- 2:1624th. Problem. Also, D -tackle Christian Barrymore
- 2:19and O -lineman Ben Brown for the Patriots also
- 2:22did not practice yesterday, which would have
- 2:25been Sunday, the day before Labor Day. And they're
- 2:28only a few days out. So, do you think... Have
- 2:32you seen anything on those guys? Do you think
- 2:34that could change? I know Henderson not practicing
- 2:36for a while. Is that a problem if he is ready
- 2:38to go? I mean, yeah, I just think some of these
- 2:42players, they're just going to hold out until
- 2:43the very last minute on them. There's no point
- 2:46in changing their designation, really. But you
- 2:50don't know until you see whether they show up
- 2:53on the field on Sunday. Unless anyone else has
- 2:56them. insider information. Not on the Patriots.
- 3:00I feel like the running backs, too, they're better
- 3:04off. They're better off taking the time off and
- 3:10you're less worried about it because you can
- 3:13just slide them back in. There's not any timing
- 3:15or rhythm or anything like that that you have
- 3:17to reestablish with your QB. Like the Mike Evans
- 3:21one. because he's questionable right now. I'd
- 3:26be a little bit more worried about that. Someone
- 3:28older. The Niners' entire receiving core right
- 3:32now is rough. Yeah, pretty much. George Kittle
- 3:36is questionable, too, with the Achilles. All
- 3:38of them. Obviously, Pearsall's done. And then
- 3:40who was the other one? Christian Kirk is also
- 3:42struggling with the calf thing, I think. So draft
- 3:44the rookie in fantasy late. That's right. There
- 3:47it is. Oh, there's Rob's fantasy quick second.
- 3:49All right. You got one of those drafts tomorrow,
- 3:52right? I do. I do. He's on my. That's why we're
- 3:54working on Labor Day. Well, we work for free
- 3:57anyway. But that's why we're here on Labor Day
- 3:59is because of Roberto's fantasy draft. That is
- 4:02true. So now, because of that, next week, you
- 4:05got to tell us who you drafted, probably. All
- 4:07right. And let the comment section either appreciate
- 4:10you. Or hate you. All right, I'll throw it out
- 4:13there now. My keepers is London and Alave. Keeper
- 4:18League, auction. I am cheap, so 11 bucks total.
- 4:24So I'll play with $89 tomorrow at the beginning
- 4:27of the draft. Okay. My strategies go tier one,
- 4:32running back high quickly. before the money settles
- 4:35out. Because typically there's always that little,
- 4:37after the first three guys goes, everyone gets
- 4:39nervous. And then they actually spend over a
- 4:42little bit. So you like playing the mental game.
- 4:45I totally have a strategy and everything. Well,
- 4:49in any auction keeper league, sorry, we're getting
- 4:52deep into fantasy here, but you've got to set
- 4:54up your next few years, too. So you've got to
- 4:56find those rookies, like a Puka, Nakua, get them
- 5:00for a buck or two, and then you keep them for
- 5:02a while for cheap, and that's where your dynasty
- 5:04starts. Okay. Hey, there we go. A little fantasy
- 5:08in the middle of injuries from Roberto. And Puka's
- 5:11one of those guys, I don't know, his legal scenario.
- 5:13Right. That adds into the tent. Oh, God, bro.
- 5:18That's messed up. Yeah, anyway. Also, Ashton
- 5:23Gentry, he's also a big maybe for week one. Still
- 5:27working back from last year's ankle injury. DeAndre
- 5:29Swift, Roma Dunze, a couple of fellows that have
- 5:32not practiced in a minute. But like you said,
- 5:34you know, good chance some of these guys do actually
- 5:37play. They're just waiting until the last minute.
- 5:38And, of course, us doing this on Labor Day. A
- 5:41lot of these guys don't play until Sunday. Yeah,
- 5:43yeah. So, ugh. We're six days out. Right. So
- 5:46we're not going to know a lot of that, but here
- 5:48it is for you. Anyway, Tyler Warren's still working
- 5:51back from his groin injury, but he could be ready
- 5:53for week one as well. He should take his time.
- 5:57Tyler Warren. Yeah. Yeah. Just groin injuries
- 6:01and groin injuries in general. Who do they play
- 6:04week one? Oh, Ravens. Yeah. You could take week
- 6:08one off, right? Yeah, exactly. He's got it. Well,
- 6:13Alec Pierce has also started to practice, but
- 6:15he hasn't been officially announced as necessarily
- 6:18playing. True. Brees Hall has been progressing.
- 6:21What a guy. Another guy that's kind of. been
- 6:25plagued by injuries early in his career. But
- 6:28he's progressing and could also be ready by week
- 6:31one, which is faster than originally thought.
- 6:34You mentioned Tucker Kraft earlier. Tucker Kraft
- 6:37is set to return week one against the Vikings,
- 6:40naturally. And obviously that's one of Jordan
- 6:44Love's favorite targets, don't we know it? Jamar
- 6:48Chase and Tee Higgins both were limited in practice
- 6:51after kind of those scares. I think that happened
- 6:53right before we did last week's episodes, our
- 6:56preseason episodes, but they've been kind of
- 6:58kept out of practice. That's probably precautionary
- 7:02at this point, but you would think they play
- 7:05week one. And then what was his name? I didn't
- 7:09even put his name in here. Tyler Smith, the left
- 7:11guard for the Cowboys. I was just announced today.
- 7:13He's out four to six weeks now needing thumb
- 7:16surgery. That's not a good start for the Cowboys.
- 7:20Nope. A team that, again, they always seem like
- 7:23they have an opportunity every year, to be honest.
- 7:25But, again, I just kind of, then something like
- 7:27this happens, you know? Yeah, right, right. Any
- 7:31other injuries that you guys had maybe on your
- 7:33docket that I did not put in there? No. Nothing.
- 7:36I think on a local front, as a Vikings fan, we're
- 7:40kind of pretty much clean. I haven't seen really
- 7:43much. And start the news off with it. 2 -2 is
- 7:48back on the Vikings. Let's go to the bowl. Let's
- 7:51go to the bowl, naturally. That's a really nice
- 7:53addition, especially after losing Jamal Adams
- 7:55earlier in the season. I wonder if he would have
- 7:59came back, whether Jamal Adams was there or not.
- 8:03You know what I mean? If Jamal Adams was healthy,
- 8:05I wonder if Harry still comes back or not. Or
- 8:08if like, oh, Jamal Adams got hurt. Well, I guess
- 8:10I'll give it one more go. I think he would have.
- 8:14I think he would have. I feel like the vibes
- 8:15always, he was going to come back at some time.
- 8:18Especially at some point, he would have said
- 8:22no. And with him not saying no all the way up
- 8:25till now, even if he hadn't signed already and
- 8:30it was still like right now, I'm still thinking
- 8:32he's probably going to sign. Have you seen the
- 8:34little video on, well, you probably haven't.
- 8:36He should, though. You should probably go follow
- 8:38the Vikings fan page since that's your second
- 8:40team, though. But the video they posted out the
- 8:44other day, one of the Vikings social media pages,
- 8:46whatever, of Harrison's at -home stretch recovery.
- 8:52that he built himself with, like, 2x6s or whatever
- 8:56from Home Depot or whatever. Yeah, you got to
- 8:59go check it out. Here now? Ropes and pulleys
- 9:01and stuff. He just built it now here? No, I think
- 9:03he's had it. Okay. I think he's had it, but he's,
- 9:05like, using it to stretch out and stuff. It's
- 9:08hilarious. I'll have my bullet up here. But it's
- 9:12pretty good. Yeah, I'm just glad he's back. That's
- 9:16100 % it, Kev, that middle picture right there.
- 9:19Yes. Alright, let's see that. Can we even put
- 9:23that picture up? I don't know. Oh, while it's
- 9:28on. What is that? It's just an image, though.
- 9:31I don't know. We're working on it. It's like
- 9:34an American Ninja Warrior thing going on right
- 9:36there. And I was, like, listening. He uses it
- 9:40to really, like, stretch out his body and stuff,
- 9:42and he, like, recommends it heavily for those
- 9:44older players or the ones that are starting to
- 9:46age here. Yeah. I mean, if they're starting to
- 9:49sell it, I think we're going to start sponsoring
- 9:51it as part of the HS22. There it is. If you're
- 9:53on YouTube, Kev just put the picture up. Can
- 9:55we widen that out just a smidgen, Kev? Right
- 9:59over there. Oh, yeah. There you go. Perfect.
- 10:01That's a perfect shot. No, you don't need a full
- 10:04screen. Poor Harrison. Kev's on top of this.
- 10:07A full screen inbound, maybe. There it is. Harrison
- 10:10Smith. Now I know what we're talking about. Trying
- 10:13to see that little corner piece. That's not.
- 10:16It's all right. It's good. He's got more hair
- 10:17on his head than he usually does. Oh, you've
- 10:21been doing some scouting. What do you think?
- 10:24He's a HIMS guy or what? Look at us, all our
- 10:27sponsors are dropped here. Oh, my God. All right,
- 10:31anyway, there it is. Yeah, we're good. Thanks,
- 10:36Harry. Harrison made a little visit here. Yep,
- 10:40yep. Anyway. I'm excited. All right, other news.
- 10:42Everybody's like, God. All right, Tua was named
- 10:45the starter of the ATL. This is now the sixth
- 10:48consecutive season the Falcons are starting a
- 10:51different quarterback in a week. Juan. About
- 10:54time they made the announcement. And didn't Penix,
- 10:57he's injured. I don't think he's suiting up for
- 10:59this game. Yeah, he is the third string quarterback.
- 11:06Really? I thought he wasn't even suiting up.
- 11:08No, he is. Okay. Yeah, but he's the number three.
- 11:10Yeah, he's the number three. Due to injury, though.
- 11:13Otherwise, he'd be the two. Right. So who is
- 11:15the two again? We know. Isn't that that? I shouldn't
- 11:20own this. Danny Hurley or something. One fantasy
- 11:22guy. Because for a minute, Tua and Penix were
- 11:27not looking good and both injured in preseason.
- 11:30So homie was about to start, whoever it was.
- 11:33I know his name. It's just a veteran that's just
- 11:35been out there forever, I bet. No, I thought
- 11:38it was some younger guy. I'm thinking of some
- 11:40dude that went to Miami. No, that one's out of
- 11:42date. This says Cooper Rush, but no, that's not
- 11:46right. You know what? No, I think you might be
- 11:48right. I think it is Cooper Rush. Oh, we're digging
- 11:52deep for you guys. Now we got to know. We got
- 11:54to know, everybody. I'm pretty sure. Possible
- 11:56starter week one. Tua will be the starter. Cooper
- 11:59Rush will be the backup. Penix will be inactive
- 12:01on Sunday. Penix is not physically ready. That's
- 12:04Schefter on X, so that's real. Real nice. Mostly
- 12:08real. Yeah, mostly real. Per sources. Per the
- 12:12source. Sources. Yeah, anyway. Okay. So there's
- 12:16that. So anyway, wow, we went down that train
- 12:18for no reason. Okay. Oh, yeah, okay. So we were
- 12:22talking before we started here, just a little
- 12:24quick preseason hot seat conversation with some
- 12:28NFL coaches. Yes. We mentioned a couple off air.
- 12:33Jake, as a Ravens fan, actually said KOC, but
- 12:37we were also thinking KOC potentially. Jake,
- 12:40I'm curious before our thoughts why you thought
- 12:42that KOC would be potentially on the hot seat.
- 12:46And Rob, bless his heart, checked the internet
- 12:49and it said it didn't mention KOC. So that's
- 12:52great. I asked AI. So it's meant. Yeah. And no
- 12:54mention of KOC. Which is interesting. But we
- 12:58all three thought so. So it's interesting. But
- 13:00it did come up some good ones. But go ahead there,
- 13:02Jacob. Why the internet hates you. Why the internet
- 13:05hates me. Because, like, KOC's in year five now.
- 13:12The inconsistency and the changing of the quarterbacks
- 13:18over the course of, like, each of the past four
- 13:21years. Now, I understand some of that's not his
- 13:25fault because he's not the one shopping for the
- 13:27groceries. He's got to coach up and game. He's
- 13:30the one that's got to cook with the girls. Chef
- 13:31KOC. Yeah. Not Kyler Call of Duty Murray? No.
- 13:39Who said that? Oh, yeah, Manglaze on YouTube.
- 13:41Check him out. That's his username. Sorry. I'm
- 13:46not trying to glaze him. We're done. But go look
- 13:49at him. Yeah, Les is way more. Go look at him.
- 13:52Or her. I don't know, actually. So we're in year
- 13:56five. The inconsistency of the quarterback play
- 13:59throughout all of this. Yes. I think is really
- 14:05the biggest thing. So I would say mostly if people
- 14:10are to be JJ is the, probably the quarterback
- 14:12that's the biggest one because the year with
- 14:15the quarterback whisperer year with all the randos
- 14:18that ended up playing through it. I mean, that's
- 14:21just like a whole bunch of injuries. Then we
- 14:24had Sam and then, I mean, who made the decision
- 14:28on Sam? Obviously not the grocery shopper. Right.
- 14:32So that's the interesting part about it. Then
- 14:37as a J .J., and he was supposed to be in the
- 14:39quarterback whisperer, he had an opportunity
- 14:40with a young guy, and now the world's just looking
- 14:43at it as like, oh, maybe he's not the quarterback
- 14:44whisperer. So what happens if Kyler Murray then
- 14:48does excel this year? You see him signed to a
- 14:50three -year deal so they don't let the Sam Darnold
- 14:53situation happen again? I mean, they would have
- 14:56to. They'd force their hand right there for sure.
- 14:59We definitely signed Kyler if we are above 500.
- 15:03And he's a significant part. Right on. Other
- 15:07preseason hot seats. I was saying Aaron Glenn
- 15:13just because, I don't know, the defensive -minded
- 15:16coach. No picks. I mean, it's not all on him,
- 15:20right? But that was wild. But this is year two,
- 15:22right? Yeah. But that's what they're saying.
- 15:24They're trying to be short -leashed with a lot
- 15:26of coaches now in general. That's true. And it's
- 15:29New York, too. Yeah. And so they're extra quick.
- 15:33I hope he doesn't. I don't think it would be
- 15:35fair. But it's the vibe is there that he could
- 15:39be on the hot seat. Another one we had on the
- 15:44list here was Zach Taylor with the Bengals. He's
- 15:46kind of the KOC scenario, where everyone just
- 15:49keeps getting hurt. What do you do? I've always
- 15:54thought he's a good coach. But yeah, if you don't
- 15:57have your weapons, and in the NFL that matters,
- 16:00how much can you do? Also, as the head coach,
- 16:04he's responsible for the defensive court. the
- 16:06decisions of the defensive coordinator, too.
- 16:08And they've had some not great defensive coordinators
- 16:12the last couple of years, too. Well, they haven't
- 16:14spent any money on that side, too, either, really.
- 16:16That's also accurate. Didn't they bring a few
- 16:20guys in this year, though? I mean, they're all
- 16:23vet. They're like vet guys, too, though. Well,
- 16:25I think even free agency, I thought they brought
- 16:27in a couple guys. Yeah, they did. I think we
- 16:29looked it up. I don't remember. I remember someone
- 16:33pointing out on the internet that Bryant is out.
- 16:35The safety, where did he go? The Giants? Or Bird?
- 16:40It came from Seattle. Yeah, they added Dexter
- 16:44Lawrence, Jonathan Adden, Boye Mafe. Who? There
- 16:48was a safety that someone picked up from Seattle.
- 16:54Kobe Bryant. Oh, Kobe Bryant. Yeah. Someone mentioned
- 16:59that he's out. I didn't see that, but noted.
- 17:04Thanks to whoever on the internet that pointed
- 17:06that out. The Bengals are at least trying. We're
- 17:07not perfect. No, right. Far from it, for sure.
- 17:11But you're still here, right? But no, I mean,
- 17:14the Bengals are at least trying defensively.
- 17:16But yeah, no, you're right, for sure. That has
- 17:18been an issue. And then Joe Burrow's health,
- 17:21and then... Andrew Brown's healthy. Jake's a
- 17:24good one to ask because he plays against the
- 17:26Bengals the last few years. He's out there on
- 17:29the field. I'm coaching against him. That's right.
- 17:32They're the worst. Do they seem like he's the
- 17:35coach of that team where there's a lot of his
- 17:37failures versus bad shake, bad deck of cards?
- 17:42It's kind of a mixed bag for them. It's very
- 17:47similar to the 49ers, where it's just like they're
- 17:49a really good team for the most part, but then
- 17:52it's just like injury after injury just kind
- 17:54of derails things. And then especially injuries
- 17:57to Joe Burrow. Quarterback, obviously, we talk
- 18:00about it. Everybody talks about it. It's the
- 18:02most important position on the team. they're
- 18:08a completely different team without Joe Burrow.
- 18:10So some of that's not on him, but also, I mean,
- 18:13the head coach, you're responsible, like I said,
- 18:15offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator,
- 18:17your strength and conditioning coaches, things
- 18:19like that. If your players are continuously getting
- 18:23hurt, you need to be evaluating these other individuals
- 18:26and be like, what can we do to make sure that
- 18:30these people don't... get hurt as often and recover
- 18:35well. Why are we getting the cold so much? Right.
- 18:38Wash your hands. No, that's good. That's a good
- 18:42take, you know, because you play against him
- 18:44twice a year. So you've seen a lot of his decisions
- 18:48on a lot of the games against the Ravens. Another
- 18:52one we had was Shane Steich and Colts. We were
- 18:55kind of talking off air. I mean, I guess that's
- 18:59all on Danny Dimes, right? Yeah, I think so.
- 19:03Danny Dimes probably saved him last year because
- 19:08they started out hot, and then when he got hurt,
- 19:10and then they just tanked, fell off the cliff.
- 19:14You're then looking at or pausing for a second
- 19:18and being like, well, with Steichen, if we have
- 19:20Steichen and Daniel Jones, a healthy Daniel Jones,
- 19:23maybe it's a completely different conversation.
- 19:26So I think... what happens this year is going
- 19:31to say a lot for him. If Danny Dimes can stay
- 19:34healthy. Yeah. And the next one on the list I'll
- 19:37throw over to you here because it's your team,
- 19:39Todd Bowles with the Buccaneers. My team? It's
- 19:45not my team. But that makes sense. Possible hot
- 19:48list. They kind of just seem to do just enough
- 19:52right now to be able to sneak in and then battle.
- 19:55They battle, though. I mean, that team does battle,
- 19:57I will say that. But, I mean, if you lose Baker
- 20:00Mayfield, you also just... It's time to clean
- 20:03house in general and start fresh now at that
- 20:05point. I think that's a possibility with Baker
- 20:08Mayfield on the Vikings 27 train. But there's
- 20:11more candidates there, you know, in a deck of
- 20:12democracies. So Minnesota's going to have Kyler
- 20:15and Baker? Kyler and, well, we like our quarterbacks.
- 20:18We like stacking them. Kyler Murray 27, Joe Burrow
- 20:2127, and Baker Mayfield 27. There's some candidates
- 20:25there. There's a heck of a quarterback room.
- 20:27Stadium where they're playing in Australia, the
- 20:29wide angle view for later. Anyway. What are we
- 20:36talking about? Oh, that was... Oh, we were talking
- 20:37about Dan Quinn. That was Dan Quinn. It was the
- 20:39other one on the list. So you talk about Dan
- 20:42Quinn. I mean, Dan Quinn is... How many years
- 20:45is he on? Is this three? This is three. But Jane
- 20:48Daniels was gone for... Yeah, again, another
- 20:51starting quarterback hurt, and so the coach gets
- 20:54fired. And I think that's how it's going to kind
- 20:56of go this year, especially if they have a bad
- 20:59beginning. I think they could pull the trigger
- 21:01on him. Oh, early. Who knows? Say if they have
- 21:05a 1 -5 start, 1 -6. You're thinking possibly
- 21:09he is the first coach fired this year, though?
- 21:13Like, are you going as far as to say that? Aaron
- 21:15Glenn would be, I think, just because he's in
- 21:17New York. Sure. But that's kind of, I don't know.
- 21:25Well, let's see here. Let's see here real quick.
- 21:27The Commanders, they open at Philadelphia. That
- 21:33could be an L. They open at Dallas. I mean, that's
- 21:36a toughie, too. That could also be an L. And,
- 21:38again, I ride for Dallas for some dumb reason.
- 21:41And I hate Dallas. And then they have Seattle
- 21:46at home. But, again, that's to defend a Super
- 21:48Bowl chance. Yep. And then the Colts come to
- 21:51your house as well. Or, no, I'm sorry. That's
- 21:53an international game. So who knows with the
- 21:57travel on that, right? And then the Giants might
- 21:59be your first relief. And then who knows how
- 22:02the Giants are playing. They could be playing
- 22:03okay by then as well. Dax and Dart might be throwing
- 22:05darts at that point. And then at San Fran, I
- 22:08mean, that's a gauntlet to start the season right
- 22:11there. Good luck, Dan. They're pulling for you.
- 22:15So Roberto was saying Dan Quinn could be fired
- 22:18before bye week, which is week seven for the
- 22:21commanders. Could be. I'm not saying he is, but
- 22:23he could be. I've seen more of your things. And
- 22:26then quickly here. That's right. I had to change
- 22:28my shirt before this. There was a couple of dark
- 22:32horses that AI came up with that I thought was
- 22:34really interesting. Nick Cerani from the Eagles.
- 22:41Dark Horse? I feel like the fans kind of love
- 22:43him there. No, the fans love to hate him. I don't
- 22:47know. They love to hate everybody, though, I
- 22:49suppose. Eagles fans, you tell me what you think
- 22:53of that. Is Sirianni go first or Jalen Hurts?
- 22:58You know, in that situation. And I don't mind
- 23:02Jalen Hurts. Again, I would take him in purple.
- 23:04Jalen Hurts, 27 Vikings? No. What an interesting
- 23:08thought. Just wondering what the fan base thinks.
- 23:11And then Matt Lefer for the Packers. That would
- 23:18have to be one ugly season. I would agree. These
- 23:22are dark horses. You're just spitballing here.
- 23:26Brian Schottenheimer for the Cowboys. I feel
- 23:30like that's always a hot seat, though. Dallas,
- 23:32yeah. Like, every other year is a hot seat if
- 23:34you're the head coach of Dallas Cowboys. Like,
- 23:36you'll have a really good season. You'll make
- 23:37the playoffs lose. And they're like, well, there's
- 23:39next year. And then you won't do well. And they're
- 23:42like, oh, no. Like, I felt like Mike McCarthy
- 23:45was on the hot seat for every year, actually,
- 23:47towards the end. And he never won. I don't know.
- 23:50Whatever. So, interesting. So, there's your AI
- 23:54dark horse hot seats. What's our sponsor? Chat
- 23:57GPT. Co -pilot. Oh, co -pilot. Thank you, co
- 24:00-pilot. Thank you. All right, thanks. Did it
- 24:02say thank you back? Shut it. Shut it. Rude. All
- 24:06right, anyway. What? It didn't make me say anything.
- 24:13Anyway, let's wrap up the tent talk. episode.
- 24:18Dang, I kind of missed my hands. How do you do
- 24:20that? Anyway, Jake, thanks for being here. Thanks
- 24:23for having me. You'll be on week one, previewing
- 24:26picks, naturally. Yeah, I will. We're ripping
- 24:28that next. Roberto, I'll be there too. Thank
- 24:32you. You're an amazing coach. You football fan.
- 24:35Yes, I am. And then Kev behind the camera. Thanks,
